This was one of the worst Macdonalds I have ever been too. I ordered from the kiosk thinking it would be quick. It took them 10 min to give me my cup. All the sweet tea was empty. The ice was almost out and the condement staition was a disaster. The whole place including the back was a total mess. The employees just turned their backs and ignored you standing up front. To top it off my cheese burger had no cheese. After almost 20 min waiting for my meal, I didnt even want to fool with getting my order together. There was hardly anyone there. I would hate to see this crew with a crowd. If I was Macdonalds I would jerk the franchise from owners like this.
The food itself is what you would expect from a McDonalds. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. You can only order food to go if you go inside. All tables and self-service drink stations were closed. A higher rating would have been given had the dine-in area been open.
I pulled up to the drive thru, I ordered my food. I waited in line for 20 minutes. I get to the window and pay for my food. I again wait about 4 minutes, the cashier comes to the window and tells me 2 more minutes. During all of the time I was waiting there apparently was not enough time to prepare the food and I had to wait an additional 2 minutes. Good thing there paid 15 bucks an hour!
Refused our military discount bc my husband had a beard as hes in between drills. He had his ID on him with active duty/ veteran status. They refused to speak English to him after this and only filled our drinks up 2/3 full. Guess they only offer military discounts via the drive through.Completely disrespectful to our veterans and discrimination of his appearance.
The worst McDonald’s around. Constant wrong orders,roaches, and broken card readers, Ice cream machines,etc. I try to not come here but there’s nothing else nearby late night. It does seem like they try but the only consistent thing here is frustration and disappointment
Screw this McDonald’s my cousin has a disability and was born without fingers and obviously has a really hard time using a phone so he uses Siri to navigate as best he can, he was trying to call in and order food (breakfast) the lady asked is it going to be a big order…. he explained to the lady in the phone that he was sorry they don’t normally take orders over the phone but he doesn’t have fingers to be able to order on the mobile app the lady proceeded to say i don’t care we don’t take orders over the phone he then asked ma’am can you please just take my order I’m unable to order on the app, and y’all stop serving breakfast in 10 minutes so please I would like to get an order in before you stop serving. Instead of the lady just going to the computer putting the order in and she said sorry idc we don’t take orders over the phone and hung up on himThe order was a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and 2 hash browns nothing moreInsane the lack of decency even after being explained to that he had a disability…. SMH.
Machines never work and they’re always confused and still have attitude. One ordered for pickup my bf went to pickup and they said I had to be there even though they had the order number and I’m on the phone saying he’s there to pick up my order bc I can’t. They are Incompetence at its finest
CROOKS!!!I ordered on my MCD app. When I came to pick up they said my card did not work and I had to pay in cash. After I left it said the card processed the payment and so I paid twice.When I called to explain what happen and get my money back they put me on hold. Hung up on me and would no longer answer my calls.
Employees are good, never really have a problem with them or the food. It’s the system and the Mcdondalds app. I’m not sure but everytime I use a coupon on a mobile order, whenever the employees charge on their POS, the coupon removes itself from my order and charges me full price. It has occurred many times and at different Benton locations. Knew it wasn’t the employees fault after the first time, definitely think they have better things than to stand around and remove my coupons themselves. Really hope Mcdonalds or the franchise fixes this. Very annoying.
This place took entirely too long to get me my order in the Drive-Thru. I had used a coupon and by the time I got up to the window to pay for my meal the coupon had expired and I was charged for my item that should have been free. When I mention this to the employee they informed me that the app decides what you get charged. If I did have to wait 23 minutes behind 3 cars it would have never occured.
Worst drive thru ever. We waited 40 mins just to pay and get our order and there’s only 6 cars in front of us. The lady in the drive thru writes the order in the paper first before putting the order in their Computer just to cheat the time of their drive thru. Smh. Everyone was so pissed off and start Honking the horn.
RUDE people! We rarely go to McDonald’s and decided to stop and grab some food to go. The woman who took our order was so rude and slamming condiments around. Told my husband all soft drinks were out what else did her want. He told her tea and she didn’t even acknowledge him. 2 other people were waiting on their order and she looked at them and rolled her eyes. I don’t know if she is the manager, she had a red shirt and everyone else was in blue. If so she’s a terrible representative for them. I’ll go to Chick-fil-A where the customer service is excellent! Keep your problems at home and do your job with pride.
They took a bit long for a McDonalds which did not bother me as I slowly watched everyone in front of me receive their orders from the window and drive away. My turn came and they made me pull forward to a parking spot and wait for three dollar burgers and a large fry. they brought my food out moments later and since I was then in a dark parking spot at about 8:30 PM when I checked I felt the burgers and a large box since I could not see.I got home and found the half a box of fries. who ever filled this knew what they did which is probably why I was asked to pull forward to a dark spot. If this was intentional that is sad as they basically stealing from me and giving it to McDonalds or this is lazy and yet another reason why fast food workers do not deserve more then minimum wage. Minimum effort and minimum skills needed yet they want $15... what a joke I wont be returning to that location theres a sonic down the road.
Rude way of addressing customers the person on the drive through on 9/16 at 8:30 PM. As well as the person charging who charged us the wrong order. Charged us less than what we ordered but still managed to miss one of the nuggets order. Provided the fries and drink for the nugget combo but no nuggets. As if that werent bad enough a ball of brown paper was on my fries.
Once again rude service for no reason. “Mari” I assume Manger in black sweater, was finishing the ubereats order up when I walked in. She was ask by another employee to help me, she looked at me and turned around. Finished the order. But chose not to hand it to me. She let it sit, I have no knowledge of she is done and don’t want to be pushy about it. if it wasn’t for the nice young lady with braids the order would have sat there. Tired of being treated any kind of way because I am a delivery driver. Will now record every rude encounter with these merchants.
Id like to be able to speak positive on this location. My experience recently far from that. The cashier and manager asked me to pull forward and wait for my order. That they would bring my order out momentarily. 15min later five orders fulfilled Im still waiting. I go in ask what the issue is as plenty of other customers have driven off. They then bark for proof of purchase. Still my order was incomplete, while the rest cold and unenjoyable. McDonalds and their mc troubles.👎
If this location pops up on your Uber Eats, DO NOT ORDER. It took me over an hour to get my food. The order was completely wrong. The tag displayed an order time of 12:15 and I didnt get my order until almost 1:45. The driver said the line was movinga car every 5 to 10 minutes. The unfortunate part about the whole situation is the location prepared the order at 12:15. When that driver pulled up that order should have been made fresh. It should never have sat there. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers , 20pc nugget and a basket of fries and nothing was edible. There was Big Mac sauce on my burgers, which I didnt ask for and the fries were so cold that they couldnt even be eaten. I was so disappointed. I was traveling and needed something reliable. Looks like Micky Ds isnt as reliable after all.
Visited the drive-thru at this location and I can sum up the customer’s service in one word…RUDE! We noticed the employee gave the car in front of us our order, and then gave it back. We had a McFlurry with our order and didn’t feel comfortable that it had been handed off to someone else (COVID reasons). So we asked if we could have another one made. The employee stated “They didn’t eat it or anything.” Then we asked again if we could have another one made due to our discomfort, and she took the McFlurry back and gave us attitude. My husband then asked if we could have sweet & sour sauce for our chicken nuggets and she was completely ignoring him. Then when we received the new McFlurry it was made incorrectly and they gave us a smaller size than what we originally ordered. Honestly never visiting this location again because of how horrible the customer’s service is. This is not the first time we’ve experienced bad service here, but we chose to just ignore it.
Even though they have 2 drive thru lanes it is still a very long wait. The girls they had handing out the food really need to work on their CSR skills and not make faces or sigh when asked for something. What made it worse was their Manager was right behind them. I will probably not use the drive thru again as I was very disappointed. I will go in if I do go back to this location.
I waited in line for 57 minutes to get two meals - a Big Mac and a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese. I couldnt leave because I was stuck in the inside lane. Nothing will change because whoever was in charge had decided to write down the orders then put them in as the customer got to the window, which would show that each person only spent 3-4 minutes in the drive-through, rather than sitting there forever. And then the kicker is that the food was incredibly salty making it inedible. Awful experience.
I went yesterday Oct 06 2021 to this location asked for mocha frappe lg. And 2 hot and spicy , on the drive thru . Went to my work site after meeting the client, took my lunch at the last bites on the chicken filets there was a disgusting flavor unknown, I woke up today with stomachache. I keep a wonder what was that.
Probably new hires, but the new night staff is sketchy. The lady taking the orders is new and learning the ropes to be ready to practice patience. But the girl taking payments took my phone from my hand when I was trying to use Apply pay and then proceeded to ask for my PIN number. I told her she didn’t need it and then properly scanned my phone to the card reader and handed me my receipt. When I asked her to pull out the card reader so I can scan it myself she said it wouldn’t go out the far.. I’ve seen them do it before.
I’ve been waiting in this drive through line for 10 min and I haven’t moved. McDonald’s needs to pay their employees more so they can get more people in there. 1 star is for the company as a whole bit 5 stars to the people working for dirt pay getting yelled at by drunk people probably.
If I could give a tenth of a star, I would! They do not allow anyone to eat in or outside. Why go there! Totally useless. No signage telling of no dine in or on the site.Some doors locked during hours of operation. Dont answer the phone. Dont care to speak about their lack of support for their CUSTOMERS. This has got to be the most organized drive thru ever! Ive gone thru the busy lunch hour and even though the two lanes are super busy, i get in and out in no time! Please give credit to the young ladies on the inside of the windows and on the outside! Super efficient! You guys got it together! 💕 Also the cooks make my food fresh and delicious 😋! Thank you!
The employees were nice but a hot mess they forgot to give me a receipt they got my order wrong made me wait and forgot I was on the drive thru side waiting for my correct order than I called them on the phone while Im waiting they come to me and are like whats ur order than tell me they were totally short staffed omg
I asked for my recite and they said to go to the next window so I did and he said that he put it in the bag it wasnt in my bag and I was missing a drink on my recite and they told me to go back around for another drink and on top of that it wasnt even full I was very disappointed with there service
The service was great, the hamburger was good and fresh, the fries were no where near what mcdonalds can do and the worst part, the reason why I gave two stars, is because I was traveling, so I jumped on the freeway, ate my food and when I went to get the apple pie I discovered that it was so old and overcooked I had to use two hands to pull it out of the box 🤨 I tried to bite into anyway but it was way too disgusting to even bite into. Sorry guys, your service was great though.
11 o’clock in the morning and can’t serve sodas. But they weren’t serving all of the breakfast but was already serving burgers and fries but the only drink you can get is a breakfast drink please explain to me how that makes any sense at all. I won’t be going back to this McDonald’s.
Very rude staff. They cannot answer questions without attitude and do not have the competency to even talk to a customer to help them. If I could give below 1 star I could. Crew should be knowledgeable about app processes and how to get/give refunds for orders that were not received due to lack of menu items.
This McDonalds has been running a change scam since there was a shortage. They say they dont have any change but in reality they just keep it. The drive thru girl said they didnt have any and when I walked inside to get sauce, the front register was giving change. So what are yall doing with the change?
Not bad for a quick eat on the go. Drive-up wait times are fast during busy hours. And they have a dollar menu for those cheapskates like myself. Food is normally still warm when you get it and the fries are HOT! The menu hasnt changed much over the years but they do keep the specials current when they do.
The food is what you expect from a McDonalds. No matter which one you eat at, the food experience is pretty much consistent across the chain. What does separate this one from many others is the friendly staff.Two workers in particular are always extremely friendly and helpful. Jesse and Marilyn both always greet you with a smile, always try to make your visit a little more comfortable, and are always eager to help the customer have a more pleasant dining experience.I live very close to this location, and eat here far more than I should. I have never seen these two without a smile on their face. I have never seen them slacking off on their job. Further, they remember the little details (for instance, that I like two strawberry jelly packets if I order something with pancakes rather than syrup).A McDonalds is going to have the food they are going to have. The only thing they can really do to make themselves standout from other McDonalds is have good staff. This one does.
Tables could be a little cleaner but eh, its fine good place to get a quick bite. had to edit my post because my order took a long time but they gave me free cookies, and its like wow! I dont mind waiting things happen, its cool! Kitchen is very busy so I understand if sometimes there is a delay with an order, nice place nice people
Lady said no donuts there were donuts infront of me very rude slow and cant hear super loud to them had 0 coffee and ice cream dude gold chain blinded me so fake asked for milk and it wanst there all so young keep getting my order wrong and take off items I came from Houston to Austin sucked my local gedo McDonalds is better 😬
This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a McDonald’s. When I was getting my order taken the lady was laughing and joking and wasn’t paying attention to me as I was talking. When I went to pay for my order she was playing on social media sites on her phone with the other workers and left me sitting there for a good five minutes until anybody noticed me. When I pulled up to the second window to get my food the guy was very nice but when I told him that the lady had messed up my order he seem to get really irritated really fast. This is definitely my last time going to this location.
Great, clean McDonalds location with pleasant customer service.The kiosk didnt print a receipt for my order so I had to inquire the cashier about it and get assistsnce. The cashier was courteous and helpful. The food itself also was hot and fresh.I went to this location on a whim because I was waiting for work on my car to finish nearby and I was very pleased with my experience here. 5/5
This place was very rude. They got the order wrong, didnt ask what kind of drink, never offered sauce, and told us they had slushies when they did not. There are no COVID precautions being taken in this restaurant, at least 6 teens standing there in the window laughing and not taking orders properly. We asked for the recipet and the little girl rolled her eyes and said go to the next window. We still didnt get the recipet.
This place is very unsanitary, and they dont even know it. An off-duty manager came in from outside the store and stuck her hands in the fries and ate some. She stuck her hand in the fries again and ate some more. Me and another customer complain about it and they didnt understand what they were doing wrong. I asked for a whole new batch of fries. They made me fresh fries. Also, I had to ask the lady that was handling money, why she was also handling food.
The lady who took our order got the order wrong and was giving me an attitude when I politely told her about the mistake at the window. She then hollers to the employees making the burgers that we are the ones who are completely changing our orders, when that wasnt the case. They were very rude
This is one of the worst organized McDonalds. I’ve ever visited. From the drive-thru blocking parking to the ordering, the outside drive moves faster. Then when they tell you to pull up because your order is not done? Then having to wait, and see employees bring out orders to other cars, who were behind you! Then watch those same people bring that order back because it was wrong! Maybe it was mine? So basically just for two Hot Coffees, I had to go inside and get it my self. Then they give me a card of always being on time!Corporate needs to pay attention and get this fixed! But I doubt if they ever read these reviews!!.
This location has these giant touch screen menus that are placed right in the middle of the restaurant. The ordering process on them is fine, however, Ive used them multiple times and their card processor never works. I end up having to go to the small counter at the front and pay the cashier for the meal. Id rather do the entire transaction with a real person anyway, so if the goal is to get me to interact with a screen instead of a person, perhaps make sure you have a functioning system first.The food is fine, its McDonalds.
Worse McDonald’s and worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY drive thru in Austin, Tx !! The drive thru cashier was very rude/short and rushed my order. When I told the manager at the window the cashier became confrontational with me. My order was also incorrect. Management should hire better cashiers.
Ordered and paid by credit card from kiosk. Waited for 10 minutes in a not-crowded restaurant. Went to counter to check on order. Was told they are out of chicken tenders. I asked them to cancel the order and credit my card. This was seemingly impossible for them. I was given the option of substituting nuggets. Reluctantly I agreed. It still took them several minutes to give me my order which included not adequately-cooked and lukewarm fries.I have rarely witnessed such an unorganized group of very many employees doing absolutely nothing but talking amongst themselves.I could go on, but the readers get the idea.Stay away. Most major fail.
Free Co-vid with your fries! I went inside to pick up my mobile order. One employee handling my food had his mask under his chin, nothing over his mouth or nose. Same employee handled register without changing gloves. This guy also laughed about it and within minutes of fixing his mask, it was under his chin again when he was at the register, and this is while Im talking to manager about it. 3 others did not have their masks over their nose. Gross. Then it was hard to get my money back because I used the app.
Did the self order. Waited for our food to be delivered never came. Food was seating on the counter. There was a hair in my fires took ins to get someone attention. They pulled the hair out looked at it laugh and made us new fries. I’ve worked every type of job I don’t understand why people don’t do the job their paid for or find another job.
Dont waste your time here. They ran out of unsweet team in the drivethrough, okay I get that. Pull up to lane 1 and wait please. I waited over 5 minutes, eventually got fed up and called inside... Sorry I cant hear you, we will send someone out. Its unacceptable to leave people waiting for a drink while their food gets cold and soggy. Thanks for the cold fries and nasty bottom bun on my burger. Secondly, why even bother asking what dipping sauce I want if you arent going to even put in the bag.I knew better, Ive had terrible service at this location most of the time Ive been, but today will be last. This location is terribly run and should be closed.
Was just there and they gave the person in front of in drive thru my order and then he gave back the food and drink after it was inside his car for a few minutes while they refunded what he paid and recharged him for his food. Then he gave the food and drink back to the workers and left. Then I pulled up and they tried to give me the exact same food and drink that he just gave back to them. I refused and said I wanted new food and drink. They were rude about it but gave me all new food. I watched them to make sure they just didn’t switch bags. That is no way to act in times like this when especially. I would have don’t the same thing on refusing the old and eating new even before all the Covid 19 going around.
This location is a mess. The only convenient fast thing about it is the automated ordering screens. What’s the point of taking a table tent and being told your food will be delivered to you, when you have to sit and guess what food is yours, because the cashier doesn’t hand you your receipt telling you which number order you are, because they’re too eager to leave their shift. This whole staff needs to be reworked and trained. That or let go and hire a whole new one.
Ok I give Mc Donalds 3 stars not cause of the food cause food is great. The issue is there service i always go at around 5:20am and they lack more employees and better attitudes. Alot of us go that early cause we gotta be at work , that one employee that takes the order at a time is the same one that makes that da order one at a time they should have cashiers to take orders and another employee or two to prepare the orders. This past Sunday there was allot of us waiting they opened an hour late thats not cool for buissness once again were having to wait .. Mc Donalds could be a 5 start but only if they fixed these issues . Thank you so much

Something is broken here. Worst drive through experience in years. They took our order once and then had to take again at the window. The total time was over 25 minutes to get our food. Good thing we check our order because one sandwich was incorrect. They had no napkins in the bag and they forgot the ketchup.
Terrible Chicken Biscuit sandwich!!!!!! Very spicy, not southern fried real chicken anymore, you now get rib/chicken parts molded into a spicy chicken patty.No ketchup & wrong order once you get home. How do not have ketchup, what level of management do they have there. No inventory control management, mgr could have easily just go down the street to another McDs & get it to start the day. Youre suppose to know your inventory & they run out of items on the menu often.
We were in drive thru....they didnt take our order after calling out to employee that there was someone waiting in inner lane. 5 IM SAYING 5 CARS WENT THRU after he told us to hold on . I was so upset. Asked to talk to manager and informed him about them not taking order as most places does 1 outer lane 1 inner lane. Wow....couldnt believe it. They did comp our order then our apple pie was cold as could be. Not sure I will be back.!!
Horrible experience! I come to this McDonald’s all the time. I Asked for more BBQ sauce for over 30 chicken nuggets. And the people had the nerve to call the police on me. And stated that I could not come back or I will go to jail. Behind some BBQ sauce! I didn’t curse or put my hands on anybody. However the police was called on me. McDonald’s I’m sure it doesn’t matter to you all however you all have LOST OVER 50 customers due to the situation. Myself nor ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS WILL EVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR WITH YOUR COMPANY AND OR CORPORATIONS. Also I am selling my stocks!
If I could give this McDonald’s a no stars I would all cause of the Manager at the windo, Esmeralda I think her name is but she is always there in the window mostly mornings, she always has a bad attitude and bad customer service hands out everything with out saying a word and not asking if I need ketchup or dipping sauces. Staff did not seem concerned about doing a good job making sure the customer had everything they needed I asked for napkins did not get any was not asked what I need any condiments is like when we shuffled the hurry up and get out I can understand concerns about covid-19 but customer satisfaction Steel must continue in the workplace and businesses
Actually rate them a ZERO. This is a FAST FOOD PLACE. I stand at counter for SEVEN MINUTES before even being acknowledged. Mean while I see FOUR PEOPLE working drive thru. I count at least 9 orders go out . Finally Someone comes and takes my order. I PAY the SAME price as people in drive thru...WHY DO I NOT GET SAME SERVICE? Then I wait 5 minutes for dried out burritos. I asked for burritos with NO CHEESE and get told the burritos are already made and they CANNOT make any without cheese. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE??.
They had absolutely no ice cream. I asked for a latte instead which they didnt have either. Then I asked for some ketchup and they were totally out! The place wasnt busy and was very messy just not professional! The staff seemed to just be messing around. Seemed like about 5 15 year olds and no real leadership or professionality at all.
I ordered via the drive thru. There were quite a few vehicles ahead of me, as is expected during breakfast time. I placed two orders. The first, a sausage biscuit with a large orange juice. The second, a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a large orange juice. Pretty basic orders. I paid for my orders and moved to the second window. The lady at the window gave me my orange juices. Then said, You had 2 orders? I responded affirmatively, to which she replied, Park in spot #1, well bring it out to you. I saw car after car leave the drive thru and after about 10 minutes, went inside the McD to get my order. It wasnt even ready. The manager pulled out 2 bags and pulled the sandwiches to fulfill my order. A gentleman next to me mentioned that he hadnt even gotten his coffee after 15 minutes. This location is a disaster!!
Every night for a few hours they are cash only which is annoying for Anyone paying with card. They lose several cars for this reason. They need more night staff because the wait time is sometimes over 15 minutes which for a fast food restaurant isn’t very fast. I’ve gotten the wrong order after arriving at home twice. This is the closest McDonalds. Location is convenient, service is not.
We are in the drive thru right now and pulled up to the speaker. Dead silent for approx 7 minutes. I called the restaurant to find out if the speaker was broken. The female who answered gave me attitude and said It is not broken, we are busy. Right after the call, an employee took our order through the intercom and we waited an additional 11 minutes to get up to the window. There were only 3 cars ahead of us. We got to the window and they had our order mixed up and we had to order again. Wow, what a business disaster. @McDonalds Corporate, this one needs your help!!
Typical McDonalds. Free Wi-Fi, good service. This location is usually pretty busy but to combat that they have several employees working at any given time. Food is always fresh and given to me in a timely manner. Even in the lunch over flow of the day, on any given day, they are very prompt and correct in orders. I appreciate this McDonalds a lot because they have consistently been good for years. Good job :-)
I would wager it was a new employee taking orders because the drive through ordering process was not as smooth as it usually is. Plus they were out of Coca~Cola. When I was advised they were out it surprised me and I had to ask again to confirm what I heard. Think about it... The worlds most recognozed fast food chain location ran out of the worlds most recognized soda. Boggles the mind... At least it does mine. With all fun aside the food order was delivered hot and quickly and the drink, not a Coke unfortunately, was cold.
Order taker came across annoyed cashier rolled his eyes when I added an extra Sausage Egg McMuffin and the young guy shall I say and even at that I use the term loosely tried to give me a dirty look when I told him they didnt put the extra sandwich in the bag as he handed it to me he tried even harder to stare me down when I asked for 6 strawberry jellys not an unreasonable amount 3 per sandwich miserable experience from start to finish!!
We ordered coffee and waited for 30 minutes, and concerned why we still didnt receive the coffee we asked them about it to find out the coffee machine is broken. Couldnt they have told us that earlier? If we didnt ask, we wouldve waited there for hours and no one would care. 0/5 service
Never again, the system is down. Took over 45+min to get out food. After having to repeat iur order 3 times plus calling the manager to assist. When pulled up to the window we seen 4 employees on their phones not worried about getting orders out. I was totally disappointed tonight
What is the point of a screen that lets you confirm your order if they dont use it. I ordered there new Travis Scott meal which is a quarter pounder with bacon and lettuce. 2x they got the meal wrong and charged me an extra $2 for nothing. Then when I asked for a refund they gave me a receipt thats almost illegible due to lack of ink. Now they dont know how long the refund will take to be back in my bank. Avoid at all costs.
As an out of towner and someone who appreciates diversity, I absolutely loved this place. We had people from all races represented at this restaurant and yet everyone seemed at peace with one another. Hispanics, African-American, and Caucasian folks all eating together and enjoying a meal. Food was good and the customer service was friendly. If I lived in Austin, this would be the only McDonalds I would come to.
Arbys is doing McDonalds a favor, running a TV commercial intending to malign the McDonalds filet o fish, citing the design superiority of Arbys version of the sandwich. Hmmm, I hadnt eaten a fish sandwich in decades, and the nearest Arbys is 5 miles away, so the filet of fish waiting just around the corner at Mickey Ds will do just fine. Thanks for the reminder Arbys!
Eduardo /Edgardo the night drive through cashier likes to steal money by not giving you your corret change and then saying there is a coin shortage... Count your change he will rip you off and hes good at it. Will be calling corporate office on Monday to report this location for theft
Horrible customer service, there were 3 managers in the front and not 1 asked I needed help. The only person that helped was a regular worker and they kept making her help them instead of me that was standing there for a while. I then complained to one of the managers and she was not compassionate or asked if I needed help. The restraunt was ridiculously dirty. There were at least 10 workers at the front counter, making the orders and drive thru but not one of those workers could clean tables in the dining room. I wish I could rate a zero but I had to list at least 1 star, not even worth that
They dont say hello, they just ask what do you do want. Then when you finishing order they state thats it. The poor guy collecting the money, doesnt have a mask or gloves. At the food window, asked for bbq sauce got sweet and sour and the young lady didnt have on a mask. This location has been super busy as of late, The staff is beyond tired. Will stay clear of this place for a while.
My order was $6.19 I pulled around the to pay the guy at the window and he said it would be $7 because they didnt have any change imagine if they did that to a hundred and fifty cars a day so I canceled my order and went to Jack In The box and boil tell you their breakfast is so much better.
Worst service ever! A simple fix turned into a 22 minutes wait at the window.. I ordered a parfait with no fruit. I get to the window and they hand me a parfait with fruit. I told cashier excuse me I ordered without fruit cashiers respond the parfait is in fridge and the lady that makes them is gone for the day. I ask for Mgr Jose comes to window and says I’m sorry I can’t make without fruit. I told him I come here all the time and I ever have a problem. I said give me number to corporate office and he said the corporate office # is on your receipt. So still at window i call the number and it’s the number to the store. He refuses to give corporate office #. While all this is happening 4 cars behind me drive off! Another Mgr by the name of diego said how can I help you I just came on board. I said just give me my refund before you loose more customers! I explained to him diego and he said they should not have told you that and laughing. Will never come to this store again!! I rate service a big fat 0!!
Just sat in the drive thru for a good 20 mins just trying to order my food. I asked for a big Mac with no pickles and no lettuce. As soon as I finally get to the window to get my food, of course they had messed it up. So I asked them to remake it. They told me to park in the front. So I did. 20 mins later I finally get frustrated enough to call the inside while Im parked. The manager answered and I told him I had been waiting a while for my order to be fixed. I told him what was wrong with it and what I didnt want. He said ok and I hung up. Still waiting another 15 mins. I finally see someone bring my order. I get it and I check it. Still messed up! Whats the point of telling ppl what you dont want if they arent going to listen. Especially the manager. So I go inside and I asked to speak with the manager. I told him that I wasnt happy that this is now the second time I needed my burger fixed. And that I had to call to figure out why my order wasnt fixed for a long time and why it was still wrong after telling the manager. He refunded me the money and still had to wait a while for my new burger. If I wasnt so hungry I wouldve left.
The worse customer service. This McDonalds has 2 drive thru intercoms but they seem to forget, we sat at the far right intercom for 5 minutes we seen 2 cars drive up and place their order we finally just drove up and placed our order at the window. We have fond egg shells in our breakfast sandwiches. They are not very efficient at all and it’s disappointing cause there are not many breakfast places open early. Good luck if you eat here.
Slow, never has specialty coffee, cant get your order right even if you go inside. I only come here randomly because its close to work. So if I visit every 3 to 6 months and theres no improvement what does that tell you. I try to give them a try and still end up disappointed.
I went to this location tonight (6/8/19) to get some burgers and a couple shakes for myself and my husband. When I asked the gentleman taking my order at the drive-thru for the shakes, he said We cant make them right now. The machine is broken. I was ok with this, paid for my food and when I went to the window to pick up my burgers, I saw another employee making someone a milkshake. They lied to a paying customer. Horrible service!
This McDonalds is close to being a 4 star . A little more organization , more customer service friendly then it will line up to be 4 stars and more . The food has been really good and appetizing in my last several visits ....but never have visited during the evening.
Sandwiches were subpare by McDonalds standards. Our fries were cold and my fresh made hamburger was dry and flavorless. If we werent travelling through this Austin they would have gotten it back! Worst $8 ever spent!! Hope this shows which store I was at so this can be corrected
Have never had a good experience at either this or any other location. During lunch time they have the 30 seconds or you get an item free thing. Every time Ive went during lunch, its taking me over a couple minutes to get through the drive-thru. Yet they never offered any free items to me. My order is never right. And its never got any hot frys. Everytime I ask for extra pickles on my burger, I get a mountain. Lucky for them, this is just a cheap place to go for lunch.
Im not sure which experience to describe. We live right down the road from this McDonalds so late work nights or nights we have running around to do we tend to pick up food from here or go in and eat. Every single time we go there is an issue. Either they f**K up our order or they dont have an item we want. This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds I have eaten at. And their customer service is very bad on most occasions as well. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Just tonight I asked for a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich and instead got two buns, a piece of chicken and two pickles. Between cold fries, messed up orders and items not available obviously they need better management.
I was standing outside and my chain on my bike had just broken. A gentleman by the name of Lottie who was a regular at that McDonalds, saw me in despair and invited me in for lunch at that McDonalds. And then he took me to Walmart and bought me equipment I needed to repair my chain the ladies in that McDonalds was very polite and sympathetic. And treated me with dignity and respect.
I usually dont have a problem with this place and i completely understand that theyre busy but i received a half cooked burger. . .thats completely unhealthy and disgusting, like i said i know people are in a rush but better get a bad review because of waiting other that of un-edible food.
Unfortunately this is the only place I can grab a bit of breakfast and a latte on the way to work. Several time the girl on the headset taking orders has such a poor command of the English language that I have to repeat my order three or four times before she has it plugged into the POS system and almost every time they will start talking over me while I am trying to place the order. If they cannot communicate any better with the customers they need to go back to class or not be at any of the counters or windows. When I pulled up to pay there are usually a couple of the girls standing there talking and giggling about something before they acknowledge that I am there. When I place my order and when I pull up to pay and then pick up my order I am asked repeatedly it there is anything else. Even after I told them, That is all when I place the order. They really need to learn better customer service and listen to the customer. I know they are supposed to up sale but when I place my order and say that is all. I meant that is all. I ordered the steak, egg and cheese biscuit and the “Steak” looked and tasted like hamburger. It did not taste or look like steak at all. Stick with the Egg McMuffin.I guess I really should not be surprised, after all it is McDonalds . . .I wish there was a Sonic here instead of this place.
30 mins in the drive thru line (only stayed because my kids had their hearts set on McDonalds, and they earned it). They have 2 speaker boxes and we sat while 2 cars in the other line were helped and on their way before being acknowledged. Added Big Mac sauce to one of our items, paid for it and when we got back to our hotel room saw it wasnt included. Neither were straws. Also, they didnt have drink trays but didnt bother telling us (after letting us order 4 meals that included 4 drinks) until we asked for one. Thank god I went with him, because if my bf had gone alone, who knows what he would have had to do (we have a sedan with only 2 cup holders). Then, after we ate all 4 of us got physically ill and have been since.Only come here if you have 30 minutes of your life to waste, and want your cheat meal to come exploding out of you within an hour of consuming it.
I gave it a one because I dont eat McDonalds a lot at all and sometimes a have a burger craving a I think hey forget it why not stop by and get a mcdouble.... WRONG... WRONG, these employees at Ben white location are absolutely terrible employees if you see two lines filled with 10 cars each its probably cause they prefer to only use one order out menu at a time so they take one by one in a double line?? But if your up for it theres a Wendys about 2 minutes always that only has one line but dang the services are fast and correct as fast food should be.
Unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Daughter was standing in line. No one else. They didnt help her. I said something and they directed me to kiosk. Man that looked like them walked in and they immediately helped him while we were still trying to figure out kiosk. Smh. Customer service is dead in 2019

2022-05-05All the reviews you see about waiting a long time, cash only at night, writing down your order on paper…they are all true. I work very close to this location and because nothing else is close or open at 1am, this is pretty much my only option. 80% of the time I come here both lines are incredibly long and hardly move. Once you get to the ordering screen it often takes them 5 to 10 minutes before they even acknowledge you. Most people I see that visit at night end up pulling out. There have been more than 5 instances in the last couple of months where I had to wait about an hour before I left with anything. Never an issue with the food, it’s always service that you will have a problem with. It’s pretty clear they are understaffed, but it’s the terrible service that doesn’t make it any better. My last visit 4 cars had their orders taken on the inside lane before I was even acknowledged. All I needed to do was let them know I had a mobile order. I decided to just wait and pull up to the window since they wouldn’t acknowledge me at the order screen. I’d say I feel bad for them being understaffed but their attitude and service is abysmal.

It was a very pleasant experience will try it again soon for breakfast. Gave us a chance to sit and talk over what we had to do this morning. You should try it

2022-08-06Cold and disgusting. Too lazy to make a fresh big mac with extra sauce. So they squirt cold sauce on an already cold burger and make it taste worse than it should have; the darn fries werent even hot. Go the extra mile to the one inside Walmart, it makes a huge difference, and makes me more agreeable to spending my hard earned cash. One thing they did is make me not want another Big Mac EVER AGAIN! Thanks for that.

I picked up at curbside and they gave me the car next to me food I asked him are you sure this is mine it has my neighbors number and they said yes so I open the bag and surely it wasn’t mine so the kid takes the bag and goes to the car next to me and tries to give the open bag to the lady and she refuses it oh my God I swear these kids today plus I had to go inside to get my correct order so I wasn’t too happy what do you think

2022-06-22Credit card system down every single night from approximately midnight to 6am. Money laundering? Causes huge lines because you either get stuck in the drive though when they tell you it’s cash only over the speaker or they forget to tell you and you find out 20 minutes later when you get to the window. If there is a line, drive to Congress and Ben White, it’s faster.

2022-08-30They serve only app orders in drive thru. If you order there, you have to wait. I ordered a sausage biscuit and hashbrown. I had to pull forward and wait 10 mi ! Almost made me late to work. I wont be stopping there for a quick breakfast.

2022-08-04Went to the drive thu for breakfast, didn’t tell me how much I was paying never gave me a receipt, when I pulled up to get my food they handed me a bag then proceeded to tell me to park. When I was trying to ask what I was being parked for and if I can get a copy of my receipt the guy rushed me off. I parked waited for more then 5 min for what I didn’t know so I then drove back around to see what I was waiting for and why I couldn’t get my receipt right then and there. The gentleman was very rude and didn’t seem to care to see what was going on. Worst experience in a drivethru ever.

2022-09-05Absolutely horrible establishment for any any non Spanish speaking individual. Ordered through app and experienced an issue that led me inside and staff was 0 help and made me re order and pay again, luckily the app was able to refund me.
