Came in for service just a simple oil change. Service advisor Ron welcomed me. I requested no car wash on my vehicle as I did not want it to be wash. Apparently they did not pay attention to my request since they washed the car. My actual advisor Randy just told me “oh it was too late, they had it wash already”. Seriously!!! The only reason I requested no car wash ( complementary) is because I had ceramic coated the vehicle and it needs time to cure. Now my ceramic coated is gone. I did not get a solution to my problem.
Love my beautuful 2021 Cadillac XT5 we got in December 2021. Cory is a great salesman. I never felt pressured into getting a vehicle, and I love everything about the one we chose. He is very professional, friendly and efficient. Some perks to leasing a new vehicle from Frank Kent are; first complimentary oil change, tire pressure check and tire rotation, car wash, as well as picking up my car from my house and bringing it back the same day. I had requested that Irma come along so she could sync my car to the garage remote. We had tried setting it back in December over the phone, but I couldnt get it to sync. It was so nice of her to take the time to do this for me, I really appreciate this. Arturo from the service department was wonderful as well. He made certain everything was done that I had requested and brought my car back nicely washed and shiny. He was professional and friendly and gave me a courtesy call the morning he was on his way to get my car and another call when he was leaving to bring it back to me. All in all, very pleased with Frank Kent Cadillac.
The best dealership we have ever been to, as far as first impressions go. The staff is so nice and kind. After they provided maintenance on our vehicle, they surprised us by washing and vacuuming our car. They also provided transportation to and from home while waiting for our vehicle to be repaired. Very classy dealership indeed!
CJ was absolutely wonderful! We drove from Amarillo and everything was so smooth once we arrived. Our vehicle was pulled up to the front ready for us to drive, had a fresh car wash, full tank of gas, and just needed the papers signed. Top notch service- we would love to purchase all of our vehicles here from now on!
Tommy Flores communicated well and kept us informed. The car was ready in a relative short period of time—April 6-18. As expressed to him, we needed the car for a trip to Missouri, leaving on April 22–and he got it accomplished. We are amazed at the quality of work—that 400-500 dimples from hail-damage can be fixed!The scheduling secretary was nice and efficient—although there was a waiting list for repair. Hail storm was February 21, 2022—we could not get an repair appointment until April 6…but it was worth the wait!
Ive actually used Frank Kent in the past and thats why I chose them this time to take care of my granddaughters car. Theyve always came through with flying colors! Tommy was very adamant about letting me know what was going on, explained thoroughly any of my questions I had. Shelby did her job with such graciousness I could see her smile through the phone. She was very considerate and very thoughtful. I very much have enjoyed working with both she and Tommy.My granddaughter had been driving her Malibu for over a week, runs like a champ, looks as good as it did before it was rear-ended. So I have nothing but good things to say about Frank Kent and its employees.
When I initially started coming I stopped because of the experience with my previous rep. Jessie has now change my experience. He not only has great customer service he truly cares and goes about and beyond. He understands that people are human and never made me feel less than. As long as hes there Ill come back. Service Advisor Ron was absolutely phenomenal. He took a very stressful situation and turned it to a pleasant one. My CT6; Smoke was repaired in 24 hours as promised. His demeanor and professionalism was second to none and I cant thank him and Frank Kent Cadillac in Fort Worth, enough!!
I walked into this dealership with just the intention of just browsing as we had already been to a few dealerships and stock was extremely limited. Not only did I find the perfect car that fit everything I wanted and was within my budget, but it was an unbeatable and exteremely fair price too! I ended up getting a previously owned vehicle from their inventory. A 2019 Chevy Equinox caught our eye. It had a limited edition trim, with black custom rims, leather interior, and a turbo engine. The price tag on it was about the same price or cheaper than the base models at some of the other dealerships nearby! When we showed interest, we didnt realize that we had arrived 15 minutes before they were closing.Cory Session, our salesman made us feel so welcome and cared for! He stayed over an hour after their closing to make sure we got the car we wanted! The whole process was quick, easy and painless because of him. Not at all like what I was expecting of a car buying experience. Cory made sure to get the payments we wanted and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The overall experience was awesome and I HIGHLY recommend buying a car from him! Whenever Im ready to buy another vehicle, Im definitely coming back to buy from Cory! Hes absolutely the most friendly, helpful, genuine, and honest salesman you could ever hope to work with and he makes sure his customers get EVERYTHING they want!*UPDATE* I just took my car in to get a duplicate key made by their key guy. Cory and the service team really went above and beyond again! Not only did they wash my car, but they FILLED up my gas too! They took care of me even as a non-Cadillac customer!!
Over priced of course it’s Cadillac 🙄 when a storm came I noticed leakage in my sunroof panel and they informed me it was my sunroof drains that were clogged so I paid $180 to get them unclogged, 3 days later another storm came and guess what my headliner was wet and dripping so I called them to inform them that they didn’t fix my problem and car was dripping water they had me bring it in and then got a quote of $1900 to check it and fix it. I didn’t go along with this service I went else were and they fixed the problem and with warranty for $650 which is half less than what they charge. Also their customer service is not the best since they don’t acknowledge you or greet you when you walk up.
If your going to service, ask for Armando, dude is super cool and treats you like family. My wife and kids always talk about how nice he treats us, they now go straight to him for all of oil changes! Love his positive attitude and work ethic! Looking forward to our next visit!
I was well taken care of during the 5 hour wait of a recall repair. Instead of sitting at the dealership, an uber was ordered for me, took me to my destination, called when repair was complete, sent an Uber for my return. Everything was super easy. I felt like I am a valued customer. Thank you Frank Kent.

I arrived at my appointment early and Ron was ready for me, he checked me in and I went to the waiting area. A short time later he came in and let me know that my car had a recall and wanted to know if I wanted it done now or later. I said now, so he had it taken care of and had the car washed and I was on my way in no time. THANKS RON.

This dealership will scam you hard. My grandmother took her car in for an estimate for control arms and some other work for the rear suspension under a recall frank kent wanted to charge her for recall work we went to sewell Cadillac and they replaced the rear suspension parts under the recall with out charging her.
I just read a story about a young man buying his first car and payed for the purchase in full at another dealership but was taken in a con basically.The Frank Kent Dealership donated a very nice car to the young man after hearing the story. Very heartening to see a business giving back to the community on such a personable level. Thank you!
I had an issue with my salesperson and voiced my concerns to the dealer. They handed me off to the new car manager Nick Bieghler. Not only did he rectify the issue but he also went above and beyond even calling me on his day off to ensure the level of service we would expect from Cadillac was taken care of. I had a lovely experience at Frank Kent. John W was my salesman and he was perfectly polite, worked quickly for me, and wasn’t the stereotypical salesman. Kelsey in finance did a wonderful job explaining the documents and also worked quick to correct a small mixup. I’d return here.
Somewhat torn about this review, really wanted to rate them higher.Went in on a Friday evening to look at a new Cadillac SUV. Cory (salesperson) and Irma delivered it to our home the following day.Overall, very quick and easy experience. In and out. Primarily because they didnt budge a dollar off the MSRP for the vehicle we were buying, but gave us around $1,600 less than the AutoTrader online instant sale offered us at the other Frank Kent location (Arlington) which we presented to them. Problem was that the Arlington location didnt have what we wanted and they did. So we agreed to the numbers with zero budging on their part at the Ft Worth location.The biggest problem here was that Nick flat out LIED about the Instant Trade in amount. He said that amount “included the tax savings” which we believed and did not question because why would he deceive us like that, but that turned out to be a lie!! Which we then found out after we had signed and delivered.So basically he lied right to our face and stole that amount from us right in front of our faces. Terrible customer service. There was money to be made from our trade in (which they did) and money to be made by us paying MSRP, but he still wasn’t satisfied with that and dug deeper to steal what was a fair trade in amount.The SUV we traded in was then sold for $8k more than we got within the next week. I know thats just how it is and we should have negotiated better, but in that they had good reviews we trusted what they told us (our mistake) and in that we had the highest tier credit score (858), I believed they were going to treat us fairly, wrong again.So basically he used deceitful practices and he lied to us about the amount we had in writing and stole from us by getting us to agree after lying about the printed amount.I realize in the grand scheme of things $1-2k is not a big deal - especially for the price of these cars, but I just didnt feel treated fairly or like we received the truth about our trade in. I also believe they owe me what was rightfully owed, but deceitfully not paid for our trade in. Felt like we got pressured as if we were at a cheap, no credit check type place more than a Cadillac dealership.*We are currently waiting on someone to come over and remove a stain from the back row seat. Irma and Cory gave me pink Cadillac service when I picked up my first pink Cadillac. Both went above and beyond. I even went by yesterday Cory recognized me and made sure to get my car cleansed and the embelms put on! Irma made sure I had set up my Onstar and understood the features. She is very sweet and knowledgeable! You can tell she has a passion working there!!
My name is Andrew Sims-Kirkland; I purchased a 2022 Escalade on November 4, 2021. I was told by my salesman, John Ware, III., that my vehicle was “in transit”; because I did not fully understand that lingo, I asked for clarity and was told “transit” means it could be delivered any day now; so a week, two weeks, a month….? I was told no more than a month or so. Again, that was November 4, 2021! Mr. Ware told me I needed to go ahead and purchase insurance as well because I needed proof of such when I sign my purchasing documents. I DID THAT! I did NOT hear from Mr. Ware anymore, until December 21, 2021 and when I asked him for an update, I was greeted with an apparent attitude. I received a letter in the mail that same week, welcoming me to the Cadillac family and saying they hope I’m enjoying my New Escalade (that I didn’t have yet)! Being insulted by such a letter, I reached out and asked for a manager, at this point, I spoke with Mr. Josh Cochran (General Manager). He went over all the details thoroughly and assured me that I would not have a first car note, until I actually took physical possession of the Escalade. That eased me a little bit; however, what about the insurance that I was paying on a car I didn’t have. Mr. Cochran said he would see what he could do on the cost of the insurance I had paid, but the time the car was delivered. (Though he never mentioned or made that right even after I received the vehicle, I’m okay with that) because after my initial contact to him, he made every effort to communicate once a week with an update and introduced me to Nick (New Cars Manager), who also communicated each week until the car was delivered. If a week went by and I had not heard from one of the two of them; I’d call and was always greeted with a pleasurable conversation from both Josh & Nick. They never made me feel like I was a bother after spending over $100,000 on a a vehicle. I finally received my vehicle TODAY 2/8/2022 and even today, Mr. Ware never came out of his office, if he was even there. I have not yet heard from him other than the one time mentioned above. Need I remind you that I’ve spent over $100,000 and my salesman got ghost! In closing, I am the Founder and Owner Tree of Life Funeral Directors in East Fort Worth, Texas; we own 8 Cadillac Hearses and Limos, so it’s safe to say that we are supporters of Cadillac; however, my experience over the last 90 plus days have truly made me question my loyalty to the Cadillac brand. Again I am thankful for Josh Cochran & Nick, but the OVERALL experience was not was you would you’d expect when your spending that kind of money. I truly had a much better experience at Mercedes (still own that vehicle as well).So to all who read these reviews, do not allow John Ware , III. to assist you, because once he gets his commission, he is no longer concerned about the customer! I would have left 1 star; but thank God Josh and Nick saved the day!Humbly,A dissatisfied 9 time Cadillac purchaser….
I was extremely happy with the experience I had with Frank Kent Cadillac. Every employee I had contact with while my car was in the body shop were kind and helpful. Chris kept me up to date on the repairs and had it completed in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend you using this body shop based on the exceptional customer service that I received.
If you’re in the market for a high-quality vehicle, ask for CJ. CJ exceeded all expectations and created an unpressurized environment, where he allows an individual to make an intelligent financial decision. This dealership is unmatched in quality, and CJ is a prime example. I’ve visited many dealerships, and never have I had a salesman educate me and honestly care about finding a compromise that not only benefits him and his dealership but also benefits the buyer. Frank Kent’s is not a place where profit is the primary objective. This dealership obviously prides itself on repeat customers because anyone I know in the market for a vehicle will be given CJ’s contact information. Don’t get hustled in this hectic market. We live in Austin. We knew what we wanted and contacted over 10 Cadillac dealers for pricing. Only 2 dealers followed up with me and I bought from the 1 that kept in contact with me. David Perez & Greg McCoy were fantastic to deal with. No Games just a great deal. David sent me pictures and sent me the final numbers before I arrived, so I knew where I stood when I walked into the Cadillac dealer. David went over the vehicle with my wife and my son and I finished the paperwork with Greg in the business office. I was done before they finished the lesson on the new CTS. I could have bought in Austin or Houston, but these guys are professionals. (BTW/San Antonio never called me back). I would buy from them again in a Heartbeat. Thanks for the Great Service.

Top Notch! From the first phone call. Flew down from Missouri to pick up a truck and was greeted by the most friendly person (Irma) that drove from Ft. Worth at the dealership to give me a ride! Walked into the dealership and Kevin, along with Cory greeted me like I’ve known them forever. I visited this dealership today to pick up the vehicle I ordered. There were two exceptional employees that made sure to make my experience great. Irma & CJ were very professional and helpful. Irma walked me through all the features on my vehicle. She was very knowledgeable and personable. Excellent customer service from both of them.
This is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever purchased a vehicle at.We purchased 2021 Escalade Platinum Sport with every option you can think of. For the amount of money we spent at this dealership worst experience. I’ve purchased other brands including BMW, Porsche and Infiniti.My wife had been waiting months to get her Escalade. We flew in from South Texas to pick up the vehicle. Since we were 9 hours away all the paperwork and communication was done over the phone and email. Dealership wouldn’t removed their extra adds (Tint, Paint Protection, All Weather Floor Mats) which at the end of the day I was going to do anyway just for much cheaper back home (Their paint protection and tint is garbage by the way). Anyway when get there after confirming our arrival at the airport they had scheduled a Uber to take us to dealership from airport. Once we arrive at the dealership our sales guy was no working at that location for some reason. After speaking to the reception they go someone to help us. We had a few documents pending to sign which we took care of while the vehicle was being washed and fueled up. Once documents were signed they handed us the keys and we did a brief walk around. Typically sales guy walks you through everything and shows the functions. We drove off the lot after dark can’t recall the exact time to head to my cousins house to spend them night and headed back home early morning the following morning. As we are driving back home I realized that the all weather floor mats that they charged me $800+ for are not installed. Thought I’ll check the trunk on the next stop. No mats were in the trunk. So I texted our sales guy to let him know. He said they will look for them and ship them to me. After several back and forth conversations sales guy didn’t get anything done. I reached out to the finance rep we dealt with with a guarantee that a manager would call me back. Couple of weeks go by and I didn’t receive a call so I called to speak to the General Manager, after about 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of him finally spoke to him. He claimed he needed to get with parts to locate the mats and would give me a call back. We purchased the vehicle in August 2021 it’s now January 2022 with not resolution.If I could give them a zero star I would!
I appreciated the kindness and thoroughness of the staff. I like how detailed the inspection of the car is with red/yellow/green indications. I like how I get to choose what I want to be done with attached prices before they just start working on my car so that I wasnt surprised with a price at a later time. My only recommendation would be for a better estimated time of completion. I left with no knowledge on how many days I would be carless. I also was not informed that I had the option to rent a car through the company in the mean time. Overall, great service. I will use Frank Kent again.
I purchased a used vehicle from them in November. The vehicle I tried was not the vehicle that was delivered to me (which I knew about), but it was delivered after sunset in the dark so I couldnt see the condition of the vehicle. When I went to inspect it in the light, it was dirty all over the inside; like someone had washed it and just left the dirty water to dry. They came to collect it and clean it again, but it took about two weeks for the salesman to schedule a time to come pick it up. When he did, they took a toll road and left me with the toll bill for their mistake. Ive called several times to try to get a copy of my vehicle history, even leaving messages with the used sales manager, and no one has ever called me back, emailed me, or texted. Finally, I discovered that there seems to be a panel missing from the interior of the vehicle; since it was delivered at night, I did not notice it upon delivery. I like the vehicle, but the service was subpar (and thats putting it nicely).
I had the pleasure of working with Mario Derenzi. Mario was very patient with me and worked with me. Mario was able to get me in a very nice luxurious SUV that was fully loaded. Mario was very knowledgeable in his cars and it showed. I really cant thank him enough for making the buying process so smooth. I was literally out of the dealership with my new in less than two hours. I definitely look forward to doing more business with Mario at Frank Kent! And of course if youre ever in the market for a new car please visit him!
DO NOT BUY SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE. Whole experience was PITIFUL. my in laws walked in and received NO ATTENTION. Was told a salesman took the vehicle home, you wanted it so bad why not just buy it? Was told a headlight was out and the saleswoman told us the next day they ordered the wrong part. How do you get that wrong? Received our 2015 truck not detailed and not filled up. 5 hours later the check engine light came on. How, if you had it for a whole month. When we dropped it off today we saw someone joyriding it instead of fixing it. Will NEVER do business with this dealer again. Only purchased from here because it had my husbands dream truck and this experience put us off from buying a new vehicle from this lot again.
I was surprised to receive a text from Nick on a Sunday since the dealership is closed. It helped me confirm my plan to drive 2.5 hours the following morning to purchase the Cadillac of my dreams since I had confirmation that it was available. Kent, our sales consultant, called first thing in the morning to reassure me that he had the vehicle I was looking for with all the features I wanted. He was very professional, and provided answers to any question we had, and even set up the transaction over the phone while we drove. The vehicle was spotless and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Trading in my vehicle was hassle-free and fair. The wonderful finance lady that helped me was awesome to work with. I cant remember her name, and its probably because she had me in and out in less than half an hour because I had a time constraint. She was thorough, made sure I had every question answered, and did it very efficiently! I would highly recommend Frank Kent Cadillac. I arrived at 11:30 and was driving away in my gorgeous new car by 1:30. Thats my kind of dealership!
Mario was extremely consistent in finding the car we were looking for! They didn’t have one on the lot, but he followed up with us and let us know they had the exact one we wanted on order, took very little time, kept me updated the whole time, and even met me halfway from where we live out of town to deliver! Amazing customer service, he made the whole thing simple, and we are very happy with our new car!
Flawless experience! We helped my mother buy a car, & it was the best experience we have had purchasing a new vehicle. John was extremely patient with all of our questions & accommodated us as we compared the 4 cylinder with the V6. Nick was very straightforward in the pricing & trade in. We felt that it was an excellent deal. We really appreciated that this dealership actually had the car there & for sell, afterseeing it online. No tricks! After purchasing, Irma helped us set up the driver profile & other details. We never felt rushed & she made sure Mom was comfortable with everything. Irma was so sweet & really made sure we knew about all the options we could take advantage of. Through the whole experience there was no high pressure or trying to upsell extra options. They had someone pick us up from airport in Dallas to go 42 miles to them in Fort Worth all 3 of them were still there to great us after hrs the entire process from the first phone call to all the messages were all easy and made us feel very comfortable to travel to buy the escalade and drive it back home Just wanted to say thank you again for the great customer service. I purchased a new Cadillac from Mario DeRenzi at Frank Kent June 2021. He was very patient and took his time with my Husband and I working through the process. He has such a great personality and made the entire experience FUN! We felt like valued customers the entire time. I love this location because everyone seems very happy to be there. Great positive energy that really makes your experience awesome! After the sale was complete, he continued with above and beyond follow-up! He checked how our first day was and confirmed again that he was there if we needed anything. They did it again!!! Out of the park. I was notified that my 2012 SRX had been declared totaled by the insurance company around 2:30, I called the dealership, and left word for my previous sales person from 2 months ago that I was again in need of a vehicle and would be there in an hour. When I arrived he had two CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) units waiting for my decision. We completed our business and i was driving away from the dealer by 5:30.Thank You Cory & Frank Kent of Fort Worth.
Kayla was a very helpful with selling us our car. She answered our questions, was friendly and helpful with pics and info. Chris helped us with an extended warranty, and Dale was a great boss and manager over the whole situation. We had a delay with waiting for tires to arrive, but these folks were VERY hospitable and even got us some lunch while we were waiting. My sister is new to the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area. After being in town for less than a week, my sister Stephanie T. Maxwell, requested an oil change which was quoted at $115.00 for a 2021 XT5. The dealership was filthy, the service was non existent, and no explanation was provided when the service writer was questioned as to what the bloated price entailed. He was not able to respond without being condescending. Frank Kent should be ashamed as your service writers represent you. You have lost a potential customer who is long time Cadillac owner, as I am used to the service I received from Shaheen Cadillac in Michigan Go Blue. Recommendation to others, Go elsewhereSide note: As a new transplant, I am praying this is just a blip as to what Texas has to offer.

We were really pleased with Frank Kent Cadillac (Fort Worth) when we took our car in for service during the lunch hour today. They were extremely busy, but yet were very professional, very courteous, and as promised, had our oil changed and tires rotated in under one hour. Have purchased new cars from Frank Kent for years. Majority of time have had great service. Today not so - I was called by Frank Kent told that it was time for my 1st time Free Oil change. I called them set up an appointment took my car in was greeted, my car was checked in. I was told to wait in waiting room. In a couple of minutes the gentlemen that checked me found me told me he could NOT do my oil change/service because my oil life was at only 24% that it had to be 20% or below. He then said they could do the service but they would have to charge me?Its not the money it the fact that they called me etc. I told him give me my car back. As we were walking back to service area he said just bring it back when it reaches 20% - I told him I probably would not be back - his response OK.!!!
The state of our country has made it impossible for greatness to shine through but the level of communication and quality has made it simple for my returned business with Frank Kent Cadillac. Bad experience, I took my XT5 in for an extended warranty repair. I purchased the car and extended warranty from this Frank Kent dealership. The problem was windshield washer pump was not working. Service advisor said repair was not covered due to some contamination in washer fluid. They service my car, I never added anything to washer. The repair cost was going to be $1000. I refused repair. Before picking my car up, my advisor said it would be $170 diagnostic fee we discussed. He never mention the fee. I expecting a warranty repair. Also, it took 3 days to get my car back.Frank Kent Cadillac contacted me and corrected the problem. They repaired my car in two hours. I am now very satisfied with the Frank Kent Cadillac dealership and the extended warranty I purchased.
Had an appointment for an oil change and to have the air filter replaced. It has been over 3 hours and they are still not finished! I wouldn’t have had a problem if someone had approached me with an update but now I am late for work and when I spoke with Matthew the manager I didn’t feel like he took me very seriously. If they are so busy that they are unable to provide reasonable customer service maybe it’s time to acquire more help…
Car service here is generally good. This time however I was a little surprised in that I never received an email containing the cost for the service requested before agreeing to the work. That always gives me pause because I’ve had an experience before where I don’t get the quote in writing...accepting the verbal in good faith only for the cost to go up. I called and asked the rep about it but was told there must have been a network outage??? So I reached out the next day requesting the quote...for my records...but never got a reply or follow up call. Ultimately, when my car was finished I was never informed. I had to call myself. When I did pickup the car my rep had a smirk on his face about the amount of charges and said “you know that car isn’t cheap to service”. I felt like I was being profiled or something. Im thinking to myself, I bring my hard earned money here to give these folks business (during these trying times) and this is how I get treated? I’m interested in working with professionals not service reps that are tickled pink at how much I have to fork over! Looks like they need to hire better staff or better training. I wish the experience was good especially during the holidays.

My husband called the service dept to inquire on how much it would cost to have our remote control re-programmed. He spoke with Mike who said that they had to do a diagnostic test etc etc. Well we knew exactly what was wrong with the remote and all it needed was reprogramming. My husband tried to explain that ever since we bought our ATS weve had nothing but problems with it. Mike hung up on my husband without letting him finish!!! I called and attempted to speak with the service dept manager and of course he wasnt available. I left a message and as of today have not heard from anyone. AWFUL customer service!!! Mike, no one has you working there, if you hate it that much go find you a job where you are happy!!! NEVER EVER will I do business with FRANKKENT in FT WORTH!!! BUYER BE WARE! Therefore, if the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER does not answer your call, obviously hes leading by example!
This place is a great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. I bought a used chevy impala and they treated me as if I was buying a 2021 Cadillac. From the salesman to the finance guy it was a pleasurable experience. But I would like to point out the salesman Aaron Dias, a class act. I never really cared for salesman until now. He never lied to me, he never led me on and never added pressure to the sale, a very patient gentleman. Now where do you fine that. So if you are looking for a new or used vehicle please give this dealer and salesman a try.

My experience at this dealership was very pleasant from the beginning. paper work was very quick, well received and treated by the dealership.would have appreciated if the promised car Detailing was done before I piked up the car. While picking up the car, I had to tell them that the detail was not done and had to wait for about 2 hours. As i was waiting with family I got the car after two hours (not 100% detail was done) and I had to take it with whatever they could do in two hours in rush (noticed dusty dash while i was on my way back).
I scheduled just a few hours before they opened, was greeted by the loaner car agent while the service advisor was with a customer. It took less than 30 seconds for them to pull my XTS in for my 5 services. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. This is my 4th Cadillac, and I’ve had a much more enjoyable experience servicing my last two vehicles with Danny and the Frank Kent team. We have stayed ahead of any major maintenance issues that I had assumed were just part of being in the Cadillac family.
Frank Kent service recommended an alignment after I had it done at another reputable chain when I took my vehicle for an issue in June. I told them I will take is back and have them (chain) look at it. I then went back after 3 months+ or so for Oil change and also asked them to do Alignment. They did. It got worse! It started to pull toward right as I drove on the highway after I left the dealership (10/9). I call the service adviser and asked for before and after readings. They only provided after reading. I took it back on Monday (10/12). They took 3 1/2 hours and come back and tell me everything is within specs. I asked to provide new readings... they did not. I have been a customer of Frank Kent since 2005 and thinks are getting worse more and more. They need leadership change in service dept.
Just had a five star experience, leased a XT5 . The advisor I had was a lady named Kayla. She was very knowledgeable and I felt no pressure at all. I had talked to her the previous day and had let her know what I was looking for, the next day she called and had exactly what we were looking for. After many many adventures in buying and leasing Kayla was a breath of fresh air. Talked to sales manager and was impressed in customer care. I would highly recommend them for your next purchase. I will be returning soon for our next purchase.

I took my Escalade in for an OnStar issue and a misaligned trim piece. The sevice advisor said they looked into both and I would have to call OnStar to figure it out on my own. He would not even get out of his seat and go out to my car to check the tire pressure so I could verify it against my app. He seemed put out by me even asking. Even worse he told me the trim piece was fixed but I got my car back and it was exactly the same condition as when it went in.Not the service you would expect for service on a $95k vehicle. This was my first experience with Frank Kent. I have purchased 5 Cadillacs and I will never give my money to Frank Kent again.

Frank Kents no haggle pricing makes for a wonderful purchasing experience. Our Sales Professional, Bill, was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. There were no high pressure sales tactics like other dealerships. The finance person was quick and very helpful. We will definitely drive the 80 miles back when in the market again.
I purchased my first Cadillac from Frank Kent less than two years ago. I have had on going issues with the paint job and the finish of the wheels. They admitted that the wheels were defective and they took 3 of the 4 wheels and had them fixed. I did not realize they left one undone until I got home. Its been 6 months since the wheels were supposedly fixed and they are now chipping. I took the vehicle back and they are completely declining to repair them properly. This is not what I expected from them. They do not return calls when they say they will. When I asked through text for an update, they sent me a screen shot of the diagnostic read out like Im supposed to know what the codes are. A $45k cadillac and less than 2 years and 30k miles later my garage kept cadillacs wheels look horrible with no solution or warranty honored on them. I will no longer do business with Frank Kent Cadillac
Bill was wonderful to work with. However, I’ve owned many vehicles, and this was by far the worse detailed job. Very little effort was put in to ensure a clean, spotless car. It was not vacuumed properly and had what appeared to be some grease stains and white paint stains in the interior, which came out with some manpower. It would have just been nice for this to have already been done for top quality service. We drove 4+ hours to get the car and weren’t told about some scratches on the pre owned vehicle until we saw them when we got there. We were told they’d come out with some buffing, but again, it would have been nice if this came as an extra courtesy to their customers, as it has been for some other vehicles we have bought. All in all, we enjoyed our salesman; however, we won’t be driving back to get another vehicle with them.
Overall positive buying experience. Thumbs up to no haggle pricing on our CPO Cadillac. Staff was respectful and friendly. Thumbs down to not getting a full “tour” of our vehicle’s options and the length of buying process. With that said, we will return and will recommend the good solidly outweighs the negatives at Frank Kent Cadillac.
I e-mailed the dealership to make an appointment for my ATS for a rear end leak as well as an alignment and oil change. Quickly Juan from there service department called me back to acknowledge my appointment and set me up with a drop off time. The vehicle was dropped off and he was able to take a look at the repair and determine that the rear end still had come coverage. He was also able to give me a accurate quote on the other repairs that needed to be completed. He called me a day early stating that the repairs were completed and the repairs came in under budget.. I picked the car up today and was very happy with the service they provided. I will continue to make Frank Kent my preferred dealership. Thank you to Juan and the outstanding service department at the dealership for providing exceptional service. I am looking forward to having my vehicle service at this dealership in the future.

The loan processing was seamless and I feel they worked to give me the best deal!Irma was amazing! I can not express how amazing my experience was with Frank Kent Cadillac. I had such an easy car buying experience that my husband and I went back and bought a second car from them. We purchased our 2018 Dodge Journey and 2018 Jeep Renegade from Nick Bieghler. The moment we entered the first time he greeted us immediately and showed us many different vehicles that we could purchase. We weren’t in the dealership for hours like we have experienced with many other dealerships. Nick worked with us with our credit scores and kept us around the payment we wanted. He didn’t just stick us in just any vehicle, with 5 kids we needed space but still wanted certain luxury benefits. We were able to stay in his office from start to finish and Nick made sure we were comfortable the entire time. We brought in our 4 month old and he was very welcoming and made sure we were in and out. When we purchased the Renegade we received the same high quality experience we did the first time. We had a great experience with Frank Kent Cadillac looking for a new car. They made us feel welcome and provided everything to speed up and smooth the process for us. The technology in the car is a bit overwhelming and they went above and beyond to educate us on all the options and gadgets so we were comfortable. My experience with Frank Kent has be very pleasant so far. I took my 2016 Cadillac ATS 2.0T Here to get my exhaust looked at. There is an abnormal rattle with the exhaust. I was treated with respect and felt valued despite the fact I didnt purchase the vehicle from them. They took my car back with In minutes offered me coffee and tea and even had a Porter drive me to work! The gentleman opened the door for me and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. By far the best service experience I have ever had. Ron the advisor was extremely professional and put all my concerns at ease. I will ALWAYS take my Cadillac to Frank Kent in Fort Worth for future service. These people are top notch in customer service and know how to ensure everyone feels welcome and taken care of.

Every time I take my car for service I receive excellent customer service. Employees are always kind and my car is always in and out pretty quick. This last visit was especially above par. The screen on my radio cracked and I took it in for repair. I received a rental car and while sitting in traffic placed my ring on the dash in order to put lotion on my hands. When I lifted my foot off the gas to inch forward, my ring slid down into the air vent. Being that my wedding is the same week, I was horrified. What’s worse is that I was told they’d have to take the dash off in order to find it. The service manager, Ryan reached out to me and offered to do it at no cost to me. I was so incredibly grateful! After a few hours they found my ring and kept it safe for me. When I went to pick it up, they had it tied to a bottle of wine they gifted me as a wedding gift. Everyone kept offering me apologies as if they had somehow caused the problem when I’m reality I felt so badly that they had to do all of this extra work. I am so grateful and will absolutely continue to go to this dealership for all future needs.

We have been SO IMPRESSED by the treatment we received at Frank Kent — with both the purchase of our new Cadillac and the service department there (after I had a small mishap)! We just moved here from California and the entire experience was so refreshing, compared to the hard sales and slow service we were used to. We’ll never go anywhere else after this!
Horrible. Received recall notice. Called them to make appointment. Part not in stock, but will be next week. Made appointment for well after part would be in stock. Recd multiple reminders about appointment. When checking in for appointment, they asked ME if the part was in stock. After an hour in the waiting area, they tell me they did not have the part. Nice.
Another great experience. Making the appointment was easy. It was immediately confirmed by email and later by phone. After the vehicle was assessed. I made decisions on the recommended service and was quoted a price and expected completion time. The car was ready when promised. No surprises on the bill. It was perfectly clean. What else can you ask for?
I was really excited to drive an hour out of my way to buy a car, I figured that I was really going to get great service, boy was I wrong. I already had financing before my wife and I went to look, we already had a car in mind as well. So lets start with my one positive about this experience, My sales person was amazing, she went above and beyond her ability to help us. She was great. So next we drove the car and found a few issues that we wanted fixed, nothing crazy, just a sunroof that rattles and still does after the dealership having my car multiple time, the door panel started falling off which was fixed and a piece of wood stuck in the front tire that put me out 300 dollars in the first 3 days of having the car and all this after going through a certified inspection that I dont believe happened. I was told I would get a check for my tire ( I did not), I was told the sunroof was fixed ( it is not). Next we spoke to the finance manager who was the rudest person we met all day. He seemed to hate his job and spoke to us like we was not good enough to be in the store. I spoke to several managers one would never return my call after he seem very concerned with the issues we were having, the next person was the general manager who said he had some of the same issues with his car. He had the car looked at again and still nothing was fixed. They used marker to cover scratches, that came off the first wash. over all this has been by far the worst experience of my (our) car buying experiences. I will Never go back or recommend this place to anyone, they have the worst customer service and if your not buying new they really could careless to help you. I had to give one star to post this.
I have been to this dealership 3 times for an overheating problem. The first time said it was a radiator hose which was $300 out my pocket and it still was over heating. Second time they said it was a fan. I had to spend $50 cause the fan was under warranty. The third time which was not even a week ago they said it was a thermostat which lucky I didn’t have to come out of pocket at all but now it’s still over heating. The service I’ve been receiving as been terrible. The times my car has been in the shop I’ve had to wait a least a week for a loaner. I’m not a mean person but I’m fed up with the service I’ve been getting!
My experience at Frank Kent was amazing. I wanted my first time to be on my terms and just look at which vehicle I wanted. Nick Bieghler was great!! He answered all my questions even the silly ones and did not rush me or pressure me. I was very pleased with Nick, his knowledge and his courtesy.
Came in for an oil change and transmission flush. Was set right up with no hesitations. Was given an expectation on pricing and time frame of completion. My loyalty is with Frank Kent Cadillac because I feel like the organization is honest when serving the consumer (good or bad issues) and has the best service center deals. Ron Evans is my go-to guy on every visit for over 13 yrs now. He has an organic personality and always helpful in answering all my questions.
I took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. I also asked them to look at a nail in the tire. I received a phone call stating that a new tire was needed and was quoted $224. He said the nail was too close to the side wall. I had purchased those tires a year ago from Frank Kent. I picked up the vehicle and took it to Discount Tire. There I was told that it was not too close to the sidewall for repair, however that it was actually a screw that had not punctured all the way through the tire. He removed a tiny screw, and the tire did not even need a plug. So either the technician at Frank Kent does not know what he is doing, or the service advisor is recommending unnecessary services. I spoke to the service manager who was not concerned at all and thought it was handled appropriately.

2022-06-22Purchase my 2022 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership and honestly it was a pleasure!!We were able to special order our vehicle as we wanted and received our vehicle sooner than the time frame they had given us. We got our vehicles with in 3 months.Our sale guy was John. We currently live in West Texas so everything was done over the phone, he made sure the purchased went smooth.When we event to pick up the vehicle papers were ready to be sign and we’ll as the vehicle with the big red bow I had requested truly make you feel special.John then introduce us to Delivery Coordinator Irma, just when I thought It couldn’t get better it did! She is amazing she takes her time and explained every single detail in your vehicle. A week later I had some questions about my vehicle called her and she was so sweet even called me FaceTime to help me with my issue. Later on I had more questions text her after hours to her personal phone and she was so sweet ready to help. Definitely another level of customer service.

2022-04-17We just bought a new beautiful CT4 and cannot be happier with the value and service we received. We fully expected to have to wait a few months for what we wanted, but Dalton and Sara made us pretty good deal we couldnt turn down on a better equipped model they had in stock. After a relatively pain free trip through finance, Irma showed us how to work everything and was awesome and super helpful. The whole experience was great. We will definitely buy here again!

2022-04-12I have been purchasing from Frank Kent for over 10 years now (since 2012). I only deal with Cory Session when I get ready to purchase a vehicle. All my friends and family have been referred to Cory by me personally. We have already purchased 18 cars altogether and are getting ready to purchase number 19. He is full of honesty and integrity and am in awe with how much time he devotes to his customers in and out of the dealership. He gives nothing but exceptional customer service. There’s been several times where he has gone above and beyond for my family and I. He has even brought me gas personally when I couldn’t get road side assistance to come to the rescue while my newborn child and I were stranded. You can’t get better than this!!! He is the real deal!! I can go on and on about how great he is but ultimately you will have to find out for yourself! Take my word for it though - he is a guaranteed gem and you will not regret coming to him. Plus he always seems to work miracles with any car needs I’ve ever presented him with. 2022-04-14One of my main reasons for going back to Frank Kent is their service, it’s nice to be greeted with a smile and upon exit, the smile remains. I sincerely appreciate that. Being a woman not knowing a lot about issues with my car, I trust them for truth, their knowledge and expertise. So that I do not feel like I am being taken advantage of. Again, I really appreciate good customer service.

2022-07-19In the last two weeks, I’ve been to approximately 10 different dealerships and test-drove many cars. Frank Kent Cadillac in Fort Worth is my very favorite. I’m not an easy car buyer and always have tons of questions. If you need a good honest deal with no pressure, go see Jamie! He has the most patience of anyone I know. I also enjoyed working with John in finance. Both gentlemen were top notch! I will definitely be back in future.
