Einstein Bros. Bagels in other cities:
Oh my living world!!!!! I have been in line FOREVER and there were only a few people in line. Every customer had to wait about 20 minutes for their food. There is a concrete walk way around the drive threw so you cant leave.. the staff here really seems incompetent. I only ordered a blue berry bagel and a cheese pizza bagel. I had to order my food again when I got to the window, then she found it on the screen. After paying and waiting another 10 minutes, someone else came to the window and asked if I had paid. SMH. This whole experience took almost an hour. Thank goodness I didnt have to go back to work. I would have been late.
My husband and I went inside to place our order this morning. The guy taking our order was doing a great job. My husband ordered a cinnamon bagel, which we were told there was one left of. Then, a lady came up next him and started critiquing how he was doing things, which was frustrating to him and to us. She was talking over him so we couldnt understand what either of them were saying. We paid and moved out of the way. When our order was handed to us, we were told that they didn’t have any cinnamon bagels left so they substituted it with blueberry (which we were not asked if that’s what we would want). My husband had originally ordered a Farmhouse Bagel, with a cinnamon bagel on the side. They put the ingredients of the farmhouse bagel (ham, cheese, cream cheese, etc) on the blueberry bagel. It was disgusting and ruined our breakfast. We love Einstein Bros Bagels, but we will not be back until the service becomes better and the people working there are more organized and professional.
WARNING: This location WILL get your order wrong. Ive been there multiple times, and every single time the order is wrong. Ill order a toasted everything bagel, and theyll give me an untoasted plain bagel with the onion skins still on! Or another time where they forgot the salmon on a salmon bagel?! You can make better bagels yourself from the grocery store. Go do that instead!
I give up. Every time I go to a location they always give me burned food. I clearly told the lady lightly toasted and she repeated toasted. And I’m like lightly toasted. She repeats what she wanted to do and right when I get to the window the lady gave me a over done burnt crossiant. I will NOT go there again. I’m so tired of wasting my money at this chain. Since they don’t care then I no longer care to spend my money there.
Placed order at 10:57am didnt get all of the order until 11:32am. Order was a total of 6bagels (one sausage egg and cheese, the other BACON egg and cheese) 2 coffee simple and a chai latte. They didnt have garlic or chocolate chip bagels. They got the order WRONG gave us both sausage egg and cheese and didnt give me the chai latte , had to wait extra time after informing them that they didnt give me my drink. The manager-a woman had a “welp what can you do”attitude. No hospitality. You could just see the agitation in her face, which is even more infuriating as a PAYING CUSTOMER WAITING OVER 30mins for an pretty basic order. The other employees were at least apologetic, stated they were short a staff member. But the LACK of initiative the manager had to handle the situation as MULTIPLE customers waiting well over 20mins for their orders as well is unacceptable.
I sat for 40 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Not sure how well the place is being ran if it takes 20 minutes per customer. One of the cars in front of me sat in front of the cashier window for about 20 minutes waiting, Im not sure why they wouldnt have her park. The person in front of me had made an online order but I guess they didnt get it and she gave them the order again at the window, once again Im not sure why they didnt have her park too because then I ended up waiting a total 40 minutes. Maybe I misunderstood but I thought drive-throughs were supposed to go fast so that you can just order and pick up quickly. Honestly I dont ever want to come back here again because this isnt the first time this happened.
OMG! PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY DOWN. So, last week I had two incidences, one where they wouldnt answer the phone so I can place my order, I called for 20 minutes straight and ended up walking inside to get my order...I complained and was given a free bagel by the manager, I think, whoever it was hes from New Jersey and is very nice and understanding. He suggested I download the app and place my order there next time. Next day, same thing, but this time when I am 5 minutes from the place someone finally answers...female, we review my order 3 times, it was just an everything bagel, sliced, NOT toasted, cream cheese on the side...I repeat everything 3 times, by the time I am done, I am exhausted and say Jesus Christ at the end of our conversation to which she answers Is our Lord and Savior . Same New Jersey person was there again when I picked up my order, and he once again he gave me a free bagel because he actually heard her take my order and knew what had happened. I kid-you-not, she still got my order wrong. TODAY, I call again for 20 minutes straight, again, no one answers. I walk in and complain about no one answering the phone, New Jersey person is not there today, and guess who takes my order? Yep, same Jesus Christ lady from last week. She tells me they are too busy to answer the phone, I roll my eyes and giver her my order. I tell her they must do a better job about answering the phone. She then asks me if I went to church, I answered do you? She tells me something to the effect of how my behavior is un Jesus like. I answered what does Jesus have to do with my order, and, she walks away. I wait ten minutes, still no bagel, I ask where it is, she says it will come out when it comes out. I have an Asian lady standing right next to me hearing and witnessing everything. The Jesus woman then mumbles under the breath dont come back. Asian lady standing next to me says did she just say what I think she said, I said yes, to which Asian lady says, I work in retail, I would have been fired on the spot if I told that to a customer. We both ask to see the manager, the supervisor comes out, says manager or asst manager is busy in the back. She was very nice and did her best to de-escalate the situation, we told her her Jesus lady should not be in a customer service position, if she cannot handle the stress/volume of it. She said Jesus lady was feeling a bit overwhelmed, and again, I was given a free bagel. I wonder what will happen tomorrow.
This is the WORST Einstein Bros!! They always take FOREVER and get my order wrong. The wait is crazy!!! Today I was in the drive thru line for almost an hour and when I finally get to the window they said they didn’t see my mobile order so I had to wait some more. I had to go inside to check on my order. I’m glad I checked my bag because I was missing a bagel. It’s really ridiculous! Not going back to this location again!!!!
This Einsteins has gone down hill. The wait time is unbelievable. The staff are nice but seem to be undertrained. Got my order wrong because they interupted me multiple times while I was telling them my order. This ended up in me being charged for something I didnt want. They offered me an OJ instead of a refund and I took it just so I could get out of there. Ive been going here for a few years and will not be returning again. Id suggest others look elsewhere for a quick breakfast.
The old staff was so much better. They had great costumer service and always had a smile. Now …. Not so much. They take extra long and just leave you at the window. Not to mention the speaker sucks and they barely get your order right because they can’t hear you so you repeat your order 13 times . Need better costumer service.
On my way to work I stopped at this particular location because it has a drive thru. When I arrived I was told through the speaker when I was ready to order to move forward to the window to place my order. There were 3 other cars in front of me so I decided to just order through the app to expedite my order. When I got to the window I told the girl that I had just placed an order through the app and she directed me to move to the front of the building. I waited 15 minutes and then saw the girl from the window come outside not to give me my order, but to take a smoke break. Once she went back in I decided to get out and see what the hold up was. I approached the same girl and said Im still waiting on my order and all she said was that they had not received my order, although I could clearly see it behind her. I pulled my order confirmation on my phone and then all she said was Oh I forgot to get your name at the window, and proceeded to give me the food that was now cold and had sat for over 10 minutes. Not only did she forget my to get me name, she also forgot about me altogether. She also didnt bother ask if I wanted fresh food. I love Einsteins Bagels but this completely ruined my experience there, ruined my morning and made me late to work having to wait over 20 minutes for a couple of bagels and drinks. They dont know how to effectively use their drive thru window so I wouldnt bother using it and if they ask you to pull up without your food I would just refuse or you may be waiting for too long.
I can totally see why there are so many 1⭐️ Reviews. It’s cause it’s a terrible location. Today was my first day going and I would have been better off going to dunn bothers across the street. I waited at the speaker for probably close to 10 min on hold. Someone finally came on to take my order and she just stopped taking my order and made me wait again. Once I got to the window they asked me about 3 times what my order was. It seems like they were weeded but there was no one inside or in the drive thu. I definitely will not be coming back. To top everything off the coffee is TRASH.
Pretty skimp on the Nova Lox.. Had to break it up to make sure I would get a little in every bite.Edit: The Nova Lox looked strange. I ate it anyway. Now I feel sick. Dropping my rating to 1 star.Went back for the convenience. Service was slow. Staff was not using the order here section. Left without ordering.
This five star is for the cashier that was helping us. However, we ended up leaving without purchasing anything due to the employee in the back deciding to be rude. Went in to get a bakers dozen and half a dozen. It shows for the bakers 2 tubs of smear and for the half 1 tub of smear. The cashier ask me if I wanted cream cheese to which I respond Oh I thought it comes with the tubs of smear the employee in the back starts talking loud saying it doesnt come with 2 tubs of smear. The cashier says I was asking about the smear because we can put it in the bagel or give you the tubs. The employee in the back is still saying it doesnt come with the tubs of smear. My husband says we werent talking to you. The cashier asked is if we wanted to choose our bagels and continues to serve us. We get out the line and tell another customer they can go next while we get the bagels. The employee is still saying we dont get the tubs of smear. I finally told my husband we needed to leave. We apologized to the cashier and thanked her. It was not her fault and she was trying to continue servicing the other customers. I love Einsteins bagels but will have to find another location. Which is upsetting as its right down the street from my job.***Uodate- went on Friday to get my team some bagels. Austin was amazing and this experience was great. He saved the day and brought the tub of smears we had forgotten. Thank you Austin for bringing customer service back. We will definitely be coming back.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Food was made incorrectly. No big deal- lets just correct it. By the 4th time.. I was pretty livid as my money and time are as valuable as those at Einstein Brothers. So fast forward to me walking in with my sandwich wrong AGAIN to be greeted by the sandwich maker saying WHAT NOW. What I have learned in business is that mistakes happen but your attitude is everything. I highly suggest that this Einsten Brothers give their employees a thorough lessen on customer service and explain that every lost customer is a loss of profit! Just terrible!
I like the place, its got character compared to other bagel shops. I do notice from time to time after a few visits to this location its pretty short staffed in areas, which can be notably stressful--sometimes you might see an employee or two take up two positions. Ive seen some really shabby customers walk through here giving them attitudes if theyre out of certain bagels or sweets after noon, at least the employees try to make recommendations and offer to improvise. Remember: theyre people too, to some its just a job.
I love this place. I go there 4-6 days a week. Bagels are delicious and employees are great. The male manager, Chris, is always so nice and i see him treat all of the customers amazing as he serves up all of the food with a smile always. He seems to be the key component there. The female managers are great too. They are all upbeat and have a positive attitude with their jobs. I will always eat at Einsteins Bagels and i love the Addison location the most. The staff truly is superb.
This is consistently one of the worst Einsteins in the chain. Their service is slow and and the staff is subpar. Today, I waited over 15 minutes for three bagels. I didn’t need sandwiches or even to have them toasted. All I wanted was three sliced bagels and a cup of coffee. The bagels came after so long, I neglected to check them, and to nobody’s surprise, they weren’t even sliced. The coffee was tepid and it turns out the employee rang up my order incorrectly, using 100 points of mine on a bagel with cream cheese, and I didn’t even get cream cheese. I keep going back because I like their power protein bagels; however, it may be time to throw in the towel.
Me and my Co-workers went to this locations and it was her first time. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado croissant. and she ordered a ham and Swiss deli bagel. They did not bother to toast either sandwich or add the cheese!. so we had to basically come to work and pick the whole sandwich apart and warm it best we could . and she tried to get a refund and they told her its too long of a process with a card? like who says that to a customer. those two working need a right up, training and maybe even fired! smh worst experience ever. will not go back to this location
Ive been going to this location almost every morning for a year and I have had nothing but great experiences! Employees remember your name and order and treat you like a friend and not just another customer.Chris will suggest delicious modifications to your order and has changed my life with these ridiculously good tasting masterpieces.Ebony is a sweetheart and always has a smile on her face. She greats you with love and makes sure youre happy before you leave.Jasmine is very helpful and a wonderful sight to see every morning. She is always happy and happy to help.I have nothing but good things to say about this location and all these haters need to realize its an Einstein Bagel shop and not your personal chef staff in the mansion that you dont have! Also, the coffee is better here than any other place!
Customer service sucked!!! The guy working the front seemed like he didnt want to help me. He just walked away from the register as I was paying and never came back. He also forgot to give me my coffee, so when I asked for it he just held up his finger and told the guy working drive thru to do it for him..wont be going back to that location again.
I went in at about 8:30am and there were several disappointing moments. First, I asked about the Monday promo BEFORE I went there and was only told I needed to sign up for the rewards program. What was left out is that the offer is provided to you on a weekly basis and doesnt show up immediately so I had to pay $30 for $14 worth of bagels. The drive through line was long so the two front end employees were running around while struggling to help the people inside. You can tell those women are working hard but are just out of it. There are usually too many employees so I dont know what happened but itll be a while before I go back - way too many other places to get better, faster service.
The bagels are good, so is the cream cheese. However, my review is from the drive-through perspective and also as a new customer. To the customer service attendants, please ASK us if we want our bagels sliced and toasted. Again, since I am a new customer, I didnt think to ask. Also, ask us if we want the cream cheese on the side or on the bagel. Again, as a new customer, I dont know to ask these things. When I got my bagel sliced and toasted, you guys put the cream cheese on right away and it was almost completely melted once I was ready to eat it.
I absolutely love einstein bagels and have visited many locations. I decided to try this location out. You are not greeted at all when coming in. I had to wait in like for someone to come to the register. Keep in mind I was the only one in line. I ordered. Knowing they did not have any ice they handed me my cup anyways. I had to go back to the register and ask for ice. The employee that got it for me acted like I was bothering him. Highly disappointed with my visit here. I will not be returning to this location.
Update 2019-12-06: employees still shorting customers from ordered items. Check your order before you leave.Employees dont care about accuracy or timeliness. On multiple occasions I have come away charged for things I didnt order, incorrect items, and potential genetic reactions. Drive through is 20 minutes to get through for simple orders. Corporate doesnt seem to care either so Ill drive the extra 4 miles to go to a different franchise store where i know my order will be the right price and items
Every time I go into this particular Einsteins my order is wrong. This isnt an every so often occurrence or a mistake made by the same employee, it is different mistakes made by different employees almost every time I go in there. Which is quite a few, seeing as I go there for breakfast or lunch almost every single day. I order the same thing every time I go as well. Im talking about having it wrong 8 or 9 times within the last two weeks... so i decided it was time to say something.I very rarely have them fix my order,I just returned from there today, after having them correct my order, and the person working there spoke to me in a very hostile tone. My coffee order was wrong too, but I did not have her correct that, I just really wanted the sandwich I ordered. Id drink the unsweetened regular latte, even though I was charged for a vanilla hazelnut latte. She made the sandwich wrong again, even though, when asked, I told her exactly how to make it. I did not have her fix it again, seeing as she practically shoved the thing in my face. There is another Einsteins that I also frequent because I work right across the street, over off Park in Plano, and the service there is exceptional. My order is always right, and out in a timely manner. I also go there multiple times a week. I order the same things there that I order at the restaurant over here, so I know that it is not my error that is causing a mix up every time I order at the Addison restaurant. My conclusion would be that this particular restaurant needs to invest in employee training on their menu and in customer service, and have more experienced team members as well as managers around during all shifts to help the newer employees and answer their questions, as well as keep the customers happy.
First time at this location for dine-in and Im not saying its bad as the staff tries hard to make the place look clean and have everything ready--but when you come in when its busy inside AND drive-thru, especially on the weekend its a good 15-8 minutes of wait-time. Alot of people like to buy in bulk it seems. For any who know fast food, that, waiting on slow-cook machines, indecisive customers and team capability all play a part. I ordered early ahead of everyone coming in for lunch just a coffee. They got it out fast. : )
LOUSY!!! Ordered a bagel, muffin and coffee. The norm is to give the customer the cup after they pay. Nope. Had to ask for cup. My order was to be eaten invl store. It came to me as to go. Told me he shift manager it was for here and I repeated myself and he just starred at me. Wont be back. I used to enjoy going there with friends, but no more.
Very rude girl working at the front window. (12:30 pm. 3/30/19)My husband and I had a great experience the first time we visited this place (there was 1 older gentleman working that day), which is why I didnt give it a 1 star...The second experience (just now) was the opposite. There is a black girl with a necklace that has an E on it (Im assuming her name starts with an E) that greeted us at the window by asking what do you want? She asked nothing else, and when we were done giving our order she said I swear, this is the last customer ... With an annoyed and completely negative attitude. She then gave us our food and said nothing else, once again with an attitude. Well we WERE having a nice day. RUDE. Sad that they hire people that clearly cant stand being there.Oh, and they messed up my order... But of course they did, the girl was too busy rolling her eyes rather than listening to the order.
My order is never wrong and they finally have iced coffee. Ive been here a couple of times and love the prices. My boy and I can get out of here generally spending $5 all together, $10 if we are feeling superflous.Four stars because the staff is never very friendly and the tables arent spot on with cleaning.
I come here at least 3 times a week and order bagels for my office every time there is an issue. This week it’s the drive thru is closed so you come inside and have to sit for almost 20 minutes for bagels. It’s only 2 people working this shouldn’t take almost an hour. I’ve been here since 8am and I am still waiting! This will be my last time coming! I’ll take my business elsewhere!
This is by far the worst Einstein I have ever been to. I drove through this morning, and the girl told me that she would be right with me to take my order. 10 Minutes later, she still had not taken my order, and when I drove around to leave there was nobody in the store. There is no reason to make people wait 10 minutes when you are just sitting around inside. I will not be back to this location.
Placed a future order online. Got my email confirmation. The store accepted my order. Delivery Day: I have 33 folks waiting for coffee, juice and pastries. I try calling the store to find out the status because they are already late. No answer. I call catering. On hold for while. The store forgot about my order, so they did not bake any of the pastries. I am not offered a resolution, I have to request what I need to happen. So guessing the Addison store cant handle it and my order is moved to another store - further away. Estimating it will arrive 1.5 hours late. Very disappointed!! Their failure looks like I failed to do my part. Thankful to the store on Forest that came thru.
THE NICEST THING! I was sick and went to get a breakfast sandwich while I waiting for CareNow to call me for my doctors appointment. The staff really went out of their way to hear my order and make sure it was correct- smiling the entire time. After I ate my sandwich I was just sitting there, waiting for the call from CareNow. The Cashier who checked me out picked up my plate and left a Chocolate Chip Muffin in its place. I looked up at him puzzled and he said Chocolate Chips make everyone feel better. Was that the nicest thing ever?! I got to be honest; I will go out of my way to go to that location from now on. Great food, great prices, and employees that go out of their way to pick up the spirits of a stranger. MADE MY DAY
As a past employee of working here for 6 months this place is absolutely amazing if youre looking for; bad management, very slow service, overpriced food that is made incorrectly more than half of the time, and dont even get me started with the portioning. So yea if you have 15 to 20 minutes to spare and dont mind haven your order redone maybe twice and waiting in a long line which by the way every week theyre out of half the stuff you want then this is the place for you.
Used to go at least 3 times a week and will never be back. Ordered a fruit cup with my lunch sandwich. Got to work, unpacked my lunch, and the fruit cup was nothing but a giant white moldy mess. If you cant be bothered to check a fruit cup before giving it to a customer what else arent you checking? And Im not talking about a little mold, the entire inside of the cup was covered in white moldy fuzz and I could clearly see it just glancing at it without opening it. I cant risk my health patronizing a place like that.
Love the place, and everyone is really nice...but everytime I go AT LEAST one thing is messed up. A dozen everything bagels becomes a dozen of everything (an assortment) an original bagel dog becomes an asiago one, a vanilla hazelnut coffee with two creams and 4 sugars becomes a plain coffee with one cream and 2 sugars. Its the little things that make me wanna drive the extra 5 minutes to a different store.
Have to agree with Jacob - went out of my way to go to this location, ordered a bagel sandwich with plain cream cheese (not the onion whatever cream cheese that was supposed to go on it) and I still got the onion stuff. Also got a latte, which didnt taste very good (more like bad watered down coffee). Maybe Im spoiled from Starbucks but I guess I assumed a latte would be similar everywhere.
I send my husband to buy bagels for breakfast. The service wasn’t good they ask how many bagels they want so my husband told them 13 but they never ask what kind and they gave him all the kind of bagel that my family don’t eat and that make me so upset because they should ask what kind they want. People are buying not asking for free so at least people can have what they actually want.
Very disappointing. Service was very unfriendly...poor customer service...cleanliness deficient ..cashier was extremely slow and didnt seem to know what she was doing. Line to order was very long took me almost 30 minutes to get my order of baker dozen ..... she was the only cashier taking orders and checking customers out. We have been loyal customers of this location since it opened in Addison and have Definetely notice a decline in the quality of food and service
My first time at this location.. I ordered and the cashier was having trouble with the register so he calls Chris I’m assuming the manager and Chris tells him “I don’t have time for this figure it out” rude af he called him over twice and both times he was rude and not only was he being rude to the cashier he was being rude to the girl working the window.. his whole vibe was ugly and I won’t be coming back at least to this location.. bagels on point though..
THE WORST!!!! SAT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 30 mins!!! STAFF WAS JUST STANDING AROUND WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD! AFTER SITTING AT THE WINDOW FOR 15 MINS THE PERSON WITH THE HEADSET CAME BACK SAYING “WE’RE WORKING ON YOUR ORDER”..LIKE WTH HAVE YOU BEEN DOING FOR THE LAST 20MINS THEN!!!! HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!!
The last two times we’ve been to this location, one particular employee has been incredibly rude and had an attitude with us. Doesn’t even deserve the title “bad customer service”—there was NO customer service. Won’t be going back despite the fact that it’s the nearest location to us by at least several miles.
Awful customer service. Stood in a line of three people and no one greeted or acknowledged me. It wasnt busy at all. When I did place My order it took at least 8 minutes to make a cup of coffee,. Which was only made when I stood up and asked for it.I almost ordered some food, but I knew it would probably take forever. Will not be coming back.

2022-07-09Found fresh and wide variety of bagels with many choices of spreads. The staff were nice, the place is clean and well maintained.

2022-01-23I used to come here and the guy that worked drive through was never kind and pretty brash. I stopped coming. Been over a year so I came back today. The you g lady at the drive through was worse than the guy before. Zero greeting. She handed us our change and food and still not a single word. It’s like no one teaches them general customer service. If you’re not a morning person, don’t work at a breakfast spot. Maybe she was just having a hard day? A hello, good morning, thank you or even “here you go” when handing off food is not a stretch. My bageI looked nothing like the photo either. I never leave poor reviews but I hope this leads to better training and that other customer will have a better experience than me.

2022-02-23Why is this location so poorly run compared to the others? Food is never ready when you order online, I’m glad I don’t have this as my main location. Staff is running around with no awareness that customers are waiting for their orders. Do not come to this location if you expect a normal run establishment and expect things to be done on time or even right, if you don’t mind excessive wait times, wrong made items, you will be okay. Literally witnessed 3 customers receive wrong made items in my excessive wait. Took over 30 minutes to get 3 bagels and a coffee from order to pickup. Why…Edit - to make it better, the bagels were barely toasted & cold when we received them. I have love for bagels but never return to this specific location again, this is a pattern at this location.

2021-11-05Intercom is broken so I sat there for like 10 minutes waiting. But after those in front of me started moving forward I figured it out and just pulled up. Only to hear the woman behind me be greeted and have her order taken. Employee explains that it is being hit or miss. I go to order and the woman walks away before I’m finished and brings back the wrong total. I order two bagels and a shake. She asks me to pull forward and park. She brings out my food but forgets the drink. Comes back out with the wrong drink. Finally brings out the drink and it’s the wrong flavor and no whip cream but at this point I’m so late I don’t care. 35 minutes all told. For a drink and 2 bagels.

2022-06-19Sandwich was ok but when I got home and tasted my bottled coke, it tasted funny. I looked at the date…March 3.2022. You guys may want to check your inventory before you just hand a customer an expired drink. It’s disgusting, unprofessional of you and a waste of my money. Anyone reading this, find a better location because the one in Addison is not it. The others are great!

2019-10-23Bagels aren’t bad...but nothing beats a NY bagel. Their bagels are tasty but not chewy. They have a “cake”-like texture. Very soft...not as chewy as a New England bagel. They’re great if you like softer bread. Place wasn’t busy but not clean. Not one clean table in the whole place. Had to clean off our own table. It would be nicer if the dining area was better taken care of. Staff was relatively friendly. Bathrooms were clean.

2022-02-20The workers are nice BUT the establishment was dirty inside, longest wait ever. I will never ever come back to this location.I cannot Believe this I waited 25 minutes for my order for them to tell me they don’t have plain bagels. This is absolutely ridiculous worst location ever I will give this place zero stars if I knew how to

2018-09-18Einstein’s bagels never disappoints! This location had a great selection of fresh bagels and the place was very clean. The staff were all friendly as well. I’m a plain bagel kind of person but they have a variety of breakfast and lunch bagels to choose from!

2021-08-21The associates were nice, but the wait was kind of on the long side. I ordered a garden avocado egg sandwich, as Im a vegetarian, but bacon ended up on the sandwich.

2021-12-27Austin and his team who served us at this location off of belt line in Addison was supper attentive and very helpful. They gave us plenty of suggestions for what we wanted as we were very hungry and were looking for a variety of things. The bacon cheddar sandwich was awesome but I needed salsa to top it off. They went to the back and got some for me.
