Had the pleasure of going to endless time to get the battery replaced on my favorite watch. The owner said to give him a few minutes so I walked into one store. I came back under 3 minutes and he already had it done. This is a 5 star watch repair company. Thanks again!

This summer went to kiosk for battery replacement. Did a great job. Very friendly. Upfront about not being able to extend my watch band but told me what I needed todo. Will use them again for watch repair and battery replacement.
Highly recommend, they work fast. I had two watches; one that needed the strap replaced, and another that need to be resized. And she got it done within 30 mins. Will definitely come back if further adjustments need to be made.

I had no idea where to go for a battery replacement. I went in to Macys and got recommended here but she couldn’t tell me the directions well enough. I then went to Zales and a gentleman there said I should try Endless Time same place as the lady recommended from macys. He said he’s quick and professional as the lady did. He also gave me good directions on how to find it. It’s really easy to spot it’s pretty center near the food courts on the first floor. The gentleman at the Endless Time kiosk was very professional. It took him probably about 3 minutes he told me 5. I grabbed a drink came back and it was done. Very reasonable price with a warranty on the battery. Please if you don’t know where to go for a battery replacement check this place out. Y’all have my business for life thank you again Endless Time. Good people.
Great service as always!! I visit him whenever I have a problem with my watches and he fixed them every single time. He even changed the battery of my car keys last time. I havent thought about sharing my experience, but better late than never. You can definitely trust his professionalism. Highly recommended!!!
This place is AMAZING! I had a part inside my Fossil watch fall off and I went to the Fossil Store to replace it - they said we cant do it in store, we can ship for you and have it repaired for some ridiculous price or you can buy another watch for half price.... absurd. I went to Endless Time and he fixed it for me right then and there in 5 minutes for a fraction of what Fossil wanted to charge me! AND he replaced the battery for me for FREE (would have cost me $10 in the fossil store alone!!! This guy is the real deal, his prices are cheap, he is straightforward. I will go to him for all my watch needs in the future. 100% recommend!
I had a great experience with Endless Time. I brought two old watches to replace the batteries and they were done in ten minutes or less (as promised). They were also upfront about the price, which I always appreciate in a business involving service. I did not purchase a new watch, but if you’re in the market for that they have a good selection (I browsed a bit while waiting). Highly recommend for sure.
We took 4 watches for battery change. While he was replacing the battery, one of the watch screen cover came out. He said he needed a week to rectify it for free. But, I didnt had that much time as I was leaving the city in a week. He got our address and shipped it for us after repairing. He didnt even charge us for shipping. He also didnt charge me much for battery repairing! The world is held together by the mass of honest folk like him. I highly recommend this place for watch repair

Great customer service I took an Invicta limited edition watch with a manufacturers defect, the seconds dial was floating inside the watch. He was able to repair and replace the battery working perfectly. I also had a Cartier watch that needed a battery and a loose screw, he repaired the screw and replaced the battery, both watches working perfectly. Very happy with repairs, would recommend to friends and family .
Family owned and operated for 30 years! I was in and out with 2 battery replacements and a band repair in only the amount of time it takes to run to Jamba Juice and grab a drink. Knowledgeable and friendly staff guaranteed I’ll be back for any watch repair needs in the future.
Excellent work. Brought him 4 watches. 3 needed batteries changed out (including a tag) and one needed a spring/pin for the band. Took care of it iabout 15 minutes and charged a fantastic price. Really nice people too
So, Im walking in North Star Mall and I notice my watch isnt working. I look up and see the Endless Time kiosk between the Apple Store and Macys. I walk up and hand them my watch. Within 2 minutes, my watch is telling time again. Fast, friendly and professional with care and experience in handling nice watches. I highly recommend Endless Time. 5 Star Service.

It’s been hard trying to find a watch band for my particular watch’s size, but as soon as I arrived to the Endless Time kiosk, the person running it found me the watch band I needed as well as the color I wanted it in. It was basically in and out, and I can’t thank him enough. I’m definitely gonna be coming back if I’m needing any replacements or repairs. Would highly recommend coming here if you need a watch band size that’s hard to come by.
I had the best experience at this shop! I thought I only needed my battery replaced but it turns out I need another part on my watch fixed, too. Hagay was so accommodating. He changed the battery in a few minutes and when he found the other issue, he fixed it for free! AND he cleaned my watch as well!! He was very kind and I can see why his family business has been so successful for the past 27 years. Ill definitely be back and I recommend you use him for your watch repairs!! I went there 8/24/20 the technician who worked on my two watches was great. He wore glasses and had an English accent; I wish i remembered his name. He swapped-out both batteries, cleaned-up the watches, set their time and I was done. Fast. Efficient. Personable. Professional. I will be back . I recommend Endless Time in North Star Mall.

At first glance this place looks like the run of the mill mall watch repair shop. However, that is not the case whatsoever! At this excellent watch repair service kiosk you will find some of the best service you can find. Fair prices and quality work are what they specialize in. I had a women’s Bulova watch cleaned and had it’s battery replaced for a little over $40. Overall very satisfied with this place and you will be too!

I went to get my Apple Watch band fix that I messed up trying to fix myself. It took the owner not even 1 min to fix and get right what took me 30 min trying to figure out then finally gave up. In that little time I was looking around his kiosk and seen he actually sold Apple Watch bands himself. Way better ones that I found online. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t waist my time looking for one online then waiting a week to receive it when it right here in the mall. He told me he can make all sorts of bands for the Apple Watch plus other watches. From now on I’m going to Endless times for my Apple bands. Plus it gave me great ideas for birthday and holiday gifts. Thanks Enless Time!
I went there to resize a chain bracelet that NO ONE could fix in the mall, so as I was walking i thought i would at least ask if they could help (even though they fix watches). Not only were they some of the best customer service but they were able to fix literally in less than 10 mins. Definitely will be back if I have any other trouble with repairs. The other places in the mall that repair do not compare to Endless Time. 100%

Needed battery replacement for my g shock, was nervous because I took my g shock to a watch repair at South Park mall and the individual messed up the calibration on my watch. $250 down the drain. So you can see why I was hesitant but the individual at North Star mall was confident. I believe his name is Hagay. I highly recommend going to this place if you need any kind of repair.

I have been doing business with the proprietor and his sales people for a number of years now, and I have always gotten excellent service from Endless Time. They have kept my Fossil watch going for a number of years now and when I need my watch to keep on ticking, I always head for the mall and get my watch batteries there, even though I have to drive from Cibolo to get there. The last time I went there my watch had stopped and I thought I needed another battery replacement. But, the proprietor said with a smile that my battery replacement was under the 1 year warranty and got the battery replaced under warranty. MAN!, excellent service with a SMILE. Thanks, Haggai!
I took my invicta watch which was returned to me in pieces and a new watch but not the same as I sent. Endless Time took a few minutes to survey the issue and fixed it at no charge. Great customer service and very courteous. I will be taking all my watches in the future here.
Brought my husband’s first gift to me, a 20+ year old Seiko, to be revived and resized. Staff was polite, professional and very careful with my time and my watch. I was impressed with their craftmanship and focus. Even as they had a line of customers waiting, they were diligent while they worked on my piece. Lovely team. Highly recommend.

I have never been disappointed in the service I’ve received at Endless Time .They have always been courteous and respectful, doing the job quickly and charging a fair price. I had a watch repaired here. The place were I bought my husband’s watch said they could not repair the problem (even though it had a lifetime warranty) I took it Endless repair watch Repair and he looked at it, very quickly told me the problem. He fixed it and replaced the battery AND IT WORKS NOW! In a short 5 mins he fixed the watch that the brand I bought it at said “couldn’t be fixed unless sent in to a specialist “Safe to say that the gentlemen here are Specialist!

I was extremely pleased when I took my watch here for a battery replacement. The gentleman was able to get the back removed and replace a screw that was missing in the mechanism, and replace the battery within literally 5 minutes of me handing him the watch. He only charged me for the battery. Needless to say I was overjoyed and really appreciated it. I will definitely return to him for all my watch needs.
So I went to the Fossil store to get my watch fixed that I bought from and they tried to charge me $60 to fix it!!! I angrily walked out and a lovely lady fixing a watch so I approached her. She said her name was Tania and she offered to fix it for $10! She did a great job and it took only about 2 minutes. I would definitely recommend and would give 10 stars if it was possible.

Amazing service! Fixed my watch when another shop said it couldnt be repaired...My decades old favorite watch had not been working for a long while. Im retired and am about to go back to work part time & I needed a watch again. The first store I went to told me that my watch battery was good, but my watch was broken beyond repair. They were nice enough to not charge me and they sent me on my way. I have three old watches and hoped that at least one of them could be easily fixed. Two are ok, but the the one I had tried to repair first has been with me for a while, so I figured I had nothing to lose getting another person to look at it. For sentimental reasons, this is my fave watch. So, I looked in Yelp and saw the good reviews for Endless Time and thought Id give them a try. Im glad I did!I almost passed it by since its a mall kiosk. This lowered my expectations by a lot. I was wrong, very wrong. Hagay said hed need about 15 minutes to look at my three watches. He only needed 10 minutes to change three batteries and clean two watches so the parts would move again. He showed me where the battery put back in by the first store was leaking and should not have been put back in.Hagay then asked what the first store charged for the attempted repair. I told him nothing. So he smiled and said hed charge nothing for the cleaning and just charged me for the battery. I happily paid and walked away feeling like a kid at Christmas!I really hate malls. But I will go back to this mall without hesitation if I ever need any more watch repair. This was the best customer service Ive experienced in years! If you need a watch fixed, make this your first stop!
I cant thank them enough! I have a 30 year old Gucci watch that needed a new battery. Its hard to find a watch repair place thats willing to fix a vintage watch. However, they did! Even the Gucci store wasnt willing to help me. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you!

Their service was awesome! I brought two watches to them. One needed a battery, and the clasp was broken on the other. They noticed the battery was working, but the inside was a little corroded from water damage. I so appreciate their honesty. They were efficient, friendly, and cost-effective.

I have a MTM Special Ops watch, and I had a really hard time finding someone that could replaced the battery, I went to six different places including 2 jewelry stores and with no success, one of the jewelry stores recommended me Endless Time at North Star Mall... great service and the guy there has lots of experience...very reasonable rates as well...
I went by this “stand,” and asked how much a battery would be for my watch. They asked me what type of watch, I said Cartier and they then told me it would be $65. That’s outrageous, especially for a kiosk in the middle of the mall. I might as well pay $10 more for my watch to be fitted with a new battery at Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry. And at least with Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry you’re guaranteed quality in a controlled environment and are given pressure point test as part of it. For the record, all batteries for watches are essentially the same in price. Most of the time, a jeweler can only tell what battery your watch needs by “taking off the back of the watch”. Perhaps I shouldn’t have been wearing a $$$ at the time while asking about a different $$$ watch to be fitted with a battery. Definitely my mistake it thinking all customers that come through store doors, despite this one not having doors, are equal to any other.UPDATE: I was treated with such low class remarks and looks when I went to this store to see about a battery for a Cartier watch. I then get a response on here that I should “know better since I can afford a couple of thousand dollars to buy a watch”. You see what I mean? I was judged when first visiting this kiosk and then further judged because I wrote about my experience - as you can read the response, they were mad I was even asking about prices; as you can see in the response: “We don’t know who set you to our store”. - wow. Very classy, indeed. Who ever said the Cartier I asked about is mine, who ever said I am willing to pay $$$ for a battery just because I have a Cartier, who ever said that just because you have a 1000 dollar watch you should be “happy” to pay more? I am going to retype something from my original here and add something to it because it is important for everyone to know: For the record, all batteries for watches are essentially the same in price. Most of the time, a jeweler can only tell what battery your watch needs by “taking off the back of the watch” Extremely complicated watches, such as rechargeable batteries for solar powered watches, are the type that costs $65 (again, with labor). Not typical Quartz watches. Again, you often have to open the back of the watch to even know how to price a battery. That wasn’t what happened in this case. I was judged (given looks up and down) by what I wore and what watch I had before a price was given.DO NOT GO HERE, people. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect from a “business”. If you want to be judged, if you want to pay high prices based on how you look, what you wear, and what type of watch you have, then I guess this kiosk is definitely for you. Oh, and one more thing: Don’t be fooled. There are a lot of fake reviews on here. You can tell because many of the reviews show their profile with only one review and that’s for this store. The people have no other reviews for other places and no pictures for any other place. I guess if you need that fine, but actually responding to those fake reviews? Such class!
Brought 2 Invicta watches here today. One needed a battery and one needed the same as well as a new crystal glass. I have been trying for the longest time to get the crystal replaced but to no avail. Even the Invicta store inside the mall was going to charge me 40% more for the battery replacement and told me had to pay $28 to send the watch off to get an estimate for the crystal and would take up to 2 months. Then would have to decide if even wanted them to do the work. Endless time swapped out my battery in 5 mins and told me watch with broken crystal will be done by. went off next week. Truly awesome..
My husband and I went to North Star Mall hoping to get his watch fixed. The digital time was not matching the hands on the face of the watch. We met Tania and explained to her the problem, she had his watch fixed in less than two minutes. Tania was so nice she did not try to take advantage of our situation at all, we were so happy with how helpful and knowledgeable she was. So I called literally eight different places looking for a crystal replace on my Invicta watch. I heard repair times of six weeks to THREE MONTHS. I called Endless Time, and didnt believe it when they said 10-14 days. The price was easily comparable and they were really nice on the phone, so I tried them. OMG it was back in 12 days. WOOHOO! I cant imagine being without a watch for six weeks, much less three months. Endless Time will always have my business and anyone checking their reviews out before trusting them with your timepiece - DO IT! And the nicest people I have worked with. My husband and I went to Northstar mall on Thursday to get his watch fixed. We took it back to the Fancy jewelry store we purchased it from and they actually told us they could not fix is which was very odd and he then told us about endless time. We walked over to the kind woman and she was kind enough to not charge us to fix the watch because it was not even broken!! Any other person would have tried to scam us for some money SHE DID NOT!! It took her less than 60 seconds to adjust the little clip! I would give 20 stars if I could! I highly recommend this place to any and EVERYONE!! Very honest people who actually know what their doing!!
I always go to Watch Repair San Antonio. Hagay has always the best customer service! This time I had three watches batteries needs to be change! Highly recommend this place for fixing any problems with your watch.Couple days ago I found this spot at North Star mall in front of Banana Republic.My watch stop working last week and the place I used to go before couldn’t fix it(they say that they try everything,but watch still doesn’t work).I was so disappointed and while I was getting Jumba Juice,I saw kiosk with watches,I was sure my watch was already done as previous technician said,but I still ask Endless Time for help.So I dropped of my watch and ask to estimate. Frankly,I was surprised when the guy who was working called me after 5 minutes while I wAs still waiting for my Jumba Juicy order.I came and the watch was working .I was shocked and happy. The technician at Endless time kiosk fixed it faster than 5 minutes. From now on just Endless time for watch services. I had a battery replaced in a jewelry shop a month ago and it kept fogging over. I had Endless Time look at it and it had not been closed correctly. He replaced my seal and then i had him look at my date-time as it has not been working correctly. He told me that it had probably been bumped and was not aligned correctly in the window. He said he could order the part or I could use it as is but the date-time would be a little out of the window. I elected to use it as is. I also went swimming in my watch last night and no fog and it is working great. Oh! And he charged me $2,00 for the seal. Im singing his praises.

Some water had gotten into my invicta. Hagay was extremely nice, deep cleaned all of my watch in about half an hour, and charged a very reasonable price. Will come here again.
These people killed my watch! I work near North Star Mall, so when my quartz Wenger needed a new battery, I had this kiosk do the replacement. Turns out they failed to reseal the watch back, and the watch was ruined the next time I went swimming. I would not trust these people to perform even the simplest repair or service. Very dissatisfied.
Hagay in not competent or knowledgeable on invicta watches. Everything on my invicta excursion watch worked fine until he opened to replace the battery. He scratched the back while opening it, stripped a screw on the insider, and bent the day mechanism. He than scratched the case on the outside because he decided to use a thumbtac to try and fix it. After all that he tells me I havent seen this model before, you probably need to send it back to the manufacturer!
I went to go get some links removed on my Seiko watch and felt very welcomed by the staff. The work is high quality for a very affordable price. I highly recommend this place.
They did quality work... 15 $ to remove 2 watch band links is a bit pricey but worth it I guess..

Employee and manager verbally insulted me, threatened me, and called me stupid and asked many times whats wrong with my brain for asking why a price was never given to me for a getting links taken out of my watch. The manager threatened me with security many times even as I continued to try and pay her and even just ignore her. This no good, unprofessional, rip off, shack by the escalators in North Star mall should be shut down for insulting and threatening customers and making young children cry. My wife and kids had to standoff to a distance just so the women didnt traumatized my 2 and 5 year olds.

2021-12-27Bought from Dillard’s. The first day I wear it out the link comes undone and it falls off. I take it back and they couldn’t put the link back together because of the specific rod needed with Swiss watches. They sent me to him and I’m glad they did because he is the best watch guy in town. Keep up the good energy and work brother. Inshallah good things will come.

2021-10-05I really enjoyed this company. I thought a mall kiosk wouldn’t be this nice, but when he saw my watch he knew exactly what type of band would look best with it and I am so happy. I have a special watch and he recognized it immediately and made me feel very confident. The watch band we went with was perfect for my 1944 omega and I couldn’t be happier. Great service, very friendly!

I asked him about fitting a watch for me and he was kind enough to take care of it for me, making sure that I was satisfied with the results. 2022-08-23I had to repair my watch that got water in it first I went to a Rolex store they told me that they had to send the watch to Switzerland and it would take 4 months to repair it and they would tell me the price only after someone would look it the watch in Switzerland I was very upset because I didnt want to give my watch away for 4 months so I started to shop around for places that can repair my watch and then I saw the great reviews that Endless Time has so i went to the location in North Star mall then I talked to the guy over there he told me it would take two weeks because he had to order the original parts from Rolex a soon as they arrived the my watch was ready the next day I had a very good experience with this business and I highly recommend for everyone Endless time for your luxury watches they taking good care of them the price it’s a lot better from what I heard from other people that use the Rolex serviceand the time which play big game here because no one wants to give is Rolex away for 4 months so that’s my to go business to take care of my RolexThank you guys !!!

2022-05-26I came with an antique watch which belonged to my Grandfather which I inherited when he passed away. I brought it to Endless Time and they were able to fix the crystal and did a really nice cleaning of the watch. I was very satisfied when I saw the results ! Not to mention, they have great customer service and very kind people ! Highly recommend.

2021-08-26Me, being a bit curious in nature, decided to open up my G-Shock to see what my batteries looked like. Once satisfied I put the watch back together however, when I pressed any of the buttons, they stayed depressed and I couldnt use them. So I looked up a few places and decided on Endless Time. Usually I stay away from kiosks, especially in malls but decided to give them a try. I initially dropped my watch off with Derek and he was able to fix the button issue and replace the batteries. Upon returning to pick up the watch, he showed me that the second hand was bent downward and wasnt working properly. It may have come from me opening up the watch but I dont remember. Needless to say, he was able to get fix that issue as well and Im quite satisfied! I will be going back in the future! Partly because I have an older Casio that needs some work! Big thanks to Derek!

If you need watch repair or service, I’d highly recommend Endless Time. They are located in a kiosk on the 1st floor near the food court escalator and the Lego store.
