There are many times they forget to add the one order of chicken nuggets. They have also forgotten straws or sauces or the hash browns. We do eat here a lot since my son has swim in the mornings and I want to grab something quick before we head out again. The kids who work here are nice and never had an issue with them. I think the rush during the stress period of rush hour breakfast and lunch causes a lot of issues that they need to take the strain off workers to make sure they got the order correct.
Good afternoonI just got in from Fort Lauderdale. First stop to eat something is chick fil a.Melanie aka princess greeted me right away with such a warm vibe.I asked for something not on the meal bc I’m extra. But she opened the door of opportunity by telling me she could help BUT!!!!She needed approval from Devante a handsome professional man with respect from everyone around. So I asked him if it can be done. He Assured me it can be done and it will be done.So easy.He bought it to me and I felt thankful.Thank you upper management for given this man the opportunity to lead.God bless
Indoor dining still doesnt have condiments or straws out in the dining area and dine-in orders are only served in bags. Indoor playground finally opened recently after being closed for nearly 2 and a half years.Food quality, consistency, and service as expected with Chick-fil-A.
I dont know if its the volume of the orders or just the way they have to put some to the side from having orders galore. My food was good but it seems the last few cfa I visited, the food was okay. Fries are always hot but the sandwich was mostly warm. Overall good ple and friendly staff.
Good is good and people are nice. I will never use the app to order again. This is the second time the wrong store popped up in the app and I didnt notice, so my order went to the another store down the road. I showed the person taking orders in the drive through. So I had to sit through the whole drive through line and then other again. Never using the app again.
I have been to several Chick-fil-A’s but I have to say, this location has it locked down. They are definitely a well oiled machine as far as logistics of service. The wait time here is impressive, there is never a long wait. The staff is on top of it. And most of all they have never got the order wrong.
Verydisappointed in this Chick-fil-A. My family drove 15 minutes to get milk shakes at 9:35pm and were turned away due to it being to close to closing time. My fiancé and I both worked under five different operators for Chick-fil-A and this would have never happened at any of them. When you close the store is when you stop selling your products. This is laziness and not the Chick-fil-A way. The Chick-fil-A motto used to be “be remarkable” sadly this Chick-fil-A tells its customers they aren’t worth the 15 minutes it take to clean the icedream machine.
Worst store I have ever been to. They will always make sure to miss atleast one sandwich from your order. It happened to me twice. Happened yesterday too. But if you call to report their mistake they just simply ignore your call. Worst Chick-Fil-A store I have ever been to. Drive through order please be extra careful. Staff is horrible
Everytime I come here theres always something missing in my order! From sauces to tortillas chips pepitas and even full blown meals! Im also very upset to have a large fry full of crumbs & only 2 pieces of fries! Yall food is not cheap theres no reason yall should be telling me My pleasure just for me to get home and be missing my food! Then when I call the manager he nonchalantly gives me a hard time about correcting this issue!
Service is fast but the last couple times Ive been there my order hasnt been correct. Then when I report it they wont switch it out or give me my money back which is kinda if out of character for the Chick-fil-A. Ill try it once more but if the overall service isnt A+ Ill be lowering my rating.
Waited 20 minutes for a 10 mini count. This is unbelievable worst Chick-fil-A. I want to update I got there at 6:45 am order a 10 piece I got my order at 7:15. And the only reason they gave it to me was because I asked for it. Second the costumer service is terrible. I do not recommend this location.
I really like this Chick-fil-A better than many in our area. It is always fairly fast and efficient, although there does seem to be quite a few people standing around at any given time, and yet I could still wait 5 minutes to get a Diet Coke to go with my order. However, I really do enjoy the cleanliness of this one and the politeness of the workers. Mobile ordering is fantastic, and the drive-through always seems to move without too much difficulty.Update:: still enjoy this location. We usually have such good service with curbside and I feel like inside ordering is a bit faster recently, as well.
Now I know what the hype is about! In NY, there really isnt one around me. But this location is awesome. My lord, they may have turned me into a big chick fil a fan. During my visit I loved the food so much I almost wanted it every day and would choose them over any other restaurant with ease. ( just because I knew when I got home I wouldnt see them again)The fries! Baby, let me tell you mcdonalds has a run for their money. THE WAFFLE FRIES here are so much better. They are even reheatable. The nuggets are delicious, thick, juicy, and fresh. The drinks are all good. The prices are worth it. The Mac is pretty good. The chicken sandwiches are thick and fully cooked. No cold spots are anything. The sauces are up to par.like Sriracha and BBQ. The only thing I would say is to change the cups. Instead of wide go tall. Also, the service here is phenomenal. I would go back several times.
Chick-fil-a has always been my biggest weakness! I looked over the menu so many times trying to figure out something keto and I found the perfect thing! A grilled chicken club with no bun and extra lettuce. I was amazed at how easy it was to order and how perfectly packaged it was. They definitely will keep me coming back!😍💚😍
Was in the drive thru line for breakfast before 10:30 . When I got up to order at 10:30 the person at the window tells me they’re no longer selling breakfast! After waiting in the line before 10:30 that was even expressed to the person on the other end.So therefore, I did not want anything else…. the person that changes the menu sign comes out to change after I am told they’re no longer selling breakfast with the car behind me at the ordering post! So now I’m blocked in with cars behind me and in front! So I wait for about 10 minutes! To allow my self out the line with no meal and disappointment ! Thanks …. So if you’re right or almost at the cut off time head to the other Chick fil a … it’s just about a mile away … they’re a little more understanding and caring 01/21/2022
This place has fallen off. It all comes down to leadership. Either owners don’t care or hired the wrong managers. Spicy sandwich was cold. The fries were obviously old. No sauces included and they were definitely in the order. This was in the middle of the day on a Saturday.
Service was excellent. Gentlemen that help me order was very knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered fish and shrimps and it was good but not great! I expecting my taste buds to be wowed!!! I’ll give it another shot maybe order something different. Overall great experience.!!
Soooo. This is usually my favorite location, but today’s order is not up to par. The chicken noodle soup has barely any chicken in it and the bowl wasn’t full. Also, the medium fries has more scrap, small pieces than actual full size potato cuts. I hope this was a fluke.
When you are taking orders in the drive thru, stop the playing and laughing in the background. I give you my name and I hear all this giggling and laughing. Nuggets were cold and your service has turned for the worst. I know its asking a lot (by todays standard) but try to stay professional and remember your core values. You agreed to work for chick-fil-a, so follow the policies and respect them for giving you a chance at a job. Do better.
Fabulous as always! New location that is very well maintained, staff are professional and courteous, food is cooked perfectly and everyone is always happy to see you. Staff did a fabulous job letting me know of new offerings for summer and double checking my order for accuracy as well. Will return.
First time for everything right. Well I got a sandwich and the bread was so stale / old that it fell apart like crumbling old bread that I save to make bread Pudding out of. This ruined my lunch after patiently waiting in the line where a customer ahead of me could not make a decision. I didnt mind that at all... but dont make me wait and then give me bad food. As I dont know if it was the location b.c. Ive NEVER had that happen to me. They say everything is a result of COVID but serving bread that isnt worthy of a chic F.A. sandwich... Is Unacceptable!!!
Not sure what’s going on recently. The staff is very polite and has great customer service, but the issue seems to be in the kitchen. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve came to this location and the chicken has no breading at all on the sandwiches. Whether it be spicy (which were the first two sandwiches I noticed the problem) or regular (the last 2-3 times), it just looks like they fried the plain breast in oil. I usually drive the extra 8 minutes to the other Chick-fil-A, but today I stopped at this location expecting improvement, but yet again there wasn’t. I would recommend a little extra training because this is the only location I’ve been to across the entire country that has had this issue. I normally don’t write reviews, but after a few months, it seems like a management or training issue. I hope this review is helpful in giving the employees more help and extra training!
I will rate 5 stars once they figure out the drive thru system......each visit I will experience cars pull in after me and place their order....Not okay....other locations will have staff outside with I pads ready to service 1st come...Staff is Always pleasant and that is a Major bonus. My food is always correct and fresh.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN THE WORST! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED WITH CHICK-FIL-A. MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT THE FIRST MANGER DIDNT READ MY RECEIPT CORRECTLY AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR WHAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. IT TOOK FOUR TRYS FOR THEM TO KEPT GETTING MY ORDER WRONG. INCOMPETENCE, PRIDE OF MAKING A MISTAKE ,I DONT KNOW WHAT IT WAS BUT I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. ITS SEEMS TO BE TOO MUCH WORK FOR THEM TO PROVIDE A PAYING CUSTOMER WITH WHAT THEY ASKED FOR ON A BUSY SATURDAY!!!
Great location but poor management. The only reason Im giving two stars is because the staff was friendly. However, the manager on duty at 445pm today, 11/14, needs a good reminder of what customer service means. Could definitely use a refresher on running an efficient team too.
I always come here but was very disappointed today. I went up to the registers while there was no one in line and the workers just stared at me. Then josh came from the back to help a lady behind me when I was already there for a couple minutes standing there and just ignored me. Very poor customer service.
It never fails....Every Saturday when I place a mobile order pick up or drive thru order my order is never complete. When I pay for something I expect to receive it. This has happened during breakfast and lunch on several occasions. When calling to speak with a Manager no one answers and you can not leave a voicemail. Management needs to do better
This location is absolutely amazing and i love to come here all the time especially for feeding my family. But this one particular time I ordered a grilled club for my wife and it was missing the chicken on it and I wasnt too upset since this was the first time it has happened so I just kindly came back in the line and kindly let the employee know what happened. He displayed a very rude attitude and wouldnt remain eye contact while speaking to me as if he didnt care about my situation. I happened to look at his name tag and it said Luke I believe. I asked for the manager and he fixed my problem so easily which confused me to as why I was displayed with such with such a rude attitude from LUKE!!!.
OMG... Very Disappointed to leave this review however what I just experienced is HORRIBLE & TOTALLY NOT what I’ve ever experienced @ any other location...After waiting in a long line to place my order; then wait another lengthy time to pick-up window I’m advised, they are out of all fried food items.i asked if the fryer was down. I was advised no they ran out of food😯 Are you kidding me, on a Saturday? @ 4pm?Clearly poor management... why not have a member of your team @ the drive-thru entrance advising customers before they place their order & waste there time. I asked for a manager & was simply told, I’m so sorry... REALLY??? Ruined it for me w/ this location...#WorstEver
Ordered a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and got a biscuit with bacon only. So sad when you mess up such an easy order. I asked for a #5 breakfast which specifically says what should be in the biscuit. I mean if you cant simply hit #5 on your little pad what the hell are you typing on it. I will never go back to this location unless I can go inside and order from someone who knows what they are doing.

2021-12-04Generally I thought this was a good place to eat they had good food and they had great service the thing I liked the most about this place was the packaging of the food and the presentation and then on top of that the food was prepared very quickly and to a high degree of quality. So I would recommend going to this place if you live nearby and our craving good quality chicken fast food in a comfortable and clean restaurant setting.

2022-06-25Place was ok. Needs more open registers to take orders inside and through the drive 🚗 thru. Lines were extremely long inside & out. They did not have any vegetarian or vegan options or substitutes available which means visitors in these categories usually are left out when dining here with family and friends. Staff was nice and personable we did not experience any other problems beyond the long wait and the lack of eating options.

2022-06-14I came to eat inside and got a table. They brought my food in a To Go bag. I asked for a tray for the table so I wouldn’t have to put my food on the table. They said they do not do trays at this chick fil a. That is the weirdest thing I have ever heard.

2022-07-22This place is usually good, but I got a newbie on the register. She tried to charge me almost $20 for a #1 & small shake. She tried again & still fumbled the order. They left the cherry off my shake & a guy sitting across from me was saying how he had tested + for co-vid. This was a horrible dine in experience. 🤫
