At first, I really liked this place. My first and second visits were polar opposites, though. My first visit, everyone was friendly and kind and I really liked the staff. Everyone seemed patient with me and walked me through everything. I genuinely liked this place. I also informed them I am really afraid of needles due to an incident in my past, so I would probably cry and panic a bit. The first time, I didnt even cry or panic.However, my second time they were in a rush. They got me in late and I sat in the chair for quite a while. I didnt mind because I understand... However, they had barely put the numbing gel on me before they started to push the needles in. I got shaky at how quickly they did it and I felt everything. It hurt really bad so I began to cry and shake, but instead they just continued and pushed through doing it many times as I panicked. It felt far more rough and rushed, which was awful for someone who is deathly afraid of needles. Once they finished, the dentist walked out and left me to have a panic attack in the chair. This is the first time Ive ever had a full on panic attack in a chair, and that includes blood draws. I couldnt breathe, couldnt stop sobbing, couldnt speak, and could barely think. I stuck it out as best as I could but for the rest of the fillings, tears just kept running down my cheek. It felt like no one cared or was going to help me. It shook me really badly and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I just wanted to leave so desperately that at the end, even though I could tell I could feel the fillings when I bit, that I just wanted to drive home.On one hand, they had been great and I recommended them to my family after the first session, only noting the dentist seemed a bit cold/ rude. But if the second time is how they treat people who are already anxious, I would never go there again. Even typing this out makes me shaky right now, and I think they really destroyed a lot of progress Ive made with needles over the years. I cannot recommend them to anyone who needs compassion and patience. I hope this was a one time fluke, but this experience was absolutely dreadful.

I can’t express enough how great this office is! First they were able to get my 5 year old son in same day for tooth pain when other offices I called had a 2 month wait. They made him so comfortable and he left excited for his next cleaning.The next week he performed my extractions and was so helpful. The whole staff is amazing and worked around my schedule and I really can’t thank them enough!

The best dentist and staff! I am deathly afraid of the dentist, it’s been a long time since I have gone because I don’t like to go, but the staff and Dr. Rezsofi made me feel so relaxed and that I was in excellent hands! My teeth cleaning did not hurt like any other dental places I have been too!

Where to begin? During my appointment I thought it was odd the dentist did not show me the X-Rays identifying the activities to be filled. So I was working under the assumption he was busy and didn’t question this practice as I’m not the type to make waves.After having several cavities filled I went home and noticed my front tooth was chipped. The receptionist stated to come back and the dentist would fix it. As the dentist couldn’t fix my tooth why go back ?!When I called regarding sensitivity in my teeth he drilled on the receptionist said this was a normal side effect.As I had a horrible experience as this dentist has no bedside manner and has a heavy hand when drilling I was in no hurry to go back!!A little over a year later my filling has fallen out on my front tooth he had drilled on and CHIPPED!!PLEASE NOTE: he had identified 6 cavities that he failed to show me on the X-rays. I wish I had not been timid and gotten a second opinion.Subsequent to a filling falling out I’ve requested medical records to include billing and X-rays which I’ve yet to receive!

I had a terrible experience years ago with another dentist and have been terrified of dental care of any kind. I recently had 2 difficult crowns this office and it was a very pleasant experience from office staff, dental asst and Dr. Today my 27 year old woke up with a swollen face and they got him right in to find a major abscess which he fixed for him. My son too was terrified of dentists until today. This is a wonderful, honest and caring office. My family of 4 have found a new home for healthy teeth.

We moved here from Georgia and I thought I would never find a dentist as good as the one I had back home.Dr. Rezsofi and staff are amazing. He exudes genuine concern for his patients: their concerns, anxieties, and fears. The entire staff is quick to put one at ease.The staff is always happy to see their patients and make you feel welcome. Amber, Andi, Carly, and Joanne wonderful and kind. If you are looking for a dentist, I cannot recommend this doctor and his staff enough.

Ive been going to 1187 Dental for a few years now. Dr. Rezsofi is excellent- very knowledgeable, friendly and great at putting you at ease. The hygienists are also fantastic. Finally Ive found a place that doesnt make me suffer during cleanings!They go out of their way to give you options and work with your insurance. Outstanding and professional!

Dr. Rezsofi is honest and stands behind his work. His staff is friendly, thorough and kind. This office is a small office that takes their time to treat you as an individual...not an assembly line of chairs running people in and out. My experience is always stressfree and painless

Walked in for a cleaning and walked out with 7 cavities that needed to be filled. I got a second opinion and turns out I only had 1 cavity. SCAMMERS not dentists. Also they have like one dental hygienist who does all the work, you can tell business is slow. Steer clear.

I had an emergency visit with this dentist. We were travelljng thru and I did not know him. He pulled my tooth for me. I have had no pain, no infecrion, no dry socket either!! Whew!!!! He was verrrrrrry professional and took his time getting it out. Thanks for being soooooo kind to s stranger!!!!
