They were able to send someone out within a day, and the service tech, Larry, was able to replace the part (capacitor) and get my AC running cold again. I was very happy with the customer service, Larry seemed really knowledgeable, and they charged me a fair price. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needed AC repair!
EZ Repair is a company that I recommend 100% to my family and friends. Right when I had lost faith in AC companies EZ Air came through for me and my family. On 6/10/2022 Enrique Zuniga and Jonathan the (GM) worked together to get me out literally of the heated (100+ degree) situation I was in. Our AC system was 17 years old and had completely died on 6/8. We needed a whole new system, I called them Thursday night, had a scheduled appointment with Enrique at 9am the next day on Friday. The same day that Friday afternoon they had a quote and plan to come Saturday at 8am to install our AC and by noon our home was feeling much more better as the 100+ degrees weather was kicking in. I really feel like they care about each customer and strive to provide the best customer service and pricing. They were super patient and considerate with me during this whole process and addressed all my questions. I feel really blessed to have found them online while searching for a Carrier vendor. Even the installation crew were awesome, respectful, on time, focused and cleaned up after the installation. Definitely using them for all my future AC maintenance, issues and needs. Thank you Enrique Zuniga, Jonathan the (GM) and your team for all that you do.
The EZ team was very professional, polite, and competent. In spite of supply chain issues plaguing the industry, I only had to wait a few days after signing the contract until they were right on time to install the system. They installed a complete HVAC system and even provided some extra services that were not charged, such as a new in furnace filter and cleaning and adjusting register vents. To top it off they were the low bidder among a group of excellent competitors.
I asked around and got 4 different estimates from local companies. They had the best quality products and service packages. They did everything in one day and were very professional. They even took the time to explain the maintenance that should be done and answered evey question I had. Communication with this company was excellent. I received email and text reminders of my appointment today, and the specialist, Emmanuel, called when he was within ~10 minutes of my house. Emmanuel explained the service he was going to complete beforehand as well as the results he found after service. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. Thanks for a great experience!
Communication was great from the beginning. They were very responsive and worked with me on a time for the service.James arrived on time. He asked questions about the issue and any previous maintenance history. He also checked if the unit was stoll jn warranty. He quickly isolated the issue and explained what he was checking. He got the unit running to check everything. He showed me his readings and how they matched up to the specs. He sent me an email with pictures if the pressure readings and a description of the work done.I really appreciated the integrity this company and technician has.The price was very reasonable and straight forward. I will use them again for sure.
Arrived to perform Summer AC maintenance and installed and programmed new infinity controller under warranty. Helped me connect my phone to infinity and will continue to work with me if I run into any problems. He was very helpful and answered my questions. Great service! Very satisfied with the expansion valve replacement and all that it entailed. I appreciated that the work was completed in record time to meet my needs! James has done our HVAC system maintenance for years and has been consistently punctual, professional and courteous in his manners. He answered all my questions, explained what each diagnostic readings meant and took pictures of those readings to memorialize for the company and for my reference. All in all, a great experience.
I love to write positive reviews about companies that provide honest, professional and quality service and thats what makes this one especially meaningful and well deserved. Since my wife and I originally purchased our home in 1990, weve had nothing but problems with the system and those companies that came out for repair or replacement until now. I wish we had found you all much sooner but better late, than never, right? Anyway, we had a system that was working but as it current stood, would fail at any time. This unrelenting heat was just taxing the system and we were expecting the fan motor in particular to fail. We had another company come out and they concluded that the replacement fan would cost over $2000, and that the compressor was on its last legs, and it was just a better decision to replace the whole system at a cost of between $12K-$18. Ok, time for a second opinion but who? As luck would have it, a few days later my dads system shut down. My out of state brother did some online research and found EZ Air. They quickly responded and got my dads system up and running and at a very reasonable cost. They were honest, professional and according to my dad who will tell you he knows a thing or two about HVAC, they knew what they were doing, and that the technician that came out knows his stuff, James Lara. After that positive experience, we had them come out and give us an estimate. Again, James came out and we gave him a run down of what the other company said and let him do his own diagnostic and system analysis. My wife gave him a history of the previous work and upon hearing this, he said he would check to see if the fan motor would still be covered under the manufacturers warranty. Sure enough, it was. His recommended course of action was replacement under warranty for the fan and a new capacitor that seemed to be underperforming and would provide a level of confidence that it would not be a failure point during this heat. All we would have to do is cover the labor for each and the cost of the capacitor, and we should be good for the foreseeable future. We understand that the system is not new and potentially might need replacement in the near future and if it does, we are confident that EZ Air will be the team that gets the work. Thanks again James and EZ Air team! You all were able to not only meet our expectations but exceed them and that we cannot say has ever been our experience since becoming homeowners way back in 1991.

Great service & professional staff. Always on time. I got a phone call 45mins before arrival, which was nice. I signed up for 3 years of routine maintenance. Thorough review of A/C unit with photos. Appointment lasted about an hour. Gerardo was very nice & knowledgable.

Unit installed on 02/11/21. We are very happy with our new A/C unit.Everyone from the owner, office manage to the install team, were great to work with, very professional & hard working group of people. Install day was very cold & very rainy. The install team worked hard ALL Day to get the unit installed. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. And that they did that day. The owner, Mr. Zapata, came by after the install. He went over the new thermostat with us & also made sure we were happy with the install. We feel like they are a very reputable & honest company. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I contracted with Enrique, Jonathan, and the team to Install a Carrier AC system, dehumidifier, filter system, and an ERV along with all the ducts and trim work in my house I was building. They were fantastic to work with along the way, were responsive and answered any calls I had promptly, were incredibly professional, and the work they performed was fantastic. I have already recommended them multiple times and will continue to do so, and also will be using them for maintenance as needed. Highly recommend.
The service was great! Gerardo A. did an amazing job at repairing my AC, turns out the part that was needed is on back order until end of October, he went above and beyond to find a temporary solution that would not leave us stranded with no AC during the summer, and I am so grateful for that. We still need to wait for the replacement part to come, but we survived the end of the summer. I will definitely call them again in case I need any repairs or maintenance to my AC unit.
Chris Gomez was great, he gave me a call to tell me he was in his way, showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC. A part for my unit needed to be replaced, he went and purchased it and the problem was fixed rapidly upon his return. Very professional and efficient work and the fee was less than I expected! EZ Air Conditioning installed a new high-efficiency Carrier HVAC system 3-3021. They did an excellent job from diagnosing exactly why the old unit stopped working and what new system would solve my AC and heating requirements. Jonathon explained all the options and was very helpful from start too finish. Chris and Larry are excellent Carrier exerts and were able to diagnose why the old unit failed after the freeze in February 2021. Also, Enrique stayed late on the installation day and patiently explained how to work the new thermostat. EZ AC has an excellent, professional, and responsive team. Therefore, it is very easy for me to highly recommend EZ Air Conditioning for all your AC and heating needs.
As a Realtor, I have many different AC experts who had helped clients in the past. When we purchased our home in 2018 I received quotes from those companies that I knew and then I came across with EZ air conditioning and idecided to get a quote from them as well. When Enrique arrived to our home to give us the estimate I knew I had done right by calling them. He was very polite, professional and upfront. I told him we had a budget so he gave us 4 different quotes, and to my surprise the best option was actually within our budget and it beat the other companies. We went ahead and agreed and they came in no time and installed our new furnace, and outside AC unit. I now, only recommend them to all my clients because of the great experience I had. I used them for services on the AC system that came with my house and when it came time to do a full upgrade, they had the best deal with a clear understanding of all the options that were available to me and suited to my home. Installation was timely and completed in a professional manner. They even took the time to troubleshoot parts of the system to make sure I wouldn’t have any issues going forward and customized parts of the air handling to my requests. I continue to use them because they have been so competent, dependable and willing to go the extra mile to help me with my system needs. I think they have been the best of any air conditioner company that I have ever worked with. As a result, I had Mr. Enrique install two new Carrier Infinity systems. He did Manual J calculations to properly size the systems and offered me several models for my selection. I did a fair amount of research on my own; so, I had a lot of questions about each system. Mr. Enrique was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the details that I requested. . Another thing that was especially helpful was that he answered all my questions in writing. That way, I had those notes to refer to as we progressed toward deciding which systems to have installed. His whole team was very cooperative, helpful, professional and respectful. I rarely post reviews but I had to give kudos to the folks at EZ A/C. We first became acquainted with the company when we had problems with one of our A/C units. It was supposed to be under warranty but no one in town would honor it. These guys helped us keep that system running so when it was time for a new air conditioner they were at the top of my list.These days it seems like finding a service company that you can depend on can be quite a challenge but EZ A/C is awesome! The level of service they provided was outstanding, from the initial call to schedule an appointment to the clean-up after the installation was completed. Also, the prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend EZ to my family, friends, or anyone else looking for a great HVAC company.

I am extremely pleased with the service I was provided. I actually had a different company come check my AC unit to diagnose the problem and give me a quote. I felt the quote was a bit high, and I had EZ Air Conditioning come for a 2nd opinion. They verified the problem and provided a quote that was around 60 percent less than the quote from the first company. Gerardo was the tech who serviced my AC unit and he was very courteous, professional, informative, and thorough in completing his work. Jonathan was the manager I spoke with on the phone and he was excellent!! He guaranteed the companys work and made me feel very comfortable with selecting his company for the 2nd opinion. He assured me they would fix the problem and give me a way better price than my quote from the first company. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am and thankful I am to EZ Air Conditioning for coming out the same day I called to fix my AC unit. They are completely trustworthy and honest. We bought our home in 2019 and had an older system and wanted to get a higher SEER system. We got quotes from 8-9 companies and went with the middle priced company, which was E-Z Air. EZ air provided us with a great discount for being military and allowed us to use CPS rebates towards the unit itself. We even installed an air filter system. We purchased a maintenance plan and they have been on top of seasonal check-up for the past couples years since our new Carrier System was installed in 2019.
EZ Air Conditioning was a very quick and professional company. I explained what I needed and the receptionist was able to set me up with James. He was a complete professional who explained the entire process. He did recommend minor adjustments, but I did not feel pressured or upsold as I have with other companies. 5 star service and would recommend this to anyone needing HVAC service.
Found EZ Air through a google search for AC companies in the area. What a find! Heat not working after coming back in town. Though not an emergency, when i called for a service call appointment. They were able to come right away (within the hour). The service rep, Jaime, was courteous and considerate. Im grateful when they use the shoe covers. Rep found the issue quickly. Reviewed the problem and explained the remedy. The service cost was reasonable and affordable. You always cross your fingers at these times. EZ gets extra marks for value and quality for the money. Im happy and comfortable. Thanks EZ and kudos to Jaime for his professionalism and his customer service skills. I will keep their number handy.
I had a wonderful Experience with the team at EZ Air & Heating. They worked with me to install a complete replacement of my old system. They exhibited great professionalism from the start and I was really impressed with their team and how diligently they work. Enrique and his whole team are very courteous from the start. Our unit was freezing up and we called EZ Air conditioning. The service was friendly, we got an appointment the same day. Gerardo came out and was very polite, knowledgeable and got right to work. We loved the flexible options to fix the unit and were comfortable with what was in our price range. Him and his partner both respected my family and house, they wore protective shoe covers indoors. All our questions were answered and our unit is not only running, it feels cooler than before! Highly recommend
Having Served almost 36 years in the military (and still serving) these folks have been our go to HVAC company. We first bought our home in San Antonio back in 2012, we had some A/C issues and the first company that came out wanted us to buy a whole new system. I called EZ Air for a second opinion and they were able to repair it on the spot at very minimal cost. So fast forward to now (June 2020) I am currently deployed and had to do everything by cell phone. Our A/C had gone out and once again EZ came out and got it repaired. Still they did not pressure me to buy a new system (the system was installed in 2003), it was me who thought, boy this system might need to be changed out! So I initiated the request for a new system. Gerardo was our repair person and the person who gathered all the pertinant information to help get the estimates for the new system, he did a great job and was very professional. Jonathan helped me figure out the best options along with payment choices over the phone, he even waited an extra day before billing me to make sure everything was working! These guys are fantastic! Enrique, is the owner and I spoke to him back in 2012 to thank him for the quick service and the professionalism of his employees, at that time I told him when it was time to get a new HVAC, they would be the first to know. And guess what, they were the first to know! Thanks so much everything and we will be heading back to San Antonio in about 1 year to retire and I know our system will be working great thanks to the EZ Team! I called EZ because our heat pump was freezing up. I called at 3:45 in the afternoon and they actually sent a tech that evening. His name was Gerardo. I feel we were very lucky to have him come over. Not only was in 25 degrees out, he fixed our problem right then. Absolutely a great asset to this company. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. Explained everything to us and most importantly, fixed the heat pump. Thank you Gerardo. It was a pleasure to meet you.
Our AC system stopped working on Monday. I left EZ Air a message at 9 pm and received a response within 10 minutes. Enrique came out the next day and was very thorough in explaining our options for replacing our system. The installed the system today and were great. They cleaned all the mold out of the AC closet, rebuilt the platform that was in bad shape due to water damage and installed proper insulation in all the places that had worn out over the years. We’re pleased with the new system and the price was very reasonable. Thank you EZ Air for getting us back in cool air in this August heat!
EZ Air Conditioning and Heating is a professional, honest, and reliable business. I experienced their excellent service and decided to buy a new AC and heating system with them. They came to assess the house and convinced me to reduce my AC capacity to save cost and energy. Thanks to Enrique Zuniga and his team for such a high-quality service.
Not a reliable company to work with. They came to check my AC on day 1 and did not do anything to find leak. Just left site with filling 4.5 LB R410 ($120/LB) for total $982 service charge. $120/LB price is 6 times actual market price per pound of refrigerant. I was told there is nothing they can do to inspect the leak. A week later AC stopped blowing cold air again.
Ive always used EZ for my AC maintenance and repairs, and I have found them pretty reasonable, but mostly honest people. In the past, I have always requested and was sent the same AC repair guy, Chris who I felt was really honest and I had a good feeling about. Did a good job. He has since got a promotion! Good job Chris! So on to the next repair guy, Gerardo. Good 1st experience. Thank you guys for all yall do!
Over the years I have had multiple AC companies service and repair our systems. All but one tried to do more than was necessary or try and replace my system entirely. EZ is the only one that was up front, honest, and did what was necessary. They earned my complete trust and they always do the right thing. Best AC company in San Antonio without a doubt.
Just like to say that I was very happy with the response that EZ Air had to my request for service. Their schedule was very busy for the day I needed them, however, they were able to fit me. It was a life saver. The inside of my home was getting up near 90 degrees. I really appreciate that they saved us from another day of high temperatures inside my home. The techs that came out, Jaime and Edgar, were very polite and professional. They took that time to explain what was wrong with the A/C unit. In less than an hour my A/C was back up and running perfectly. The techs were awesome. I recommend EZ Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone needing A/C service. I will be using them again for any future A/C needs.
I definitely recommend EZ. My air went out in 100+ degree weather. I called two companies from TV ads. Long story short both gave different stories but said I needed new central air units from 7-10K. A woman in 100 degree heat they thought I would jump.. I didnt. Friend had used EZ and suggested I contact them before deciding.Jesus came out listened to what I reported. Checked and saw no current to thermostat, went outside and saw issue there and went up in hot hot attic for a good 10 minutes and confirmed there was no Freon leak that previous guy heard.He and Chris did all needed repair and literally saved me thousands of dollars. I waited six weeks before submitting this evaluation to be sure I was happy.They are in the repair/service business. When my unit eventually does need replacement you know where I will go...honest and totally professional.
Jonathan and his team are excellent at what they do! They facilitated the entire process and made it easy and stress-free. They were concerned with my partners breathing condition and wanted to make sure he was comfortable. We went over lots of details and added mechanisms and features to improve the air quality in our home. they were very patient in negotiating the contract and detials and also gave us rebates for our utility company and for the manufacturers. EZ AC and Heating provided a good product that cools my mothers home efficiently and met our budget, faciliting the process and making it less stressful for me. From the moment I called them to installation, they provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond what I expected, as if we were family.EZ provided an accurate diagnosis of the problem. I had many questions before choosing the best course of action. That same day, Johnathan, the general manager called back and took the time to explain the product choices.Johnathan ensured I understood the products and how to maintain an AC. The following day, EZ sent me three proposals to consider. I made a sound choice, armed with information.Installation was scheduled 2 days out. To make sure my mom was comfortable, EZ dispatched crew members to install freon free of charge.On installation day, the crew showed up on time and worked diligently to remove the old unit and install the new. They were well trained, listened, and were respectful. I have recommended EZ to others since then and will be a repeat customer for any future service.
This has been my first experience dealing with AC issues and at first it was not going good at all having dealt with another group before putting my trust into EZ. From the moment I called and getting the best customer service while setting up an appointment to having Jaime (technician) arriving earlier then the given time frame. Jaime was very informative and helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our issues and questions and made sure we were aware of the process and time frame of how things would progress. We received our proposals from the manager Mr. Hernandez and he made sure to go over every detail and option that would fit our budget for our family, he made sure we felt comfortable and knowledgeable before making our choice and even made sure to assist us with any financial questions or concerns. Mr. Hernandez even scheduled a technician to come out and install a portable AC unit for our kids to feel comfortable until our scheduled unit would be installed 2 days later. And when the install technician Gerardo and his partner came out to install they were also so helpful and courteous and went over all the details and made sure before leaving that I had not questions or concerns. This experience that was so horrible in the beginning was later made to be such an amazing experience because of EZ and the employees making my husband and family feeling like we mattered and not alone in a situation that this TExas heat makes very unbearable. Upgraded to a Carrier Seer 18+ variable A/C w/gas furnace.The relative small cost to upgrade to the most efficient system has resulted in less operational costs every month and 10x the comfort. 10 yr warranty and low cost 3yr maintenance plan with EZ is totally worth.EZ was awesome to work with and establish the best system options for me and my household.I talked with 4-5 quotes, EZ was hands down no games, no gimmicks, straight up clear choices, and absolute best pricing.Thanks EZ and your awesome crew.
What a WONDERFUL business. I will use them for all my AC needs 10/10!! First time home buyer and new to San Antonio. Call them they make you feel like family!!I recently moved to San Antonio from a different city in Texas. We are not familiar with the area so we got a home warranty. Unfortunately our 2016 carrier unit went out and it took home warranty 4 day to come out and diagnose the issue. They said it would take another week for them to possibly repair it. My 20 yr old AC finally kicked the bucket a few weeks ago and I was forced to shop around for a replacement among the many AC companies that San Antonio has to offer. After some research, I narrowed down my choices to EZ Air Conditioning, Goettl, and WillFixIt. Long story short, we chose EZ, for multiple reasons.First of all, I liked that the technician they sent out to my house, Larry, knew what he was talking about and was not afraid to give his own honest opinion on my options. He also didn’t hesitate to go into technical details and help me understand why certain options were better than others. I strongly considered compressor replacement but decided against it due to the systems age (20yrs for the external unit and 30yrs for the internal).Another reason we chose EZ is that their GM, Jonathan, was a pleasure to talk with and honest. He always kept himself accessible and remained respectful (in contrast to the Goettl salesman, who was flat out condescending at times).I also appreciated how Johnathan took the time to patiently listen to my many questions and answer them without talking down to me. He was great about explaining the “why” behind their options. More than the other companies, Johnathan was able to instill a sense of confidence that they could do the job correctly and that they would stand by their work quality.During the AC install, EZ technicians discovered that our ducts were in rough shape. They were deteriorating, leaking air into the attic, and leaking water onto our insulation via condensation (the ducts were also well over 20yrs old). They would essentially break apart if you touched them (I tested this personally). This lead to them resolving another issue regarding temperature control in our 2 story house. The ducts leading into our master bedroom had not been correctly installed (someone decided to splice one duct directly into another using duct tape, hope, and a budget of $2). EZ replaced the ducts and added a triangle vent box to correctly split them. This made a near immediate difference for our bedroom and was done at a very reasonable price.Overall opinion of EZ Air Conditioning:I never got the impression that EZ AC was pushy. They presented me with all of my options and let me decide. They also remained honest, respectful, and open throughout the entire process. Of the 3 companies I spoke with, I feel that I can trust them most to provide support to my AC now and in the future (at a fair price).Extra Comment:In case some are wondering, if they can’t get your system installed right away (COVID related supply issues), they will lend you portable AC units to tide you over until the install day.

My AC stop working the night before I called EZ AC&H. I called the next morning and they put me on the schedule that morning. Larry came out and fixed my AC pretty quickly. Luckily, it was an easy fix. Definitely will call them again if I have any other problems.

Excellent service from beginning to end. We had a total overhaul from duct work to inside/outside units as well as thermostat all replaced. They estimated it would take two days to complete and EZ Air had a great team of professional s that completed everything in one day. Thorough, professional and state of the art! Great all around!!!
This company is the best company I have had experience with in a long time. They put their customers first. Jame was an awesome technician. He explained everything to me. He made sure everything was done properly. He answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. I have never had to deal with the house maintenance until recently.Then after Jame left, the general manager Mr. Hernandez followed up with me and informed me about their maintenance plan. I was never pressured which means a lot to me. It is very important to keep up with AC maintenance in south Texas. It is hot here! The HVAC system was just replaced, and I want it to run smoothly and keep me cool.
This is my first time using EZ AC and I am very impressed. Starting with the initial call to the customer service representative to the service representative who came out to repair my AC; they were VERY PROFESSIONAL. The service rep called 30 minutes prior to his arrival; upon his arrival he immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem. I highly recommend EZ AC to anyone who are looking for AC service. I purchased an air conditioning system from this company. I purchased the best, energy efficient unit they sell (21 SEER, 5 ton, heat pump, Carrier, Greenspeed). Started noticing higher than normal humidity levels, (65-85%) and immediately notified their sales person, Jonathan Hernandez. One month later and after they “calibrated “ the system, no change. Basically, all they’ve done is make the wall thermostat display lower readings, but still read above 70%. The home feels uncomfortably humid and it’s because the system cools the house too soon and doesn’t have time to remove humidity. Also, line set size may not be compatible with system. I’ve expressed my concerns in more than one occasion and they’ve informed me that they’re ”going to make this right”. I will update this evaluation once this gets corrected, but until it’s all corrected, this vendor gets 0-1 stars from me. My daughter developed a caugh and flu like symptoms and so did I. We are negative for COVID, and are running tests to make sure is not caused by mold already growing inside my house. More to come.
We had the misfortune of having both our a/c units break down simultaneously in July during a heat wave. After dealing with a couple of other a/c repair companies, we settled on EZ Air (largely based on the ratings here), and we made the right choice. In short, they are responsive, honest and professional. They did an outstanding job replacing one unit and repairing the other. Highly recommend!
This company installed a new unit in July 2020. Since that time we have seen an increasingly enormous amount of dust in the house in every room. I am highly allergic to dust, dust mites, and mold. Since Christmas (3 months) I have had severe allergies, migraines, and back to back sinus infections requiring antibiotics and steroids. Also 2 trips to the ER. I can dust the furniture and within 3 days there is a thick layer of dust again. Im disabled so continuous dusting in a two story every few days isnt possible for me. In addition, we have large HEPA Air Purifiers upstairs and downstairs and STILL have this amount of dust from the vents. I cant imagine what it would be like without those!This is the second time since the install that we have had them come out to identify the problem since we didnt experience it with the almost 20 year old unit. On the recent call this week, the tech took pictures just inside the duct and also the plenum. There was a large amount of dust build up and also what appears to be black mold in two areas of the plenum! My questions to him were 1. why didnt the last tech didnt identify this and 2. why wasnt this noticed and replaced when the unit was installed?? He couldnt provide an answer. We rent this home but the landlord is a friend who spent a lot of money on this system and the company says only the unit is covered under the warranty. UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. The tech also did not advise there was a charge until I received a copy of the email requesting to remit $133. I ran out to the van and he said it wasnt covered by the warranty because it wasnt the unit itself. Again, unacceptable. Neither the office nor the tech advised of the cost until he was out the door and I received the email.

Enrique came out quickly, wore a mask and booties inside the house, was very professional and knowledgeable about Carrier products, and answered all of my questions with patience. We will be contracting with them but havent yet. Their pricing beat all of the other quotes we got for a top of the line heat pump a/c system. Ill be posting an update when the work is complete.
James was polite, professional and on time. Thankfully he was able to verify for me that my AC coil (which was leaking) was still under warranty, which saved me money. I’m so appreciative of this company’s honesty and response time.

He mentioned we could use some other upgrades to help with energy efficiency but didn’t push when I declined for now. These guys are amazing!!! I cannot express how awesome and professional they are! They took all day to install an entire new unit and it was 122 degrees in my attic! They rock and I cannot express how thankful I am they came to my rescue! I wish there was an opportunity for 6 stars. Initially Enrique (the owner) came by on a Sunday to look at our problem when the fan blew out. He had his team there first thing Monday morning to do the work and save us from this Texas heat. When we decided to replace the whole unit, we were offered prompt, efficient and friendly service (like our new carrier 5 stage seer 16 system). We were helped through the process, given great information about 0% financing and had the unit installed within days of signing the contract. Everyone we met at EZ air was fantastic, friendly, professional. Great experience.
Ez air are a guaranteed 5 star company. They checked a message I left after hours. The owner contacted me personally that night. The manager called me in the morning and had a technician at my house before noon. Everyone at this company was professional, responsive, punctual and reliable. Every step of the way what they said they did. They answered every question I had. Questions other people at other companies could not answer. Ive talked to many companies about my HVAC this week and ez air was the best of the best. We thank them for their service and this all during the virus pandemic. Outstanding. My AC unit has been giving me problems for 2 months already I have called the home warranty and they send US Air conditioning it took 5 technicians to kinda figure out what was going on. So basically they didnt know what the hell they were doing. Then I called some other people air conditioning and canyon lake to check the AC and they gave me an estimate of $8,000. So I called EZ air to just get an estimate to have some options. Enrique came to the house and told us actually what to do he was just so professional and honest I really appreciate the fact that they didnt try ripping me off. I am definitely calling this company from now on. I dont even need to go get other estimates. These people just won another client.
We highly recommend EZ Air and Heat! Enrique Zuniga was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and he did not try to provide us anything we did not need. Enrique was here with his crew through out the installation and made sure we knew exactly was was being done and he took the time to show us how to operate our equipment. They were on time and everything that was said would be done was done. I was really impressed by how clean they kept the worksite and they used tarps throughout our home to ensure our flooring was protected. Our unit was very old and we knew we needed a new unit. Enrique came promptly when we called and we made the deal. A good deal, I might add, as his proposals seemed realistic and we like them a lot better that what 3 other companies had suggested. We made the deal and we are very happy with it.
I had my ducts completely replaced, they were 30 plus years old and falling apart. They came in and did most of the work in one day, they worked really hard and were tired, I felt bad bc I know its hard work and they were very polite the whole time. We had to schedule a second meeting bc two ducts collapsed inside the floor of my loft upstairs and the floor needed to be opened up for access to the collapsed ducts, they came in again and finished the job off and I walked with the gentleman and he showed me first hand how everything was flowing through the house like it was supposed to. Its an older home and the job was tricky but they did a wonderful job, I definitely will follow up with this company for routine maintenance forward
My apologies going out to EZ Air family for not posting a review much earlier.Especially to Mr. Enrique, Mr. Jonathan, and all other employees that assisted with installing a top of the line Carrier Infinity Series Total Indoor Comfort System with added Reme Halo whole house air purifier at my residence back in August 2018.I purchased it for peace of mind knowing that it would help my wife with her asthma, allergies, and it eliminates alot of other stuff including bacteria and viruses. Little did I know that a pandemic was going to happen just a couple years later in the future !!I also purchased a 3 year maintenance plan assuring me that this system is running in tip top shape...no complains on my end...except maybe when I have to stay at hotels...lol...I can immediately tell the difference and I miss the comfort of my home!I honestly can say, (knock on wood), my woman and myself have not been affected with colds or the flu for the past 2 years !!I just wish I had invested in this sooner!Again, Thanks to Gerardo, Edgar, Jaime and those I forget to mention for sharing the knowledge and for showing prompt courteous professionalism....good people are hard to find nowadays!!Thanks to Jonathan for going out of his way and giving me great discounts for purchasing those home air filters in bulk...Awesome!5 Stars definitely deserved... Off to a great start and opted for a longer service contract after our initial service appointment. Reviewed several companies online and with the BBB before choosing EZ Air. I have always been a believer in preventive maintenance, hope this pays off keeping our system running for many years to come.

This is our go-to AC folks...they serviced our old system, then put in a new one, and now they just put in a Reme LED whole house air purifier (great price too). We had the people on TV come, you know the ones that always advertise (JW, WFI) but they were not any better, just more pushy and expensive. These people are fair, not pushy, attentive to detail, reasonable...I can go on. Anyway, give them a try, youll see what Im saying.

AC heat element was running constantly and sensor went out which caused my electric bill to go through the roof. EZ was able to come out in a few hours, diagnosis it and fix it for a good price. Would recommend and use again.

EZ A/C is Great!!! They did a complete install (the ducting, vents & central H/A). The team was worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, great with communicating with me on the process of the installation. I highly recommend them.
Started searching for HVAC replacement 4 years ago. Had plenty of companies trying to sell me the highest and most expensive unit. All estimates were above $12K. Almost went with another company but decided to give EZ a chance since they are highly rated by Carrier, BBB, and Google. Glad I did! Enrique Zuñiga gave me multiple choices without pressuring me into a decision. He even went over details that no other company had during my 4-year research. I ended up getting a 5 stage 4 Ton unit at a lower price than the “basic” units from other vendors selling Carrier. Lennox and Train are great, but this is a better unit and cost less. Technicians were very professional and at the end of the day, everything was clean.

Initially based on a referral to fix my heat pump during a cold spell, I have never been disappointed by the professionalism, courteous attitude, reasonable pricing and honesty. A rare combination which I highly recommend.

First time customer so I was a little apprehensive. However John was very accommodating and thoughtful. During these trying times John took it upon himself to wear gloves, face mask, and boot covers while in the house and outside. I ended up using the service twice.... at first I was very pleased because I got such a quick response... but I was worried because the technician... understood the Lennox unit but.... with the same problem occurred two days later and I asked him what the diagnosis was...He said everything is OK with your internal blower motor... you just need to do maintenance on your system regularly... unfortunately, the same problem occurred 12 hours later... instead of calling them back I called a company that works on Lennox....(installs them repairs them and is very knowledgeable) The internal blower motor had been running at 125% capacity for four years.... Per the diagnostic ran by San Antonio air experts... they replaced the internal blower motor the same day it was under warranty...

2022-06-03This company put in my air conditioning system about three years ago. I trust them explicitly and completely. They do maintenance on my AC two times a year. They sent Jaime, Who I know to be very good at what he does and I trust him completely to take good care of my air conditioning! He had shoe covers on and a mask when he came to my door. Which is far more than most do these days. He is very nice and professional! I really do love this company and hope you will use it next time you need an air conditioning professional!

2022-06-21I called EZ air conditioning when my original installer was unable to take care of my air conditioner when we had a problem. EZ air’s service call was reasonably priced, but they do not apply the service call fee to your bill. They did go out and check my system and found the problem that my original installer missed. They fixed it quickly and for very reasonable price. There was another issue with my AC though, so they sent out an expert tech (with no additional service call fee). He was very knowledgeable and thorough. All of the billing, invoicing, estimates, everything was digital and I really like that. We approved the estimate and are waiting to schedule the other repair. I was really satisfied with EZ air conditioning, felt confident in their diagnosis, and did not feel taken advantage of. We will definitely call them again, if necessary. Maybe even before we call our original installer.

2022-04-07I carefully researched authorized Carrier dealers before selecting EZ to replace our heating and cooling system with whole-house air purifier. Their commitment to serving customers well was evident from the first call I made (to request a quote) when I spoke with Jonathan. Enrique came out to the house to explain our options, which was very helpful since this was a large investment in our home. I knew the Carrier brand was solid, and after meeting with Enrique, I knew we were entering into an on-going business relationship that provided excellent care and service. 2022-04-25We called EZ Air to get a quote on a new heat pump unit. They sent out a representative to talk with us about it. He was courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. The quote was delivered to us in a timely manor. We received a courtesy call from Jonathan the service manager to check on us and see if we had everything we needed. He also took the time to ask if the unit was still cooling and why we needed a replacement. After hearing my story about our aged system he did something that no other company we called (we called 4). He offered a repair! To make a long story short EZ Air was more concerned with our comfort not making a sale! He sent out a tech who was equally as pleasant to repair our system. It’s working and cooling as expected! We do expect to have to replace the unit eventually but EZ Air bought us some time and when that time comes we will be calling them for a replacement.They have earned my business!!

2022-06-26My experience with EZ Air exceeded my expectations. I got 4 quotes and ultimately chose EZ- their equipment, prices and customer service blew the others out of the water.I worked closely with Enrique my consultant and Jonathan, the GM. They worked with me until we found an option that worked. And when I tell you they went above and beyond, it’s an understatement.Everything they said they would do, they did. They were punctual, professional and unbelievably kind. Everything about the different options and pricing was transparent. Enrique made sure I felt comfortable and understood what he was sharing. It did take about a week for the unit to come in but they made sure we were comfortable until then and were even checking up on us to make sure everything was okay (I have a two year old so they were very dedicated to her comfort and wellbeing).They even brought me breakfast the day of the install!They had installed my parent’s AC about 8 years ago. I know my home and expressed issues I had with warm rooms within my home. They fixed that problem and installed a Carrier AC Heat Pump System in my home. The workmanship is top notch and the Techs did their job quietly and in a timely manner. The System far surpasses what I could have hoped for. 2022-07-29What a time to have the old HVAC system go out. We shopped around trying to find reasonable pricing for a good quality replacement. We chose EZ Air Conditioning and Heating for their good price for a quality product. Their install team was efficient and tidy. 2022-07-01My AC went out three weeks ago on a Thursday afternoon, I called Jonathan the GM of EZ Air who had a service rep at my house that evening. They determined I needed a new unit versus a part or Freon. Johnathan took personal ownership to find me a new Carrier unit by 10:00 pm that same evening. Amazing. They were able to install my new unit on Friday! Yes one day service. That’s just not seen in this current weather situation. On top of this I am disabled with a heart condition so needing a cool environment is life saving. Johnathan had a service rep bring over a window unit to the house to make my Thursday evening acceptable. Just not heard of and beyond what makes EZ a company of choice. They are the ONLY company I’ll recommend, save your energy and time and cal EZ!!! Thank you Johnathan!

2022-05-25I contacted EZ Ac on the phone about my Carrier Infinity system not running. They were very responsive, scheduled an appointment time and Larry (service) showed up on time. After looking at my system which had had a high voltage short onto the low voltage system, and the age of the system, he gave me various options and explained each. I went with a changeout of my condenser option. Larry communicated with his sales office and I promptly received a quote back from Jonathan, with options, selected what I wanted, system was ordered and Jonathan communicated an appointment time for next day. Chris showed up with the equipment on time and brought help to install the condenser. He informed me that Larry would be also coming out to bring parts just in case the air handler was shorted. It wasn’t. The system was installed and they explained operation of smart thermostat thoroughly and we’re done with the install in about three hours. Everything was working and house was cooled down quickly. I would highly recommend EZ A/C for any of your climate control issues. Their service and communications are great.
