Broke down, not boat slips, but cheap

2022-04-16I have been going to fishermans point since 2006. I do not know the current owners, I can tell you this, the previous owner may he rest in peace, he is missed a lot.I took my grandson Gator fishing there oon his 6th birthday. The point is washing and eroding away with no attempt of the management to stop it. The restrooms were absolutely filthy. Fortunately we always travel with baby wipes and window cleaner so my wife was able to clean A commode so her and my grandson could use the facility. They are supposed to be there until 7pm. A man came out to the gas pump pier and he fell. I tried calling the store to go out and help him. It was about 4:35 or so and there was no answer, only the answering machine. That is unprofessional. I will be looking for a different place to go fishing from now on.We did catch 3 high fin blue catfish. That made my boys day complete.

2022-05-28We go there 2 or 3 times a year and we will keep going. The owners are amazing and the staff makes sure you are taken care of also the restaurant has some of the best food.

2022-02-12Yes, you’ve never tried it because its so far out there. But believe me this little gem is worth the trip. Generous servings of good food at a reasonable price.

2021-08-22Great little lakeside restaurant. Serving both sit down and takeout. Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great comfort food. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

2018-08-22Beautiful place. Restaurant has very good food and even better wait staff. Clean. Campsites clean and reasonable. Another favorite place of ours.
