I have rented from this location quite a few times. The employees are nice and accommodating. I never have any trouble getting in-and-out from picking up/ dropping off a vehicle. The manager there is courteous and aims to please. I will definitely recommend this location
Horrible experience!! review is a little late but I had to rent a car through this location due to car being in the shop. I had the rental longer due to the power outage in Houston and unfortunately since I had no power for three days, I had to use the rental to warm up. The problem is, I had to put my dog in the car to also warm up. I returned the car and I was informed I owed $75 for cleaning services because of the dog hair, they were only going to make me pay half of the $150 for cleaning. I vacuumed out the car before I returned it and used a lint roller but I was told there was hair everywhere. I informed them that I would return to vacuum out the car again and they said they cant take the car out of service for the day for me to do that, I might never show up the representative told me. I was also informed that they would need to shampoo the interior due to the hair, after I was told I couldnt return to vacuum it myself because it would take to long. I asked to return to see the amount of hair they were referring to and I was again told no. After arguing for about 20 minuets, I finally agreed to let them keep my deposit. I understand the that pets are not suppose to be in the car but this was not a normal circumstance. I still believe $50 to vacuum out a car is extensive, especially when this was our only way of having heat for three days. The car itself, I believe was $32 a day and I was referring to it as a clown car because it was so small. Save your money, go somewhere else this location is just rude.
Rented a vehicle for one day from this location on March 23rd to March 24th and dropped the vehicle off this morning at 7am. I received a email with a final cost of the vehicle and was charged $100.00. Called the location and spoke to a Connor to inquire on the $100.00 charge. Connor states that he charged me $100.00 to have the vehicle detailed because he found pet hair in the back seat of the vehicle. Charging a customer $100.00 to vacuum pet hair is absolutely ridiculous. I checked the vehicle myself before dropping it off and there was no amount of pet hair in that vehicle to equal to $100.00 worth of cleaning. The employees clean and vacuum the vehicles before they rent them out to customers, if there was pet hair in the vehicle, a simple vacuum would have sufficed. I think Connor was being very spiteful in charging me $100.00 to do what they are going to already do anyway and that is to clean and vacuum the vehicle before renting it to the next customer!
I truly appreciate and love there wonderful customer service. I have been doing business with this location for a long time. They are number# 1 and I dont and will not go to any other Enterprise.They are very nice, patient , caring and so supportive. I cant began to thank them all at the location enough.I would also like to add that Maria and Nia are the sweetest young ladies at that Enterprise. They always have a great personality and theyboth go over and out the way to make you happy and make sure you are happy with your car. They make you feel like you are familyPlease make sure the company keep them .Thanks again 😊😘😉👍👏👏👏👏
I’ve been doing business with Enterprise for over a decade. I love the customer service I receive at this location and Drew is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Her attentiveness to the needs of her customers goes above and beyond your average customer service. We literally follow her to any location because she truly takes care of her customers. I am a very particular consumer but she is always spot on with our rental needs and she clearly loves what’s she does.
The car was not good with strong vibration on 60mph and above. They give me the car not washed from outside till I asked for. It looks like it was coming from long trip with lots of bugs on the front bumper. I was told this is the only car and I had no other option as I need to drop off my car to the body shop. It was not good experience to have such car for two weeks.
Reserved a car online with no trouble. When I arrived at the office they informed me that they did not have any cars for me and said I had been called. I have no missed calls but it could have happened when I was on the plane the night before. So now I have to scramble to figure out how I am going to make it to my good friend’s wedding this afternoon. Plus they had cars in the lot and told me those were reserved unlike the car I reserved?
I changed my review because this place ranks bottom of the barrel now. Set a reservation 3 weeks prior to pick up.1. Called to ensure vehicle would be available. David lied and said yes.2.Got to location and was told they didnt have a vehicle in my category and that it was a national shortage of vehicles3. Guy then says we got a mid size SUV. Rude and smug about it. I told him I didnt not reserve a mid size SUV.4. Ask him to check around and he refused. Continued to insist I take the vehicle that I did not reserve.5. Call customer service and was told area manager would call. They did not callThis is just some of what happen. Look, I understand that Im just one of many that rent from you. I also understand things happen. If you make a reservation 3 weeks out you should be able to service me and fulfill your obligation to your customer. I havent seen my family in over a year and a half. I understand Im just a name in the computer but because of this I will have to push my trip back another month or 2. Rude assistant manager not willing to do anything to assist me as a customer. Thank you Donald for what you tried to do to help me. Enterprise you use to be golden. Thanks for being just another place to rent a car.
I would like to commend Ms. Amber Sangil, at your Enterprise location 5711 Hwy. 6, Missouri City, TX 77459, for providing excellent customer service to myself, Gladys Reis and my daughter, Anniva Carvalho not only when I called a week before but also last Monday, May 17th when we needed to have the car available. She not only picked us up at the Service King body shop but also was very pleasant and explained clearly to us what our options were and pricing according to what State Farm was covering. I have always gone to Hertz for my rentals, but now I’ll always go to Enterprise instead.Having such a good employee working for you is definitely an asset.
I rented a car from Enterprise . When I picked up the car it smelled like cigarette smoke. I complained about it to the gentleman. I ask for another car but since it was so close to closing time there were no cars available for the price range my insurance specified. So I went ahead and took the car. Can you believe when I returned the car the attendant on hand told me they would have to charge me a fee to detail the car because it smelled like cigarette smoke ?! I patiently explained what happened but they basically painted me as a liar and still charged me a fee ! I have never smoked a day in my life! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT FROM HERE AND I AM SPREADING THE WORD because I just stopped my coteachers from coming here today . ! Bad 👎 business . My advice to anyone still willing to rent here... document every detail when you pick up the car. Take full names& pictures , all the proof you will need when you are returning the car. Oh dont forget to check for unusual smells! So you dont get charged for that too !! ...
The car I received was unwashed and dirty inside. This is unacceptable especially since the agent told me it had been sitting there for days. Why is it acceptable to give supposedly valued customers dirty vehicles especially during covid. I am returning this car today since no one has bothered to address this issue. I would rather be without.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received during my recent rental from Enterprise however, I selected 4 stars instead of 5 because while a was thrilled with the high level of professionalism and customer-centric service from the representative that assisted me...the fact that since my reservation was on file for another location (even though that location was 2 blocks from my pickup location), it was necessary to get a larger vehicle than the one my insurance company covered. Other than that, the service was again, very good!
The experience was great! I made reservations 2 days in advance, and picked up the vehicle on Friday. I was in by noon out by 12:10. I had to go into work on Monday and had my sister return it at a different location, the transaction went very well, they even transported her back home. I was contacted via phone and email notifying me of the completed transaction.Thank you,Guys for a job well done.
I rented car from one location and was told I can drop it at my repair shop with another Enterprise location on premises without any penalties. However when I did drop it there, I got many questions regarding whether the rental car even belongs to Enterprise and finally they wanted to charge me extra for them moving the car to the original location. Eventually it was cleared through the insurance company. The rental car itself, Jeep Wrangler 2018 with only basic options, was very uncomfortable to drive for 3 weeks , and I was never asked for my preferences.
I recently rented from this Enterprise store and had an excellent experience. People there are courteous, service oriented, and very professional. Having had a terrible experience at the nearby Avis/Budget store, the experience here was refreshing.That car I rented was good, but the seats were stained. It was clean, smelled good, and ran well. I would definitely go back to this store if I have to rent again.
This was the first van I used that wasnt properly cleaned or sanitized. There were crumbs in the cup holders, dirty seats, and a receipt from another renter under the seat.Plus the Change Oil light kept coming on every time we cranked. I had to return to the office to complain for the first time.Thanks
The first and the second time I’ve used this location was this year (2020). I believe the gentleman name is Donald, he was awesome. However, this third time, the lady just said “yeah” to every question asked, instead of being truthful about her knowledge. Plus her majority didn’t allow her much room to be free and friendly. Her vibe was feeling like “let’s get this over with”. 🤷🏾♀️#People
Although we are going through a pandemic the agents at enterprise where still very professional. They where quick, I didn’t have to wait long at all with getting the rental and returning it. The process was safe (they all wore masks) and proficient and again professional.I’ll definitely do more business with them.Tammera
Ive rented from this location at least three times and each time received excellent service. The office is extremely busy especially on weekends but they never make you feel rushed or ignored. They are quick, but efficient, professional and very nice. The cars are clean and any problems are handled quickly and without fuss. If they cant accomodate something youre asking they offer alternatives not excuses. Alex and Maria are awesome!
Donald is a golden example of customer service. My wife and I had serious difficulty securing a rental, as we only needed it for one day. Donald was able to accommodate us while displaying both kindness and patience. He should be on the forefront of Enterprise.Thank you Donald.
Damian the branch manager has excellent customer service skills. He went above and beyond my expectations. I wanted a truck for a day ( why the website allows you to book vehicles at locations when theyre not available Im not sure) but the day of they found a truck at another location and all was well. We get the truck drive it home and a I feel something on me. Its a bug then I look around and the truck is full of them. To shorten this my weekend was super busy so we kept the truck and even upon return I was in a rush so I just drop it off without complaint. Damian called for a follow up which was nice just by itself. So I kind of explain our experience and without hesitation he smooths everything out. So I will book with him anytime thank you for your customer service.
I enjoyed renting with Enterprise, the manager Diamond Coleman is very pleasant to work with, she goes the extra mile for the customer trying to understand ones needs and how to meet them. The other team members were also attentive, the car was clean and the service was fast. I like the fact that they can pick you from home and take you back. You may have to wait a little bit but they provide the ride.
Upon inspection the rep requested my c.c. or bank card for a $ 50.00 hold to be placed on my card to even be able to rent WITH car rental insurance coverage for gas etc... Then the car was a compact that had some kind of cloudy material swiped across the windshield that could not be removed by carwash..the outside had damages and vehicle was dirty inside with chip crumbs and some wrappers and a pen and receipts I informed her and her comment was yeah we know. So I asked for a different car her reply thats ONLY one they had to comply with my coverage??Then after return i could not her $ 50.00 hold removed until 7-10 days later!! I was informed by text they had not received vehicle so I called 800 number who stated vehicle shows as being returned! Then they submitted demand for payment from me for the past 5 months and placed a do not rent on my name!!! I called the Mgr. Patrick says well if your insurance company (ALLSTATE) does not pay then we send it to our accounting department they the requests to you NOT me. POOR customer service POOR understanding of communications between them and ALLSTATE even though that is rental car provider ALLSTATE refers you to use! BEWARE a nightmare could happen to you too!!!
Fast efficient service with no mistakes. Nice to know its this easy when your in a pinch for a car. I had to be at work at 4:10, called at 3:30 on my way, picked up car at 4, got to work on time. Employees friendly knowledgeable and courteous. Car clean and ready to go. 5 stars.
I rented a car on 7/31/19 when my car was in the repair shop. I called to extend this rental twice due to my car not being ready.I had to divide the cost over two cards and the staff was friendly and met my need during this process. Thank You to the answering service and Missouri City location you were great.
Only their employees would leave good reviews - look how some people are leaving multiple reviews to get the higher rating. This is a place with no service. They do not answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold and walk away. They do not know how to print a receipt or statement; return a car and you get nothing to show you did. They tell you they are going to do something like email a receipt and then dont. Save yourself the headache and use someone else or Uber.
Walking in, there was 2 people ahead of me. Only 2 employees were working the desk. 1 agent had a baseball cap and a v-neck shirt on (no type of Enterprise apparel whatsoever).After the 1st 2 customers were taken care of, it was finally my turn. I advised the agent that I had 2 different reservations in the system : a request for midsize & full size. Neither was available. I was eventually given a Dodge Challenger (a 2 door vehicle). As a courtesy, the agent offered that car to me at a full size rate.After signing the documents via note pad - I disappointedly got in the car, looked around and noticed that it had not been fully cleaned. There were, what appeared to be, crumbs around the gears area - I took a pic with intentions on showing management when I returned the car.After returning the vehicle, I was asked, by an agent, if I enjoyed the car, explained that it wasnt fully cleaned & that it wasnt what I initially requested but it served its purpose.The manager just happened to walk in, apologized and asked : what can we do to make it up to you? Just the fact that he acknowledged the situation and wanted to make it better will have me going back for future rentals.Hopefully in the future, theyll do a better job with fully cleaning out their vehicles & following up with customers to advise when their vehicle type is not available so adjustments can be made or to determine if customer will be okay with what cars are available.
On March 10, 2018, at 2pm, I contacted Enterprise located in Missouri City to ask if I may pick-up the mini van I reserved a month ahead to be used from March 10-16. I reserved this van ahead of time to ensure comfortable transportation for my disabled father who will be traveling with us on vacation and uses a wheelchair. I spoke to Kevin who assured that it was ready for pick up and to go ahead and drive over, and we will be assisted. Upon arriving just 10 minutes prior to my call, Kevin told my husband and I that they didnt have a mini van available, and the one they had on the lot was reserved for another customer who may or may not show by 3pm. He told me he tried to call me and left a voicemail because when he spoke to me and assured me that the van was ready, he didnt know I was renting a van. We opted to wait in case the customer didnt show up. Unfortunately for us, she did. To that, Kevin asked us in front of the lady, shes going to get the van, what do you want to do?I booked my reservation on Feb 19, almost a full month in advance only to be told, Im sorry, theres no way we can get a mini van for you.I asked Kevin, so what do I do now? I did my part in reserving and confirming ahead of time, and I didnt expect Enterprise to say, Im sorry, the corporate office overbooks, and we dont have any more minivans. I explained my frustration to Kevin, in which he replied, Im not telling you, you cant take your dad on vacation, we just dont have a van. He offered us an SUV which gives us less room and higher in step. We considered since time and option wasnt on our favor.The van was reserved for was $391/week. Kevin offered to remove 2 days rental from the SUV to compensate. By then, I wouldve already spent 1 hour at this location. As we begin the transaction, he calculated the total for the SUV to be $391/week. (I was not there to get a discount nor any advantage, but simply to pick up the mini van i reserved and confirmed). I said, I dont understand how Im getting a smaller vehicle and removing 2 days would still equal to $391? He then said the SUV is a better vehicle and thats how the computer calculates it. He further said that I didnt work there so I wouldnt understand how the computer system works. Frustrated with not getting a simple explanation, I said, can you compare how much I will be billed with the 2 days off compared to the price without because it seems like Im getting the price for the weekly rate which would give me days off with or without the discount? He said, well Im sorry, youre not saving a whole lot, and like I said, you dont work here, so, I dont expect you to understand how it works. He stated again that the SUV is a better vehicle and has more specs. (My purpose there was not to save money nor get a vehicle with more specs. Its the simple arithmetic that didnt add up, and I was trying to understand it. However, the constant, you dont work here and youre getting a better vehicle explanation is not explaining anything.) Exasperated, I said, I didnt reserve or need a vehicle that has more specs, I reserved a mini-van for a purpose, and I may not work here, but I know that $391 - 2 days does not equal to $391. Im just asking you to explain to me. With that, he gathered my husbands drivers license, proof of insurance and credit card, handed it back and said, I can no longer help you. I paused, humiliated, insulted and without a vehicle. Almost in tears, I walked out of that location while my husband stayed, completed the transaction and rented the SUV regardless of service because the rest of the week would rely on this single transaction and time wasnt on our favor.Im writing this review in hope to address the importance of customer service, and for Enterprise Corporate Office to have the integrity to deliver the products and service they sell.This review is based on my unfortunate experience with this representative, and do not undermine any other employees service at this location.
Started off extremely rough, when I got there they did not have a car for me and they failed to mention such when I called them to pick me up. After waiting an hour, someone finally returned a car and I was on my way. My biggest frustration is I rent from them a lot on a national account and they are not dependable, I had the same issue the last time I rented from them. Also, when I returned the car on Saturday, I was told they were short staff and could not give me a ride home. Wow! There were two people operating the counter, a manager, and a porter. Ive seen lest staff during the week and was still able to get a ride home.
Initially I was very disappointed to know that the car I reserved in April wasnt available. Waited 2 hours and still no car and the suggestions werent my favorite. However, and I do mean HOWEVER, once I returned later that day after running a few errands. Not only did I have the car requested but everyone at the location made it their business to see that I was happy with my rental. I thank all of them for the extra effort that was put into making my 28th birthday EPIC. Thank you to all of the managers especially Darrion Rhodes and Ms. Veronica. I apologize for not remembering the other gentlemans name but he was awesome too. Despite the slow start the ending was remarkable. Everyone remained calm and did their very best to fix the situation. I have rented from this location before and will continue to do so. Thank you to everyone on staff and I definitely look forward to the next time. FYI if you want superb service, positive and hard-working staff, this is the Enterprise location for you.
The employee made zero effort to shuttle me five miles down the road to the other location even though I had been dropped off. I told her that Id have to walk down there. She apparently thought that was ok, and proceded to walk back to her desk. I later found out that porters had been shuttling cars back and forth to that location all morning, and I could have ridden instead of walking.
Recently rented a car from Missouri City Enterprise. The young man who took care of it did an excellent job. The branch manager, Danny, was very pleasant and courteous, and the rental agent, Philip was also very professional and friendly. We have rented vehicles from Enterprise for several years and with the exception of a couple of disagreeable incidents, our service has been very good.
Very difficult to deal with when using insurance to rent a car. The insurance company automatically creates the contract and the customer shows up with their drivers license and picks up the car. When the rental is returned the contract is closed and the insurance company pays the balance. They refuse to call the insurance for updates and threaten the customer with end of day deadlines to pay balance from their own funds. I dont think this is a professional way to do business. By the way I checked with the insurance company and they said there were no restrictions that prevent rental companies from calling them directly.
Would not recommend this location ,they never answer the phones if they do they pick up and they put you right on hold which is really rude and not a proper way to do customer service if that’s the case then they need to hire new employees with proper training. they also have hidden fees which they don’t tell you , then they don’t even clean out the cars . if you have a discount from your job to use to rental a car ,don’t even bother cause they won’t even try and put that in for the rental.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Between the fact that I was given a reservation for a car that wasnt even available and the sheer lack of empathy or professionalism on the location staffs part, this was hands down THE WORST car rental experience Ive ever had. Ever. I usually rent from a competitor but they were booked this time so I was forced to give the Enterprise on Hwy 6 a try which I will never do again. They were unable to accommodate my CONFIRMED reservation and I wasnt contacted or made aware of this until I showed up to pick up the car, thus making me miss an extremely important engagement. On top of this, no one seemed to care or have any desire to make this right. Disgusted. Never again.
Recently rented a car from the missouri city, TX site. The gentleman I first interacted with was great and provided excellent customer service. However when I dropped off the car, I got charged ~$95 more than I should have. I called and was redirected to Zack Goldstein who failed to get back to me on numerous occasions regarding the charge. I had to take time out of work to play phone tag with him and each time I left a message it never got returned. What was suppose to be a quick 1-2 day ordeal, took greater than a week to resolve. And I asked him to email me a new updated receipt of the transaction, which of course I am still waiting on > 2 weeks. Overall I like enterprise but the customer care at this branch was very unprofessional and I would never do business again here.
Returned my car and they didnt check it in for about an hour so they charged me an extra hour. When I called to address the issue I didnt get the name of the guy who spoke to me and said that they would refund the charge but before we could get to that his cell phone went off and I was put on hold so that he could answer it. I was put on hold for ~20 minutes and then hung up on.When I called back they blamed the rep for not matching up times...I was surprised at this because I have never had an issue like this at any of the other offices I have used. The issue was resolved...in theory, I will find out if I get the refund in 5 day. But this is not OK. I will still used Enterprise but not this office again.UPDATE: Never got my refund. I will be going to corporate now. Go to the location on the other side of 59. Stay away
Called today on 02/23/2021 about charges and Drew said there isn’t a manager on site and there’s no cameras. Turned in the car on Jan 31st and gentleman who I turned into apparently didn’t do the paperwork til the 1st called the 1800 number and they said that I need to contact the office. Ridiculous I will never pick enterprise again.
I echo what other reviewers had said against other branches that they did not make a vehicle available at time of pickup even though I made a reservation at this branch and had made a call a day earlier to re-confirm. But that is not the worst part of my experience of this rental that also involves a neighboring branch at 7766 S Texas 6, Houston, TX 77083.Summary of my complaint against the branch at 7766 S Texas 6, Houston, TX 77083:1. They do not perform minimum safety checks before renting the vehicle out.2. When customer find out problems with the vehicle as soon as driving it out (and turn back to the shop), they argue they cannot deal with the problem because they are just a rental shop. Instead, they require customer to drive the vehicle to a repair shop to get it fixed.Either of these two alone is enough red flag for me to avoid Enterprise Rent-A-Car for life.As with the issue of not making vehicle available at time of pickup, they clearly do not take it seriously. When I was transferred to the branch at 7766 S Texas 6, there were multiple representatives sitting around and chatting. So much for not having enough manpower to transfer vehicle between neighboring branches just 10 miles apart.
The process was fairly quick, but many things went wrong. First I was not given the intermediate vehicle I was charged for. Then I returned the vehicle at 5 AM & placed the key in their Dropbox assuming they would retrieve the key when the store opened. Instead my car was not processed until I called to confirm at 10 AM a full five hours after I returned it, resulting in me being charged another day.
The worst experience ever for a rental car. Reserved a mid size and they did not have it. Tried to put me in a compact - 1 1/2 hours to pick up a car.After returning the car, my credit card was billed instead of the insurance company which had given them a claim number so they would pay it direct.Now it is my problem.. Will think twice before I go back to Missery City location.
Worst experience ever will not be returning to this location at all. My insurance set up a rental for me at this location and when I arrived they asked me for a paycheck stub and a utility bill I didnt bring these things since this was a insurance claim through my Allstate. Veronica the (manager) then told me that my since I had a different 2 different addresses she didnt understand why and I overheard her say it seemed suspicious that I had 2 addresses. She made it so difficult. I called another location which stated I did not need the utility bill or pay stub since my insurance was paying. I then left and went to another location and they helped me out with no problems! Still will never rent again from enterprise after that experience she made me feel like a criminal, thank you to the NW freeway location but thumbs down to Missouri City branch location .
Have tried to get in touch with these folks for hours today. Made at least 4 phone calls. I have an insurance claim and need a rental. My car is being repaired at the same place their office is. The body shop has given them at least two messages requesting they contact me. Nada! How is Gods green earth can a company run a business like this?
This is the WORST location ever. I have been renting a car for over 3 months and ever sinceTim decided to back date a contract, they have stated I owe money for a prepaid rental - Then recently after continuous issues, I paid for a week, only to have someone run it twice for a totally different amount. Then Tim lied to my face when I came in and said the charge was reversed, only it wasnt and gave me a lame excuse about not wanting to touch the account - but you will lie to a customers face instead. Then you can never get thru on the phone. Worst experience ever - and they still cant explain where the extra charge came from. On top of the fact that when I got the car it had a slight scratch that Tim didnt put on the contract stating that he knew about it and he had backed into something while using the car. Now when I return it, lets see if he lies and says he didnt do it and try to put it off on me. Go to another location.
Their online system and even their phone reps will book cars that they cannot fulfill. They will leave you stranded the day of your reservation with no vehicle and no valid excuse other than they just do not have cars available. What is the point of a reservation if you are not really reserving anything?
Im not sure what location others are going to that are not able to give a 5 star rating but the location on hwy 6 missouri city is AWESOME! The Customer Service was impeccable and they truly go out of their way to accommodate you. The wait was a little long but Im sure thats because everyone wants to rent from this location! Thank you to this location for all the help and for being so kind, always.
I have rented this location over the years and I must admit that I wasnt impressed in the past. However, the recent experience was exceptional and I think the management did try to improve their service. I rate it 5 stars because my experience is such that I would come back to them in a flash if needed. I strongly recommend.
I thought I was the only one that had an issue with Colten Brackens management of this Enterprise location in Missouri City.Colten was flirting with a woman on phone while we were waiting to talk to him. He didnt have any cars to give her but continued to push the conversation with her for over 20 minutes. The lady on the phone doesnt give up either. Friday evening, probably they were trying to get hooked up. When other staff came back from an Airport with the car that was to be given to me, he wouldnt even answer them when they had questions about my reservation.Other staff too expressed frustration saying you know how Colten is when he is on phone....I am not sure where i will be renting from next time but I VERY WELL KNOW WHERE I AM NOT GOING TO RENT NEXT TIME. That place is- 5711 TX-6 Missouri City.I wouldnt have given the one star that I gave but this review wont post without at least one star.Absolutely hate this place.Forgot to add that when I rented here about 2 years ago, within two months, I got hit by a $900 charge on the same credit card from the location. My bank was generous to reverse the charge and deal with this location.
We didnt get even one car which was displayed available on the website. We ended up renting car with higher value. As per dealer, expected mileage for the car which we rented was 30-32 miles/gallon, but we felt we got only 20-23. I got little disappointed with the service.
I have now been sitting on hold with this for 22 minutes as I am trying to figure out why they charged my card $150. So frustrating.update: now waiting over 30 mintues. So tired of hearing their on-hold message: we treat our customers the way they should be treated Wonder what that means to this company?update 2: after being left on hold for 37 minutes, they hung up on me. So I called back and they answered right away... most aggravating expereince. Not to mention all the time that was wasted.
Colten Bracken is the worst manager ever!! I have visited this location in the past under different management and experienced exceptional customer service but this time is was a complete different situation. Colten Bracken was very insensitive to customer needs and was very difficult to work with. He most definitely should not be in management of any sorts and I will never do business with this location.
The absolute worst customer service. Tried renting from this location twice, but when I came to pick the car up on the day of the reservation, the car I reserved was not there. This happened twice on two separate occasions even though I called them to verify my reservation the day before. I would avoid this location at all costs.
THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS AFTER THE CAR I WAS RENTED HAD NOTICEABLE WATER SPOTS OVER BOTH REAR VIEW MIRRORS. I HAD TO GET SOME WINDOW SPRAY AND TOWELS TO CLEAN THEM BOTH. AND THE INSIDE OF THE FRONT WINDSHIELD HAD A LIGHT CLOUDY FILM. THIS IS BECAUSE THEIR RAGS ARE NOT BEING CHANGED TO CLEAN ONES OFTEN ENOUGH.

2022-02-04Enterprise always makes me feel special whenever I rent from them, my visit to the Missouri City location was no exception. Shawn really went out of her way to locate a vehicle that was suitable to the specific needs of my trip. I had to travel for business to an area hit by the winter storm. Shawn searched out a vehicle with snow driving capabilities. Once I arrived Jontre finished up the process with a swiftness and made sure the vehicle was prepped for my trip. He too went above and beyond. Kayla, and Joshua also gave me the super star welcome to top things off. I left there feeling really good about a not so welcoming business trip. I will all rent my vehicles from them.

2022-06-08I made my reservation online and was able to get a vehicle within 15 minutes of my arrival to the location. They did not have the mid size car I selected, so I had to choose between a Dodge Ram pickup or a small Hyundai SUV. There was no upcharge, so it was fine. A great experience from a helpful staff. Thanks guys.

2022-07-02Book ahead! They are busy.Went here day of an appointment looking for a rental & they were overbooked by noon. The staff at the front desk was super nice and polite and apologetic about it. Definitely make a reservation for a vehicle ahead of time if you need to use this place.

2022-03-30At 5:30 pm I was pressed for the $94.00 I was short to keep my rental. The two people inside were very unprofessional with the imessaging amongst themselves which made me feel uncomfortable. Even after I explained how much stuff I had in the car. The forced me out of the vehicle, after they ran both of my cards for undisclosed amounts I had to move all my monies to 1 card that they hadnt touched. Based on their coworker saying that he called me for multiple days (which he didnt, I only received a text from him and 1 call from the enterprise phone number). But on that one day I received a call and text, I come in to the location to pay to extend, they think I was gonna steal the car....lol. If I was gonna steal it all of the info I provided would have been false and they would have had a way harder time. They rushed me to get the $94 which I called to Georgia which is 1 hour ahead of Houston and then the location didnt close till 6:30 pm. I was told if I did not have the money by 5:38pm they were forcing me out of the car. Sad to say they did and I had to wait outside, with the temperature dropping for my son to come pick me and my belongings up off the curb of this location, had they extended the car to the amount I had on hand, the next day they would have gotten there $94 and another $900 to extend the rental further out. To top it off they didnt even give me the point on my account for the rental. Trying to do the most for the least, you never know what may be waiting around a corner when you operate from the kindness of your heart. They did not even tried to find a solution they would work for the both of us. They were too busy bs with each other and rushing to get in the truck and head off together for whatever their plans were for the night. So no need to say but if you want customer service and friendly service, this is not the location to visit. Not to mention the customers that came in while I was being helped, I stepped to the side so they could be assisted which they were met with the unfriendliness of the male and female workers that was there. They walked away with no real assistance and no vehicle either

2022-06-20This morning the car was not ready at the time of my reservation. The clerk informed me that no cars would be available until 20 mins from when I checked in.I was under a time contraint and resorted to Uber which increased my expenses for the day and made my transportation for the day limited.I have used them before and it was fine, that’s why I’m giving them 2 stars.I will think 2x before using this place for future needs.

2021-12-29The Check In and drop off was fast and easy. The car had over 50k miles and a big hole in the carpet on the drivers side. It ran fine and the staff was really nice and expedient..

2018-01-30I rented a vehicle from this location in Dec 17. The person that rented the vehicle to me was the same person who checked me in. He was neither pleasant nor personable. My main issue with him and this location was upon returning the vehicle he pointed out that there were some minor scratches on the passenger side rear bumper. He himself admitted that they were very minor, but that he had to make a report. He even made mention that maybe I hit something...I think I would have remembered hitting something. The scratches were most likely caused by another vehicle in a parking lot while I was no where near the car. Fast forward about two weeks, I receive letter from Enterprise stating that I needed to contact my insurance to file a claim. My deductible is $500 and those minor scratches couldve been buffed out with a paper towel in my opinion, so I was not filing a claim. About a week and half to two weeks later, I receive a bill from Enterprise for $400+ for the damages. Unfortunately I cannot locate (its probably not on there on purpose) the renting agents name on my agreement as I would warn you to not rent OR return if he is there. I guess this is how Enterprise makes up for the discounts they give for weekend rentals. Renters Beware, they will nickle and dime you for the most minor nicks, things that would in no way impair the ability for the vehicle to be rented.
