Worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially when dealing with our wedding. Its supposed to be the happiest time of our lifes and they went out of their way to ruin it. Will not recommend this to anyone, they will just steal your money Ivan and Jose are the reason El Paso gets a bad name.
Was going to attend a friends wedding and was informed it had gotten canceled by the venue. Was informed the venue blackmailed my friend to sign a contract that he would not take legal action against them in order to receive partial payment back. Highly unprofessional.
20 years ago, this place was a primitive ballroom-- four walls and no ambience. However, they renovated it into a very nice venue for Weddings, Quinceñeras, Sweet 16 parties, etc. The ambience now is very classy, and the BEST FEATURE is the MASSIVE DANCE FLOOR!! It is onr of the largest, if not the largest for ballrooms in El Paso. SO . . . if youre planning a big event and your family and friends love to DANCE, this might be the ballroom for you!! :-)
Cancelled my daughters wedding a few days before the actual date. Promised a full refund over the phone and when they went to get it, they didnt keep their word. Very unprofessional, do not reccommend.
Really bad service, canceled on my brother 4 days before wedding leaving him empty handed, worse part was he paid 5k for venue and didn’t give him his money back only 3k was returned and forced him to sign a contract that he can’t sue or process them in a court of law for the other 2k even though cancellation wasn’t up to him but from venue. Don’t recommend them since they committed illegal practices against my family and who knows what other peopleThey didn’t spare any expense either, so didn’t see reason for them to keep the money.
Was supposed to attend my brother wedding here. I can not believe what this people did to them. They canceled on their wedding 3 days before the wedding , and then still proceeded to blackmail them into singing a contract so they don’t take any legal action on them in order to get a portion of the money back. People like them are the reason El Paso gets a bad name. They preach El Paso strong and steal from the people In need, through the tough times were living. They should be embarrassed of what they have done, and give them all the money back.
Left my son empty handed 4 days before wedding and kept the money for venue, forced him to sign contract were he couldn’t process them in a court of law to get his money back, illegal practices, can’t force no one, specially if cancellation wasn’t his fault and followed contract to the tee. Nice venue and setup but the food and overall logistics of the venue was subpar. Definitely not a good first impression.
Iván and José are bad people who think bout just them, even though they didn’t put nothing into brothers wedding they took from him 2k and forced him/ black mailed him to sign a waiver so he couldn’t prosecute them in a court of law. It’s was they fault since they are the ones who canceled venue on brother, as it is we are struggling in this economy with COVID and they are out here stealing the little money we have :(
My friend had her wedding there this weekend. It was beautiful, I love the tent. However, I speak only English and could not talk to the waiters or staff. When they announced things I could not understand them.
It’s a beautiful ballroom we had so much fun I definitely recommend this place for xv, wedding or even just for a reunion. The service is great.
Beautiful place but very poor management. The DJ was late and did not have an video/audio cord so my slideshow had no music to it. The DJ had to youtube the songs for the video and chose the wrong song. My cousin had to take over the mic and run the wedding.The catering that they provided was awful and very small portions. There also was not enough wait staff to serve everyone in a timely manner even after we paid the extra cost for china (and not buffet) and they forgot to serve the sangria. We would have been better off bringing in our own DJ and choosing a restaurant to cater. They refused to refund any costs.
They ruined my brothers wedding and I’m very upset. Very unprofessional people and I would never recommend them for any event. They took his money even though they cancelled on him. Hope no one ever has to deal with what my family did.

Worst ballroom in el paso city!!!! The food taste bad, and the smell in those romm is horrible!!! Theyre over priced. I wouldnt not recommend this place at all!! Save your money and go some where else.

Poor management and contract is contructicting. Manager right away said to go to his lawyer when I explained his contract cause it made no sense when it came to canceling. I think he was more upset that I decided to cancel and accused me of walking in already upset. You can honestly get a way better deal elsewhere for a lot better and cheaper price. Im glad I decided to cancel with them wanting to charge for every little thing. On top of that the manager wants us to sign a cancellation form but cannot guarentee us how much we are getting back what we had already given.

Beautiful tent with chandeliers for romantic weddings. Clean outdoor restrooms. Large parking space. Decorations and candy bar were available at the wedding. Really nice.
Employees were very friendly, music was good. I would recommend it to anyone. 😊
It looked nice and beautiful, the food actually good. We where in the garden tent area. It smelled like armpits and DJ sucked. They need to get rid of the smell and get a better DJ.

Simply the best of the whole step in terms of price, attention, parking, quality and service, we had my daughters quinceañera, all the guests were fascinated with the service, the excellent food, 5 stars, despite the fact that we had to cancel it twice and move dates always they behaved up to the task and provided us with the best service and for that we are very satisfied with them thank you bell tower thank you very much I highly recommend it
Bad service, dinner is not served as the guests arrive they stayed with 20 pizza boxes and a large cake, the DJ is not present in his cabin. Drinks, beer, chocolate fountain, photobuck very late. They dont serve the cake soon. The salad was pure lettuce and after half an hour they gave plate or did not give, they did not serve all the agreed dishes. The guards were never in their place and that is why there were people who were not invited by the couple. They charge uncorking the bar tender of them. The waiters are very expensive. Five waiters were paid and there were only 4. Very expensive chocolate fountain and it was very small.

2022-05-28We had our wedding here. We had to switch dates a couple of times due to covid and they were able to accommodate us. Mayra was great! I had a TON of questions throughout the process and she was always very patient and informative. We had a great time day of!!. Everything was perfect. The waiters were very nice and worked fast. The only thing I would recommend is to write detailed notes for the music youd like to be played. I wrote notes but probably should have talked to the dj myself beforehand. All in all was a great experience and would definitely recommend!!

2021-02-23Great place to have your event. We just had my daughters sweet 15 this past weekend and everything went great. Staff provides great customer service which made our event run smooth, just as planned! So far we have received nothing but compliments about the place. Their catering was delicious. Ivan worked with us through the pandemic and rescheduling until we finally made this day possible. I recommend this venue for any event 100%

2020-12-17My family and I were real excited we were going to my nephews wedding at the ballroom. Weve passed by many times and it is such a beautiful place. The bad news that the wedding was canceled so close to there wedding date. I understand that times are bad for everyone. With sacrifice my nephew rented this ballroom and for the owners not give him back all of his money is bad business.

2021-02-25My nieces quinceñera had to be rescheduled multiple times due to the citys regulations with Covid. The owner was always very straight forward with us when it came to the changes, great communication. The four times we had to reschedule the event he never hesitated and arranged the changes with no extra charge. The day of the event was such a great experience, the staff was amazing, very attentive to our needs. The hall was clean and fresh the whole time, restrooms clean, and food was delicious. I highly recommend this for future events! It is a beautiful place and we are very happy with how the quinceñera turned out. It was worth the wait!

2020-12-16So I was supposed to have my wedding here and they called to cancel it 3 days before it. Every time we went and called, we would ask if everything was in place and they said yes that the wedding will happen. We called to see if we could get our money back after they cancelled it and they told is since they cancelled we could get a full refund. We went to go get our money back and they only gave us a fraction of what we paid. They made us sign a contract where we cant go to court against them. Now we were left stranded, with no money for our wedding. Do not recommend this place as they are not professional, and crooks giving El Paso a bad name.

2020-10-14Ivan and Jose were very accommodating, made ourselves and our guests feel very safe. Worked and collaborated to make sure our daughters quinceñera was awesome. It would be almost impossible to find a better venue when looking for value and scene. Plenty of space and staff is highly engaged.

2021-06-28Went to a SweetSixteen ,its nice inside ! I love the catering, except they need to keep an eye 👁️👀 out for all those teenagers drinking them MARGARITAS , theres no guidance!!! The security guard was outside the whole time!
