July 2th b4 going out of town had them wash/hand polish my 2015 Tacoma for $35.00..nice job it was worth it.. and hen when in Dallas my sister in law asked why the top of my truck was dinted down..!? seems I got something extra for my money.. wont be back.. they should have told me..
Usually I have a pretty good experience here, but today was different. I mentioned to the cashier that I thought $100 for a full synthetic oil change was a little pricey for my small Toyota hatchback.I feel as a paying customer that it should be ok to express if you feel the price is a little to high, is it not?The cashier ended up giving me an attitude, handed my receipt over and said youre good to go, and proceeded to turn away and continue as if she was done with me.I then responded to her that I would be needing my car keys to leave and go anywhere.She then handed me my car keys, which she forgot to do in the first place, gave me an attitude and said pshh in my face, when I thanked her for handing me the keys she had forgotten to give me before telling me to leave.Then, when I confronted her about it, her and another lady ganged up on me and told me to leave.Sorry, but customer service is everything. That pshh in my face was totally uncalled for. I do not recommend this place and even though its right across the street from my house I think I will give my business to another busniess with a nicer clerk in the future. 😒
I have been using Elite practically since theyve opened, but never again. I purchased their Elite Plus, a premium wash. I understand that they have a personnel shortage. I expect a longer wait for service, but not such poor quality of work. The finisher came to tell me he was done. In the past, Id tip, get my keys and drive away without inspecting, as I knew they had done it right. Not this time! Im glad I checked it over. During the finishing process, I watched him use the same towel to dry off the body, bumpers and then the exterior glass. The windshield below the wipers hadnt been touched. The bugs had not been cleaned from the front end. There was dirt on my rear bumper and fenders. He sprayed tire dressing on the tires, but missed several spots. The antenna was still laying in the front seat. There was dust on the interior surfaces. I brought this to Danielles attention. She promptly got a second man out there to help with corrections. I got tired of pointing out things that the crew should have seen. There was a time that I recommended Elite to everybody. Im not the kind to tell them otherwise now. Ill let them make their own judgement.
Great experience. Lets me start by saying that I had my car detailed a couple of years ago, paid a substantial amount of money and still had stains on my interior. Was referred to Elite by a coworker that said they do excellent work. I had stopped by the other day and spoke with Camille (?), explained my situation and agreed to take my car back on Saturday, first thing in the morning. It was maybe, 1.5 hrs for them to complete my vehicle. It looked brand new inside. Jose had gotten out ALL of the stains that the other place couldnt. Stains that had been there for years. I definitely do not live close, but for sure will be back. When I called my husband and told him about my experience, he said he could hear in my voice how pleased I was with them. I dont review often, but today I am happy to. 😁 Thank you Elite for a job well done and at a cost that is reasonable. And definitely living up to customer satisfaction. Bravo 👏
A little disappointed today. Took my truck here because it’s lifted and will fit in there car wash. A nice young lady met me outside to pick a wash for my first time here. We chose the $16 wash that cleaned the wheels and tires. She didn’t have change and owed me $1 on the other side. No big deal so far. After the wash I pulled over to the side in the sun and walked around the truck to look it over. Several places the soap was drying on the new paint and still dirty wheels. I had to go to a self serve car wash to wash off the dried on soap. Not sure why I ungraded to the more expensive wash. Friendly people, just didn’t complete the job.
Went here to get an inspection, no one came out to help. I went in and out of their office twice before someone finally came out and then they sent me to another office. They told me it would take about 20-30 minutes so I waited. Over an hour later someone came out to tell me that my car failed inspection due to the tread on one of my tires. I looked at my vehicle and there was no difference between any of the tires. Then she said she was not even done with the inspection and made me wait even longer. I went somewhere else to get my car inspected and it passed. DO NOT get your vehicle inspected here.
I came in and wanted an interior cleaning.. that included vacuuming everything out.. They did an awful job on vacuuming the seats. When I was watching them do it I knew it went by way to fast.. They should be more worried about getting the seats good than anything else.. I came home and ran my vacuum over it and it came off pretty easy. The seats werent cleaned at all and some of the doors werent either. I wouldnt recommend coming here.. I understand they dont have much help but they need to make the employees understand that they need to clean good rather than quickly do it.. I automatically seen it when i got in so theres no way they didnt see all of it either..
Second time I came to this place because of convenient location and urgency to have services performed (oil change/car wash/inspection). They tried to offered me services I know my vehicle did not need (already done at the dealer a month ago). They offered me to buy tires from them or I would not pass my state inspection. I did not buy it and I failed, went to a different place a and I passed. They checked my tires and they were fine. Took over an hour on each case for completing my services and definitely over charged in comparison with other places I go.
I could be wrong, but I thought a car detail service meant getting the details. Not just wiping over the interior with armor all rags. There is still noticeable dirt all over and I wanted crevices cleaned. I do see that this could be just an express/assembly car wash, but for what I paid I expected A LOT more. For what I spent I could have purchased 10 mediocre car washes at a gas station that would have been as good as this.Adding to it: I wish I could give it zero stars. I keep finding areas that weren’t cleaned at all. They literally just skimmed the surface of everything and didn’t touch some areas. I paid for an expensive interior detail job and received an assembly line wipe down. The only thing “Elite” here are the prices.
So Ill preface this review to say this is my third time here and honestly Ive been pretty pleased with the work Ive recieved. But today, Im not a happy camper and I really feel something more could have been done. I went in today to get a full synthetic oil change, and was told with this service I would receive a car wash and a vacuum. The customer service dude told me, that for $16 extra I could get a full detail when I asked about getting the inside armor-alled. I went ahead and agreed, and when I picked it up with my husband who also was getting an oil change, I noticed that while the car looked clean on the outside, the inside was lightly vacuumed and barely wiped down. When I asked about this I was told I had purchased an elite wash, not a detail package. Long story short there customer service dude had told me wrong info. I was offered a discount for a detail if I wanted but how am I getting a discount if I already spent $16 and am essentially paying the same price for said discount. I felt like when I explained this to the guys outside, they didnt even care. I even tipped the cleaning people before I got into my car as usual, but for what? The only thing positive Ill say about todays visit is when I walked away from the guys outside, Eva, another rep came over and tried to help. She at least listened and tried to sympathize. I wont be coming back most likely, nor will my husband. I just feel like when you tell a customer something even if done so in error, you should honor it, especially if its a measly $45 charge.
I paid for a carpet and seat detailing and I only received half (the seats were finished thankfully) after waiting 5 hours on a visibly slow day. I only realized the day after when I looked down and saw the carpets weren’t even vacuumed. No employee communicated that they didn’t have time or it was too late in the day to finish what I had paid for. When I returned the following day, they had told me to come back almost a week later to get it finished because they’d be “too busy”. At this point, not only was my time wasted but I’m sure my car just sitting in their lot didn’t do anything for them either. I just wanted my time to be compensated but instead they offered a free car wash (which already with the package) or they would just refund me the money and not finish what I had already paid for. The service wasn’t even met to the basic standard and I’m very disappointed in my visit.Update: I dropped the car back off Thursday to have the carpets and floor mats detailed. The drivers side was the only one done! My dad talked to Jake, the manager, and showed him what was still not done. He had Jake take pictures and Jake agreed more could have been done.After a conversation with owner a new date was set up for Saturday morning for the original job to be completed. This morning upon arrival Eva was not aware of this job to be done as all the bays were closed. Eva, the manager on duty, was very professional and courteous and was willing to do what ever she could to make this right. No détailler’s were working so she went above and beyond and called someone to come in to work and handle this situation. I was very impressed at the way Eva handled everything, not so with the owner.The job was done and EVERYTHING was done exceptionally well. Carpets, mats, seats and interior was clean. This company is very lucky to have a manager such as Eva that wanted to do all she could to rectify this unfortunate situation. Sadly that it would take 4 times to get it right!
I called first thing in the morning on a Saturday to get pricing and ask about how busy they were. I was greeted by a very lovely lady who provided me with the info I needed and was super friendly. I went immediately and had my corvette inspected and hand washed. The washing was great, the experience was phenomenal, and the quality was outstanding. I will definitely be using them for all my vehicle needs.
Great service and a welcoming team. But it is taking way too long. Ive been here for two hours now waiting on a car wash a 3 detail job. The waiting room is nice and the popcorn is a good consolation.The manager actually came and apologized for the delay. It was really a nice gesture of him. Apparently my car was way too dirty (😞) they had to double and triple down on it to get it to their standards. Thank you so much Elite. 👍🏻👍🏻
Recently had the 3-package detail on my vehicle. They did an Awesome job at a fair price. I discovered a minor problem and brought it back to the Clear Lake location. Deven, the manager on-duty took care of the problem in a most professional manner. Heres the thing; I expected this level of professionalism and received it without having to ask. I believe they have a great team in place and I highly recommend this full service car wash/detail. When you pay for quality and expect to receive a quality product or service and get it, there is nothing better.
Wonderful people. They cater to your individual experiences and make you feel great about the entire process. They made my car look, smell, and feel like I just bought it and drove it off the lot. They have ALL the services you could ever need or want. I promise if you go here you wont regret it :)
I did not use them to work on my vehicle, but long story short, was in a bind after a flat tire and without the proper tools to resecure my spare tire. Tim was a huge help to me, a random non paying stranger,(forgot my wallet at home that day). I will definitely be coming back in the future to use their business and I will ask for Tim everytime. If that’s the effort, helpfulness, and professionalism he shows to a stranger, I can’t wait to be his customer!
Went for an inspection. They said theyll wash it once the inspection is complete. The 3rd car out of the dryer was mine. I went in to pay and had them double check that theyd charged for the inspection. The price was lower than a regular wash at some other places. Quick and cheap.
I used to really love this place, but the last few times Ive been theyve taken hours to do any service (even if its just a car wash + detailing). Ive always been told its because they had high traffic but the last 2 times I went they definitely did not have that many people there.Also every service they have is overpriced. The people are nice, but the service is too slow and the prices are too high. Wont be going back here.
I would like to start by saying that I am staying with my parents in the area for the summer and my mom recommended this place. I went for an oil change. When I got there, the people were friendly and the service seemed good. One nice thing they do is top off all of your fluids for free. Unfortunately however, I will not be going back there. First of all, the cost for an oil change is too much, $62 plus I guess the cost of the oil per unit (?), that for me was a total $69 oil change. I have never paid more than $45. I was told I needed new tires, which I knew I was needing to get soon, but the guy made it seem urgent and I felt rushed so I reluctantly agreed to two tires that were $164 each. But they didnt have them so they had to order them, yet I still owed the full price plus the price to install them. My total bill was $488. I had some sticker shock when I got home and told my dad about it, who advised me to get the tire order cancelled and go get refunded for it and we would then look at our options. He called them to see if that was ok and said that they were very understanding over the phone. When I went to get my refund, I was only refunded $268, when the tires were $328. I asked why and was told that they have to charge $30 per tire to cancel an order. Which was ridiculous to me considering the order had been placed less than an hour before and there was no way they had even left whatever warehouse they were sitting in. Then I had to get another refund for the installation fee because he forgot to include that on the first one. The other big problem I had with the refund is that the initial cost of the tires and the installation fee were manually entered into the card machine, so the sales tax was not accounted for or refunded. The sales tax for my entire initial purchase was $30 and I should have gotten most of it back because I was being refunded taxable parts that were the bulk of my bill. SO, I went in for an oil change in which I paid a ridiculous $69 for and ended up losing another $80 due to the cancellation fees and non-refunded sales tax. I told my mom shes getting ripped off if thats where she always goes for oil changes. Like I said, the people were nice, but the prices and policies are ridiculous.Edit to your reply: I would absolutely understand the restocking fee if it was not $30 PER tire and the fact that I had requested the order be cancelled an hour or less than it had been made, I just cant imagine they had made it to shipping and freight and already on their way by then. If it had been the next day or something Id understand, but it was literally within the hour. The tax refund I guess was on both me and the person processing my refund that we did not both catch that, but I think that should have been automatically summed up into the refund, and Im honestly not going to come back a third time for that $30 unless I can also get the $60 in restocking fees back as well. Thank you for responding. Like I said, yall were nice, but the rating is low because I just cant help but feel like I got ripped off.Second response: I am just now seeing your second response as I did not revisit this. I was not contacted my your manager. But thats ok, I am back out of state for school now and its to late to resolve the issue but I wanted to reply again and thank you for being willing to help me out and offer the refund after this exchange.
If you would like to go to the most unprofessional place in Clear Lake, this is your spot. I dropped my car off and BOTH cashiers said that my car would be done within the hour because its only an interior detail service and that my car was next to be done. I came back an hour later and the car was still sitting there. I waited for about 30 minutes until I went back to the same cashiers, and they claimed that they didnt know why it wasnt finished so TWO managers came down. One claimed that I picked the wrong day to come and it would take longer since they were busy (EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD MY CAR WOULD BE FINISHED WITHIN THE HOUR). The other claimed that I had two options, to either get a full refund OR to wait. I took the refund. Additionally, another man said that he came in the same exact time as I had and he was already finished and being checked out and that so many that came in after me had gotten there cars worked on already. Even though the manager claimed that my car hadnt been worked on yet since they were busy. Never coming back to this poorly run company with the most incompetent and ignorant employees. They just lost the whole entire business of my whole family (regular 6 cars of business) as well as my friends who also claim that this business is terrible. Cant wait for the new car wash to open up near Walgreens in the next couple of months.
I had an unpleasant experience with the individual that cleaned my car. I did report this incident to the woman at the front desk, so I will not publicize that incident here. Hopefully, it will be handled internally. Moving on from that, the cleaning technician forgot to wipe off the number that was written on my back window off, I had to tell him. Upon my arrival at home, I noticed that the trunk area was not clean, nor was my bumper. I will most likely not recommend this business to anyone, nor will I patronize it again. Very disappointed.
I have resided in clear lake 2 years. I happened in for a car wash which supported continued visits for oil changes, a/c repair, state inspections and of course car washes.Employee Darryl is definitely an asset to your facility. I am extremely impressed with the care he applies to making my vehicle look awesome.
This is one of the most excellent places Ive ever had my car serviced at. Cale and Anthony has exceptional customer service skills and they know their job very well. They will do anything to get you the right service at an affordable price. I highly recommend this place to everyone who needs car service. Great job guys. 👏
Went for a state inspection of my 2019 motorhome. The inspector John (?) said he couldnt pass it since it needed upper rear side lights. Said it was required just like an 18-wheeler and showed a picture of a DOT regulation from 2003. I told him that Im sure Winnebago complies with all regulations with the thousand sold each year, but I dont know the regulations or exceptions that may be in place for motorhomes. Apparently John has a personal mission to correct perceived mistakes of RV manufacturers. I should have known something was fishy as I arrived and he asked me whether my RV had all the required lights - not whether the lights were working. I pointed out that lights may not even fit with a slide on one side and the awning on the other side, but that made no difference to John. I have had my cars inspected there with no issues, hence a 3 star rating otherwise it would have been lower. Just dont take a larger vehicle there. BTW, I took the motorhome to a business that specializes in state inspections the next day and no issues.[Update]: I appreciate the owners quick response and corrective action. Bumping up one star from a 3 to a 4.
Do not go here to get your car inspected. My truck fail because they said front window tinted has less than 25% light in. I told I did not do anything to the windows as it came with the truck when I purchased it at Ron Carter Dealer. Everything passes except the tinted window. They told to take it back to Ron Carter and they will fix will it. Worse it had to pay for the inspection. Do not go here.
DO NOT bring your vehicle here to get cleaned unless it’s pretty much already clean! I brought my truck here to be washed, vacuumed, the works. I made sure the young lady that was helping me understood what I wanted.Almost 2 hours later, my truck was ready. When I got home I noticed that they never even touched the rims or bumpers. The next day I brought it back to let them know and was told that the rims are a separate package and that I would have to pay $10.00 per rim to have them cleaned.
My husband took my car and got the Elite Detail Service. At first it wasnt what he paid for. For starters the mats (WeatherTech plastic car mats) were dirty, windshield under the wipers were dirty, license plate area was dirty, and seats were dirty. The seats were done at first but since the door was left open to air out next to a tree a lot of the dust from the tree and street made its way into the car. After speaking to the cashier about what he had paid for they called over a manager to see the vehicle. So my husband went to the car and spoke with the woman that cleaned the car. She claimed that they only wash mats and do not do anything to the plastic mats. Also that she personally washed the seats. My husband was a little upset but after speaking to the manager Joshua Gonzales he apologized and made sure the seats were shampooed again and went over the vehicle to make sure that the vehicle was done right. Even though the job wasnt done properly at first Joshua made sure that my husband got what he paid for.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!! My husband took his car in for an issue with a belt, Elite LEFT a wrench in the fan and we drove around for a few days and noticed the AC running hot and leaking coolant. Took the car back up to Elite and they spent 4 days trying to figure out the issue, we now need a new water pump due to the negligence of the mechanics and they are refusing to pay for the damages. My suggestion is find a real mechanic who knows what they are doing because these people are crooks!
I have a somewhat compromised immune system, but needed my car inspected and wanted to have it cleaned up at the same time.Inspection was great, found a minor thing, burned out brake light and fixed it quickly for just a few dollars.Then put car through exterior wash. I requested whoever cleaned my interior please wear a mask and gloves. Joshua who is a manager came to talk to me about my request, went and got PPE and spotlessly cleaned my car while managing other employees. My car has never been so clean!Great job, Joshua.I had stopped going to Elite about a year ago, because service had not been as good, but based on todays experience Ill definitely be back.
Went in for a seat treatment, pup had an accident, was not told if they can get the smell and stain out was only up sold a carpet cleaning and they tried to get me to get the dash done as well, dropped car off at 832am. I had to call them to check on my car it was 223pm when I called and they confirmed it was ready. I get there and my car is sitting directly out front with all the doors open and no one insite. I go in to inquire and was told Im ready to go. I go back to my car my mats are not in the car and there is plastic in the door. I go back in and the young lady behind the register comes out finds my mats and place them in the car and another lady has my key, no one removed the plastic from my door and the car looks like it hadnt been touched. My car was there for over 5 hours and I couldnt tell the difference. Will not go back.
Always have used this business since living here. Got car inspected and car washed. I heard they wasnt enforcing mask not true when we went definitely on top of that. We would have changed businesses if that had happen. Man wouldnt wear one we complained so he had to go outside. Wear the damn MASK!!!
Car washes look good but if your car needs service go elsewhere. Came here for annual inspection and was told that they couldnt pass me because my brakes didnt stop the car per whatever the inspection parameters are and my rotors had some notches or something. They had just replaced my pads and resurfaced my rotors 3 weeks prior to this so I told them that and miraculously my car could stop fine and the notches they saw on my rotors was just an effect of the way the light was shining on them before.Also told me I needed an engine flush one time going in for a routine oil change (always on time) which I agreed to not knowing better.Dont make the same mistakes I did.
My time at Elite was quick, smooth, and very clean experience ! I had an employee named Devin help me with my full car cleaning / detailing, He was very knowledgeable about what products he could use to get out stains that have been stuck on the interior for years. The entire service was fantastic.
I just want to say that this place is so great! I was looking for a place where to get an oil change & inspection all at once & this place did it for me. From the staff being so attentive as soon as I got there. Mr. Rae was so amazing & so helpful, he definitely has great customer service and you can see he loves what he does. He walked me inside & got me all set up. I even decided to get my car washed!! All in the same place. So very convenient, love it! I will definitely be coming back with my other car. And making this my new spot. Thank you Elite & Mr. Rae.
I have been to Elite Car Wash many times, at least twice a year for the last few years. They always have friendly service, and the washes are very reasonably priced. Further, the associates take good care of my car from start to finish, vacuum, dry and clean my car effectively, and all done fairly quickly. My car typically comes out looking about as good as if I had washed it myself. Very good value. I highly recommend Elite Car Wash.
Took my car in because my brake light (hand brake) was on and I needed a headlight replaced. So they checked the brakes and mechanic said they were in awesome shape for the age of the car (13 years). He could flush out the system to the tune of $99.95 and replace the brake fluid to see if the light would go off. I declined, paid my bill, and left. A day later I noticed my headlight was still off, so I returned to tell them that they forgot to replace it. Another mechanic noticed the brake light on and rechecked my brakes. He told me they needed to be replaced because all the brake pads were bad. So, $350 later I left with new brakes and the missing headlight replaced. Two days later I noticed the outside brake lights were on and stayed on even after turning car off, as well as the cruise control was not working. Back I go to see what the problem is now. When I got there someone tried to tell me it was electrical, but I did my homework before I went back. It is NOT electrical problem, but a bad brake light switch located underneath the brake pedal. Actually, in my case, it was just the brake light switch tip which they replaced. They also didnt know that the cruise control is related to the brake pedal! Now everything seems to be in order -- outside brakes are off and cruise control working. They should have paid ME for all the work I did! Guess the only good thing about this particular business is the car wash, since it is not done by humans! I do NOT recommend anything mechanical be done here.
Went here on January 9th because they are across the street from where we live. Thought I would give them a chance. Never again. Paid $40 for a wash and inside vacuum and wipe down etc. Same dog hair was under/behind the seat as when I took it in. Tire rims were smudged with product and barely wiped along with running boards which were left dirty. Even came out with some armor all spray on my windshield. I’d rather drive 10 minutes out of my way and have a better job done that I don’t have to supervise.
2nd time at this carwash and they get 5 stars again. They are very nice and the waiting area is very clean. One of the employees just finished a mans truck after drying it he came in and informed the customer that his truck tire was missing a lug nut, the customer wasnt aware of it. So they also look out for their customers. That employee deserves 10 stars.
The attention to detail and quality has really fallen off. I shouldn’t have to wipe out my door jams, clean the soap off my vehicle and dry my car off when I get home. I also paid for clean rims and tire dressing and had to ask him to do it when he said my truck was ready. You don’t get what you pay for here. Back to Splish Splash from now on. I’d rather wait and get what I pay for.
Elite Car Wash & Auto Care is very convenient, right across the street from where I live. Theyve done well with Car Washes and Oil Changes. But for other work on my 2007 Subaru Forester, the quality of service has been variable.Two years ago, I asked if theyd install new brake components that I had ordered (improved performance parts - better than stock), and they said yes. Took the car and parts to them, and they installed the braided stainless brake lines, new front rotors, and pads all in one day - but didnt install the rear brake shoes. Less than a year later, one of the front brake lines burst, since it had been installed where the tire could rub against it during turns. Another shop (close to where the break occurred) replaced the line, and installed new rear brake shoes and drums, which had been damaged due to wear.Earlier this Summer, Elite replaced the drivers-side headlight assembly, since the old one was cloudy from having moisture in it. They did the work quickly, and I was able to get to work on-time at 10AM. But the bumper and fender now have creases from where some sort of tool was used to pry the headlight out, and the plastic hold down for the windshield washer reservoir was broken.Last week, I had a radiator leak (at the seam between the aluminum core and the top plastic cap). They replaced the radiator, but didnt re-install the foam strips between the radiator and the AC condenser coil, which will allow air to escape through the gap rather than passing through the radiator. Also, the electric fan assembly is now attached to the back of the radiator using 3 or 4 small plastic cable ties, rather than being held on by screws.UPDATE: Right after the previous review, I took my car back in and showed the radiator to the shop manager, and he had it reinstalled, with the appropriate screws.
Car inspection guy will drive you crazy. Two cars in a row told needed new tires. Fine replaced tires, he then fails one again for needing new wiper blades. Enough!! Go to the Elite Lube on Space Center in Pasadena. Son had trouble getting his car to pass emissions test when we first moved here. Guy there was so helpful, suggesting things to help it pass, until it finally did. Switched to Bay Area location for free car wash - definitely not worth it. Go to the Space Center location!
The staff has always been very friendly and taken care of me and my vehicles. Especially on the lube side. Carmen always remembers me and does whatever she can to make sure my truck comes out the way Id like it. I would highly recommend it. Who can beat an oil change and a wash in the same place.
Took my car in for an oil change, drove off the lot oil pressure sensor came on. Immediately took my car back- supposedly they put in the wrong filter. Took my car no sensor came on. Oil was under my car the next day- thought okay that was the spray off from earlier. Got back to fort worth- still leaking. Called spoke to 2 manages and they had to talk to a supervisor someone would call the next day. No call back. I finally back 4 days later. Oh sorry i got busy my boss told me to call you and have you go get your car checked out and if they can prove we messed up anything we will pay for it! All i want is my $85 back for the oil change- to recoup the other $85 oil change done correctly in fort worth. They refuse to do that! Horrible customer service, Will rip you off if they can- save your money and your car! Dont do business here!
I took my car to get the inside vacuumed. There was debris underneath the mats. They didnt even pick them up to clean underneath them. There was debris all in the trunk. I dont think they even bothered to open the trunk. The cupholders, middle console and the glove box werent even touched. It took them 2.5 hours to do basically nothing! I spent $100 for some garbage work. Bad employees, bad management, bad company.
If I could give less I would. I used to come here 2 to 3 times a week. I just Paid $134 for an elite detail. Was supposed to have the exterior waxed and buffed. Watched the entire time and got a spray out of a bottle and a wipe down. Was supposed to have the seats and carpet shampooed. Every seat is bone dry and some of the food stains are still on the middle seat. Was supposed to have all crevices blown out and interior detailed. Middle console Ill of dirt and the return air vent still has a dead bee on it. This place may be okay for the 10 dollar drive through wash. But I would not recommend to anyone that they get any type of detail from this establishment. My company has over 200 vehicles at our branch alone and I can assure you none of them will ever be back here.
Gave this place three chances. Paid $20 to a wash and they left dirt all over my car. The supervisor our side told me I have to pay more money to get my car fully washed. Today I paid $29 and same thing. They told me they are a quick wash and don’t clean the car fully. Never again. I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to get their vehicle washed there.
They are not very prompt but I understand that they may be having trouble with COVID. They do the job right.Update: last time they replaced my cabin filter they lost all 4 screws. I now have to figure out where to get new ones and what size they are and everything, autozone doesn’t sell it. I can still use the A/C and all but the cover is rattling a little bit (screws keep it from rattling/vibrating). Also, why is their mechanic not there every day that the shop is open
I have been using this place for the past year for my work truck, not impressed. Took my girlfriends car just for a wash and interior cleaning and it took over an hour. I got there early and only 2 people in the waiting room. I specifically did not want anything shampooed because I was taking a road trip and did not want my seats damp. Some how they managed to get the back of my drivers seat super damp. Went back and wanted a refund. They got a manager that was about 12 years old and had his pants bellow his butt that told me no, and that it was air freshener. Did they dump the whole bottle on my seat? I will never go back. It was close to home but not worth the convenience any more. Their mechanics are shady, constantly trying to tell people in the waiting room they need this and that. they also tried charging me for my oil 2 times on a previous visit.
Basically I would give them 5 stars because they mechanics are courteous, knowledgeable, and quick, but not too quick when it comes to oil changes.However, they charged me an extra $5 to take off my under carriage shield, and 3 days later it falls half off and is scraping on the pavement. I see that they lost a couple of the specialty screw which cost $5 each from Audi and used a zip tie instead. I know the under carriage shield is the most poorly designed part of the car and Audi should be ashamed for having produced it, but you cant add a charge for it then fail to do it properly.
I went for an oil change- my car doesnt even have 30k miles. minutes of dropping it off, they called- all my fluids needed to be flushed, i needed a new air filter, everything serviced!!!!!! I asked to see my dirty fluids- it was clear to me?!?!?! They wouldnt cap any fluids off!!! I got my oil change, i will bring it to Auto Check, where they are so trustworthy. Oh, i did need some air in my tire- they did NOT add air- he said if i needed air the tire pressure light would come on!!!! Even the other employees were shaking their heads!!!! Incompetent money hungry, especially when they see a woman.
I went for car detail, I paid $250 for a detail wash. Later the worker over there said we dont remove seats, coz we cant fix them. My car is flooded and I wanted a detail wash mainly to wash underneath Carpet. Which they dint do. I would have not done this if they have told they dont remove seats. So guys make sure what they do before you pay them.
Been using this place since it opened. In the past few months they have gone up on the price and the quality of the was has gone down. Yesterday (3/5/2019 @ about 1:30) the attendents didnt even perform the usual procedures of using the big brush pre wash on the hood, trunk, sides, and wheels. The wipedown was hurried and hap hazard. Though I was in a rush, I felt the management should hear my concerns. The manager wanted to see the car, said it was clean enough for him. I disagreed and he wanted to argue, though rudely offering to refund my money while insinuating that I just wanted a free wash. After years of using their service, I dont need that sort of treatment. Wont be going back.
My wife took my 9 month old truck to Elite Car Wash for an oil change. They tried telling her the Radiator needed flushing, transmission fluid needed to be changed due to the fluids in new vehicles are old from being at the factory and dealership a long time before being sold. She declined and took it to Beck and Masten to have it checked out, since it’s under warranty still. They laughed and said that’s the stupidest thing they’ve heard before. But they checked them and showed fluids to wife and everything was still excellent. Will never return to them again and will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either. They try to push services on people who they think are clueless.
This place has done a lot of work on my car and the work was good but this last incident put out $1,300.00. I was able to drive my car in there and my car limped out. I was not able to make it home. I drove around the block at about 1 mph and coasted back in the driveway and they told me that I had transmission issues but I did not have that issue going in. I had another mechanic shop come to get my car to evaluate the problem. The new mechanic shop found 3 of the 6 spark plug wires put in the wrong position and that misfiring caused the catalytic converters to be damage. My car is now fixed and running fine and a NEW $1,300.00 bill. Now, I will see how Elite will handle this $1, 300.00 bill they originally charged me.
These people are price gougers on oil changes. Beware! Not only do they overcharge, but they lied and told my son that his brakes needed to be fixed! My husband pulled the brakes last weekend and they were in good condition! He was very upset that they lied and wasted his money and time! I would never walk into this place again! Especially after I found out the first they they told my son when he went there was ‘Everything here costs a million bucks!’ Of course they were joking? Don’t think so!
I have changed oil here yesterday- it was cheap and fast. I stood near car and observe the process of changing- all was good and quick. Im not sure in the quality of its bulk oil, but if use it carefully so all should be ok with my car I suspect. And in additional my car was cleaned up for 34$ in total
I have been a customer for years, and I have never been a fan of their staff, aside from their mechanics (Paul is very kind and helpful). I went in for an inspection and once I had to pay, their staff was not attentive... they were outside in a group talking and I had to flag one down in order to get assistance. Also, their system was down and I wasn’t able to pay with my card... along with 3 other customers. They suggested we all use their ATM and it wasn’t working as well. Unfortunately I didn’t have any cash on me, and I told them I needed to go to the bank to get cash (THEY HAVE ALL OF MY INFORMATION ON FILE & OFFERED TO LEAVE MY ID AS WELL) and they wouldn’t work with me and had an awful attitude towards me, treating me like I didn’t want to pay when I had offered two different cards and it’s not my fault their system wasn’t working. I didn’t mind going out of my way to get the money to make the payment, but they were so rude and uncooperative. I will not be returning.
There’s nothing like having a great Junior when u arrive he’s coming to my vehicle with a smile and great manners he listens to what u want to pay for in cleaning my vehicle and offers me a better package for the valve of what I need. Please bring him back he brings life into this site !!!!
The Auto Care department charged me $450 for a brake job. They advised the person that dropped off my car that the brake rotors needed to be replaced, and other un-needed work. Due to the lack of knowledge of the person handling my car, I was stuck with the bill. My lesson to be learned.However: These people are not honest, and WILL perform unnecessary work. The rotors that were replaced were new, and had been inspected less that 3000 miles previous to the visit.DO NOT GO HERE!
Took 2 hrs to wash my seats. They almost made me late for work. Every time i looked, i see people standing around moving as slow as possible. I sat and watched several people come and go while i sat. The package included an exterior wash, but they wouldnt do it because of racks on top of my car. So i said i wanted just an interior wash deal. The guy puts words in my mouth and says we dont give discounts.. Not my question dude... They charged me full price, and didnt even clean the tires. I asked, does this include you cleaning the tires? uh... Yeah, but we didnt do that either... Because you already got away with not doing half the job? I had to leave because they almost made me late for work. Lazy and rude.. Never again..
Stopped by for a quick oil change at 8:30 AM. Very few customers so I expected prompt service. An hour and a half later finally paid my charge and walked out. Very slow. Next time Ill go to somewhere that values their customers time.Looks like a management problem to me. None of the staff seemed like they were aware that they needed to hustle to get customers through in a timely manner. I wont be back.
Terrible service. Always miss something when washing or vacuuming. They leave spray bottles and towels in vehicle all the time. I have like 12 blue towels LOL. They fight over tip money. Id prob do a mediocre job on vehicles to if I had low hourly wages and fought with co workers over tip money. Do not give tip money to the person that hands you the keys, give it to the people that actually labored on your vehicle. Poor management. Go up the road headed towards 45 just past HWY 3 on the right. They do an amazing job. I get my other vehicle hand detailed in Pasadena because they do a better job then Elite. My work vehicle shouldnt be treated any differently regardless of what package I purchase. Ive tried spending more and service is still mediocre.
These people tried to rip off my girlfriend when she went there today 5/12/17. She went in for a simple oil change and they tried to convince her she needed every service they provided and it would cost over $800. This type of service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. They only pulled this because she is a nice girl and they tried to take advantage of her. I can only imagine the amount of people who dont know any better that got scammed by this place. People like this should not be in business and give real mechanics a bad name. Shame on you.
Been coming here for car washes the past few years. Gone to several others in the area but these are consistently good at cleaning the cars and compared with the price; this is the best place to get your car washed. If you work at NASA you get a discount so show your badge when you come.
Stopped in for a State Inspection. Said it would be an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. That were busy and I was willing to wait. After almost an hour and a half, I saw the car was still parked outside. Asked at the desk and the girl checked, said the inspector was at lunch but just getting back. Waited some more, cat still parked outside. I went to the shop bays and asked. They said the guy wouldnt be back for ten more minutes! Man I spoke to just kept saying I didnt tell you anything when I said it was rediculous to give me the time they did when their only inspector went to lunch. Got really rude when I pressed him.Terrible, terrible customer service. All they had to do was give me an accurate time, or come tell me it would be so much longer.Wont be back, gurenteed!!!!
The service was terrible but I really appreciate the attention that the employee called MARCO gave me, he is the only one that I recommend him, he is a Venezuelan, tall, he gave me excellent service, he was the one who worked the most while the others only saw and looked at each others faces , he left my car extremely clean, very eloquent and attentive, I think I owe him more tip
What I liked the most was Marcos attention, he is very nice and hardworking, he left my car very clean and I requested a DDS service, he did all the work alone, my car was like new, clean and with a very pleasant smell, thank you Marco for your services, I will come back hoping that you will do the job for me again, you are the best employee there
Scammers!!! I had just changed my tires from firestone like 4 months ago and the guy tried to sell me new tires saying the front two tires has worn out and will not last more than 2 months. Also said i need air filter change, which i agreed to but came home and checked it. They didnt change the air filter at all. Also said my brake fluid is overfilled and need the flush. I hope they changed my oil.
They tried to scam me today. Didnt pass inspection because of tire wear. He wanted to sell me theirs for 300 a pop. Ok, a little suspicious because they were only a year old, but fine. Also failed because my check engine light did NOT turn ON when the engine was off and the ignition was in the second position, something I can try myself, which I did. Let me tell you, that check engine light lit up like a christmas tree. Obviously I was getting scammed.
Wonderful service ! Took a van in for a carpet shampoo. It was a surprise for a friend and it was a mess !! Erica (mngt) was friendly and did not try to oversell any extras but answered all my questions expertly. The lounge was comfy, they had a nice flat screen TV and popcorn PLUS free computersto use. Barnaby did the shampoo and though I couldnt afford an interior detail, he went the extra mile and wiped some things down ! He got all that ground in muck out and I know it took a LOT of work !!! The shampoo came with a great car wash. They even cleaned the hubcaps and all the interior/exterior of the windows judst sparkled. A special mention to Brad who personally went out of his way to help me out. I got an entry ticket to the raffle for a free IPad. The personal service is A+++++. Ill definitely see them soon!
If I could leave zero stars, I would! I wont be back. Yesterday was the second time Elite has royally screwed up my oil change. The GM gave me a coupon last time so I would give them another chance. Well, they had that chance yesterday and screwed up again. My visit started off with the techs all trying to figure out if I had really been there before and then trying to figure out if they carried Motorcraft. Then they tried to convince me my air filter was too dirty to use and when I calmly told them they had replaced it last time (3,000 miles ago) they tried to convince me it actually needs changed every 3,000 miles. Uh, no, it does not. Sorry guys, this girl wasnt born yesterday. The icing on the cake... They tried to charge me $92+ for said oil change. After a very lengthy discussion because my sticker says they used Motorcraft 5w20, they verbally told me they used Motorcraft 5w30, and my receipt says Pennzoil, they reduced the charge to $79. $79 for that headache and I have no idea what oil they truly put in my truck. I wont be returning. Ever.
DO NOT GO HERE! I diverted from my normal car wash and came here to try it out. BIG MISTAKE. When my Jeep went through the car wash I noticed my inside some lights were on. Which is strange because they always turn off when the doors were shut. I got up and noticed that my rear hatch door wasn’t shut!! My Jeep literally went through the entire car wash with the back not fully secured. I confronted the guy who was drying my vehicle off and went inside to talk to a manager. When I asked the front desk lady for the managers email, she said he didn’t have one. Then I asked for a contact number and she gave it to me. She didn’t try to fix the problem or ask if anything was okay. When my car was finally done, the man cleaning it asked me, “So did this ruin your day?” Really? You just put a $40k Jeep through the carwash with the back open....I even paid for the “deluxe version” and my inside console wasnt even wiped out. 😡
I went for a inspection and was offered a washcar deal $13 for an inside outside carwash; I was in a hurry when I finally got my car when I noticed an hour later my car was not cleaned inside. They lost me as their customer. Never again will they pull a fast one on me.
I love this place! I will bring my vehicle here every time now. I paid three times as much uptown for not even half the job that Elite did for me. They are extrememly thorough and always have a smile. They are super professional and courteous. The facilities inside are amazing. They have a shop for impulse buys, snack and beverages. They also have several desktops and free wifi, that is if youre there long enough. Watching the cars come through the conveyor through like a fifty foot long window wall.Sidenote: My sons tire exploded in the parking lot next door. Not only did they run right over to make sure everyone was okay, they helped us tremendously. Our Jack couldnt get the Jeep high enough to take the tire off and put the spare on. These guys went and got their own jack, then proceeded to jack the car up and replace the tire with a spare. I must add this.. they had already closed for the day and were off the clock helping a woman and her 21 year old son. That alone was why I decided to try them, but it wasnt in error. These guys are great!
On 12/1/17 I took my car to elite to get an express car wash, when the car pulled out of the wash I inspected my car as usual and the roller that rolls over the hood and top of the car ripped a chunk of clear coat off my car( which I know for a fact was not there because I had just waxed and clay bar my car a couple days before). So I ask to speak with a manger, Jonathan looks at it and says they are not taking responsibility for it and if I want I can take them to small claims court. Very un professional. I would think a shop would have insurance for things like this. Jonathan did not want to provide any owner contact information or insurance information. Will be reporting them to the better business bureau
This is the worst place to ever get any work done to your vehicle. I spent over 1000 to have everything done to my vehicle from brakes to roters to all flyids flushed. This lovely company never flushed my fluids they put my brakes on wrong made a horrible grinding sound i took it back they said oh the gentlemen put them on wrong. I will replace them for the inconvenience i asked if he could check my fluids to make sure they all were flushed correctly and what do you no they were not i now have flush fluids afain cause major problems to my thermostat and a oil leak caused he messed my vehicle up lesson learned never ever go to them
I went there to get a inspection sticker. They typed the wrong YEAR in the computer. I got a ticket the next day. Went back and they made a big deal about giving me a new one even though I had a receipt. Finally they gave me a new one, but I still had to miss work for the tickets and pay court cost.
Do not ever come here. I am a student at UHCL. Needed a car inspection. This is the closes so decided to drop by. They tell me the brakes are bad and if I dont change they will need give me the pass.I know this is pure B.S. State inspection doesnt require that.I decided to change them. After all I been considering changing the brakes the last few months. And had looked into it last week.I am told 45 mins. Nothing.I am told ten minutes more after waiting 1 hour and a half. Nothing.Then i am told 5 more mins. Its over 30 mins. Still nothing.Staff is polite. But overall service is horrible. Dont waste your time coming here.
As someone who works here, this place is terrible and shady. I work in the vacuum area and the very first day I started work I got reprimanded for being too perfect and going too slow. Say what?! Its wasnt even busy and its not like cars were lining up waiting. I thought I was doing the right thing by taking pride in my work and actually taking the proper amount of time to properly clean peoples vehicles but apparently they just want us to do a quick sweep and push the cars through. Then afterwards, I was hearing that people were complaining about their cars still being dirty and then I got bitched at again for not cleaning them well enough, even though I was still taking the time to clean them properly but knew that other workers werent.On top of that, for the last several WEEKS Ive been scheduled to work and have made it a point to go to bed early, wake up early, make a 30 minute WALK to work ever day (because of car issues) and I am forced to stand in a very small break room with only 1-2 chairs and several people in there, whom by the way are mostly mexicans that dont even speak ANY English, and they refuse to clock me in and let me work and I usually only stick around for 1 hour until I decide to WALK back home because Im not going to wait there all day long until they decide they finally need me and clock me in. They schedule me for 8AM and then make me wait around until it gets busy enough for them to allow me to work. Ridiculous, right?!?I was also told that I wouldnt get my first paycheck when everyone else did because I started late in the pay period and they would put that pay on the next paycheck. So 2 weeks goes by and I get my first paycheck and realize that its quite a bit lower than I expected so I went and talked to management and asked them if I would get retropay on my NEXT paycheck because this obviously was not correct. Sure enough, I DID have another paycheck (the first one I was told I wouldnt get because I started late) and they were just holding on to it and never told me ANYTHING about them having it. I guarantee they were just hoping I wouldnt notice or say anything and they could just keep my money after awhile.All in all, this is a very shady and crappy business. I cant wait to find something else for work.
If you need auto repairs done dont go here! You are much better off going down the road to Firestone! Elite Car wash & Auto Care fixed the wrong thing on my car twice! They said the control arm was finally the problem which it wasnt. Thank God I went to Firestone before they fixed the wrong thing AGAIN! It ended being my engine mount. TRUST ME DO NOT GET ANY MAJOR CAR WORK DONE HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the Elite car wash and honestly there was nothing elite about it. There was still dirt on the roof of my car and the windshield was not clean on the inside. Its not the worse car was I ever bought but it certainly wasnt elite. I would pass and go to the next car wash.
I dont know, there so many negative reviews here I dont think one more is going to phase them, but here goes any way. Went there today to have my truck washed. Chose the $12 express. Once through I got out and walked to the front of my truck and the whole front is still covered in bugs. The guy wiping down said he was through then I commented that the truck is not clean as I pointed to the bugs. The attendant commented then that I have to pay extra to get the bugs off. I followed by asking where that is in writing because I sure dont see it on any signage and the guy who checked me in didnt mention it. The attendant then proceeded to argue with me asking me if I expected him to stand there and scrub the bugs off and commenting that they are really dried on hard. I told him I paid for a car wash and what they needed to do to clean the car is not my problem. Again the attendant argued back (he argued with me as if he was going to get in the last word and thats disrespectful) his statement was that we have a difference of opinion and if its to hard to do hes not going to do it. Really Elite owners? Do you need these mouthy people working for you? I guess I will never know because you have lost mine and every one I knows business, car wash and maintenance forever as I dont have to tolerate your mouthy employees. YOUR FIRED!!
I took my STi here for a quote for a synthetic oil change, and I had my own oil too. I walked into the waiting area only to realize I had to go outside and seek out the manager to be waited on.Strike one.Being an out of towner and having my car due for an oil change, I was expecting to pay the usual 20ish bucks for a simple oil change. Instead, I was quoted fifty something dollars for an oil change plus a filter because an STi needs a special filter.Strike two and youre out Elite.Just because I drive a higher notch vehicle doesnt mean you can charge more for something as simple as an oil change. This place is why we cant have nice things in life.
Theres this old lady who works the cashier there that is the most disrespectful person I have met since moving here to Houston. Do not go here, especially near closing time when shes not in the mood to deal with customers. I feel like if you do not have the temperament for customer service, there are plenty of other minimum wage jobs available.
I was a long time customer for about 5 years, and this is second time my truck was damaged . The first time they took care of it ,and I understand accidents happen . Im not one to ever get something free I just wanted the damage fixed . I could not believe how I was treated the manager would not give me the owners number have him come or even call me to get this resolved . He said its a private owner ? What does that have anything to do with yall causes pretty significant damage to truck and would not resolve it . Thry basically walked off if we lose a customer we lose it . They dont realize its not just me my entire family and any friends Im sending else where never will I do business with these guys . Im still pissed off about it . Bottom line is the management is awful and lost my business for life !
Disturbing employment practices noted!. The Mgrs (all three) who manage the car wash are always on the clock, all at the same time, and only worry about lining their own pockets.. It requires all three? At the same time? Really, just think about that...They hire and schedule personnel to function in teams, but good luck catching a team member who actually SPEAKS ENGLISH!First, they vacuum the vehicle, but just long enough to be able to say they performed it. The Mgrs dont care about quality, work ethic, or customer satisfaction, just keep the cars moving.. One young man was clearly attempting to perform a thorough cleaning (do it right the first time) and was subsequently reprimanded for taking too long. I remind you one time more, the Mgrs only want to push the cars through. We, the customer, are of no concern to them. For the price of just vacuuming the vehicle, they should spend as much time as required to achieve a quality result.Now a disturbing, and I believe actually illegal tactic is being utilized. The employees are scheduled to be at work, and show up at work, yet the Mgrs wont allow some to clock in even though they arrive at their scheduled time. Rather, they make the employees wait out of sight in the break room until it is determined if they are needed or not (off the clock) Then, if business is slow, rather than put the employees to work and a Mgr clock out, they just leave the employee waiting uselessly (off the clock) in the break room. Sometimes they dont even bother to notify the employee that they dont have enough work for everyone to stay.. This occurs on a DAILY BASIS Worse yet, they send the employees, people actually hired to perform the job, home w/o ever allowing them to clock in, preferring to do the work themselves (lining their own pockets).. Business practices such as this have caused me to use my position and influence in the community to inform people and warn people about the inappropriate business practices taking place in this business.. The BBB is going to be really interested in reviewing this car wash!
Came to get an elite detail today on my work truck It was really dirty.the staff was very professional and informative.Devan told me it would be done in 3 hours and was very pleased when i got a call in 2 and a half hours with a nice and new looking work truck...thank you elite i will be comimg back to get my wifes car detailed next
Perverts!!!! To have guys look under your dress is totally unacceptable. I noticed a fat guy getting an eye full while the guy up top was trying to sell me stuff. I felt like my privacy was evaded. When I spoke to Moon Kim, which I understand thats the owners son his reply was you shouldve worr something different and laughed like it was funny. Totally unacceptable!!!!! I will be contacting the police. Stay away from this place ladys!!!! Jiffy lube or a place that is ran by corporate is a more suitable place to go. At least your privacy wont be evaded.
I live near this business but am over one block away. During the day they play music that is so excessively loud and bass-heavy that the anyone in the neighborhood, probably for a quarter mile, can hear the bass reverberate through their home.Any local business that can play music that loudly and not even once consider that they are a disruption and a nuisance should not be given any business.Regardless of the quality of your service (which appears to be lacking), youre a blight upon the neighborhood.

2022-06-29I have been to this place before for minor repairs on my very old Toyota. They never overcharged me, and service was as quick as possible. Had it towed there when it stopped working, and sadly the repairs needed just didnt make sense for such an old car. They didnt charge me for looking at it, were very patient while I got estimates from junk car services, and even found me a better price from a different junkyard! Very nice, very professional, went out of their way to help me. When I find another car, I will be back!Very helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend this business.

2022-05-21Theres a guy who scrubs vehicles before they go into the wash, for like five minutes each. Takes forever. The wash itself left soap, AND I realized after I stopped to put my mirrors back out, they just marked my window. If you want something done right...

2022-02-08I visit this location a couple of times a week. I have their monthly express car wash. The customer service is awesome. Darryl always makes sure the bugs are wiped out of the grill, windshield and back window sprayed down and dirtiest areas are pre sprayed. The automatic part of the wash is good. When you exit the guys are out there waiting to wipe down windows and mirrors. I pay a little extra for tire dressing. Comes out looking great!

2022-07-30Just stopped in for inspection and the tech was very professional and thorough. I like their customer service tactic of meeting me at my truck when I pulled up asking how I needed help. The tech’s up sales were legitimate and cost effective; I bought them. As a person who spent a large part of my earlier life being raised in and working in a garage, I would recommend this one.

2022-04-12I have used this place numerous times for washes and inspections for both of my vehicles for my 4 years in Clear Lake. This was the first time I have been there with my new car I got in 4/21 for an inspection. After waiting for 40 minutes I was called by John and told my car failed inspection because of the tread wear on my rear tires. I did not agree with the outcome but there was no point to argue so I paid for my fail and immediately drove down Bay Area to Discount Tire frustrated to have my tires looked at. At the tire shop I was told that although my tires did have some wear on them that they were not at the point of needing immediate replacement or should they be failing inspection and probably had a good 10K miles left on them. After the tire shop told me I was good I immediately went to another inspection shop in which I watched them inspect my tires and my car passed with no issues. John is nice and I understand wanting cars to be safe but this was a little extreme in his assessment. I know when my tread is low and tires need replacing and if I agreed with him I would have gotten it done and not have written this. I have seen others on here write about failing for tires as well. My time is important to me and I will no longer be using Elite for any services...

2022-06-14This place has made a HUGE turn around with the new management. I took in a company vehicle and I was in and out quickly, great price compared to other places Ive been. Everything is being updated, comfortable enviroment. Staff is knowledgeable and on top of things. Definitely going to be a repete client!

2022-01-26I have been a long term customer of the 1515 Bay Area location for years. Today when I was there for detailing I asked that my mileage not be included on the sale. They always have accommodated this. When the manager was asked to help make the change, he didn’t know what to do, and angrily told the cashier to refund my payment and return my car. He refused to consider any other resolution, such as ringing it up as a quick sale, which the others have done. I’ve never been treated so badly by this or any business. Buyer beware!
