Fazolis in other cities:
First time dining inside this restaurant and it was a pretty lovely visit. We were not greeted, there were people in front of us (about 4). Robin took their order pretty quickly and then took care of us (husband and son) I was indecisive on what to get, and Robin our cashier was helpful by helping me chose what will fill me up the most. She was also very kind to my 3 year old son, who is very talkative.Overall the food was really good, also Jordan was very polite and bagged our to go deserts.Thank you Faziolis!
I have never been more disrespected by a restaurant in my 46 years of being on this earth. And it was by the manager PATRICIA no less. With management like this it is no wonder why Fazolis tend to close all over. It is too bad because I drove 45 miles out of the way just to eat here becuase Fazolis use to be a family favorite. I was then refused service by PATRICIA on my second order becuase of her poor customer service. SHE wanted to argue with me in front of the whole restaurant and my kids about the definition of what a couple means. I mean seriously?
I went to the drive thru and order 2meals n extra sauces n cheese cake and a drink.. everything was repeated back to me correctly.. once I got to the window I paid $19 n som change.. I drove off got down the street had to turn around because 1 meal was missing.. I go inside thinking it would be faster.. I spoke to Naidely, I told her my meal was missing n I paid $19 , yes I had a attitude .. Naidely kindly asked for my receipt checked it and asked me to bring my order back in.. long story short. They didn’t charge me for it ..The way she handle me I couldn’t even be mad at her so I want to Apologize to her for not checking MY receipt and MY attitude at the door!
I arrived tonight at 22:29 and the open sign was on and the recording came on saying someone would be with me in a moment. 5 mins later with no service i pulled up to the window and sat there for a minute or two then drive around parked and went up to the door. The sign said lobby was closed but the drive thru was open till 11 so i drove back up to the order box and again heard the recording and no help so i called the store and someone answered and said sorry we are closed. So i drove up to the window and this time a man came to the window and said they were closed when i asked what time they closed saying that they closed early because they were dead the last hour and that is what the owner told them to do. So now after wasting 20 mins i have to call my wife who is a nurse and works overnights and tell her to pick somewhere else. Now i will be late bringing her food on her lunch break. Why advertise open to 11 if you close early? And why not turn off the open sign, turn off the recording and/or at least answer the speaker box and say that your closed. The food is marginal at best and now with this treatment i will be hard pressed to eat at this location again
Last time, good food, however, their Garden Salad was only lettuce and cheese. When asked why it didnt match the description on their board, they gave excuses instead of offering to give our money back. The bathrooms were also not clean! This time they were supposed to be open by 10:30 bit werent. Not even their drive thru. We had to wait a bit before we finally we served. They also failed to give us our receipt and the pumpkin cheesecake didnt look like the picture. It was good just no dressing on top.
The 3 stars are for the food. Its always good. Unfortunately, the girl at the drive thru taking our order, prevented the 5 stars. After I ordered something her response was yea or anything else? with an attitude. When I asked what sauces they had for the wings, she said ugh, omg. Then proceeded to read them off as fast as possible. Never experienced rudeness like that there before.
Customer service was ok. Food was good just wish they would give more of the ravioli. A few weeks back I ordered the pick 2 and chose a slice of pizza with ravioli and they only gave me 3 pieces of ravioli which was a bummer. Yesterday, I went again and decided to get with the pick 3 for $7. I chose double ravioli in hopes of getting a tad bit more and a side salad. One, they gave my bf and I creamy marinara which we did not ask for. Second, the amount of ravioli was disappointing. Third, the tomatoes in my salad had mold.
I waited for an extremely long period just to be answered on the intercom. Note: their display is not in working order. When ordering I was informed the tortellini had to be served with the spaghetti in red sauce. So this tells me that either they are too lazy or don’t understand how edit a meal, or it is prepackaged. Prepackaged pasta in its sauce is a extremely low quality product. I’m incline to believe it was laziness, as I have had the tortellini in a pesto sauce at the location many times in the past. So, I just went to Taco Bell instead.
Sorry, no pictures:(. I was too busy enjoying the food:). Pizza was light and crispy crust. Breadsticks were fantastic and Cinnamon Bites were outstanding! We were traveling through from Houston and so glad we stopped. Good Italian food for a good price and VERY friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommend Fazoli’s to all...my 3 kids loved it equally.
The employees are friendly and helpful. I can never open the salad that comes in the clamshell container. They are never condescending; they tell me that most people have the same problem with the tight lids. The food is great and the atmosphere is friendly. We come here EVERY time we travel to College Station.
I love their daily specials and they were accommodating when they messed my bites. Only thing that I notice is that the chicken is a little dry and bland at times and the Alfredo sauce can be too watery and thin at times. Good place to get decent food if you are out on a budget. Oh did I forget to mention free breadsticks !
My granddaughter took me to eat this past Saturday to Fazolis for lunch. I havent never been their, wasnt for sure what type of food they served. The ultimate spaghetti dinner was actually pretty good. The cheese bread wasnt too bad it. So far I was impressed with the food.
Wanted to try something different. So I ordered the Ultimate Baked Sampler rather than my chicken Alfredo. When I opened the container it looked like mush. So I went back and said that it wasn’t what I ordered. They said in order to get what is advertised, I had to dine in. What I got wasn’t even baked. It was just congealed cheese on mushy pasta. Couldn’t even tell what it was.
This is awesome place I never gone inside but I do hear they give endless bread sticks when dining inside👍. I love this place cuz of the specials they have weekly especially if the pepperoni trio on Tuesday and Thursdays $2.99, and wensdays the special baked spaghetti so delicious and dont forget for all those healthy people or if yall dont want to eat to much carbs they have this keto combo pizza with a side salad my personal favorite house salad but of course healthy is more expensive, do dont expect a deal on this one. This is the meal I get everytime I come to this place keto combo with a house side salad they also have a side ceazar salad.
Love Fazoli’s! Their food is always tasty and fresh! Tuesdays and Thursdays maybe a little a full but they’re always quick and efficient. Their staff is always polite and courteous. I’ve never had a bad experience here! By far this is the best fast-food Italian place!
The food isnt spectacular. Its basically Italian fast food. Its good though, for the price. The best part of my Fazolis experience was definitely the customer service. My daughter and I stopped in on a Monday night for a quick dinner. We were promptly greeted and served by Jordan. He was quick, polite, and really sweet. Customer service makes or breaks a place for me and he definitely made it. Give that guy a raise! :)
The reviews are pretty mixed so maybe we caught them on a bad day, however, our 1st visit to Fazolis on Harvey Rd. was lousy. The food was not necessarily all that made this a lousy experience. We’ve eaten takeout that was too salty, too greasy, over cooked or drowning in sauce a few times before. We’ve been surprised by smaller portions than we expected. We’ve gotten the wrong food in the drive thru. Never ALL of these in one experience UNTIL Fazoli’s but still, you live & you learn. I don’t usually complain if I dont like the food because its very subjective & we all have different tastes. However, when I don’t get what I paid for, there is nothing subjective about that & I expect it to be corrected. Even if its just a couple of dollars. What made this a lousy experience was the way manager, Jeannette, treated me when I called to tell her our order was not correct. I expected $1.95 refund for the difference in what we paid for & what we received. Maybe she was having a bad day or a bad week. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt because you never know what people are going through. 2020 has been a bad year for a lot of folks. But when she told me on the phone I was wrong , I returned the food to the restaurant & I absolutely expected my money back. She refused, so I left the food on the counter & picked up BBQ on the way back home. I have never had to return takeout food to a restaurant. Never. And we eat a lot of takeout. I called the corporate office & was transferred to the franchise representatives voicemail. I left 2 voicemails that week. I absolutely expected a call back. Again I’m trying to give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe Mr. Vostick has been quite ill for 2 weeks or on vacation & that’s why he did not return my calls, but you would think someone else would be handling customer calls if that were the case. Since I’m unable to reach anyone at Fazoli’s who cares, I’m posting my experience here. Maybe future potential Fazoli’s customers will care. The whole experience has been very disappointing & therefore tops the chart for our worst restaurant experience. Our $17 for 2 takeout pasta plates would have been better spent at Olive Garden :)
First time to fazolis and it was great. I had a double slice of pizza and 2 mine meatball sliders which I left one there as I was to full. Nice people that work there, restroom was clean and so was the seating area. They have all the dipping sauces you need and cheeses but I wish they offered jalapeño peppers, surprised they dont have them (easy to store and many people like them). Besides that I will go back another time and try a dish.. Also check out there daily special board
This is one of my favorite places to go for cheap and fast italian food. There $2.99 deal both on tuesdays and on thursdays is such a great deal that includes a serving of their fettucini alfredo pasta, a serving of their spaghetti with meat sauce, a slice of pepperoni or cheese pizza, and an unlimited portion of their delicious garlic breadsticks which makes it more than worth going. Their app is also great and they have some pretty good rewards on it; they also will sometimes give you free food randomly just to get you in the door, which I love.
Really great food for the speed of service. Its fast, but quality enough to hit that home-cooked Italian feel, and the inside is cozy. The breadsticks arent the best, kinda limp and when I went to try a certain dish I was informed it was halfsize for a 2-5 special only.
The trio for 2.99 is a crazy amount of food for the price. We ate in and it was nice, their AC is a little broken right now though but well definitely return once its up and running again. The free bread sticks for dining in were good. I ordered the meatball sub and it was great.
Very friendly service, and food came out hot and fast. My only complaint is not with the location, but the corporate policy of only giving 2 breadsticks per order on a to go order. Them breadsticks are good, I need like 10 of them. But yes, this location is great, and an enjoyable experience.
Update: I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star after the last visit to Fazoli’s. The food cost a lot more than previous visits. What we received was not worth what we paid. Quality was poor & service was even worse. Granted, our expectations were slightly higher than average because we were quite pleased with our previous visits. Very disappointed this time.Previous review:I have only had extraordinary service both in the drive thru and in the restaurant. They have great specials and the food is pretty good.
I like the food-ish. Its good grab and go if you dont care for quality. Its microwaved food tbh thats as good as it gets. The inside of the store is awful. All the tables are always sticky in a gross children uncleaned hands type of way, the floor is always gross with food and trash (which I understand you cant just clean every second something falls) and it seems no one will sweep for hours. Again, food could be better but its a fast food place so I cant ask for Gordon Ramsay style things obviously. The whole place just seems unclean and sticky and kind of gross. They just need to deep clean one whole day and it would make such a big difference.
The person at the register didnt even enter my part of the order. I ordered the chicken parmesan duo. The chicken is a very poor choice for this dish. The chicken was like an oversized nugget that was like cardboard and tasted horrible. The pasta on the other hand was really tasty as were the bread sticks. If you would please change the chicken it would be a dish I would recommend. The food has always been good and at a great value.
This is great place to grab a bite on the cheap. For the price (most meals are under $5), the food is pretty good and decent portion sizes. Just dont expect gourmet quality and youll be happy. The restaurant is clean with plenty of seating but I imagine gets super packed on game day.
Im going to sound crazy, but I loved this Fazolis. I have never been to one before and I was not expecting anything. I thought I would get food that would make me not hungry and service that would be okay. I was just amazed at how good the food was first of all and the generous portions as well. It was so delicious. The staff was very nice as well! I do have to be fair, though. I give them 4/5 because the ice was out and it looked like there was mold in the parmesan cheese. That was more than a little worrying.
The food is always good here but, I came about a week ago and every single order was wrong at a 5 top table. We all ordered off of the menu that had the unlimited bread sticks and they brought a basket with 4. FOUR BREAD STICKS FOR FIVE PEOPLE!!! along with the food being wrong they didnt even attempt to bring our salads until we were finished with our food and had all honesty forgotten we even had salads. I understand this is a fast food place but the service at McDonalds is starting to look like the Hilton!
First off, we waited about 15 minutes for someone to take our order when there was no one in there. When our order was finally taken, the guy was unfriendly and seemed like he was in a rush. We ordered two waters with our meals and thought that the water would be where the drink station is.... it was not. We looked around for the guy who took our order and he was not around, so we got regular drinks out of the soda fountain. Not even ten minutes into eating our meal, the extremely rude manager comes over and tells us that we need to dump our drinks because we didn’t pay for them. Understandable, but maybe put your water in a clear, open place where the um, DRINKS ARE? And not some random place in the restaurant? Also, the water was in a mop bucket... I’m not kidding. A MOP BUCKET. How disgusting is that??? Never again.
This is what a good little quick grab-and-go Italian place should be. Im always surprised by how much I get charged for noodles and sauce but fazolis is great. They have wonderful daily specials and good deals through their apps. you dont expect much for the price but you get pretty good food for what you pay. They are usually pretty busy the could use a little more staff also help keep the place little tidier and clean. The drive-thru is always quick and Ive never had anything missing on my orders. I tried their chocolate chip cookies the other day and that was pretty yummy. I havent tried anything here that I dont enjoy or that I feel I paid too much for.
So its Thursday, your hungry, got three other mouths to feed, and you all want some Italian? This is the place. Best value for your money right here, period. Ordered a baked lasagna, chicken Alfredo, and two of their trio specials (pizza, spaghetti, Alfredo), four drinks, and all the garlic bread you want.... $30. Beats the pants off that Olive place. Whats even better, the place was clean, the staff was efficient, and the food was good. Thanks yall!
If this place had delicious food and servers, this place would be Olive Garden. But it isnt, no surprise! I have only had the Tuesday and Thursday specials (unlimited breadsticks too!), so I cant say much other than that I had other cheap options 2 of the 7 days each week.
Clean, fast and yummy food! Staff was helpful to the elderly man that was in front of me in line that couldn’t really hear or understand the $5 lunch. He said he was getting food for his grandkids and she directed him to the Trio which is perfect cause that’s what I was getting my kids!
Same quality as mcdonalds and not worth your money, trust me, couldnt finish my lasagna cause it made me sick, breadsticks were barely seasoned, everything was like a tv dinner you make in the microwave, if you wanted good food youre better off at mcdonalds or olive garden
I joined Fazolis rewards card and got a FREE baked spaghetti! The staff was nice while I was waiting and gave me some bread sticks! Yummy! I will be going back. While your dining you get All the bread sticks you want. BE careful though, leave room for your delicious meal😀
My wife and I got a meal there last Saturday and it was delicious. I had the creamy chicken penne and my wife had the bacon chicken ceaser salad. We were very pleased with the quality and portions and the tomatos were tastier than expected. I recommend this place for good and fast Italian food. The employees were helpful and nice too.
I ended up visiting this restaurant just by chance. However, I chose to order what was special in the menu. I found out that the pricing on the item was one of the cheapest I have had in the recent times. It was just $2.99. The quantity was good. This is an ideal place for any student. If you have an empty stomach and insufficient cash then this is your best bet in town. In addition to this, the garlic bread sticks are delicious. As long as you have ordered and are seated inside the restaurant you can have as many garlic bread sticks as you want.
This place is amazing!!! It has great staff and they are extremely nice and comforting and welcoming!! A lot of these bad reviews are just some of those bad experiences that people have that happen even in the best of restaurants. And the people that go back multiple times, well when they dont treat you well it might be because you arent being the best customer and I know that from experience of having rude and mean customers. But this place has really good food options and they are healthy and reasonably priced. Eaten here a ton and would recommend it to anyone!!!
Disappointing. Left me sitting in front of the speaker for 6 minutes with my window open on a 100 degree day waiting for them to take my order. I finally had to pull up to the window so that I could close my window and see when they were finally ready. Then cashier didn’t know how to add extra pepperoni to my pizza. Also, the price on the drive through menu board says a pepperoni double slice is $4.49. I was charged $4.99 before the additional charge for the pepperoni. Pizza was flavorless and the brownie was stale. I won’t be back.
Kid liked the pizza but other than the bread sticks not what i remember about fazolis as the food we ordered was terrible. Should have know that it wasnt the greatest when we noticed it was fairly empty for dinner time. This location was not that clean either which is always a deterrent for business. I would not recommend this location. (Note the 2 stars is only because their breadsticks are good lol)
As an Italian who grew up with my family creating some of the best pastas in the world I gotta say this is just not up to par on flavor but what it does have is convenience. Its fast food but Italian and their dishes arent half bad. Its always cheezey and hot with plenty of spices. If your looking for a quick meal for a low price this is a great place to go
Great place for cheap eats in college station. At first I figured the quality would be quite low but was pleasantly surprised, but for these prices what more could you ask for. The staff sometimes takes quite a while to clear off tables which is my main gripe but other than that they are quite competent.I frequently got for the special sampler special which you can get for $3.99 (I believe) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This meal includes spaghetti with meat sauce, fettuccine Alfredo, and a slice of pizza, which all is quite filling, and if you include the infinite breadsticks its arguably the best deal in town. For students you can also show your student ID to get this deal any time.
The experience started off rocky with confusion of the menu and pricing that went with the deal of the day. I simply wanted 1 slice extra of pepperoni pizza. I got to the window and I was charged for an entire meal that was not given to me because of my request of 1 extra slice. I spoke with the manager and she had an attitude at first but calmed down and fixed the situation. Food is great.
Weve been to Fazolis many times over the years. Most of the time its pretty good for fast food Italian. But tonight was very disappointing. Food was wrong and/or overcooked, and was not delivered, even though they gave us a number sign for the table. We had to go ask for it.
I hope it was just a bad day! 5:30 in the afternoon. We were the only customers in there. Over 5 minutes to even have someone come and take our order. The young woman that took our order obviously didnt want to be there. At least the food was hot and as good as Ive grown to love at any Fazolis.
First time Ive been to a Fazolis. Wasnt sure what to expect from a fast food Italian place, so it was worth a try. The trio special is a pretty good deal on Tue/Thur, but at full price, I wouldnt be happy. The pizza was only ok, and the fettuccini alfredo was also only ok. The spaghetti with meat sauce was better. I also tried the veggie rotini, and that was much better. The bread sticks were pretty good. I would be willing to come again and try some of the other dishes. The workers were all friendly, didnt experience any of the negative stuff others have mentioned.
Fazolis is a great quick bite place and is located at a right location. You can just hop in there after your grocery shopping etc. The best thing about them is their bread sticks....they are the best I ever had. And best part is they are unlimited. But limited options for vegan meals.
Im not one to put a bad review for anyone but this was redicouse. The breadsticks we were given were hard and the pasta was barely warm and the night manager was behind the counter yelling out to the customer instead of taking the order to him. Not to mention the bad smell when you first walk in. Then when we asked the a manager for silverware we were pointed to plastic and then not even a minute later the silver was brought out...by the same manager. I dont know what happened l. The food used to be so good and the staff was warm welcomed. I can assure you though I am not going back unless it changes.
As a cyclist I love the location right off George Bush (with bike lanes) and next to Wolf Creek Pen park (with a hike/bike trail), though I wish theyd get a bike rack. They have great specials Tuesdays and Thursdays, and they always have unlimited breadsticks for dine-in customers. Service is hit and miss, some employees are great and try hard, others are disinterested but not rude. Wait time to order and time to get food is generally good, though I have had a few longer experiences. All in all its a good restaurant in the chain!
Our College Station Fazolis is an excellent place for inexpensive catering. Fazolis is my go to restaurant for catering small group meetings of 12-25 people. The prices are reasonable and they provide plenty of delicious food. Creamy Basil Chicken and Romano Chicken are my favorites.
If you want horrible service look no further than this Fazolis. I had to wait 40 minutes for a pasta dish. When I walked in the cashier had their back to me and I had to wait a couple minutes before they event acknowledged me. The restaurant was not busy. There was no excuse for a simple pasta dish to take that long and the only explanation is slow, lazy employees. This establishment showed a lack of organization and efficiency. If youre looking for good Italian food I would recommend Carinos which is only a few minutes away.
I have never, ever, been to this restaurant before... it will be the last time i darken their doorway! I cant offer a -5 stars, so 1 star will have to do.If you want to use female bathroom stalls w/out toilet paper, Come to this place. If you want to be ignored at the counter, Come to this place. If you want to receive below subpar service available to a human, where the person (man) at the counter points to the other employee (girl) who just happened to choose that moment to walk away, and I tell him, she just walked away, Come to this place. If you want to see a fly land on your daughters plate (while she is in the bathroom w/ no toilet paper), Come to this place. The only positive comment is this:I should have gone to Chick-fil-A!!!Spent $33.00+ for terrible service and mediocre food.Anyone who provides more than 1 star opinion is seriously delusional.Only one other party dining at lunch time when we arrived, yet the floor area near where we sat was dirty; no excuse, since they cant say we couldnt clean because there were too many people.Still shaking my head....
First time customer. Okay food. Breadsticks should come to the table in a separate bag or basket. Was put on top of pasta sauce and was soggy by time I received my food. Staff (two ladies in particular), at register needs to fix their attitude. No great service whatsoever. Tables werent clean to sit down. Every single drink was out except for the Powerade and coke products. When asked to refill, 20 min wait and nothing came out. Shouldve got a refund.
More times then not gets the order wrong and is consistently on the phone texting or whatever as I pull up to window after being asked to repeat my order several times. Closed a good amount of time prior to posted hours and would rather laugh at me through the window though the open sign on both sides of the building is on. They need a serious employee overhall as well as a lesson in integrity and customer service. I get better of both at ghetto McDonalds branches
Had the worst customer service at Fazolis. managers was arguing with customer I asked him if he could put my food in a different container since I was on a bike and I didnt want it to open up he continue to argue with me until I had to ask him how would you like me to fix the problem he told me he would want me to when I go up to the server and place my order to request my box instead of been been told when its being done. I told him I would do that the next time I see him or step foot into this restaurant again. But I think the staff members slash manager needs to be more respectful to their customers. Since the customer is always right. 7/26/18
Perhaps my experience was entirely of my own design, but I did not enjoy myself here. The atmosphere and level of cleanliness was fine, the staff were nice, and for all appearances it seemed to be going fine. That is until I ordered my food.I ordered a chicken penne pasta and it was at least 35% melted cheese and 10% what I assume was olive oil. Ironically very little chicken despite the name of the dish. Again perhaps it was an experience I could have avoided. When you think fast food Italian you should probably stick to the classics, most namely pizza. Had I it may not have turned me off to the place.
After waiting in the slow line,we placed our order , the cashier Amanda swiped the card through the credit card machine , it printed empty paper , kept swiping the card more and more , then we took the number for the order , while I was waiting I checked my bank account online and found that I was charged four times , went to ask them for the order and tell them about the multiple charging , they didnt even have an idea about where the order was and was starting over the preparation , I told them I just need to cancel the order and fix the multiple charging , they were very slow took over half an hour and at the end just gave me one refund receipt to sign ,I asked about the other three they said we will keep doing it. The management of the problem was terrible , no attempt to apologize for the late food and the multiple charge issue , went home before I have a confirmation that the issue was fixed.
Horrible we come in here weekly and sad to say will not be coming back any more, the place was freezing had ac on full blast several complaints due to it. Your food was cold and then tell the shift manager (ruby) she was very rude and short with us. Had to semd food back due to it was wrong. Bathrooms and lobby a mess. New girl on register with very little training took over 10 minutes to take order for 2 menu items. Very dissatisfied will npt be back. Lost long time customers due to this.
We are greeted with someone will be with you...then we stood there waiting for someone else to meander over to help us.We were not smiled at and were not thanked for placing our order. The soda machines are out of order and there was no ice either. When we asked the lady at the counter she informed us that the ice just needs to be refilled and slowly filled our cups with ice.The food was okay, but we had to yll at eachother over the very loud a/c.
I as a former employee have never been so disappointed in my life working for such a place .i was worked hard and treated like my first job didn’t matter.managers eating while newly trained employees where left to figure stuff out on they’re own.the manager kept asking if I was going to quit to let her know in advance.i quit and it’s been over 2 weeks since I got my check.all the manager said is when people quit I send it it the mail.2 freaking weeks .dont advise working here
Its always nice to go into a regular restaurant and have your food brought to your table by the staff, and then when you are finished this staff happily comes around and picks up all of the dishes off of your table. The pasta is always good and the service is always friendly.
Everyone has a guilty pleasure and Fazolis is mine! Their Tuesday and Thursday trio is too good to be true. You get pizza, fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti for $2.99!In my opinion, where this establishment suffers is its service, cleanliness and preparedness. Many of the times that I’ve gone there has been dirty plates that have not been removed from the tables, silverware that has not been restocked, and ice machines that have not been refilled. They also seem to be understaffed and the staff can be slow at times. Please give Fazolis a try and make a judgement for yourself!
Cheap good food bad service and needs cleaning. Tables and areas around soda dispensers were dirty. The people were not very friendly none of them had a smile looked very on happy to be at there jobs, but the food was very good portion were large and worth the price.
I usually dont post on google or give reviews and fazolis is generally a great place to come to but today I came and its during spring break. The location was severely understaffed. It took 5 minutes before someone realized I was at the counter. The place was dirty and there were tables that had food items still on them. There was hardly any silverware to eat with so I grabbed some to go plastic utensils form the counter. One ice machine was completely out and the other took forever to get any ice out. I understand that its spring break in a college town but Ive never seen this fazolis be this bad. If the food wasnt so great then Id probably never come back especially if this was my first time. Very disappointed with this visit and I shouldve just gotten my food to go.
The app. On my cell had deals for the local but, they said they cant do them anymore!! Take it off app, raincheck, take off windows. And they forgot my meal or someone took it. Should check to see if all your customers are being served or have been! It would be nice to eat all together.
We went there the day before Mothers Day, we were celebrating 2 family birthday s & Mothers Day, we were a party of 7. When I ordered I asked if the tortellini alfredo could come without bacon because I hate bacon. She said yes, so I said thats what I want without bacon. Once the food came immediately I started finding bacon, but to not ruin the evening, I just picked some of the bacon out & ate a bite or two & decided to just take it home to my mom. I sent one of the kids to get a To-Go bowl, he came back with a small styrofoam box that was too small. I just thought it was the child, so I got up & took my food to show it was a whole bowl of food & request the container. The guy at the counter said he couldnt give me one , turned to the kichen window & took noodles out of a To-go container into a glass bowl & threw the container away. I said, so you cant give me one but you can throw them away? He said well mam that one had noodles in it, to which Im thinking, so what do you think Im going to put in one??? I asked to speak with a manager to which he says, I am the manager. I said well since you dont get it I want to talk to someone who can make an executive decision, main manager possibly the owner. He turns & goes into the kichen area& leaves me there about 15 minutes. Finally the girl at the counter asks me if I need help just as he returns. He gives me the General managers name & number on a scrap of paper not as big as a gum wrapper. I asked about the owner & he doesnt know his name, the girl says his name, so I asked if hes the manager how come you know who the owner is & he doesnt, she says Oh Im a manager too! Great! So I tell her, well since you took my order & I ordered it without bacon, Id now like my food fixed correctly without bacon & in a To-go container since Ive already missed eating with my family. She looks at my food & says, Did that bacon come out of there?? (thank you for questioning my integrity & calling me a liar) if you e-mail us we can send you a voucher ( like yeah, I want to come Back here???) So I had to take two tiny boxes to fit my food in & a bag to carry them, so any perceived cost savings was clearly negated by having to use more than one container not to mention how frustrating to try to talk sense into people who are clearly there only to collect a paycheck & NOT to deliver ANY customer service of any kind. My daughters kids hadnt eaten their food either, she had to get 5 boxes for 2 bowls of food!! We live half way between Austin & Col Sta, so we never have to come back here. You may succeed in making people unhappy, leave hungry & take your crappy boxes but its not a successful business model. Also someone over 25 needs to be there!!
Fazolis staff helped my girlfriend who is currently homeless to obtain a meal and drink for free! They understood that handouts werent what we were asking for. Only any help they could give. They were respectful and unjudgmental of our situation. The food hwas great, even before we were stuck out. I almost cried because of the way they handled my girlfriends request. Also the fact that she is hearing impaired and they communicated with her so well. Thank you and know your generosity is something I will remember for a long while.
It was my first time trying fazolis i would definitely go back.. Wow awesome cheescake and Awesome entrees and breadsticks were nice and hot and soft.. I honestly never even thought about going but now.. Yall made my taste buds feel so alive.. I will glady go back and not be disappointed.... Yall keep up the good work and amazing food❤
Service has drastically declined at this location (especially drive thru). A few months ago there were a couple of minor mistakes which they corrected, thankfully I was only a few miles away. While previously they offered a free item, that hasnt happened since. Today, there were multiple issues, they gave me a large drink & I had ordered & paid for small (minor/in their favor)... Another minor, which I overlooked) but then I realized the breadsticks were ice cold - when usually steaming hot... Turned to go back & Eli argued but reluctantly gave me new ones-after asking for the ones back... Their pricing on the sign, didnt match what I was charged either... Guess thats extra for the attitude...?
Whenever in doubt, in future, I will go to Chick-fil-A!!!!My family and I came here for the first time ever... never again will we cross the threshold. If I could offer a (negative) -5 stars, I would do that without hesitation. Why? you ask.The answer is this: Why not?We, members of any community, work hard for our income. I am not financially independent to not give concern where my monies would be going. On the contrary, my financial means is uppermost in my mind.Do not misunderstand me--I tip very well when I feel it is due as I have been on the other side in the service industry (not afraid to get my hands dirty; Ive even scrubbed toilets until the porcelain gleamed bright). As a family of three, we believed this location to be interesting on a Friday, time well spent, at an acceptable restaurant, but fooled instead into paying $33.81 for a horrible experience!Yes, well spent, in feeling frustrated and disgusted with subpar service and poor bathroom facilities.Example: My daughter went to the ladies bathroom (had 2 stalls, neither having toilet paper in dispensers). As a woman, it is disheartening to find there is no toilet paper available when you are ready to wipe and leave the stall, especially after a bowel movement. Yes, that is a bona fide, Ewwwwww! To men, this may be considered of no consequence, but the female anatomy does not allow one to think: shake twice and done.Example: Ordered pasta item on menu with salad/drink (as a meal, what a con!), was not given dressing -- how could anyone forget the dressing after asking me when ordering at the counter what kind I wanted???In the meantime, the young lady bringing our meals said she was waiting for the endless bread sticks to come out of the oven. Clearly, the oven was not preheated (this I know because I bake at home--cannot fool me on this one) because our frozen bread sticks were still raw in the center, doused with an over abundance of garlic salt (not what one should eat when trying to control high blood pressure, otherwise known medically as hypertension). I would have been satisfied with a light sprinkling of garlic POWDER on my THOROUGHLY baked bread sticks. My husbands and daughters pizza slice (meal offering: pizza slice or salad and drink, added to main menu item) were baked to an almost unrecognizable consistency, but they cannot do that for the bread sticks.Example: Went to counter to retrieve my own dressing... A man and girl were at counter, girl immediately walked away, proceeded to back room, leaving man at counter... I look at him, expecting him to say, How can I help you?Instead, he nonchalantly points to the retreating figure of the girl disinterested in doing her job (providing a service at the counter)--at this point I say to him, Yes...and she just walked away..It was difficult keeping my temper under wraps; After all, I may dislike the service, but refuse to be ugly in public as it reflects badly on the person in question. The business was not busy at all, only one other party dining at lunch time when we arrived, yet the floor area near where we sat was dirty, unswept; again, there is no reason for that to continue.Example: As I waited for my daughter to return from that hell hole they call a bathroom, I had to cover her salad completely with paper table napkins because the flies were hungry as well.Dirty floors attract and encourage insects, which spread disease; after all, we reside in Texas and insects do not die, only repopulate (I am a Texas native, lived outside of Chicago for 40+ years, the cold winters kill everything, but not down here) ... I use Telstar at home, 4 oz :: gallon, (for those interested, Google it!), but I have no way in knowing if other establishments (motels, restaurants) use it.All in all, I lamented to my daughter several times, We should have gone to Chick-fil-A.
Havent had a bad experience yet..my fam goes there 2 to 3x a week. Well today I went around lunch time and placed my order.. Got to the window and told the manager how sorry I was and that I thought I left my wallet at home.. She said dont worry about it love. I got you.. I told her I would be right bk and before I knew it the window shut and she was off to get my food . I looked all inside the car just to make sure and lo and behold..THERE IT WAS ...sitting under my seat. I flagged her down as she passed by the window and I said with great relief.. Excuse me maam.. Ive found it... Tried to hand her my card and the window closed again...secs later she handed me my food and said... I said not to worry about it.......how sweet as that??? Thanks Dani.....I cant wait to pay it forward...... 5 stars from me hun....you ROCK....
Grew up eating at this chain as a child in austin and I am devastated there is not one location in the Houston area!!! PLEASE PUT A LOCATION IN KINGWOOD/SPRING/WOODLANDS AREA !!! Business would boom. Id drive a good 30 min for yalls food...but I cant drive 1.5 hours!! Haha only get to stop here on my way to austin. Please help!! Lol
Italian fast food. Fazolis about as good as one could expect after uttering those words. For pasta plates under $10 that you could cook at home, check the place out. Not a fan of the breadsticks that taste like cardboard though. They do have good deals on Tuesdays and Thursdays where you can get a slice of pizza, some spaghetti, and fettuccine alfredo for like $3
Amazing food for the price. However tired of the cashier tell me ill be with you in a minute, or step away in the middle of taking our order. Happens every time we come .Also, no trash cans. Food trays left on the tables, but no clear understanding of what we are supposed to do with them.

2022-06-08Came across this sign today at Fazolis. I have always enjoyed this restaurant for the service and the food has always been great for the price that you pay. Always tasty, affordable and and good size portions. Today just seemed not normal for this place. They had a sign ar the counter as a station for pepper flakes and grated cheese. The justification given was that people are stealing them and well why not screw the other customers that dont steal. Keep in mind that your food gets brought to the table, then you must take your very hot plate might I add, and take to counter add your condiments and return. Not well executed. What if its for kids. This is an unnecessary inconvenience. Management needs to rethink this. I asked the cashier to allow me to bring the two bottles to the table. She said no, thats why there is a sign. Really???. The value of the customer is really put on display here. This is my opinion of course but, honestly I do believe the customer should not be the one to pay for the actions of others.

2022-03-26SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I work right around the corner so we VERY frequently eat here because we do like the food but due to the service our entire work center is about to not go at all anymore. They ignore you when you first walk in to order. They act like they are having to go way out of their way to place your order like you are a nuisance. They huff and puff at you if you ask for a Togo box. I honestly believe that this is a management problem. Its not a single employee it is almost ALL of them. This implies to me that either management needs to be dealt with or new training protocols implemented. This is not the fault of a singular bad employee but a bad establishment which usually starts at the top. Such a shame to waste such good food because of lack of service. I have never complained before but today was the day. We waited for 10 minutes before someone even ACKNOWLEDGED we were there even though they were standing right in front of us. Turns out the card machine was broken so we asked if we should go somewhere else and were very rudely told we should definitely do that. Then they told our coworker in the drive through that her card fried the system (its fine she used it right after that somewhere else). When my coworker asked if they wanted the diet coke back since her card didnt read they told her I cant take it back and slammed the drive through window in her face. Just absolutely unacceptable behavior.

2022-06-13I was craving for some pasta so when I looked up pasta places in College Station, Fazolis showed up. Jordan mentioned he ate there a long time ago, so we decided to order there because his description was, A cheaper Olive Garden. The prices were definitely right! We made an online order for a Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Small Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, and a Whole Pepperoni Pizza. We also then ordered a Strawberry New York Cheesecake while we were there. I am a big fan of Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo—Id order Alfredo-anything when we visit pasta places. However, the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was a bit of a disappointment. The noodles were bigger than normal and the texture was different—overcooked, possibly? The chicken was also overcooked. I didnt even finish my portion, which would typically be so easy for me. The Small Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, on the other hand, was quite delicious. It tasted and looked like how it should. The pizza was very different. I didnt really enjoy it because it was a bit too greasy for my taste. Heating up leftover pizzas still wasnt great either. As for the service, we came there thinking wed have to pick up in-store, but the doors were locked so we had to go through drive-thru. It would be nice to have a little note when ordering online about closing the restaurant at x time but the drive-thru will still be open. The little interaction we had with the staff member at the window was decent—he was nice and quite generous.Overall, if Im ever in College Station during the week, I would visit on one of their promotion days if theyre still available. Otherwise, I will probably not.

2022-05-02The specials are gone.Owner talking about them online less than a month ago. The lady said that they haven’t had any deals since Covid. The food is not worth it for what you pay. And their food is affordable it’s just not good unfortunately. I could deal with it when the food was cheaper but not now.

2022-05-06I’m here from TX. The food is great always at Fazoli’s anywhere . However, never have I ever waited in a Fazoli’s drive thru line (3rd car) for 30 PLUS minutes. Lady in the window doesn’t seem to know how to work the speaker, she stopped mid sentence 2-3 times. Terrible customer service. Do better with the Fazoli’s brand Little Rock!

2022-04-01A good place to go for fast food Italian. The food quality is about what youd expect from fast food. I was disappointed with the music selection, since it used to be Italian music. But, the employees were friendly, the food was hot, and it tasted alright 🤷🏼♂️

2018-08-01Food was good, reminded me of nice cafeteria dining. Filling and the unlimited breadsticks were great. No complaints, a nice change from fast foot places.Update: 5 Stars, because the food has been consistent the 3 times I have dined here. The Tues/Thurs Trio for 2.99 is a good buy and filling.

2021-05-13The food is always delicious! My fave is the pesto basil chicken rotini pasta. Love their breadsticks, I think their breadsticks are better than olive garden but still love olive garden lol. Anyways, this place does not disappoint. The salads are also good. Friendly staff and good atmosphere
