The experience I had was absolute garbage I placed my order everything is just fine and I got a burger fries and cheese curds she hands me my food and forgot to hand me my drink and then once I get my food I realize that I don’t have one of my items so then I go back around to the drive-through to get my items and then they just hand me a whole Nother bag with everything supposedly that I asked for so now I have two bags that have burgers and fries and one with cheese curd and then she also messed up my drink this Freddys is absolutely terrible they don’t pay attention they laughed and giggled the whole entire time I would rather drive 10 to 15 minutes to go to the Freddys off of William D Fitch before I ever go to this Bryan whenever again

This place has the best shakes! The burgers are always good, I had the chicken sandwich (for the 1st time) and it was okay, not bad but I guess I like the burgers more.
This is a nice place to relax and enjoy a good meal with family and its set up like a modern 1950s diner. Theres a lady that announces your order on a loud speaker, and I didnt particularly like this at first. If youre like me and usually skeptical when burgers are on the menu, this is not the place to do that. The burgers are VERY juicy and have nice crispy edges. I thoroughly enjoyed mine! The fries could be thicker, but that was my only negative as far as food.
Tables were dirty and dining room wasnt even busy. Food was ok. I didnt know the burgers automatically come with pickles so that was yucky for me.. and the guy taking our order didnt really care to be there so its not like he wanted to answer any questions I had either. Overall not wonderful but not the worst.
Its ok. Burger patties are hammered out super thin. Kinda a fun break from all the other places. Shoestring fries are excellent. Always crispy. The tables hadnt been wiped down, so thats a strike. Place was moderately busy and looked to be well staffed, I didnt see a really good reason for the lack of cleanliness. Maybe an off time. This is not a regular stop for me, but I would go back.
The burgers were very diffrent from what Im used to nice change and the root beer float was super refreshing on a hot day loved it 😋
It’s one of our go to places after watching a movie. Everything is freshly prepared and the custard is heavenly. I personally love the brownie delight. Food coma soon to follow.

I cant honestly evaluate anything except the burgers and all I can say is they are better than going hungry but just barely.
I ordered 2 combos with fries and I only received 1 fry when I got home and realized it was too late. I also asked for Jalapeño fry sauce and when I asked the drive through lady rolled her eyes and practically threw it to me. If I go back I’ll definitely be checking before I head home.
The floors were sticky as were the tables. Food was good but not very clean
Hamburger was overcooked and dry, no lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc. I asked for no onions. They gave me no on everything. Frys are thin and crunchy like shoe string potatoes. I cannot recommend at all. I wont go again.
Meat is a little on the thin side, as a matter of fact its so thin its only got one side ! But tasty
Yall are the slowest fast food place in BCS very upset waited in drive threw for 20 mintues and was next behind a car that never moved its always like this people do have to work and only have 1 hour lunch break. Smh never going back rate yall -100.

Amazing as always! My mother in law had never been here, so......we had chicken sandwich , freddys original w/cheese and a patty melt. One had fries and the others had FRIED CHEESE CURDS!!!!( if you havent had them yet, I HIGHLY recommend them!) Our food was awesome and we topped it off with a concrete and milkshakes. it was all delicious and as always, we will be back. Mother in law RAVED about the steak burger and stated she will return with or without us! Lol

Ive been to a few Freddys locations, I was impressed with the cleanliness of both the dining area and the bathroom. The ice cream was ready in seconds, and it tasted great!! I always recommend the brownie custard either in sundae or concrete, and the dirt n worms is also a good option.
Great food but unfortunately you close at 4pm? I get off work at 5-6 and me and my dog love going through the drive through I have no idea why you arent open during dinner time.

Dear Freddys, while I appreciate your smashing the hamburger patties thin to get a little light crunch on the very edges, I believe you are going a bit too far now. Your patty thickness is very very thin throughout the entire patty cause this weird tasting foamy froth to come out of the patty. Keep them a little thicker to avoid that oddity. Thanks
Great fast food. A little pricier than most but well worth it. Their patty melts are the best around! I honestly can say their French fries are the best fries I’ve ever had. Probably half the size of a McDonald’s fry and a little crispier!
My first time to Freddys, and I will go back. Once you walk in you order at the counter and the menu board is full of yummy goodies. Restroom was clean and seating area is nicely setup for small to larger groups. Once the food is ready your number will be called and they do have specialty sauces from normal to spicy. Very yummy hamburger I had and the fries (skinny version compared to other spots) was right on! We were a party of 6 and no complaints. Thanks Freddys

The food was fresh, tasty, and the root beer soft drink was awesome!I ate the Chicago dog fully loaded with grilled onions extra grilled onions, lol, and Miss Susie had the patty melt! Deliciousness with a capital D so glad to see this part of our service and workers back getting to do some work and dine in. Thank you all very much for an excellent meal after successful day surgery. You guys are awesome yeah I know I say that word too much but its the truth. May you prosper and be in health all of you.

I went there and they didnt put any lettuce, tomato, cheese etc. You expect to put something on your hamburger. They put mustard and thats it
Im not the biggest fan of their burgers or shoe string fries, but theyre fine. The custard is awesome though, and I like the cakes. The locations in my area are well kept and clean with good staff. We really like the music that plays, and we always end up singing along.
I have spent nearly 28 years looking for a certain authentic tasting butterscotch ice cream I enjoyed as a child. I would spend a few minutes every new grocery store my wife and I went, just looking for butterscotch swirl ice cream. She knew how fond I was of this ice cream and the memories that made it great. I have found a few kinds of butterscotch candy ice creams but never a butterscotch swirl like the Swan trucks use to carry in my youthShe finally found it, here at Freddys! They have a butterscotch syrup that when mixed with their vanilla is the perfect butterscotch swirl that I remember. Super awesome, I will be going here regularly.
Its simple. Service was great and attentive. Went through the drive through, ordered some burgers and shakes. Delicious all around, especially the shakes! Got lettuce wrap burgers and they were yummy. Nothing was missing. Been to this location and the one at tower point. Never disappointed.

Super friendly staff. fast service.butthe food was barely warm when they put it on the table. I was there as it came out. the food didnt taste bad. but it was room temp.we also ordered a Sunday. it cost 4$ for the smallest turtle sunday. it was brought to us half melted. it was a mess of melted ice cream. definitely not worth the money. nevertheless the building was clean. the bathroom was spotless. and it was only .50 to upgrade to onion rings.
4 stars because it is a fast food restaurant. But dont let that deter you, the food is really good. One of my favorite burgers. I really like their steakburgers and their onion rings are some of the best around. Also like that they now have jalapeno fry sauce. Dont forget their frozen custard...I always get a malt. Nothing not to like here and recommend you give it a try.
One of my favorite burger joints. They make the burgers just like I like them. I usually just get a single meat burger so I can eat the shoestring fries. I LOVE the fry sauce! I usually doctor mine up with extra pepper. I get bottles to take home, too, along with their burger and fry seasoning. And then theres dessert! The custard is so smooth and creamy. Service is friendly and fast. Gluten free buns available.
Great burger, I ordered a double with cheese and bacon. It was cooked properly and had a nice crunchy edge. I also had a sweet tea. My habit for tea is half sweet and half not sweet. That is required here because the tea was super sweet. I enjoyed the informational wall displays about the original owner.
Good hot food that was put together quickly. We really appreciated the staff wearing masks and the manager took good care of us when there were some small issues. This location is one of our favorites to visit.
Love their custard. It was my first time trying them and everything was good. The steak burger was delicious and the fried white cheddar is okay but the building is clean and the service is great. Would definitely recommend.
The food was delicious and hot. The employees were nice, but they may have an issue hearing well through their speaker because they didnt get our order 100% correct. We repeated things a few times and they still missed a little.
Its about as good as fast food gets. Their fries are hit or miss, sometimes theyre too seasoned, sometimes not enough. My burger is always dry. I may have to try their desert and dub it a better place for that.

Initially got a burger and ordered a custard on hold. Burger was delivered fast and tasted great. Went to go get my custard ready and waited. 20 minutes passed and I see half the employees in the front counter goofing around and lifting each other up. I was too irritated to go tell them the order they missed and left especially since I was going to be late for work. Never had a bad experience like this at the Freddys in round rock.

I am disappointed not gonna lie... the food was sufficient however... i expected more and that is my bad. Very nice people however they could have done better like asking if we wanted condiments and giving us napkins (we did not get any napkins).
Delicious desserts, hotdog, desserts, oh, and desserts😍 WONDERFUL customer service, and a pretty short wait time too. We came in around 11, and only a few other tables were filled. I would come back here any day. It was way better than my most recent steak n’ shake.
Good burgers, shoestring fries, fry sauce, hot dogs, custard and more. Order & pay for your custard with your meal, theyll hold the order till youre done eating. Family friendly, kid friendly. An atmosphere thats jubilant with pop music on the radio, not a place for a quiet meal or dessert.
I havent eaten Freddys in what I now have to admit is far too long! The burger was amazing but the fries were a little too salty.
All I have to say is that I drive an hour for their cheese curds!

Always great customer service. Very sweet employees. I absolutely love the fry sauce. It goes good on anything and everything. I will be back for more. Maybe try some desserts next time.

This place used to be well run however recently it has not meet expectations. They dont open at posted hours, which is frustrating when you are on a time crunch. Additionally we waited in line for 20 minutes for one cashier to try to handle a large party on another occasion. This was frustrating because there were multiple other employees doing nothing. Talking to each other or just milling around. Unfortunately here you seem to be on freddys time. Also when we asked the cashier to open another register, we were told you just have to wait when we have large parties.

I love Freddys. BUT, I went and ordered a 3-piece chicken tender meal only to receive just 2 chicken tenders. I am what you might call a partial vegetarian, so when I decided to eat chicken, I was very disappointed to not get what I ordered. Sorry.
I just ate here, and they give you so many fries!! The custard is very thick, too. They have great service, and all of their food is the best quality, and tastes great. I very much recommend that you eat here!
Overcooked dry burger, onion rings were really overcooked almost burnt. We are from out of town not sure if this was a bad night but not a fan.
Freddys food is always really good when we get it and the employees are for the most part nice (Ive only had one issue). I have never eaten any of the desserts so decided to order one today. I ordered the pumpkin pie custard. The sign read that it has pumpkin pie pieces in it. Well mine did not. It had a hint of pumpkin pie flavor but couldve had much more, it tasted more like vanilla custard with cinnamon. Wouldve tasted better with nutmeg. A little disappointed.

Love, love, love their steak burgers and hot dogs, but while I enjoy those delicious items I cant leave without getting a dose of their frozen custard ... pure heaven I say! Fortunately, I wont have to drive all the way to Bryan-College Station to get my fix as the Waco area (only 55 miles away) has opened up two locations. Frozen custard, here I come!!! Oh yeah, dont forget to try the Freddies sauce to dip your fries in and while youre at at grab a bottle of their burger seasoning to cook with at home on the grill. Great place to sit and dine. Kind of has a 50s drive-in feel to it and a little local lore on the walls.
The frozen custard is delicious. The burgers and onion rings are good. The fries are normal thin cut fries. They have a really good fry sauce. Sometimes the food is a bit too salty but other than that it is pretty good.

Burgers are made fresh and love the amount of show string fries the give you with your order. The custard is great and the custard sandwiches are a must at $0.99 with your meal purchase. Great place to take kids.
I went through the drive-thru and there were no problems. I ordered a burger with fries and a chocolate custard with oreo on top. The steak burger is very salty, but it was pretty good. The fries are thinner (like shoestrings) than I thought they would be. The custard is good, but rich.
Great food that is made pretty quickly! The store was not very clean - we had to clean our own table and the concretes werent as dense as they usually are, but still worth the trip!

Bruh. This place fired me after four days for saying hurry up it’s cold to my trainer, who is constantly talking really badly about the managers to her coworkers.I literally just cried for three hours, because I put so much effort into understanding what was going on. Apparently, I had a bad attitude when really I was just trying to learn.Whether you eat here or not, just know that the people who make your food aren’t reliable or good people.
The French fries were good and fresh customer service was very friendly but the Burger was not as good as I thought it should be.
Get the pumpkin concrete if they have it....and you like sweet potatoes or pumpkin pie.
If your in the area stop at Freddy’s... they seriously went over and beyond customer service... so kind and it was so Refreshing... I truly enjoyed the service and my food was awesome... Jeff the asst. manager seriously took great care of us and I’m truly greatful! I will definitely be back!

I go by Freddys often, almost once a week. I Love it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Always willing to chat. One of the first times I ate there, I had had a terrible day. The guy at the register noticed this and got me a free shake on him. Things like that are whats so great about freddys.
Freddys....I dont see or taste anything different. Just another burger place. I really do not like their shoe string style fries either. Might as well go buy a can of shoe string potato sticks. Blah.
My wifes favorite frozen dessert is a Chocolate Concrete with M&Ms. Hamburgers always good but my favorite is the Party Melt but you have to like The Bread.
Good food for the money. If you decide to go, avoid the drive thru at all costs. I havent figured out how it takes so long to get your food because its always quick dining in. A 15-20 minute wait is not uncommon.

It’s good, however the manager was a bit rude to one of the trainees. After the trainee got done with my order her manager had cut her off and told her what to do rudely... Despite that, the food was excellent. I ordered the single patty original freddy’s Burger!
I have had bacon sliced thicker and not as crisp as their so called steak burger meat. Told manager not happy response was sorry go to What a burger. Never spend a dime there again. Nor will the 8 others that was in there with me.

Well this was my first time at Freddys i was a little disappointed first the person taking my order in the drive thru was rushing me to order and she kept saying will that complete your order i think if i was done i would let her know and second i order the all beef hot dog and they gave me a cold hot dog with hot bread i may go back just to see if it was just the people working the night shift
Terrible place to work at . Co workers are kids and very immature and the managers are scared to speak up they just laugh. So if you like battling your co workers everyday this gig is for you.

Just got a plain vanilla custard dish. Still very good. Completely hit the spot.

2022-03-25Update: I filled out the survey before this review, and also a 2nd time after Freddys replied to this review (as they requested). I have not received a response. Reaching out to customers on bad reviews must be just for show.First time trying Freddys after hearing about their amazing custard.The employee said they ran out so it would take a while to make more. Which I had no problem waiting the extra 10-15 mins. I was excited!Once I received my togo order, I headed home. Sadly, I opened the container to find barely any ice cream. It was almost entirely toppings. They added extra brownies and whipped cream to try and fill the empty space. I probably got 4-5 spoons of custard in the large bowl.I sent a picture and note to the Freddys website like they suggested in other reviews but no one has responded. I feel cheated out of an almost $8 large ice cream. -- It tasted great though.(Picture shows after i ate one of the 3 massive brownies. There is just a pool of watery whipped cream but almost no custard.)

2022-04-06I love burgers. Its true. I like Freddys unique style of burger occasionally because it has different texture and flavor than others. I also like their fries. This Freddys is no different. They provided great food quickly. It was a nice stop on our trip.

2022-02-23Like any fast food establishment, mistakes have been made. Like completely leaving out my wifes meal at the drive thru one night and we live 20 minutes away.... I called that night and they offered to comp our next meal as a family. The manager took my name down and said to ask next time we come in. Fast forward 3-4 months. I come in to actually take them up on the offer. The manager tonight could not find my name for such a thing, but honored it as much as she could anyway without any hassle. The food is usually really good and the customer service is solid. Just dont trust the drive thru without checking!

2022-07-02We dont go often but when we go it is always good. We love their frozen custard. The key lime solid is delicious! The people there are always friendly and patient.

2022-03-29I love going to get Ice Cream and Fries here. I have been trying every option for the Sundaes. I suggest that the Brownie one is mixed with vanilla custard instead chocolate so it is a little less sweet.

2022-03-03Theres something about the fries thats just.... extra. Maybe its the jalapeno sauce I drench them in? Anyway, my family is a fan of the custard but I like the regular steakburger & hot dog all the way (no longer a combo meal but, meh) as a quick & filling meal. Healthy? Not really, but tasty? Absolutely! Considering other fast-food places its also a decent value.

2022-03-20I ordered the Bacon Double Cheeseburger. It was great. First time Ive eaten at a Freddys and I was pretty satisfied. The burger was seasoned just right. It actually tasted like a burger I would make at home. I definitely will be going back! 🥓🍔
