Extended Stay America - Houston - Westchase - Westheimer in other cities:
So I’m assuming the front desk person Josh is upset with me because I told the manager this morning I don’t want anyone in my room when I’m not here. So I told him I’m probably going to check out in the morning I just am waiting on a response from my job. So I got an email saying they hope I enjoyed my stay which means he checked me out trying to be smart. So I called the front desk and asked why I got the email and he said I would have to contact corporate. I will to complain and will also be downstairs at 7 am sharp to speak with the manager . This is a poor hotel. Like I’m just in disbelief!
The room was roach infested there was a mildew type of Oder that turned out to be the smell of roaches coming through the the air conditioning which was one of the places the infestation was located. I found out when I tried to open the window and accidentally bumped the a/c and a bunch of roaches came running out. The internet barely works and the room was old and out dated with a nasty looking toilet. I called to ask if I could change rooms and the man from the front desk named Josh said he didn’t have anything open until morning all he could do is come spray. 5 hours later no one ever came to spray and the roaches were crawling on the nightstand so I called josh for help again and He told me he would come spray and once again he never came so I called my booking company and they told me the guy from the motel said if I check out right now (3:00am) I could get a refund sent which I would have to wait a couple of days to receive. Josh was rude and didn’t seem to care about our feelings or comfort. If I could rate no stars I would I’m sitting here in the middle of the bed in this roach motel with all the lights on so the bugs won’t get on me. Please stay away from here if you don’t like dirty roach infested rooms
A very homely environment. The staff actually love their job and the house keepers enjoy what they do even more. The maintenance guys keep all the wheels turning and the grounds clean enough to eat off 😀. Which only describes the leadership. The manager Ms.Christy is actually from this planet,so come on down, you and did or whiskers because they are pet friendly.
The rooms were good the location I couldn’t complain and the service all around was fantastic, they keep your rooms very clean and the front desk has never given me problems with any of my concerns Sasha is fairly new and is already one of my favorites to see when I come there.
They did a rush job on the cleaning, the closet was missing a sliding door, the shower rod look like someone pulled it from the wall & and super glued it back, the couch was so ripped you couldnt sit on it without ripping your clothes, last but not least... It was infested with roaches. I called that night and they said they would exterminate the next day. Called the next morning and was informed it had already been done less than a week ago, and they would do it again after my checkout. That didnt do me any good, because I became the exterminator myself. The trash was stinky and full, so I dont believe it was being changed properly. The bed only has two sheets and no comforter, and my heater didnt work either. Oh and they arent doing the grab n go breakfast because of Covid. I called corporate to complain, and it only took 3 calls before my call was returned. Thankfully I had pictures and videos to back up my claim, so I was given a full refund.
Positive: The front desk lady is the only person in this hotel who was kind and helpful. She did everything she could to help me. She is the best worker there. She should get a pay raise. Negative: On the website said this hotel comes with breakfast....but it didnt. Also the assistant manager there is rude
Severe roach infestation, could not even use shower. Nobody at front desk to talk to about it. Avoid this place if at all possible.Edit: the next day (today), two different staff members went way out of their way to make it right, and fix a mistake the previous nights staff member had made. One worker helped even though she had just clocked out. So far, no roaches in the new room. I changed my initial one star review to just two stars, as the hotel needs to take some kind of extreme action on the building. Props to the staff members today, you ladies deserve raises and candy.
Excellent location close to walkable had station and several places to eat. The hotel it self was fairly new, had good security, clean the staff was hardworking to ensure the best quality possible. There are smoke detectors and fire suppression devices which is nice because people can cook and possibly cause a fire so I appreciate those safety features.
Positive: The location was the best thing about the hotel. Negative: This hotel has roaches very bad. I spent my time killing roaches, the couch was ripped, the closet door was missing one door, the shower curtain rod look like it had been pulled down and glued back wrong, it wasnt cleaned good, the trash room stinks and
The Manager here is one of the most rude people I have met in my entire life! Not only is she rude, but she goes against company policy to basically do what she wants to do. Her name is Kim and if she is here, trust me you dont want to be. If you happen to pay a little later than 12 pm, she will authorize her employees to go into your room and to take your belongings until youve paid which is not only against Extended stay policy, but it is also against the law. Her boss, the District manager is a very understanding and patient man why he continues to allow her to work for him is beyond me because she is literally trash. Stay far away from this ESA until the management is shuffled around again! Trust me you will thank me for it later.
Do not stay here. First day it seemed ok however I ended up with dead cockroaches in my luggage. The last night we had to book in another hotel because there where cockroaches running everywhere, some where already dead. Very disgusting and very disappointing experience. When I complained they just apologized, nothing else.
We made a reservation through booking.com for 2 nights, got the confirmation as well. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, they said they dont have any rooms available. Pathetic, how can you say you dont have a room when you already sent me a confirmation 5 days ago. You could have sent me an email or something if you are unable to honor your confirmation...On top of that they said they have transferred me to another location which is 12 miles away. This is horrible. I would avoid booking extended stay America next time for sure...
ALOT of cockroaches! Our bedroom door frame was not sealed so you could hear everything in/down the hallway. Our secondary lock in our room was not reliable. During check in we were told that the door to the lobby would lock for security but that unfortunately wasnt true since they had tape over the door latch. I hate to leave a poor review but do not waste your time/money here. (EDIT)We also had holes in our walls and water damage. There was an odd smell in our room and in the hallway. This location seems more like a party spot and not a place for family or people on business trips should be staying. There was alot of odd behavior coming from the workers and individuals staying there.
The best part was the size of the room. The pull out couch mattress was dirty with brown and yellow spots. The room had a constant odor that no deodorize spray would eliminate. Housekeeping was only available upon request. I had to get my own garbage bags and I had to bring my own towels downstairs and hope that they would have more clean towels. The continental breakfast was not a breakfast. Lastly there were Roaches in my Room!!! Next time Im in Houston I will not stay at this establishment!
Cockroaches everywhere. Stay away from this hotel.Update: The owner replies that pest control serviced this hotel. He gave the same reply 2 weeks before to another review. Cockroaches are still there in this hotel. I am saying this after the front desk person moved me between two different rooms due to cockroaches & unclean sofa/bed. The owner is just very negligent of what is happening at his hotel & it is not safe to stay at a place like this especially during a pandemic.Unfortunately for us, it was almost midnight and we had no choice but to stay for the night. We ended up leaving first thing in the morning. We were supposed to stay 2 nights.
It was fan tabulous. I accidentally checked the wrong extended stay on Westheimer. Ive been gone 5 years so apparently there are two now on Westheimer. So, the front desk lady super cool, put me in a deluxe room for nothing additional. ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Ive always stayed at ESA, because I ALWAYS NO WHAT TO EXPECT!! SUPERIOR!
The biggest problem was roaches for us. We got a room on the 4th floor which was filled with roaches, including the bed too. I was staying with my toddler and I was very concerned abt her safety. We changed rooms and came to 1st floor, not as bad as the 4th but still had a few roaches. Also, they did not have breakfast due to covid but no where on the website was that included that they temporarily stopped serving breakfast. Other problems: smelly odor in the rooms, dirty carpets, no housekeeping (unless you ask, and even when I did, they said there was no service that day), had to throw out garbage ourselves. The only good things abt this was the great coffee shop next door, good location, and nice setup of the rooms, especially the kitchen & seating. Sadly, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The roaches ruined a lot of my vacation trip to Houston.
This place was cheap but you get what you pay for. It was infested with cockroaches. The moment we got in and put our bags down, the roaches were out to welcome us. We visit Houston often and have stayed at many different hotels and never had a big problem like this. No comforter was provided either. Just a thin sheet. The only plus was how big the room was but it still looked old and needed a renovation.
Positive: The hotel room was clean and well supplied with soap and towels. The staff was excellent (they listened, were relaxed and pleasant). The location was good because I had quick easy access to the highway and restaurants. Negative: My room was not shielded from the noises made by passing guests in the hallway, there was also some unusual distracting noises from the room above mine. There was no &no kitchen utensils The front of the hotel was not well maintained ( leaves and pool
The hotel staff is typically decent and good to work with. The rooms are very fair sized. Typical bath room setting. Sizable closet, full dresser, entire kitchen ( not just a corner unit, but a full kitchen complete with a bar all in its own segregated room) the living area/bed area is much like a efficiency apartment but still has a sense of separation.
Well first and Foremost, my bad for ALLOWING myself to being tricked by Expedia. It worked too. I was sitting at the other end of westheimer. Why would I want to stay here? You wouldnt! And neither did I. So from actual roaches to ACTUAL ROACHEZ .I dont know where to begin. ESA messed up but kidding putting their name out there. I thought all ESA where same, but thats not true ANYMORE. So, the people were nice/the staff. It was bad, no coffee. Much less cold breakfast or warm anything. Also, Ive had c19, Stop using that as an excuse to do absolutely nothing.
Thee absolute nastiest place I have ever had to stay in. My biggest complaint is the roaches and the disgusting smell throughout the building. On my first night, I was on a zoom meeting eating some takeout. While I was eating (The first night within hours) my box of food was attacked by roaches, literally. So, I am like okay, let me eat standing up. After I finished eating I put my food in the fridge so, I would not attract any more roaches. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the roaches scattered. The furniture here is worn and the curtains have holes in them. The shower? Straight. The shower curtain is nasty. The shower curtain is very worn and has holes throughout. If you like roaches and nauseating smells, this is your place. However, if you want a decent place to stay, go across the street to the other vendors. it is very clean no roaches and for the same price. The only thing you are getting at this Extended Stay is a questionable bed, an abundance of roaches, and nauseating smells throughout the building.
Positive: the room was very spacious and somewhat clean. clean and hot showers. vending and gym was open. Negative: the room smelled like smoke (which can attach to your clothes). i did see (smush) about 5 or 6 tiny roaches. the microwave didn¿t work (it was stuck on one setting). the ac unit was malfunctioning.
Positive: The front desk Lady,  works second shift (3pm-11pm). Her customer service was exceptional. Josh, also front-desk, was friendly and responsive. Negative: Smoking Room (I specifically booked Non-Smoking Room), Filthy Carpet, Very slow dripping Water from faucet, Broken light Lamp, Non-working bathroom Vent, Broken inside door lock. Courtney, front-desk: Unfriendly, terrible attitude and customer service!
I hate writing bad reviews but this warranted it. Absolutely horrible place to stay. The room wreaked of smoke and had roaches crawling around. Not to mention I dont think the sheets were changed because there was blood spots on the bed and lots of hairs on the bed. The noise was bad at all hours of the night with people fighting and cussing at each other.
I just moved to Houston and I just needed some place to lay my head. This place is cheap and has okay reviews but this place is more like a halfway house. On top of that add the roaches and I’m now uncomfortable, feeling unsafe and at risk of an infestation. Welcome to Houston!
Checked my mother into this hotel because it was the only one available, she had evacuated from New Orleans due to Hurricane Ida. The hotel is very nice from the outside but inside, you check into the room, its decent and spacious + amenities, so thats a great...my mom texted me around 3AM, highly disappointed because there were LOTS of roaches. SMH. They have got to do better and clean up, especially during COVID-19. It is filthy, I am currently looking for another hotel to check my mother into, this is ridiculous and disgusting for how much they are charging. Will not recommend. (there were a lot more bugs, but my mom cleaned up in there like she always does & she shouldnt have to do that) ALSO, over the phone they told me $58 but charged my mom $67, she couldnt even explain to me why she was charging $67. Just wrong.
This room was roach infested. Roaches everywhere, I literally woke up to a roaches crawling next to me.The staff act as if it was normal to live & sleep with roaches..To me they wasn’t helpful at all. I’ve stay at plenty extended stays, none was as bad as this experience
Positive: I go to Houston two hours early got to yhe hotel at 245 and they did not have a room for me. they transfer me tpo another one which was 20 miles away and when I got there they did not have a room for me so I were transfer to another one close by and check Negative: in I did not get a room until 3 hours after my original check in time after driving in bumper to bumper traffic
Positive: The people were extremely pleasant. Negative: I was charged $29.95 for my service animal, there were people loitering in the parking lot and there was a guy sitting in the lobby all hours of the day and night eating and just there and he did not appear to be a guest.
If I could give it 0 stars I would this place was horrible like HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !! They were INFESTED with ROACHES like not just 1 or 2 FAMILIES !!!!!!! They were ready to jump me and my friends everytime we walked into the room we had to check out immediately the heat didn’t work we were freezing the one night we slept there and they don’t care about any of these issues they say it’s normal well it’s not normal for people visiting your city !!!! This was my worst experience at any hotel motel yotel whatever this was it was degrading !! I’ve been to many states and countries and never experienced anything like this I’m appalled !
On july 18th 2021 i checked in thinking i was going to enjoy my stay but things wasnt all great.....the room was a nice size. but it had roaches and the elevator didnt work. the air barely worked the room would b cold for 2 mins thn bck hot. the old lady who helped me check in was nice bhut the black lady who i spoke to bout canceling my 2nd nite n checking out was rude astf. but in the all im not staying there again
This place wasnt the cleanest. We found condoms in the kitchen cabinet, baby diapers in the trash bin, and red stains all over the carpet AFTER our move in.Additionally, the tenants are not the cleanest, there are weird smells in the hallways, and people are generally loud and disrespectful for no reason. Spend a little more money and go to another place cleaner and less problematic. Staff could do a better job cleaning especially during a pandemic.
Room was clean enough. Ac/heating worked fine. Not a roach in sight. Water for shower/bath gets hot like women love! Quiet hotel, not family/kid friendly so there were no kids running through the hotel or playing in the elevators. Grab and go breakfast, very moist muffins. Front desk and housekeeping kind of mind their business, no Chic Fil A customer service but also no rudeness. Price was great. Location easy to find and within walking distance of bus stops and great restaurants. Planning next trip!!!
Visited a friend here during the Artic Freeze and I must say this Hotel is disgusting. The whole atmosphere was horrific, the room had a strong odor and the furniture was very outdated. My friend complained of roaches, definitely a NO for anyone inquiring of this location, maybe try Stafford or Sugarland‼️‼️
Well first of all I know this hotel is rated as a 2 1/2 star but it should be at least a 4 star. The desk lady Daniela is my favorite. She is the epitome of the way to be professional and friendly. Not that there was many but anything that she couldn’t take care of Management was there swiftly to back her up. I also like that it’s a hop skip and a jump near everything you need from food to entertainment...I’m definitely staying here again. Thanks guys!!!
If you enjoy mildewed hallways, constant smell of weed everywhere, side doors propped open at night letting in strangers, partying until 4AM and no one ever at the front desk, well then this is the place for you.I really enjoyed a location with a kitchen with literally not a single utensil, plate, bowl, rag, towel etc in it. It made it very convenient to cook. Oh and of course the front desk doesnt even have half the things you need if you go down and ask. Dont be a fool and think you actually need these things in a kitchenette. This place is an utter joke.I highly advise to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Not family friendly. Came across 7 roaches that we saw (who knows what was going on when we werent there or at night). We tried to stay busy all day and night to avoid the disgust. I also had to purchase a scented plug in to cover the cigarette smell which was in a non-smoking room. Never again. Lesson learned, I will forever invest more in our hotels because of this place--its just not worth it. They also dont tell you ahead of time that housekeeping is not included--this may be a reason why there are roaches. They should really consider a good pest control service.
BE CAREFUL OF GIVING THIS HOTEL YOUR CARD! They tried numerous times to scam myself and my employees. If I had not spent hours on the phone with Expedia and corporate to investigate all the unauthorized charges they would have gotten away with stealing our money! Alyssa is a liar and will do it right to your face to try to cover her tracks! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL ESPECIALLY IF YOU OWN A COMPANY!
To be completely honest, this was a horrible hotel experience. As we checked in, we were greeted by a nice lady whom we received our keys from. Then, as we traveled the halls it smelled like weed, cigarettes, and mildew throughout the entire building. The rooms were alright, nothing fancy, but has NO kitchen utensils. That should be included at the least. The pull out bed was absolutely disgusting and the internet was slow. But the most absolute disappointing thing about this place was their so- called breakfast. It was literally a small table with coffee and the cheapest granola bars possible. That, was the worst thing. And not to mention the fitness room with only an elliptical and treadmill. The only thing good about this place was the service desk woman. She was very nice. Other than that, there is virtually no point in coming here, a waste of money.
I wish I could give a 0 stars. The elevator was broken. The cop arrested a john and prostitute the first night, pimp got away. People were doing drug deals in the parking lot. I got bed bugs while I stayed there. Im getting over a 1st degree chemical burn and now I got bed bugs bites all over the same spot. I just got done with my steroid cycle. The doctor said we have to wait and see if it gets infected. The staff were really nice and I feel sorry they have to work there.
Clean super friendly respectful amd i love them i accadently locked my key in the car amd the manager and security guard helped me with out calling AAA thank you so much sandy amd the nite time security. I recomend this hotel to any one with or with out family and the moring staff uff I love christa Carolan Josh and nite staff dont ever change yall is the best. My go to hotel #home. 1000000 stars from me .
Stayed here 1 night during a business trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities are fair. Room is spacious and it had a full service kitchen, which is great. I was disappointed at the noise. This is a pay by week type of place and they have a lot of displaced and relocating families. Children were running down hallways yelling, doors were slamming and you could hear it although the television was on at average volume. Someone was cooking fish on my floor so the elevator and the hallways were innudated with fish/grease smells. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Some of the guests were sketchy so I was nervous while walking to and from my car. The area is close to a business district and The Galleria so I was surprised. I like Extended Stays but I dont think Ill come back to this location.
The place was horrible. It was hair everywhere all in the shower on the toilet all on the counters and im the bed. I asked the night attended for more sheets he told me that I had to bring the old ones. Went up and came back in no longer than 2 minutes and he was gone didnt return for at least and hour and then have VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS TRAP SPOT AGAIN.
I wanted to give this place a 2 star rating because of the building location, reasonable room quality and several front desk workers that truly care- but, I couldn’t due to the weight of the negatives. The cons were the speed and quality of service, safety outside of the room and building, and encounters with staff and others within the property. Please read my complete review below and research this location before booking a room. From my experience, I have seen fist fights in the hallway, homeless people throwing up in the stairwell, and many people who do not have a room in the building coming in and out using many of the amenities like the pool. I have been catcalled, followed, and harassed by the people walking in and around the building. The rooms are in reasonable condition, but do not expect to see house keeping as often as promised which was once a week. I stayed 12 weeks and house keeping only came 6 times. There were several spots in the room where a hot pink dye was splattered on the carpet, sink and flooring. The walls have a few small scratches that were expected with regular usage of the rooms. New linens may have stains or burn marks, this happened twice. Many times the front desk was notified with several complaints about service issues that resulted from being short staffed. The quality of other guests can be questionable from week to week. One week can be nice where no one can be seen in the hallways and limited noises coming through the wall. Other weeks there will be people who throw chairs out of the windows at 2am, people screaming in the hallways, people passed out in the parking lot, people looking into your vehicles, or following you to you car asking for change or entrance into the building. The police is there on a regular basis. I have heard that security will leave the premises at 11pm every day. Most of the complaints I have about this location are about the people. If you walk in and out of your room quickly, you will not see many of these activities. The positives notes on this location is it has a good monthly rate, is close to businesses, and it is near many great food locations.
They gave away the room I paid to reserve and did nothing to accommodate my family and I. They stuck us in a smaller room, but we had already paid and it was late and had no way of changing hotels on such short notice. Guest Relations was very rude.THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. It consists of Nature Valley granola bars and coffee. That is not a continental breakfast. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but the whole floor smells of cigarettes. The worst experience we have had staying at any hotel.
Cheap option which is good. Says offeres breakfast but does not. Hallways smell disgusting. Its indescribable. Something along the lines of rotten hamburger helper. Dusty. And I stayed for 2 days and checked out ONTIME . And they charged me an extra day (76.05). Tried to call them and get it taken off but was blown off and told I have to wait for a call back which hasnt happened yet. So Ive had to file a bank claim and cannot get my money back until that is figured out. Friendly staff but overall experience was not good.JUST SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY TO STAY IN A BETTER PLACE.
Im visiting Westchase extended stay from California and the rooms are very comfortable and provide everything one would need for an extended vacation, the pool is clean and the rooms are immaculate. the staff has been very helpful in helping me know my way around and the manager Victoria also the front desk clerk Desire has gone above and beyond providing me with quality service accommodating my every need to help make my stay pleasant. I would recommend anyone to stay here. for the low rates you cant beat it
Really struggling to see how this hotel has almost 4 stars. Upon check in room seemed clean..traveling with smaller children I always thoroughly inspect the area. When I checked the bed, I pulled the cover back to reveal nothing multiple long hairs and even stains! Yuck! My husband pulled the sheet back to reveal what looked like blood on the mattress cover. That was enough for us to pack up and leave. To be noted that the pull out bed was not stocked with sheets, pillows, blanket. The roll chairs leg was broken off, which I almost fell out of not knowing it was broke. The halls and elevator smelled like weed. Nothing says welcome to Extended Stay like smelling weed while trying to be on vacation with your kids! Get it together Extended Stay!
This stay has been alright. First week no hot water. Not really alot of good channels on tv. You have to ask for the good stuff. And you have to clean your own room. Ladies only come once a week. You take out your own trash. If your desperate. I guess it would work. But for the price you could find way better out there.
Update to m previous 1-Star review:So I FINALLY arrive to my checkout day and my overall stay was just as bad as the initial nights! My room phone was NEVER fixed (even though a letter was slid under my door stating it would be fixed on March 9th - its the 12th today)! The marijuana stench that lingered throughout the 3rd floor has somewhat dissipated. The front desk tried to impose a rate increase but luckily I paid my entire stay in full online so they can kick rocks! Oh, and roaches still run the joint! I wish I could leave -5 STARS! In all, there are hundreds of great hotels and places to stay in Houston - THIS AINT ONE OF EM! Keep driving folks!
The rooms at this location were a much nicer layout than the Extended Stay America hotels weve stayed at in Austin. The kitchenette was a fully functioning kitchen including an oven. The room was pretty spacious with more than enough room to walk around. The location was alright. Its right near a busy toll road so that was to be expected. The service was ok. Didnt have much contact with anyone who worked there other than check in/out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
What do I say. The rooms are very nice and the front desk staff is great. But management is a totally different story. I stayed at this establishment for 4.5 months and management had changed and the first manager was not perfect but the new management is HORRIBLE. They run this place like a prison please stay away from this place if you like to be treated with dignity. There are homeless people sneaking in the stairwell and will try to rob you. They will change the rates on you without telling you. They will tell you that you have credit on your folio and then steal that credit away and say Oh well. The cable will be out for weeks. They shut off the gas and there was not any hot water to bathe for almost a week. The new manager Alisa is horrible, uncaring. There are tons of roaches.
First impressions are very important! The lobby of this hotel says a lot. The furniture in the lobby is old and worn out. The walls are scuffed and need repainting. The odor is not very pleasant. As for the room itself, it was ok but could use some updating as well. The bed was too small and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Really the only positive was the full kitchen. We had a reservation for 3 nights but changed to one night and will find somewhere else to stay the other 2 nights. Most likely will not be returning to this hotel:(
I needed a handicap room as Im awaiting hip replacement surgery. The staff, most notably Victoria, went beyond my expectations to make it possible. Im grateful for the cleanliness and proximity of this Westchase location and Ill recommend Extended Stay Hotels to all.
Front desk personnel act as though they are better than the guests and have an attitude any time you have a question or request. The overall property is in a good location and is a good value for the stay. If you want the amenities of a kitchen, living area and bedroom space, the property is worth the value.
I disagree with extended stay they have roaches all in the rooms the whole weekend I was there I complained about the roaches and I was tied them all in the bed they was all over the place I tried calling to get another room they said they did not have any I tried to get my money back I couldnt get my money back I tried contacting the main office to talk to someone never talk to someone but I would never stay there again
OK, nothing special, but not worth the price. Room was clean. Other hotel guests shady. In week I was there, 4th floor had a drug raid. Also, was woken up by loud screams and wailing because lady next door had been robbed. Again, hotel itself wasnt too bad, but be watchful of your surroundings. Also, do not plan on asking the front desk about ANYTHING. They know nothing...how to transfer a call to your room, how to extend your stay for a night, nothing. Dont expect to eat breakfast either, unless you are standing in line like at a soup kitchen at 6am. Then you may get a granola bar, if you are lucky. Basically, the 3 stars I am giving is for the shape of the room and cleanliness of Tue room. Everything else, not worth the $$$
This hotel is disqusting and dirty. The second we walked into the room we look around to find little roaches all over the walls, cabinets and table. We didnt take the time to inspect the room anymore because we were disgusted. The place is clearly infested. We immediately left. Do not stay here.
This hotel is not safe for you. The last time I was at this hotel there were series of burglaries in a broad day light. Cars were broken into. My lexus was damaged by the burglars. Police was called to the scene. The hotel managment promised to repair my car for me. Its been more than one month now and the Manager Victoria Rodriguez stopped taking my calls . when I got there she will not even come out to see me. The staff pretends to be very nice but wait until something happens then you will know that they are fake. Please, dont stay there its not safe. There are all kinds of noises in the hall way at night. Couples fighting sometimes. People roam in and out of the hotel because there is no security.I have no choice than to take them to court now to fix my car.Again, the manager Victoria Rodriguez is fake. This hotel has no security and its not safe
Do Not Stay Here....Checked in only to find dog hairs all over the room. Dirty comb with dog hairs left on the chair.Received a new room but could not rest due to the fact that kids were allowed to run and jump upstairs in the room and hallways. Notified the front desk who already heard it from the first floor. It stopped for a while but continued later. Left only to come back to no power. Power came back on but the television did not work. Front desk said cable would be on in 10 minutes. It did not come back on until the next day.Was hungry the first night and couldnt heat up my food because the microwave didnt work. Front desk said they would send another but no one did. Went to sleep hungry. Woke up for breakfast at 8:30 where none was left. Front desk said manager was bringing some but still none was available.Second evening finally got a microwave.Decided to cook because I was starving. Oven released so much smoke I thought I would set off the alarm. Requested cooking material which advertises it will be brought to you but front desk says to come down and pick it up.No housekeeping came to the room and no clean towels were available for 2 days. Front desk kept saying they were waiting for some. THE TOILET RUNS ALL NIGHT AND DAY!Called front desk again about the noise upstairs again for the second night.Got up for breakfast day two at 6:00am waited till 6:45 and no breakfast available again. This has been the worst hotel stay Ive ever had. I spoke to an assistant manager who offered 20%off but I will be contacting the general manager because this is definitely false advertisement. We chose this hotel through Priceline because of the breakfast and kitchen and were unable to use either. If you want to rest or relax STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

2022-04-05The best customer service of any hotel that I have stayed in my 50 plus years of traveling. The managers always make you feel at home and they sincerely care about your comfort. Caroline and Cristie resolve any issues immediately. ESA is lucky to have them on the team and they work extremely well together.

2022-05-10Positive: Location was good and fridge was adequate. Mirrored closet was helpful Negative: There were only 3 hangars, had to request kitchen supplies even though it was included. Not sure abt neighborhood; 1st day was offered meth in the parking lot!

2022-04-19My husband and I were in town on business for a week. We needed somewhere we could possibly cook instead of going out to eat.We had to change rooms twice and the second room was not much better. The rooms say no smoking but they smell like someone just put out a cigarette everyday. The refrigerator had hair in it. You had to take your towels down and wait until they washed them to get new ones. The residents were loud and slammed doors all night. Its was horrible! I would not recommend these to anyone.absolutely horrible.

2022-06-11Ill start off by saying do not waste your money here. First off I asked the man that works up front on a Friday if I could get a extra pillow because Im pregnant and forgot my pregnancy pillow and was told he didnt have any more ok. 2nd the breakfast was nothing. Instant Grits, instant oatmeal, muffin coffee and hot chocolate thats it. 3rd one of the reasons for me staying at a motel for the weekend was the pool. Friday night the pool was open I was like great. Saturday afternoon pool has a sign that says open but is locked. So I went to the office. Same guy tells me that they shocked it so they cant allow anyone in the pool. Are u serious. On a Saturday busy day for pools u shocked it and its now closed. 4th there are roaches in the room as well. I will not be back here again. Only reason 2 stars is because the shower was nice and air conditioner works great.

2022-05-18Positive: The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for where I needed to be. Negative: The room was full of roaches, I honestly never unpacked or even slept in the room. I had to get a room in another hotel.

2022-04-24Positive: NOTHING!!! Negative: The room was not clean, there were roaches, it had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, the refrigerator had hair in it, there were shady people standing around outside. We could not get clean towels, we had to take our dirty towels down and they wash.

2022-05-03Positive: Nothing! The hotel literally had roaches crawling on the bed. We left and did not not spend the night. Worst hotel experience of my life. Negative: The roaches, and it said it was a nonsmoking hotel but you enter and it smells like cigarettes.
