I wish I knew how much of a pain in the as$ this place would be,For my first car buying experience it’s been horrible, from the moment I started the process to now when I’m having to get it serviced. For starters the buying experience was hectic and horrible, the selling was more focused on making his money , all my paperwork all over the place.And now!! Having to get it serviced is beyond infuriating!! No one knows if I have warranty! No one knows how long it’ll take! My trucks been sitting at the lot for a full week without getting service and no rental car for me to use.I will never come here to purchase another vehicle, this is my warning to anyone looking here “Don’t, it’s not worth it!”
They pulled the ol bait and switch on me here. I had seen online that they had two vehicles in their inventory I was interested in. So I decided to get in touch with one of their sales representatives to make sure they do in fact have them in stock. The sales representative tells me yes we have them here ready for you to test drive. I show up and they dont have the cars and start asking me to make a deposit, absolute scam artist.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jacob Cavazos! Mr. Cavazos guided me every step of the way through my first ever car financing experience and was exceedingly patient, dedicated, and compassionate throughout the entire process. The way he interacts with his clients is so familiar and down to earth that you almost forget he is a salesman and not a family member purchasing the vehicle with you!! The reason I ended up choosing Fiesta in the end was because of the level of customer service he showed not only to me, but to several other clients i had the privilege of watching him interact with. Mr Cavazos displays a strong set of Valley-minded morals, values and principles when selling a vehicle which is essential in a culture and region as unique and special as the Rio Grande Valley and unfailingly demonstrates an attitude of people over profit which is what ultimately led me to finalize a lease contract on my new 2022 Chevy Trax!! I have been to many other car dealerships over the span of the last 6 months and the vast majority of salespeople are resigned to just write a client off if they do not purchase a vehicle within a certain amount of time. Mr. Cavazos NEVER made me feel like I was wasting his time and would continuously notify me of new inventory coming in that he thought might fit the particular criteria I was looking for until we eventually found the one for me at the monthly payment I wanted! He and Mr. Danny De La Garza, the insurance agent with Fiesta, were the Dream Team in making this purchase a reality for me. I honestly cannot stress how invaluable they both are to this company and that because of the treatment I received here, will be recommending to ALL of my family and friends looking to trade, finance or lease new vehicles this year. Mr. De La Garza once stayed past store hours to make sure that I understood what insurance options were available to me and what they covered and answered each and every question I had with such understanding and patience- never once making me feel rushed and always assuring me that he would be available if I had any further concerns. Traded in my Silverado for a 2022 Trailblazer on 6-7-22. That same night, I noticed one of the LED lights was not functioning. Called my salesman and told him about it.. was told to go in the following day so service department could check it out..showed up the following day, service said they were backed up until the following Monday.. ok, no big deal, Monday comes around, they picked up the vehicle from my job in the AM, salesman left me his personal vehicle for the meantime.. after work, I show up to see if they figured out what was wrong with it.. turns out it was never looked at. Service department tells me to come back on Thursday, that they would have a rental for me so I could leave my car with them in the mean time while it was being worked on. Thursday comes around, I show up at 2:30pm after work with the intention of having a rental ready.. but nope! Once again Service Department fails me and says that they were not going to provide a rental because my vehicle was still “drivable” and that they were just going to order a whole new headlight and replace the nonfunctional one.. it is now 12 days since this issue occurred.. and nothing has been resolved.. By far WORST customer service!
Bad experience, they sold me a vehicle that was not working properly. I took it in for service, and supposely they fixed it and a day after it was doing the same thing, i took it back and they called me and said car is ready, Took the car again it was doing the same thing. I have been trying to get ahold of some one at service or a manager and no one neve answer. Bad experience, never again.
A big shout out to Mr Tony Salinas as our excellent salesperson on our new 2022 Silverado , we have perchased several vehicles at Fiesta chevrolet inspite that are previous salesperson is no longer employed in this dealership ,Mr Salinas filled in as our new salesperson he went far and beyond to find exactly the truck I was looking for, so the experience once again at Fiesta chevrolet is excellent and the reason that I will continue to recommend to family & friends ,but most importantly is the excellent customer service Mr Salinas given us thank you again , Mr Martin pequeno & Olga pequeno
We had left another dealership very upset. We decided to stop at Fiesta Chevrolet and immediately greeted by Jacob Cavazos. Mr. Cavazos was very friendly from the beginning to the end. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions, and we drove away with a new vehicle.

Went to buy a Chevy equinox on Monday but was told they lost the key and that the key and car will be rdy by Tuesday. So come Tuesday I get called at the last minute that the ordering got messed up or something and the car will be rdy on Thursday so I was then a little upset but was patience then comes Thursday and still not rdy then finally comes Friday and they tell me the car is just now starting to get worked on so they can reprogram a new key but I still wasn’t able to pick it up because they left the car in the service garage. So I had to wait all the way until Saturday to actually pick up the car which was unprofessional other than that though the staff was helpful and friendly.
This place is horrible!! They sell you a warranty but than tell you they can’t service the car at their lot they have to go to a completely different deal ship with a different owner!! They have had my car for a week and half!! They know I have a family of 6 one of them being a toddler. And they refuse to give me a rental!
Called in about a recall on my truck they told me they would call me back with more info they never did, so i called back to see what they found out and gave me a excuse and that they had to many cars so i asked can i just go in for the part so i can do it myself they said they were gonna find out and get back to me and guess what they DIDNT.

I already bought 2 vehicles with them. Sales employees do a good job but when you take the vehicle to service they always want to replace the battery. Same scenario with the previous vehicle, I was not having any trouble with the vehicle battery it was taking in for something else.
First I had to wait almost 30 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me. I was about to leave but knowing you were the only dealership that had the truck I wanted in stock, I decided to stay. After purchasing the truck and having to wait 2 weeks for the truck bed cover, I call in to work for you to install it, only to find out it is the wrong one. Now you are charging me $300 out of my pocket plus another work day to miss because of your mistake. Not very happy at all
I arrived at 730 in the morning to drop off my vehicle. There were 2 ladies doing the intakes. Edith was the young lady who helped me. She was prompt and welcoming. She informed me of the time frame needed and called me as soon as it was ready. Very nice and good experience going to this dealership.

I have to say, Your Front Desk Receptionist Julie was very courteous, helpful and making sure the customer was satisfied and doing her job with a SMILE . She went out of her way to make sure someone from the service center helped us out, so that we can go and drop off our truck (this was our 1st time taking our vehicle in) and I was very impressed, they got the oil change and rotation of tires done at the time I needed to go and pick up our truck ... you dont get that often done at other dealerships ...
I was needing some information about the warranty policy on my vehicle that I purchased from Fiesta Chevrolet. So, I called the dealership to find out this information and was treated in the most rude manner I have ever experienced in all the years I’ve been a customer with this dealership. The receptionist named America did not offer any courtesy, friendliness, nor professionalism. She even hung up on me after stating to me that she was not going to talk to me. Ughmmm, is that not the job of a receptionist? To receive calls and direct calls? I ended up calling the Bert Ogden(next door) and was finally helped with politeness and friendliness and was given help directing my call. Funny I had to call the place next door to find help. I want everyone to know that this was the worst experience in business I have ever had. I will tell everyone I know about this experience.
Yesterday I purchased my very first new vehicle and it was a smooth process. 2022 Silverado custom. The salesman was very professional. Kerel Edwards helped me every step of the way and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I definitely recommend this dealership for your next vehicle. Everyone is very friendly, professional and helpful.
This is not where I normally get my vehicle service seeing that I’m from out of town. The first part of my problem is that when I asked the gentleman (who I might add was very professional) about the cost of the service, he gave me a quote on the service but didn’t inform me the labor cost was so high. I’ve received inspections and oil changes in the past from two different dealerships and I’ve never paid labor cost for those especially when I added other services. Literally half my bill was labor cost. The second part that I did not find comforting is that when I entered my vehicle it smelled like fuel and grease. Normally there would be paper mats on the floor and plastic on the seats so that it won’t get dirty this is not the case. And the last thing is that I was sitting there for four hours waiting on my vehicle. when I got up to see what was the progress on my vehicle I noticed my keys have been sitting on the counter.
Stop by the dealership, just to browse on their inventory. I was approached by a sales person and ask me how can we help me on selecting a vehicle. They didnt have what i was looking for, but mentioned that there will be some coming next week. i was happy that my choice did came in as expected. So far excited with my new vehicle

Generally unpleasant and unhelpful staff. The only good employee I encountered was my salesman Vladimir. He treated me well and with respect and made effort answer all of my questions and accommodate me. Were it not for him and the fact that this dealer was the only dealer with a car like the one I purchased within a 50 mile radius I wouldn’t have returned to purchase my vehicle.
I bought a car a couple months ago. Early August to be exact. I never received any of my paperwork. I never got a call about my plates. My paper plates are expiring in 2 days. I went to go ask where the service center was, a man outside under a tent was very rude to me. The lady inside the service center did not address any of my concerns or point me to where they could be addressed. My brother addressed my check engine light issue instead because neither of us liked the way things have been handled when dealing with people at Fiesta. Id heard good things in the past but I am very disappointed with the actual level of customer care and service at this establishment.
Vehicle was taken in to Fiesta Chevrolet on Friday 10/22/2021 for Battery replacement under warranty. Service Writer Edith Garcia provided excellent customer service who deserves a 10 but my concern is--- today is Monday 10/25/2021 8:05 PM as I respond to this survey I have not gotten a copy of the service invoice who can we blame fault on this, Service Writer or the Dealership. The 10 rating dropped to a 1 if we blame the Service Writer, unless there is someone else to shift blame to on this concern/matter.

For it being our very first time buying in a dealership , we had an amazing experience. Our sales man showed us different options but at the end he helped us make our best decision. I would definitely recommend not only the dealership to my friends and family but the sales representative as well.
I took in fleet vehicle for rpm issue. They kept it for 18 days. They waited on a sensor for 2 weeks. That’s unacceptable. Then they made oil change without authorization. They should at least know why I will direct the rest of the fleet vehicles to go to Mission. It’s sad what we have to put up with here in South Texas. I also asked for number to service department supervisor after they had vehicle a whole week and was never given the number.

Waited almost a week to have my vehicle inspected, was requesting a quote based on a multipoint inspection. When I went to pick up the truck they made me come back because the truck needed to be put back together. As I was driving off the parking I see my truck already parked in the service parking lot, yet they still wouldnt give it to me because the person that was in charge of my ticket hadnt closed it and was out to lunch. Definitely a waste of my time, especially since I drive about 30 minutes just to get to the dealership.
Fiesta has the friendliest staff out of all of the agencies I’ve visited. Other agencies were rude and unwilling to help. Fiesta’s service is top notch and should be considered the number one agency in the RGV Texas. The young lady who assisted me through out, provided outstanding service.

The Service department is a complete scam I called 1 week in advance because my Check engine light was on and the rear sway on my vehicle. The lady that took my call set me up with appointment for Tuesday 8:30am and told me I have power train warranty and also I have extended warranty that I bought from dealer so issues should be fixed and covered .I took vehicle on time and then Thursday finally I get a call back saying they found 2 issues but none are covered under the warrantys and total bill would be $1100 ..told them its too expensive for just evap leak and shocks so declined service ..got to dealership and forced me to pay 145 diagnostic fee if not as per manager they would hold my vehicle . Which is a rip off I thought it had warranty to cover issue as per lady... Paid fee left upset I talk to manager Alfred DeLeon didnt care about the situation ...i got home felt this dealership was sketchy so I opened hood and found all wires were loose and nothing was put back! 145 fee and left vehicle in worst conditions. Do not take your vehicle here for service ..Ive purchased 2 cars from this dealership and will be my last never again. 2 days for a diagnosis and vehicle left worse condition
I took my truck for service under manufacture warranty. After a week I never received a call back I have to called them the service advisor Jayro never answer my calls another lady was trying to help me but never call me back as well. They said they are trying to use my extended warranty while my truck still have manufacture warranty I dont understand why. Im very disappointed . My truck still there Im just waiting for my days off to go and take my truck and go to another Dealer.
I took my XT4 for a nail change and a break checkup. Service was great. I had a ride back to Fiesta Chevrolet. The brakes had a squeaky sound when alloying the breaks, especially if driving in reverse. Break pads where good at 80%, but the squeaky sound is still there. A Cadillac with squeaky breaks.. great, just great.
Matias in the service department and Ramiro the courtesy driver have changed my mind about the service experience I have received at Fiesta. My previous experiences were ridiculously awful and I was treated very badly by another service member, but these two gentlemen have gone out of their way to make this visit pleasant and treated me with respect and great service. Honestly I did not want to bring my car to Fiesta to get serviced, but I had a warranty-covered problem with my vehicle so I decided to go ahead and give them another shot. Honestly I was not satisfied with how the purchase went.the salesman made promises that he didnt come through on his end, as well as when I finally was able to drive the car off the lot the trunk had dog hair every where the head rest on the drivers seat had grey/white hair all stuck on it and the gas tank was on empty. The windshield still had a crack in it I had to wait a week after driving it home to get it fixed when I was told it would get done the day I had paid for it Which was two weeks before that. It was just alot of bumps along the way of purchasing. I never went through this much Hassel and dissatisfaction when I purchased my Sentra at hacienda, so to have a bad experience at another Ford dealership was really a let down. Honestly makes me not even want the car at this point.
3rd time my 2021, purchased 3 months ago, traverse is in the shop for same reason. 2nd time the entire vehicle smelled of gas and manager said to not drive the vehicle anymore as it could catch fire, tow truck was sent out to pick it up. I was promised that the vehicle would be looked at that day by manager but people there said it wouldn’t be worked on until sometime next week. They refused a loaner/rental until I asked to speak to manager, then a rental became available. Picked up vehicle Sept 30th and by Oct 2nd at 5 am on my way to the work the light is back on and the vehicle is smelling as burnt oil or rubber and it sounded as if I was going super fast but I didn’t even have the foot on gas. Worst experience was when I showed up to the shop and manager could of cared less. He literally shrugged his shoulders and said “yeah” when I told him I was back there for a 3rd time cuz his people couldn’t fix the problem. When I told him if he realized it was a 2021 just purchased vehicle he shrugged his shoulders and said “yeah, so, I have 2021 tahoes in the shop for problems with lifters,so” I was livid. He said again no loaner or rental and that unfortunately that was the situation we were in. They eventually got a rental for us but after being told so many times, no. Best he could do was tell me he was going to have them work on it on Monday. I told him I didn’t believe him as he was the one who told me they were gonna check it that same day when it was towed in and his people had directly told me they wouldn’t check it until sometime next week. Until then, his attitude changed and went outside to check my vehicle himself. All of his response just simply said he didn’t care. Represented Chevy and their product very poorly by telling me “so, I have 2021 Tahoe’s in the shop”. Makes me wonder if Chevy is a reliable brand.
Lack of rentals/loaner vehicles somewhat similar to the 6-month old 2021 Chevy Tahoe for DEFECTIVE LIFTERS is unacceptable. I believe Fiesta Chevrolet should honor their commitment to provide appropriate customer service by providing a comparable vehicle while mine is serviced. Also unfathomable is the service department not having an ETA on the lifters/parts, is there a communication restriction or gap between dealership service departments and the manufacturers?
Excellent customer service from service advisor (Edith Garcia) from start to finish!Complied with all my requests & explained all results after service.Also was very helpful in expediting my payment process with clerk whom was also very courteous! Had a very satisfactory experience!
Internet Manager Edgar was very friendly and attentive. Passed over to a sales representative and everything was going well until we encountered a credit freeze. Fixed it and confirmed credit was visible to others. I was advised by the sales representative that I’d receive a call back and a follow up because these issues take 24 hours to clear... I did not.I reached out to my sales representative, Brian, and unfortunately, was never reached out to once again.Ended up refinancing my current car, which shows that my credit was after all visible and this dealership did not consider my inquiry important.
Been a customer since 2013 and today we were not pleased with the service we recived. Took truck for oil change as I drove off the light ABS turned on mind you the light had never turned on and I know it was not on before I left the truck for service.. I took it back and asked if they could check it the lady in the service department told me they could take a look at it but would be charged $135 and they were booked for the day so to bring it back tomorrow. I called my husband and he talked to her on the phone and told her that when we took truck that light was not on if they could take a look at it and she said they could but the $135 had to be paid my husband said that he did not trust them anymore. My husband is very patient but I even got frustrated with this lady. Mind you one time before they did oil change and tire rotation they didnt connect the tire sensors we didnt complained fixed it on our own. Another time my husband took vehicle for oil change no appointment had been done due to that we would take it before and we didnt need an appointment but due to Covid we didnt know if now we needed one so to be on the safe side he called and they told him to just take it early morning and he did but the lady there next morning told him he needed an appointment. Plus the guy that attended me he was saying did you guys change this change that I was like no we havent messed with the truck and it had not turned on that light as soon I drove off from here it turned on and I even told him about the time they didnt connect the sensors and he kept talking like if we wanted the truck to be checked for free. We are honest people and if I take the vehicle for service and something else turns on that I know it had never turned on why wouldnt I take it back to get checked maybe they forgot to connect something(it happens we are not perfect).
Ralph & Luis were honestly so great. This was my first car I ever purchase and they really did everything possible to make it as smooth as possible. These two guys are great and do such a wonderful job of representing their dealership in such a positive way. Im very grateful and will definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a vehicle
I can’t say enough about the Alexis Ruiz and his team. He wasn’t just out to make a sale, he was kind, patient, honest genuine and took the lead in working a great deal. Update review we were ripped off on the 3rd was having electrical issues they put truck on diagnosis and found no problems. Told us we needed a new battery then replaced our 4 month old battery with their $250 battery said that they would check it again if the issues continue. Of course the machine cost $130 each time. So far we have spent about $1,000 with Fiesta Moters and I feel that they pull this scam a lot. I dont think that I will be giving them any more business anymore. Go to a better mechanic shop.

For being my first time buying a vehicle I was nervous but knew what I wanted. With the help of my sales rep “Ignacio Munoz” he made it easier for me. A truck I wanted that kept showing transit, he would notify me daily with updated information on when they should be receiving it. He helped me get a great deal and help me get what I was looking for and because of that I am truly blessed and grateful. My wife took car to service (oil change), sat down to wait and approximate 3 hours pass and she went up to ask for update, the person went to back and noticed the keys and form werent given to persons in bay area, so they took the keys and paperwork and did oil change in less then 30 minutes. The person who got info left for lunch and when came back realized the paperwork and keys were still at front. Poor customer services and all my wife got back was were so sorry and have a good day. Never will I ever recommend this place. Going somewhere else next time.

DO NOT BUY A CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLE FROM FIESTA CHEVROLET!! I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado with about 5,500 miles and a 2020 Hyundai Sonata with about 10,000 miles in June from JOE RAMIREZ at Fiesta Chevrolet. Of course, I recognize that the vehicles were purchased AS IS. They showed us the Carfax, which showed that the Silverado had a scratch on the door (which had been fixed). The Sonata had a cracked windshield (JOE RAMIREZ told us it would be replaced, though it never was). About a month ago, I had a nail/screw on my Silverado and the tire had to be replaced. It was then that I learned that my truck did not have a spare. One would think that’s a necessary safety feature, the absence of which Fiesta Chevy would have a duty to disclose. If I had known, it would have been a dealbreaker. After a month of getting the runaround, the salesman finally told me that they would not provide a spare since I purchased the vehicle AS IS. FIESTA CHEVROLET CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLES are a SCAM!!!!!
When I tell you I was upset with this company you have no idea. I went to service & the person who was “helping” me never came through the way they should have. Alfred & Edith (the old car rental lady) are amazing. Not only did they turn my experience around but They assisted with warrant claim and my Camaro is running like a champ now. Can’t wait to get the new 2022 when it comes out. I have NEVER been so dissatisfied with a dealership in my life! Not only did they openly ADMIT to not doing used car checks before completing sales, but they have technicians who aren’t attentive to the work they do on vehicles. The vehicle has been in their possession repairing issues they should have caught from the beginning more than I’ve had it in possession. Creating mass amounts of emotional distress, safety issues and unnecessary financial burden as well as burdening others who have to lend me a vehicle or their time to drive me places I SHOULD BE DRIVING MY “NEW” truck too. When I asked to speak to the GM, he was conveniently “not in today” and the staff dismissed my concerns. I was told a loaner car could be given while they repair the death trap they sold me, but regardless of covid legislation regarding expired licenses, no exceptions could made despite my horrible experience and extreme circumstances so now I’m stranded 1500 miles from my home, my kids and my family.The trucks driver front tire yesterday, when the caliper come off while I was driving on the expressway, which then left me stranded for hours waiting on a tow truck, only to circle back to the horrible experience of having to witness it sitting in their parking lot today untouched.
I had a great experience buying me new truck! Our salesman Michael Perez was great I told him what I wanted and he got me the perfect truck that I left home with. My experience was great from the the salesman to the financial manager Daniel Vallejo. Daniel Vallejo had great customer service and helped me get a good deal with the banks to get my truck. Service Department Manager Alfred bad customer service. Truck was in for a new transmission came out with paint chips on door handle. Wires for my aftermarket sound system ripped off. He said nothing can be done was a very rude old guy!!! After being a customer to Fiesta Chevrolet for years i expected more from them. Atleast for the Manager to be ACT professional. Not act like a total @#$#&$.... About the situation. Very disrespectful and so unprofessional Mr.!!!
The service agent did a great job! very cordial, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. However I noticed that the technician that was bringing my car was not wearing a mask or globes; my car was not sanitized; they need to sanitize at least the steering wheel and any parts that they have contact with
Excellent customer service and a true no haggle car buying experience. As soon as I walked in the door the car salesman (Mr. Andreas) showed me around the lot for the exact type of truck I was looking for and didn’t attempt to waste my time with anything that wasn’t in my budget/taste. Financing/negotiations was a breeze with ZERO frivolous fee’s or shady business tactics and before I knew it I was driving my new (used) truck under my budget and with a sweet warranty. Nothing but honest professionalism and I will be recommending to friends in search of an salesman/dealer They can be satisfied with.
I was visiting relatives in the area and needed an oil change. I booked an appointment when I went in the service rep was professional and courteous. He said it would take approximately 1 hour and offered a ride with their courtesy shuttle. We took the shuttle to a nearby restaurant had breakfast, called for them to pick us up. When we arrived back at Fiesta our vehicle was ready to go. Wonderful experience I would highly recommend them.
Awesome service the salesman Mr. Trejo was very courteous, attentive and professional. My sister purchased a 2021 Blazer right away. We had gone to Clark Chevrolet because its close to where we live, but the saleswoman there probably thought that since I was dressed in shorts and a t shirt and my sister had just gotten off work, we didnt appear credit worthy.
Took my Traverse in and was told they would take it and call me back with result and explain ! They called back and was told issue on harness that needed replaced and also explained wipers and cabin filter needed replacement, but at the time declined. Was called later in the day and was told traverse was ready so went to pick up. Very happy due to other dealership was told it would take 3 days since they were backed up .
Well I had set up an appointment for an airbag recall. I dropped off truck at 9 a.m., I get a call at 2:15 p.m. that they ran out of airbags. I asked, how do you not know how many you have in stock? I lost a whole day of work, them knowing they didnt have enough airbags in stock. Very disappointed and I spoke to supervisor and nothing was resolved. He just said they call me Tuesday when they get more in. Today is Wednesday, no call.
I tried calling the dealership 3 days in a row. And when they finally answered I just got transferred to another department which they never answered. Then on the 3rd day I finally got to talk to someone but he couldn’t help me so he transferred me to another department and that department transferred me back to the original department. Just kept transferring me back and forth. It seemed like no one wanted to help me. Bad bad phone service. Need to talk a class on when to answer and how to answer. Not very professional employees. This is the last time I will buy a car from Bert Ogden.... bad bad phone service...😡

I just bought my third vehicle from Fiesta Chevrolet in Edinburg. For those that have bought more than one vehicle you know when going to buy another vehicle can be a long, frustrating and adventurous day. But the true adventure begins in finding out who will be your sales person, they can either make it more annoying with a splash of frustration or a total heavenly experience. So I drive in to the car lot with my trade-in hoping I would get a great deal on it. I met with Michael Perez which was my sales person and he began with a few questions to get me started and looking for my desired vehicle. This experience for the next few hours to my surprise was very pleasant and not at all frustrating. Michael Perez was very understanding, respectful, not pushy nor at all aggressive. He was firm but truthful and did all possible to get me the best deal. After much crunching numbers along with agreeing and disagreeing finally Michael and his finance manager where able to get me a deal of a lifetime with my trade-in and purchasing a vehicle within my budget. They exceeded my expectations and overall made it a heavenly experience. Now I am enjoying my desired vehicle and will for sure look forward in a few years to come back for my fourth vehicle. They’re so quick to try and sell you a vehicle but once you have an issue and send it in to service they hide and they take their sweet time, they don’t call with updates, our vehicle was in service for about 2 weeks and we had to be calling and going in to check what was the status on our vehicle, they kept saying “we’ll give you a call back” but they never would, they wanted us to pay over $500 for parts and we only had the car for 2 days before taking it in. Make sure the vehicle you’re thinking on buying is at the condition you want because they take their sweet time and don’t give updates. Very disappointed in service!
Great customer service, fast and speedy delivery of the vehicle. No hassle process, just went in and got or picked out the vehicle we wanted and and in an he or two drove off with our new vehicle. Loving the vehicle and couldn’t or wouldn’t go to any other dealership.
Service departments tend to have negative stereotypes due to high costs and slipshod practices. My personal experience with this one is quite the opposite. Procedures are done efficiently and in a timely manner. Service advisors arent pushy and are very transparent. I will definitely keep coming back.

The car I was there for was already being sold, and I was able to see another one which I definitely ended up deciding right away that it would be the one I would be taking home that night. Made an appointment on Monday for Thursday and specifically explained what I needed to go in to service for. Take the time off and go in to drop the car off, and they tell me they can’t look at it until Monday or Tuesday. Why take appointments when you can’t do anything? Then they tried to still up sell me on things I didn’t need. Expect them to waste your time and not care.Glad I was able to help them improve, they still wasted two hours of my time and didn’t even apologize.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This was my first purchase in a dealership and my last here at this place. Purchased a vehicle the radio was not working they said I needed to install a app to get it to work which was bs because the car had no sound. I contacted my sales agent the dude literally never replied until I asked for a manager. They wanted to charge me for the fix as well when they had the car for 1 week just to get some tires. Today went to get a oil change for the car for the first time since I bought it and they denied me because the drain plug was stripped contacted then to inform them and they said they wouldn’t sell a car like that. Stay away from this place it’s awful and no customer service always give you the run around!!!
I was very frustrated that no one in the service department picked up the phone ever. I dropped the car off in the morning at my appointment time, but at about 3:30 in the afternoon I had to go to Harlingen with my wife. I called many times to see if the car was ready and never got through. The receptionist would not inquire about the car, but only patch me through to service where I was ignored. So when I gave up and headed to Harlingen, I sent an email and finally got a call back as we were headed out. When I saw I wouldnt make it back by your close time of 5:45pm, I called to make arrangements to pick up the car, since I would get there shortly after 6pm, but again no one would answer and I had to wait until the next day to pick up the car. Its very frustrating to have no estimate at all when my car might be ready and not be able to reach anyone in the department by phone (I couldnt even reach anyone to make an appointment, I had to do that online). Next time I will try the service department at the Clark dealership.
Antonio Salinas gave us a world class service. We wanted / requested for him to help us from start-to-finish. I took my vehicle for an oil change which I had no issues with. I also took it due to a problem I am having with my transmission which has a shifting problem. They told me that the computer did not give any service problems but the problem continues. I feel that the service dept did not drive it long enough to notice the problem and that the computer is not indicating. Seems like they are only relying on computer readings or they are not given enough time to test drive and find the real issue. I may have to try another dealership who may take time to find the issue.
Bought my first new vehicle 2021 TrailBlazer on November 28th very excited until the check engine light went on by the first week and has been in the shop since December the 7th. The Dealership response was “it is not the dealerships fault” ok? Then what am I gonna do wait around and hope for a miracle? That after switching 3 parts and still no fix I’m supposed to just wait longer than i have? I have been very patience and kind but unfortunately it has not gotten anywhere. I thank them for lending me a vehicle but only that. There resolution was me to get another one to trade in the one in the shop “which already lost value” and pay a higher interest since my credit wasn’t as it was at the time. What a greedy dealership has it shown to be. That will not be accountable for a vehicle I purchase from them and not willing to help me out in what was supposed to be a very exciting moment as a first time buyer of a new vehicle.
Recently bought a vehicle there this weekend. The staff was great and made me feel right at home. They have a great team of people who work together to make sure you leave satisfied. Our salesman, Joel was extremely patient and did everything he could to accommodate my familys needs. Alexis did a great job wrapping up our paperwork quickly and efficiently, and Joe Ramirez was a stand up go-between while we negotiated the pricing and terms of the deal. I would purchase another vehicle from them.

Best experience buying a new Chevy! Had previously gone to a different dealership and omg you could tell the big difference in atmosphere and vibe. Luis Tamez was a great sales rep, took care of all our needs and wants. The Finance Manager was something else. I didnt appreciate the lies he told us to get the financing for our truck. Sold us products we didnt want and told us we needed to get them or Wells Fargo would not finance our vehicle. He said we could cancel them within 30 days of our purchase. I have been working for a bank for over 15 years and I know how the financing works. He blatantly lied to my face, but it was so late at night I went along with it just to get the paperwork completed. I will be filing a complain with the FTC and the BBB and letting them know about the lies that are used to get a consumer to forcibly buy their products, such as extended warranty, gap insurance, tire and wheel....etc. To to top it off, we didnt receive any paperwork about these products. I have left messages, today 9/09/2020, and have asked to be emailed by this Rep to provide me details and documentation on our extended warranty. FM has been one of the worst reps I have ever dealt with, this being my third vehicle purchase and dealings with a dealership.
The worst dealership. I have bought many cars with them before. We had agree on a price did the trade im and delivered my trade in auto, also give them a 5,000 down payment while waiting for my new corvette to arrived (about 3 weeks) When I went to pick up the corvette the added 8,000 to the original deal and told me that they had other customer that offer them more.Will never buy other car from them again!!!Feel sorry for the salesman he try so hard.

My car was in the shop for 4 weeks due to damages to flood. The service rep (Rolando) did not communicate updates, was advised vehicle would be ready for more then over a week. I would call service department and i would get hung up on,, left on hold or no one would answer. When I did get my vehicle back the same day it left me stranded due to spoil spillage. I am very disappointed with services provided to me.
Discussed a truck with a salesman on the phone for almost a week. Applied for financing and was approved though the terms wouldnt be discussed on the phone (first clue I missed) Drove 2 hours to review and sign paperwork and pick up the truck. The truck isnt even at this dealership (second clue) its at one of their other dealers and they will have to go pick it up (they have had days to do this since my alleged approval) And then wouldnt you know it I walk in the dealer and of a sudden something is wrong with the truck we discussed and they cant sell it. But of course there are plenty of more expensive options. Yes I fell for it and gave them the go ahead to try me for one of them. And once they realized they couldnt get me approved for the more expensive options that was the end of my visit.It didnt even occur to me until several hours after I left the dealer that I was baited into coming down in person, that way they could wear me down and wave a bunch of shiny new expensive toys in my face. I never imagined a situation where having bad credit could be a positive but in this case it probably saved me from making a mistake. I learned a lesson and I hope this review serves as a warning to potential customers in similar situations.It is worth noting that the bait truck is still on the website even though it cannot be sold and the website is updated daily.
I had an oil change and fuel service done. Tech cracked oil filter cover causing oil to seep out and spray on engine and manifold producing smoke. I believe Tech new about it and tried cleaning it up because the original service took about 4 hours. He should have replaced the cap.Called them the following day to tell them about it and set appt. Asked them for updates and needed the car before noon. Did not receive update and no car before noon.Talked to service manager about the problem. He admitted the Tech cracked the filter cap and caused me inconvenience. I missed a day of work and time to get this done. I advised him that I was a long time customer of Bert Ogden and had my vehicles serviced by them all the time. I had asked for two free oil changes for the inconvenience he said no that he couldnt do it.In reality he should have offered that and to clean the engine bay on his own. He felt that by fixing their mistake and not charging me was enough.He admitted to me that he was there only 4 months and the old service manager had been replaced because of customer service problems. You still have customer service problems. They dont care about customers only their money. Will be looking for a new Chevrolet dealership and service department. From a long time ex customer.
Brought our vehicle for service at the service center. Dealt with Marcy and service manager Alfred, even though they never really helped. A/C repair was needed on our vehicle, they diagnosed it as compressor issue and quoted us $984 for replacement and repair. They kept our vehicle for 3 weeks and during that time, we never got any updates or new information on the vehicle. We would call them numerous times, most times no one would answer and when they do answer, they pass us around from one person to another, saying they dont know anything about the vehicle. They would then say someone would call us back, then rarely did. In the span of 3 weeks, we only had 3 call backs. Today, they say the car is ready and repair is finished. We paid for it in full, drove off, A/C still was not working. We drove it around a bit thinking maybe it just needed to kick in. After 30 minutes,still same result, A/C still not working. We brought the car back, spoke with service manager Alfred. Now he claims that the issue is now the condenser, even though they did not run the car under diagnostic or even open the car again. They just conveniently knew it was the condenser and now THAT also needed to be replaced and repaired. He quoted a price of $750. This is ridiculous service. Unprofessional, untimely, and Albert still did not acknowledge that they did anything wrong or that their service was untimely. 3 weeks for a repair that never resolved anything and now conveniently we need to pay for extra things to really repair the A/C. I do not recommend this place. If only I had read their previous low ratings, I would have not taken my vehicle here in the first place. We brought the car for A/C repair, 3 weeks later the A/C still isnt working and we lose $984. Never update or keep in touch with their customers. Terrible customer service, terrible timeline, just looking to add more fees and charges and add more repairs. They misdiagnose and later add more charges and more repairs. Take your car elsewhere. Save your money for a company that really does repairs and values their customers.
I applied online specifically with Fiesta Chevrolet in Edinburg picked out several cars online, received text confirmation that car info was received and vehicles were ready for test drives only to get there to make our 1:30 appointment and find out that the manager we were advised to ask for upon arriving Abraham Castro was eating and couldnt make our appointment then sent out a female sales rep who only advised that all 3 vehicles were now not available and there was not much else available to show us. We were in office for less than 10 min, nothing was discussed only that the application I filled out online was valid at any other Bert Ogden in the valley, which actually was inaccurate information BUT was honestly the best thing that happened since that lead us to Bert Ogden Chevrolet in Mission thinking our online app would speed things up there but were told that online application was only valid at Fiesta Chevrolet. Im so thankful the horrible interaction at Fiesta Chevrolet lead us to head there and have the best experience at Bert Ogden in Mission. Daniel, Hector and Jan there exceeded our expectations and put us in a 2020 vehicle with manageable monthly payments! All I can thank Fiesta Chevrolet for is being disregarded and misinformed but that lead us to another location to turn this horrible experience around for us. Total waste of time here!! I know I will get a generic response just like the copied and pasted ones I see on here from whoever reads and replies to these reviews and thats fine but I mostly just wanted to share my disappointing experience...honestly if youre in need of a new or used vehicle please save your time and the trip and just head over to Bert Ogden in Mission. We live in Edinburg and wanted to stay local but Fiesta Chevrolet made sure that didnt happen for us.
I set up an appointment first thing in the following morning after my service engine light came on. Upon arrival to the service department I was quickly approached, greeted and asked the reason for my visit. After only a few hours I was contacted by Roland from the service department and explained the issue with my vehicle, no detail left out. Unfortunately the part I needed was not available and had no estimated time for its arrival. On the positive side of this, Roland has looked into my vehicles warranty and informed me that everything would be taken care of. Thanks to the promt work and great service I was provided with, I was reassured I would not be left with out a vehicle and was in a rental by the afternoon. I was contacted frequently on the status of my vehicle and never had to worry about calling them there at the service department. I now have my vehicle and it is running like new. Thanks Fiesta Chevrolet for the great service provided.

2022-04-30I was welcomed very nicely to the dealership. The salesman was a friendly person and knowledgeable. Before I even arrived he had sent me pictures of the vehicle from the outside and the inside. Thru the purchase process of course there was a bit of push back and tone changes. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit and the people that helped me along to purchasing my new vehicle. Thank you to the salesman Tony for helping as much as he could.

2022-05-25Our whole experience from start to finish was incredibly smooth, efficient and satisfactory. Our salesman Erik Castañeda was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and resourceful on GM trucks and helped guide us to our best fit for a vehicle. His manager Alexis Ruiz was also very helpful through the final steps of the purchase. 2022-06-27Karla Needs Better Training And Skill.Karla was no help to my situation returning my vehicle still broken with the same problem two times! She started to hide and ignore my calls and she’s untruthful with call backs or updates.Steve Needs To Re-Do His Learning On His Automotive Skills.Steve was the tech who first worked on my car both times before requesting having a new technician look at my vehicle the third time.Steve also treats employees disrespectfully as I seen in person when dropping my vehicle off the second time.Edith Needs A Raise! She’s The Only Best Employee You Seem To Have She Was Phenomenal,Edith was so amazing, she gave me updates on her own, called me on her own I rarely had to bother her. She gave me the satisfaction of making sure she would take care of me and my vehicle than her co worker karla. Edith listened to what I had to say and made sure the problem was taken care of the third time bringing it in, she went above and beyond my expectations considering I was about to switch dealerships, I truly hope you take recognition in her after reading this, she truly is a one of a kind employee who truly loves her job, and for that I’m thankful for her.

2022-05-13Dont buy a vehicle from this place, they dont honor warranty and their mechanics dont know how to fix cars. My truck has been there for 3 months, I went for a check engine light for a temperature sensor and now I have no AC a burnt out fuse box and a bad computer. I also went for problems with my transmission they told me there was nothing wrong with it and 3 days later it goes out completely. And 3 months later Im waiting for my vehicle and nothing has been done to it, I tried to speak to a manager and he said he would call me back, its been a month and Im still waiting for his call.

2022-06-03Good place to go, service is nice. I just feel disrespected when I am choosing a car to buy. They are really pushy and dont seem to listen to what you have to say. It is like it goes in one ear and out the other. Then they have the audacity to get annoyed. Even if youre looking at a car and in no rush to purchase it or are debating they will tell you it might be sold by then over 20 times in just one single visit. Im sure we all understand how that gets overwhelming. Its not our fault if yall dont sell enough cars.
