Had to go in for a consultation due to gum inflammation from wisdom teeth. They were able to answer all questions and concerns I had and the staff were amazing and accommodating to my dental anxiety. Would definitely come here again and recommend to anyone looking for a new dentistry location.
Dr. Graves is Awesome!! He’s super nice and very informative about treatment super cool dentist my daughter loves coming to his office, she knows she is in great care!

Works with insurance. Only tells you what you need done (doesn’t try the hard sell and up sell you what you didn’t go in there looking for) and was very kind and through explaining what needed to be done and the cost brew also an before continuing. Emmy family and I will only be going here from now on.
Everyones always looking for good dentists and doctors which can sometimes be hard to find. My first visit to Forney Wellness was definitely a great experience, from the front desk to the back. All were so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. The dentists were gentle and the explanations were easy to understand. I highly recommend Forney Wellness!
They were great whenever I went in regularly for my braces appointments. I recently broke my retainer and came in for a new mold and spent the $250 for a new one. They then never contacted me back so I took matters into my own hands. After multiple calls being ignored,telling me they’d call me back later and never did,Bill answered the phone. He proceeded to tell me they hadn’t entered my info. in when i went to get my mold and had lost it. I didn’t get my retainer until a week later when it should’ve only been a day or two. They’re terrible at communicating. Even so,I got my retainer today and it is extremely uncomfortable and poorly made. Very upset about this
Dr. Graves is awesome, he explains everything in easy to understand terms, he is friendly and makes me feel very comfortable. He is also great at making every procedure as pain free as possible. The office staff and dental assistants are always super sweet also. I highly recommend them to anyone.
First of all, an extraction went bad and something they did (or didnt do) caused me a lot of pain. Then, they shut down just a few weeks into the pandemic and furloughed their staff, so not sure if theyre financially stable for the long haul. Also, the young lady answering phones on 3/14/2022 was extremely rude to me. I rarely leave a bad review for anyone, so buyer beware.
I love my hygienist she made me feel like all is good and I didnt feel like she didnt care the doctor also made me feel like a client and wished and worked on me with a caring heart some places I have been made me feel awful thank you guys for the love

I love coming to my cleanings with the hygienist she is awesome !! but the orthodontic people were very rude at all my visits and we always have different orthodontist every visit which I dont like either.
The Dr. explained my options, made sure i was comfortable and didnt feel any pain. I will be returning for all my needs. Thank you guys!
Was told I had a 3pm appointment at the oral surgeon to get a cracked tooth removed and they let me leave with no temp or crown under the assumption I would be having a procedure same day... Arrive at the oral surgeon to find out its only a consultation, call Forney Wellness office and they closed at 3pm.
My son had his first dentist appointment at 4 y/o. The staff and dentist worked extremely well with him. The office was very nice and clean. I enjoyed being able to take my child to the same place that I can also go to for my self. Very happy with our experience and scheduled our follow ups!

I was really impressed with how quickly I was helped! And when I compared the prices quoted me with 2 other dentists in Forney it was almost half less than the others. Lovely office. Clean. Bright. Caring dentist to answer all questions. Great reception staff great value for the money. Plus they open some days at 7 am for us working folks. Great Dental Office!
New Client referred by insurance.Once locating the facility their signage is quite obvious, I am however quite oblivious. The ladies at the front desk were very nice/professional in regards to making sure I was in the correct parking lot and allowing me to come in a bit earlier than my 9:30am appt. Walking into the facility it is a very upscale style and care. Clear signage reading the WiFi passcode in the event you needed it as well as plenty of comfortable seating. I was taken in right on time to do x-rays, then transferred to a private suite due to needing a “deep cleaning” the young ladies pointed out a game room area where my son was able to play classic video games and stay out from under our feet while Mary worked on my teeth. Both Mary and the female Doctor who attended to me (the name escapes me but she has dark hair and was very nice) did a very nice job. Although my teeth required a lot of work this visit Mary was more than up for the task while the Doctor made sure to numb me to prevent me from being in excruciating pain. I’d like to say this is a lesson learned by years of neglecting proper cleaning by professionals however it is also due to an intense fear of Dentists in general. These ladies went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time they worked on me and made sure to set up a follow up appointment while I was in the room to prevent any confusion. Also to add the price they charged was more than acceptable given the level of care provided and once my face is less numb I imagine I’ll be smiling again. Thank you ladies. 😊

I took my son here last Friday (7-16-2021) to see Dr. Graves and it was the absolute best experience for my sons first dentist appointment! I took my daughter today (7-23-2021) to see Dr. Khan and again I am blown away. Everyone on the staff were the nicest to me and to my babies! I highly recommend Forney Wellness! They are also quick. They got us in and out with both appointments. Tops 20 minutes in there.
Very friendly and skilled Staff. They reviewed all charges before proceeding with any work. Charges not covered by my insurance was explained to me and then it was my decision to continue or not. Overall a great experience for routine cleaning.

Im 82 and had been to many dentists through my life but this is by far the best experience Ibe ever had with a dentist, and his whole staff. So rewarding to see a dedicated and honest dentist, Dr. Brooks Graves in Forney Texas. And the added plus is he is very reasonable and takes most insurance.

We LOVE Forney Wellness Dental. My oldest who is 11 has been coming here since she was 3 and its the only Dentist my 6y/o has ever been to as well. The Dentist and Staff are so sweet! Our appointments are always on time and we never have to wait. We had dental appointments for cleanings this morning at 9am and we were in my car by 9:30am. We drive from Wylie every 6 months because we love the care and patience we receive from the staff.YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

Excellent! The best dental experience ever. My hygienist Alyssa was very kind, patient, and professional. She made a point to tell me everything that she was doing during the exam, so there were no surprises.Also, this office offered me something for relaxation during my cleaning, as well as numbing gel, which made the cleaning very comfortable.I will definitely be returning to this dentist.
The staff here are so kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office is very clean and the throughput is excellent. Dr. Graves is awesome and so is Cara (Kara?) the dental hygienist. Highly recommend this office. I used to go to one of the other offices in Forney and they were rude and talked down to me, so I switched to go here and I am so glad I did!!
Forney Wellness Center is a great dentist office. All of the office staff are very personable and friendly. Dr. Graves has a great bedside manner. He is a very thorough, concerned, and nice person. Whenever I have an issue with my teeth rather minor or major, he pays the same level of attention the problem. I was so glad that my insurance covers services with them.

Great experience. They got me in quickly when I chipped my tooth and even replaced an old filling while they were in there making sure not to miss anything. They played great music, talked to me about every step, comical conversation during dental work (great distraction), listened and watched for physical cues that indicated I was uncomfortable, needed to swallow, or just needed to take a mini break for a second because dental work makes me anxious (obviously you can’t talk during most dental work so this ability is ESSENTIAL). Highly recommend them!

Initially I was very satisfied with my visit. The Dentist Mr. Graves was very nice. The staff seemed nice as well(some). I had a couple problematic teeth. Requiring a root canal- I was referred to an orthodontist whom I was told would call me once they received my information. Didn’t happen so I had to call the orthodontist myself and get scheduled for what would be a month out. I call Forney Wellness saying hey I’m in pain my tooth is giving me issues. Forget the infection that could possibly cause more issues. Here is two more numbers to call. 😒 No compassion at all. Thank you for your service Forney Wellness. But I personally won’t be returning.
This is by far the best dentist office in Forney, TX. I had a dental emergency and was fit in the day before Thanksgiving and did not feel like they were put out or upset by my need. The front staff is so pleasant and courteous. Also, Dr. Graves is patient and explains everything as he works.

I have gone to Dr. Graves for YEARS! He is the only dentist I will go to. I even drive over an hour for my visits. Staff are friendly, majority of the time it is timely, and Graves is personable! He ensures your needs are met, PAIN FREE, and does what he can to maximize your visit and time. Will be moving to McKinney this month and will still choose Dr. Graves as my dentist! 10/10!

Best dental experience in my whole 45 years of living. I could not have ask for a better cleaning. My hygienist (Alyssa Davidson) did such a great job that the dentist didnt have much to do. Alyssa was very gentle & careful while in my mouth. Some of my teeth are a little sensitive to cold so she made sure she was extra careful to ensure that I was comfortable. The best part is I can tell the two of them practice what they preach because their teeth were amazing. I gave them four starts because the front desk people werent very welcoming. Overall I highly recommend this place.
Such a fantastic and efficient office. The hygienist was friendly the entire visit and kept checking to make sure I was good. I love that they give sunglasses to wear. It helps with the light but also awkward stares while cleaning. Dr. Graves is so personable as well. He always makes sure your questions or concerns are answered.

Forney Wellness Dental is a well kept establishment clean, kid friendly and procedures are explained throughly. My children have been patients for over 4yrs now. Dr. Brooks Graves and all is staff Ive met so far are Great.

I saw Dr. Khan for a chipped tooth repair. She was extremely professional with the procedure, took her time, and did an amazing job. The office was clean, and super careful with handling check in with COVID in mind.Dr. Khan, also wore all protective gear, and was very sanitary in her operations. I would highly recommend her, and Forney Wellness Dental for any sort of oral care!

Just went as a new patient today and have to say that everyone that works there was amazingly friendly and made the experience great. I hate going to the dentist like most people probably do, but the whole visit - from check-in to check-out was very smoothly. Dr. Graves is a young, vibrant professional who even took the time to make a young child in the waiting room a balloon animal after he was done! The office does make appointments on Saturday which is extremely convenient. Two thumbs up from me and unfortunately (or fortunately), I get to see everyone in 2 weeks to get some cavities taken care of!
I moved here from Washington state last year and had to find a new dentist. I found Gorney Wellness and could not be happier! I love Dr. Graves and his entire team. Everyone from the moment you make your appointment to check in, hygienists and Dr. Graves make you feel so comfortable! My husband & daughter & granddaughter go here now! We love it!
I was really dreading my appointment and didnt have high expectations. But before, during, and after the appointment I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and straightforward the workers were. I survived the encounter with a (freshly cleaned!) smile on my face. Ultimately, it ended up being a good visit. I definitely plan on going back.

I have to say Kara the lady who took care of me today was so pleasant, gentle and I felt gave me the Absolute Best Cleaning Ever. She didn’t rush through the process and I felt like she even double checked to make sure she had done her absolute best on me. That was going above and beyond. I hope to Always get her!
Dr. Graves and his staff are amazing. They listen to your needs and do their best to make you feel comfortable....because we all know trips to the dentist are not fun! But they are always great with my kids. And I love that they are open on the weekends.
Highly recommend this dental office. I am always extremely nervous when going to the dentist and I had broken a tooth and my dentist office was closed, which only raised my anxiety having to call another office. I couldnt be happier with the outcome, they had me in an appointment 2 hours from when I called, were amazing during the entire appointmentanswering all my questions and Dr. Khan and Raquel were quick, thourough and worked great together. Went back in for my crown and was out in under an hour with no pain. Additionally, my last dentist told me that tooth needed a root canal and quoted an insane price, which was why I hadnt gotten it fixed. Guess, the tooth breaking when it did worked out since I was able to find this office, no root canal was needed and the cost was reasonable. Already made my next appointment, and transitioned here. If you are looking for a place that has wonderful service, reasonable prices and an all around great team, this is it!

I have been very patient trying to like this place but I don’t think I do. I like the dentist herself, but the rest of the staff is usually not very polite or friendly. They don’t greet us with a basic “good morning, how are you” or say “bye and thank you”. I have tried again and again brushing it off and today really did it for me. We had to wait a while for each step. When I asked if they could change the channel for us since I had three boys getting g anxious, they said no because no. All they had in the office at the moment was kids. I’m sure all the kids would have appreciated it. The hygienist didn’t even give a good explanation. I don’t think we will be going back. We didn’t schedule the sixth ninth visit.
I’ve been coming here for the past 7-8 years and my experience has always been great. Joanna and the rest of the team have been attentive and helpful. I’ve left Forney 8 years ago yet I still come back her because of the service.

I moved to Forney about 5 years ago and have been going to Forney Dental Wellness since then. I use to hate going to the dentist and I would have lots of anxiety. Dr. Graves has always made each visit as pleasant as possible. He’s very detailed in his approach and really puts you at ease with what is happening. Even when getting my teeth cleaned the hygienist have all been amazing. I will definitely keep going to FWD.
Dr. Graves is by far the best dentist for my family. My 5 year old daughter used to be so scared going to the dentist and Dr. Graves made her so comfortable and calm and she’s not scared anymore. She might slightly have a small crush on him and gets all doll up every time we go. I highly recommend him and his wife.
I take my 6 year old daughter here and just took my 1 year old son for his first dental visit and I only have wonderful things to say about this place! They are so kind and always interactive with myself and my kids. My kids mostly see Brookes Graves but have seen others as well and Ive never been disappointed, upset or had a complaint!! Love them!
Didnt like the fact that the dental assistant, Ms. Karen, tried to stop me from going to the back with my 12 year old daughter. I understand the Covid-19 is going on, but didnt appreciate the fact that she just bluntly said I needed to wait in the waiting area and it was patients only. Other minors who were being treated had one or two parents with them. Why she specifically didnt want me back there with my child has me raise a cause of concern. I dont know her, or her staff. So far, all visits in North Dallas has one visitor per patient, not just saying a minor needs to be by themselves. That was unprofessional. Either than that, the dentist herself was great and spoke to me specifically what needed to be done with my daughters teeth. Would have been 5 starts if not for Ms. Karen and her attitude.
This place is nothing short of extraordinary! They were so good with my kids; who are nothing short of hooligans... They smiled they laughed they were just completely amazing. The kids got balloon art when we were leaving and had the treasure chest ready to pick from! They made me feel comfortable. Thats a hard task for a mom with three kids under three and they did it with grace and professionalism. I cant wait for our next visit! My daughter was terrified because of a shot visit to the Dr last week. Although we need to do x-rays to check on some missing teeth they did not push because she was was still adjusting to this new place. I believe I will have no problem talking her into doing that visit soon because of them being so wonderful! They were all smiles leaving :)
My two older children both have braces from Forney Wellness Dental and we are there regularly. The staff there are very friendly and my kids always feel comfortable. We are usually in and out for adjustments which makes my busy schedule easier to keep up with! I would recommend them to anyone! Great place for dentistry and orthodontics!
I was a first time customer/patient at Forney Wellness. Initially I was a little concerned as I had a 2 pm appointment, I arrived early and no one was available in the adult section to greet or check me in. About 5 min after 2pm a young man entered the waiting room and requested my name and preceded to give me forms to fill out. I filled out the forms and minutes later was called back for treatment. I had the best Hygienist, she was thorough with her findings and treated me with the best care. She was also honest and communicated her time constraints after all X-rays and diagnosiss were determined and gave me the best pathway to attain the highest quality treatment. She was adamant about not wanting to feel rushed to complete my treatment and suggested I reschedule my needed deep cleaning for another day and I respected that. If were going perform the cleaning, lets get it done right. were here words.. Shortly afterwards another hygienist stopped by our treatment room and stated that her next appoint canceled and she was free to absorb the next scheduled customer. My Hygienist then stated great, she was now free to fully treat me with the care I deserved. She took her time, got me completely cleaned up and laid out the next agenda for treatment. I had a really good experience.
My daughter’s hygienist was awful. She was unpleasant & rough the entire time. My daughter was in tears after we left & got a blister on her gums from it. She ended up having to take an Advil because they hurt all day afterward.
Staff is competent and friendly without seeming fake or forced. Prices/copays are reasonable. Have been a patient of a Mesquite dentist and two other Forney dentists in the past 18 years and hoping this one is my forever one.

I never liked the dentist until I started going to FWD. Dr Graves and his crew are very friendly and professional, and have made me comfortable with the work being done. They do great work!
These guys are so patient and wonderful. I brought all 3 of my children in at once. They handled it smoothly and communicated everything I needed to know. My son needs a lot of dental work & they were very patient while I was figuring out financially where to start. They broke down the cost of every item & worked within my budget to get him started on the road to better teeth.
It was great! I went here after leaving a different unhygienic clinic and Dr.Khan was so patient with me. The staff is wonderful. Answered all my questions with deciding the best route for treatment. This will definitely be my clinic from now on.

I cant say enough good things about the whole staff here. From making an appointment all the way through to the final bill, never an issue. Our whole family goes here and I love that. Dr. Graves is our regular dentist and hes fantastic. His technical knowledge is current and his chairside manner is the best. I have no reason to look further for any of our dental needs. We are home!

My appt ran exactly on time, Ashley was awesome with getting my kids & me x-rayed & in our chairs quick while Janine gave the most thorough cleaning I have ever experienced. The Dental hygienist was very professional and friendly. The staff keep you well informed on what you need and answered all my questions.
This facility, the staff, and Dr. Graves are all EXCEPTIONAL! I was seen very quickly, had new X-rays taken, and fixed a chipped tooth that had been bothering me for years! All done in matter of 1.5 hour and I was able to head back to work. I can’t recommend this practice enough!!!

Janine is a great hygienist, informative on what she was doing, and explaining about the numbers for spacing in my teeth in regards to gum disease. Dr. Graves was quick and informative, I didnt have to worry about him throwing out numbers of how many cavities I dont have, and what I have and to keep an eye on. Over all satisfied and will definitely bring my family here. Thank you! Great staff, and atmosphere.

I Broke Back Right Bottom Tooth is what it felt like away on Business. I reached out to Friends brother In law who is Dentist no luck booked up. I thought wow spent all morning trying to just get it Looked at. Then I tembered These Neighborhood Angels fixed me up in Jiffy and were So Sweet to me under my unfortunate Dentsl issue. Plus they were kind enough to intordouce me to their Dental Maintenance Program. Lets just day Since they Helped me in a Pinch. Well I will be their Customer from now on.🙏🏻😇

I hardly ever leave reviews. But felt my visits to Forney Wellness deserves it.I had put off dental work for 8 years or so. Have many issues I decided on Forney Wellness Dental based of reviews. From the first call, to the initial appointment the entire staff was kind and helpful. I came unprepared with info and the girls in the front office took care of everything very quickly, without the “ ehh gotta work mentality”.I scheduled the first visit which was cleaning and X-rays of the disaster in my mouth. The women doing that was awesome and friendly. Then met Dr. Graves for review of what was needed. He laid out a few plans and options. Doc is super polite, knowledgeable and has an energetic personality. There are very few Dr.s I’ve come across that we’re as passionate about what they do, that I’ve noticed as he is (and the whole staff). They made me feel very comfortable and never get rushed.My first “D-Day” visits was Tuesday 6/25/2019. Had many things fixed and removed from my mouth, for future “D-Day’s” that are ahead.I was there roughly 2 hours - I NEVER FELT A THING- not even the injection to numb my mouth (chose not to get gas) again never felt rushed or any moment where I was questioning the abilities or sensation. As a matter of fact I don’t thing I have ever been complimented so much for doing a good job as I was that day by Doc.That day the novocaine wore off and I was expecting to be hurting. I felt nothing. 4 extractions and a revised root canal... no pain. I didn’t get pain meds or anything. Right before bed I took 2 Tylenol just Incase.Sorry for the long review- but like I said I believe they deserve it. Best dentist I’ve been too in my 39 years!Will be changing our 3 boys over to them as well (they have an awesome game room btw)The few off reviews I see here have got to be related to miscommunication or something “customer” related. They were way too thorough every step of the way.Thanks again Forney Wellness Dental- well done

I’d been going here for the past couple years. The dentists are AWESOME. The hygienists are good. The front desk and customer service is awful. Our family is moving to a new practice.
I am always skeptical of trying new offices for medical and dental issues. This one is top notch! Not only was the staff friendly and the office modern and cozy, but Dr. Graves is very knowledgeable and reassuring when it comes to what is best for me. I actually went in there for an orthodontic exam. The orthodontist was also very professional and did not try and sell me on braces and only gave me the facts. I was very appreciative for the professional service I received at Forney Wellness. I will definitely be back!
Love this place. I will never go to another dentist. Dr Kahn is the best. She explains everything that she is going to do and make sure you have a complete understanding of whats going on. Her staff is the best too.

Brought my kids and my husband (hes the guinea pig) here for the first time a few weeks ago. Very impressive office! Front desk was friendly, Dr Graves actually sat down and made my daughter a few balloon animals before even looking at her teeth which made her laugh! The hygienist took care of my husband while I stayed with the kids but he said she was great too!They also have an Orthodontist (sp?) here to so bringing my oldest back for braces in a few weeks and then I guess I am next!!Thanks!!!
The idea of someone operating on my teeth has always disturbed me, and the fact I would need it again before the end of the year, didnt make me feel better, but it always seemed to be the very best the entire staff had to offer. They gave me the reassurance I needed to get over my qualms about seeing a dentist in the first place and finally take care of that throbbing tooth ache. Its still the dentist, but Im not sure Id trust anywhere else with my pain.
Friendly, professional service. The receptionists are very sweet, especially Lisa. The Drs are very nice and knowledgable. They make you feel very comfortable and make coming to the dentist not something scary. I come all the way from Balch springs because they are awesome here. I will continue to bring my family here for our dental care needs.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They also have the dental tools and technology that are better than other dentists I have gone to. The dentists goal is to ensure the health of your teeth and not to just get you in and out.

1st time here and my daughter came in with a tooth ache. after xrays and Dr exam they told us everything looks good. It was her permanent tooth coming in. they did not try to hit us with any extra charges or bogus charge. My daughter is 10 and she was really nervous but they did a great job of calming her down and making her very comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you have anxiety about just going to the dentist or about having work performed, this is the office you have to use!!! Dr. Graves has a gift dealing with, an understanding of & an acute awareness when dealing with anxiety. The most important thing is to relay how you’re feeling to the staff. You won’t get a yeah, yeah, yeah from these folks! You get understanding. I am worse than most 2-4 year olds with dentistry & after almost 60 years I’ve found people who actually hear me. My adult daughters unfortunately share some of my anxiety & they too rave about Dr. Graves. In fact, one of them drives an insane distance to see him but we wouldn’t do it any other way!!

Very efficient and professional office. Got me right in for appt. (2 tooth problems). Dr.Loera was so nice and thoroughly explained all of my options and listened to my concerns and preferences. The entire office is state of the art and all of the staff were very competent and professional. They offer a dental plan that is very reasonable and was a great help for my fees on this visit and for upcoming visits. My dentist of 20 years is retiring so my family will definitely be pursuing our dental care with Forney Wellness Dental.
Ever had a great visit to the dentist? Sounds like a weird question huh...but thats what I got when I came to Forney Wellness! The office was beautiful! iPads in the lobby for my kids a private waiting area with coffee/tea for adults. Dr Graves was very nice and had me laughing (without the use of laughing gas I might add). Great all around experience!

Ok. This place is amazing! I was the last appointment, and after talking to the dentist briefly, he showed me around the office. This place has it all. Very well thought out structure. They didnt push invisalign and thoroughly explained my xrays and treatment plan. My daughter got braces the same day. She wasnt nervous at all. The staff is HAPPY and it shows! I mustve asked 1k questions and they never skipped a beat or batted the eyes. They were prepared to answer and was more concerned if I had more rather than trying to push me out.IF THE STAFF IS READING I REALLY WANT TO EXTEND MY APPRECIATION FOR OUR CONSULTATION. I GOT MORE INFO AND BETTER PLAN THAN ANY PREVIOUS DENTISTFor people thinking about cost considering this is a fairly new place, the billing was EXACTLY the same rate as our previous dentist. I took advantage of a promotion and got 1k off the braces. They are doing another on the 19th but its a different promotion. CALL THEM UP YALL IM TELLING EVERYONE !!!!!!!

Please do not go to this dentist. needed a tooth extracted. paid for their plan which listed extractions at $124.00. was told that my blood pressure was high, which was due to the pain from my tooth. was told to rest a little to get blood pressure down. they then proceeded to show me the costs for the tooth extraction. the total was over $900 which they were discounting to $666.00. well this did not help my blood pressure at all as one can imagine. they explained that there would have to be bone grafts and nitrous oxide. I kept my $600 and bad tooth that day. Will be looking elsewhere. this was a less than stellar experience all around.Please refund my enrollment in the Thrive dental plan and we can begin the healing process of these painful moments.
Dr Graves is always so informative and fair. She always explains why something is needed with xrays and pictures (the pictures are so helpful). I love that she gives every option and not just the money-maker option. What a fabulous dentist!

I really didn’t care for Forney Wellness. They do not care about their patients, just the money. After being told there was no way to save my son’s tooth, I was recommended by a friend to a dentist in Rockwall who didn’t make me get a bunch of sealants my son didn’t need and saved my son’s chipped tooth! Also let me know that they only said it couldn’t be saved so that they could make more money off of me now and in the future! This is bad practice and I am actually going to the board about this issue. Please do your research wherever you go.
Dr Graves is awesome. He called me personally to check on my son and to recommend what he needed. He is always upbeat and friendly and all of my kids love him.

2022-07-14My girls and I enjoy coming here! Most children are afraid of the dentist, however mine aren’t. The team there are wonderful. Patient, understanding, helpful & just overall great! They offer anything dental care you can think of. No insurance, no problem they have reasonable prices and plans according to your financial state and are there to help you! Oh and one more thing their office is always clean. And with smiles everywhere, staff and clients! Great team Forney Wellness Dental!!

2022-05-215/5 for Dr Graves and my amazing hygienist!! Front desk 2/5, needs work on customer service. I’ve always been to this dental office, LOVE Dr. Graves and my hygienist, both are very knowledgeable and provide excellent service. However, I cannot say the same for the front desk staff. First they don’t smile or “welcome” you into the office, they look mad. Secondly I was called the day before my appointment to provide insurance information considering we changed insurance. I was in the middle of work and I asked if it was vital that I provide that information right at that moment (I did not have my insurance card with me). Whoever I spoke with said yes it was important for me to provide that information, I informed the lady that again, I’m in the middle of work and I can provide that information BEFORE they closed. Her response was I need the information before 2 due to a deadline she has for submitting information. Very persistent on obtaining information even after I informed her I was in the middle of work, they called me at 12.. I personally felt rushed by her, I never had this problem before, if they needed information regarding insurance and I did not have it or was in the middle of work, I was always told “don’t worry I’ll get it tomorrow”. Clearly this was not the case this time around

2022-04-21Wonderful service from start to finish.Was a few minutes late and still took me in with no hesitation. Came in for an extraction that my ortho requested , one of the dentist noticed the tooth originally requested was good and I had a bad tooth right next to it (saving me from needing a root canal further down the line) and worked with my ortho to switch the extraction.I have major dental anxiety and felt at ease here. Definitely making this our family provider!!!

2022-05-31Went in to get a resin fill on my front tooth. Would not do it and wanted to just sell me two crowns. Seems that is the norm now. Upsell everything and not just try to serve the patient for what they ask for. Gave me no other options. Did not even come back to talk to me, but sent staff to do it. Sad really...I will try somewhere else. Maybe there are dentists that still serve and not just sell.
