I have lived at the Fairways for almost four years now with my son and we love it here. The staff is friendly and personable with very little turnover so youll always see a familiar face around the office. Maintenance staff is helpful and knowledgeable and quick to respond to requests. (Our water heater went out one morning and when I got home from work that evening we had a brand-new one already installed and working!) Parking at my building is never an issue, but Im sure thats not true for all buildings so ask the staff when you tour - theyll be able to tell you if you should consider purchasing a parking sticker. Otherwise, the general sticker will let you park in any unmarked space around the complex.The apartments have just been upgraded to smart homes and we now have access to lock and unlock our doors, set our AC, etc. through an app on our phone, and the locks have been replaced with smart locks that allow you to type in a code to enter your unit. This makes it incredibly handy to grant access to maintenance, or even a dog walker, when youre away from home! The only complaint that I can make is in regards to my upstairs neighbors - we have had three different families above us without issue from noise but the most recent family is less considerate. After failing to get anywhere with the neighbors directly, I have been addressing this with the office and they are quick to assist anytime I have a concern or complaint related to noise. They might not be able to make my neighbors more considerate, but the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that we are always comfortable!If youre looking for somewhere to call home - this is the place. Between the amenities, the well kept and upgraded apartments, the community, the prompt maintenance staff and the office staff - you wont regret moving here. (You just might end up staying longer than you originally planned, like us! LOL)
Mold, functional obsolescence, roaches, negligence among maintenence and management, Penny pinching management who will roll over you even if your cutting a lease due to domestic violence, will set up payment plans for late bills only to charge you 50% of that payment each month for being late and continously drop eviction notices when you are making an effort to catch up on a late payment. They will take a whole week to fix your ac, and not compensate for it, only for it to break a week later because they didnt fix it properly. Probably broke 5 times in a matter of 6 months and they took forever to fix it each time. Read their lease thoroughly before signing they are not out for your best interest and by your signature will have immunity to certain stipulations that would have otherwise been in your benefit. Reading the reviews and seeing them respond with lies knowing the original poster cant reply is sickening. Vile management.
I love the apartment home, staff very friendly and professional. But noise...I am surrounded by 3 other apartment homes 1 above: has animals who let them out to play throughout the day and night. I have been reporting it to the office staff and courtesy office since October, management has not responded and neither have I got a call back letting me know that they are aware and working on the issue; apartment #2 next door to me (dining area and kitchen I can her all there music; apartment #3 next to my master bedroom. has kids that jump in the bed or maybe they have a trampoline or bounce house not sure all I know is they are jumping at 11pm until I have been awakened by the noise, yes 11pm EVERY NIGHT! It so bad yesterday I had my husband to move our bed to the spare bedroom! You constantly here loud noises, for this reason I would not recommend these apartments and the simple fact no one has responded to my noise complaints.
Fairways at South Shore is a great place to live!! They keep this place spotlessly clean. They respond to maintenance requests right away. Everybody that works in the office is super-nice, always willing to go the extra mile to help if they can. For such a big complex, there is a peaceful and quiet air about the place. I love it here!
Venterra living has never let me down! The management is the best I’ve come across, specifically Kelly. Kelly is so helpful and kind. She did everything she could to make things not stressful and smooth sailing as possible. My experience is to be remembered because of her and I could not be more thankful. I’ve lived at the fairways for 2 years and lived with Venterra for a total of 3, which I now am signing another year lease because I love the companies management style so much. Maintanence has always been 100% on top of their job and very quick about getting to any issues I have had. The complex is clean and it’s a quiet community in which I’ve never had issues with neighbors living here.
By far the worst place Ive ever lived, continued to charge me for 5 months after I moved out, I refused to pay because I let the office know I was leaving and was my move-out was approved because I lost my job during a worldwide pandemic. Now theyve left a bad mark on my credit. Dont live here unless you want them to bill you for months after you move out. This place takes advantage of everyone they can. Im not the first one Ive heard to leave with a story like this. This place is full of robbers that take advantage of you whenever they can. I was underprivileged with a non-essential job during the pandemic and they took complete advantage of me and my situation, this place is run by evil conniving people, if you would like to live with the worst example of human beings this is the place for you.
My husband, brother and I lease a 3 bedroom apartment here, weve been here about 6 months and everything is always well taken care of. Trash is always picked up when scheduled, any maintenance requests are always taken care of that day or the next day. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful with any inquiries. The one time we had problems with neighbors, it took two emails and it was taken care of.The grounds are taken care of very well, theres always maintenance crews taking care of something somewhere. Husband and I both have pool maintenance experience and both pools are well taken care of. If youre looking for a good quiet home with a good community, this is the place
I really like it here so far, I wish I had larger closets though. My unit was nice and clean when I moved in and haven’t had any issues with neighbors and it’s pretty quiet most of the time. My only complaints are that I really wish other tenants would clean up after their dogs, I literally have to walk to my car with my head down looking at the ground to make sure I’m not stepping in dog poop and have had to use my phone flashlight at night to help me avoid it. My other issue is I wish we could actually schedule maintenance times to have work orders fulfilled, because I work 12/hr nights and it really jacks up my sleep for work when maintenance randomly knocks at my door at 1pm. I keep asking them in the future can they allow me to schedule a time and they say “ok”, but when I put in another request the same thing happens. Adding to my original review.... i don’t know how many times I’ve damn near been hit head on coming home because other tenants like to drive the wrong way in the one-way circle in front of the leasing office... and they come around there fast, literally every morning when I come in I’m so close to getting hit as I enter the one-way circle and someone comes flying out past me.... folks just don’t like following directions clearly smh.
I have to say that the grounds are nice. The maintenance werent too friendly. Most of leasing office people were friendly. Trash people sometimes dont pick up garbage not sure why. The one thing that has turned me off is that when I called office or courtesy office for a noise violation no one seems to talk to neighbor to tell her to be quite during late evening very early morning. That is one one the main reasons Im moving. If someone complains about a noisy neighbor take care of their needs or you will continue to lose good customers. It doesnt matter if other tenant above has lived her for years.
I’ve lived here for 1 year and am about to resign my lease.They just updated the dog park and made it bigger which is nice for a mom of dogs. The pools are beautiful and well maintained. The only things I don’t like are the dog park needs to be picked up at-least once a week by maintenance or yard people. Their is so much poop I end up stepping in it every inch of the park, I have started wearing rain boots down there. The only other thing wrong is the trash charge for the valet trash when 80% of the time they don’t even pick the trash up so it sits outside overnight. The parking is normal appartment parking, first come first there. Overall nice apartments inside and out. The dog park just needs to be picked up. Maintenance is average and front staff are nice. Never had a problem with them.Mikesha is the best! So ask for her if you need help or to tour a appartment!Update :Dog park still a mess.
My husband and I moved here around December of last year and have had THE BEST experience with this apartment complex.It is a very clean complex; its gated, beautifully landscaped, wonderful clean pools and grilling areas, an awesome updated gym and its on a Golf Course!The management and staff is terrific; we only ever had one issue for maintenance and it was handled that day within the hour, very quick and clean and courteous. The management and office staff is friendly and helpful. LOVE Jessica and Edgar, they always greet with smiles and help with whatever is needed or just to give a friendly hello and see how your day is going. VERY sweet people.The apartments themselves are amazing. I live on the 3rd story and have an apartment that has no neighbors to the left or right, VERY quiet and peaceful. Stairwells are open and have plenty of room to move in furniture. The fireplace in our apartment is amazing, it is beautifully decorated with an arched opening above and a great mantle. I have the updated apartment with Granite Counter tops, new fixtures and all of them come with beautiful high ceilings and crown molding.I could go on and on about these apartments because I have lived in approx. 5 others before this place from California to Texas and this by far has been the best experience in all areas; Management, Customer Service, Complex and actual Apartments. Best of all for the quality you get, they have the BEST prices around!I would live in these apartments forever if I wanted to but my husband and I just purchased our first home, be sure to check out my apartment when it goes to an open position around July 6th. You will not be disappointed!Thank you Fairways of South Shore Harbor for everything!
From day one it was awful. We drove four hours with our four month old son to move in first thing in the morning. It was 11 am (move in is from 10-5 I believe) and we are packed up, about to go to the apartments when they call and say our unit isn’t ready. Don’t they get cleaned before move in? Or shouldn’t they? They said paint wasn’t up to date... which is so unprofessional to call the DAY OF. So we wait, and we already had friends helping us move in a tight time frame. I will say they gave us another unit, but I was already discouraged that this move would be a big mistake. We’ve only been here since July and it is now November and it has been AWFUL. Maintance requests not done within even 3 days, we had our fire alarm fall out of our ceiling and they said they’d be there in 30 minutes and they came an hour later as my son was ASLEEP and it was in his room. The man came in smelling like cigarettes and didn’t even bring a ladder. Our upstairs neighbors have called the cops on us twice for NOTHING and management didn’t do a thing... they constantly keep my son up with loud music, yelling, and loud bangs. The front office people are rude and short, closets are beyond small, constantly have bug problems, no good parking, front gates never work right but doesn’t matter because there’s an open back entrance with zero safety, I see dog poop and trash everywhere most weekends, valet trash is a waste of money because 9/10 times they forget your trash and DONT FORGET** valet trash is paid for but they don’t get your trash on the weekends... like ummm?? Just overall a terrible experience... absolutely terrible. 2 bed 2 bath for almost $1500 for a HORRIBLE experience and an okay apartment. Never coming back. I’d like to add that the manager does not respond to emails.
I was never a resident here, but I am going to leave a review because I was approved to move in, about to become one. My current complex then offered me a competitive rate to keep me, so I backed out.Anyway,I worked with Emily here and a couple other ladies this past weekend when looking for a new home and everyone in the office was nice and willing to help me. There was an Augusta floor plan I wanted but the date it was available was after my current lease were to end so that was an issue. Without prompting, they came back to me having gone to their upper management and worked out a way for the unit to be available 4 days prior to the original day. That was unexpected and beyond awesome that they went the extra mile to try and help me.I appreciate all of their kind help and I will definitely be keeping them in mind if I require a new home in the future.
I moved my parents here from Baton Rouge and after looking at numerous places this was by far the best. The staff was incredible to deal with and helped my parents so much. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and every time something goes wrong in their apartment they fix it in a snap. They have a new manager named Kara and she has definitely got everything under control. The pools are very nice and my parents love the dog yard so much. Whatever The Fairways is doing keep it up because its done perfect. Wouldnt have my parents live anywhere else.
I own a unit here and for the most part I always see the maintenance team working hard to keep place nice and clean. Pools are clean 95% of time. People who complain on here are the ones who need to realize it is up to us as the owners and tenants to pick up their own dogs feces with the bags supplied in the dog park and to keep the place clean. People here tend to complain about what they are not doing and blame the employees for not picking up after their messes. I feel like I live in a safe, clean and upgraded Condo. I never see any pest and the grass is keep up nicely.
When we moved in we were promised wood floors, a black painted kitchen, and two tubs. On move in day we came to find out that they gave us a condo and did not say one word about it. The whole apartment was tile, ugly brown kitchen, and one tub and a stand in shower. We loved living here but avoid them if you want to stay at a place more than a year, they bumped our rent up 200 DOLLARS more a month and said there was no way they could negotiate. Almost half their parking is paid parking so there is always a packed parking lot with empty spaces that nobody can use due to someone not paying 35 a month. Oh and they had the pet fee at $20 a pet, now it is raised to 35 a month for EACH pet on top of the deposit . Save your money and live somewhere else.
I have been living here since September 2015, and I am getting ready to relocate here in June 2018. This was a pretty decent place to live for most of the part, but it feels like it is going downhill a bit in terms of landscaping.Pros:- The location is great! The complex is adjacent to a golf course and right across from the South Shore resort center. The area is super quiet and safe.- The unit itself is nice. I love love love my apartment. I live on the third floor (top floor), so the ceilings are super high, nice stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, etc. The works. This was my first luxury apartment complex, and I definitely see a difference here than in other places I have lived.- The complex is basically quiet and safe. I have arrived home pretty late and felt completely comfortable walking from my car to my unit. There was some sort of raid in the next building over, but we would never know.- Maintenance is awesome! I have had quite a few issues: Upon moving in, the glass shelf in the fridge was missing and there was glass in the garbage disposal. (I guess they just dumped it in the disposal.) My water heater went out within a few months of moving in. My downstairs neighbors fan was bumping up against my ceiling. There were a few other issues, but in every case, they fixed it - usually within a day or two.- MOST neighbors are clean and quiet. For most of the time I have been here, I have had a peaceful unit. The only noise would be loud music of someone driving through the lot - but that was once in a blue moon. I will say that it has gotten a bit worse over the past 6 months or so. I will elaborate in the cons section...- Not a lot of issues with bugs in the unit. In the (almost) three years I have been here, I have had two cockroaches in my unit. Thankfully, it wasnt a common occurrence because I was completely freaked out each time. Aside from that, there are wasps and wasp nests everywhere - not much else.Cons:- Newer neighbors are louder and trashier. So, I live in building 15, which is right by the dumpster. When I first got here back in 2015, I rarely saw trash piling up at the dumpster. Now, it is a common sight. (I will say that I have had to complain on my neighbors for leaving their trash out in the breezeway over the weekend - that was attracting bugs.) Also, there is trash all over the parking lot - full meals (yes, meals with drink cups and everything) from Whataburger or McDonalds or wherever just sitting on the ground. Its like the people eat in their cars and then simply set their trash on the ground. We have valet trash, but its only Sunday - Thursday.For the first time since I moved in, I had to call the office on my neighbors for playing music so loudly my walls were shaking, which was a few months ago. Mind you, the office took care of that IMMEDIATELY and in less than 5 minutes, the music was shut off. I have not had the issue with shaking walls since then, but I can still hear their music every now and then. I can also hear them fighting and carrying on... They are just really inconsiderate. I have also been noticing the smell of marijuana lately. Ugh!- Landscaping is suffering - a lot. As I mentioned, there is more trash floating around the parking lot, but thats not all. Recently, the grassy areas have had less and less grass. There are so many dirt patches, it makes you wonder who is responsible for watering the grass around here. While they have poop stations around the complex, many people are not picking up after their dogs. I have even walked up to a station and saw poop right in front of it! I do not even take my dog to the dog park because of the poop everywhere.- Rent WILL go up every year. Doesnt matter if youre a model resident or not. Plus, expect to pay ~$50 more than the posted rental rates in fees.- Lots of issues with gates - especially the back gate. It hardly ever works anymore.All in all, I would recommend people to live here. I like it and would stay if I was not moving out of the Gulf area.
Very unpleasant experience living here. I work nights so my time to get rest is during the day. 11-10-20 I had a request to get my fridge fixed because all my food,veggies and drinks were frozen and had gone bad. Maintenance came to fix the issue and didn’t have any communication on when they had to come back or if the job wasn’t fixed. NOTHING so today 11/12/20 @3pm Two men barge into my home unannounced with only one knock on the door. Mind you I’m in my (HOME) alone sleeping and they knock once and help their selfs in. What kind of staff is running this place ? So I call SHANIQUA from the office and she wasn’t helpful at all gave me a rude smart remark saying they were there to do their job however nothing was said to me anything else had to be done I mentioned. She said I’ll call their manager and tell him to leave “when other time would you like to schedule” I said tomorrow is fine around 4pm. She said would you like him to enter the apt if no one is there ? I said no . Her feedback was ok well if you aren’t there @4pm when he goes your FRIDGE will stay the same. She was very unprofessional and mean . I will NOT be RELEASING .
Moved since mid December, so far peaceful environment, never had a parking issue. Friendly neighbors. Maintenance and office always on point. Valet trash is pretty awesome! coming from an apartment complex where you throw your own trash lol. Office staff always with a smile! Thank you very much!
BUYER BEWARE. The staff has changed a lot in the last 3 years I have lived here. The first year was great but then they started hitting me with fees for trash and misolaction of my payments blamed on their online auto-pay system. Thats OK I told myself, Ill just roll with the punches, people make mistakes and Im a pretty forgiving person. Now things have changed for the worse, first it started with maintenance requests not being fulfilled, then the staff repeatedly gave me the wrong size air filter for my AC unit and did not make any effort to help me resolve the issue. Secondly a ton of things have been STOLEN out of peoples vehicles here from what I keep hearing and I have to be constantly on guard of my things. Lastly, I am young, successful, and have 2 offroad motocross bikes that I rode professionally and still maintain here, this means once a few have to start one up and ride it to one of the 2 provided hoses that rarely work. Well I guess now after 3 years of invites to renew my lease, and a pleasurable experience, I am now being denied this and FORCED TO MOVE OUT in 45 days because of a noise complaint from starting my dirtbike in front of my own garage I rent here. There are people with much louder harleys and offroad jeeps etc that start up on the daily here. I feel stereotyped and treated like a young punk and it is just wrong to treat somebody like this after years of faithful tenancy and already going into the managers office once to resolve this issue. She was very unhelpful and I hope we can resolve this issue with a compromise. I am a very reasonable guy and am just asking for decent customer service and fair treatment from the property owner.
Too many problems to list. Resort style pools: haha, filthy and closed all the time. Come on, we have record temperatures and you clowns close both pools for weeks? Really? Must be hard to find a maintenance company in League City. Gym has broken equipment and stolen TVs never replaced, no security, non-residents are not removed from pool (provided it is open) or gym. Hot tub never above 85, water is smelly and yellow. Dog feces everywhere, staff does nothing about it. Water leaks foster impressive mold growth (yes, after roof replacement). Staff changes weekly. Above-market rent. Apartments are cookie-cutter construction from the late 80s, things start to disintegrate. There are many communities around here, do your homework! BBB rating is a D-.
Do not rent from this place!!! They will nickle and dime you to death over everything. Oh you want a parking spot, $35. Oh you want a covered parking spot, More $$. Sure we will grab your garbage, $25. There is dog waste all over the entire property. My children couldnt even play outside in the Green space. Please do yourself a favor and pay attention to this as you look at this property. They continue to have issues with their pools and the cleanliness of the pool water. Do you think youre getting your security deposit back, NOPE. we had to pay for paint repair and never even hung a single picture in the place. The property looks nice when you came visit, but please pay attention to the little details if you are going to live here.
Im a nanny and the family i work for live here and i have to say I Love It❤ i always felt safe going out to my car at night. Love the kitchen and the fact that each unit comes with a washer and dryer. My lease is up in August at my apartment and i would love to move here!!
Do Not Live Here!!!My mom Lived here for almost 3 year from day one had A/C problems it would stop working ones or twice a year.. Would call maintenance and they would come put freon in it. Well it finely got to the point that it would freeze about every 6 months. So she goes out town for a couple of weeks. Well when we get back there is water and mold every where.. Because of the A/C. The worst part on top of loseing everything that she owned. Is that they sent us a bill for $6000.0 to fix there apartment.. Please do not wast your money on this place..Update 10/4/16So as you can read below they asked us to call.. Called two times both times the manager was out and they said that they would have someone call back.. No call back as of yet . i really done think that they will..
My wife and I are relocating from the central Texas area for work and were so excited to find our new home at Fairways at South Shore after a long apartment search had lead us to the community. But unfortunately what we were promised was not what we received. In our quote it stated that the unit we had selected was fully updated with the latest renovations at a price that met our financial goals. After being a bit weary of the price of the unit we asked the representative (Mikeisha) we were working with to look into the history of the unit, just to make sure there wasn’t anything wrong with the unit that would be cause for the abnormally low pricing. She pulled the work history for the unit and assured us there was nothing out of the ordinary and that we had just caught it at a good time. We made sure to double and triple check everything that’s was promised on the quote with her to ensure that we were not being mislead, and Mikeisha reassured us through the entire process that we were going to get exactly what was promised; a 723sqft, fully updated, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, A2 Augusta Unit, for 872.50 a month after added fees. Flash foreword to after we had applied and paid our reservation fees to solidify our choice. Mikeisha then called my wife to inform her that the unit that we had selected had not been updated due to the fact that the current residents have been living there since before renovations started. My wife and I would love more than anything else than to live in the Fairways Community but unfortunately the management is refusing to even negotiate with us on the situation. They said that they cannot lease us what they had promised us for the price they had promised us for. Essentially making my wife and I choose between the unit we want or the price we want which is a terrible business practice. All we’re asking for is to receive the product we were promised for the price we agreed on and paid our money for.
Absolutely love these apartments! My husband and I have loved here for almost 2 years- and we have no complaints! The first floor BayHill’s (2 bedroom, 2 bath) are the best - doesn’t feel like it’s an apartment!! We definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is apartment hunting!
Descent grounds and scenery is why theres more than the minimum amount of stars. Not very friendly staff unless youre apartment shopping. Be ready to have zero parking due to management not enforcing guest parking even when theres plenty of posted guest parking areas, and no answer/call back from the manager thats always MIA.
Bad reviews dont always show up by Google. Makes you wonder how many bad reviews are being hidden by the property owner....Overrun with allot of kids and thugs. Multiple car burglaries in the past few months.Service requests are closed without being resolved. Poor communication from the staff. Hot tub is barely warm and rarely clean.
Horrible service here. Had a leak in our ceiling from the upstairs bathroom, went up to the office and notified them. 3 days later, the leak is STILL not fixed. I have water constantly leaking into my toilet and on to the floor, consistently having to wipe up water. Seems as if this place has POOR communication. Was told they had fixed it, 3 hours later i have water everywhere in my bathroom, worse than before. Its disturbing, especially not knowing if theres human waste combined in the water from the neighbor flushing. This is ridiculous and very unacceptable. We have had no one contact us or anyone come out to fix the problem. We are constantly calling and 90% of the time we dont even get a response. If we do, they just lie and tell us what we want to hear for the time being. This is a big issue here and not surprised they are handling it this way. The office and the people working there have always been a pain in the a**.
I live in one of the few condos left and the inside is really nice but the trash system is horrible. Between certain hours, you put your trash out and someone comes and picks it up. Sounds great, right? No. Reality is, trash sits outside and is thrown around leaving trails of trash juice in the hallways and stairs. I lived here before the change when it was much better. I would prefer to go back to the old way.Long story short, inside the units is nice. Outside is trashy.
To be honest, I love living here at the Fairways. The office staff is exceptional, the maintenance always fixes many of my issues within a reasonable and timely manner, and the upkeep of the community is just beautiful. I would fully recommend any of my family, friends, and colleagues to live here. If you want what you pay for in League City, the fairways is the place to be.
Very unhappy with the situation here... this was the second time me moving here due to uncontrollable circumstances in my life.... the 1st time I live there I moved out a month earlier then my lease was to term and KELLY the manager charged me 3200$ for early termination of my lease... I paid that off.. then February of 2019 I moved back in two a two bedroom apartment with pretty much every wrong with the place and things continuing having to be fixed..... not to mention loud neighbors that played heavy bass music till 6 am in the am. When I have a 3 year old trying to sleep.... in the end 4 months later was forced out of my apartment within three days because being a mother of two boys with no help I was late on my rent..... fast forward to now receive if my bill of 8000$ and a rug I have to pay for which large fleas from previous cats that lived there ... and the apartment WOMAN CASEY SAID IT WAA MY DOG lol which is a 5 pound dog..... so for me fairways is out for money and money only..... don’t rent there the people are wrong and cheat people. Go to south shore lakes.... much better place... oh yeah they promised it wouldn’t be 8000$ if they could rent my apartment... fast forward to now two month later no communication on final cost and pictures of the rugs I need to replace to show my attorney..... it should be illegal to what these women are doing. So many empty apartment there still making money off of people because you signed a lease yet no renters SMH..... don’t waste your time.
The apartments at the Fairways at South Shore deserve a 5-star rating, but it is the onsite staff that brings my review down to a 1 Star. I lived in these apartments for 2 years and I would have stayed much longer if it werent for Monica. Monica works in the front office. She is rude, unproffessional, and will continue to drive business away. I expressed these feelings to the new management (BH Management) before I left. Hopefully they will make a change in staff and make Fairways a 5-star complex.
I could not believe the horrible reviews this place has Ive been living here for about 7 months and I love it.It has everything you can think of 2 great pools that always seem to be clean a 24 hr gym thats always nice and cool the maintaince guy ceasar is great he came right when he said he would and fixed everything that was wrong. The only down side is that in walking my dogs I have seen a few roaches but never any rats!
Ask residents for yourself. Drive through the complex and just ask residents experiences. Rats everywhere, lawn maintenance is horrible- they blow the grass on your patio and leave it. Walls are molded in unrentable apartments from water pouring in from tthe unrepaired IKE damaged roofs. Complain and nothing happens. Yes one could move but that involves a huge moving expenses. Swat team was called out justa few months ago because of the new low background checks that are now done.DONT MOVE HERE !!!!
* It takes a bad google review to get the manager to respond. Apparently, 3 months of coming into the office in person and emailing the manager does not get the job done. - Poor communication from Staff Members. Maintenance requests are closed without being resolved or any notes.

2021-12-01My husband and I moved to The Fairways with our baby because we needed a bigger apartment. My husband was familiar with the complex since he had a friend live here before. We’ve been living here for months, and so far it has been peaceful, safe, with a sense of community. A huge positive I’d like to point out is we haven’t had a single bug in our apartment. Despite my weekly deep cleanings at our last place, I’d still see a bug or two from time to time. It’s definitely nice to not have to worry about that. The trash service is great and convenient, and seems to truly help with keeping bugs at bay. I feel safe as a woman walking around the complex as there are plenty of kids and younger adults around. Staff is almost always patrolling around too which is great. I never have issues with noise and keeping my baby asleep, which is just awesome. The management team texts often about changes and community events to bring the tenants closer which I think is cool. One thing I can say that was a bummer was my husband and I tried to enjoy the hot tub one night but it didn’t work, so that sucked. Other than that, it has been a pleasant stay here and I’m glad we get to call it home. 🖤

2022-03-28Love the apartment layout in both the one and the two bedroom! The apartment itself is fabulous! The office staff is friendly. Never hear my neighbors. Maintenance is quick to respond. But, the parking is horrible and the landscaping is awful. I love the package locker system, but you pay for it. As well as paying to unlock your front door! I wouldn’t consider them to be luxury apartments.

2022-06-30My wife and I just moved out of the Fairways after living there for a year. While we loved living here for the most part, there were some minor things that made us decide to not renew. First off safety! The gates were broken for extended periods of time throughout our lease agreement, left wide open for anyone to come in. My truck was broken into at one point during our stay, and magically the gates were fixed temporarily the next day! The parking lots are extremely dark in most areas, so my wife didnt feel comfy walking alone at dark outside of our apartment. Other extremely dark areas include the space between golf course and buildings where you would walk your dog! Our last issue is the time it took for maintenance to come to our apartment. We had to normally call to check and see when they were coming because it had been 3-4 days after the work order was put in, and still no one came! They are speedy when it comes to water leaks, but everything else definitely isnt there priority! Besides these small things, we enjoyed our time at Fairways and did like the area. Office staff were always helpful and were pretty responsive via email.

2022-05-06Living here is the best move you can ever make! This is my first apartment living on my own and Victoria and the rest of the staff made it very easy and exciting to move in!What else can you ask for!! Vallet trash, Great management, Covered parking, Basketball court, very quiet and peaceful and above all: it’s it A VERY BEAUTIFUL COMPLEX from the plant life to the living on a golf course!!My last apartment In Webster I experience slot of pest and damages to in my apartment but over here? No worries at all! And plus they have a lot of fun community events to do for the family as well! I would recommend anyone to live here! Just renewed my lease and onto another adventure at Fairways!! Thank you Guys!!

2022-01-29Loved these apartments!! Leila was able to help me find exactly what I was wanting. She was so welcoming and inviting that I was so happy to actually receive great service. Don’t go to anyone else but her!! The neighborhood seems quite. Only negative would be the construction to get here. Hoping they have a home when I’m looking to move! (:

2022-02-25Just wanted to say how great these apartments are! I have lived here for a total of four years and the old manager was terrible some blonde lady. But everyone now is great and Maintance is always great! I’ve had some problems at transferring and moving units but they got our problem solved immediately and I have recommended many people here :) all the rude people are out of the office and the staff is great! Live here! :)

2022-05-11In my opinion it is nice living in a 2bd 2bath no problems EXCEPT the gates. Gates never work as I used to work for Plano overhead door and gates if you want the best gate they told me was a liftmaster CSL24U and since you guys want the app so bad that we’re paying to open a gate all you need is a CAPAC and pair it with MyQ community the best keypad to get is probably Liftmaster CapXLV and there is a spot by the keypad where it goes.

2021-06-14I lived at the Fairways for 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Management was always super friendly and very responsive, maintenance always friendly and handled jobs quickly, residents were nice and they always kept everyone in the loop of special events or issues that were going on. The area is very safe and the schools are amazing. They have some cool amenities like the smart package that would send a text once your package arrived and the new Smart Rent. Not only that, the layout of the apartment was perfect! They even made moving out less stressful with their Clean Move benefit. Best complex I have ever lived in! Will always recommend them!

2020-06-30My family and I have lived here for over a year now. The hot tub is never hot and that was my favorite part of moving here. Gates are constantly breaking and out of service The ladies in the office are great and always helpful. Maintenance issues that we have had inside our unit are resolved in a timely manner and done professionally.
