It’s hard moving at summer in Texas. I’m not saying this place fixed that but it did make it a bit better. Right off the highway behind a gate. The manager took good care of us. She even saw we were struggling in the sun and brought us some extra water. Worth a look.

Came in looking for a storage space and was blown away by the service I received. The manager of duty Duayne helped make the process quick and easy. He helped me figure out the best storage for my needs and even took my mind off a rough day with friendly conversation. Customer service seems to have been a lost art in a lot of businesses so I hope this man is recognized for his efforts.

Torra called me the same day I booked a storage unit to make sure I had all my information and answered all my questions. Great customer Service! Torra said I want to make sure you have everything and your questions are answered before our office closes. No one does this!!

Excellent customer service from Extra Space Storage in Bedford Tx. Stored a vehicle for 3.5 months without issue. My only complaint is that you can count on a price increase after your 3rd month.

So easy to rent storage and Tora is so nice and easy to work with. This is our 2nd time renting space here!! We just rented another small space here. Always seem to have what need quick!

I have been storing things at this facility for over ten years. The staff is very friendly and informative, the place is clean and well maintained, and the location is right off of 183 and easy to get to. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
