Over priced, unprofessional and do not keep their word. I took my 2015 Audi A3 for a coolant leak and they told me I needed a new water pump. 3 days and $1,800 later I get my car back and down the road I went. 5 minutes down the road. Same light comes on and I had to take it back to them. Couple hours later they said it’s done and I picked it up.2-3 months down the line I’m in a city 3 hours away and my car is still leaking coolant, and now taking it to another shop, they asked me, “If I’ve had my water pump replaced?” I tell them, “yes. why?” And they responded “the gasket of my new water pump has been installed incorrectly, and that is what’s leaking coolant”A problem that should have been fixed the first $1,800 around is now costing me another $600 to repair and that’s because they did not do their job right the first time.I called Kurt with Eurocare, and he tells me he cannot warranty the parts unless he sees it. “Well can I send you photos?”He responds, “No, Photos do not prove anything.” “I have to see the car.”He wants me to spend thousands of dollars on a tow truck to come back to Missouri City so I can save $600 on a repair? That doesn’t sound like a warranty coverage. You will not see my car here again, you didn’t fix the issue the first Two times you had my vehicle, why would I trust you to fix it this time?Don’t take your car here. They will tell you it’s fixed and good to go.Then when their “repair” fails and leaves you on the side of the road. They will not keep their word, they will not warranty their work and help you get back on the road. Unless, of course, you pay them more money.
This is the WORST 😔 place to bring your car! They will misdiagnose your issue, band aid it and charge you ridiculous sum for parts and labor. Ignore the so called warranty because it doesn’t exist, I came back after the issue started again and they said it was something else more pricier than what I paid before. You just pay them here to drive your car in their garage nothing else. They don’t know about cars. Find another place. It’s the reason they’re only ones with a 3 star compared to others
Came in for a battery change and they took care of that in short order. Also shared with them that my check engine light had recently come on yet the car was performing fine. I told Mike that I wanted to try and figure out the diagnostic code and then check my BMW paper work as I had received a few extended service warranties from BMW - just couldnt remember what they all were. We were both transparent with each other - me telling him that it wouldnt make sense to pay yEurocare for a repair that BMW would do for free. Sure enough, he got a code for me (no charge) and it is linked to one of those service warranty extensions. Well done guys- you have my business for future work (unless BMW is covering it) :-)
Buyers beware!!! I took my Audi to Eurocare for a check engine light diagnostic. After being told there was no issue, I agreed to have other, maintenance related, issues addressed. Long story short, after returning my car to the shop 3 times, spending a total of $1,800, the check engine light is still illuminated.I strongly suggest that you read other 1-star rated comments (e.g., by Aaron Johnson, Jacob Peachey, and Mr. Leon) to understand the risk you’re taking dealing with this shop. My experience was very similar to their experiences. What’s equally telling are management’s “crafty” responses to their comments. To avoid making this personal, let’s just say that if the repair does not go well, you will NOT find the general manager, Kurt Schultz, very accommodating.Subsequent to my experience, I was told by quite a few friends that EuroCare (the Missouri City location) did not have a good reputation. Starting with this post I will do my best to ensure others do not make the same mistake I made.I look forward to management’s response attempting to “spin” this transaction.>>>>>>>>>>>And there it is folks…management’s “crafty” response! It is true their records show my last visit was August 12th. What they (he) are not telling you is that I drove off on the 12th only to turn around within a half mile from the shop when the check engine light came on. Keep in mind this was now the second time getting my car back and having the light come back on. On August 21 (9 days later), I was told my car was ready. Guess what? The check engine light was still on!! I drove off at that point as I decided I was done with these guys. After 9 days (and practically no updates on the status of the repair), why would I give them a 4th chance to get it right? Nothing was signed when I returned my car on the 12th nor when I subsequently picked it up on the 21st. So, while the “our records show” comment is technically accurate…… they know better. After a few pointless calls with the general manager to come to an equitable compromise, I chose to dispute the charges via the credit card company. This process, which required a response from Eurocare, has taken some time to complete. Now that it has run its course, I will take my car to the dealership to determine if it’s worth repairing. I’m hopeful that I will at least get an honest, competent assessment.Eurocare… do better!
First time using Eurocare, after my miserable experience at the Audi Service center, we were grateful for their assistance. Mike and his team were fantastic, super friendly service, kept us informed throughout the process, and finished the work in a timely matter. Not to mention came and picked us up to retrieve our vehicle once the job was completed. Never once did we feel they were trying to sell us unnecessary repairs and gave us options to save money.10/10 experience. Highly Recommended.
They have great friendly service and keep everything straight with you! Mike was a great help with getting my Audi back in proper running shape! They don’t try to rip you off like other places and are much cheaper than a dealership. 10/10 experience. Highly Recommended.
The job took a little longer than expected but I was kept informed of issues. Definitely a lot more reasonable price than the dealership. Kurt and Derek went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed.. they were quick to get me a replacement when the first transmission failed. Very professional, will definitely return as a customer!
This is the third time I have my 2016 Volvo XC60 serviced by EuroCare. I can describe these guys as friendly, honest, professional and very capable. The price may be slightly higher than some other car services, it depends on which one you compare with. But I think their price is very reasonable. I recommend EuroCare to anyone who drives a European car.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place has no integrity, and the manager Kurt Schultz is the ripoff king! After reading several other reviews regarding the same problems as me, I feel foolish for even taking my car here. I gave them a $20,000 job, that was mostly paid through my warranty company. Its been several months now and my car still isnt fixed. Ive told my warranty company that I dont even believe that is was my motor to begin with. Looking back I wish I would have gotten a second opinion. Kirk will convince you that he knows what the problem is, but he doesnt. He charges you for things that dont even need to be done, then wont release your car until youve paid. I was only suppose to pay $250 deductible, and ending up paying almost 2500.00, and Im still experiencing the exact same problems as I had before. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
We took our BMW convertible in because the top won’t go down. They said they can repair, unfortunately they couldn’t. So we put the car in storage until we found a reputable mechanic who is capable of doing the job. Whilst I’m there with him we saw a broken piece of my headrest which they glued back together. They never said a word about it but still had the audacity of charge me $280 for labor. 🖕🏿
I went to EuroCare for a stalling problem with my VW Tiguan 2010, and they worked on my car twice without fixing the problem. I ended up with a $3500 bill and a broken car. They claimed they replaced the used parts on my car with new ones but couldnt provide me a receipt showing the purchase of the new parts. They diagnosed my car, saying I needed to change a fuel pump, serpentine belt, crankshaft sensor, fuel pressor sensor, and a camshaft position sensor which I had replaced and fixed. However, my car stalled again while driving just a week after. When I took the car back to them, the so-called manager called Kurt Shultz, a Rude character in human flesh, quoted me more works that needed fixing. When I asked for them to diagnose why I had no heat in my car, they said I needed to change the auxiliary pump. I did, but as Im writing this, I still have no heat in the car, and they refused to do anything about it: a $556 work that didnt fix the problem waisted. To show how worst this business is, when they charged me for towing the same car, they tried to fix the stalling problem that has cost $3500. My Tiguan went from bad to worse. They even recommended I fix the bolt joints on my front tires, knowing fully well that the arms connecting the bolt joints are also bad and wont work well if not fixed alongside the bolt joints. The cars drivability now is terrible. EuroCare doesnt care about your car, only your money. I was forced to buy a new car right after the second stalling problem, and they had collected $3500 from me by this time. The work they did was so bad, and Kurts unsympathetic nature forced me to complain with the district attorney, and I will be taking them to court.
I dropped my car off to get an oil change and no sooner i left, i get a phone call that my brakes were almost gone and my radiator fluid was 95% gone and it couldnt be topped off, only flushed. So i agree to the flush, the called him back to cancel and the job had already been done! So the service manager tries to tell me a bunch of non sense. So i tell him, im an aircraft mechanic and all of a sudden, my car was topped off with radiator fluid and when i picked up my car there were no mention of my worn brakes on my invoice. If icould give them no stars it would be zero stars! I wont be using them again.
Around the first week in April of this year; 2021 I went into this location (Missouri City Texas) and received a verbal quote to repair my brakes. The verbal quote was about $800ish. I thought that was a good deal, so a few days later I send my brother to take my vehicle to get the brakes repaired. After the breaks were completed I was charged over $1000. I called and spoke with guy who gave me the quote (Curtis, who happens to be the manager). He claimed he never quoted $800ish, he said $1000. Thats a bold face lie- I took my car to several places and received $1000 quotes, but his was cheaper, which is the reason I took the car to him. Well I let that go as I didnt have it in writing, but that should have given me an idea this company was not a reputable establishment. Fast forward to Saturday, 5/15/2021 I took my car back to Eurocare Import Car Repair - Missouri City because I heard a squeakiness every time I hit the breaks. Upon my arrival, I spoke with a very nice person at the front desk who advised me he would get the mechanic who repaired the car to come take a look. Once the gentleman who repaired supposed to have repaired started walking to my car; I said Sir can I ask you a question regarding the sound I was hearing, he aggressively said, ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE YOU HAVE TO TAKE TO THE FRONT DESK. I replied, the guy at the front desk told me to talk to you. Again, he aggressively replied. I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS TODAY! I then said, dont worry about it, I dont need you to look at my car. Upon me walking back in, I explained what took place outside, the mechanic started walking aggressively towards and I thought he was going to hit me, so I stepped back. I looked at the front person, is this how you all do business. The person at the front desk told the mechanic to go back into the shop, but the mechanic continued to argue become aggressive. I stepped back again as this was getting hostile for no reason. I never got loud, upset or aggressive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! THEY LIE, ARGUMENTATIVE, WILL FIGHT YOU. PROTECT YOUR LIFE DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! If I could have given a zero star, I would have!
Absolutely will not take any of my vehicles back to this place. I was told by Kurt that I needed a front brake job, which included rotors replaced and a brake fluid flush. He told me that the front pads were low and the fluid was black. I asked why did I need a brake job because the computer print out he gave me said I had 57% wear left on the front brakes. He responded that the technicians eyes are more accurate. I was very specific that I needed the car by 530pm that day. At 515pm I called and was told that the parts company brought them the wrong rotors. Kurt explained that he would have the car put back together and I could bring it back the next day which I did. I picked my car up and asked for the old pads which were no where near as low as Kurt made them seem. Stan even admitted that there was about 6000 miles left on the pads which i barely drive that many miles in a year with this vehicle. Kurt is very good at giving you the run around, beating around the bush and not being honest. He changes his story to cover things up. He now tells me that i needed a brake job because my rotors were bad. Nothing was ever mentioned about my front rotors being bad. They are now changing their story because they know I really didnt need the brake job done that day. BMW recommends rotors being changed instead of turned. The fact that Kurt and the company are now using this as the reason for the brake job is dishonest and pitiful. My sister also had an issue with this company but I didnt know this until after I had the work done otherwise I would never have taken my car there. Eurocare has lost my business because they would rather conjure up excuses rather than do the right thing. I would never recommend this business.
Will not go back to this place. I have never seen such rude and unprofessional sales person.Called them up to check details and cost for 60k service. Kurt was the man on the phone and he said he need to see the car to check what type of filters are used etc and asked me to come down for a quote. When I went there they called the dealership in front of me to check what need to be included in a 60k service! I mean, dont they even know? He didnt need to see the car or anything. They somehow want you at the shop hopping you will give the business since you already made the trip. The rough price they quoted was about $200 higher than the dealer. But they could have told me that over the phone. If they dont discuss price over the phone, give me that reason rather than other excuses. Be truthful at least. I immediately lost my trust on them and wasnt going to leave my car with these guys.
Update: I am real, and have the expenses to prove it. I took my Mini here a while back for a check engine light and camshaft sensor issue which was misdiagnosed and cost over 2 thousand dollars of repairs to the wrong part. Turned out it was just a valve cover diaphragm I replaced it myself for less than $400. The work was not done right and the prices were crazy. The bad reviews written hear are true. The dealership even had another customer experience problems from this repair shop.
Came in for an 69 dollar oil change and free AC check- enticed by mail in coupon. Walked out with a 240 bill. The advisor told me the Free AC is just checking pressure and visual inspection, that a full inspection of 150 dollars would be needed if the problem was not simple, but that he would let me know before doing anything. Later that day he calls and tells me my problem is my fans not working and i need Fan, antifreeze changed, and AC refill 1,200 bill. I get there to pick up vehicle and he tells the bill is 240 and said he had to do the full inspection because the problem was not obvious.Well.. I take to a second shop and in fact my problem was a simple AC recharge. My antifreeze is 1 yr old and fans work as they should. He fixed for 100 bucks. This shop overcharged me the 150 inspection fee knowing that my problem was simple only to make some money of their customer and wanted to do more work than was necessary. Cant trust this shop- move on to the next one.
I brought my Audi to this shop to get it aligned. It ended up being about the same cost as the Audi dealership. A day after the alignment I started hearing noise on my vehicle, so I took it back. According to their policy, they will not step out and check out the noise on my car. They wanted a diagnosis fee for something that started after they worked on it. Poor professionalism and customer engagement. I gave two stars because it was very easy to get an appointment..they were not busy at all!(Added after owners response) Ive been to the shop twice and both times there was only one person at the front desk. They refused to give a full quote over the phone and asked me to physically get there before I could get the quote. The eventual cost was about 30-50 lower than the dealer..but for a $400+ job, the dealer would have been my choice. Also, I asked to be unsubscribed from their mailing/calling list and the owner still tried to call me!
Went Eurocare on Saturday to check a noise from my air conditioner. I spoke with an associate named Kurt, and we discussed the sound that was coming from my AC. Kurt said he will have some one to check it out if they did not hear the noise they will send me on my way. After sitting in the lobby for about 10 minutes, a mechanic called me and asked if the noise under the car, which it was not. Approximately 3 minutes later he called me again and asked me to sit in the car, we both heard the noise at that time. He explained he has the same car just a different year and maybe there a leaf stuck in the blower. I go back in and another guy tells me he needs to check and see if he can find the part. I sit for another 45 minutes and they tell me the part I need is available at the dealership. I go to the counter and the guy tells me this is what we recommend and it cost $1,200. It seemed obscene so I said I would talk to my husband. At this point I believe we are done and I’m told your total is $153 for the diagnosis. I was never told there was a diagnostic fee and there was no sign referring to a diagnostic fee as of September 28, 2019. If I would have known upfront there was such an expensive diagnostic fee I would have taken my business elsewhere. In the end I went to the dealership and they did a free diagnostic and the solution was about $675 compared to their $1200, with equal warranties. However, I was caught off guard so I paid but throughout the day the situation did not sit well with me.I called back Saturday to ask for a refund and was told I have to call and speak to Kurt. I called Monday morning spoke to Kurt about the diagnostic fee and he tells me he charge a 140.00 dollars an hour for labor (even though there was no sign notifying anyone). I told him I never agreed to that fee upon entry but he still refused. I asked for someone over him he would not give me names or numbers of anyone else I could speak to. I asked for a refund once more, since he mislead me and he refused. Eventually, he hung up on me and I called back and spoke to Philip who put me on speaker and repeated the same thing Kurt said. My husband put up a review and Kurt called me soon after it was posted and demanded I ask my husband to take it down or he will get his legal department and sue us for slander. He was very threatening on the phone and I asked that he not contact us again because it was beginning to feel like harassment. Later we looked for the review and it was deleted or hidden. This place is a complete joke. I would never recommend this place to any of my colleagues.
My 2015 Escalade would not start when I came out of the bank. While checking under the hood to see if perhaps a cable came loose I hear a “need some help?” from behind and it is a random dude with a EuroCare shirt on. He introduces himself as Kurt and tells me he can try to give me a jump. My escalade cranks right up and Kurt offers me complimentary battery check back at his shop which is right down the street from the bank. I again take him up on the offer of help and it turns out the battery had a dead cell after hooking it up to a nifty Interstate Battery thingamajig. Anyway, if you are in a jam the team over at EuroCare can most definitely be relied upon. Thanks again Kurt for caring and helping out a stranger at the bank!
I took in my Jaguar XF and explained my concerns (Stan) was my advisor. I explained I could no longer hear my seat belt sound and also my left and right turn signal (was told it was my instrument cluster elsewhere) so that’s what I was requesting to be checked. He explained it was $150 for that and $199 for the a/c. I said ok if that’s the case i would prefer to focus on the a/c for now that it’s the most important due to the coming summer and I will do the cluster at a later time. When he called to tell me about the a/c he quoted me a price for the cluster( it wasn’t the cluster but I don’t remember what it was called) I said again that it wasn’t something I wanted to do it was not that important to me. When I came in to pick up the car I was charged for my a/c diagnosis and the electrical diagnosis that I requested we held off on. I am not sure where the mixup occurred but I was not happy about being charged for something I requested we did not do at this time. My ac has been working well so far so I have no complaints there. (I will update if need be) The staff was otherwise friendly.
I had a delightful experience with Eurocare Import Car Repair this morning. I bought a car battery from them less than two years ago. For unknown reason, the battery stopped performing so I took the dead battery to the shop, hoping they would be able to do something about it. Specifically, I wanted to thank Phillip Knotts for his excellent customer service. He understood that I needed to use the car as early as possible so he was kind enough to offer me a new battery, free of charge, instead of keeping me wait for a couple of hours to get the old one fully charged for a fee.
Kurt took such good care of me. Got my car in quickly and addressed my concerns. Had me a diagnosis promptly and everything was done by the end of the day. Everyone there was courteous and friendly and took the time to listen and Answer all me questions As much as I never want to go back I know I will return when needed.
WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!! These people will steal your money on repairs that are most likely not needed. I went in for a water leak in my Range Rover. They told me it was the water pump. Then went on to charge my warrant company for a new radiator as well. Additionally, I was charged over $1,000.00 in additional repairs that they supposedly said I needed. I reluctantly paid. Here I am, 2 weeks later, SAME, leaking problem. The real issue was never fixed. They told me to bring it in that all their repairs are under warranty. They had the nerve to tell me it was yet another part that needed replacing and it would be an additional $500.00 out of pocket! Seriously people, I DO NOT recommend these people. Not even for an oil change. Go to the dealer. Kurt can sell ice to an Eskimo!!!! Don’t believe him. You’re in a vulnerable position, you want to believe, but DON’T!!!!!
I had a flat tire on the highway and rolled into Eurocare for some assistance. Kurt and his team were quick to assess my tire and change it out for a spare that I had. They did it quickly and didnt even charge me a penny!!You can bet I will be back when I need anything for my vehicle. The customer service there was awesome!!!
ABSOLUTELY NOT. Paid almost 500 for a repair on my Jaguar. They said my battery needed to be reset. three weeks later same issue.... brought it back... refused to honor their work or refund my money. told me it was the turbo post and quoted nearly 7000 dollars. Offered me a credit for the misdiagnosis. what good is a credit when dealing with incompetence... and ole girl at the front desk... is RUDE as HELL.Reply to your response: I am sure it was this shop. I pass it every day. My review is late but this occurred in 2018 .
I made an appointment online to have my Audi serviced at the Missouri City location. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time and told the man at the front desk my name, and that I was there for the 85,000 mile service for my vehicle. He told me that he had no appointment for me and said that they have no online booking system. I showed him my email confirmation and their website where you fill it out, and he still argued with me that they did not do that. He then told me he could not honor my appointment because they were preparing to leave (we were still well within operating hours), I asked to speak to his manager. H then said they could still do the service, but he did not know what work needed to be done. I told him again, I needed the 85,000 mile service on my Audi Q5. He argued that there was no such thing as a 85,000 mile service and asked to see the car. He went out and looked at my car for a few minutes and came back, grabbing a photocopied version of a Mercedes maintenance book. He then began asking what class my car was. I told him that is a Mercedes classification, not Audi, and he once again began arguing with me. I pointed out he was looking at a Mercedes book at it was not applicable and he acted completely dumbfounded when I told him again, even after he went and physically looked at my car, that it was an Audi. I expressed concern that if he could not tell what type of car I had, how could I trust them to do the proper maintenance? He told me, his manager would know what was needed but he did not know. Mind you, this is information that is clearly posted online. I ended up leaving as it was clear that they could not be trusted to perform simple standard preventative maintenance. He was completely useless and unprofessional. Please trust me when I say, this place is not worth your time or money. Avoid it if at all possible!
To Who it may Concern,This email is in response to a recent experience I had at your EuroCare Highway 6 location. I have visited your location many times in the past to have my Mercedes and BMW’s serviced. My primary reason for having work done at your location was due to convenience and the service has been satisfactory. Not only have I had my work done there, but I have also referred my friends and neighbors too. Rest assured, after the experience I had, not only will I never return for any services for my vehicle repair problems, I will also discourage anyone that I talk with from having work done at your facility. On 7/5/19 I took my S550 Mercedes to EuroCare with a Distronic Module Computer problem. They informed me that their charge was a $140 and that they were not sure they could fix the problem. After a few minutes with my vehicle, their mechanic returned saying he could not get into the Mercedes Computer to fix the problem and that only the dealer could resolve the issue. I was charged $153.64. I felt that since they were unable to resolve the issue, there should have been no charges.I have now scheduled my vehicle with the Mercedes Dealership for the repair that your company failed to do.In closing, I feel your two service advisors (Paul, and his partner, I didn’t get the other one name) need to be retrained or dismissed for their inadequate knowledge of their jobs and one (whose name I did not get) in particular should be dismissed for his angrily outburst verbally shouting out at a customer for bringing a dissatisfaction to their attention regarding the services.Larry Hayes
I went there with suspicions of possibly needing a valve cover and gasket replacement after smelling burning oil and discovering a small oil leak. Management was knowledgeable and confirmed my suspicions, prices are fair and the repair work exceeded my expectations. The leaking oil was cleaned up under the hood and that was impressive and shows the technicians went the extra mile. Any repairs needed for my BMW will be done by this company.
My boyfriend works here as a mechanic and I may be biased but I love the whole crew there. They have a great turn around time and everyone from the service writers, mechanics and service techs are all warm and wonderful people and very knowledgeable about their professions. I recommend them to my friends with import cars CONSTANTLY and a few have actually had work done there because of it and came out of the experience with a sense of extreme satisfaction.
Had the brakes system flushed, master cylinder replaced, 2 brake hoses replaced, coolant system flushed, and oil & filter changed on my 83 Mercedes 380SL. All work was done well within 30 hours. Utilized complimentary shuttle back to my home. All documentation was done professionally. I feel comfortable using this facility again for my Mercedes.
I bring my car here for servicing and has had no issues. I always wait and if its going to take some time, it is told upfront. They show whats wrong with the part or if its dirty. It can be pricey for some things. Ive never had to return for a recent repair. Would recommend.I have a foreign car. Less than dealership ship
I took my car for an inspection as the coolant low sign had come on.Eurocare technician notices an oil leak and does a complete inspection which leads to faulty thermostat, coolant hose , engine oil pan gasket and motor mount issues. They gave an honest estimate which was in line with the industry costs .The manager made sure I was taken care of as far as rental car, drop-off etc.Very happy with their work and ability to see the big pictureSriram
I have been taking my 2 cars here for 1.5 years and loved this place till Stan was the manager. Last 8 months every time me or my wife has been there its been getting worse. Prindle has no people skills, dont know how to treat customers.I had my wrost exp with AC repair today. When I decided not to do the AC compressor change he still charged me $179 for recharge for almost no value to me. It wasnt explained when we drop the car that it will be charged. He threatened to call the cops, said he is not looking to keep every customer. He had no regrets when I took out my records, he never tried to keep my business. Never he uttered the word sorry or please.I probably spent close to $4000-5000 in repairs in the last 2 years here and would have spent another $1200 for AC compressor if he knew how to talk to customer. I took the same business to someone else and hated that I wouldnt be able to use Eurocare any more unless the manager is changed.
Needed to have brakes put on a 2010 Lexus is 250c had 103 k on it. Last brakes job included rotors all around and pads $540. They quoted $1280! Then told him I wasnt going to pay that he then changed his price to $950. When I say that was still too high he says well if you cant afford my rate I stopped him and said I will be down to pick up my car. You just insulted me. He said he used wrong choice of words. I ended up getting exactly he was offering for$727 and a lifetime warranty. Now he doesnt get to work on my 2018 Mercedes or my SUV.
This is the worst place ever to take your car they will misdiagnose your problem act like what they fixed needed to be fixed anyway and hand you a huge repair bill. So you go in for one issues then they work on something else when you leave you still have the same issue you initially came in for. Also good luck with trying to leave a bad review on their website page, it will not except bad reviews. It will delete them after you try posting it. I WONDER WHY? Thx Kurt for a waist of my time!!! I see a few responses from this place but none where they will try to fix the problem you may have with them.
I took my vehicle here for a check engine light related to a secondary air pump. They told me that a plunger on the intake manifold which was non-serviceable was stuck and the entire intake manifold needed to be replaced. My check engine light came back on within 2 days. I decided to keep driving it for several months trying to go through the drive cycles to reset the light the light never went off so I decided to take a look under the hood. Right next to the secondary air pump I saw a broken vacuum line I simply pulled off the broken piece and slid the old vacuum line back onto the part. I reset the check engine light and it hasnt been on since. its been over a month now I was robbed of $2,800 and I even paid for them to do a diagnostic inspection clearly a broken vacuum line should have been seen!
Took my Mercedes in for a Service B and rear brake work. They tried to up-sell me on front brakes which the dealership told me I didn’t need so I didn’t like that. They forgot to replace the worn rear wiper blade that I pointed out when I dropped it off - not a huge deal but annoying. Charged me $639. Parts and $457. Labor (which is high for labor) and tacked on $98.75 for “shop supplies”? Wish I’d seen that before I left because it’s a BS charge. In the end it was around $200. less than the dealership in Sugar Land. I might go back but I recommend negotiating a hard price and maybe stick around and watch them do the work and check your bill carefully before you leave.
Met Kurt and two other employees. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Came in for some service work on my car. I was very satisfied with the work and was happy to see the bill being much cheaper than the dealership. Thanks to the whole team in Missouri City!
I bought a 5-6 year interstate auto battery from this eurocare imported car repair at this location on 7/2016, that died on 5/8/2018. I took my car and the warranty back to the shop to honor the warranty. The current owner refused to replace the battery or compensate me for the the remaining years on the warranty, instead said he will do a test on the alternator which he charged me $107.55 and said the alternator was faulty and that it will cost me $1300.00 to replace it. I took my car to a reputable auto shop and bought a new battery, after the alternator was again tested and found to be in good working condition and since they said that Eurocare over charged me they waved the cost of the test. The auto dealer that service my car, also did the test and also stated that there is no problem with the alternator. I have since gone back to Eurocare and still the the owner will not the warranty. My advice, customers at this location, be warned!
DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT, bring your vehicle here. If I could give them a -1 star I would! My husband brought his Benz here for a MINOR problem, he left it parked it in the garage for a week, thinking it was fixed. After driving for a couple of mins he realized the problem was not fixed AND the air conditioning was now not working properly (in TEXAS). He took it back, they said this was not their fault, but promised to look at the car again. After the car sat there for a week, they gave him the keys and said nope, not our fault, but we can fix it for some ungodly amount of $$$. We took the car back home only to hear this sound of LOUD scraping under the car! We took it straight to the Mercedes dealership and they explained that Eurocare had NOT CONNECTED EVERYTHING back properly! NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Waist of time and money.
I came in for an alignment check. The guy did not have the proper mechanisms for it so he had to take it to another shop. He pushed my alignment out more, worse than it was and then told me that I needed to fix the camber. I took it to the BMW dealership and he was correct I did need a new camber but according to the BMW service man, he messed my alignment up.
Had my GLK serviced yesterday for a transmission flush, wheel alignment, and new air filter. The total cost was approximately 1/2 of what MB dealership quoted.Great, friendly customer service, convenient location, and timely service. I, without any reservation, will be returning to Eurocare for my car needs. HIGHLY recommend.
When I initially called I spoke to curt to see if there was a wait to get an oil change. He was so polite, kind, and respectful. He advised me that there was no wait and it would take 45 minutes to change my oil and also make sure that my car was in good condition. I don’t think it even took 45 minutes actually because the service was so fast. Thank you guys I really appreciate your service and will be back to visit!
This place is NOT honest. Go somewhere else! We spent over $3,000 on repairs. We had the car back for a few days and the engine light came back on. We took the car back up there for them to tell us that it will cost us $800 more because there are additional repairs needed. We have no idea how they didnt notice these repairs initially. Total rip off. Had to go to another mechanic for the repairs. Dont trust this place. There are several more reviews similar to mine.
I did not enjoy my first experience with Eurocare in Missouri City. They first replaced my radiator and thermostat and when I picked up my car and drove it the next day my engine was still overheating. took it back to them and for some reason they now could tell that I also needed a water pump. Not sure why they did not detect that the first time. My guess is that they wanted to get my $1400 dollars for the first job and if I came back for the other repairs that was gravy. I will not return to this repair shop and I will not refer anyone either. They did a terrible job of making a first impression with me.
I have a 1978 MGB which very few people know how to work on. It has been my experience that any small problem with this poorly-built British car will develop into a costly repair and, believe me, there have been many such instances. The visit to Eurocare was no different--a $5 grease seal failed and it cost over $1100 to correct the problem. That said, I was duly impressed by the diligence of the tech who took on the challenge of repairing this 35-year-old clunker. He quickly diagnosed the problem and prepared a parts list within a half-hour. He even went to on-line sites to view videos and review forums to make sure he was on the right track before he prepared the estimate for me. He also had to endure my backseat driving while he was working on the car--it probably cost more because I wanted to help:)Good staff, good service, clean facility. A little pricey but not more than I expected. We will negotiate a better price before we launch into the next part of this project.
This is by far the worst mechanic shop in the universe. Idk if its Curt with a K or C but he is one of the most unpleasant/unprofessional people I hv ever encountered, and the owner is just as bad!! These guys are upset because I wanted bring my car to a different shop because they were to expensive. The work I allowed them to do was horrible. When I picked my car up it was leaking coolant. They replaced the water pump, a belt and did a drain and fill on my coolant. The other shop would not do the work behind them because the car was spraying coolant everywhere. The ower says bring the car back and if its something we did wrong then Ill reimburse you for the tow. Yaaaa right!!!! I bring the car back and the say its leaking from the part/work I didnt allow them to do. I explained the car wasnt leaking coolant b4 I dropped it to your shop but now it is. These guys say it wasnt leaking coolant because it didnt have any coolant in the car when I dropped it off. So I drove 45 miles from work to there shop with no coolant in my car is what the are trying to get me to believe. This place is a joke and Im reporting to the BBB!!! People trust the reviews on here!! Dont make the mistake I did!!!
I’ve been to EuroCare 3 times and will continue to take my car here for servicing. A guy named Brian assisted me with an issue on my 3rd visit that I was not pleased with and he rectified the issue IMMEDIATELY!! A relative took my car to a non-EuroCare store. It wasn’t until I bought my car into EuroCare for a different service to learn that incorrect parts was put on my car at the place my relative took it to. I also took the car to the dealer because I was paranoid about anyone else fixing my car and the dealer confirmed EuroCare was correct in what EuroCare told me. And I didn’t tell the dealer first, I let the dealer tell me what they found! If you have an unresolved issue or not satisfied with a service, ask for Brian. He is honest and will do his best to resolve your concerns. He provided impeccable customer service. He even contacted the business owner to resolve my concerns.
THE Worst place to ever!!! NEVER take your car HERE, please do yourself the favor and take it to the dealership, yes you may pay a bit more but its done right and with a warranty. I spent 6,500, fixing my mini cooper here. first it was the exhaust, then timing chain and then the turbo and then the... never again will I ever be that stupid and waste so much money at a crappy shop... oh and if you were wondering after all that money I spent what happened, the car was still smoking and leaking oil everywhere and I was told by one of the workers the transmission was going to go out so I Should just sell it.
This place is a joke. DONT go here, they won’t fix your issue only find ways to make money off of you and give you false information as to what’s wrong with your car. I have a BMW and the dealer quoted me cheaper prices than they did at first but then they decided to match it to earn my business. And that guy Kurt is extremely rude after he gets your money. Think TWICE before taking your car here.
WARNING!! WARNING!! WARNING!!DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE! I needed a simple oil change and they couldnt do that right. My vehicle had smoke everywhere. My husband and I went back to the shop and showed them and the manager KIRK tried to blame us on their mistake by saying we were Birddogging them by watching his men??? I have never seen or heard anything like this in my life. They are so unprofessional. Also, while I was sitting in the lobby waiting for them to finish my oil change, this guy that was sitting in the lobby waiting on his car told me that this was his third time bringing his car back for the same issue and that he had already given them over $5000. I asked the manager Kirk for my money back and he refused. I asked the manager Kirk could I speak with his boss, he refused. Please dont take your vehicle to this location because they clearly dont know how to deal with customers or vehicles!!! You have been WARNED!Sincerely,Unsatisfied customer10/20/2018
Dont trust them. Told me that my ML350 had several oil leaks that it obviously didnt have per my observation, verified by Colony One Auto, told me front end needed repairs that both colony one and NTB confirmed werent needed, and underfilled my vehicle by about 4 quarts on last service but charged me for extra oil for oil change! Incompetent and dishonest. Do not go there!
If you own a BMW, Mercedes, Audi, anything Euro, this is the place to go. As soon as you walk in through the door they treat you like family. They remember me by name and keep me updated on the status of my car. Thats not even the best part, they didnt give a discount but they allowed me to pay half up front and the other half when its finished. As long as I own a BMW this is where Im going to get it serviced
Warning! Think twice before going to this place to fix your car! I took my car there for repair because engine was having issues. They recommended unnecessary service and charged me $1,200, and was not able to fix my car and wanted $12,000 for a new engine?! Currently under credit card dispute, and Prindle, the manager is providing false statement to the credit card company. This place is a rip-off and a cheat.Tip: NEVER EVER give your credit card info over the phone unless you are absolutely sure that your car has been fixed. because they would cheat you into thinking the car has been fixed and charge you for something that you would never agree to pay. Then you are stuck with an unfixed car and that huge bill which they will not refund you.I am bringing EuroCare to court!
Mike Sellers here,Ive gone here about once a month. I have a POS foreign car. Kids, never get a foriegn car. But if youre stuck with one, go here. Dont go to your cars dealership. Steer clear. Ive gotten my A/C done, my oil lines declogged, several oil changes (for the price of a domestic car, too). Eurocare costs 1/3rd the price of a BMW/Lexus dealer. Any major crap Ive had to do with the my car, Ive gone here. And with a foreign car, there is always tons of crap. Everyone Ive worked with is honest and polite. And they place nice Jazz in the lounge, and I love Jazz. I LOVE Jazz. But thats not the main reason I go here. I, Mike Sellers, go here because theyre honest, have ONE DAY turnaround even on major issues, and play jazz.--Mike (BMW owner/Jazz enthusiast)
Called to get an estimate to replace a timing belt and water pump. They wanted me to stop by, so I did. After arriving, they wanted me to give them my keys so technician could look at my car. I told them they cant see the timing belt because it is covered by a case and all I wanted was an estimate based on parts I required. I gave them all the specs of my vehicle but they were resistant. I promptly left. I did not need any possible analysis of my vehicle. Maybe they never saw the inside of a Mitsibishi 3000GT or knew how to work on it. Something was fishy.
Don’t walk away from this place, RUN! They told me I needed things fixed that had recently been done. They charged me $50 to replace tail light bulbs but never actually changed them; shame on me for not checking before I drove off. Went back and along with their inability to change bulbs they told me they don’t have the ability to refund the money for work they didn’t do. Find anywhere else for your car repair and you will be better off.
CUSTOMER BEWARE!!My wife went to them because it was closer to us then the Lexus dealership. She was hearing a noise coming from the air condition and they said they would take a look. They could not find a problem and charged her 150 dollars for looking! They NEVER told her it would be a charge for this service. As a matter of fact they told her We will take a look and if we dont find anything we will send you on your way. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. THEY SHOULD STATE UPFRONT THAT THERE WILL BE A CHARGE TO LOOK AT YOUR CAR AND LET YOU DECIDE IF YOU WANT TO PAY OR NOT.NEVER AGAIN!
This place is over price $140 an hr thats crazy for a side place to do work . I took my car there to get a wheel bearing fix in i recently just changed the rotors the day before , tell me why the guy Brian that work at the desk tells me my rotors are really bad i said i personally just changed them yesterday he said man them things are done thats when i knew he was full of sh** . I will never go back here again just because u tried to get over on me. so guys Dont take your car here u will get mess over .
I dont even want to put one star. these guys are thieves. they will try and tell you they know what the problem is and itll cost x amount to fix it and if it doesnt fix it after thousands of dollars later, theyll tell you its a process of elimination. dont waste your time and money here, go to a dealer, youll save in the long run. Brian, the manager is a thief who makes bonuses on the half ass repair job their mechanics do, leave your car all dirty with hand prints and a hard bill with nothing repaired. Im currently in dispute and will go to court against these thieves if I have to.
Receiptionist is horrible! Does not recommend for that reason. Spoke to one of the mechanics out side of the reception and seem great and knowledgeable. If your receptionist is face of your organization in person and over the phone, you should have better talent. You lost a customer today and I am sure you have lost many more because of this individual.
So the staff was polite but this place shouldnt have euro in the name they tried telling me my oil is milky when I can clearly see its not. Said my motor was gone and all the sensors needed to b replaced. And my catilitic converter was full of oil and needed to also be replaced. I told him dont waist his time after $7500 . are you kidding me!?! He was just adding away over there. Went to bmw today and $1850.00 out the door. What are these people smoking over there?!! Sad part is some people dont know any better and fall for this BS.. Very sad and very un moral!!
Steer clear of this place they dont know what they are doing. My wife broke down in the area her car wouldnt start 3 weeks and $2K later the car still wouldnt start... We picked up the car took it else where. The other repair facility found a ground out wire was causing the problem. They replaced the wire harness and the car is fixed.
They let me leave this location knowing that my car needed more work and didn’t tell me . I could have broken down on the hwy and got in a accident . My car was barely driveable as I left their location and they rushed me out so they could go home . Then I come back the next day and they just apologize ... a apology and then try to charge me a outstanding amount of money . After you guys didn’t tell me there was more wrong with my car and I have to rent a vehicle and take time off work because you failed to tell me .
I was going to be a first time customer...So, mechanic was rude when I told him I had a question for him (REAL BAD ATTITUDE), I brought it up to Brian (front desk) and he totally dismissed my comment by saying hes not rude, I tried to explain to Brian (who wasnt present when mechanic was rude) what happened, and then Brian became defensive without even listening to a word a had to say.At that moment I asked Brian to stop working on my car and please hand my keys over.If this so called European car experts cant listen to a customer, then I dont want to take a chance with their quality work/guarantee with any of my cars (6)This was a waste of my time. I DONT RECOMMNED THIS SHOP
I took my car in to this place had work done that they suggested raidiator, water pump & thermostat replace was away from when they finish the work so I paid them and they deliver the car to my address, when I returned home to my suv the raidiator cap was off and no coolant they drove it to my place which is approximately 10 miles like this after this my suv would not stay running and they would not except responsibility they screwed up and said driving a car with the raidiator cap off would not cause problems going just 10 miles, I knew then it was time to go get my suv and take to someone I could trust this place ant it!!!
If you have ever tried to change out a driving light on a Benz, you all ready know the pain ... while this was not a major service item, it needed to be addressed for safety purposes and aggravation of the onboard computer reminding you every time you go to start the car .. they got it done quickly and the service was very reasonably priced
Unwilling to quote price over the phone. They want you to come in to get a full evaluation of the vehicle when you’re looking for a specific part. Call the Houston location, they will gladly do it.***Edit Houston location is different but a very similar name. Nothing changes, this place still was simply inconvenient for me. The manager/ owner clearly has trouble facing that fact because they called my cell phone to try and convince me to take it down. Sorry no, also if you look through my reviews I leave plenty of 5-stars… you just simply don’t deserve 5 with the little interaction we’ve had 😉

2022-01-26I had been putting off several big ticket repair items on my 2014 Audi. Id had my car serviced at the dealer exclusively since purchase, but lately, they seemed too overloaded to give the care they used to, so I responded to a mailer from Eurocare. Im very glad I did. Mike offered concierge level service on my repairs and took sincere ownership of getting me a quote and thoroughly validating, with Ken, the mechanic, the repairs that my car needed. The price was fair and lower than the dealer. Their work was prompt and as far as I can tell, excellent. Also, youll get an extended warranty well beyond what the dealer offers. All in all, I can highly recommend using the shop. Mike (and Kurt) really valued my business, the prices were good and the work, by all appearances, was excellent.

2022-07-262014 A6 had the water pump replaced, it went out less than a year later and was under warranty. Contacted them the original location that did the work had closed had to bring my car to Missouri City for the warrant work. It was so say done after them giving me a really hard time. Went to pick up car it had a water leak and was miss firings bad. They kept car another day and charged me $800 to fix this problem. Now it’s 3 month later engine light is on bad temp sensor. Looking to change it my self I have missing bolts, stripped bolt heads, broken pig tails. Car was not put back together correctly. Now I’m in the situation to find someone to correct the problem they created. I was told nothing can be done. Worst experience ever with a auto repair shop.

2022-05-20Eurocare does a great job going above and beyond. we have an 2013 Audi q7 that we bought recently that had a few problems with the battery, AC, and some smaller stuff. Reno and Kirk are extremely helpful and understanding with everything we needed done. a big plus is that they send you pictures with a description showing you what is wrong and how they can go about it. great place, great work and great people.

2022-06-03Not understanding some of these negative reviews, Seems like individuals that want to drive foreign made cars but dont want to perform/pay the cost of having preventive maintenance done. Place was extremely professional and direct with what the issue was and even showed me and communicated to me choices/options, Unlike everyone else I had them take care of any and whatever issues they found with my BMW right then and there.

2022-03-15They was totally dishonest for not disclosing the cost for service and it’s Standard Operating Procedures that when you pay a diagnostic fee and a mechanic shop does the service the diagnostic fee is applied to the cost of repairs. They lied and said because it wasn’t a mechanical issue it didn’t apply. There are no visible signs that discloses that policy. In addition their excuse was when he communicated it would take 1 1/2 hour before my Rover will be done ; that was his communication to say more charges would be applied. My bill should have been $247.50 instead they stole an additional $165.00 totaling $452.69.I will report them to the BBB next and might file a civil claim. It’s it right for businesses to price gouge the community. Dirt Bags❗️❗️❗️

2022-08-23I brought the SUV in the morning for a splash shield replacement. It was done by noon. Much lower price than the Audi dealer. Since I lived nearby, they also sent and picked up me.

2022-04-04I called to ask for prices and schedule appointment for alignment.... Wow. It was like pulling teeth. I never received an answer.. All repair shops have a starting price for a particular service.. Apparently here, its an open book...he kept saying we wont know until you bring it in...

2019-11-22Been with this shop for a year. Last oil change was done in April. Recently weather was extremely cold. Found out my car was leaking oil profusely. Given the distance between my house and the shop, I had no choice but to take my car to a nearby independent shop (they are specialized in BMW vehicles). They showed me that the leak came from the oil cap, specifically the O-ring was not sealed correctly. It was an O-ring that was not properly replaced. From the pictures you can see oil was coming down all over my engine bay and the underbody. Upset but I paid for the repair.Spoke with the manager Kirk today (had a few interactions with him in my past visits. Was a nice guy) to see if the shop could honor their work warranty. Kirk flat out denied responsibilities claiming he never got to inspect the car himself and could not trust the work from another mechanic. The pictures speak for themselves. It is not difficult to fault the O-ring for the leak. The shop simply does not want to own the mistake. Kirk also calmly advised me that he doesnt mind losing a customer over this. Which he definitely will. The damage was directly related to the oil change job. If I were to claim something totally bogus and unrelated, you could have the argument that Im playing the naggy customer type, but Im not.Im deeply disappointed. The shop is professional, but the management is not. From a customer vantage point, you have zero protection over shoddy mechanic work. The shop would simply protect their interest over yours. Thankfully for me, this turns out to not be a catastrophic damage, but if it were a major repair, youd be looking at shelling out thousands of dollars out of your own pocket. Please carefully consider placing your trust in this shop.

2021-12-31Fantastic customer service from Mike! He prioritized our car while we were waiting to get us out faster and really went the extra mile! So refreshing to see someone care for customers. Did great work and explained everything. Will definitely be back!
