Amazing birthday experience for our toddler! We just celebrated our first party for our 2 year old and this was the perfect place! I was fully able to enjoy the party and our guest. The open space concept is great, I was able to let my son run around and have fun and was always able to keep an eye on him.Sergio and his staff were extremely helpful before the party with setting up, during the party with clean up, and even with the cake. They took so much stress away from me by helping with all the little things. As a first time momma throwing a party it was so much appreciated, and I cannot thank them enough!I will definitely be back soon and would 100% recommend this place for a party. Enjoyable for all ages, including the adults!
We brought our daughter here after discovering it driving by on the highway. And I must say this place is great! It seems more tailored for kids 12 and under Id say, which is perfect because our daughter is 2 and a half. Its fitted with carpet throughout and foam mats so its safe for the little ones, plenty of things for them to play with, they even have a bouncy house! We will be coming here again for sure 👍🏼👍🏼
We had a birthday party scheduled for my son in March of 2020 when Covid hit. We decided to postpone the event due to covid, giving them ample notice prior to. Instead of getting a refund, we wanted to make sure that small businesses like them would stay afloat during the pandemic so we didn’t ask for a refund, but rather for us to keep the credit for when we were ready to have a party. Then when we were finally ready to have a party, Sergio the owner said that the $100 credit was no longer valid. If we wanted to have a party there then we’d have to pay another $100 deposit that was non-refundable on top of the cost of the party. How quickly he forgets how we were one of the parents who wanted to make sure that his business stayed afloat during the pandemic. $100 down the drain, and no party or services from him. Sad. Lessoned learned. Not sure if this is where you want to do business, when this is the way that they treat their “customers”.Updated: An expiration date on the credit/deposit was never confirmed. Had it been, I would have noted it. This review is based on my experience. Here’s my experience. Feel free to tell yourself what you may to justify keeping $100 deposits from people without honoring services to them. I’m sure moving forward you’ll clarify with your customers an expiration date on their deposits.
My second time here. Did Easter event and now the Santa event. Love it..my daughter has a blast. The owners are super sweet and attentive. Clean place. Lots to do. Overwall great!!! Definitely recommend for fun
The actual establishment is fun and safe for all ages, however the associate who was working (probably the owner) was somewhat rude. He seemed irritated with the kids taking toys around. Not sure if he understands that moms need a place for their kids to have fun and not feel like a burden for having them. His demeanor towards my children “just being kids” made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This experience will discourage me from ever returning. I would recommend they replace him with someone who under the struggles of being a mom - we get judged enough! Also, after going my child got sick.
We love this place! I try to bring my son here at least once every other week if possible. Sometimes more! Lol. It’s such a safe environment for kiddos. And there is so much for them to do. We held his second birthday here and when I say the kids had fun, I mean it! Even the older kids and adults were having a blast. The staff was so attentive and helpful. They made the day a breeze! And the owner puts safety and sanitation as a top priority. We love it!
Took my 2 year old & 10 month old here. Just for open play. We are always looking for fun indoor things to do especially with this heat. It was so clean & friendly. The owner is so nice & asked how we liked it. My daughter for he first time was able to crawl somewhere & I knew she was safe. My son loved rthe bouncy house & cars. We live on the SE side& it was worth the drive. Come here and play/party you won’t regret it!
Very small indoor play area. Be careful, they will charge you admission for every child as young as 3 months. So my son(6 months old and cant really sit up unaided) and I are currently sitting in the car, while my wife is inside with our daughter. We are here on a Tuesday.Also, its fairly difficult to get to from anywhere other than the access road. If you try to come from another direction, you have to navigate the school parking lot next door, where there were parents blocking the paths through the parking lot waiting for their kids to get out.
Very clean with kid friendly toys for all ages. Not only that I highly recommend it to reserve it for birthday parties because it will only be for your family that you invite. No one can just walk in like in Peter Pipers they have a half door that stays closed during your party. So you dont have to worry about the kids walking out the door it was the one day I could relax knowing they are not getting into stuff there not suppose too. Also the staff is so nice and sweet and very helpful, you dont have to clean after your party is done because the staff does that for you.
Finally, a place that is geared towards infants/toddlers! We went for Toddler Time Tuesday’s and it was amazing and will definitely return. It is rare that you see employees/owners cleaning at these types of establishments and the man working this day was cleaning up while we were playing. He also mentioned that he sanitizes multiple times a day.Only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5, is that there is no re-entry. So, once you’re in-you’re in! Not a huge deal, but just a small inconvenience.We will definitely return many times for fun!
Second time bringing my 1(almost 2) year old and we really enjoy it! VERY CLEAN! The man that works the register is very friendly and they have a good variety of toys to play with. Also very well priced. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back!
Brought my 14month old here for a play date and she had a blast! Everything is clean, organized and the room is very open so you can easily keep an eye on your little one. Looking forward to future play dates!
They hosted our baby shower, it was a smooth process, they helped unload everything from car to setting up to clean up. This was a perfect safe and clean environment because we had little ones with another on the way all the children were able to play while the adults we playing games as well. This has been the best place we have booked at and will be returning for other parties in the future! And definitely recommend this as a place to book a party! Sergio and his staff were very kind and professional!
We loved our time there today, this was the first time we visited and my 7 months old enjoyed it so much! They made us feel welcomed, everything was SUPER clean and just an EMMAZING small and cozy place 😘 we will be back soon!Ps. I love the no socks police!
My kiddos love it here!! We try to go to toddler time on Tuesdays whenever we can. I do wish they opened a little earlier, but understand not all people are early risers like I am lol. Its our go to indoor play place though.
We decided to book this wonderful venue for my daughters 5th birthday. We normally have a party in our backyard and have to dodge the rain/bugs and other outdoor issues. This year we wanted something different. I am so extremely thankful we found this Emmazing place!! The entire staff was so incredibly warming and helpful from the moment we drove up. It was starting to rain and the staff came out and helped us carry everything in. The ladies had my banner on the wall before I even walked in the door. Over and over they asked what they could do to help us get the party ready. They continued to be so helpful throughout our entire 3 hour party. The place was so extremely clean and beautiful. The toys were in perfect condition and there was something for every age group from babies to adults. The owner was so sweet and really cared about our business and experience. They cleaned up the whole party and helped us pack everything away as well. I am forever thankful for the wonderfully magnificent experience we had today celebrating my daughters 5th birthday. I highly recommend this venue for all your party needs!! Thank you again to the staff of this wonderful venue.
I neverrrr leave reviews but for EMMAzing I just HAD to! Where do I even start, this is absolutely the best place to have a birthday party! The staff and Sergio were awesome! Extremely helpful and friendly, they made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I didnt have to worry about anything! They helped me set up and they also cleaned up everything! I pretty much just walked out with my guests when the party was over as they helped me pack up all my belongings. My one year old truly had the best time. Thank you EMMAzing for providing a great birthday party experience!
Came here for my nieces 1st birthday party. Nice space for toddlers socks are required before you even come in. They have a bounce house and several arcade games for the older older kids. Lots of toys and rideables for the littles and a dope kitchen/store pretend play space. Very clean

Took my toddlers here (3 & almost 2) just the other day. Was a little worried because of covid but it is so clean in there and they had SO much fun! My daughter has already been asking when she can go back. Loved that you can see the whole area from any spot and know where your child is playing.
Had my son birthday party here today Saturday March 13. From the moment I got to emmazing play the owners and there son were awesome. They helped so much! Best indoor playground for young children. Dont look any further! Cleanliness is spectacular owner is always cleaning, closes for pest control never have to worry about pesky bugs, and customer service is exceptional. A great place to meet other moms and your children to get a chance to interact with children their age. Best indoor playground Ive been to. Check out their party packages too!
I absolutely loved this place! I would take my nanny kid every Tuesday where they offer a $5 play for the day.They have coffee (and good creamer) as a courtesy for adults!The play area and food area is all in one open room which made it easy to still drink or snack while kids played.The play area has enough different toy and play options that could keep your toddler busy for hours!The owner is so nice and takes the time to learn your and your kids name.10/10 would recommend!
Visited yesterday for the first time and we loved it!!! As soon as we walked in we were greeted, the gentleman at the front of the desk was courteous and took the time to explain the rules. The play area was spacious and CLEAN!! As a mom, I love any place that is clean and regularly sanitized. My 3 year old had a blast. They offer Toddler Tuesdays which is neat especially if you have little ones who are crawling or barely walking. Will definitely be coming back.
I took my 1-year old grandson today, a Thursday, at about 1030am for the very first time. There was no crowd which was very nice. This is the second open playroom that Ive taken my grandson to within the last 2 weeks and I was very happy with our experience. $8 for him to play for an unlimited time. The entire facility is immaculately clean (including their restroom). The toys and everything in the facility are very clean. Actually, they all look new, very well kept. The owner was present and very friendly and polite. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely return.
I had my sons birthday here and it was great! The place is very clean, and the staff very helpful the entire time. I love that you get the whole place to yourself, and you can see your child from anywhere even though the place isnt small. Favorite indoor playground, especially for parties, as even the older children enjoyed themselves!
I absolutely LOVE bringing my 1 year old son here, and he loves it to. The owner, Sergio, always greets us with a smile, and his customer service skills are impeccable! Everything is so nice and clean, especially the restrooms. I would definitely reccomend this indoor playground to any parent looking for a fun, safe, and clean environment to let their kids have some fun in for hours. They will definitely be ready for a nap within an hour! Lol!
We absolutely love Emmazing Play! The first time we took our son was for an open play day and he just loved the place! We’ve been to 3-4 events there now all of them very reasonably priced. Every time we show up in the parking lot we tell our son to see where we are at he get excited and starts saying “yay play play!” The owners there are so nice; and they remember everyone that goes even if it’s been a while. The facility always smells clean. The toys are never broken. We are actually planning to have our sons next birthday there since he loves the place so much! If I could I’d give them 10 stars🌟
Visited the establishment during the week (Thursday), and I loved it. We have two toddlers so we like to go places that are designed for little ones without having to deal with older kids. It’s very clean and even has a pool table which my husband and I enjoyed while the kiddos played. There is also coffee and snacks! This will definitely be our go to place for the kids. Price is amazing.
Cute, safe, clean! The staff did an incredible job of making sure out party went smoothly, they continuously picked up and cleaned, passed out cake and made sure no food or drinks were in the play area; they went above and beyond! I cant say it enough. This place was ADORABLY AWESOME! Even the restrooms were baby/toddler/kid friendly. I will be planning an event here soon!⚠️PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Socks are required for ALL kids and adults in order to enter facility. It keeps the play area clean and sanitary. If you do not have socks, you may purchase some there.
We have been visiting this place since they opened. It is always sparkling clean, the owner is very friendly and they have good variety of toys. My daughter loves the bouncy house and she is always happy when we visit. They have tables and chairs where you can have a snack or food. I highly recommend this indoor playground. I have been in several playgrounds in San Antonio and out of the city. This is my favorite one, plus their prices are excellent.

This is a great indoor playground for kids! There are plenty of toys for kids to play with, and open space for them to run around and get their energy out. There is also a nice section for infants. Ive been to other indoor playgrounds that are twice the cost, but I didnt feel comfortable letting my smaller ones roam around because the space was too enclosed and I was worried about the bigger kids not watching out for my littles. Because of their open floor plan I didnt have that worry. The owners are very friendly and know how to keep their facility clean. Well definitely be back!
Visited this facility with my nieces and nephews, ages 4-6 for a private party. They had a blast! Its very clean and lots of room to spread out. Even a little side entertainment for adults with their pool table. I have to say, even I had a good time watching everyone play and Im 43! Nice, new play spot for kids.
We had an AMAZING time at Emmazing Play today! It was such a nice, clean open space with plenty of room to play for my 5 year old son and his friends. Everyone had a great day playing and jumping on the bouncy house and playing in the ball pit! The owner was personable, friendly and kept cleaning up. The place was bright, clean and reasonably priced so we will definitely be back!
Took my kids here and they had so much fun!! They keep it clean and the staff is very friendly. I love that it’s catered to younger children since mine are 5 and 2 and I don’t have to worry about older children taking over everything. Like I said my kids had a lot of fun and I’ll definitely be going back again. The price is also a big plus!

I took my little ones here for a play date and they had a blast. It’s great for small kids, you can see the entire room from any spot so parents don’t have to be right by their kids side the entire time. There’s many different things for the kids to do so they don’t get bored easily. Plenty of small snacks and drinks to purchase or you can bring your own which is really nice and there are tables and chairs to sit at. Definitely will return to play again.

We came here for the first time last week and were really impressed by how clean the play area was and how nice the toys were. The owner was friendly and helpful with things we needed. My 3 year old and 16 month old loved it. We will definitely be back!

Took my children here today & my son was viciously attacked by another kid! The mom sat by & did nothing! (She was too busy socializing & even had her back turned away) I had to pull my son away as he screamed in pain!!!!! To make matters worse, management did absolutely NOTHING even after telling him what happened & who was involved!!!! What kind of management sits back & does nothing when an altercation like this occurs in their establishment??????
I have an indoor playground thats directly outside my neighborhood but I drive across town to take my kiddos here. The most clean place you can bring your little ones.
Came here for a birthday party. They had a good mix of things for kids of most ages, but maybe a little sparse. Ive seen free play places with more. Still, Ill probably be back in my own. My 3 yo had a ton of fun and really enjoyed the kitchen area and cars.
One Star. The woman at the front desk was not courteous and rather seemed to greet us with an attitude like if she was upset. It seemed as if they were upset and fed up with the noise and kids and wanted us to leave. When the kids were playing it seemed like they were just stalking the kids. In general the place was very clean , but we constantly saw the workers almost on top of the kids, on top of the parents, following them around , telling them not to do this or that almost like stalking and just chasing kids with rules and parents and telling people not to touch the pool table, following kids around shortening the balloon cords, and that just takes the fun out of playing. They also just completely turned the lights off and wanted the guests out and didn’t give any warning the party was over.The owner replied to my review. But before insulting me as a parent and saying that I have “little or no knowledge”, and that caring for the safety of children is “too much” for me, they should remember that unlike them, I as a parent do have a vested interest since I am a parent in attendance, not a shop owner in it for monetary gain.My review is not of “little or no knowledge” it is a bad review and it is meant to be truthful and honest reflection of the what we saw. It seems they want to keep peoples bad reviews hidden and only gather positive reviews. Hiding my opinion is not honest. As a company they need to learn to accept criticism, reviews and grow from them. Make improvements. Study your policies and procedures and make improvements. Train your employees who are rude and have no common courtesy / poor people skills. It’s bad for business to insult parents since they are the ones who support their business. I fail to see how the woman’s bad attitude at the front desk complies with policy of caring for children. If they you don’t explain rules at the beginning to guests will not know what to expect at the end of a party. As a common courtesy, they should explain to people their closing procedures and closing time, otherwise they will not know what’s going on at the end of a party. So instead of being caught off guard and having the lights turned off and being rushed to the door, they can explain to people what to expect. That way people will not be herded off to the door in the dark in chaos like animals and they will stop getting one star reviews. As a shop owner they should see that children could get hurt or trampled on when everyone is being rushed off to the door because you turned the lights off and rushed people. Is there a reason you don’t explain closing procedures to each parent? They said they “don’t feel the need to” but maybe If they explain the rules and guidelines to every guest when they walk in then maybe they would see people be ushered off in a timely and safe manner at the end of the event instead of turning the lights off and endangering the children.My concern for children’s safety is top priority and cutting the length of the balloon cords should be more of concern that a child could trip and or become entangled with a long cord , instead of being concerned more about it tangling with your precious decorations and then landing on a child thereafter. Perhaps this would be a good time to mention to parents that the length of balloon cords should be shorter before showing up to your center.Also why were the water fountains turned off ? Is this it to force people to buy drinks up front, or is it a safety concern for the children too ? Because if a child is dehydrated after playing, then the water fountains should be left on to prevent dehydration, especially for toddlers. This would be a good opportunity for them to review policy on water and study dehydration of children, signs and symptoms of dehydration in children and toddlers, instead of unplugging the water fountain. It would behoove them to stop insulting parents who give their establishment a bad review since they do have lo vested interest in their children. My one star review will stay.
This has been one of the best birthday venues I’ve been to . My granddaughter had her second birthday party there this weekend . It was super clean , perfect for toddlers and there was also a little something for everyone there . The owners/ staff were the most helpful I’ve ever seen at any place that I’ve ever had a birthday party . Would definitely recommend to anyone with a toddler .
Pretty cool place. Some friends rented for their sons birthday party. It was very clean and well organized. More importantly...they had the Galaga video game and I set the high score. Check this place out if you need to rent a party space that is geared towards children.

Great place to take your little one. My son loves going to Emmazing play. He had so much fun during the Mickey and Minnie Not So Scary Halloween event. Always clean and the employees are always so friendly.
Hands down--best place to have a toddler birthday party. From the attentive owner and staff to the spotless party/play area, I would gladly have another birthday party there! Pun intended . . . They made my sons Incredibles 2 party pretty incredible by eliminating a lot of stress for me--from the set up with table covers, plates and utensils to the clean up of pizza boxes, cookie crumbs and simply checking in with myself like guests. Thank you Emmazing Play!!P.S. They even had Incredibles 1 and 2 playing! Talk about an eye for detail!

This is such a great atmosphere for littles. My 4 year and 2 year old absolutely loved it. It was clean, activities were appropriately sized for them, plenty to do, very reasonably priced, and staff was friendly and helpful!
My kids love Emmazing Play, all the toys are well kept & they try & get new toys so the kids can have more to do. I love it because it’s always so clean, the staff is so nice & they always go above & beyond for their customers. Love it! Highly recommend this place for all your little ones!!

So I’ve been waiting months to book my daughters party at this place. I admit I didn’t notice the 3 lines at the top right but I did read on the site where it said to contact a listed number for party information. I did that and look at the unprofessional responseUpdate: notice the responses the owner has under my and any other person who disagrees with how they do business. It should have been apparent that I failed to see where the party packages were located if I was texting as instructed on the website. Good luck to you and your business. Rude people don’t usually last long
Took my two-year-old to play on toddler Tuesday today with a friend and her two year old daughter. Thought we would have a good time turns out there were quite a few older toddlers that did not know how to play nice. So when my son was playing with toys or anything these toddlers would yank toys and be very ugly and rude to my son. So me as a parent I just told everybody “to be nice and share”one of the parents came up to me very rudely and asked me “is there was a problem”and I said “yes there is there has been multiple issues with her child being rude and ugly to my son and my friends daughter.” The mom was very very rude and did not correct her child. So My friend and I decided to take our children and leave I told the front desk how rude the mom was being and how the toddlers were playing and all he could say was “sorry.” We are very disappointed in this place saw so many great reviews and expected more for the front desk. Whether it be a refund or for them to go up and talk to the parents and address the issues so the other kids and parents didn’t have to experience what we had.
Absolutely the best place for a toddler birthday. We had a great experience with our 6 grandchildren and their friends at a birthday party for our grandson turning 1. They helped set up take down and the play area was perfect for our bunch ages 6 and under
The place is clean and my daughter likes it very much. They don’t have many toys, but it’s understandable since they opened just few months ago.One negative thing is that they charge 5$ for 3-12 month old babies. I mean... babies that don’t even know how to walk! It doesn’t seem right to me. Children two years old and younger receive free admission both to SeaWorld and San Antonio Zoo! The Doseum is free for children younger than 1. C’mon...
This place is great!! The owner is kinda and keeps everything very clean. You child will have great fun through out. Will definitely come again.
Great place for a party.The owner and his assistant were very attentive.Went out of their way to make sure our party had help loading and unloading our items. They helped us decorate and made sure we all had fun.On open play days the place is a hit with our little one
This place is way too overpriced.When they 1st opened it was $5 for 1year olds now its $8.50 thats a rip off. Every other indoor play locations are $5 even out of state. This place is really taking advantage of parents and there always empty so parents are basically paying almost $10 for a 1 yr old to play by themselves. The owner excuse of the increase price was because they are clean. What?? A play area for kids is suppose to always be clean. Take your kids somewhere else!!

Great place to take the kids for open play or even to have a party here. Very Very clean, staff is very friendly and interactive with the kids and parents. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all parents looking for a clean, safe, and friendly environment that isnt overly crowded and loud.
The reason for not receiving the extra star is because I asked twice to receive the pictures that were taken by staff on my sons birthday to be sent to me but I never received them from them. Otherwise the party was perfect, everyone enjoyed themselves and I appreciated the help by the staff on getting everything ready.
This place is great for younger kids...my three year old loves the bounce house and the play marketplace while theres plenty of cool stuff for my 10 month old to check out...and since its geared towards younger kids, it feels like a place mom can feel like the kids are safe and can relax a bit too.

Did not know you have to have socks to enter this place. Adults as well as children. My child couldnt join the birthday party until we bought socks. Definitely do not recommend this place. Big thumbs down!

Dont have a birthday party here if you dont want to be rushed!! Party wasnt over yet and the staff started taking off decorations and throwing everything away on the tables, they even turned all the lights off! Staff was super rude, definetly wont be going back.

Pros: Clean , small snacks avail for purchase , avail for partiesCons: Small space and for the cost of playing here, you can play at other similar places with larger play areas, more running space and more inflatables for kids of all ages, also you will not be allowed to play if ur kid has no socks on , and sometimes the staff is rude.
Emmazing play made my 1 yr old party so easy and really took care of us and made sure everything was to our liking.super friendly and attentive and made the whole party experience a breeze.

2022-04-27Had my daughters 2nd birthday party here a couple weeks ago. I definitely would be having another party here I loved that it was private all the kids from ages 2-12 had a blast in the toy area. Are party host was fantastic helped with decorating, cake cutting food everything you think of was taken care off!

2022-04-25Absolutely loved it here, my son’s 1st birthday was so fun! All the kiddos loved it, there was something for everyone. Our hosts were also amazing, helped me from start to finish & answered any questions I had along the way. All around great place and staff. I would recommend & come back for sure :)

2022-03-26Sergio and his staff at EMMAzing Play were so efficient! Super professional and did everything for us from start to finish. The place is super clean and love that we had it to ourselves so adults could feel comfortable with just letting their little ones play and have a good time. The kids loved it! Celebrated our son’s second birthday here and we will be back!

2021-07-29Ok I do not know where to begin!! The most amazing time ever, the cleanest most relaxing & fun atmosphere!! My kids and all the kids plus the adults had the most fun ever!! Having our private party with no worries, kids were able to go play without us having to worry. The staff went above and beyond literally did everything!! 2021-08-28Emmazing Play is absolutely incredible. We have been bringing both of our kids here since we moved here.Both of our kids have grown up in this nurturing environment and still love it to this day. The space is open as well as secure allowing parents to relax while the kids have fun (including free coffee for the adults). It’s the cleanest and most extensive indoor playground we have found and we leave with all smiles every time.Today was our sons 2nd birthday and we chose this venue. It was incredible from start to finish with staff to guide the entire event. I couldn’t have asked for more and everyone that came was impressed beyond expectations!I wish I could give more than 5 stars since this place is incredible in every way.

2022-02-15Decided to bring my 8 month old to “toddler Tuesday” around lunch time and we really enjoyed our time, especially the BIG nap that followed. The whole place was very clean and comfortable, not too many people, plenty of spots to play, it’s a great alternative to going to the playground. We will definitely be coming back!

2022-01-23We attended a birthday party here. Very clean, you rent out the whole place which is always nice. The party is just you and your guests. No worries about other kids or strangers coming in to your party. Loved it!!

2022-05-06I took my 10 month old & 3 yr old…it was just perfect, everything is clean & baby proof, the bounce house, the other kids were so nice & that is more than I could’ve asked for, great day. GREAT PLACE, worth EVERY DOLLAR!!!!!
