BIG NO ! I dropped off my rental car (2021 Tahoe) that needing 4 tires, I volunteer to go to the tire shop rather than to take a minivan they want to put me in at that moment. The procedure is the Firestone store need to submit a request to the rental company for the tires, but they DID NOT. They call me back within an hour saying the car is ready, I knew the time frame was too quick. I asked how many tires did they replaced? He said none, the rental company REJECTED the request. I am confused, the rental manager check the tire with a tire gauge, he is aware the car need 4 tires, now corporate say NO? I call the rental place immediately, the manager called this store while I am on hold, found out that employee DECIDED the tires on the car are SUPERIOR, dont need tire replacement. What Gives you decision to risk some family life on road trip with a BLOW OUT when Rental company already approve new tires on the car? Rental manager assure me this store WILL put 4 new tires. By end of the day, 6 hours later, almost closing time, car were not ready. When it is ready, 2 tires are UNDER INFLATED, 1 is at very low pressure at 14 psi, Duh...? One guy told me to drive it for few hours, I told him NO. They inflate couple tires after I insist to let me have the hose to air it up myself if they dont feel like to do so, I drove off, got into highway, I felt shimming from the rear, I knew they rush it and didnt balance the last tire possibly. When I came back to let them recheck the work, they have to resubmit it (more money for the store I guess, but can you do it correctly from the get go than?) and never call me back once the work completed. What a waste of my time to go to the closest Firestone near my house huh?

I came in for tires and a state inspection at about 5pm. they close at 7, but they were so very generous and even stayed after close to get my car to me because it wasnt done before 7. Good service and knowledgeable staff. It is on the pricey side though, but having a car isnt cheap of course!

We have been bringing our cars to this location for over 10 years for all regular maintenance and tires. They have always treated us well, given us good prices and been very communicative. We have seen the staff change over the years but have always experienced great service.

That much for a place advertising itself as a tire Center. They took my car in for scheduled morning appointment, fed me promises all day that car/ tire is being replaced..only to call me after 5:00pm on Friday night to say that they don’t have a tire in stock.Offered me “compassionate words” instead of service. That place has gone way down in service and customer care.*Update, manager Brandy called me and said I had no appointment even thought I did at 10:00am Friday morning . Wow, that’s pretty low.

I hit a curb and had a blow out very near by so I didnt have an option to take it anywhere else unless it was towed. 1 tire, $144 & 3 hours later my tire was fixed. I cant help but to feel like my situation was taking ADVANTAGE of because I could not go anywhere else and I will not be returning to this location. Initially they werent very friendly, but tried to come around at the end of the experience, as they tried to sell me more tires. Also, as I scroll through reviews Im starting to notice a trend in the types of people having bad experiences and the types of people having 5 star experiences, and I dont think its a coincidence. (Look for yourself) WONT be returning!

They got my car in same day that I called. Had a lot done....new tires, oil change, fluid check, brake check, and ac check/recharge. They were very quick about it considering and couldnt beat the price for everything. Im ready for my road trip!

After being a long-time customer (20yrs), I will not return to this location. My last visit was a disaster, including poor workmanship and recommendations for unnecessary services that eventually required 3 visits to correct. I cant express my disappointment enough after so many years of good service.

Highly recommend this place. My wife’s driver side front tire was not holding air. Went in because she bought the tires from here. Had them replace 2 TP sensors as well. No cost to me. Tires were within factory warranty but we were beyond the Firestone 12 month warranty that would of covered the TP sensors and labor. Amazing service. The same thing to fix was quoted to me by NTB as being $550-$600 for just the TP sensors. They didn’t try to up-sell me anything, just fixed what I asked for to be fixed.

Avoiding to go Firestone, McDermott, Very Bad Experience with Firestone McDermott.To share my experience , Few days ago I visited Firestone McDermott Dr for State Inspection and entered around 11:30 am and sign in vehicle for inspection at 12:15pm. They took car key and kept it in folder idle. NO ONE TOUCHED IT FOR AN HOUR UPTO 1:15PM. then I asked again and they realized they missed it to do. They took it and spent another 30 mins to do it. I can’t believe someone forget their task completely insane.Trouble not end here, when I went back for report copy upon reading Collin county tax office guideline for title n registration of vehicle came from out of state, they said inspection report will be updated and Collin tax office can access it, no need physical report.Considering their words, I visited the County office, stood in line for 30 mins and when they call me on counter, they rejected saying inspection report missing. Come next time, I got completely frustrated. They even don’t know county tax office need physical copy.Totally avoiding anymore to Firestone McDormett Allen Texas.

5 star! This location is awesome! I moved from frisco and had to deal with Walter at the frisco store and it was a horrible experience I almost gave up on Firestone but I figured I’ll try again! Ever since I came to the mecdermott location ray and his team up front has been nothing but helpful and understanding! I also wanna give a huge thanks to the service manager Danny and his two amazing techs Chris and cj for getting my cars in and out in a timely manner! Definitely will be bringing my vehicles back thanks again guys!
