I have used evolve pest the last year and do not recommend them at all! They have awful customer service and rarely answer the phone. I’ve had multiple repeat treatments because they were able to keep the bugs from coming inside my house. I’m tired of all the excess chemicals of the repeated treatments, can’t be good for my dogs. You’ve been warned.

I called this company and there were WAY overpriced than any other company I called. When I said okay well all the other companies that I called were a lot less and I only needed help with mice. The answer was to pay $125 just for the inspection to find out what my problem was. I know what my problem is...its mice and thats what I asked about and all I needed. Well, Wendy, the one that answers the phone just plain hung up on me! WOW okay, thats super professional. So, I promptly called back and let her know that I appreciated her hanging up on me and would definitely put up a review! So, here it is.....if you dont want to do things their way...they just diss you and hang up on you! NEVER will I recommend or use this company!! YUCK
Update 11/30/21Service Contract wasnt fulfilled and now they want to be paid. Still have pests, they cant get rid of them so they were fired. If you charge my card for any amount of money, well see you in court!Awful company. Dont waste your time or money. After months of service, we still have scorpions, spiders, wasps, bees and bugs. The last time he came out he left bee nests everywhere. (See pics)
We have had numerous well known and independent pest services over the years.Evolve by far did the most thorough inspection and treatment I have ever seen. The technician really took his time with the service to make sure every inch of the property was covered.This was only our first service, I will update the review in 6 months.
The worst company ever. I would not recommend their services. I have been using pest control company for many years and this year I hired them after a salesman soliciting my neighborhood. After the first treatment itself, all the ants were inside the house. I ended up going to the store and treating myself. When I called to cancel after the second treatment, they told me that there is a contract which we were not aware of and we have to give 50% of the rest of the services money. I thought of continuing the service and tried till the 4 th service. Send photos and videos of ants everywhere, service calls were done as well., but no use. When they scheduled for the 5th service (01-07-2022), I told them not to come to my premises and paid $178.50 today, 50% of rest of the 3 services. They were very fast to charge the credit card. Never use this company ever and don’t get trapped.

Evolve does great work at a great value. Danny is always super nice and on schedule. They have the tools to knock down hornets nests and cobwebs on two stories and are very thorough.

I used this service about 2 years ago and still getting mail that I owe them for a broken contract! I canceled after the third treatment because I kept getting more and more ants inside the house from whatever they spray! DIY ant granular from Home Depot worked way better! This company is also very shady. I was told that I could cancel anytime and never mentioned a year contract! After the second treatment had ants all over my closet and the tech who came out sprayed everything in my closet and took me days to re-wash all my clothes and wipe the closet down! He also gave me ant baits that supposedly were professional baits but the ingredients in these baits were exactly the same ingredients that are in Terro baits you can buy at Walmart! The salesman from the very begging had mentioned my landlords name and said that they service a couple of my landlords houses…I later asked my landlord about Evolve and my landlord never even heard of this company! Stay far far away from these crooks! They need to stop sending me a bill because I’m not paying them a dime!
We’ve been with evolve for over a year and always have had a good experience! We had a big problem with ants and spiders before we started with them and now we never see either!

They always come out with in 48 hours, was hospital with covid and missed payments and they are working with me to get caught up, and was generally concerned about my health.
At the time of service I had ants, grasshoppers, spiders, and wasps. I hired them after a salesman soliciting my neighborhood said they could treat all of them no problem. After two applications I noticed a very slight change, with only the grasshoppers. I ended up going to a supply house and treating my yard myself. Noticed significant changes only a week later. I would not recommend their services. They will try and rope you into a year contract and penalize you if you try to cancel due to nothing actually getting taken care of. I come from the service industry, and these guys are just about the money grab.
We called and Wendy went above and beyond to made sure that she sent out a lead technician to assist us when we saw a mouse in our laundry room. Raul provided excellent service! He understood how anxious we were about the mouse and offered great advice and solutions. He was very thorough! This is why we trust Evolve and have recommended to our family & neighbors who are now using Evolve as well. So far I really like this company. They guarantee their work and I enjoy the fact that I can enjoy my patio and not be eaten alive by mosquitoes!!
A gentleman was going door to door selling this service. We along with a neighbor we agreed to a one time treatment for ants. We paid the person directly that day for the service. We were told this was a guaranteed service and if the ants were not gone they would come back and retreat. We were still having ant issues so we called and they came back out,. The ants never went away. Since we agreed to a one time treatment we were not going to use this company any longer. All of a sudden they started showing up for monthly visits. We paid for the second visit since the service was already completed. When we called to tell them to stop coming out because we did not need their services due to it not being effective we were told there was a signed contract. We did not sign a contract with this company. When we requested they provide the signed contract we received a receipt with hand written notes. This is by no means a contract. My neighbor that also agreed to the service on the first day received the same thing but theyve not proceeded with services and have had no issues. Weve been trying to work with this company but we are not paying a $200 cancellation fee for a contract that was never in existence. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Amazing experience! We switched from another pest company that couldn’t seem to get the job done. We had our first spay yesterday and the service was amazing!!! I haven’t seen a bug of any type around since they sprayed. We had Tyler as our tech and he was very precessional and made sure to get ever area I was worried about and answered every question. He inspected the attic and did a powder spray to completely protect the attic. Full interior spray and exterior and yard pellets. They used back pack sprayer which was perfect. No more long hose to rip out my front lights. Being out in the country we get a ton of bugs that wouldn’t stop coming. Evolve seems to have done the job protecting our new home. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, customer service and knowledgeable representatives have taken a backseat with many companies, but not with Evolve! I contacted them to set up what I thought would be a one-time service, but after speaking with Wendi, we decided to sign an annual agreement. This wasnt because of a high-pressure sales offer or the price (which is a great deal by the way), it was the level of refreshing, genuine customer service and knowledge about the services they provide and stand by. After speaking with Wendi, she promptly emailed me the necessary documents to get started and scheduled service for the NEXT day.Wyatt was our service technician; he called 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to say that he was on his way. He arrived on time and was equally professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! He even gave me some tips on future landscaping we plan on doing and how it relates to bugs. Before Wyatt sprayed inside he checked with me to ensure he wasnt planning on spraying any area that I didnt want to be treated. After completing the service, he gave me with a service reminder card that said “Welcome to the Evolve Family” on the top and took a moment to explain what we should expect over the next few days.My experience with Evolve was outstanding, thank you Wendi and Wyatt youre Wonderful!

Landen was professional in his technician abilities and was very professional as he listened to my concerns about the effectiveness of product. The website states Money back guarantee as did the sales representative. It does not matter where you live or what size your home is, what matters is if the company will stand behind what sales representatives promise and what is stated on their website.
I dont like the fact that the last tech jump my fence to service my yard. What if hed hurt himself or damaged my fence. I would think a courtesy call or email prior to would suffice.
Carlos was great, he worked with me on a solution for pest control while keeping my new chickens safe. He also took care of an ant mound that was connected to my shop that I had no idea was there, plus the normal pest control work. Thanks again!
Tylor provided outstanding service all around! He went over the home, planters, windows, shrubs, grass, and fences in great detail and explained everything he did. Where possible, we would like Tylor on our schedule permanently. Also, next time we would love to hear from Tylor what other treatments or services that could be provided (added on at our cost) in the future to raise our protection levels even more.

Ive been using another service and was relatively happy once I had the same person coming for a while. Evolve dropped by just after I found out Id be getting yet another technician. Gave them a try only a month after other service and cant belive the amount of dead grasshoppers outside. No mosquitoes. Scorpions,brn recluse spiders and Yes two roaches inside! I didnt even know I had a roach.
Evolve pulled a huge scam on us last night. Came late to disrupt dinner and take advantage of the “end of the day fatigue”. He harassed my husband and I for around an hour, wouldn’t leave until he “gave us a written quote” asked my husband to initial the quote as proof that it was received “to show he tried to make the sale”, and then boom… a signed service contract in our inbox. Called and canceled immediately but if I hadn’t been so aware of the shadiness of the salesman I would have completely missed the contract by its inconspicuous letter heading. Shame on them unethical scam artists. Such things should be illegal. Had we even remotely been interested in their service we certainly arent now.
Most of the time I would turn down door to door salesmen immediately, but the rep that stopped by our house was actually very knowledgeable was able to answer all of the questions I knew to ask accurately and without being thrown off. It was enough to get me to start service with them and we could not be more happy. We discussed our concerns with them about the ridiculous amount of spiders both in our lawn and our house, and they employed various methods beyond their “standard” treatments to eradicate the little devils. All of the technicians have been outstandingly polite and professional, as well as punctual, and we haven’t had any issue with bugs since they started.
Technician communicated very well when scheduling the appointment. He explained everything he was doing, and then asked me to look around before he left to be sure I was satisfied.
Guys came out when they said they were going to come, did a great job and turned over cushions as needed outside which we haven’t seen anyone else go that far. This is a small business that we wanted to support and we hope to continue with them in the future. The guys that came out were polite and professional and answered any questions we had. Thank you!
Weve used Evolve ever since we moved here a year ago now. What I like is they will come back out to your home and spray again if needed at no additional cost. I would like to mention ARTURO he has come out to my house twice now and hes by far the nicest most professional technician ever. Hes been the only one to communicate with me before he arrives and when hes finished and he tells me if sees any problems. He definitely has provided great service so thank you so much ARTURO.

We live out in a rural area and Evolve cleaned up our pest issues. Theyre always very informative, punctual and spend time getting the job done right. Weve been very happy with their service.
I changed from a company that was providing a quality service and was doing it at a lower price because I was presented a service that sounded superior. The salesman was very friendly and I liked that the product was supposedly green, so I was willing to pay a higher price. The first service went well. Following that I would be contacted the day prior to service, which they automatically scheduled, stating they would be there between certain hours. The automatic scheduling may be convenient for some but does not work for me because of my availabilty during the weekdays. They did not service the inside of my house if I was not home and would not service the house at all if they walk up and heard my dogs barking from inside. I attempted multiple times to schedule something more convenient to me, on the weekend, but the company had no interest in that. This resulted in me having to leave work early to allow evolve to treat my house at their convenience. On top of this, after 6 months of using their services, bi-monthly, I had more pest in and outside my house than I have ever had before. I expressed my concerns with the company and found no resolve. When I stated I no longer wanted their services I was told they had to complete my final one to fulfill a 12 month contract and then was harrased daily about appointments they continued to schedule when I was not available. This went on for about a month and now I have recieved a letter in the mail stating I owe them money for cancellation of these scheduled services. This is a poorly run company and I would strongly recommend not becoming involved with any of their services.
The technician that serviced our home stole my daughter’s bracelet and we’ve been trying to reach out to the company and they’re not being responsive and helpful at all. This is beyond disappointing experience we had from them. Will very unlikely recommend them,not even worth 1 star.

Each member of the Evolve team who has visited me has been polite and on top of communicating when they would be coming by.Their services definitely seem to be working, I havent seen any issues with bugs in or outside the house. Plus, they seem willing to work with you if anything goes wrong after a recent service.Id recommend them if youre in the market for a small and local business you want to try and support that offers a useful service.Edit: Oct. 18, 2021Id still recommend Evolve Pest Control to anyone looking for pest control services.I had one of their technicians, Carlos Berrios, run through the inspection and service and they were very polite, personable, and I absolutely appreciated their attitude and customer-centric focus.
This is by far the best pest control company! Ever since I switched over my service to Evolve, I have noticed the difference! I have no issues with spiders and ants or by that matter no trouble with anything really. The guys are so professional! I love this company will definitely continue with them for years to come!! Oh and also very affordable!!
We were not very happy with the service that was provided. I with I would have taken pictures and videos of how fast the person was there. 5 minutes... and the amount of insects we have encountered it is like he sprayed something to attract them instead of exterminate them. I was appalled at the amount of things that I saw and the amount of ant piles that just keep coming even after they sprayed if that is what they did in the 5 minutes they were there. And we only saw them in the back of the house, never the front. We have an entire acre, there is no way that is sprayed in 5 minutes. Also, we are now having to pay a cancellation fee of over $200 for not using a service that is doing NOTHING for us. Ridiculous. I only gave 2 stars because the person coming to sell the product was very nice, the others never even spoke to us.
Evolve has the friendliest service you can ask for. Their product is amazing. We have found no unwanted pests in our home after nearly two years.Our pets are able to go outside as soon as the treatment is complete.The team always asks for any extra attention needed on specific areas. They lay glue traps and always leave a few extras for us to use if we need them.
Evolve came to my door and talked my husband into trying their one time service. We have had an ant in our master bedroom so I agreed to the $250 one time service since the promises were endless to getting rid of this problem. When they should up the 2 men were very friendly and did a quick walk through so I could show them the one reason I agreed to this service. The service was supposed to be my yard, my porches (according to my husband he said he was told they would power wash the front and back porch) and spray something so bugs/spiders wouldnt attach themselves again to our porch & inside my home killing everything. When we got to my bedroom where this ant problem was the worker seemed confused on what to treat with, made a call, took pics and explained they would be back in 2 weeks to repeat spraying everything and then treat the bedroom. He said he had to wait on confirmation on what that was and wanted to make sure he treated properly. He also explained my husband misunderstood they do not power wash the porches they take a broom and knock spider webs down and so fort. He said that would give us time to power wash the porches and they would repeat spraying the porches since we hadnt had them cleaned before whatever spray they are supposed to use. I asked him if there was a charge, he said no that was their policy to repeat in 2 weeks. He assured me that they would contact me withing next 2 weeks since the problem I hired them to fix wasnt even addressed and left NOT treated. After 2 weeks of nothing I reached out to the man who left his card at my house when going door to door. I explained to him that no one had contacted me and nothing was sprayed in bedroom. At that point I was told the only way they come out is if I sign a yearly contract, I told him that wasnt right, had I known that I would have demanded something be done on my initial $250 visit. I have asked for the mans number who came to my house hoping he would be honest enough to correct this but now I am getting ZERO response. I will NEVER use this company again since this treatment was a complete joke and did NOTHING for the reason I needed someone to come out. The unprofessionalism of NOT responding to a customers request for a manager or corporate number is not right. Money is very tight right and I had to save to afford this service only to be misled by trusting their employee to come back and treat the original problem. Now Im out $250 and still have an ant problem with absolutely no help from this company. I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST using Evolve
I’ve been using this company for a few years and I have very few bugs and enjoy my patio bug-free! Definitely recommend! No bugs in the house either. They will take care of any of my concerns.
The technician was very personable and professional. He answered all questions I had and was very polite. I have seen a slight increase in “big activity” but the tech explained that this is expected to happen after the first treatment. It has been less than a week since the treatment so I can’t comment on overall buy activity but the people that I have interacted with within the company have be a delight.
I am most impressed with this company. The tech was very personable and professional. He explained everything he was doing as well as setting up computer capabilities for me. I felt they go beyond for their customers just seeing how they work. I didn’t feel rushed and the work to both inside and outside the house was thorough. All my questions were answered.
The technicians are always on time. They have been great with their follow up appointments. I haven’t noticed anymore insects in my yard or ants inside my house. My experience with Evolve have been great and would recommend them to anyone.

I have had an exterminator for years but Brad at Evolve convinced me to try them. I must say that I haven’t seen so many dead bugs around my house!! They did a great job.
I don’t know how great the first treatment will turn out yet because I just got my first one done a few minutes ago. So far the customer service is excellent! They responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. Carlos came out to performed my first treatment tonight and he was tremendously professional and nice. I felt bad for him to work that late while it was raining hard outside as well and yes he still had a smile on his face.
Raul was on time, efficient and extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained everything he was doing and his findings. He also made recommendations as our home is new and near a creek and we appreciated that. He took pictures of areas that we needed to address to ensure that our home was secure from any pests such as weepholes and a gap by our garage door. Customer service and pricing was excellent. When the evolve pest control tech called me he was very polite. He came on time. Checked in with me. Asked for specific issues or concerns. He even addressed concerns we had last fall. And carried out his function. Checked back with me before he left. Great job all the way around. We had an issue with yellow jacket nests last year. They came back several times until they were all gone. The tech remembered and doubled checked to be sure they hadn’t returned. I am very pleased. Great job!
These guys are great. I wasnt too sure about them when they originally came knocking on my door but we have had few problems with them. We have a huge wasp problem and they are more then happy to make sure that they are treated due to a severe allergy. Also they have been more than accommodating when i have needed to move my payment date but not change my service date. The only thing is we did have a tech damage one of our blinds in the master bathroom when treating for ants around the bathtub. Other than that we are happy customers.
I have only met Mason so far, but he has been incredibly nice and helpful. He helped me schedule my initial visit and when something last minute came up so I wouldnt be able to keep that appointment he worked with me to change it. Many companies would simply tell me that the special offer I was given would no longer be available if I had to reschedule a couple of weeks out, but Mason was fantastic and helped me to get a new initial visit appointment setup at a day and time I could handle. You have a great sales person and employee in Mason! Thank you.
Hello,I would like to say this young man that came and serviced the inside of my house was very good at his job. He had a great smile and his attitude reflected the smile on his face. You could tell that he loved his job. He was efficient, very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for a good treatment I see bugs dead already. When I receive our treatment in 30 days I hope that I will get Technician DAtorian as my serviceman.
We use this service for preventative maintenance. They treat the outside of the house and yard. They always call ahead, the techs that come out are always polite and the service when calling to reschedule has been terrific. The contracts however seem to have customers at a disadvantage. You can cancel them but have to pay fees to do so. It reminds me of how at&terrible does buisness. They will work with you to extend the payments out if needed but you are stuck in them til the end even if you think you dont need it or require the service. The contracts are too long. Maybe if they had options for a year, 6 months, or disccussed these options I would have rated them better.

Great company and very nice guys that come out to spray the property we can tell that it has definitely helped.
We just got our first treatment done and I am extremely happy! Our service tech, Miles, did a very thorough job and was attentive to our needs and concerns. They spent easily over double the time treating our property as our last pest company.

Ive only had the first service done, but so far Im impressed. My technician was very knowledgeable and kind. He definitely did far more than my previous company doing from my front yard all the way to my back fence (fence included), and lawn. Things look really good!

I highly recommend him and the evolve pest control service. I see very few bugs now and the ones I do see are dead. Love the results!
Professional Team that is well organized by Owner operator, who has supported our community by hiring locally. Young man that provided service is someone you would like working around your home and had great attitude that resembles someone who wants to serve. Which always speaks loudly for leadership in the organization. Rarely provide survey information, however these guys are deserving!
I would put 0 stars but I had to put 1 to post. I paid 135 bucks and got nothing. The only thing I got was excuses why he wasnt doing anything. I ask if he would put down a few traps at least and was told no.
Was very pleased from the start with my route manager Andrew. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. Set appointment for the same day, my service man Keaton arrived on time, very professional, listened to my concerns and took care of business!

Let me start this off by saying that I did NOT, in fact, use the services of this business, (just not pressed at the moment to fight off the horde) but I have to give my respect to one of their sales people, one Wilder Parkhurst. This man tried every way up from down to bring me on board, even offering to go Bear Grylls-snack-attack on a cicada husk just to earn my trust. Sounds crazy, but this guy went so far above and beyond it was impressive. From the Boston accent, the off-the-wall antics and even the personalized catch phrase Wilder, cause you need a wild man to handle your bugs. This man is a riot. I hope the owner or somebody reads this, because your sales dude is literally the best personality Ive seen come through my neighborhood to attempt the sale of a service. Bravo.
Signed contract during covid so did not read as well as should have.Technician arrived and apparently had to use the restroom. Rather than ask to come in went in the yard.We decided right then they were done. I paid $200 cancellation fee.Stay away from this company

The Evolve team has been extremely professional and punctual. The sales rep was friendly and explained things well. The techs have been great. But most important is the pest control is working. Noticed a huge reduction in insects around the property.When they made an initial billing mistake by accidentally charging me twice, they immediately corrected it and refunded the amount. Great customer service.
I trusted this company to to do good good quality of work but not only I still have bugs showing up on my patio a few days later but also found one in my bathroom. I also have a big issue with my dogs both have started to itch like crazy ever since they sprayed the backyard there excuse was maybe they have fleas which I strongly disagree, there product as I was told it kills fleas and ticks.Its allergic reaction from the chemicals.Im requesting a full refund and perhaps vet bill as well

Only 1 treatment so far, but it seems to be working. I literally saw a water bug running out of our garage away from our house!(Edit)After 7 months we are still pleased with Evolve. There are the occasional bugs here and there, but this is Texas. When we see a very occasional water bug, they are legs up.Service is always performed by a friendly technician. They are good about communicating before, during, and after the service. If they havent already knocked on your door, you might want to call them.

Very polite employees. They are in and out quickly and they are doing a fantastic job. I have not seen bugs in my house. Spiders and ants gone. Highly recommend them. Outside treated also and no more bugs. Mosquitoe Treatment has been wonderful I can work outside in my gardens without getting even one bite.
The technician team arrived right on time. They listened to my concerns and treated my property exactly as requested. They were finished in less than 45 minutes. They were professional and focused. It has not yet been a week, but I have seen no pests since my Evolve treatment.
This was a follow up on a call I made to Evolve after seeing a spider in the house. Tylor came out to spray. He asked about the spider problems we were having and explained what he was using to treat them and what I should expect. I let him know that I love sitting on my back porch in the mornings and asked if he could spray that for me with no hesitation he did. He was also a very friendly person. They send an email reminder, then the technician calls when they are a few minutes away. They are always very thorough with the treatment. They always ask if I have any concerns or have areas they need to focus on. Great price, great service.
Terrible service do not use. I had to keep calling them back out. The bugs got worse the more they sprayed. Could not get rid of mice in my backyard. Then when I canceled service they wanted me to pay 200 dollar cancelation fee. I am now retaining an attorney to sue for services not being provided as agreed.Amazing now that service is stopped. My bug problem has gone away. But after so many “retreatments” you would think the bug problem would have stopped at that time. Seems like something else to me.
I was very impressed with both my interactions and service. I worked directly with Tanner and he was very professional, prompt, and helpful. The guys who came out and treated my property were helpful and thorough. They even added a couple things once they took a look at no extra cost.I’ve worked with a couple pest control companies in the area (both big-box and Mom-&-pop) and this was my best experience so far! If you want twice the insect problem, call this company, there sugar water will insure you are attacked by everything god created. IT DOES NOT WORK. Only been with them for two treatments and it has been a nightmare. I called an cancelled, didnt ask for money back, just cancel service, and I got a bill for cancellation on a service that doesnt work. $161.00, they said they can come retreat, how about do your job the first time correctly? I was given no contract, was not informed about a cancellation fee. This is the biggest scam company Ive ever dealt with. How are you still in busniess? If I treated clients this way Id be out of business in a week. It feels like direct TV or a gym membership. BUYERS BEWARE. Stick to a can of RAID, it works within seconds for $5.00
Great communication and the guys are very friendly! Always accommodating if I need to change an appointment. They always arrive within the timeframe and they are very thorough. I hate bugs and their stuff really works. They also wear shoe covers when coming inside [BONUS]. GREAT SERVICE!
Just had first service done yesterday so I can’t comment on pest control yet but Landon did an amazing job! He removed all the spider webs and dirt dauber/wasp nests from our dock. It looks brand new. I can’t believe what an amazing job he did!
Joe was very pleasant as he listened to my concerns, told me how he would address them and then immediately followed the plan as he described it. He also worked unfazed as my small dogs followed around barking. He worked easily around my floor remodeling in the house as he treated for fleas. Excellent technician and eager to address my concerns!
Nathan, the sales rep that came to my door, was very thorough on what evolve was going to be doing for me and how they were going to help solve my problems. I didn’t initially want to sign up right away because I like to do research but I went ahead and set up a same day appointment and evolve blew it out of the park. House looks great and I could tell the results immediately. For the services that are offered this is bar far the best company that can be used for pest control, not only because of quality, but consistency and pricing. 5 star rating from my view.
They are an awful company in the sense that they lie. do not believe that you arent under a contract. do not even ask for a one time thing or a ill talk to my wife about it because they automatically turn nothing into a contract and then if you try to cancel the contract you will be paying hundreds of dollars. seriously do not deal with them I promise you its not worth it. do not let the people who go door to door get a minute of your time because they are pushy and lie. this happened to us a year ago and we just got a we miss you email so it angered me all over again. NOPE.

I’ve dealt with 2 young men in the company, one was the sales person (Tyler) who came to my door, the other applied the product, and they both were very put together, professional and very knowledgeable! I ended up needing to get in touch with Tyler a couple of days later and he promptly responded with the information I needed. I have been reading my Nextdoor posts about a different company that has been coming around to doors and their experiences with the other company were not glowing.. I feel lucky that Evolve knocked on my door not the other one :)

I switched after 17+ years of service with a competitor. Evolve treats my entire property and for less. I decided to make the switch and I’m so glad I did! I’ve had Evolve for 8+ months now and every technician has been thorough, polite, punctual, and professional. I highly recommend Evolve.
I regretted my contract by the 3rd time they came out. When I first signed up I specially told them the time we would be available, any day during the week as long as it was after we get off work. Well each time they would come out they just picked any time they wanted, I had to call EVERY time to reschedule. All throughout the contract, I would ask them to please make a note or whatever they need to do to make sure they come at the times we are home. Guess what, never happened!!! I called a 2-3 months ago to cancel bc we were selling the house and told me I only had one more service and that was it, so I didnt cancel bc I was still leaving there. Well I just got an email that I had an appt next week!! I called and told them I dont live there anymore and of course they hit me with a cancellation fee!! They only offered $5 off if I renewed my contract. NOPE!!! Dont recommend!!!----Since it wont let me reply to the their response. My issue is that I had already tried to cancel but they told me it was just 1 more service and thats it. If I would of know there were 2 I would cancelled right there and then bc I was done with this company. But no, either they need to train their employees to look up their own contract or not lie to their customers. And cut that BS of look at your contract why lie to get more money from people? Horrible!!!!!
Jay was a good salesman! Respectful and listened well. Worked with me very professionally! I appreciated his approach. The only reason its not 5 stars is that he signed me up for same day first service based on the iPad scheduler and that time was not honored by the field technicians. After starting with Evolve, I have had no issues with pests especially with ticks, beetles, and wasp. They guys come to your residence are very friendly and get straight to work. I have had a great experience through their work!
A rep from your company named Matt knocked my door not long ago and signed me up for service. He was very honest and up front about everything. I have never had such a great experience with a door to door salesman, it was like doing business with a friend. All my problems have been taken care of after one visit and I will be a customer for life.

I called evolve thinking I was just going to get a price and have to shop around. Not only was the staff on the phone super helpful and pleasant to talk to, I joined the evolve family! I was made to feel that I was talking to my own family and I she was even able to schedule me for same day service! So happy with the service!
I signed up and they charged me right away and sprayed the yard. I was told I could cancel anytime. I canceled before they could even come out. They never came out again. Now im getting daily calls and emails stating that I broke a contract. I was never told that I was obligated to a contract. I used the service once and in that month I was not impressed, more ant mounds popped up in my yard, so I canceled. Now they are saying they are going to report me to collections. I was told I could cancel anytime but now they are trying to charge for early cancellation fees. What a bunch of crooks.
After my husband called them months ago to cancel our service, they charged our debit card 96.00 this morning. My husband immediately called, because when he spoke to them months prior, they told him everything was taken care of and service was canceled. The person on the phone told him that some time AFTER that phone call, Evolve sent my husband an email asking if they could push the cancellation back due to some reason. First of all, who does that? Obviously we wanted to cancel, and we were already told it was fine and done. Second of all, my husband never saw this email at all, so they took his lack of reply as permission to go ahead and continue service months later, and to charge our account. They didnt even call us to schedule this service, they just came and did it without permission. Now they say they wont give us our money back, but they will apply the 96.00 to the cancellation fee that had never previously been disclosed to us at all. Shady, shady, shady business! Horrible business practices, and we will never be customers again after this.
DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES!!!I havent dealt with this company in months due to illnesses but this morning they felt they had a RIGHT to to charge my debit card will no authorization. Im a disabled woman on a budget but neither here or there I have not made an appointment and they are not entitled to my money!!!! Once I called them about the charge and to replace my money I was told I was obligated to pay this charge the tech will be out between 10 and 12 today. I expressed that my funds needs to be returned and I didnt have an appointment nor did I authorize it!!! They took my money anyway saying services has been rendered when they had NOT!!!! BAD COMPANY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL ROB YOU AND TELL YOU THEY HAVE THAT RIGHT!!!!!
Ryan Miller came to the door was friendly and informative, BUT refused to take no for an answer, I told him several times I wasn’t going to agree to anything without discussing with my husband first and he still pushed for me to make an apt and could cancel later if we decided, when you sign it’s a contract for a year of service. I asked him to email me the info and I would contact them if we choose to move forward all I got in my email was a contract in which I have to sign. He even came back later that evening to talk to my husband and still refused to take no for an answer so my husband shut the door in his face.Needless to say we won’t be using them.And they solicit without a city permit
I was a little bit nervous at first when the salesperson came by so talk to me about the pest control service however once he informed me of what he would be able to do for me I was really excited about getting my house and yard insect free. Today the technician came out and he was super friendly super knowledgeable and Im really excited about my choice to use evolve and the future to keep my area clear from annoying insects.
We just moved into our new house and we were having the usual new house pest problems (spiders, ants, etc.). We called terminx to come and do their stuff because weve used them before and we went with what we knew. They did their spray inside and out of our house and we still were having problems with pest. Had them called back and repeated 4 more times with no avail. Mr. Kress Johnson came by and talked to us about their service and we thought hey we have nothing to loose. They came out the next day and sprayed. Even sprayed the second floor outside (terminx said they could do that cause they didnt have the tools) for spiders and wasps. When I tell you before our technician even left pest were dying left and right. They even played with our two dogs and we didnt have to lock them up because their products are pet and kids friendly! Not only does the product work but they came out 30 days later to respray just in case. If I could give more then 5 stars then I definitely would! I would recommend this company over and over again to everyone and anyone looking for pest control services. With their rate they are definatly worth it and way cheaper then terminx that is for sure! Evolve Pest Control you are number 1 in my families book!
He did an Outstanding job. Specially what ever he used to minimize the wasps flying all over. Great service. Really the wasps this year seemed like there were out by thousands and he sprayed the entire outside and either they died or were gone. Bravo
The company has lied to us. Telling us we can cancel if this doesn’t work for us. We have ants and spiders like crazy still. Three months later. They won’t let us cancel. Awful business. Don’t use them. They want more money from us to cancel when their job isn’t being successfully executed!! Do your job first! Horrible run company. There are a lot of pest control companies! Read reviews. Wish I would have!
Nice service people but since switching to them, I have more bugs than ever. Our whole neighborhood that signed up is seeing spiders and fire ants more than ever and it has been a few months. I swear they just spray sugar water and call it a day. Dont go with them!
We live in the country backed up to a creek, so keeping bugs away is next to impossible. I will generally switch pest control companies when they can no longer control the spiders and ants, but for the most part Evolve has been able to control. We have only had to have them return a couple of times to retreat. They come every other month rather than quarterly, so it is a little more expensive per year. However, worth it if I don’t see critters.
Everything was awesome! I saw dead bugs overnight! Ive been using another company for years and they didnt do half of what Evolve did. The only thing I was told that they would do is plug the weap holes around the house and I think that was forgotten. Other than that, great experience!

Danny did a great job and I thought was an excellent testimony for Evolve. He did everything I asked of him. I have been using Evolve for about a year now and I have found it to have the best results of any Pest Control company I have used in the past.
Service was great, unfortunately I was lied when told it was safe for pets. My two kittens had to be rushed to the emergency hospital within hours after treatment, spent all night with very ill kittens and left me with a huge bill. If you have pets, this is not safe! They should have been honest and informed us that it was not safe for them. I asked several times about it and every time I was told that it was safe and there should be no problem. I am beyond upset and disappointed.
Maybe not have your sales person come every single day! What part of “leave your card and we’ll let you know” doesn’t register and “no solicitation”? Also what kind of business has their rep in a camo “tRump” hat, and a flag on the shirt misrepresenting veteran business? We’re a retired Army couple, and having a tRump hat in 2021 isn’t good for potentially half your customers - he lost, don’t misrepresent patriotism! Leave your politics out of your business.
The customer service is great! Wyatt is super courteous and thorough. He said if I have any issues in between, they would come out and retreat and it is included. I have been battling a tick infestation and they have been super helpful.
Pushy salesperson came to my house at almost 7. I politely told him if we needed pest control we would keep his company in mind. He continued to try to push an appointment. I again said we would keep him in mind if we needed service. He continued to push me for a sale. I told him he was being pushy and he said... oh no that’s not what I’m trying to do... then continued to try to sell me service. I then asked him if it wasn’t good enough for me to keep his company in mind for service if we needed it then he could take a hike. He laughed at me and said “alright dude”.Bad part is that if he would have given me his card and just said “that’s for keeping us in mind for pest control” I probably would have called this company when I needed a service done. This is poor training and inexperienced salesmanship. Just because you don’t get the sale right then and there doesn’t mean you won’t get the sale.Alright dude?
I have only had one service so far but since the service have not seen any ants. I can walk in the yard without get bitten. Safe for pets.My dogs have not been scratching after playing in the yard. Very happy with th service.
Carlos was our tech last time. We were having problems with something biting my daughter in her room. Only in her room. Carlos was attentive, listened to our concerns, figured out the problem, and we were good to go. All techs have been polite and respectful.
Just gave this company a shot after 2 other disappointing experiences from other pest companies. Well, after the first initial treatment, I am very satisfied. Austin, the technician was very thorough and able to answered any questions that I had.

I spend alot of time outside in the yard and on my patio. Evolve Pest Control cleaned all the cobwebs, wasp nest, and dirt doppers from around my home. The technician then treated my 1 acre yard with granules for fleas,tick and insects. While walking the property he made notes of aint beds and treated them after. He place to rodent traps out side, and sprayed the lower parts and upper parts of the house with a bug barrier on bottom, and a deterrent for wasp to return on the top. The inside of my home was treated with the same professionalism as outside. Although this is the day after my home was treated, and I cant give a honest report on the pest control, I can say that my home looks alot better from the outside, and i feel confident the bugs will not return in the future with this level of service every 2 months. After about a year of service I have found Evolve to live up to expectations. They show up on time or notify well in advance if there are changes (usually weather related). Treatment is effective and the tech is always responsive to my concerns.
I’ve been using Evolve for almost a year and am very impressed with the amount of professionalism. I originally contracted them because I was having a major springtail problem that two other pest control companies were not able to eliminate. I was convinced to use Evolve because they guaranteed their work and they didn’t let me down. Not only were they able to eliminate my problem with springtails, they’ve been a able to eliminate new pest situations and now with this Covid 19 situation they make me feel safe. Not only are their technicians nice, on time, responsive, provide effective products and are professional but they follow safety protocols such as wearing mask and footwear. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
So far I have had two techs come out. The first tech didnt seem to know much about my plan or what my problems were. The second tech was more aware of our issues and our plan and seemed to do a though job. I am holding on really giving a review as I am waiting to see how the second treatment worked.
I recently had my quarterly service by Jordon Young and he did an Excellent job. He took the time to correctly spray around the outside of my home and he asked if I had any concerns or seen any insects inside my house. He did not do a 5 minute job like the last person that came on 7/16, and I was totally disappointed and that is the only reason why this is not 5 Stars. Thanks Jordon
The technician was able to get my house sprayed quickly. We also had a problem area that he doubled checked to make sure everything was okay and told me what to do if we have any issues.
I wanted to take a minute to say I am very pleased with my first service. Davis came to spray for mosquitos and other pests very nice young man and he waited until I got home! I can honestly say it has been 4 days and the mosquitos are far and few. Not like my former Pest Company they would spray mosquitos back the next day! I don’t use their service but what I can comment on is someone with a business card from this company pounding on my door during my workday with conference calls to ask me who does our pest control. Rang doorbell, 5 seconds later started pounding. What nerve! This person wasn’t even driving a business truck; on some kind of electric footboard. This company will need to show proof of solicitation permit if they ever approach our home again!
They were just a little late coming out. But that’s what happens when you got a big client base. But the next day I was noticing bugs dead everywhere. And it was human an pet friendly chemicals. With no smell. I will be using them from now on

When i tried to end the conversation he told me ill pull you out of the car and whip your a** unprofessional. Would not recommend. We had our home serviced by Danny McCollum. I cannot stress enough how kind and personable Danny McCollum was in answering all of our questions. Danny was extremely helpful in explaining past control process. We cannot thank Evolve for sending Danny to service our home. We have also requested from Evolve to have Danny to return for service next time.
Both the sales man, Kress, and the technician, Christian, were professional, personable and punctual.The initial treatment was just applied today, so cant I review the actual service yet, but so far Im happy.
Have only been out once. But the bugs are just as bad if not worse. Mosquitoes are horrible. Hopefully they will be out again soon and it gets better. If not better after next visit. I will stop using them. I took them at their word. Because they are family owned and family ran I thought it would be good. We will see.

Very friendly service. Product works much better than some of my other vendors. Owner down to earth and understanding and provides personable service, which is what our company looks for in any business relationship. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for that extra personable service that most of us prefer and just cant find.
A salesman went door to door in my neighborhood trying to get people to sign up. I kept telling him i did not want the service but he kept talking and reeling me in. He sweet talked about the $19 first month then $79 bi-monthly agreement. He kept trying to get me to sign and i kept asking if its a contract then i do not want the service. The salemans, Junior, kept saying that it was not a contract and that i could cancel any time. I tried the service for a few months and wanted to cancel cause i need to save money and they tell me its a $235 early cancellation fee. I kept telling them that i was told it was not a contract but they didnt care and still sent me the cancellation fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY . SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY..

I literally had to close the door in his face. It’s a shame because I might have been interested but not with those sales tactics.
First guy to come out was very friendly! He noticed some wasps nests by some windows and took care of them for me even though he was just there to spray for mosquitos. I do feel like I’ve noticed a reduction in mosquitos around my house even after just the first application. And the products they use are safe for pets and children.

Charging me an early cancellation fee of $201 because were moving (not to a house that we can transfer services to) for not finishing out the last 3 treatments of 7 for the year. And the contract clearly states that the LESSER of 2 values will be charged, the initial discount or 50% of the remaining service costs. Not sure where they learned to do math, but $118 is less than $201.Guess who didnt charge me a cancellation fee for switching from them to Evolve when they were a FEW dollars cheaper? Hometeam! Will never use Evolve again. Scammers
I was told to resign a contract for 2 to 6 months of service. I told them I dont want to resign a contract. They came out when I wasnt home and charged me 88$. Then to cancel was 99$. I was told there is no cancelation fee. These people will take your mo eye and not provide quality pest control. Borderline crooks!
They solicited at my house today, we didnt get the service yet, but this is the company we will use soon because the rep (Kadyn I think) was very respectful! Looking forward to using Evolve for our pest control needs soon!

This company is a fraud... DO NOT do business with them!! I made a mistake, thinking this was an honest company, turns out they are very misleading ... a Salesman comes to my door and tells me they are running a special with $49 for initial service and $89 for a follow up... we’ll come to find out it’s actually for a 12 month agreement... i called to express what happened how the sales rep or pest control work never disclosed that... and i was told all they could do was charge me $160 more if i wanted out.... no wonder I’ve never heard of this company.... but save yourself the hassle... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EVOLVE PEST CONTROL!!!!

So Davis the tech that came out was great at explaining the steps and how it all works. And believe me i had alot of questions . for years Ive delt with dragging the hose around. MIles Tomaino was our technician. He was very nice and courteous. He told me what he would be doing and when I asked questions he answered them. He even cleaned the webs from the outside of our home. 5 stars to Miles and Evolve.

The employees are knowledgeable. They are pleasant and helpful . They ask if you have any other problems that they can address while they are out here. Also if you see any bugs they can tell you what they are and how theyll deal with them for you. Theyre great just try them.

Horrible. They claim they will come out if you are not satisfied, They are now on speed dial. Its as if they spray sugar water. Switched because my contract was up with 6Brothers. Never had a problem before. If I could give one star I would. Stay Away.

I like how often Evolve comes out and treats our property. We had issues with ants and tics after they came one time. We called them and they came out and sprayed again, no charge.

2022-06-30My husband and I are new homeowners. The house sat vacant for quite a while before we moved in, so we had lots of creepy crawlers inside and out. I filled out an online form on Evolve’s website and within an hour, Wendi called me. She was so nice and easy to talk to and was so thorough with her questions and information. She outlined everything for me about the what/when/why of their treatment plan for us and it was all very easy to understand. She had Carlos come out for our first treatment just a few days later. He was great- nice, explained everything, and did a full treatment of our house and yard, from curb to back fence line. He let me know what to expect and gave me further info about the rest of the treatment plan.We are already seeing a drastic improvement, the only creepy crawlers we have seen lately are dead ones!As a bonus, their treatments are perfectly safe for humans and pets. I was surprised at how affordable their services are, that is so helpful being new homeowners trying to adjust to having a mortgage to pay!

Top it off with him simply being a pleasant person to speak with - top notch service in every respect. Made me feel as if I was his only, and most important customer. A+++++. Thank you Carlos!As for Evolve, I recently signed up with them after a terrible experience with another provider. My guard was up with a new company and Ill tell you, my first and each subsequent interaction with the telephone staff (Taylor) has been friendly, informative, and never pressured. Very happy so far with my experience, including the fact that Evolves price is very competitive, yet the level of service is above the other higher-priced competition.

2022-08-03I found this company online. They answered the phones immediately upon calling, explained the process and quoted a reasonable price up front. They were able to come out quickly to start the process. I signed up for bi monthly big control. The employee who came to the first appointment explained everything and was fast at spraying everything. So far it has been a very good experience.

2022-08-11We used their services a few months ago and initial plan was to take care of roaches in the house. At the time they had not Identified the type of roaches. After the first treatment I was advised that there would be an increase in activity. It made everything worse. After a few weeks of not seeing results I called the office to cancel and was talked into letting them come back out and try again. At no point was the treatment effective. I eventually hired another company who came out and identified the roaches as German roaches which are difficult to treat. He did a fog and broadcast baiting, after a week or so we stopped seeing them completely other than a dead one here and there. Ive been contacted by evolve several times saying I owe money when I never got results. Now Im in collections? When I tried to cancel they reminded me I was under some contract which is SHADY at best. I wont be paying anything for ineffective services. The company I switched to is month to month but I will stick with them because their treatment worked. That is the right way to do business, not sticking people with a contract.

2022-03-30Everyone at the company is amazing from the time I called to set up an appointment the front office was excellent and extremely helpful. Then once it was time for my appointment my technician showed up on time. was able to answer all my questions, take care of all of my needs and this was all performed within a timely matter. I will continue to use evolve pest control for years to come.

2022-08-02Too much thrown at you at once. You Get in trouble if you physically cannot do a service. Encourage trespassing by climbing locked fences. Choose your level of success based off the very few instigator customers opinion rather than the hundreds of good services youve performed. They waiting until the end of the day and let me go by phone. Not that morning when I was in the office until 11:00 a.m. but I guess they didnt want to tell me face to face and they wanted their route to get done so they can make their money. I enjoyed this job and I enjoyed these people until I found out that thats how they handle things. Ive never worked so hard for such little respect. I could care less if evolve is reading this right now, they cared about one thing and one thing only and that wasnt you.

2022-04-20I have never been more pleased with a service oriented organization than I am with Evolve. I believe I have been a customer for two years and every time my home is serviced I write a review about the customer service I have received from the technicians. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a pest control service provider. If you are in the DFW Metroplex give them a call and see what they can do for you.
