The staff is rude and unfriendly. This is the second time I go thru the drive thru and come away with the wrong order. The first time I came all the way home without checking the bag, only to find that Id been handed someone elses order. This time, they handed me a sealed bag which seemed super light considering I ordered quite a bit. When I opened the sealed bag, sure enough it was the wrong order. When I went inside to let them know my order was incorrect, they blamed it on me, when in reality the girl entered my order incorrectly. Who I can only assume was the manager, came up to me and ripped the bag from my hands, threw in the missing items, and threw the bag on to the counter and walked away no apology. Ive never seen such awful customer service. Id give 0 stars if I could. I will never come back to this location. Despicable!
While they have preservatives and other issues as a company, this location rocks! Our orders come out correct and the manager is always polite and double checks! Our 2nd boy is 2 and picky! So when Im tired of him picking at his food, we will buy a couple beef, beans, and rice burritos. He KILLS THEM! And I appreciate the attention to changes in our orders!
Ordered ahead of time and chose to pickup from drive thru. Picked it up with little delay. Got handed a sealed bag. Drove 20 mins back home just open the bag and find that I had been handed what looked like someone elses order. I call them and tell them what happened and they tell me I have to either drive back and get what I ordered or come back some other time with a receipt to get a refund. I said was not interested in making a 40 min round trip drive for thier mistake. Would they Door dash or Uber it for me - nope. Would they refund my order virtually since it was online - nope. I only went to this Taco Bell because I was on that side. Next time Ill just stick close to home.Update: So I go back with the order and request a refund, but the manager says something different from the guy I talked to on the phone. I cant get a refund from the store cuz I ordered online. So I have a choice of either getting what I ordered or saying forget and figuring out how to get my money back online. I finally get what I ordered and Im out an hour of my time. I also know not to come back here again, which is easy, because there are plenty of other options on this side of town.
Very very sad we came to this place saw the double chalupa $5 deal ask for it and a chalupa was only made out of one chalupa so empty not even the meat sticking out of the sides the way it shown on TV pretty sad service here pretty sad on the cooks that they dont know how to make the food yet
It you’re hungry don’t come to this location. Had meat flavored tacos and half a bag of cinnamon twists, I paid full price 🤦🏻♀️ and the lady in charge slid my meal across the counter. She must have eaten her own meatless tacos and was hangry. Date and time so that corporate knows who was in charge 3/25/21 1pm
I swear this location never gets my Doordash order right. They should lose their privilege of receiving mobile orders. I always pay for extra ingredients on my food and they either dont do it or they skimp on something else. I end up feeling bad for Doordash because they lose money because of this restaurant. I wish I could pick the location because the 3570 N Zaragoza Rd location far better and always makes my food perfect. I was greatly disdained to find that Doordash started sending the Taco Bell orders to this location
We ordered two family packs. They barley put any meat in both the party pack tacos an had a empty taco shell. The burritos were suppose to be beef only an they gave us beans. Customer service was very bad. Didnt get the girls name but she was very rude. When we asked if everything was in there she didnt bother to look. We said thank you an have a goodnight but she turned away when she clearly heard us. First an last time coming to this taco bell. They need better customer service!
Disappointed!! Went to the location on Zaragoza and Montwood on 5/18/21. I ordered the 3 soft taco meal, I asked for Fresca and was told they dont do that anymore. Told the lady no dairy items, and to add onions and tomatoes. Had to repeat this several times before order was entered right. Got home and tortillas were stale, hard, and cold, very little meat, tomatoes, onion, and a lot of lettuce. At least the Pepsi was good.
When we got home after ordering our food, we realized we were missing a stacker box and 2 soft tacos. We immediately called and talked to the manager emerald. She said she would replace the stacker box but not the tacos. The food was cold and the compensation was horrible. Im not asking for a handout just what i paid for. I would not recommend this taco bell. Going to bed hungry
Went through the drive thru for a mobile order today and as soon as I pulled up the lady on the mic was being extremely rude and impatient. I let her know I was there for a mobile order and when I tried to tell her my name she immediately cut me off saying “you’re at the wrong Taco Bell, bye.” I then asked if the address I had was right and she confirmed the address with me then she said the order just popped up on her screen. I sat there for about a minute in silence until she tells me to drive up. When I drove up she had my drink ready but the lid wasn’t on right. She had soda spilling all over her clear container as well as in my car. When I finally sat down to eat my food I just ended up throwing it away. The soft taco was ripped up with all the toppings falling out. The chalupa looked really nasty, my chip dip has 3 containers with it. Overall very horrible experience and very rude employees that seem like they don’t want to do their job. There was no cars behind nor infornt of me so I don’t understand the what the rush was for.
I moved out here in July. We have a nice size family. We have had cold,meat filled in vegan and vegetarian meals. We have had cheese in things that dont come with cheese. 4 different time on one order just so everyone could get food. 3 of us cooked @ home. I have made 2 trips at least the last 6 times we have went. But we got quick and nice service. Ok two stars.
This particular Taco Bell has very friendly staff and will make substitutions without argument, the place is clean once in awhile I have seen some wrappers or dropped food on the floor or a bathroom that has been trashed, but I attribute that to bad customers, as it does not stay that way for very long. Suggest that if you are in the area and just looking for a quick bite not a bad place.
Pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff at the drive thru. Whenever I order here my food is always great and i have no problem with my order being fulfilled unlike other fast food restaurants. This particular time the drive thru staff offered me a free drink, nice!
The service in which my family and I have received has been disappointing, totally unsatisfactory and serve with an unprofessional customer service personality. Take for example our last order: At first they left my daughters part of the order out. So, we had to go back. Plus the other part of the order was ice cold. Therefore, we went back notified them of their mistake. Which was my daughters portion of the order. We requested Frisco style, no diary, no meat add black beans crunch wrap because shes a vegan. They ignored our request. Not to mention that the order also contained a steak burrito which was ice cold with one strip of meat throwed together. They replaced the items but after returning home we found out that my daughters crunch wrap had beef in it and the forgot the rest of the order. We go back because we felt as though it was done deliberately. The third time we were given a new supposedly vegan crunch wrap prepared as well requested. Get back home still no none of out burritos and the crunch wrap had nacho cheese in it. This was just devastating to my daughter because she knew that this was done deliberately and she was scared to eat it. She felt as though they had probably put something into the food. They were only willing to refund half of our order. Let me say each time we returned wee provided them with the whole order with exception of the steak bowl we ordered. This havent happened once but several times. I tried to let this be our family go to since its within our community but we as a family cant support their business anymore. Please, lets stop giving our money to a business that doesnt appreciate our money and/ or business.
I guess its a good place and price for a on the go. The sad part is that they are missing the simplest yet the best couple of items in the menu, Enchurrito, and bean tostada. These were the trap for me back in the day, once reeled in, it was double the order. Dont let me get started with the apple cinnamon empanadassssss!!! Sadly there is no attraction any more.
Ordered a quesalupa combo and a chicken quesadilla combo with Diablo sauce. Received a quesalupa that was over fried and inedible, the quesdadilla had no creamy jalapeño sauce, and barely any chicken. Got every possible sauce in the bag except the Diablo sauce that was requested at the intercom. At least the drinks are still good.
This is by far the worst taco bell in el paso, they rush you when ordering then they miss what you ordered because thier not paying attention tbh I think this particular day was the shift manager who took my order and only just to get you out the way which explains why they always always always get my order wrong its always missing the simplest things as in sauce, napkins, utensils, etc., the taco bell on Alameda and Loop375 always on point thier always nice and give good customer service and never rush you..this location has to step its game up.js
Im not expecting greatness from a taco bell, but I do expect what i ordered to be correct. The four separate times Ive dined at this location my order has been terribly incorrect. When I called to speak with a manager about my frustration, I was yelled at by some man what do you want me to do? This place is horrible all around, which sucks cuz its the closet location near me and I eat out on a budget. Like I said Im not expecting much, correct food and polite service is basic in opinion.
Taco Bell is my go to fast food. Nothing but good experiences at this location. I only have one small complaint. They tend to be stingy with the salsa packs when ordering through the drive through. You have to be very specific with the number of salsa packs wanted. Last time I asked for a hand full and they gave me 4 packs of mild and 4 of fire. I had ordered enough food for 3 people. So in order to prevent disappointment and a rock, paper, scissors battle over Taco Bell salsa, make sure you ask for a specific number of pack.
Ive been here twice in a passed few weeks and both times they have run out of a certain item/items. Not only that but they take no care in wrapping the food - a 3rd grader couldve wrapped my food better than they. I live just a few minutes away and Id rather go all the way up to the one on Montana for the proper Taco Bell experience.
This Taco Bell is about about average compared to other taco bells in the area, meaning overall the food is a little bit better then taco bells from places like California and Utah. I would give it 4 stars in terms of what you get for what you pay, except for one problem. When you order the spicy tostada, I would estimate about 40% of the time, they leave out the creamy spicy sauce, using only a bland red sauce. But that sauce is what MAKES this item so good! And that item is part of the appeal of going to Taco Bell. I mean, a delicious spicy tostada for only $1, who doesnt want that! But then they make it wrong enough of the time that you cant rely on it. And its not like they leave out a food item or give you completely the wrong thing, at least then you would have a chance to catch the mistake when they hand you the food. But instead they get the order wrong in a way that you wont notice until you get home and open up the tostada box. This is maddening! And this is not the only Taco Bell that makes this mistake, it happens at all the Taco Bells in El Paso!
My wife had tried to add on to her order when she pulled up yo the window. They told her she had to drive around again and get back in line. Unbelieveable!! So when I finally pulled up myself in a separate vehicle, the drive thru person says what can I get you . Wow amazing service. Can you sense the sarcasm.....
This place has really fast service the food here is really yummy 😋 I love how the employees interact with the customers they really are nice and patient her I’ve never experienced this good of a service anywhere else:) the people here are really friendly! I recommend this place to people who are into yummy and nice fast service☺️
I always get the #2 XXL seasoned beef burrito with a soft taco. Its my absolute favorite of all the menu. Sometimes Ill order the chalupas just to switch things up. Baja Blast or Mango tea are the only drinks I get from here.For hubby, its #2 XXL steak with a Dr. Pepper, hard taco.Kids, one HAS TO get the Chicken Quesadilla, the other its Doritos Tacos Supreme. The baby, well he doesnt care too much about what he gets as long as the cinnamon twists come along with it.
This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Manager was extremely rude and loud to clients and customers alike. Food was cold and the lobby was extremely filthy. I don’t know how this lady was made manager with her lack of customer service skills. Never going back to this location until there is a change in management.

Awful...go there to eat...yes it was 20 min before close but I worked in the food industry and you always have to be prepared for late customers...ordered a Mexican pizza...was told they had no ground beef ready and it would be about 10 min...fine Ill wait...I cant bring it outside...ok Ill wait by the window...no big deal...well we dont have any red sauce for the pizza...you shouldve just said you were closed early...this is right by my house and I will never go to this one again...
This place is pathetic and should go out of business or change management! There should be a neagatove stars option for shitholes like this!!! They ALWAYS screw up our order and then the management acts like its no big deal. What a pathetic place. I refuse to go there again as should anyone else!!! Waste of money, time, space, air, and incredibly incompetent and pathetic management!!
The worst in 6 duty stations. Blame the manager for flirting with the drive through lady with an open mic, and at all. No chicken or beef at 140am?? I asked what are you serving then...you say drinks and potatoes and you both laugh.....tips to your kids, and a frown and tip of my hat to your parents...

2022-09-06To give you an idea of how terrible the service is here, this is what happened with last my couple of orders. I went to pick up an app order and I could not because they closed the whole store. They locked the door and told me they would not fill my order and could not help with a refund. Next order they are out of ingredients so they cannot make half my order. I asked for a refund and they stated you can do it via the app. This was a lie. You cannot refund an order that was already initiated by the cashier. Lord help you if you try to redeem a reward either. They will leave out your free item. Hell, they manage to screw up about one out of every 3 orders. Corporate needs to clean house here because the service has been this way for YEARS.

2022-08-20Dont know why i went back after several times of frustration with this taco bell and some others. 18bucks for 12 tacos with hardly anything in them. The taco shells taste stale , other times they ran out ofeat half way through my order , no wonder its the only fast food restaurant with no lines. The other 10 places to eat are packed. Never again, left a bad taste in my mouth.

2022-06-16My order was wrong and it looked like someone took a bite out of my taco, when I told the employees they blamed me for the mistake and where very rude about it. The service ruined my experience here. It did not help that while I was trying to finish my food the employee that was rude kept rolling her eyes at me

2022-07-25Taco bell is not my favorite fast food I go because my kids enjoy it its a five star because the place is super clean food was ready fast AF yesss sirrrre big damn plus oh and the young lady working there was very nice and friendly shout out to that girl that worked Saturday 7/23/2022 around 2:30 pm that handed me and my kids out cups you were awesome keep it up we need ppl like you that show care and generosity

2021-12-14It was fast, inexpensive and freshly made. A good place to duck into for something quick and easy. I ordered the 4 crunchy tacos/4 burrito combo and it was a little over $10. Everyone was impressed.
