I came in with several watches that needed batteries and Chris was very helpful and friendly. I left the watches and before I finished doing my errands, he calls to tell me hes done! When I arrived, I found another watch in my purse that I had meant to leave with the others and he replaced that battery while I waited. Will definitely bring my business here again!
I got my Engagement ring resized here today, went from a 7 down to a 5.5 and he had my ring done is less than an hour. One of the nicest people I have come across, I would definitely recommend going here! Good pricing, fast service, and good people.. what else could you ask for!!!
I visited this repair store on 2/22 and took several items in; my MK watch, a handmade 14k Gold Miami Cuban bracelet and my wifes wedding ring. My MK watch needed a new battery - pretty simple; however, the last two items were the ones I was a bit nervous about. I needed my bracelet resized (it was too large for my wrist) and my wifes wedding ring needed to get re-dipped and cleaned.I express to Chris how those two items were very sentimental to me. My bracelet took over 10 weeks to make, and it would have been a hassle to mail it back to the Jeweler to get it resized. And my wifes wedding ring... well... its my wifes wedding ring.After spending time with Chris and talking to him, he made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to get the job done. Chris was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. For some reason, I thought it would take him a day or two to get everything done, but surprisingly he was able to do it within 30-40 minutes.I am very satisfied with all my items after picking them up. My bracelet fits perfect and doesnt show any signs that it was resized and my wifes wedding ring looks brand new as if I was just made that day. My wife was extremely happy and was all smiles when I came home to place it back on her finger. It really made her day and that made mine as well.Thank you, Chris. Im glad I found your store on Google. I look forward to returning with any new repairs or services in the future.
This is a great place. Chris was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. My wife and I visited his shop, in part because of the good reviews and because he is local business. We needed to have a very nice pocket watch engraved to be given as an anniversary gift. Given the type of watch and the importance of the engraving, I couldnt trust it to anyone - I wanted a jeweler and preferably someone who understood nice watches in case we needed to do some disassembly. Within minutes, I was comfortable with Chris and knew he would do a great job. You get the sense that no job is too small, too large - you wont find any arrogance in this shop. He had many engraving options and suggestions. In fact, my wife and I came with what I thought would be too long of a message to be engraved, but he assured us he could do it and it would look beautiful. We agreed to leave the watch with him and return another day, but he offered to work on the watch right way to say us the extra travel (we live on the other side of town). Anyway, the watch came out perfect and better than we had hoped. I had no expectation of getting this large of a message on the watch and certainly not in the short amount of time that it took. It looks wonderful and I have attached a picture to the review. I blurred some of it out but you can see the workmanship and quality. Thank you Chris for handling our project with such care and professionalism.
Chris did the most amazing job repairing my 10 yr old wedding ring. Not only does it look beautiful but he was able to do all the work same day and I had my ring back just in time for Christmas. He was super polite professional and knowledgeable. His shop is super clean and you can tell he takes pride in his work.

Great Staff! I went to get a quote on my wedding ring to be re sized. I could not believe the price!! It was fantastic and fast. I left my ring and had it back on my finger within a hour. I took in a watch to be repaired and while talking with Chris I asked if he could do anything With some heirloom rings that I had. I left the rings with Chris and after a day he came back to me with a design. After a couple of minor adjustments to the design, Chris gave me an estimate and in a week it was ready. My engagement ring and two heirloom rings have been crafted into one beautiful ring which holds so much sentiment for me. I love it and am so happy that I can now wear my grandparents jewelry. The work is exquisite and the way Chris crafted the different shaped diamonds to bring them together demonstrates his skill. I highly recommend him... thank you again Chris!
I needed a good jewelry repair shop and found the best one I could ask for, Honest, professional, great price. I expected to pick my wife’s broken pendant up in a few days and to my surprise I was told to come back in 90 min and when I did it was ready. Great work at a fair price. 5 stars all the way!!!

The owner was wonderful! He really cares about his customers . I couldn’t decide if I wanted my ring to fit a little bit big on me or a little tighter. I felt so bad but he really wanted it to be perfect to me ! Which it was perfect! All thanks to him. I recommend everyone who needs anything to come to him . He has the best customer service. He’s patient and caring . Any other business would have lost their patience with me but he definitely cares about his customers. He left my ring looking better than when my fiancé first proposed. I tried leaving a tip and but he would not accept it he said he just wanted me to be happy with my ring. Searching Google for a place to repair my Movado watch that doesn’t work and was in my drawer for over 2yrs. After I read most of the good reviews from customer reviews. I took the watch to the store to have Chris diagnosed the problem and gave estimate of the repair. Chris was very professional, friendly, helpful and quick from diagnosing to repairing I dropped off my watch the day before and it was completed with the new board replaced and ready the next day! Also, have curtesy to polished my watch looked like new again. Price was reasonable too! I’m very happy with the repaired and service here at Fine Repairs Jewelry and Watches.
First I just want to say I’m amazed at my whole experience. Chris was a complete professional from the time I talked to him on the phone to picking up my engagement ring. Took only hours to size my ring and he made miracles happen with taking my ring from a 5 to a 9.5. Incredible. Tested every jewel and made sure the finished product fit perfectly. When my wedding ring needed repairs I wanted the very best. After researching reviews on several sites I chose Chris and I’m glad I did! I also took a watch of my husband’s that hadn’t worked in years. I was referred to this business by Zales to fix my wedding ring that I bent the setting on. The owner was very knowledgeable and gave me a quote and time frame within a few seconds. My ring was rewelded in less than a hour and looks good as new! Very affordable as well! I will be returning for any jewelry needs!

Wow, I am SO sorry to be posting a review so long since I had my piece worked on..long overdue! I got my 3 wedding rings, a center stone and 2 diamond bands soldered together, and resized. Service was excellent, and they did an amazing job..he even resized it for me again, once I realized the first time it was too tight, without charge. Will be bringing all my business here!
Walked in off the street, Handed my Cartier frames over and he tightened them up and had me back happy in less than five minutes! VERY good service, cool courteos guy he was. ALL my jewelry repairs will be done here from now on. Im big on customer service. He went above. 👌🏾 🤓

Chris is the best jewelry repair man I have ever encountered. He completes repairs with the same day usually with an hour. Great prices! I recently ordered a custom ring and he actually finished the ring earlier than the expected time. I was extremely satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend Chris if you ever need jewelry repair or if you ever need to order a custom piece of jewelry.

Went in to see how much to fix an old watch I have. Chris was absolutely amazing, professional, and nice. He checked out the watch right then and gave me the quote and even showed me everything inside the watch. I would absolutely recommend his shop to anyone. Incredibly professional and timely. I urgently needed a ring engraved and this was the only place I could find that would do it within 24 hours to pick up on Christmas Eve. I made the mistake of engraving prior to resizing and yet he was incredibly understanding and helpful. I turned it into a New Years present and he was able to both resize and engrave the ring within the hour, at a price two or three times lower than you’ll find elsewhere. Amazing customer service and fine workmanship all around!
Visited here to get a few rings resized today based on the good reviews and they are certainly correct! Chris is very knowledgeable and extremely fast! He got the resizing, soldering and fixed the prongs on one of my wifes older rings in under a couple of hours. Craftsmanship looks very solid on the work and prices are very reasonable as well. Much better than going into one of the big box stores around here!
I came here because I had a bracelet with a clasp that was broken that needed fixing. The gentleman was very nice and said he could get it fixed for me right away and it didnt even take 5 minutes and it was fixed. Talk about fast service, I will definitely come here again for any jewelry repair.
Chris was absolutely fantastic! I took my engagement ring in because my center stone was repeatedly becoming loose. He suggested to completely replace the head of the ring with new, stronger, prongs. He was able to fix my ring in 1 day. It looks great and the stone feels much more secure. He told me he has been in the jewlery repair business for over 15 years and he and his wife just opened this shop themselves! Wonderful and courteous customer service! I drove all the way from Mansfield to visit this jeweler in Arlington. We have jewelers here but I read all the positive comments and decided to take my earrings there. The reviews are TRUE! They have excellent service. They are honest and in addition their prices are great. They were finished with my earrings in the right amount of time they said it would be and the cost was reasonable. I have been to other jewelers around and never felt as much trust and confidence in another place like I did this one. I’m a customer for life now. Worth my drive!
This jeweler is awesome! Brought my wedding band in to be reized on a sunday and Chris had it ready in an hour. He not only sized my ring at a great price but he did it flawlessly! I had a great experience with the manager, Chris, today. One of the metal clamps on my apple watch was jammed and had been for awhile. I walked in, Chris took my watch, less than 10 minutes later, voila! Fixed! Id been unable to wear my watch for awhile prior to today, refusing to pay the outlandish price apple quoted me. Fantastic experience with Mr Chris who provided quality repairs to 2 pieces of jewelry. I dropped them off around noon,told him I was in no hurry. Mr Chris took his time and called me about 6:00 pm the SAME DAY letting me know my repairs were complete and ready to pick up at my convenience. Jewelry looked better than new when I picked it up. Absolutely wonderful service! I had a new watch engraved for my husband, and not only did they walk me through the process, they also accommodated my time crunch, and had it ready to go in under an hour! The quality of the engraving was fantastic, and they also went ahead and set the time and date on the watch for me so that my husband can wear it straight out of the gift box. I will come back every time I need engraving or jewelry cleaning or repair, because I know they will take good care of me. Thank you, again!!
I read the comments online and decided to give this place a try. Sure glad that I did! Chris did an excellent job repairing my broken rings and resetting the stone in another ring. My rings were in and out in the same day. The prices for repair were reasonable. I will be bringing more jewelry in to be repaired. I highly recommend this business.
Walked in with a necklace clasp to be replaced, was given options in which to stay with my budget (neither option was expensive but there were options based on strength/style of clasp) and the regular use of the item. My boyfriend literally doesnt take his necklace off so we went with the stronger clasp. I was given a 20 min turn around time but he was easily done in 10. He even went the extra mile and policed the necklace and the chain for us. Great service, very professional, and quick and easy. Id absolutely go here again. No question!
I first found Fine Repairs about 6 months ago when looking for a place to replace a battery in one of my girlfriend’s watches and I used them recently to repair a necklace that my grandfather gave me 30+ years ago when I was a teenager. As previous reviews mentioned, the owners were very kind and genuine people and both of my experiences with them proved this to be true. Honest people doing honest work.
This place is awesome! I had a terrible experience at a different jeweler and place who tried to fix my wife’s wedding ring which had lost a small diamond on the side of it. As soon as I came in here, I knew I was in good hands. Chris evaluated the ring and especially the mess the previous jeweler had made of my wife’s ring and came up with a plan to fix it and re-set the small diamond. Honesty, I wasn’t expecting it to be fixed because it was messed up so bad. A few hours later, he called and said he had it fixed so I went and picked it up and it looked brand new! I’m so happy I found a fair and reputable jeweler that can make miracles happen. Thank you for restoring my wife’s ring back to its original state! They made a life-long customer!
One of the most genuine businesses Ive ever encountered! I had a bracelet that needed repairs and the manager, Chris, took the time to explain to me the specifics of the repairs and answered any questions I had. They gave me a 6 month warranty if my bracelet breaks in the same place after they repair it. My bracelet broke again a week later, and they still repaired it free of charge even though it was broken in a different place. Super friendly people and fantastic work as well!
Amazing customer service and great prices! I called to see about having my watchband reattached and Chris was professional and very helpful. I went to the store after the call and Chris reattached the band in less than 5 minutes and I didnt have to pay an arm and a leg to get the work done!

He looks up my warranty to see if it was covered - it wasn’t, but he did the repair for free anyways! That same day! The place is very clean too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
I needed a stone replaced on my wifes necklace and decided to try them out after reading the great reviews. The reviews were spot on as Chris was most helpful and provided great customer service. I actually came in here because I saw that they have repaired knives in the past. I wanted to customize my Benchmade Bugout knife and so I brought it in. Chris (the manager) did an expert job of customizing the knife with the new carbon fiber scales and titanium pocket clip. It was instantly extremely clear that Chris takes great pride in his work. There is great attention to detail, and fantastic quality in the work. I highly recommend the shop!

This is a family owned business. I took my wifes engagement ring with a loose stone and my wedding band to be resized. Chris knocked off $20 for doing both rings. He did a very great job in about 45 minutes. He even offered to clean and inspect my wifes ring free of charge every month for the next six months. I took the ring to Helzbergs, where we got it from, and they would not resize my ring. 5 stars for sure without a doubt. I will definitely continue to bring my jewelry here. Thanks Chris!

Chris was so warm and friendly. First indicator that I made the right call coming here. I had two chains that needed the clasps repaired. Both were done and look great. The real point of this review is the bracelet I brought in. It looked beat up and had a couple kinks in it, but when I got it back it looked BRAND. NEW. Its gonna make an excellent gift for my nephew! I brought the chains in right before the close of business and picked them up during lunch the next day. Quick service! I went to Chris after several other big name jewelers failed to resize my ring. The last place referred me to him. He originally quoted me an hour or two to have it done, but had it resized, cleaned, and polished within 45 min! I was very happy with his work and will come back in the future if I ever have any other jewelry repair needs.

Had a wonderful experience. I had a ring with invisible settings and large amount of stones that Zales would not touch! Chris took the ring up 2 and a 1/4 sizes, from a 6 1/4 to an 8 1/2. I had previously gone to Bernards Jewelers and Pawn to get my girlfriends ring fixed, but told me they wouldnt repair it, because it was silver. So I came here and they treated me so well! They are very professional and did an amazing job on the ring! It looks brand new! They welded it back together and polished it all for $20! Definitely shines brighter than when I bought it for her. My daughter went to this place to have her ring fixed and she told me that they were very very nice people So My Wife and I decided to take some watches that We had been wanting to have fixed for a very long time but We could never find a Really Good place that was Reasonable as well. Chris is very knowledgeable he really takes pride in his craft clearly knows what he is doing and Very Good at it. Since we first met him couple of weeks ago he has fixed 4 watches for us and my daughters ring. My work doesnt allow for phones to be out, so I figured that I could exploit a loophole and wear a fancy smartwatch instead. However, the band of the smartwatch turned out to be way too big and not adjustable, but I didnt want to return it because I needed it for work the next day. I needed same day service badly, so I called to see if this place did same day repairs and I was immediately answered with a yes! I stopped by later that day and got my watch band length adjusted for $15 in just 10 mins; it was a quick, easy, and simple process. Had a nice conversation with the repair man too, he was really nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Chris helped me create a very special Christmas gift for my father. He showed great interest in what I needed and was very passionate about being a part of something that was special to me. I have been here before to have an engraving done, and Chris helped me then as well. This place is amazing!!! I will DEFINITELY come here for all my engraving/jewelry service needs.
Chris was very friendly and professional. Got my smart watch which had fallen apart put back together for only $20, was quoted a 20 minute wait and got out in 10 with a fixed watch. I like that there is a 6 month warranty for their work as well!
Go here if you need watch repairs. I had a watch that had a cracked face which I had taken to another watch repairs in town and I got it back with more problems than it had before. The owner here listened what problems I had with the watch and gave me his opinion on what he thought needed to be done. I picked up the watch the next day and he explained what he had done and told me if there were any problems to bring it back immediately and he would fix it. Great service and very knowledgeable staff! This will be my first choice for jewelry repair from now on!

I had a few Citizen Navihawks that needed resizing and Chris took care of me right away. We talked clocks and watches while I waited and found Chris to be very friendly and knowledgeable. AMAZING WORK!! I came in to have my favorite anklet repaired after being quoted an outrageous price by Zales and being told it would take 2 weeks to be fixed. I tried this place on a leap of faith and I was NOT disappointed. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted so warmly by the assistant manager and the price I was quoted was perfect! Chris definitely knows what he’s doing and is very professional and kind. My anklet was repaired right in front of me and he guarantees his work. Chris has helped me on at least 3 separate occasions. I have found him to be a very honest person who does not try to charge me extra and is very honest with me. Both of my mentally challenged daughters on 2 separate occasions had problems with their watches. Because of the design of one of my daughters watch, a new band could not be put on it. Chris was kind enough to let us know that instead of trying to sell us something extra. My other daughter lost a small piece off of her leather watchband that held the buckled part in place. He did not charge me for that. He has also replaced batteries in a couple of my watches. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. I wish him well in his personal and business life.

I was seeking a jewelry repair store closer to my residence and stumbled upon this business. The other reviews were very comforting which made my decision even more easier to come here. Boy was they right! Soon as i walked in I was greeted very pleasantly by the wife(Im assuming); very nice store & clean.They also have nice jewelry pieces as well! I own a name brand watch, and I have had it for three or more years. It stopped working, so I took it to get a new battery. The young man put the battery in my watch.Then he told me there must be something else wrong because the hands not moving.When I went to pay for it,he said,no maam its free because its not working. He suggested that I take it to Fine Repair Jewelry and I did.The manager took one look at it and told me my problem .He repaired it and gave me a discount. My fiance and I were referred here by the place we purchased our rings for our wedding, they needed to be sized to our fingers and Chris greeted us and answered all of our questions and sized our rings within an hour and a half for reasonable prize. Came by to have several watches worked on. They adjusted the bracelet on a couple, replaced a bracelet pin and even cleaned and serviced a Bulova watch after water got inside and fogged the crystal. Prices are very rreasonable not better than most and the Chris provided great service with a smile. Way better service than the mall or other pushy sales jewelry stores. In and out same day which was totally worth my visit.
Great service is an understatement. These guys are family owned and I felt like an extended member of their family when I walked in the door. Very professional quick service. I came for a repair and he cleaned all my jewelry for free and it looked better then it did when I bought it....truth... I will always come here first lol I’m still sitting in the parking lot letting my crab legs get cold while my girlfriends home waiting for me to start the movie because I couldn’t wait to tell someone how good these guys are.

I needed watsh batteries replaced in a Tag and a Wenger. They were able to replace both of them and i look forward to working with them in the future. Annual replacement was included in the price. The last time I took my Tag to Jared they shippped it out, I didnt get it back for two months and it cost twice as much.

2022-07-31Cant thank Chris enough!! I have severe anxiety and have the medicine to prove it lol! So leaving my rings to someone a week and a half before my wedding was very hard!! He fixed my rings within a few hours and I picked them up the same day!! He was amazing, ill definitely keep bringing jewelry back to him to fix with my anxiety at ease!! He also just recently fixed my engagement ring because I bent it while at work 🤦♀️ never again will I wear it to work just a silicone band for me for now on haha

2022-07-22Adorable little location that is slightly tucked away behind the Jack in the Box and Fitness Connection. After wandering the mall for a few minutes and getting quotes for watch battery replacements, I decided to search Yelp and found this gem.The store owner, Chris, was so knowledgeable and welcoming when I called him. He gave me clear directions on how to find his store and that they could easily replace the batteries on 2 watches that we needed fixed.His prices were significantly cheaper than anyone else that quoted me, and the batteries on 2 watches were replaced in 20 minutes (at most). In addition, Chris was so generous and spent extra care to make sure that we were satisfied with the service (even taking an extra few minutes to deep clean our watches, free of charge!). Our watches were in the best hands and were forever customers with Chris!

Their jewelry is well displayed & I love that they keep the price tags showing. I went to get a watch battery replaced in my husbands watch. I got a 3 yr battery replacement for $19.95. I was a little sad about having to wait until the next day to get my ring back so the jewelry specialist was able to pull a couple strings and get it back to me within an hour.
