Everyone, I just want to call out Cecil, for demonstrating excellent customer service as toured the community today. Cecil was more than helpful in finding me a great apartment that fit right for me. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. Your willingness to look outside yourself and make those around you better is one of the most valuable contributions youre making. Thank you
Management,I have been living here since July 2021, and have never had an issue finding parking on my floor or with visitor parking. The system has recently changed and I am not pleased with the lack of clarity, communication, or responsibility the complex has shown in this regard. My guest was towed last night from the first floor outside the gate after registering her vehicle. Visitor parking is poorly labeled and is full of residents due to them being so close to the entry doors. After speaking to the management of the towing company and Fountain Pointe I am extremely displeased with their lack of resolve and empathy. I was told by the tower that he did not check the visitor parking registration before towing her car.Possible solutions:1. Revert back to old system.2. Move visitor parking further away from entry doors.3. Move visitor parking to the roof.4. Clearly label visitor parking.5. Communicate the guidelines of visitor parking as frequently as Food Truck Day and other resident events are communicated.
I have lived in these apartments for about 5 years and it has been amazing. Unfortunately I had to move out only because I have a new job and I had to move closer. I totally recommend living there specially because Crystal. She is the best assistant manager I’ve had in all the places I have lived. She has helped me always with all the things I needed and she is always super attentive. She is probably the only reason why I will miss my old apartment. So if you are ever thinking about moving in I totally recommend the apartments.
I am astonished with this property and even more so the staff and management. Cecil was very accommodating and informational. Customer service was definitely better than most apartment complexes I have lived in or visited. Everyone seems nice, nice community and I love the amenities! Can’t wait to be a resident! Thanks again Cecil.
I’ve stayed here for 4 years and Cecil has been the best in office staff. Anytime he can help with a question or maintenance issue he is on it. Very informative on the events around the community and when things will be closed. He also gives great fees back on the food truck. Fountain pointe will always be at the top of my list for move ins.
We have been current resident here for about 3 years and wanted to transfer into a bigger unit. When we found a unit we wanted to transfer to Crystal was on it. She responded so quickly and got us through the process. She was super nice and attentive and also very easy to talk to about the units there’s. We appreciate Crystal and everything she does at fountain pointe. It was such a pleasure working with her directly. She made sure we were taken care of.
Mariella provided great customer service during my inquiry of the complex. She showed me around the points of interest, and answered all the questions I had at the time. The complex looks well maintained, and is in a desired part of town I was aiming for (nicer, quieter, near DART station). I liked it enough to apply for residency, and will have to wait over a month to move in. This review is based on my initial experience, and will change accordingly if needed once I am settled in.
Cecil is the man. Deserves a raise to be honest. He could run a business himself and succeed with his customer service and consistency. You won’t go to too many apartments and feel like it’s a home, this place FEELS like a home. It’s a breath of fresh air every time I step inside. The reviews speak for itself a few bad reviews and a whole lot of GREAT reviews should tell you enough. I would recommend this place to anyone with the confidence they would experience the same feelings I have for this place. First time renters or renters who have rented for years this place is the place for you, everything you need and want is in close proximity. Cecil has my respect and this place has my respect with all honesty. As a man of my word, move here and you will not regret it.
Rampant crime and burglary, avoid at all costs. Ive been here 5 months now, and while the first two months trying to get maintenance items fixed were troublesome, I was not prepared for what would happen next.In the span of 5 weeks, Ive been burglarized on three occasions and my vehicle has had parts stolen off of it in the secured parking garage. The management has not been able to produce any video of these 4 incidents, despite my personal security cameras pinpointing the exact time of the theft. When the police attempted to contact them for video, they hadnt even made an effort to save footage from that date.Secured doors on the outside of the building are broken and do not latch. Secured doors into the parking garage are broken and do not latch. Half the time, the gate at the parking garage is broken and left wide open. Many of my neighbors have similar stories, storage units broken into constantly, windows smashed out of cars, even having their front doors kicked in when not at home. And the cherry on top, a new parking arrangement means I now have to park 20 yards farther from my unit because dedicated guest spots have been added to the most desirable locations in the garage. I pay rent and get worse service than a tenants guest.DO NOT LEASE HERE.
I do love living there. However it becomes frustrating when management becomes obsessed with trash cans out in the hallway that they charge you an absurd amount for having it out past 9 AM which for some people is hard to get back in before then. The little convenient store idea is a good idea but it’s never stocked. The maintenance outside that starts super early in the morning is ridiculously loud. I appreciate the staff and the maintenance staff. The grounds are wonderful. And everything else is nice.
FP is one of the best apartment complexes Ive ever lived at. 5th floor is my favorite. It is clean, quiet, secure and the hall ways look like you are in a luxury hotel. Free coffee and ice is a big plus. Staff is very attentive and responsive. The location is also great. Its next to major highways and restaurants. I could just walk to Toyota Music factory. Lake Carolyn is right across the road, so it was great to be able to go for a walk or to run.
Recently toured the facility with Cecil and it was a pleasure. The facility is gorgeous and Cecil was very pleasant, professional and personable. We loved the apartment complex and layouts of the apartment floor plans. Overall a great experience and can’t wait to move in in June.
Excellent customer service! I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Cecil Graves and was quite impressed with his depth of knowledge and ability to answer my inquiries about the complex. Furthermore, he exemplified a high degree of professionalism and common courtesy that is quite rare in todays society. I would highly recommend any potential residents to ask for Mr. Graves because not only does he effectively listen but if given the opportunity will deliver the best option for you.
The leasing agent, Cecil, is amazing! He has been attentive, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. He is very proactive in his communication and would call to check in throughout the entire process. His great communication skills made move-in easy and flawless. He truly cares and goes above and beyond for his residents! Thank you so much, Cecil!
The beautiful place for living I been here 3 years. I love the amenities and the activities especially the food trucks we have every month… the neighborhood are lovely and respectful… thanks for make the fountain pointe a great place!! Crystal Broadwater Assistant Manager makes this place even better!! Whenever you need something she is always there to lend a helping hand! Would highly recommend moving here.
Our experience with Ceicil was amazing! He gave us a tour and left no detail behaving. He was very attentive to our needs and made us feel like Fountain Point was our home even before we decided! You will be more than satisfied with the level of customer service received! Go by Fountain Pointe for experience and choose your new home!
Your employee Cecil Graves is an Amazing employee. He’s always helpful and pleasant to speak with. No matter how small or big your request is he’ll make sure he goes above and beyond making sure your request is being met.A professional demeanor and very pleasant and warm to deal with.
Cecil was more than detailed with the apartment tour, from start to finish. He gave me options and assisted with weighing out my top wants from my definite no’s. Meeting with Cecil felt personal rather than just trying to make a sell. Hoping to make this my future home!
Do not live here. I live here now and there has been a dead cockroach on the wall for 2 months now. They never return your call and maintenance is always over booked but they never hire more staff. Do not move here! Hallways rarely get cleaned and there are zero cameras that work. The front office staff is rude and hangs up on you when you have an issue they know is a problem but know no one will fix it. The first level entrance door has been broken since I’ve moved in and no one cares to fix it so now anyone can come in without a key fob. This is an awful place and I beg you not to move here!!! Go to Via Las Colinas instead.
I love the apartment itself and I absolutely love the location. I hate that they no longer offer parking passes for guests. They give out one free parking pass when you move in. Outside of that if you have guests they are out of luck and the option thats being provided is unrealistic. I hate that the luxor lockers were taken from us and the alternative is us paying $15 a month for Fetch, who is absolutely horrible. I hate that once a week when I go in the garage there is garbage sitting out there for days. I hate that when I make a valid complaint nothing is fixed. So much work needs to be done.
MUST READ‼️‼️‼️‼️I would love to say that this place was beautiful but the best part wasn’t the place, it was the service that was given by Cecil!!!! He’s an amazing, bright, funny, energetic, knowledgeable, caring person who goes above and beyond! I am moving from out of town and he has made this situation waaaaay less stressful and honestly very pleasant for me and my family! He’s great at what he does and because of him I feel way more comfortable and super excited about the future here at fountain pointe. If I was able to give this 20 stars I would!!! I would like to thank Cecil so much for everything he has done and for being such a bright light. Keep up the good work! 😊
All I can say is CECIL!!!!He is the bomb....He will go all out of is way to help you and to make you comfortable. He is very down to earth and easy to work with so I definitely RECOMMEND asking for him if you are looking for a nice place to stay. The staff overall are awesome. But make sure you ask for Cecil though. Thank you again Cecil!!!
I toured with Mariela on 4/22/22 and it was a pleasure meeting with her and with viewing the property. Mariela was super pleasant, professional and personable while carefully helping us to plan where within your property would make me truly happy. Overall it was a great touring experience with several floorplans that met our needs. I just pray something will be available when our time to move comes.
I love this area its quiet, and safe and well kept up.The manager Norma is very professional and Cecil is very professional Great team! They are very caring and will go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed, also the maintence personnel does a great JOB. I haven’t have any problems .
This apartment complex is one of the best maintained and furnished complexes in the metroplex. Whoever deciedes to take on a long-term lease here will be living in the most affordable luxury spaces Irving has to offer. The staff is top teir and a star amoung them is the leasing agent Cecil Graves. He brings a fun loving flare to the place and he truly cares about his work, hes detail oriented and doesnt like garbage on the balconies. All in all I would recommend anyone to live here.
Mariella is a rockstar, she made my move in so breezy. She called me, followed up with me and helped me on every step of application filling. She helped me getting my apt keys early and made sure everything is as per the standards.Thank you so much!Hoping for the great service and help everytime at fountain pointe.
Becoming a part of the Fountain Point family is such a blessing. I really appreciate Mr. Cecil Graves courtesy and professionalist during this process. I feel my prayers have been answered and everything I desire in a place to live has been fulfilled. Im beyond grateful.
Absolutely loved the last 8 months that I have been living here.Beautiful, clean, and well maintained community. Gym/Yoga Rooms(while I do not attend, there are weekly Yoga Classes you can subscribe to) are nice. I enjoy the Wifi Cafe - you get nice view of lake Carolyn while you sit on the patio and sip some free Starbucks coffee. Our 1 BR apartments is nice and clean, well lit and well designed with a lot of space.Residents are taken care of here. Monthly resident appreciation brunch and regular events are organized by the Cares Team. Staff is courteous and good. Complaints are addressed quickly. The only gripe - wish they hadnt started charging a non-refundable fee to book the Wifi Cafe/Game Room for personal events. They should take an incidental in case the residents do not clean it after the event.
Fountain Pointe was a pretty good apartment. I lived in a studio on the first floor. Only complaint was parking was often full. My car was towed once unjustly and the leasing office remedied the situation and I did not have to pay. Didn’t have any issues personally or see any with pipes bursting during the winter storm compared with my girlfriends apartment close by that had like 15 units flood.Got my full deposit back quickly after move out.
Tldr: non existent customer service. Dont waste your time and find another apartment.Good luck trying to get them on the phone for a showing. I tried calling them, and every time, after about 20 seconds of hold music, the line would get disconnected. I persisted and drove in to inquire about availability. There was apparently only 1 person on site, and a note said they were out for a viewing. If their leasing service is so bad, I can only imagine how their service would be once youre a resident.
It’s hard getting mail here. It’s either always returned back or rerouted to fetch which takes an additional week to receive packages. I used to never have any problems getting a few packaged delivered here but not it gets rerouted to fetch. It’s super inconvenient especially when the package is important. They had perfectly fine lockers and mail boxes here but they opt for fetch. Half the time I can’t even get ahold of anyone at fetch to see where my missing package is. Please stop making us pay for a courier service that barely works.
Just moved out yesterday. My wife and I were at Fountain Pointe for approximately two years while I was working at the airport and she in the medical district - this was a perfect in between location. Also a great location for its walkable proximity to the burgeoning Music Factory district. Our unit was in a back building facing the creek and had a lovely view of a mesquite tree forest, even heard coyotes in there on a few occasions. The unit was also good for viewing thunderstorms moving in from the northwest as well as for sunsets. I enjoyed jogging right behind the complex along the levi trail and then across the street on the nice trail that goes around the Lake Carolyn extension. Most memorably, this apartment was the first home for our first son who spent the first year and change of his life here. Great memories at Fountain Pointe, but we had to move on.
Travelled out of state to view this property. While I cannot speak to being an actual resident, the tour I received from Q was fantastic! He was straight to the point, humorous, and above all- knowledgable. I felt confident that if I lived here, that I would be in good hands. The amenities and proximity to the airport are all a good deal. The apartments appear to be cared for and the public spaces (pool, clubhouse, etc) are as well. However, this review is more about the experience with Q and how he made it feel like home. Hopefully, when an apartment opens up in the near future- Ill be able to sign the dotted line!
I called inquiring about an apartment and unfortunately wasn’t able to move into that apartment at this time but Cecil went out of his way to find me an available apartment that would be available and also an apartment locator ! I think Cecil is an good asset to have on your team
Moving here in 1 month and Brianna has made the process incredibly easy and great! From the moment she gave us a tour to walking us through the application process, she is amazing and her customer service makes me feel like family! Can’t wait to move in to such a beautiful community!
This is a beautiful community with good security. I enjoyed my stay here for about 1.5 years before departing US in September 2020. The leasing office staff are very helpful and the maintenance staff are prompt as well. I must thank the leasing managers for making my move out process hassle-free during these uncertain times.
I wanted to get an apartment here, Likoya was very nice. So I applied for it and paid a total of $325 for application fees & other fees they had. it took forever to hear back from them, I called them multiple times and each time they said they were processing. I needed an apartment ASAP so I got another apartment. I asked to be refunded for the amount I paid minus the application fee. I spoke with Crystal and she said I can’t be refunded for that, I asked for explanation but she hang up on me. Seriously? That is bad business, you took my money at least give me an explanation.
I came in to view apartments at Fountain Pointe.I met asst Manager Crystal Broadwater at the leasing office.I was super impressed with her professionalism, etiquette and enthusiasm to help me out. She went above and beyond to help me out, answer my queries, and guide me.I wish there were more people like Crystal in this world. She has an infectious energy, winning personality and made me feel at home . The management should take notice.A keeper!.You go gurl!!!Much regardsPriya
This is a best place to call home. Its close to everything including Irving down town, Dart train station and IT offices too. I enjoy the amenities which is available 24X7.This is my third leasing term and still every office staff ( from property manager to front desk guys) treat me as valuable as new move in residents. They are very polite and always there to listen residents problems and try there best to find the solution.Maintenance guys are very quick and friendly.Apartments are very well designed and maintained.Club house is very huge and well maintained. Workout area is well equipped with all necessary equipments and cleaned.I will really recommend this place...
By far my favorite apartment I have lived at so far! In fact, I signed up for a lease renewal for another year. The apartments were only built a few years ago and are efficient on utilities and look great. The parking garage has plenty of parking (just need to park on different floors at times if you arrive home very late). There is access control on the doors and for the most part its quiet in the area. The gym has nice equipment (love the treadmills), though its a bit small. The lounge areas are nice to get together with friends as well. For me, the best part about this place is the location though. There is an easy U-turn right in front of the apartment so that its easy to get home as soon as you exit 114 onto Northwest Highway. Also because its on the outer edge of all the apartment mess in Las Colinas, its super easy to get in and out everyday. Lastly, the office and maintenance people are great! They are just incredibly friendly and helpful folks. I’ve never had an issue with anyone, and whenever I’ve needed help they have been very prompt to follow up with any requests/issues. Personally, I’ve mostly worked with Sarah during my time at this apartment. She is just a sweetheart and will take care of you like family!
Fountain Pointe Front Office Staff are a helpful bunch. They are readily available for any queries and very friendly, approachable and forthcoming. Sarah needs a special mention as she is one of the most Cheerful and Friendly lady I have come across among all Apartment staff I have dealt with over 10 years. She is very helpful and was the first person I met in this property, who helped me with get a nice apartment with a wonderful view..Been with Fountain Pointe for over an year. The service in addition to the courteous staff has been prompt. The service request is completed in less than 24hours after registering on the website. No complaints so far...
I’ve been without AC for13 days. Most likely will be longer. A portable unit has been provided but is not helpful (they even pasted a piece of cardboard to our window). Management has expressed how sorry they feel about our misery, but no real solution has been provided.Really disappointed with the lack of communication.Cecilia
This is by far the best new resident experience Ive ever had!!! Im relocating from Memphis, TN to Dallas, TX (Las Colinas) and this administrative staff went up and overboard for me during this transition. I worked with Sarah in the front office and she guided me through the entire process. She followed up with me every single day until my application was approved! Even on Sarahs day off, the property manager Misty called me personally to provide me a status of my application. When I missed the call, Misty left me a voicemail and followed up with an very warm email. Relocating from a different state is already stressful so having a dedicated team supporting you is priceless.I know Im only leasing an apartment but the customer experience made me feel as though I was purchasing a home. I give this apartment community 2 thumbs up for appearance, communication and WORLD CLASS SERVICE! It means so much to have qualified and kind individuals assisting you along the way. Im so excited to call Fountain Pointe my new home because I know I have great people providing great service every single day.If youre considering the Las Colinas area then I highly recommend Fountaine Pointe. With great rates and excellent customer service, you definitely dont want to miss this opportunity. Your family will love you for it!
I absolutely LOVE living here. The location is great! It’s honestly one of the best places to live in Las Colinas if you want a penthouse or apartment home. The best aspect of living here is the property management. They have always been very polite and one of the lease consultants Loye always has a smile and is happy to assist. If I’ve ever had any problems they were addressed in a timely fashion. Parking here is great, I’ve never had any issues with parking overall Fountain Pointe Las Colinas has been one of the best places I’ve lived. Thank you!
I initially visited Fountain Pointe for a client and both my client and myself leased the same day.Sarah, Joel, Lloyd, and Jarene customer service skills are unparalleled! I met the new Manager Taylor a few weeks ago, and I can tell she’s very excited to have such a great team. The Service Manager Ray and his team are very thorough. Every work order that I’ve had was addressed the same day. I Remember reading reviews prior to leasing, and most complained about the trash and the doors not being secure. Since Pinnacle took over, EVERY concern has been addressed . We now have a huge trash dumpster rather the standard dumpsters that were always full to capacity. The property has been secure since day one. All of the doors are locked! The dog run is cleaned and sanitized every morning. The lovely housekeepers are here cleaning and vacuuming Everyday. The staff are great about communicating with any and all changes. Also, due to the Music Factory finally opening,(whoop whoop) they have increased our guest parking limit from one to two guest! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a great quality apartment home in the Las Colinas Area!
I give the 5 stars to Likoya McCune! He was honestly was the reason we decided to move in. His customer service is exceptional customer service and really listened to what we wanted. We have lived her since February and he is the ONLY person we deal with. I don’t know why he isn’t the manager honestly. He is always so knowledgeable and helpful. The apartments are nice as well.
Moved to Fountain Pointe in JAN2017 and while there are still things I like about the apartment complex I can honestly say it has gone down each yearPros-Great location. Right on LC Blvd easy access to the DART. 15 minutes from major key places such as DFW airport, Dallas Mavs/Stars stadium, Carrollton etc-Pre-COVID the management went above and beyond to provide fun and engaging events such as trivia night, smores night, crab crack and eat night etc. Post-COVID they also did an excellent job lining up different food truck vendors to visit the front for us to buy food from-Loye and Manny from Maintenance are both professional and excellent to work withCons/Problems-Stovetop addendum - Heads up if you ever plan on even using your glass stovetop once for cooking you better make sure you use the solution to clean any heat scratches left on the surface. Two years after living here they implemented a policy addendum stating they will charge $379 on exiting the apartment to replace the glass stovetop-Once a year, every year, for the first three years living here the AC unit would blow out during the summer. A portable unit would need to be dispatched once the inside of our apartment hit 80 until the rooftop unit could be replaced. Manny was a big help in getting this resolved-AC filters are not replaced on a routine schedule unless you put in a ticket and ask them to replace. See picture in review-Patio/deck lighted decoration - had some white lights strung around the railing outside. Timer was modest 6pm-Midnight. Was told I specifically needed to remove those while I could visibly see other neighbors with lights on their deck? Guessing there was a complaint from a neighbor on mine? Any insight into this would be appreciated as it certainly seemed targeted-Packages will not be accepted at the front office. This one isnt a problem for me at all as I ship everything to my work. There was a box setup that packages could be delivered to and youd get a notice to pick them up. The problem comes in when management signed a deal with Fetch who basically became a mandatory third party company to deliver the packages for us whose charge was passed onto us tenants. There was no opt-out when this was announced. They went ahead and sold our data to this company for pennies on the dollar and it definitely caused an uproar in the community-Noise complaint - the final straw for me. Been here 3+ years no issues never a complaint nor have I asked the front office for anything unreasonable. Received new upstairs neighbors in 2020. Maybe with COVID people staying home more I could hear more but the amount of steps I could hear from upstairs was crazy. I feel crazy even writing this as whatever you can imagine in your head its worse. These people walk from noon til 10pm-midnight back and forth everyday. I thought people were moving in and that was the noise. Nope, never stopped. 7 months later it still goes on. I went through every imaginable acceptable scenario IE: maybe theyre working out, maybe they have a kid in a roller and hes rolling around all day, maybe its for their job. I dont know and I never got an answer. After 3 weeks I finally called management to let them know and they said theyd look into it. Days go by no resolution or communication. I start putting in tickets daily stating its still going on asking for an update. In the end Im left with a voicemail stating that management has spoken to the upstairs tenants and no resolution is coming so the option Im offered is that I can move to another unit in the building. While I appreciate the offer it sounds pretty crazy that there is no other conflict resolution here other than to move a loyal tenant whose been here nearing 4 years. I really want to stress that this loud walking isnt normal and Im note making a big thing out of nothing. I was two steps away from calling the ATF because they have to be bootlegging wine up there with the way theyre stomping like they have grapes
We absolutely fell in love with this place when we moved in 5 months ago. The office staff was very nice and accommodating at that time. The maintenance team is very responsive. Ground are beautiful, common areas well kept. But over the past few months there have been some disturbing things that anyone looking at this place should be aware of.THEFT is huge - storage units are being broken into - some have been broken into multiple times. The management team is very nonchalant about it and acts like it is the residents fault. You would think that Pinnacle Management Corporate would at least reach out to the residents - NOT. They offer no help or compensation - could actually care less. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!I get it that bad is everywhere - and I get it that management cant control things 24-7.But we pay a lot to live here because this is supposed to be safe. With sophisticated key system (that has been compromised. There are no safety measures in place!Parking garage entries are a joke! Residents leave doors propped open for their friends.Hallways smell like weed - its pretty obvious which units it is - people coming and going from those units.Nothing is done by management.Grill by pool is disgusting and not kept up. I personally have told management four times.THINK TWICE - VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Took a tour of this place today. Joel was the kindest and most knowledgeable leasing agent ever. Property is gorgeous. Had I taken a tour of the property two months ago, I would have leases with them instead of where I am now. Also, they actually offer employer discounts that include teachers. Very impressed, look forward to becoming a resident next summer.
Very happy with the customer service and constant communication I received during my move-in process. Tres M was very attentive and not only emailed me in a timely manner, but also called to answer my questions. I have lived in many apartments, and In the past I have dealt with management that was hard to get in contact with. I’m happy to see I will not run into this problem at this community. Very excited to live at this beautiful property!
I have lived at Fountain Pointe for over 3 years. It is a great community that has great amenities. One thing I always appreciated is that the maintenance staff is super diligent in taking care of your work orders. Overall the staff is also very friendly and always know how to better assist you. Lastly, the location is great! It is super accessible to pretty much anywhere in Dallas.
****Updated ReviewI have renewed here at Fountain Pointe for another year with a smile:)Lety- PM is great. She is responsive to my emails and addresses concerns, suggestions and inquiries expeditiously. She has a great staff here and highly recommend FPL. Thank you Lety for all that you do!!**Updated review:I have been a resident now for almost 6 months, and I am pleased to say that my thoughts and feelings have not changed since I initially moved here. The staff here continues to exceed my expectations (which are pretty high J). Lety’s team in the office is the best there is. (Loye, Edgar, Claudia, Q). They greet me daily with a smile, and happy to look into any inquiry with concern. The level of care and professionalism is obvious in how the staff treats the property, and it is greatly appreciated. The themed parties and soirees are great!! The food is awesome, and the themes are amazing. They are great opportunities to meet fellow neighbors, and also network.I appreciate Delmi’s attention to detail with housekeeping, the upkeep of the grounds, and the enforcement of the property management team regarding the trash/garbage removal.Roger and his staff are also doing a wonderful job with maintenance, keeping work orders a top priority, which is also very important in apartment living-thank you Mark and Manny!!The coffee machine is a great attribute….cleaned and stocked regularly, which was a huge bonus for me. I researched several properties, and have had several properties contact me, however I am still happy with my choice of making Fountain Pointe at Las Colinas my home.******************Edgar / Leasing Manager is amazing!! From my initial interaction via phone call, Edgar has been amazing. All of the staff including property manager and asst. property manager made me feel welcome.Im a tough sale, however I am confident in my choice of making Fountain Pointe Las Colinas my new home. Thank you Edgar for exceeding my expectations, and making my transition as easy as possible.
We are so disappointed by the whole service provided here.We encountered many problems, and unfortunately, the management did not really care. They DO NOT respond to emails (not even sure they read them). They have a courtesy officer that we tried to contact during quiet hours regarding noise issues, but he did not even bother calling us back. Some residents make a lot of noise at the pool and in the hallways (loud music during quiet hours) and are being disrespectful when nicely asked to lower the volume. Some people drive fast in the parking garage and do not pay attention to pedestrians. We had our bikes stolen from the bike racks, management did not even try to help with that matter. We have seen people swimming with their clothes on in the pool, not super clean. On top of this, quality of construction is poor, walls are poorly insulated between units, windows in our bedroom not efficient anymore (had to ask several times to have somebody checking them). We do hear the street noises a lot, so watch out for this.We tried to post a review on their website a few months ago, still pending, of course. We really hope things will change in a good way for current and future residents, because there were some good events and staff members with the previous management (Sarah, Joel, Gina...)Cant wait to get out of here!
Fountain Pointe - Las Colinas is a great place to live. My overall experience has be nothing, but amazing. The pool area is great and the convenient parking garage. I mean who likes dealing with walking in the rain to get to your car and especially the prevention of hail damage. The gym is pretty cool and the lounge area (inside and outside) are always clean and very relaxing. What also caught my attention to moving to Fountain Pointe was the amazing staff (Loye and Claudia) at the front office. They made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had when I was touring the complex. They even provided complimentary sweets and drinks :) The location of the complex couldnt have been placed anywhere else better in the DFW area. Walking distance to local restaurants/entertainment and the Dart Train to take you anywhere, especially great use if you travel and need to take a quick ride to the airports. Highly recommended!!
Fountain pointe does seem to over charge their residents. Wanting to charge $100 to replace lost visitor passes is extremely high and when moving out if you don’t return passes you will be charged $100 per paper pass thats ridiculous!!! Also, If you rent here try not to rent a storage someone goes through them I noticed a few doors including mine open the other day, and I had a few things missing from my storage not right when you pay a monthly fee to have someone steal your stuff. Another thing Claudia the leasing consultant makes you feel like your bothering her anytime you call or go to the leasing office. Not a pleasant experience with her. On the other hand Edgar is always very nice makes you feel welcome always.
Ive lived here for almost a year now on the top floor facing north. Ive had zero issues with my apartment that werent resolved almost immediately. The office staff has been great and know me by name.Regarding the issues others have listed as problems, they have happened however they have yet to really effect me. Ive seen the notices about break ins, but Ive lived in several up scale communities around Dallas and its just something that comes with apartment living. I feel like the response from the community has been positive. I could be wrong, but I believe they are installing security cameras in the parking garages in response as well. The power outages seemed to occur about once a week when I first moved in which was when the building was under construction still (I was one of the first 40-50 residents to move in I think). The almost always happened during the day, but about Oct 15, I cant remember more than one or two that have happened. I only even notice when I come home and see my clocks flashing.Noise, Ive never had an issue with but I do live on the top floor. Ventilation of the apartment Ive not had an issue with. I can only speak for my home but it is incredibly efficient with energy: Ive had my windows open and AC/heater turned off probably 60% of this winter so far and its ventilated well. Id guess that it may not be the same for those living with views of the courtyards or pool. My average power bill is less than $40 in a 1 bedroom. They do have a lot of community events which is nice, I always see the signs for them and think Ill go but have only been to one. It was well attended. The community areas are fantastic and I do use them regularly.Long story short, this is the best option for an apartment community in Las Colinas, but its an apartment and the inherit issues that come with multi family living are not absent but they are mitigated well.
I have lived at Fountain Point Las Colinas Apartments 2 1/2 years . I have been completely satisfied with their five Star customer service. I also recommend due to the fact that they keep the grounds in pristine clean updated condition And often send reminders so that your neighbors are well-informed to keep the beauty and cleanliness of Fountain point wonderful for all. They have always been speedy to answer all my questions and complete my work order request. I would recommend Fountain point to make their community home to anyone :-)
Fountain Pointe Las Colinas is a great place to stay. Great Amenities, great location - near the Irving Convention Center & Toyota Music factory. After my initial review, the management reached out to me and being reasonable and considering the facts was able to help me out. Thanks Nicole for reaching out to me. This is the first time an apartment management has reached out to me so Ill be honest. Im glad we could work things out. Lesson learned is have a better and thorough communication with the leasing office so they can help you and themselves. If Im given another chance will definitely stay at FP Las Colinas. Thank you once again!
Dear movers, look no further! Fountain Pointe is the place for you to be! As soon as I walked in and spoke to the friendly staff I knew that this was a place where the employees actually care about you, the resident. Make sure you speak to Sarah Fishel! She is the absolute best lease agent I have met in two weeks of scouting every major apartment complex in the Las Colinas area. She is so disarmingly friendly and nice that she probably could have rented me a shoe box in the maintenance room for 1400 a month and I would have still thanked her for it. Instead she gave me a wonderful 880 sqft top floor apartment with 10 foot ceilings and the most amazing view of the lake in Las Colinas. Whenever I had any issues she helped me immediately. For instance, in the first day I had a few minor issues like not being able to start the dryer, Sarah took care of all and now everything is perfect. If you are tired of searching for a place, pay Sarah a visit and she will bring your journey to a successful end, trust me ;)
My fiance and I moved into Fountain Pointe a few weeks ago and have been extremely happy with our decision so far. The leasing agent that we worked with, Sarah, was probably the nicest and most knowledgeable agent Ive ever met. Their amenities are incredible and we got a great deal on our rent since we moved in the winter. Would recommend to anyone wanting to live in Irving.
Wonderful experience living here at Fountain Pointe. The staff has been amazing. I have lived her for 6 months and have enjoyed the property immensely. Maintenance issues have been resolved very quickly, usually by the next day of the request. Upscale decor. Excellent location with many activities within walking distance.
I will update this review when I move out but it has been really nice to live here thus far (its been 9 months).I just want to voice how amazing the leasing consultants are especially Sarah B. Every time I have an issue, shes the first person I got to and she takes care of it right away. Shes always smiling and super nice; shes definitely a big reason I chose to live here vs. another complex in the area. Recently, it seems like shes taken on a bigger role (she sits in the office now and not a leasing desk) and I really hope its permanent. Everyone is super nice but shes really amazing. If youre looking to lease here and youre on the fence, talk to Sarah and I guarantee youll pick here.
Ive really enjoyed living here! Its been a great, quiet, comfortable place to come home to. The building and facilities are clean and feel new. I really appreciate covered parking in the gated garage. Some major pluses were the tall ceilings/spacious feel, kitchen counter space, big bathroom and closet, and being next to the lake. Also, its close to a lot of stores, the airport, and work. Last but not least, the leasing staff... they are wonderful, especially Sarah Fishel! I highly recommend it here.
Terrible management which was changed ATLEAST 3 times in my duration of staying there. Towed my driver while he was bringing my bags up after a trip, within less than 4 minutes. Very VERY poor customer service. I had the place cleaned/revamped before moving out by professionals and made sure everything was perfect and got a $20 deposit back out of $1400 deposit. Would NEVER recommend these apartments to anybody, get your moneys worth elsewhere.
This is my second year at Fountain Pointe and its been good. The staff immediately takes care of issues when brought to their attention; especially Likoya. I can always count on him to go above and beyond to help. If he’s not sure of something, he will find out and get back to you in a timely manner. Overall, I like it here because it’s convenient to the music factory, I feel safe, and it’s quite.
I have nothing but good things to say about this property. Fountain Pointe Las Colinas is very quiet, nice, and clean property. Theyre also very good at keeping the tenants informed as to whats taking place throughout the community. They have a remarkable staff, but there is one main person in particular stands out amongst them all and thats, Sarah Fishel. Since day one the experience Ive had with this young lady has been beyond pleasurable. She continues to go above and beyond the call of duty. She has truly made my time here lovely. Thanks for all you do!!!!...A. Austin
Sarah is the best leasing agent ever! Not only is she sweet and pleasant to work with but she was able to do the impossible. I was in need for an apartment for immediate move in at a good price. She was able to find me exactly what I needed, at a great price. She got my application approved and my lease signed in an hour and a half and even was able to accommodate a next day move in. As her manager said, Sarah was record breaking with the turn around period on a Friday evening. Thank you Sarah for making my quick move to Irving happen!
Likoya is one of the best assistant property managers I have ever encountered. Not only does he follow up on any inquiries he assures his crew and maintenance team follows thru. He has truly made my experience at the complex incredible! If it was not for his excellent customer service when an issue arose I’m not sure who I would reach out to. Keep up the great work Likoya as it does not go unnoticed!
This place is simply amazing. Although I didnt end up renting with them for geographical reasons, I would definitely recommend anyone to check them out. Im glad I overlooked the reviews and went in to view things for myself. The environment is very much like a high-end hotel with great amenities. I viewed apartments with Sara. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. She provided with an explanation for the horrible reviews and I honestly believed her. A transition can be tough in any instance and someone has to take the blame.I highly suggest anyone looking for an apartment in that area to check them out. You wont be disappointed.
The office staff is so helpful and polite! My move in process/ transaction was so smooth and easy! The leasing staff walk you through every step of the way :) I didnt get the chance to meet the rest of the office staff however if youre interested in the property Sarah Bray & Tiffany are the absolute best! The assistant office manager is awesome as well! Those three ladies need a raise! The property is beautiful! I cant even fully express it!From the pool, fire pits, life size chess pieces, to the beautiful outdoor tables next to the propane grills in the courtyards! This place has really made me feel at home! All the access control points work and operate perfectly and unlike other properties you dont have the tenants breaking/ propping open the doors. Awesome community everyone is so polite. The inside of the apartment was perfect!Like literally perfect! Didnt even have to fill out that little form they give you at the move in date! Washer and Dryer came with my unit (I think it might be standard for all units) that machines and all other appliances were in flawless condition! The paint on the walls and installation of fixtures and outlets are pristine and were done professionally!Property maintenance workers/ and porters are so helpful and always say wave or say hi when in passing. The parking garage! Is perfect!Never have to worry about finding parking. Plenty of parking spaces and the upper levels are secure! Its a relief knowing how ICY the weather can be in the winter. No more scrapping off ice or getting into your car with hot leather seats parking inside the garage. Im real picky about keeping my car clean and just the simple fact that its protected from the elements was worth the move in for me :)Grounds are always clean!Did I mention elevators :) cause they have elevators :)From the area that is centrally located between everything in the DFW surrounding cities - all the way to having the major shopping center right down the road on MacArthur.I could keep going on and on, but this place is somewhere you can call home.
From the moment my boyfriend and I entered the apartment, we knew we wanted to call it our new home. We actually had other complexes to visit that day in Las Colinas, but we decided to cancel all those tours and instead sign at FPLC, because the customer service was so great. Tres M. helped us during the touring and application process and he was so willing to go over and beyond to make sure we got the right unit to fit our needs. We are looking forward to calling this our new home this month!
The staff is very helpful and kind. Good quality apartment for the most part and a really nice community. I am especially impressed with how responsive and helpful maintenance is. We had an issue with our washing machine and it was quickly taken care of no questions asked. Seems like we made the right choice.
Loye the Leasing Manager helped me get moved in very fast like I was wanting. Claudia one of the leading agents is very friendly and is really happy when I get off shift at the fire department. She make you feel like your family and I couldnt be any more grateful for that.
I visited family for several days that lives at this property. While there I noticed the amenities are top notch. The staff was very helpful and catered to every need. I mostly dealt with Tiffany, who was went out of her way to make sure we felt like family. All of the staff was great. I am a real estate investor and have seen a lot of properties. This is GREAT! I enjoyed my time there and would recommend this facility to anyone.
We have been at Fountain Pointe Las Colinas since late July of 2017. Prior to making our decision, we read the reviews, both positive and negative, visited the property several times and addressing our concerns of the reviews with the staff and decided to move in. The thing we realized, as we have never lived in an apartment before, is that people will have their views of a property and write a review, good or bad, based on their emotions about a situation. Its natural!! Im a licensed Architect and as we searched for our first apartment experience, I looked at it a bit more analytically than most potential renters. We have now been here 5 months and the things people wrote in the reviews that were negative, we have yet to experience. I do understand the change in management and staff probably facilitated this wonderful experience. Speaking of management, I would like to give a big shout out to Sarah because she has always been available to address our questions! You are great, and we hope you decide to hang around for quite some time. We love it here and plan to be here for a while.
We just found out new home and it couldnt have been any easier. This is by far one of the nicest complexes I have ever seen and the all of the extras were beyond my expectation. What really set Fountain Pointe apart though was our leasing consultant Sarah. She made the process of finding the right apartment easy and enjoyable. She was beyond friendly and was genuine in her interactions. She invited us to come back as many times as we needed to make sure we were comfortable with decision we were making before we signed on the dotted line. I cant wait to move in and cant speak highly enough of the complex and service up to this point!
One of my favorite places to live, hands down. The location is great, the residents are all super nice, and the property is always taken care of. They send A lot of emails, but that just shows that the staff is trying to stay in constant communication and encourage involvement from the community. Keep up the good work!
I have to say regardless of the previous reviews, Ive always had my eye on this community when I relocated back to Dallas back in July. The staff was GREAT. Myria, Tiffany, and Sarah went all out to get me approved.... It wasnt easy but if you put in the leg work they will do anything in their power to get you in... The CURRENT staff really does care about new prospects and current residences. I swear I was in their office two weeks straight and I was able to observe the customer service and it was EXCELLENT.
Fountain Pointe Las Colinas is an amazing place to stay! fantastic community with great amenities. The location is perfect, being right next to Toyota Music Factory there is so much to do. The staff was always so helpful and friendly. Loye specifically was so kind, and professional.
Dont let the pictures fool you. Nothing is like it seems. The place is noisydue to being close to main roads, dirty and even ghetto. Apartments are not well lighten. There is no light in the shower area for example and with no window in the bathroom, its very hard to complete a task even during the day. Takes them days to repair things if you need to. Second month I had ants crawling all over the kitchen. Price wise they are the most expensive in the area. Also staff is nice initially, until..... say for family, health whatever reasons you try to leave before the lease contract is up. You will get hit with a total of approx. $6K in fees and rent. So better make sure you will stay there for the entire length of lease or else you will pay. Even if you find someone with a credit score of 800 willing to take over your lease they will not care. There is no flexibility or effort to accommodate, period. I have never seen such an unwise business practice in any place I have rented so far. Horrible, stay away.
We all know looking for a new home can be such a stressful time. I had the privilege of helping my friend look for an apartment she could call “home”. I had such an amazing experience during my first visit to fountain pointe las colinas. Such a great and beautiful environment that my friend was looking for and Edgar who toured us was fantastic. He truly made sure to show us what makes fountain pointe the place to be. Thank you for answering all of our questions and for your amazing customer service. The property looks great and the apartments are beautiful. Thank you guys!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE... I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE...This property use to be the WONDERFUL Jefferson Las Colinas, managed by Lincoln Property.Since new management has come in, there has been nothing but lies, chaos, total unprofessionalism, and a few other things I cannot state on here that is clearly evident. My rent and utilities have always been the same since moving in. Due to receiving a $500 concession to renew, the math is simple, take it off and thats what I owe. This is for 8/2016 rent...I gave the Assistant Manager my rent check on 8/3/2016, directly in her hand. This evening, 8/5/2016, I wake up to a note on my door with a Notice to Vacate.. Of course Im not understanding what this is about and it states I have not paid my rent and utilities. Somewhere, my utilities increased by $54.05.Granted today is a Friday and I have to wait until Monday to truly get this handled.Ive never heard of being sent a vacate notice behind something as such.Piss poor management who is totally not equipped to handle the standard of what Jefferson Las Colinas had! And mind you, I lived directly across from the GM when it was Jefferson Las Colinas! Never any issues!
I read some of the reviews where people describe how dissapointed people are with the premises. My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about Fountain Pointe. We scouted this apartment because of the location and amenities it has. We first came to Dallas for.a visit to physically check the apartments and our leasing agent was Edgar. From the first time he showed us the premises, to getting everything approved on line all the way from California, and the day we moved in, Edgar was always there to assist us. Edgar was very professional, responding to all our questions and taking care of all our concerns. It has been a pleasure doing business with Edgar which shows the dedicated personnel Fountain Pointe posses.
I have lived here since this complex was under Jefferson Management and the new management team is bounds and leaps better. Sarah is amazing and quick to accommodate and assist, outstanding service. I put a work order in and less than two hours later it was completed. I have nothing but great things to say about the new management.
Loved the complex! The customer service on the other hand wasn’t so good. The office staff does not call you back or answer emails in a timely manner. They are very difficult to get on the phone. I will say that the assistant property manager Loye is hands down the best. I had taken another job out of state and was trying to get help on getting out of my lease and it didn’t seem to be a big deal or priority to the manager or anyone else in the office. So glad that I got in touch with Loye. He helped me get all the information I needed in order to move forward with terminating my lease. Thanks Loye!
My husband and I have lived here about 6 months and really hate it. The only plus is that it is new... We have a pool view so we had to deal with the noise all summer because apparently children screaming was considered appropriate behavior, completely unacceptable. Also the rather than the constant tenant events how about more security? I have come at least once a week and there is some random person walking around the garage, 2 weeks ago I got asked for money. Food delivery cars gets into the secured parking garage which is again unacceptable. Also we get threats of being towed if we dont have a sticker stating we belong but yet people get 4,5,6 stickers and are still parking in the garage but still havent gotten towed. Worst yet there is a car that has been parked with no sticker for the last 3 weeks never moving and nothing has been done. We lose power at least 3 days a week, my husband works from home so this is a HUGE issue and there has never been so much as an apology. The office team is nice bitvthe management of this property leaves a lot to be desired especially for the price and the promises that are made when you sign the lease. We really cant wait to move.
I stopped by the office to talk about concerns that had gone unaddressed for several weeks, as well as amenities that were repeatedly unavailable. Whether minor or major, it appears to be difficult to get an issue resolved. An example of the minor things that accumulate & eventually wear on you, any time I send my son to the computer room to print something for me, it seems as if he always returns without the printed documents, because often there is no paper, or there is no printer ink, or some other unknown reason that the printer is out of order for weeks. The young lady (cant recall her name) who performed our tour & originally signed us to our lease (while heavily promoting the complexs amenities) wasnt very helpful. Her responses amounted to garbled disinterest. She walked away several times (to do something else???) causing me to have to re-explain things when she returned. I didnt see her take any written or typed notes. I imagine that their leasing office staff performance is heavily tied to sales, and once they shower you with smiles (until the sale occurs), everything else is relegated to a distant second. This will be my first & last lease at this property. Dont be fooled by the smiles at sales time...
**WARNING: dog urine & feces EVERYWHERE!!!**DO NOT BE FOOLED**This is including hallways INSIDE of the apartment... This apartment looks impeccable from outside with exceptional amenities, but dont be fooled!I don’t want to say all the negatives..but this review was a must to help warn future tenants. My first day here, I was welcomed by dead insects at my doorstep and not thoroughly cleaned unit. When leasing office was informed, I was told there is a Walmart close by for cleaning supplies & pest control only comes on Thursdays.By my 3rd day, I was welcomed by someone elses dog feces on the hallway.. I picked it up this time for the sake of other tenants, but will not be doing that again.1. Gym - its nice and small, but need to keep up with maintenance as some machine bolts are very loose.2. Keys - keys do not work some areas of the apartment complex when I was informed all residents have access to all entrances/exit doors. Mgmt said they put in a work order and has not been fixed.3. Entrance doors - loud when people are entering/exiting... doesnt have a doorstop to it and it gets slammed each time. Yes, you can hear the slam from your unit.4. Pet policy - First of all, I paid the $250 Pet fee + $250 Pet deposit (total $500) assuming that was required since leasing agent never asked if my dog was an ESA/service dog. After 2 weeks into staying at Fountain Pointe, my ESA letter arrived. I presented the official letter to mgmt and was told they will only waive the $10/month Pet rent going forward and the Pet deposit is only refundable at the end of lease. I have a 12 month lease and paid $250 Pet fee for 2 weeks for not having my letter on time for the move-in date. Yes, $250 for 2 weeks, to live in an apartment with dog feces in the hallway. Ive always lived in pet friendly apartments and by far, Fountain Pointe is the worst.5. Package delivery - Fountain Pointe utilizes 3rd party service (Luxer one) for all package deliveries. I am an avid amazon shopper and in several different occasions, these packages were left outside of the lockers on the floor (See photos). I am assuming there were no available lockers or amazon deliveries do not have access to these lockers? Some days I will find my amazon packages in the lockers, but not all the time. Maybe this review should be directed to Amazon, but just FYI, its highly likely some packages will go missing.FREE FOR ALL PACKAGES6. LOCK OUT - The door security here is electronic and due to malfunctioning of electronic keys & deadbolt, it even locks YOU out. The keys weren’t the issue this time, it was the battery outage on the deadbolt. I called the “Emergency Maintenance” line several times leaving messages as directed by automated system. Overnight, I never received a call or response and slept overnight in my car (it’s 30-40degrees outside). Due to NO response to my emergency maintenance, I missed my work, I was freezing cold, had no money in hand, AND my dog was locked inside my apartment alone. Management was informed early in the morning to resolve this matter. The response I got: “My manager has approved to credit your account for 1 day of rent in the amount of $33.70 for the not being able to access your apartment last night and emergency maintenance not returning your calls. The one day of rent is all that we are able to offer you as the issue was taken care of earlier this morning.“ (pasted word-by-word in email)I’m not sure about you, but $33.70 credit is not satisfying for me to have spent over 12 hours in my car and jeopardizing my job.Overall, I had high expectations of Fountain Pointe as I felt the fees/rent was higher than others. But I do feel over-promised and under-delivered in all ways.Fountain Pointe should install CCTVs or some type of video cameras around the complex to avoid future issues and improve on EMERGENCY maintenance response.Fountain Pointe makes it hard to “REFER” future tenants for their “refer-and-earn” program.***future residents, you have been warned***

2022-03-23I moved into this complex about a year ago and have had a great experience so far. The staff are always so helpful and ready to provide assistance when needed. The amenities and events they have for the residents are always fun as well. You can tell they really care about us and want us to have a good experience. Cecil has been a great! Ever since he came, he has brought so much positivity and fun to the complex. He is always so kind, ready to help, and knows the residence by name, which is amazing. Love this complex so far.

2022-02-22Mr. Cecil gave us a tour of the entire apartment and it’s amenities. He was actually above and beyond awesome. He made us feel very welcome. The apartments are awesome. I’m definitely considering making this my new home . They are #1 on my list right now. Thank you again Cecil for such a beautiful experience with your property.

2022-05-20Let me tell you from experience. First off Cecil is the man. Cecil has my respect and this place has my respect with all honesty, move here and you will not regret it!!!!!!

2022-02-22This is the first apartment complex I have actually enjoyed staying at. Management is professional and friendly, and any concerns are immediately addressed. There are a few things that could be better such as not getting a fee for having my empty trash can out past 9am, or the men working on the balconies being so loud right outside my apartment before 8am. Other than that though, I do love living here. Cecil has especially been helpful whenever I have questions, and he always makes sure you leave with a smile on your face!

2022-06-28Ive been living here since May 2021 and just recently renewed the lease for another year which I regret already due to a plethora of issues that happened within a span of 3 months.Pros:- Very close to Toyota music factory and there are a bunch of cool restaurants within walking distance- Nice neighborhood with a few good walking trails nearby.Cons:- Lack of clear communication regarding items that cause monetary loss to residents. Ive had instances where my guests car has been towed even though changing rules about parking were not communicated to residents. Excessive communication about events is a stark contrast to the essential communication.- They sell fifth floor as private access, but fail to provide a reasonable way for food delivery people to get up to the fifth floor. Food delivery was promised to be seamless when moving in. Its also extremely inconvenient to use the elevator when carrying groceries because the elevator has a keyhole and not a scanner like on parking garage entrances.- Maintenance requests are not dealt with on a timely basis. Ive had open maintenance requests for months and some maintenance requests are closed automatically without any actual work being done. Repeated visits to the office are sometimes needed for resolution as contacting via phone doesnt achieve anything.- Not accommodating to residents and more concerned with enforcing the latest rules. Been kicked out & locked out of the Conference room in the common area that I was working from.

2022-02-20I’ve had a good experience living here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Even during the midst of the pandemic, management found safe and fun activities for residents to keep us engaged. The place is kept clean and maintenance issues are resolved quickly. I do wish the appliances were more updated. I’d love to have a fridge that dispenses ice and water. My only other complaint is the deadline to bring the trash can back in and the penalty fee. I was charged $35 for not bringing my can back in by 9am. I was still fairly new to the apartment and felt like they could have given me a warning. $35 is a steep penalty fee and 9am is pretty early for those that work late and sleep in.

2022-06-20This is an amazing place to live. Friendly staff members like Cecil make you feel welcomed. If I need anything done (maintenance, question about my lease), I know that it would get done promptly. The amenities are amazing and the building is always clean, which is a plus.Overall, love this place.

2022-06-25I moved here just a month ago and so far things have been great. Our resident coordinator Mariella, was an amazing help to us. We moved out of state but she made sure that the transition can be as smooth as possible. She was proactive in responding to all queries and questions. As far as the apartment, great amenities, super clean corridors, feel safe as it is a gated community. There are always events and food trucks lined up to keep the community engaging and fun. Maintenance responds to your requests in a prompt basis. So far so good! (Knock on wood!)

2022-02-19I moved into Fountain Pointe the last two days due to a bad experience at my previous apartment. Cecil Graves assisted us in the application process. He was so sweet and helpful overall on top of everything and we were moved in with in two days of applying. Our unit was cleaned and had no errors at move in. Love it here. Definitely recommend.

2022-04-02Cecil was absolutely the best leasing agent Ive ever had. He was welcoming, entertaining, and he had answers for any questions we had. The apartments were lovely and the amenities are amazing. I would love to live here for Cecil alone. Fountain Pointe you all have a gem on your hands with this one.
