The management is constantly changing however the company in charge now has a lot of nice and helpful employees. My reasons for a low rating are the parking is terrible. If you are a 2 car family good luck finding a spot for your car after 5 and a majority of the covered spots are in low lying areas and are always muddy to do whatever run off. My porch constantly floods any time there is a little bit of rain. Also the maintenance staff is very very slow moving with no sense of urgency. You also have to pay a $25 trash fee and most of the time the trash doesn’t even get picked up like why isn’t this optional? The pools are very well kept well at least the one by my apartment I can only assume the same for the other one but they don’t enforce any kind of curfew. I’m all for a good time but when you’re yelling and screaming at 2-3 in the morning that’s a little much. This has happened multiple times.All in all an ok place to live. I think it’s a little pricey for the quality of the apartments but it is in a very convenient location so that makes up for it.
The management company and maintenance are good. They address your concerns. The reason why I will not be renewing my lease is due to safety concerns. If you are single and female this is not a a great place to live. Not to mention my neighbor is creepy and has multiple times stood outside on his balcony watching me without a shirt on. So the tenants are sketchy. But overall not a bad complex, just average.
This place is terrible. They have had new management take over that is worse than the previous. They changed the way the rent was paid and tried to say I owed money that kept increasing because of their issue. When I tried to talk to them to get an explanation they never returned my call. They say they spray for roaches regularly and answer service requests, but nothing gets done. This is the back of my fridge and I am going to have to take care of the problem myself. You are over charged for water and trash pick up. There are way better apartments for the same price, just keep looking! I have lived here a year and am leaving as soon as my lease is up.
Loved the way the new staff is taking care of their residents. I have not had any issues since they changed the manager. They are doing more resident activities and you can see that the property looks cleaner and more calm. I met the new manager Tisha and you can tell that she really care about the community. Cars are being towed that have been sitting, dog feces are getting better, my maintenance request are getting done faster i am extremly happy with the new improvements!

My husband and I have been living here for almost 2 years and while it started off great, it has quickly become nothing but problems since the beginning of 2017. Our AC went out at the beginning of January, and while it was cold outside, it was ridiculously hot in our apartment. I couldnt cook because the temperature would climb and climb to where it became unbearable. We have an older dog that had just had surgery at the time of the outage and I made sure to mention that to them every time I called. It ended up taking them over a month, plus the threat of suing before they would fix it. Its out again and Im worried that theyre going to do the same thing to us.The apartment above us had issues with their hot water heater, and it ended up flooding into the ceiling of our laundry room, and soaking the ceiling and walls. That was almost 2 months ago and the repairs to our laundry room have not been made. It smells like mildew if I leave the door closed too long.The smell of weed becomes unbearable because every apartment around us seems to smoke it and it gets into our unit. The townhouse at the end of our building is clearly dealing and nothing is being done about it. Their customers take our parking spots all the time, and we have to just deal with it.People dont clean up after their dogs and there is dog poop all over the place. People step in it all the time and end up dragging their dirty shoes down the sidewalk trying to remove it and end up just coating the sidewalk in dog poop.There is an illegal daycare running out of one of the other townhouses near me, and the office alleges that city said its totally fine. They have 6-10 kids there on any given day and the parents take parking spots while picking up and dropping off their kids. It becomes a mess.A man was seriously injured by the mail boxes and while I was told that he had just cut himself, the amount of blood that was around the mail box told a very different story.The management company hired a new manager the week before Christmas of this year (2017) and Ive already witnessed her be demeaning and rude to the rest of her staff. Shes been rude to me. Ive been in the office and heard her raising her voice to someone on the phone. I dont know if she thinks shes here to clean things up but treating people like that isnt the way to do it.At this point, were only renewing because we dont want to move again in 2018, but that will be our last year at these apartments.
The apartment had great prices which drew me into looking here. I came across Marina and she was very nice and helped me with any and all questions that I had. She also was very patient with me. She very understanding and listen to your needs. Marina helped me get the right apartment for my budget. Couldn’t be more happy.
I love the way the new manager is changing things up. She has been nothing but nice and is always very helpful. She has cleaned up the place a lot. I love the new wood on my balcony, it makes the property look so nice. Before you read the bad comments you should actually talk to the staff and see how great they really are. Most of the people who complain I can guarantee its because the staff probably has told them to clean up their act! I love it here.
I have been living in these apartments for almost 6 years and I must say that the place is nice, but they have sold the complex twice and the rules change constantly, sometimes they warn us and sometimes they do not. the office staff constantly changes, so that they fix something that is wrong in the unit we had to wait from weeks to months. I have neighbors who have dogs and do not clean the poop of their animals, in the grass there is always excrement, reason why I do not let my children go out to play, in summer the smell is very unpleasant. We have made a complaint about this but until now they have not done anything. Around the trash bins is always dirty, but I must say that the same tenants are responsible because they do not take the time to put the trash in its place. I congratulate the maintenance staff who have always been very kind, lets hope that this new administration that starts 2018 is better than the one in 2017
I have been here for 2 years I like my apartment. I dont like the parking there isnt enough parking and there is no cover parking in the back of the apartments. I do like having the pool on the back side of my apartment the neighbors are nice. There is so many convenient places to shop to see around here. I love the trail down the street for walking.
Best prices in the area. Ive been to alot of apartments in this area to shop pricing and value. This place is by far the best of both worlds. I have friends who live here so I took a tour. I couldnt believe how professional the office staff were. I believe it was Kaylee and Marianna? They were professional and caring. They took time to make me feel comfortable like I was at home! I was so impressed with this community that I had to take a look at Marinnas other property Sandshell at Fossil Creek. Dont go anywhere else. Youll be wasting your time and money.
I went to visit my girlfriend for lunch the parking her is absolutely terrible because you are assigned a parking spot and if you park in another spot you will get towed. Which is what happened to be since they have a like 6 visitor parking spots at the front I didn’t think it would be a problem parking in the back there were probably 75 spots open (non visitor) so I just used one for my 30 min lunch. Once I came out my truck and already been towed which was very surprising to me. Because of how quick it was. I know they have a relationship with a towing company and they just pull through the parking lot to tow any cars possibly without anyone calling. Which I understand that this apartments are small and can’t offer a lot because there so old but there should be better ways of making money than partnering with a vulture towing company to make money off people. At least make some more guest park so it’s not obvious that your setting people up to be towed.
Do not move here ! This place is a dump! I see drug deals going on from my balcony, constantly seeing dumpster divers, the smell of weed is overwhelming! Ive seen cars vandalized and the office does nothing about the problems. There was a stabbing or shooting here , with blood literally everywhere, all over the vehicles and side walks . When I asked the manager what happened.., she wouldnt tell me. I do not feel safe here at all! I pay almost 1,000 dollars a month for a one bedroom apartment, my water bill is $70 dollars for one person! Thats nuts! The laundromat is a disaster! I have to go to a professional laundromat bc the one here is a joke ! The trash pick up is a joke as well.. $25 dollars for that and he literally walks down my stairs and throws it in the dumpster! Which you also pay a monthly fee for those as well . I could go on and on about this place . I cant wait for my lease to be up .
If you are able to live some where else please do, don’t move here, You will regret it. The maintenance request never get done within a reasonable time, our oven broke and it took 2 weeks to get another one, our dishwasher hasn’t worked since we moved in, I’ve put multiple request to get it fixed and no one ever does so I’ve just given up on that and don’t even run the dishwasher. Are AC unit is the worst compared to all other apts. we’ve lived at, it doesn’t cool past 75 and it gets even hotter when we cook or use the dryer, it can get up to 80 degrees. I’ve made multiple maintenance request to get the AC serviced with Freon and asked for a new filter, and ac compressor cleaned, anything to help cool the apt. and no one has come out. Our electric bill is the highest it’s ever been living here because our AC just runs and never turns off. The trash dumpsters are so nasty there’s trash left on the floor, it’s so disgusting. People with dogs let their dogs poop everywhere and don’t pick up after them so you can’t walk on the grass with out stepping in poop. The dog park stinks so bad, my kids don’t like to go to park anymore because all you smell is dog feces and we have to cover our nose when we walk by because it smells that bad. We’ve been told by our neighbors that someone tried to break in there apt. and there has been suspicious activity of strange people lurking around. About once a month the police are called out due to some domestic violence issues, we can hear the people yelling and screaming and then before know it the cops come and take someone to jail. It just happens a couple of weeks ago. About 5 months ago some neighbors told us they were moving out because their apt. always smells like weed because their neighbors who they share the wall apt with are smoking weed and they can smell it thru the vents. When they complained the office did nothing about the drug issue. It’s just not what we thought it would be when we moved in. Everything was sugar coated to make it look like a good place to live and raise kids, but it’s not what we thought it would be. When we moved in our apt was not that nice looking inside, the base boards were dirty and hadn’t been painted, the corners of the walls were dirty, the inside of cabinets were dirty, they floors look dingy and dirty, and countertops were peeling and looked damaged. When we complained, the manger said we could get upgrades made to our apt when we renewed our lease. When the time came to renew we did , and then were told that no upgrades would be made to our apt. We were lied to and felt cheated, so we will stick it out until are lease is up but will not renew when the year is up. We hope that who ever reads this will carefully consider all the negative reviews before signing a lease agreement. It’s worth it to pay a little more to get better services.
Love my apartment good place to call home as a single dad. office is always clean and smells good. i like taking my daughter to the playground here and i always see the guys cleaning makes me feel comfortable i can take my daughter outside when i have her.
I lived in this apartments for a year, the management changes constantly. The maintainance is non existent you could call about cabinets falling off the hinges and no response. The thing I hated the most was Parking. There was only one designated parking spot for 2 cars for me and my roommate which did not really matter because people would still park in our spot And when I called the towing company they said they did not do business with fossil hill apartments anymore. The new manager when I was getting ready to move out was condescending and rude. These apartments are in a great location just a shame they’re filled with loud music and people who don’t pick up after their pets and let their kids run wild. Overall I would not recommend you stay here because: lousy management, dirty, loud, no parking, prices are a joke with fees for picking up trash (the dumpster was a few steps away.)
I had a leak in my apartment and this Friday will make 3 weeks since my carpet was ripped up and never fixed. The first day, someone came and stuck a fan and dehumidifier in my living room and left. They came back 3 days later, checked if the carpet was still wet (it was) and never came back. They only found the leak because i went and told them something was still wrong, 5 days later. Because of the leak, i had mold and they just painted over it. Everytime i speak to office staff, they tell me they will take care of it, and dont. Someone said they would put in a work order yesterday and today i called again and they said the work order was never put in. I understand if they got busy or something, but i live here. I pay my rent on time, Im quiet and keep to myself. I was never even told where the leak came from. This whole experience has me frustrated beyond anything.
This is a nice apartment complex. Weve been here for going on three years and we are happy with the management we have. The staff at the office are always prompt to help you when needed.
Let’s start with Amy the so call manager, she is very unprofessional when talking or interacting with tenants! When reporting issues the staff treat you as if you created the issue that you are reporting! There is no apology for the situation it’s just your fault ! When you report issues to the office there is no since of urgency! Laundry room equipment never work, fitness equipment is not working, the grounds aren’t maintained! I hope the Corporate Office get this property together after these complaints something has to be done about the Team of people in place!
Just here to complain about the pool, which residents pay for. Both been dirty all summer and recently got shutdown by the health department. Could mention more but I just want the pool tbh.
I’ve been looking at different apartments and none of them got my attention like this one. To bad they didn’t have what I was looking for. I really liked the friendliness of the office staff and the property looked extremely beautiful.
Nice place to live. Clean and quiet. The front office is very nice,friendly and helpful. The update to the laundry facility is great. Ive lived here since March and have had no complaints so far.
I love my community I love how you can tell they are cracking down on these pet owners who do not pick up on their pets. I love how clean it is. Anytime I go in the office everyone is so nice I have not had any issues with them whatesoever. I love it here and I plan on staying here for a while
These apartments are not worth the full cockroach. manager a super lunatic person and little flexible dog pupu wherever the maintenance pesimo no one lasts working there are already being mistreated. and the manager cindy is a bad person I steal all my deposit charging unusual things I do not recommend you will spend many headaches
Just moved in and my experience with management was professional and very welcoming..settling in was easy to do because of the smooth transition of moving in and I give the management kudos for working so hard to make me feel welcomed and always available for any questions to make sure I knew they were here for me and my family...Thank you for everything...
Be 0 stars if possible. Google should do that! 😒The biggest issues is what Ill put here. (Biggest being key point)While it was still pretty cold I asked when the pool would be open and I was told oh, its open year round, though its probably pretty cold right now -chuckle- then today (March 21, 2018) I was down there TWENTY minutes before I was told the pool was closed until after Labor Day. Thats right. Labor day. September 3rd, 2018. After school is already back in session. Not posted anywhere. Not locked. Nothing.We are required to pay $32 a month for trash, both the city and valet trash which is fine. IF they pick it up. We complained everyday for a while when they didnt pick it up, and they accused us of not following the valet trash rules. Which we were following (one bag, no boxes, tied and inside their valet trash can, etc.). Our neighbor however was not (multiple bags, boxes, not tied, not inside the trash can, etc.) But his was picked up every. Single. Day. They told residents twice that they were going to fine them for the trash issues, both valet violations and the disgusting mess at the dumpsters 😂😒 and yet nothing has changed.Our down stairs neighbors moved in and smoke so much pot it smells like we do. I am allergic to it, as is my husband, though not as severely. Management says theres nothing they can do about it. (Keep in mind. I dont mind people being able to, just so long as I dont have to suffer from it, so I am hesitant to involve the law).(Edit in the lease it says illegal activities can be reason for eviction. I do not want my neighbor evicted. However it does say in the lease that illegal activities including drugs and substances... which right now pot is considered in Texas as an illegal substance)Our neighbors and downstairs neighbors both BLARE their music in the middle of the night (to the point that it literally shakes the walls and floors. Again. Management says theres nothing they can do about it. (Yes, I can call the cops. But management themselves claim theres nothing they can do about it, yet Ive lived in far worse areas, where I saw many people evicted for such things).When Shannon was here things more or less ran ok. Things that needed fixed got fixed in a decent time, and what we were told was consistant. Since the new manager took over its DRASTICALLY went down hill. Maitence can take several weeks to a few months to actually half-ass fix issues. And were told one thing one week, then the next its suddenly different.I have to call several times back to back, in one day, to get an answer and well call you back that never happens. I have to go down to the office obviously pissed off to get a potenial half-assed response or fix.We even had medication, clearly marked for our apartment, in the office for weeks. When we went to see if it had come in yet, oh no, we dont have anything for that apartment number then nearly a month after having it we get a call oh weve had this package for you for almost a month now! Haha not joking. She laughed at the end.And Im sure theyll reply with the generic oh were sorry about this experience please call us to help us resolve this. We care about our residents but they dont.Just like at work were told well get back with you. I laugh at that response and roll my eyes at it because it clearly isnt going to happen. Or like when your mom tells you as a kid well see or maybe. That was her way of dismissing it. Yea. Same thing here.
I love it here! I just moved in and the front office was so nice they made me feel welcome. My apartment smelled amazing and I had a goodie bag with the managers welcome card it was beautiful. They really care and I am so excited to live here for a while.
I did live here for 2yrs and one of the WORSE customer service I have ever experience. When I first moved in toilets were all rusted broken, our A/C grew mold inside and we informed them and they just came to paint over the mold in the outside wall, they dont have the towing services available correctly to tow the people that park in your parking spot which happens ALOT, not only that but they have changed management probably a hand full of times showing how bad they are, rent ALWAYS goes up never consistent, they are money hungry, GREEDY PEOPLE, and to top it off they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE WHEN YOU NEED SOMETHING. WORST WORST ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE
Wow I see that I am not the only one with issues that has to do with the property manager cynthia. The minute that you walk in the manager gives you attitude. She is very rude and I have heard her talk to the young lady in the front very disrespectfully. by the way its a new lady in the front now with blond hair the prior one was a different one with dark hair and she didnt last long probably cause of how mean and condescending the manager cynthia is. stay away from here the property has gone down hill and the upper management has done nothing to fire the manager cynthia. She must know someone important that they are willing to keep her even with all theses issues. It wouldnt surprise me.
I love it here I just moved in with my room mate and right off the bat we were taken care of. We even got a nice little welcome home gift bag. Staff it great and they are always smiling and willing to help.
I love my apartment the office people is very nice and is always saying hello when they are out walking the buildings. I have never had a problem with my work orders and the maintence guy is very nice. It always smells so good inside the office when i go and make my coffee.
I love my apartment. I love how nice it smelled when I moved in. Joni was so great she helped a lot and even helped me get my electric. I must say this was the easiest smoothest move in I have ever had. I recommend this complex to anyone always clean office staff very nice and sooooo helpful. I recommend Joni to anyone.
We were in search for a first apartment home for our daughter. The office made us feel comfortable and eager to make a decision , once she is out of school we have decided to lease here. Thank you for a great experience.
Ive had a wonderful expierence with the office staff always very helpful always smells like baked goods inside the office :) The new manager has been a breath of fresh air and you can see a huge diffrence in the customer service. Im gald to call this community my home.
Office staff was so nice and polite. Mrs.Melissa helped me throughout the entire application process she was very patient with me and so helpful.
Leasing office was tidy and beautiful. The staff is very nice and helpful. I cannot wait to move in this week, and start using the facilities. Will post photos and follow up after I settle in.
My husband and I are looking to move at the end of the year. We decided to stop by and took a tour with Kaylee, she is GREAT! Very friendly and informative. The property is really nice and conveniently located between our work and my husband’s college campus.
Adara communities changed their management and its great.Im thankful for them responding to some things during the pandemic that caused me to swirl into a temporary depression.
Great place to live no complaints. Place is clean and I live near the dog park. I always see the guys cleaning. It’s very quite and I like how the tv is in the gym. Good place.
Great place to live. Maintenance is always keeping it clean. Office always smells amazing and anytime I need a work order done it’s joni always helps me out.
Went to go work out tonight at their gym and the A/C was not even on. Felt like 100 degrees in there. I couldn’t stay in there longer than 5 minutes. I have Ants in my apartment and they have us paying for pest control but I still have ants. Management has changed about 4 times in the 2 years I have been here. I called them to have pest control come out and spoke with the new manager and she said she would put me down and they never came. The washers are nasty here, they never clean them out. And the dryers don’t fully dry your clothes. And literally we pay for everything here, from the water to having to pay $25 for someone to come pick up my trash when I can easily do it myself. Visitor parking also sucks here. Never anywhere to park and my fiancé and I both have cars. And then if you want another spot you have to pay $35 a month. At least the maintenance cleans the pool every day that’s one good thing.
Moving in from out of state, and the management team here went above and beyond to help me with everything. They put in pry 5 hours just helping me. Cant thank them enough.
Joni Casey was absolutely amazing she helped us get in and get everything taken care of. This apartment and its amazong staff are wonderful.. Would highly recommend going in and talking to Joni!
UPDATE: I WENT IN THERE THIS MORNING FOR A WORK ORDER AND THE MANAGER WAS YELLING LIKE A CRAZY PERSON ON THE PHONE. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE!!! if I could give this property a 0 I would. It has been the worst in the last month than ever the manager has mentioned she is in crisis mode when i have walked in to turn in my rent and she is a lunatic. someone needs to fire her. I refuse to renew my lease that is coming up I am considering calling corporate but the only one in that office that has been helpful is the assistant she is very caring but looks like she hates being there. turn around do not lease here the manager will drive you away
Well I am currently living here and I got on here to see who else has been having issues with people breaking into their vehicles and I was shock to see that someone was seriously injured or killed and we were never informed. It would of been nice to have known because we have children who like to go out and play. We recently had our van stolen out of our assigned parking spot and I asked around and a lot of peoples cars have been broken into recently and the office will not do anything about it. Crime has shot up recently around here. It is crazy! The dumpster areas are always surrounded by trash and food, there are people always going through the trash and you can never keep up with office staff because people are always coming and going. The only thing I can compliment on this place is the maintenance men. They are very kind and fast (of course when the office actually puts in a work order which has been missed before because someone who quit or was fired didnt put the order where it needed to be). I also heard 5 gun shots not to long ago in the middle of the day when I was taking our dog out. Do not move here if you like your property and have children. I can not wait until our lease is up!
I have lived here for the past year or so and I love it. My 3 kids love it. We love the staff, the pool is great on these super hot days and when its not as hot, my 3 beautiful kids (2 girls and 1 boy) love playing in the perfectly shaded playground area. Being a single parent I can see myself living here for as long as it takes to find a significant other. Heck, they should have a singles night for current residents to meet and mingle. Just my thoughts.
Visiting friends here, lived here once, property changed owners too many times & owners tried to implement to many ways to charge residents money like some of other larger apartments in the area.
I am editing my review as the apartments have now made things right and allowed me to fill out the form stating that I will be moving out at the end of my lease. As long as they send over my rental verification to my new apartment I will not have any further complaints.
Update the office staff makes you feel right at home. They are genuinely loving and respectful and always will to help!

Loved how welcoming they were when we went in to apply. Im excited to move in, in May and the manager Tisha came and introduced herself and was very comforting and very helpful. The whole staff was Amy and Joni were just a dream to work with.
Im a resident here and I should tell you every review before the month of September is irrelevant now. Theres a new manager here and shes on it!
Just moved back and I have a infestation of bugs. The person to paint the apartment just started I have to be out my old apartment tomorrow. And I can blink without a new bug popping up no joke at all. They did let me out my lease free of charge and returned my deposit. Even though I was not happy at least they did admit fault and let me move on.
I feel everybody has their view on how the staff and the property looks and acts but reading some of these reviews is mind blowing! I have never seen the dumpsters look terrible except on saturday night and sunday as some of these lazy residents do not throw the trash away correctly. the maintence every day has it looking great. I have never seen police out on property as this person mentioned on the last review. She seems bitter and should probably just move out. The new manager has changed it up to a more enjoyable living experience and I have been here over 8 years. The front office has been nothing but kind and helpful. I have seen where people think they can talk to the staff rudley and very disrepectfully and they have yet to talk back they have kept it very professional. Come and look at the property yourself you will see how clean it is and how extremey nice Amy and Joni are.

Never ever move here. I lived here a couple years ago it was great. Recently moved back in January and have had nothing but problems. First my fridge kept leaking took 3 time of them coming out and sticking a Dixie cup under my fridge as a drip tray to finally replace it. My dishwasher has yet to be fixed. Here we are no tonight my ac is dripping water through my ceiling and the emergency maintenance says we will be there sometime in the morning what would you like me to do its 930 at night. Well lets see its June in Texas I have to have my ac off now I have a 3 year old asleep in her room who is now soaking in sweat. What is your definition of emergency maintenance. Because as far as Im concerned in Texas in June no ac is a big emergency especially when there are children involved. This place is a disaster and cannot wait to move out. I love my apartment. I love the maintenance Antonio. He fixed my ac within 45 mins. He made sure that I was taken care of and he even changed my filter without asking. I just wanted to give him kuddos. He sure has made the property look amazing and the dumpsters are always clean.
Its surprising to give this review because when I decided to live here it was because it was a top rated complex. When I first moved in 2015, this complex gave me a owned by a small business who cares type of feeling. Since changing management they have improved the complex by doing tons of construction projects that obscure access to parking or amenities without warning. They also will let anyone live here, its basically trash heaven. People love to play their music loud, with their porch open at night and the front ogfice will not do anything about any complaints. They are lazy and have no people skills. I regret resigning my lease because this place has gone from good to horrible.
Dont live here!!!!Been in these apts since 2014 and the new management is so disrespectful and unprofessional. We have a WASP infestation for almost a year now. Theres days where Theres multiple wasps all in our apartment. We have to live in fear. Management couldnt care less. Only sent maintance to look for entry ways that the wasps could be coming in. Never saw pest control that we pay for in our rent. Had to pay for outside pest control to come and help. And then recently was told we had to pay for a water leak that we had. The management was very rude and didnt act like they cared that our water bill was wayyy high from the leak. Oh and they threaten to fined us because we had a small pumpkin outside by our front door during fall time.Hate living here. Been counting down the days until the lease is over. And must say the people that live here are terrible as well. Had multiple things stolen from our car during the night. Just trashy people all around. Ughhhhh
The current office staff has VERY poor customer service skills. Especially Renee! If staff do not have the people skills to deal with the public or residents, then maybe this is not the job for them!
I moved into Fossil hill apartments around April it was fine the first 3 months. Then a leak started from somewhere and it filled my closet up with a huge wet spot not only that I had water leaking from my ceiling in the bathroom and it just progressed to the point of a bad oder in my home and when I told the office manager Trisha, she tried to tell me and my mom that it was marijuana we were smelling. So ur saying that Im not smelling the sewer from the leak that u didnt fix? I went to the office plenty of times about. Tell me why it takes them almost 4 months to actually come out to fix anything!!. Im so fed up with this apartment that I put my notice in early. I wont ever come back to this place again. Trash!
Guess they dont want to lease any apartments. Ive called and left 3 messages on 3 consecutive days...NO CALL BACK.
Nice place. My sister lived there for two years and they treated her well. They also keep the community well maintained.
I moved here over a year ago and it has gone downhill. The new mgmt is trying to make the complex better, but the residents have changed. If you like bass-booming vehicles, residents beating up their girlfriend at 4am, and trashy people you will love it. Ive also experience marijuana smells coming through my vents, dents in my car door due to extremely narrow parking spaces, and roaches from the neighbors below. Management does not seem to care about any complaints. I will definitely not be renewing my lease. Very disappointing considering the good location and Fossil Creek area.
My AC has been out for two weeks and we’ve had to stay elsewhere because apparently it’s not an emergency to not have AC

I enjoyed staying there w a family member. It is quite and pretty. They have a pool and workout room.
These apartments are the shittiest I have ever lived in, the office people and owners are liars, the place has mold problems and I have fallen down the stairs twice due to the lack of maintenance, there are police sirens that go off at the main office and around the apartment every night and there are not enough visitor parking spots and you will get towed if you park anywhere else.
I like the place, staff really friendly and supportative. Best experience during my time looking for a place to live. Thks Fossill people.
Awful customer service, Sloan need to learn to be respectful. Way over priced. $900 a month for a 1 bedroom, 650sqft apartment.
I am very displease with the supervisors decision for denial on my daughters support dog. Im in the military and her puppy helps her cope while Im away. Its not these dogs that are viscous, its the people who teach them. Just like teaching a child. You teach them bad habits and that will be the end result. I have all the paper work for the puppy including a doctors letter. I know that they really arent suppose to turn me away but Im glad they did after looking at these reviews.
I love it here they really are super sweet and they help me when I moved in.

If you enjoy paying high rent for poor service this is your place. Takes literal months for even the simplest repairs. If you try to hold staff accountable for things stated in your lease agreement you will be thrown out of the office. I wouldn’t renew here if they offered a unit for free. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.
Actually for what you pay per apartment here it is not worth renting In my apartment the shower faucet, the dishwasher, the kitchen bulb, the microwave bulb, the air filter, the damaged air the stream of water that fell on the ladder when it rains because the channel is covered and not cleaned. Most of these things I end up fixing and the ones that are not yet damaged. Too bad this is when you pay so much for an apartment. It would only give him a star. Thank you

2022-07-14Do Not rent with this company. After spending a whole year in this apartment. I can honestly say my living experience has been complete agony. From foundation issues. To poor management to just about the laziest un trustworthy maintainable staff youve ever seen. This is absolutely a last resort if it didnt cost an arm and a leg to cancel my lease. I would. Dont rent here let this company fade into the void

2022-05-18This complex does not actually care about its tenants at all. my boyfriend and i don’t have our own washer and dryer so we rely on the laundry room to clean our clothes, but for over a MONTH now the room has been completely locked off with nothing being done to fix the machines inside. prior to that the machines would CONSTANLTY break and the card readers on them hardly ever work. even if we had our own washer and dryer, there’s no room at all in our space to put it. they don’t hire enough people for maintenance (as in there is only ONE person on maintenance who’s probably being way underpaid) so if you need any repairs done in your unit good luck getting the poor guy to fix it on time. the foundation around our bathtub drain is falling part and we’ve put in multiple requests to have it fixed to no avail. our stove is so outdated it looks like it came from the 80s. the lock on the gate that leads into the mail boxes is usually broken and my key always gets stuck in it so a lot of times i can’t even check my mail. they put more time and energy into ugly landscaping and renovating brand new apartments that don’t even have anyone living in them yet instead of actually doing anything for the people who have lived there for a long time. i can’t wait for my lease to end here so i can get out of these apartments

2022-03-17DO NOT SIGN LEASE AGREEMENT!Office is friendly at first, but once you’re in and they have your money, they no longer care. Our neighbor smokes pot in his apartment and the odor leaks into our apartment that our 3 kids also live in. Law enforcement has been notified and have done everything they can, the complex refuses to evict even when it is a breach of the lease contract and law enforcement has even said that. Just this week they tried to have my vehicle towed WITH RESIDENT TAGS CLEARLY ON MY WINDSHIELD. Our emotional support animal was attacked by a pitbull and had to undergo surgery, the complex refuses to do anything about that after sending them pictures of the pitbull owners and apartment number where owners live. Multiple attempts to get things fixed in our apartment just continues to get cancelled without issues being resolved. Not a safe place to live. This is only a very small list of our issues since moving into this complex, don’t make the same mistake we did.

2022-07-11This apartment complex is an absolute garbage.I just cant wait for my lease to end.No matter how urgent your service request is,it wont be taken care of before a month goes by and you make multiple trips to the office to beg them to send someone to your home.But the answer is always the same.we dont have enough employees.

2021-03-04I recently moved to the apartments with my daughter and it has been a lovely time. Melissa is a great person to work with and always brings a cheery personality to work, as well as the manager Denise. They are a wonderful management Duo and they do their utmost to make the residents as comfortable as possible. Maintenance is also top notch not a single complaint.

2020-09-05Me and some roommates moved in and they had to switch us apartments almost immediately. After that we had maintenance issues that were NEVER fixed. We reported that our faucet was broken in the kitchen and they never fixed it. The office is nice at first because they want your money. Then when your place starts falling apart they dont want to fix it. If you look at these dont look at the model. Look at the one you will move into. Because these are literally falling apart. 2020-10-20Ive just came across the best management duo!Ms. Melissa- Shes the beautiful lady at the front desk with the wonderful communication skills. She was ready to answer any questions I had, a physical request or an informal one, she was on it!Ms. Denise- Our Lively New manager. Shes the tall lovely lady in the room. She will bend backwards to satisfy the residents here. She will be determined to help literally anyone with any problem and see through it until youre problem is solved.I love them!My experience with them was fun n productive.

2021-03-20My family has been here since November 2020. Melissa bent over backwards to see that we got excepted after an error with our initial application. She always has a smile on her face. Denise communicated daily during the recent winter storm when some buildings were affected by broken pipes. This property is old, but communication is key. Overall, its quiet and friendly. We are happy here.

2021-03-11Run away from this place! My toilet hasnt worked right for 2 years, sink doesnt drain right, exterior gaps so big I can literally feel the air coming through them. Took 6 or 7 months to change the light outside my apartment, who cares if people fall down the stairs right? And then they have the audacity to charge 1100 bucks a month for their smallest apartment. Avoid this place like the plague
