Ellens in other cities:
Today was our first time at Ellens. My husband was trying to figure out if he wanted breakfast or a burger and I heard that Ellens had both all day, so we decided to give it a shot. I am so glad we did! My husband ended up with breakfast and I decided to get a burger. I plan on giving all the burgers a shot eventually, but that bacon jam burger was one of the best burgers I have had in years! We didnt have time to grab a drink ,but I was pleasantly surprised to see a full bar. On top of the outstanding food we felt comfortable eating here, because everyone was wearing mask unless they were at the table. Plus the staff was doing an amazing job of rotating people our of sections to help with social distancing. The best part was the service. Everyone was so friendly. We will definitely be back!
Extraordinary experience Im a father of 3 kids who are all under 4 and it is very hard for my wife and I to go out to eat and enjoy ourselves. We were greeting with a warm welcome upon entering. Our server was Andie She was very friendly with a pleasant personality very vibrant and lively. It was phenomenal customer service all around. I ordered the meat loaf with Swiss chard and mushrooms. My wife my wife Got THE MUSHROOM SWISS burger which was just as delicious. And I gotta be honest I am the toughest food critic when it comes to going out to eat and spending my hard earned money at a restaurant. I was blown away by the flavors and the complexity of all of the food to my palate I got savory I got sweet I got salty I got Omani it was the best dining experience that Ive had in a very very very long time. Zoey who is Also the manager made me one of the best old fashions I have ever had in my life. Thank you for the great experience guys keep up the good work the restaurant is on point very clean very welcoming and a great ambience. I will definitely be back
The service was very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. So many intriguing options on the menu I foresee this being a go-to place for a long time!We had:breakfast old fashionedBlood orange mimosaThe garlic mushroom goat cheese scrambleThe big ol breakfastAnd there was enough food to bring some home.Highly recommend.
We ate dinner here Friday night, it was great. Loved the coffee and gluten free chocolate desert. We’re back today Sunday for breakfast and we enjoyed it again!!! Our waiter helped us make up our undecided minds. Enchilada and Chilaquiles breakfast sauce was homemade.
We’ve been 3 times this week. Great overall experience each time. Cleanliness was good.Servers and everyone we spoke to was super kind, love the atmosphere. We’ll be regulars for sure. They’re really proud of their pancakes, but I really thought the French toast was the bomb, when comparing the two. Also tried the pancake pot pie, what a creative yummy mess! Definitely a must try, mine didn’t have very much sausage in it, I felt I wanted more meat, but it was a great combo of sweet/savory. 😊Bacon has good flavor, but in my opinion needs just a little more “crunch”Madie’s melt was amazing! Also can’t wait for them to hop on DoorDash or Uber eats!Haven’t brought the kids yet, but I did ask if there was a kids menu, apparently there’s not one yet. You can order things like eggs, sausage, pancakes etc. A la carte which works just fine, but I think the kids would enjoy having their own paper menu/ coloring page.Love what y’all are doing.
The Allen Location — Really awful management. I was told today to expect my food to be overcooked! I told the waitress how I wanted my food cooked specifically since I am so picky. The eggs came out way overcooked. I told the person who brought the food out how I wanted my eggs cooked specifically and again they came out overcooked (although not as bad). I sent the food back and the manger comes to the table to tell me he took it off the ticket, as he should since I didn’t get any food; and he proceeded to tell me I should expect my food to be cooked like that next time I come in. I lost it and told him I should not expect it to be overcooked when I tell people how I like things cooked. He just walked away. For my husbands food and a side of biscuits was over $30.00 before tipping the wait staff. Really not worth it. I called the other location and the manager said she refused to assist me. —— UPDATE: Response from owner - Response from the owner 2 hours agoWe have this little dance pretty often, don’t we, Ms. sKaren? And it ends the same way.Every.Single.Visit.In addition to not even spelling my name correctly I have only been in this location 1 other time. So to say we have done this “dance” before when I have only been there 1 other and I never said anything about the service/food preparation. I just accepted the food preparation not to my satisfaction because it was not as awful as today. It is no wonder the managers treat the customers poorly when it is top down leadership.
Ellen’s restaurant: We dropped into a restaurant today just because we noticed it while driving by. It turned out to be great food and a very pleasant experience. The ingredients were fresh, the food was tasty, and it was a generous portion. We got seated in the bar area. The ambience was much nicer inside than we had expected. It was clean, spacious, and well lit. Our waiter/bartender gave us a little history on how the restaurant got started. His name is Chris F., and he stated that he really enjoyed working there. Chris was so pleasant, the service was prompt, and we were able to enjoy good food and conversation. The place has been there since August 2020. They’re breakfast/brunch menu is served all day long. Their motto is “It’s brunch O’clock somewhere.” I highly recommend this place, and you would be supporting local business!
This is a WONDERFUL establishment. My daughter got engaged this morning and we were trying to plan a surprise brunch for her and her fiancé. Earlier in the week, I requested a reservation for this morning with a party of 16. Justin, (I believe he is the manager) kindly explained that they don’t take reservations for that time but he would be happy to accommodate us. He told us to ask for a table in the library when we arrived. Part of our family arrived earlier than the others so we could make sure we got a table. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was friendly and kind. They put our party of 16 in their library, which is a quieter area of the restaurant. They allowed us to decorate the tables and yell “Surprise” when they walked in.Our waiter was Brandon C and he did a great job of taking care of everyone. It was a big group and he handled himself perfectly. The food was delicious! We enjoyed our time at Ellen’s and we will go back!
The restaurant is very nice looking and clean, and the staff was nice and friendly. Unfortunately the server didnt know the menu very well when asked what items were in some of the foods. The food is fairly overpriced, for example a 3 egg omelet with cheese was $16 with additional items being $1.50 each. Also the food didnt taste that much better than other restaurants in the area like Red Truck Cafe or Allen Cafe, being as they charge more than those places. I will say they had some of the best coffee Ive ever had, so theres that. It wasnt a bad or horrible experience by any means but my family and I will most likely never go back due to the overpricing of the food.
Great experience, friendly staff and Andi was an excellent server. She was very attentive to details and asked questions to make sure our order was perfect. The experience provided by the restaurant was excellent and our meal was great, but about half way through our meal a woman sat next to us who was the worst Karen I’ve ever witnessed in the wild. Unfortunate that another patron was being such a brat that it ruined our experience. Nothing the restaurant can do about that, they comped her meal and she still complained loudly. My husband and I just laughed it off, some people are never happy.
Host upfront were nice and polite.Long waiting times for about 30 min and once we were seated at the table it took another 25 minutes for the server to bring the meals we ordered. She never asked if we need anything else neither have we received any refill of water and furthermore she never said thank you or have a good day when we left. Nataly was our server. She ignored certain guests and privileged others. We were not impressed about the service here
Came to Ellens for the first time today. Got there about 215 and had a 5 minute wait. Got seated at a table and started looking at the menu which had so many delicious options. We ordered the gritty balls. Came with 3 sauces and was absolutely delicious. I mean... its fried. I ordered a cup of potato soup. It was good, but I also compare it to bennigans, so its tough to beat it. I ordered shrimp and grits. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Portions are huge. My friends ordered huevos rancheros and the sliced brisket sandwich. They liked their meals, but I didnt take a picture. All in all will definitely go back and try a Benedict and more!
This place is by far the best breakfast Ive had along 75. I took a bite of my daughters kids meal chocolate chip pancakes and was convinced. My wife took a bite a few minutes later and agreed this place was special. Our service was prompt and the food was the best youll find.
My family and I absolutely LOVE Ellens!!! Patty, Jeremy and Zoe are practically extended family. The food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is always fun and the music is incredible. This is pretty much our 2nd home and we love taking friends and family here every opportunity we get.The fried catfish is my favorite! Always served hot and fresh and huge servings. The breakfast is also always soooo good!!!Thank you Ellens for coming to our area! We 💜 you guys!!!!
First time here which is kinda sad. The exterior of this place looks below average but once inside, youd think youre in an upscale restaurant. The food was fantastic! Like, really, really good! I had the Huevos Benedict which was 🔥. The chilaquiles were 💣! Totally slept on this spot! Will be returning to try other items.
Sooo good!! This place is super clean, great atmosphere. The service is amazing (Thank you Patti) cocktails are good! The food—-oooh my goodness THE FOOD 😳 the food is soooo good! Large portions, the pancake pot pie! Joes Mac -n - cheese, Joes cheesy balls, Maddies melt, the pancakes, seriously everything is so good! We definitely we be back soon!
Little pricey for what we got. Shrimp and grits 36.00 market price. There were 4 of us 120.00. Plus we bearly seen our waitress at all. She expected a tip. Where we had to wait for her to fill our drinks. She stood at our table talking about service bc we didnt put it on our CC. And we were still eating.
We tried this place on a whim while driving by on a Saturday morning. The experience was not great. The first oddity was learning that the Traditional Breakfasts dont come with any type of meat. The only omelet was plain egg and cheese with every other ingredient as an upcharge. Ive never seen a breakfast menu with so many upcharge options. One view is that you build your own custom breakfast this way. Another is that you are being nickeled and dimed for everything it takes to create a normal omelet. After that I was expecting to find the salt, pepper, napkins and silverware priced a la carte. When the food came out it was nothing special, no better or worse than many other breakfast places in the Plano/Frisco/Allen area, but definitely not a good value.Other items like the Shrimp and Grits are Market Price When Available. Thats nuts for a no name restaurant in a nearly empty strip center in Allen. Others may like Ellens business model but its not for us.
We went to dinner this evening and I ordered the fried tomatoe salad with grilled chicken. The breading on the tomatoes was so thick and tasted like straight corn meal. The grilled chicken had been ounces so thin and cooked to long andnwas unedible. They did comp the salad. But the poor waitress working seemed to be the only one in the restaurant! Also when one of our party went to pay they said they couldn’t take a debit card without a chip! He had no other way to pay so someoneElse in the party had to pay! We will NOT be going back!
Pretty disappointed. Ordered takeout. They handed me the wrong order. I got to work and realized this so I called and all they could say was “ sorry” but no offer to remedy the situation. They also lied saying they asked the name of the order I was picking up. No one asked me they just handed me the order.
Darn. Excited anticipation for this location, as I am a fan of breakfast. This review is purely based on price for performance, and I think 3 is an accurate representation of expectations. First off, Ellen’s is by far the most expensive breakfast spot in Allen, which I am fine with because I understand quality, fresh ingredients are not the same as prepackaged food in a can. I am going to focus on my two dishes: Loaded Hash Browns and Traditional Eggs Benedict (with bacon). The Eggs Benedict (without hashbrowns) is $15. The Loaded Hashbrowns were $5+2. That’s $22 for what you would normally get for $9-11 dollars elsewhere. Again, happy to pay it in exchange for a flavor explosion.First the good: The bacon was hearty and on point. Perfect, crispy, great temperature. Didn’t touch the salad as that isn’t breakfast to me. On the Loaded Hashbrowns, the “loaded” portion of jalapeños, bacon and cheese was the best deal on the menu at $2. All of that was perfectly roasted/cooked/melted. Roasted jalapeños are for sure my jam. I’d eat that “loaded” portion 10/10 times. Now for the reduction in stars from 5 to 3:If you are going to charge $15 for Eggs Benedict without any sides, I’m good, but those bad boys better be mind blowing. These, frankly were not. Full disclosure, I didn’t complain to management, I ate it all, and I paid my bill happily, but I am leaving an honest review. The eggs were poached great, runny just like I like them and very fresh. The Hollandaise sauce was cold. Like Gazpacho cold. It was decent, but not $15 decent taste wise. The English Muffin was a complete miss. Cold, not toasted long enough, had much better English Muffins from the store in my own toaster. Again, no offense if that is a value brand muffin and I’m paying $3.... but this is supposed to be a high end experience. On to the hashbrowns... $5 upcharge... ok, I get it, its designed to be a share plate. Portion was well worth it (had I not been expecting hashbrowns with my $15 for Eggs Benedict. I did ask three times specifically to have my hashbrowns come out extra crispy. I love goid crunch. The hashbrowns themselves came to me again cold in the middle, and very very little crisp, much less extra crispy. The portion was large enough that I could understand some not being crispy, but less than 10% had any crisp. The waitstaff and management was good as expected, plenty of room and seating at 8am on a Saturday, and plenty of non-breakfast options. Not factored into the ratings, but observations: no kids menu, and they add sweet pickles not dill to the burgers.
Been eating here every Sunday for two months and order fried chicken and mashed potatoes every time. Last time there were literally chunks of sausage in the gravy on my chicken and potatoes. I said I think they put breakfast gravy on my chicken. I don’t want sausage on my chicken and potatoes. They say that’s the way they make the gravy. Nope! I’ve never had breakfast sausage on my chicken before! The waitress was rude about it! Maybe it’s just me, but sausage gravy on fried chicken is gross! The service and food got worse every Sunday. Needless to say, that was our last visit!
Went here for dinner last night. Live at Watters Creek and walked to cheesecake factory didnt want to wsit 1.5 hour at 745. Decided to give ellens a try after seeing it for many years never been. Walked in there was us and one other table of 3.Decent reviews but it was OK. Sides were pretty good. I ordered chicken fried steak was kinda tough seemed to be frozen beforehand. My boyfriend attempted to order the crispy shrimp but they had a market price of $36. Thats stupid insane I get things are more expensive but thats gouging at its finest you arent a steak house and Im sure it was frozen shrimp. Im going to assume the required mask sign keeps people from going in unfortunately probably the only place in the area that trys to enforce that. We did not wear one though. That slow on a Saturday night is kind of worrysome
I cant rave about this restaurant enough! I almost dont want to post anything because I want to keep this place to myself, but Im too excited about the whole experience; I must share! An unassuming outside hides a contemporary, upscale inside. Seated right away at 8:40 AM on a Sunday, we got tucked into a spacious but cozily lit booth near the bar and our server wasted no time bringing us drinks. The menu delights with comfort and creativity, Southern and stick-to-your-ribs with refreshingly acidic and green sides to balance your meal as an option. I got the chicken fried chicken benedict while the husband ordered huevos benedict.Eggs perfectly poached for both. Pork on his came out flavorful and moist, with poblano hollandaise that brightened up the plate. My chicken came out juicy, smothered in a sausage gravy, and even the side salad was given careful attention with dressing-soaked tomato hunks on a bed of tossed greens.Husband was served, as he describes it, a Mexican fruit gazpacho on the side filled with apples, pineapple, and mango that he kept expecting to be strange but ate happily.Multiple servers visited our table, not overly frequently but enough to feel taken care of. We were suggested adjustments for our sons meal which worked out beautifully. On the whole, an experience I cant wait to repeat as I plan to go through every specialty item on their menu.
If I could give a -1/2 star I would!! Worst food ever!! Do not waste your time or money going here!! Sent the so called Meat loaf back immediately and we ordered chicken fried chicken, big mistake! That was so dry you couldn’t chew it. I personally ordered the Big Breakfast. Both the bacon & sausage rated old and I’ve never had worst biscuits & gravy than tonight. When I read the reviews it sounded great. Not sure what you consider good? Guess my standards must be higher!! I would say…barely edible!!!!
Kitchen staff, you’re the only good thing about this place. Chilaquiles was immaculate. Omelette was solid. But the up charge just for sausage and the wait staff was awful. Waited almost 20 min for someone to take our order. We couldn’t sub any items otherwise it was a $4 up charge. Literally paid $16 for an egg and cheese omelette and sausage
We loved it! My husband daughter and I all loved our dishes. We ordered Joes balls and each type was excellent. I had the Eggs Benedict, no meat, my daughter the Fried Tomato Eggs Benedict and my husband the Chilaquiles. All had layers of flavor. I am ready to go back right now! Oh and the service was great and fast!
Update: Had the opportunity to dine in and had a lovely experience. Great atmosphere, food, and service. Will return.I placed a to go order on their website using ChowNow a few hours in advance. There were no extra fees for ordering through ChowNow. My order was ready 30 minutes after the pickup time that I selected, but I got an email 25 minutes in advance letting me know the order would be late, so I didnt have to sit outside of the restaurant. Once I pulled up and called the number on the sign, my food was brought out immediately by an employee wearing a mask. The food was packaged very well so it wouldnt drip or leak if it got tipped some. The food was delicious. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.
Naw, not good. No flavor at all and biggest no no to me is brown eggs. When we order eggs, they arent to come out brown. Its not a meat. Its an egg. . I actually just wanted seafood so figured a small bowl of shrimp and grits. It was over 35$ lol. Lady said it just jumped up from yesterday smh.Just stick with First Watch. Their breakfast is hands down the best in DFW. Ive had 3 people tell me and they are right. Its actually organic and healthy and more servings and plan and simple. Delicious
Food was expensive for how bland it was, service was slow(got there before they were busy, and multiple items were forgotten from the order. The pancakes were way too dense. Server stood over my shoulder while I was doing the tip and made it a point to mention how she wont see her kids on mothers day because she will be working all day... so tacky. Will not go back
I ate lunch here about 30 days ago. The atmosphere was nice. The waiter took forever to greet us. We sat there at least 10 minutes before someone greeted us or took our order. They were not busy. It’s a small to medium sized restaurant. The food was bland and wasn’t seasoned at all. The fried shrimp was meaty but lacked flavor. The price for the pecan pie slice was a total rip off. The slice was literally 1” wide for $8.I do not recommend this place. Breakfast may be better but I don’t recommend this place for lunch or dinner.
We had heard rave reviews only to be surprisingly disappointed. Reading the menu is way more exciting than the flavors of the food, which is bland at best. The Joes Balls, just tasteless, and the dipping sauce is way off the mark. I had enchilada breakfast, no flavor at all. And I do not have COVID! Maybe an off day?
This time i sat at bar steak ok lots of fat. I didnt want hash browns so was charged 2 more dollars for fruit i wasnt given when i was handed check. Wow. Last time was packed i asked for a place by bar away from people but it was packed too. Should have sat me at bar. Unimpressed with waitress. I said no hashbrowns n got them anyways. She checked on people that came after me and offered to take their orders before mine. Steak was delicious but lots of fat. The croissant last time needed work n this time english muffin did. Lots of people coughing. Probably wont be back. last time Was impressed with service n no one seated near me really liked that. This time is the best meal i have ever had here ribeye eggs and croissant perfect. Last time It was a lot of food but didnt particularly like the taste of the okra or baked beans.
Went to Ellens today for lunch with some friends. Had a wonderful time. The atmosphere, food and staff was exceptional! Miguel, our server, was courteous and quick to take our order. Had the Rack Joes Balls Appetizers and the Portobello Mushroom Sandwich! Absolutely delicious! If you havent tried Ellens, you should give it a try! You wont be disappointed!!🤗😋
Nice establishment, they made great use of the space, but you can hear everyones conversation around you and they can hear yours, so that was kinda of weird, some kind of separation would have been nice. Onto the menu. There are lots of options, some things familiar and some unique which made for a difficult decision (which is a good problem). I chose the meatloaf and I was not disappointed, my family members had the chicken fried chicken and the Cajun shrimp and grits, I tasted both and they were very good. I can say with confidence, you will not have a problem finding something to your liking. What I did take issue with, is the shrimp and grits costing $24.00... blew my mind... this places Ellens in the once in a blue moon category. My total bill for three people was in the ball park of $85.00 (with tip). Like I said, you will enjoy what you eat and the service you receive, but it comes with a premium. I did enjoy the food and I will visit again, just not often.
Really good food with big portions. The only negative is that the staff should be more aware of were they are standing when taking orders.Tables are to close together and the staff buttocks is on the table when there taking other tables orders while your trying to eat.If there is a empty table when there taking orders next to them they should stand on that side of table.
Visited for lunch.. The location, ambiance and service was very good. There are many twist on traditional favorites. I had the Pancake Pot Pie a colleague had the Chicken Fried Benedict another had The Jam Burger. I would get the Pot Pie again and the Jam Burger looked so good I got one to take home for my wife she was happy with the flavor and the little kick of the 🥓. Id recommend to friends and visit again.
I am a bonified foodie and I try everything. I dont like diner or Americana food because I have never had any that was particularly impressive, and I have gone on American road trips to try as many American diners as possible in hopes of finding a place that would reflect some of the things I saw in lots of films...those people talking about how good this or that was... HOWEVER, this place has the best Chicken Fried Steak with gravy that I have ever had in all my years of searching in 25 states. I also ordered Swiss Chards, Spinach both with bits of pork/bacon and those were also absurdly good... like you can order just the side dishes and be totally satisfied as a meal...not only for the portion but definitely for the taste also.I am VERY impressed and though this is not good to eat all time due to the nature of Americana Cuisine...I cant help but think I will be returning often. Bravo.
Decent food and will probably come back again. We have been to this location twice and the downtown location twice. The food and service downtown was incredible and got us hooked, but we have been disappointed with the quality at the Allen location. Service was ok and it’s expensive. We also wish they had a patio here like they do downtown.
I dined here tonight for the first time. I will tell you that the atmosphere is great and the staff is super nice. The decor is nice but the food is awesome! I had the chicken fried chicken and I ate every little bit of it so I didnt miss a single bit. My 2 other dinner mates said their entrees were just as good. My 2 cents...here here. I will be back for sure.
Hostess wouldn’t seat me w/o a mask, but my friend who was already seated wasn’t asked to wear one when she was seated earlier by a different staff member. I don’t mind, but hostess was rude and condescending in her power trip. I would have left but my friend already had been served her beverage. I went in after my friend came to the front, mask-less. Overpriced basic breakfast (2 eggs, hash browns, sandwich bread thin toast). Scrambled eggs were overcooked until you got to the undercooked inner part. I would almost swear they were powdered eggs…that was the consistency. The whole meal was barely warm, so greasy hash browns, and unbuttered cold toast, which may as well stay unbuttered. The only good part was we had a very pleasant server, so I was generous with 2 stars. We won’t be back. Too many good restaurants.
Amazing food, just amazing. Friendly staff. Great decor and atmosphere. The Mexican breakfasts were like Abuela made it (soooo good). I also really appreciated the fact that everyone was masked - it made me feel so much more comfortable eating out in public. This place is great, and the whole family loved it. We’ll be back for sure!

2022-08-16The restaurant is beautiful. The service I received at the bar was excellent. I hesitated to give them a five because the French Toast could have used more batter and flavor. My daughter says the pancakes are the best, so I will have to come back and try those. The place looks like a strip mall restaurant, but the inside looks fantastic. Try this place out.

2022-07-17My husband and I went for Sunday breakfast and had a great experience! Ambience, service and food were all amazing. Our server was attentive and nice. I had pancakes with chocolate chips and bacon. My husband had the French toast with chicken sausage. Portions were large. Our two meals with cappuccinos totaled $50.33. Ellens didnt disappoint!!

2022-01-18Excellent experience. Started with a hail Mary, then moved on to yard bird, Huevos Benedict, ended with some bread pudding and espresso. Everything tasted very good! Server was nice, and took good care of us. Set the right expectations, gave honest opinions. I was a little bummed they were out of tamales so had to sub my tamal with biscuit for the Benedict. All in all good place for brunch, will definitely go again.

2022-06-19Service wasnt very good- We had a hard time getting drink refills. I got the mushroom garlic scramble and I feel like its overpriced at $17. However, there were no complaints about the quality of the food from our party

2022-03-29Okay, here we go. I had the chicken fried steak. Wow! The cream gravy was the best I have EVER had in a restaurant. The meat to breading ratio was something I have not enjoyed since the 70s at steak houses in west Texas. The black eyed peas were seasoned to perfection. The Angus cheeseburger disappeared without a whisper, my wife spoke not a word until she was finished. Ellens well liquor is considered top shelf in some establishments and they are not stingy. Slightly pricey but we will be back. If Tate is your server, count your blessings.Feb 16, 2022Not allowed to phone in a to go order. Required to go to location, then order, then wait. Solution offered: use Uber Eats or another delivery platform. Reason: will not take credit card info over phone.Sometimes enterprises fail to realize they can lose their business the exact same way they built it - one customer at a time.

2022-05-02The short: Service was top-notch wonderful and the food was amazing. The long: I went to the bathroom before food arrived, (not very clean, but what do you expect?) and by the time I got back 3 mins later, my boyfriend had DEVOURED his entire meal already because it was so good 😂 So he spent the next half hour sipping mimosas and watching me eat lol. Highly recommended!

2021-10-07I went into Ellen’s early on a Sunday morning just after they open and the place was mostly empty. I was so hungry and I’m glad I stop in here, because their breakfast was quite awesome. It was my first visit and after reviewing the menu, I just had to gamble and order the Chilaquiles. I normally don’t try Mexican breakfast is outside of a Mexican restaurant, but the menu made them sound really intriguing and authentic! The Chilaquiles came with scrambled eggs, crispy tortillas slices, chorizo, onions, jalapeños, salsa Ranchero and Mexican Crema. I also had them add chicken for some additional protein. OMG! The portion was enormous and I know I took more than half of it “to go” with me. The breakfast was so full of big flavors and absolutely delicious. Service was excellent and very prompt. I definitely have Ellen’s on my list for the next time I’m in Allen, which should be in a few months!
