Always good! One of our familys favorite sandwich places. Everything on the menu has been fantastic. Only 4 ⭐️ because its a little expensive but worth it!
The food was wonderful. What seemed like a manager in a red polo was very disrespectful to my wife and I and seemingly to her coworkers. She was a shorter hispanic women who tried to argue with me about why my order got messed up. The young lady taking my order was very respectful to me and my wife and helped us as it was our first time eating at a Firehouse Subs. She assisted me in what came on the sandwiches I was interested in and was very nice about it. The young man who made my sandwich brought our food out to our table and I was delighted as he asked if we needed anything else. Other than the manager, it was a wonderful experience and I would come here again!!!
The food service was very nice and quickly prepared. I asked for the cashiers name and he said it was Ethan. He was very nice and polite when taking my order. Also, Ive had many meatball sub sandwiches in my life and my sub at firehouse was definitely one of the best Ive ever had. I asked for the chefs name and his name was Steven. These two men did some fine service and I commend them both.
The front and back doors, windows and floors were dirty. My table had barbecue sauce on it. Clean doesn’t cost anything! They were not very busy either. The food was pretty good but you have to wonder how it’s prepared if the rest of the place looks like it does. I’ve been in other locations that were immaculate.
I love firehouse. Its my favorite sub place. This is the first firehouse that Ive walked into that was dirty. The teenage kids were too busy talking in their empty restaurant to clean the tables, sweep the floor, clean the drink station, or notice customers walking in. They did take my order and was nice. It took 20 minutes to get my sandwiches, they were good. When I paid out they did not ask me if I wanted to round up to the nearest dollar to donate to fire fighters. When I asked why he didnt round it up he said it was something that i had to ask him to do. I thought they was supposed to ask me if Id like to donate my change. We will not stop at this location again.
I had the steak and cheese in large with the chili. It came with chips and a drink. The sandwich was good, nothing mind-blowing and the chili was pretty decent as well. The steak was a little under-seasoned and the toppings werent that great and flavorful. And it was really overpriced, 18 dollars for a sandwich, chili, chips and drink. Thats pretty crazy to me. But the cause is good so I appreciate that.
Great meatball subs. Great pastrami subs. Great at hot Subs , but have no cold subs. Still the food is great and they still sell pastrami, where Jersey Mike’s took it off the menu.
Great customer service! Our cashier/waiter did such a great job! I didn’t get his name but he had blond hair. Very impressed and our food was delicious! We WILL be coming back!
Im a regular here, their sandwiches are so much better than Subway. You cant go wrong with anything here: meatball sub, NY steamer, Hook & Ladder, Smokehouse BBQ Brisket & Cheddar... they are all good. Plus part of their proceeds go to local first responders :)

This was the first time at this location. The staff didnt be really seem intrested in me being there at 7 pm. Ive been to many Firehouse restaurants, this one was a disappointment. The sandwhich was lukewarm and the meat very dry. I requested extra sauce on it there was almost none at all. Maybe I shouldnt have asked for extra and I would have had a normal amount? I always get the same thing when I go to a firehouse.. This location was a big let down.
Very slow employees. There is three of them and its been over 20 minutes and I am still waiting. 1 person was here when I arrived. Now there are 8 people. Absolutely ridiculous.
I just wanted to leave a comment for the great food and customer service we got from those guys in tonight. Excellent food and Great service. The guy that met us at the register was a Tall blonde guy! I don’t remember his name but he showed excellence in his work.Thank you guys again for your great service!!
To take 15 minutes to make a small sandwich when only one person was in front of me is ridiculous. You have two people making sandwiches, two standing at the register when there isn’t anyone in line, and three people just talking it up and laughing in the back. Like come on, do your job.
Husbands cheese steak sandwich was served cold. My smokehouse was served with little BBQ sauce making it overly dry. Meat had no flavor and was so finely chopped that it didnt even resemble meat at all. Quite disappointed.

Cashier who took our order was a butt head. He said “hi welcome” when I walked up to his register and before I could say anything in response, he ignored me and started talking to another employee. When I asked what sizes they have for subs, he immediately gave me the most sarcastic tone and was a jerk talking to me like I was an idiot pointing at the paper on the counter (which was covered and obviously somewhere a person wouldn’t look...they’d look at the menu on the wall which didn’t have sizes on there) and said small, medium, large. Then every time he asked me a question and I’d answer, he forgot what I said, so really he was the stupid one. Terrible experience and real big jerk. So uncalled for and if I were more aggressive I would’ve said something and not ordered.
My experience at firehouse sub in alliance was wonderful, Crew Member Ethan Blanco gave such GREAT customer service to me and made one of the BEST sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. I would HIGHLY recommend firehouse subs In alliance, especially if Ethan Blanco is working at the time.
I come here at noon at least twice a week for lunch. Always greeted with a smile, the girls are always pleasant, and the food is always hot and fresh!!! Ill come here over the subway next door to work ANYDAY! and i work up in Alliance!!!
This is my favorite sub shop in the area by far!! I normally choose the Italian fully involved (everything but the kitchen sink added) but Ive had a number of the other sandwiches and they have all been mouth-watering yum!!!

2022-06-13I parked along the side, tried to enter through the back entrance thinking it was the front entrance. Word to the wise: the back door isn’t unlocked LOL.The employee taking orders was friendly and made my sandwich timely. It was delicious as it always is. I ordered a medium Italian sub and a drink. The tea was made fresh!I noticed the employee taking order was also making the orders as he was the only one working for a little while. Another employee did eventually come in around 11:30 to help him making Uber/pickup orders.Good job!

2021-08-03Fire house always has great subs we love coming here on Sunday for the free kids subs… today we tried the meatball and the Italian and they were both amazing as always, my children wanted to come here to meet some firefighters but it didn’t happen haha … they also have the miss Vickies chips here and the Coca-Cola freestyle remix machine yes sir Thank our firehouse

2021-06-09Cons-little pricey, not as fast for quick meal. Pros-better taste-quality. Better selection of sandwiches. Staff was very friendly, dont bring your attitude as these employees dont deserve it. Atmosphere ,cleanliness, and customers is way above other sandwich shops I have eaten at. We will definitely return.

2022-04-05Ordered 2 sandwiches. One was a small club on wheat and the other a medium beef and brisket. I could tell the team working today does not work well together and set an unhealthy working environment that is visible by the guests. I saw the young man running the register and trying to help the older women make sandwiches. One of the older women was very rude to the young man and put her hand up in his face in front of everyone in the restaurant. I couldn’t see behind the counter but could tell she was unorganized. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The older women obviously run hostile shifts by themselves and shouldn’t be trusted by themselves.

2022-06-14The subs here are delicious. They are slightly higher in price than Subway, but I think taste much better as well. It is worth the few extra bucks. The hot sauce here are the bomb.

2019-04-17Gud place to have subs with veggies or your favorite meat. Really love the taste of the sub made with toasted bread, meat, mayo etc. when we are really hungry. Service is very nice as they listen to our orders and choices carefully. Would recommend this place as a go to option if you are looking for a place at any time.

2021-11-14We have been to this spot since it opened and it has always been good until the last few times we have came. We ordered 2 sandwiches a hook and ladder and an Italian. We got our order about 10 minutes later. Our bread was cold and really odd tasting. I would say it was very old bread. There was hardly any meat on them and a lot more lettuce then anything. We like firehouse because its more meat then it is bread. Well that was not the case today at all. I am truly disappointed in the quality of yalls sandwiches. I will not return to this location again.

2021-10-18Worst firehouse subs. Sandwich was thrown together they didnt even put my chopped pickles. They didnt enter my phone number so I could get my points. The toppings where not evenly spread out and my turkey was just 2 clumps of meat folded over not spread out like every other firehouse. Worst location and I love firehouse never had such a bad experience. 👎

2017-11-30I was very shocked at how rude they came off. I order a sub with wheat bread and they looked shocked? A big boy cant get wheat bread? they even asked me if i was sure multiple times. and finally when I was half way done another person brought me a tray with ice cubes and bbq sauce and said on the house? Shameful

2016-09-26Steamed meat is way better than toasting it dry like other shops. Hook & Ladder rocks. Add some Backdraft sauce for sandwich perfection.
