I tried everywhere to find a shoe to fit my foot, after my recent great toe surgery. These guys had several pairs for me to choose from. And the have a scan for machine at no extra cost, very accurate. Virginia is awesome. Yosemite paths, here I come!
The sales lady was very patient while I tried on 4 pairs of shoes. Finally found the right ones.
My wife and I went this morning to buy a pair of running shoes and I think we had one of the best customer service experience so far since we moved to Corpus Christi. We were helped by Abby who was very knowledgeable and friendly. She spent probably more than an hour helping us and answering all our questions, scanning our feet and recommending the proper shoes for our needs. Also the store prices are the same as on each individual brands website so its worth it to try to go to the store rather than ordering the shoes online, that way you can get the proper fit, and help from knowledgeable and friendly staff. I definitely will be back.
Visited Fleet Feet to buy some shoes yesterday. Abby stood me on their fit id® scanner to check my foot size, width, arch height, etc. and I found out one foot is half a size smaller than the other. I never knew that! I did know I have high arches and wide feet. Then she brought out a selection of shoes to try based on my stance and size, and just like Goldilocks, one was a bit tight, one felt too loose, and one was just right! Sold!Its so nice to go to a place with highly-trained staff, rather than grabbing boxes off the shelf, hoping something fits. As Arnold says, Ahll be back!
I needed insoles to ease the pain from my heel spurs, and this was definitely the right place to go for help. I told the associate what I was looking for and she recommended two different ones to try out. They were both good, but I went with the more cushioned one. She helped me with inserts for other shoes as well. Everyone seemed very friendly and helpful.
I took the analysis here. It was shocking to know that I was wearing wrong shoe size till date. They analyze your feet and give you the perfect shoe with arch support and cushion. Plus there are options to choose from. I can already see a difference when I am walking, my knees are not that bad anymore.
The new store is big so it makes the inside look empty. Cant wait till more product is on the floor
One of the best places to go in town to get fitted and advise on shoes. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. The shoes are expensive but not more than what you would pay at any other shoe store for the brands of shoes you get.
I got a pair of running shoes with their friendly customer service ,there are large selections. Satisfied with this purchase!
The staff is phenomenal. I needed new work shoes and the nice girl who helped me was amazing. She helped me try on and compare different shoes to find what would be best. She was helpful when I was indecisive and the shoes I bought have been great. I also bought a great second back up pair and plan to go back for all future work shoe purchases. Jose Camacho is the best! I came to Fleet Feet and bought a pair of running shoes about a month ago. The shoes I purchased gave me blisters when running long distance. I returned with the shoes and after Jose inspected my foot, pressure points, and shoe I recently purchased, he knew what the problem was. Jose stood by Fleet Feets 60 day return policy and fitted me with another pair of running shoes. Jose is extremely knowledgable, kind, and professional. I like the shoes, but it is because of Joses exceptional customer service that I will be returning for all of my running needs. Thanks Jose. I hope to see you in the future.
This place is great for finding the perfect shoe for your foot type. They personally help you figure out your needs. The shoes generally cost upward of 100 dollars, but they are always the latest styles and worth every penny. They also have a selection of sale priced shoes of older models that are usually about half the price. I highly recommend this shoe store.
A great place to buy sport and running shoes!!! Ive been going there for years!While sometimes slightly more expensive then the box stores....they way more than make up for it with service and experience.They will literally watch your feet as you walk and steer you to the type of shoe that works best and is most comfortable for you!

Love their products and the last time I was here the service was great. This visit when I walked in, while busy no one even acknowledged my daughter and I for over 30 minutes. I mean even a hello, we will be with you as soon as we can would have been nice.
Very awesome staff. Very knowledgeable on their products.Love their return policy. They have mens saddles that are awesome with lots of support.Jordan, Victoria and Aaron were very communicative with me but not with each other. They all had different stories as to why my shoes and insoles were not in yet. You have to be a bit on then or at least follow up with them.They need more than one register because if they are using it to show a customer you have to wait until they are done using it.Small and cozy store.good size selection on clearance items as well.
Doctor Zey recommended me to come here due to tearing 4 ligaments in my right ankle and Omg I don’t know how I never knew about this place the employees are amazing the min you walk in they help you with all your needs! I recommend this place for all your shoe needs I stand all day at work and don’t regret making my purchase.
The guy who helped me choose a shoe and did my foot analysis was very helpful. He had very good knowledge with the shoes and running. He performed all the necessary steps for me to find the right shoe.... granted I have to try them out before I officially know if they will work. They greeted me right when I walked in as well.
Such a great place. Visited for the first time yesterday and will definitely be back. Had 2 guys help me out with things I needed for my upcoming marathon. Both were very knowledgeable and even gave me some tips and recommendations I hadnt thought of.

Best shopping experience I have had in Corpus. Took my son to get fitted for shoes the young lady that helped us was very knowledgeable with the three types of shoes we tried on my son. She really took care made sure that my son was fitted with the best shoe that worked for his flat feet. Highly recommend Fleet Feet and definitely will be a returning customer.
Being out of country it is hard to find the running shoes you need. Not only was the crew polite they did what ever it took to help me. It was a lengthy conversation over the phone and a 7 hour time difference. 6 days later the wife and I got our shoes. So pleased with the amazing service that we will be ordering from them again in the near future.

This is the best place in town to buy athletic shoes. I have had problem after problem with getting the right shoes for my feet and shin splints and they put me in a perfect pair my first trip. I loved that they offered to take them back if they ended up not fitting my feet correctly. Its hard to find service like that now days.

So turns out I have been wearing the wrong size running shoe my entire life. The people at fleet feet are knowledgeable and helpful and so nice. If you run, go buy your shoes there. It makes such a difference.
After three weeks of ice baths and stretching I gave new shoes a shot. They quickly diagnosed the problem and put me in a pair of Saucony that immediately gave me relief that day. Still tender but, able to actually run without the pain. Ill be back again.
Anyone who gave this place less than 5 stars is out of their minds.I work in a podiatry clinic, and one thing I know is that a good, quality shoe makes all the difference in the world. With quality, there tends to be a higher price tag, but you need to invest in your feet!These people know what your feet need, so just because you dont like the style doesnt mean the store deserves lesser rating. So shame on you!That style or cheaper price tag is going to land you in my office in no time asking us why your feet hurt!Do yourself and your feet a favor and go and see the crew at Fleet Feet!

Virginia at Fleet Feet is so helpful! I had no idea that I had 60 days to try my shoes. I went back in with a friend and said I was having pain on the side of my heel and ankle. This place was reccomended by my foot doctor. I walked in n thought it was more for sports athletes. A young lady assisted me and was very thorough. Checking my stance, my walk, asking questions what my treds is like. Found me some awesome insules. Gunna have to go back ever 3 months for some new ones

2022-06-25Had a very bad experience today at fleet feet,we get there and signed in ,we were waiting for service cause it was busy,we understand but when another customer comes in and the employee takes them instead of asking who was here first and takes that customer and totally ignores you that was very rude,so my husband ,daughter and myself just walked out,the employee scratches out my husband name without asking who he was and told the customer that just had walked in he didnt have to sign in,the sad part of this experience is that was supposed to be a late Fathers day gift for my husband from my daughter and my son,theyve both been there before and talked real highly about fleet feet
