I was prepared to purchase a used motorcycle with low mileage from this dealer. They added over $2400 in junk charges to the sales proposal and offered an exorbitant interest rate. After it was all said and done, a bike that was advertised at $8000 turned into $13,000.I walked away.Went across town and bought a similar bike with even less mileage for a much lower price and with a better interest rate.
This will be my third experience with a Freedom Powersports network dealer. I have never had a bad experience with this dealership network. The Hurst location provided a level of service to me and my wife that you simply do not receive much in the digital age of customer service. I made a blind call to our salesman Daniel and explained to him a situation we were dealing with at another dealership in the Houston area. He ended up being able to gain our business and complete a transition with us in a single day. The previous dealership we shipped at took one week to answer the questions that we had and we played more phone and email tag than you would ever want to experience with someone. I look forward to doing future business with this team. Thanks again Daniel and thank you to the team at Freedom Hurst for a such a great experience. 🏍
This is not a bad review, just some information on the place based on my one time experience. They wouldn’t pass my bike for inspection because I didn’t have a license plate light. They are sticklers, they are by the book. So don’t go there expecting them to let you slide by. I went to another dealership that I won’t name and they inspected my bike, they got me in and out within 15 min. That being said I would say that freedom powersports does good work since they are so critical. I ride a yamaha stryker. No love for the fellow yamaha guy.
Very unprofessional staff and prices are outrageous. I have dealt with a couple of the Freedom Powersports locations, almost purchased my 2021 X3 from them until I saw they were charging delivery/setup fees, and while the other locations are not unprofessional, their prices are still ridiculous. There are several dealerships within a reasonable drive that do not gouge with delivery/setup fees like Freedom Powersports does. Do No Recommend.l
I was not able to find any new TTR 125s on a short notice. I finally called Freedom Powersports of Hurst and they had two unassembled in the crate. I ended up speaking with their salesman Cameron. He spoke with the GM and said he would make it happen. I am so grateful for all their hard work so my daughter could have a new dirt bike for her 17th birthday the very next day! Thank you Cameron and Freedom Powersports of Hurst.
After searching for one of the Rare 2020 Yamaha V-Maxs left in existence, we called staff at Freedom powersports and within 3 days they had it on the show room floor, ready for pickup. They not only found the rare Beast, they had it shipped from Ohio. With only a handful of them left we felt so relieved to find a dealer who worked as hard and fast to find what we wanted. Staff was Super Friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Transaction was silky smooth. Best Dealer I had ever had the pleasure of working with. Need a Bike? Freedom Powersports is the place to go.
Service is absolutely poor and unacceptable, but you decide for yourselves. They not only did the longest and worse job ever but they also stole my money. They said that I owed the deductible when I had my bike repaired by them. I paid it to them and then learned they charged me for repairing my Corbin seat which was repaired by another company. When I tried to get my deductible back, they refused to give it to me and the manager wouldnt help. Worse place ever!!!!
Drove all the way from Houston to trade up from my MT09 to a MT10. I could tell talking to them on the phone week prior they were nice genuine people. going through the process was flawless and came out with my dream bike no issues! Kyle is a awesome sales manager and Shaun was a excellent sales guy. Thank you so much Freedom Powersports!
The service has definitely picked up since my first visit. I was asked twice if I needed any help, even though I was in for a helmet, and not a bike. The first visit I was wearing a logo shirt for a bike brand that they didnt sell, and it was 10 minutes before someone spoke to me.The selection of apparel, helmets, and accessories is somewhat limited, as expected, but they had enough for me to try on various brands of helmets.
Ive bought 3 motorcycles from freedom and I have to say the customer service is top notch these guys are very professional but not overboard with it which is nice to be able to joke around whilst making purchases. Also if you get an opportunity to do a demo days I would highly recommend it at this store they will take care of you. Go see the dude Shane Strickland hell take care of ya!
Tracy in service is great. Can’t say same for rest in the service dept. Had my 2021 s1000rr there for two weeks and basically gave me the run around. They claimed BMW would not authorize diagnosis and warranty work. Had to call BMW corporate after I left to get something done. Service couldn’t diagnose the issues I was having. When I picked it up comes with a fault code sheet and by me looking at the full code sheet I was able to figure it out on my own. turns out the throttle housing was broken. Then they charged me for my first service from 3 weeks prior which I paid extra for a service contract that’s supposed to be covered . So to say the least won’t be going back. Disappointed with how it was handled. Shame they did great the first visit .Update 9/24The service manager called and apologized about the treatment and service I received witch I truly appreciated he was a nice man. But unfortunately his actions were ultimately to get me to change my review I’m guessing under direction from his boss or owners. The service contract I have is with Riders advantage not BMW. So the billing issue was a miscommunication. Still the service manager I spoke with did little to make things right with me. It was for me to change the review. He said for training of the staff Still he did nothing to get me to come back to make things right. I’m not sure if I was more disappointed before or after the call. Poor policy for customer retention. Went back to Plano cycle sports where I purchased it and they made things right. And rolled out the red carpet. We’ll worth the 45 min extra drive from where I live !!!!!
I purchased a new 2016 BMW R1200RT from Freedom Powersports in Hurst Texas on 2/19/2016.In my 63 years I have owned my share of motorcycles. This was my first BMW and my first time buying a brand new bike.I have been a mechanic all my life and the last 30 years a certified aircraft mechanic. The 600 mile running-in service was completed at Freedom on 3/1/2016. I completed the 6,000 mile oil change on 10/10/2016.I had the 12,000 mile serviced performed at Freedom on 8/11/2017.This includes.Engine oil and filter.Oil change in rear bevel gear.Check Valve Clearance. *Replace all spark plugs. *Replace air filter.I also had the front tire replaced due to uneven wear. When I picked up the bike the bill was $1,017.51.. for both the service and the new front tire. The labor alone was $650.00. About 4.5 to 5 hours. Invoice # 9812782I was told the spark plugs were removed but not replaced because they looked ok.While driving the 13 miles back home I got to thinking when has any dealer passed up the chance to charge you for something? After getting home I put the bike on the center stand. I could tell the engine oil was changed , there was residual oil running down the side of the engine.I could also tell the bevel gear had been done for the same indication of oil around the drain and the fill plugs. However, when I looked at the valve covers (the valve covers and the spark plugs need to removed to adjust the valves) I could tell they had never been removed!I detailed the bike before I took it in and it was absolutely clean.... Yes, I called the service department, and of course they told me they were sure the valves clearance had been completed.A week later Im in Colorado showing a friend my new bike. I go to show off the radio operating panel and it doesnt work. I removed the side panel and find the cannonplug was not reconnected after the air filter was replaced. Being a maintenance technician myself I hope this is a reflection of one employee and not the dealership.
I live in Missouri and worked over the phone with Shane to buy this 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 650. We conversed through text and some times I felt I had to nag other wise I would not get a response. But I got the bike, its Running great, and I couldnt be more happy with it.
I am so happy I came to this location to buy my brand new helmet. The original helmet that I had picked out was on back order and it seem like it wasnt going to come in anytime soon. The parts department was amazing with helping me pick out a new helmet and keeping in communication with me about the old one. Im happier with the one I have now than the original choice, so to me, I guess it was meant to be lol over all I just want to say these people are great
I had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2018 R1 from Shane that I had been contemplating aquiring over the past month. I was searching across the U.S for the best deal/most reputable dealership I could find as the customer-dealer experience is paramount to me. My local dealership in Austin was sub-par at best in terms of customer service and left a sour taste in my mouth from the get-go. Shane not only beat the other dealers prices I was considering leaning towards but also offered to ship the bike to me for next to no cost.I ultimately ended up driving to Dallas on 11/17 and was greeted just as if I was family. The buying experience was extremely streamlined and everyone made sure I felt right at home. Moreover, having bought quite a few cars/bikes over the years ranging from Porsches to Mustangs and Yamahas to Ducatis I can definitively say Shane and Freedom Powersports are some of the best and most genuine people youll deal with. Transparency is key in making a big investment/purchase and I never felt like I was being treated with anything but respect. If youre in the market for a bike, give these guys a shot!
My experience purchasing my 2022 YZ125 from Tony at Freedom Powersports was great. He was very helpful and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I purchased the bike from out of town and Tony held onto the bike for me and made sure it was loaded safely on the truck for transport.
Very reasonable pricing. Service was much cheaper than the others in the area, even though I have a Honda. They had a sale on tires as well so I was able to get a better tire installed for the same price as the other local shops. Everyone was very knowledgeable and willing to help. Highly recommended!
Customer service a zero. These guys had never waiting an hour never seen me. I told them I had a trade in and was paying cash. Never too me serious I suppose. I saw people coming in and getting served. I will never spend my money in this place. Its like if they were stereotyping me. Or like they were a freaking Benz dealership. Service was a joke at best.
The members & organization of FPH set the standard for customer service in all aspects of their business (Sales/Parts/Maintenance). They are very knowledgeable, patient and determined to meet their customers needs. I never felt any pressure to purchase a bike and they were considerate in answering all my questions…I had a lot of questions. FPH also offers competitive prices in the DFW area.Caitlin Cansler in Parts was especially helpful in navigating and resolving a complicated parts acquisition process for my new motorcycle. She was determined in completing the task and communicated well through the whole process. Thank you Caitlin.Sincerely,Nikhil Kesireddy
Had a really good experience here and salesmen were very informative. The only downfall was really that they had no stock for the Slingshot that we were looking for. I would recommend talking to them but first checking to make sure they had something in stock before you made the trip.
Andrew was very helpful.Process was smooth and fast. And thats the end of the positive things I have to say.I am sure they are great for buying a NEW bike...Avoid them at all costs with a USED bike.I bought a used 2016 Victory Vision Tour from them 3 weeks ago.Bike lasted 15 miles before it broke down.Hey, I get it, used bike... some problems are to be expected. Its why I insist on a warranty (and they include one with the sale).Except they sold me a bike with brake caliper damage (missing pins), which can be dangerous at best... and deadly at worst. There were other issues, but chalk those up to a used bike with questionable maintenance history. So let me try to explain - as I understand it - how this dealer works: They buy cheap bikes, ride them around the parking lot, and if they dont die they sell it. When/if it breaks down they fix it under the extended warranty. This way they can sell junk bikes and then get paid to make them safe.Win/win for them, who cares about the customer or the customers safety. So my bike has now been at this dealer for 2.5 weeks collecting dust while they wait for authorization from the warranty company to fix a bike that should have never been sold in the first place... and the approval process can take 30+ days (30 days for approval, then however long it takes to get parts, plus however long it takes to repair).Oh... and the best part: When I went up to speak to them in person today, the #1 concern of the service advisor was $$. Literally told me that if I took my bike to a different shop how would they get paid for their diagnostic time? And when the person I assume was the service manager got involved, his first comment was to blame me for the brake failure. Make of that what you will.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I drove 7 hours round trip to look at a motorcycle that the sales guy Daniel told me it was a 9.8 on a scale of 1-10. When I 1st got there I talk to the manager Kyle. Daniel shortly after that Daniel drove the motorcycle in the show Room. When I saw there was a light out on the back of it I ask the manager Kyle if he would replace the like and he told me it was as is. When I was looking over the bike I noticed that it had been dropped on both sides I brought this to the tension of Daniel. He looked at me like what do you expect. Then I opened up the saddlebag and water poured out of it. Then I opened up the other saddlebag where the 6 disk CD player was and the guts were taking out of the CD player. I opened up the center consul to find extra boats that had come off of the bike. They were supposed to detail the bike and clean it before I got there the next day. The sales guy Daniel told me he was busy and sold four bikes the day before. I told him I didnt see how that was my problem. Exspecially after I had already sent him a copy of my drivers license. He said he had the paperwork ready and was ready to take my money. And that it would only take a few minutes to wipe the bike down. He told me he would give me time to think about it and what I wanted to do. After I walked out to the truck and came back in I hope heard the manager tell him dont worry about me because there were other people that were interested in the bike. If a bike is a 9.8 on a scale of 1 to 10 you would think that it wouldnt have that much problems. After looking over the bike I noticed it was leaking oil on the floor and the sales guy Daniel told me it was condensation. It didnt take me long to walk out the door I was literally there 10 minutes. I can not see how they sleep at night knowing that people drive 7 hours to look at a bike knowing that the bike was not even safe to drive back. I wish someone would do something about the people they have working over there. They knew I was going to drive that bike back and they were not worried about me or my safety.
I absolutely could not be any happier!! Robert in sales was so friendly and did more than just sell me the most beautiful bike . We became friends in the process! Kyle bell was terrific as well doing all he could to put me on the right bike at the right cost .. I will recommend freedom Powersports in hurst to everybody who mentions anything about buying a new toy. So satisfied with the whole team over there.. such an easy buying experience and I couldn’t be any happier!
I purchased a new BMW R nine T from Jordan at Freedom Powersports Hurst in January 2020. From start to finish the process was quick and easy. Jordan was excellent to deal with, super responsive via text and had the bike ready exactly as agreed on time for pickup. He helped me load it and really was just A+ on the ball the whole time. The dealership has huge inventory and is obviously extremely well run. Matt the business manager and Kyle the sales manager both made what could be a boring process very personable and fun. I had a great time and it’s because these guys love what they do. Thanks y’all I will be back for anything else I decide to get!
I went back and forth between two bikes deciding and discussing prices, the staff was very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. They were never annoyed with me calling multi times asking questions. During the whole process they did not push my to make a sale. Once I decided they were very helpful during the purchasing process with the amount put down and different finance options, if I want to go that route not favoring one or the other just trying to see what was best for me. Trade in value offered on my bike was very fair. Shane thank you for the great purchasing experience I had. I also liked how they just didnt shotgun for a loan they would assess your situation and only do what would come out best for you. I would definitely suggest this dealership as I got fair price on my trade in and great deal on a new bike.
Absolutely hands down the best place to buy a motorcycle!!! Shane helped us find the bike perfect for us. He was very upfront and honest about everything. Shane and Andrew got us our paperwork quickly and made our deal unbeatable!!! If I could give more stars I would. We had a way better experience than we have had at any HD dealership. Come here for great hospitality great prices and beautiful motorcycles!
I purchased a 2018 Polaris Slingshot SLR at this location and it was a great experience from start to finish. The salesman I worked with J-Rod(Jerod) was fantastic, and so was the rest of the team on site the day I purchased. I came to look at a couple models the weekend before and they were hosting a very busy BMW demo event but I was greeted by freedom staff, J-Rod helped me that day, answering questions, and the other staff was awesome as well. I’ve since returned for maintenance and accessories and have never had a problem. If you are in the market for a bike, trike, or jet ski, these guys and gals will absolutely take care of you. I highly recommend.
Ive bought 3 motorcycles from Freedom PowerSports Hurst, a 2011 zx-6r, a 2021 Yamaha R-3, and a 2021 zx-6r. Each and every time I buy a bike I use the team at freedom because I know they will keep the prices fair, and treat me like family. Weather its Camron in sales, the Parts-Princess Caitlin, or the service team with Joe, Tracy, and Stacey. Each and every step of the way I know they have exactly what Im asking for in mind. And go out of their way to go above and beyond to help me get what Im after. Ill always choose freedom over any other motorcycle dealership. Hands down.
Matt- Finance Manger - Great! - Awesome to work with and kept his promise.Jordan- sales person - Great! very helpful nice and to work with.Jennifer - Parts - Great! extremely helpful answered all my questions or found an answer for me.There is another Parts guy that rides a Kawasaki 750 - He is Awesome as well and sold me on even more items for my new motorcycle. Sorry I forgot your name while typing this review!Ryan - service manager - SUCKED Royally!!! - WORST customer service I have had in a long time. I had an appointment for 9 am. I showed up early. I was told 3 hours to get my ordered parts install ( it took about 2 weeks to get them) The parts person Jennifer- myself had made the service department aware that I would be waiting for the parts to be put on at the dealership.2 hours AFTER my appointed time I wanted to see how far they had gotten. - NOWHERE - my bike was just sitting out in the sun. I spoke with Jennifer and she was not happy cause she told them I would be waiting when the parts where ordered and then again when they got all the parts and she made the appointment for me with service.During my 6 hours visit and after my discovery my bike was not getting done EVERYONE at dealership was apologizing EXCEPT the service manger - I did not hear A word from him -- NOTHING.. when I was asked what they could do for me I said how about a pair of free driving gloves.. (50-75 dollar value) Everyone agreed - it should be done and everyone EXCEPT Ryan agreed BUT NOTHING happened. When I went to leave they asked me how I was going to pay for the 3 1/2 hours of service - I again informed it was part of the deal when I purchased the motorcycle. This service manager -Ryan. Should not be involved with customers he SUCKS. No communication skills - NO customer satisfaction skills!!!!Ryan - NEVER said a word to me YET everyone else in the dealership came to me and said we sorry for what happened!!I never got my free gloves even after 6 hours instead of 3 hours that I was told AND 1 piece of my parts was NEVER installed ( not really in their control wrong size bolts sent with parts)YES BUY a motorcycle from Matt and Jordan!Yes buy parts from Jennifer and the parts department.NO do NOT use Ryans service department - YOU will NOT get any communication from him and you WILL be disappointed!
Had work done a few months back. Developed a coolant leak shortly after that. My fault that I didn’t bring it right back. Brought it in a couple or weeks ago, discussed the problem and was quickly told that it was past any warranty. They diagnosed as a loose coolant line that was worn from being loose and would have to be replaced. I pointed out that it wasn’t leaking till they worked on it.Agreed to the repairs, but had them save me the line. Nothing wrong with the line. Got sold parts that I didn’t need for a leak that I’m convinced they caused. Not impressed.
The folks at Freedom Powersports Hurst made buying a pre-owned motorcycle a breeze. I was able to get all details and finalize pricing over the phone. When I arrived and gave the thumbs up, I was out the door in no time even on their busiest day...a Saturday. Highly recommend this location. Thanks Robert for top notch service!!!
Caitlin Cansler has been very helpful in getting parts for my 2012 Super Tenere including finding an original equipment side cover sticker in Florida. She gave me the Florida dealerships contact information and I was able to buy the sticker and get it shipped to my door without a hitch. Thank you Caitlin!
I just purchased my second motorcycle from these guys. The first bike I got I was going to get on cycle trader. I was nervous about dealerships pressuring me to overspend or tacking on hidden fees. However after viewing a few for sale by owner bikes I thought it might be a safer route to go with a dealership so long as I found someone I could trust! I was fortunate to work with Sam in sales. He walked me through the different style bikes and had a good knowledge of each of the models. He was chill and I never felt pressured. I settle on the F800gt. I was planning on walking out and thinking about it but they cut me an amazing no BS deal so i got the bike. It was the absolute perfect bike for me! I owe Sam big for taking such good care of me. In all my life I have never had such a good positive experience with all the staff, maintenance crew... I have never gone to the same place twice for a vehicle because I have always felt a little cheated by the end. Today I went back, met with Sam again, and decided to upgrade to the RnineT. Seriously once again none of the BS that you would expect from a dealership. Straight forward deal, gave me what I wanted for the f800, and cut the best deal they could on my new ride. Even if I move out of Texas I will be purchasing all future motorcycles from this location. I should also Mention Bill... Really nice guy in the finance department. Truly quality service to pair with such a quality bike. Bill told me all about the owners story and I should say it might not be fair to actually label these guys a dealership. The owner started off sweeping floors and loved the business so much he worked his way up to owning one. . Rarely do you hear the staff speak so highly of the owner of a business. I gave him plenty of chances to talk trash but it seems the owner of this place really treats the staff well. Felt more like a family owned shop to me. I highly recommend working with these guys, I feel lucky to have found them! Lastly, I rarely write reviews... I had an experience with freedom power sports Hurst that has left me wanting to share. Happy riding to you all.
At the end of my warranty my rzr began to run sluggish so figured id take it here and let them try and figure it out. My first guess was air, fuel, spark. So i got a new air filter, new plugs and injection cleaner in the tank. I dropped it off and gave them my two spark plugs to put in while running test for compression and whatever else. ( your vehicle is ready for pick up) cant find the issue maybe its bad gas and oil is a little low but we did get your plugs in for you. Also this didnt fall under warranty so that will be 200+ diagnostic fee... this was close to two yrs ago, last week when tearing it apart looking for issue ifound the two plugs i bought in the back of my glove box. So i changed what i was told was replaced and not the issue. Runs great agajn. Again disappointed in this company, even more so then my horrible experiences at 2 other locations.
Bought my First Motorcycle here. Shane from sales was very kind, helpful and he explained all features of bike, got me a good deal and was helpful even after I purchased, whenever I call him for any questions. The parts department is best too !!! Havent done any service yet.Edits :- Being Not a US citizen, I asked several times before running the credit, as whether we need to be a US Citizen to apply for BMW Financial. The Salesman said, No ! Not Necessary and all, and after applying for Finance, they came back telling that I need to be US Citizen of Permanent Resident. !!! Two Hard Checks on my Report :-( Request Salesman to be Aware of this.
The folks here are awesome. Shane was my salesman, he got me more for my trade in than I expected and gave me a great deal on the new bike. I rode all the way from Austin in cold weather to do the trade. I tried dealerships all across the state and they were by far the best deal on a BMW I could find.
I must say that at first my experience was far from stellar. There was some rocks in the road. I can absolutely say now that with out a doubt these are my guys. So much that when my brother was in the market for a BMW S1000RR, I forced him to back out of a deal with another dealer to work with Freedom on purchasing his new BMW. I have bought two bikes now from these guys. A HUGE shout out to Chase, the district manager, for meeting my needs and FAR exceeding my expectations. As well as my brothers. Chase is a stand up guy and is an asset to this company. Most importantly if you need the greatest salesman on the planet to facilitate your deal, please look no further than Toni. He is currently at the Fort Worth location and can facilitate your deal at that location even if the bike is at another location. Trust, me you will not regret working with him. He will be my guy for life for sure. The management staff at both the Hurst and Fort Worth locations are solid and top notch. Wish I could give a 10 star rating.
I brought in a Suzuki DR 650 I had just bought from an individual. It was leaking fuel at the carb (needle and seat issue or dirt in carb). I dropped it off, after two weeks, I got a call and estimate on repair. Then they ordered the wrong carb kit, so another two week goes by. It was there over a month. Im glad its not my daily rider. When i got it home it ran poorly, backfiring and poping back thru the carb air cleaner.. I found the exhaust header bolts loose. I would think somebody would test ride after a repair. Any way I tightened the exhaust bolts and it ran fine. I wouldnt recommend the service department at the Hurst location.
Very pleasant purchasing experience. My sales representative, Shane, is extremely knowledgeable on BMWs entire product line. Amongst a bewildering array of many great choices, Shanes expertise helped me pick the perfect bike without any pressure whatsoever. I will definitely be returning when the 2019 R 1200 RS hits Freedom PowerSports immaculate showroom. Further, the few times that my other BMWs have needed parts or repair, Freedoms Service Department and technicians have been top notch. Thank you!
Just wanted to Thank Chase at Freedom Powersports Hurst for a smooth transaction. We worked all the details out over the phone to include pricing. He found me a brand new bike still in the crate! I showed up as scheduled, got a cup of coffee and was quickly referred to Bill (did a great job) who had the paperwork ready to sign and we were in/out very quickly. The price was exactly as discussed with no surprises. The bike was showroom clean with 1 mile. The staff was friendly and immediately present to help unload my trade and load my new bike (trailered so I can break it in correctly). Thanks Chase for a great purchase experience.
Looking for my first bike and have been to a few less then helpful places. So I stop by Freedom in Hurst and have to say this place was great! They had a great selection and Shane answered all my questions. I felt like I was given the knowledge to make my own decision and being told what to do. Definitely will bring my business here!
Keri has been awesome since the get go. Was very informative about what was available. Did not try to push me into buying anything and went above and beyond my expectations! Definitely a great buying experience and I absolutely love my 2016 R1!! Keri made sure everything went smoothly and kept my up to date on the progress during the week prior to me picking up my bike. Very glad I choose to shop at Freedom Powersports and very fortunate I got to work with Keri. Everyone else on the team is very friendly and its a very laid back atmosphere. Never once did I feel pressured to buy and that is one of the key factors into how they earned my business. Thanks again Keri and everyone else at Freedom!
I am a Yamaha guy. Have actually bought 4 from this specific place. I have been told by the service department that the last two have been the ones with the most mileage out all the bikes being brought for service. I usually buy the Platinum Service, because it saves me a good amount of money in the services performed. Personnel at this dealership are respectful, professional, yet friendly. They DO provide what is known as Texas friendly service. Would buy another bike from them.
Great service and attentive approach from this dealership. Keri Q was a great sales rep who answered my questions, and was consistently forthright and low key. I never felt pressured to buy a bike. Attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. If she didn’t have an immediate answer to a question, she found it and gave it to me. I’m very impressed with this dealership and the staff. Friendly, courteous, and fair. It’s a winning combination. Thank you.
I wanted to share my experience with Freedom Powersports in Hurst TexasI just purchased a BMW K1600 B from Hurst Powersports and worked with Shane - fantastic experience.Zero high pressure sales tacticsShane was able to beat local competitors on the price of the bike’s out the door cost.Shane’s knowledge of the model features, and up front honesty in regards to the BMW recall coupled with his can do customer attitude speaks volumes not only about the man but just as importantly about the dealership he represents.I would not hesitate recommending Shane Stricklin or Freedom Powersports in Hurst Texas to friends or family.
This shop and its people are absolutely fantastic! It is a wonderful environment, clean, organized, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. They went out of their way to help me find the exact bike that I wanted and succeeded. I got more than I was expecting in all aspects. I definitely plan on making this my new bike shop home and recommend to all of my friends and family. You will NOT be disappointed if you stop by.
Shane went above and beyond the call to make sure everything went smoothly. I flew into Dallas and he proved a Lyft immediately to get me to the dealership as quickly and drama-free as possible. He addressed my every concern and gave me a complete overview of the bike. It was my best BMW experience ever. The ride back to San Antonio was the most comfortable one Ive ever had. This Grand America is actually a sport bike disguised as a tourer. I would buy from Shane again any day!
Bought a new side by side this past weekend from Jordan, and cannot say enough about how helpful he was and how smooth the purchase process went. Jordan went above and beyond to find what I wanted and make sure any questions I had were thoroughly answered. My YXZ 1000R was delivered promptly from another location and official delivery was a breeze. Matt in finance made sure the paperwork process was handled quickly and efficiently as well, the products we added to our purchase were easy and benefits of said products were explained in depth prior to the official signing of paperwork. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JORDAN AND MATT! Thank you guys for being so great!
Picked up my brand new R1 from these guys and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Toni Carreon was the sales rep that helped me and he did a wonderful job. I went to a sister shop of Freedom before going to Hurst and I just felt that Toni had the passion to go the extra mile for my satisfaction. Not just Toni, but the rest of the team did a great job of welcoming my family and I to make us feel more comfortable. Great shop, great experience, and great people. What more could you ask for? Will definitely be back! Thanks Freedom PowerSports Hurst
Stopped in today to look at making a switch to a sport bike from my cruiser. The Salesman John Brusch was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the bikes I was looking at and if he didnt have an immediate answer to a question I had, he made sure to find out for me. They have a great selection of new and used bikes and the staff are very friendly and personable.
Terrible experience - NEVER MOREIve scheduled a 36k maintenance, but on site the execute a 6k service, even reading the odometer and filling the Riders Manual with correct mileage.WORST: I was charged for 2,5 hours service, but I arrived at 2PM and at 3:45 I pay the extortion bill, much less than 2h. They didnt even lubricate my chain. They just changed oil, I guess. Im feeling stolen.
I purchased a used BMW motorcycle at a very competitive price from the Freedom Powersports Team of Hurst, TX. Like anything used it had a very issues I discovered have lengthy rides. Nick the sales manager did an amazing job to correct any issues. Most dealers simply wouldn’t offer this amazing after the sale service! I will be back! Thanks Freedom team!
Would warn anybody about the service department at Freedom. Went in for warranty work and after over 2 months, Im still waiting to hear back from the dealership for a $20 part. The service and attitude from them is disgraceful at best. They prefer to take the side of the manufacturer over the customer. Huge warning dont spend your hard earned money at a place that has zero respect for its customers.
I bought a BMW C 400 X from Freedom Powersports Hurst last week. In the begining, I have call several BMW Dealers in Texas and Arizona to get quotations. Mr. Daniel Zettina get my phone call and ask me some questions about my needs, and answer my questions immediately. Then he immediately send me a quotation invoice through the email with very clear details. Compare to other dealers, his services and efficiency impressed me. After few days, I decide to buy the motorcycle from Freedom Powersports. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and distance inconveniences, Mr. Zettina helps me to find a shipping company to ship my motorcycle to home at El Paso, TX in the same week. Now, I enjoy going to work with my BMW C 400 X instead of my second vehicle! I really love BMWs awesome design and the safety feature for riders. I strongly recommend Freedom Powersports and their staffs to people who are planning to buy your first motorcycle or get another motorcycles. Especially, I really appreciate Mr. Zettinas professional and efficient services. I am planning to upgrade my motorcycle in few years later and will be back here to purchase again!
Amazing customer service at this location!!The staff there is amazing.... especially Mr. Nick and Shane. Both made sure I was happy with my purchase and continues to check in to make sure I am satisfied. Shane is very patient and helpful. Any questions or concerns I had he was able to take care of them quickly. Both my wife and I enjoyed working with him. What an awesome employee!!!!
For Suzuki parts and accessories, the Hurst location acts as the local hub. When I ordered new rings for my Katana, I was able to pick them up on Saturday by making the shirt trip to Hurst, instead of waiting until Tuesday for delivery to the Fort Worth location.I was greeted as soon as I entered, and again as I approached the parts counter. Having received notice from Ft Worth FPS, they had it ready and in my hands with no wait or hassle.
I took my 2017 FZ-09 in for service and had them check some things out because is would not start. It turns out it was just a few fuses. But I opted to go ahead and get a full service done on the bike. Now 2017 FZ-09 has a very sensitive throttle in A mode. Well I always rode in B mode because I almost crashed a few times due to the sensitive throttle response in A mode.Well when I got the bike back I did notice that felt a little different. I half way expected it to be in B (baby) mode as it seemed the response was little slow which is what B mode does. But I looked down and its on A mode. But all the A mode power was there. So kudos to the mechanic who saw that a known issue was still there and fixed it. Now I can ride in A mode and not be scared of the throttle response. Thanks Mr. Mechanic!!!Cody Leaf
Not a good experience for me at all..when I showed interest in buying the bike Im getting calls and text daily but once I purchased the bike but requested a few things be done to it before I took it off the lot the quick responses to casks and text wasnt so quick..i wanted to get the rear seat key entry replaced because it was damaged when the previous owner dropped it. If I wouldnt have mentioned it they were gonna sell it to me as is. And when I brought it up they tried to tell me it was gonna cost me to get it fixed smh..so they decided I guess to do me a solid by fixing it themselves .I said we if I cant at least get that fixed and a full tank I dont want the bike. So 10 minutes after leaving the store a salesman called me and said I tell you what Im gonna pay the 250$ for this part outta my own pocket to get this fixed 🤷♂️lol I said ooook but even after that it took 2 weeks before I could actually go and pick the bike up.. after getting the bike home after having ut 3 days I check the oil and its completely black so now Im like ok they said they serviced the bike for me during this 2week wait for the part but apparently not the oil. And last but not least the stator cover was cracked which I saw before buying but after riding for 3 days it started to leak and thats pretty much where I am now. So Im gonna call them back and see what they say about it
I was in the market to by ATVs and/or motorcycles for my family and decided to start shipping at Freedom Powersports of Hurst. The experience and service was so good, I bought 4 ATVs and a motorcycle from them my first day of shopping. The salesperson, Travis was extremely helpful with selecting the best vehicle for each of us. Jeremy in the parts department worked with our 3 daughters to find the right size and more importantly color helmet and goggles. I met Cody to negotiate the price and finalize the deal. I felt I got the best deal possible and he has continued to follow up with me to make sure everything is going ok. Before leaving I met Mark in the service department who gave me tips on how to maintain each vehicle. He also offered assistance whenever I need it. I will be taking everything to him for service. Finally, Travis and James (who built 2 ATVS for us while we were shopping) loaded up all the vehicles and drove them to my house in North Keller after the store had closed. The experience was better than I could have asked for and I would recommend anyone in the market for recreational vehicle go to Freedom in Hurst. My family and I greatly appreciate the experience.
Recently purchased a used Super Ténéré from this dealship. I had to make arrangements over the phone as I live over 4 hours away from the dealership. The people were friendly, information was accurate, and the process transparent. The sales person I worked with, Cyrus, was available, patient, and answered my questions promptly and clearly. He worked with me to get a price within my budget, and did not pressure me to purchase additional items I did not need, such as a service contract.Upon arriving, when the battery turned out to be a dud on the bike, it was replaced with no additional fees. I was allowed to take the bike for a reasonably long test ride, allowing me to get a feel for it. I was offered the same amount quoted over the phone for my trade in after it was inspected; I had maintained my old bike in reasonable condition, but it did show signs it was dropped.Upon deciding to purchase, the service department took over. Kirk went over the service interval details. We then did a walk around the bike to point out and explain some features. He worked with me to figure out even relatively simple things as how to remove the saddle bags. He even tried to figure out some of the non-oem parts, such as the gps. He was always certain to give me time to ask questions.Financing the bike, it got a great rate, and I was in and out of the financing office in under 30 minutes. Due to all the previous work, I had no surprises when I looked over the paperwork. Again, there no pressure to add anything; it felt like a formality. What I wanted going in was a chance for the bike to prove it was worth purchasing at a price already agreed on, and that is what it got.To the staff, tons of thanks!
I had a wonderful experience here!! Such a wide variety of bikes available and the staff is INVESTED in guiding and supporting the process from start to finish, signing the papers to accesorizing and aeeing you on the road. The new guy John came right up to me and was so very friendly and knowledgeable, I’d definitely recommend this location if shopping for a new, or upgraded bike! Tons of riding and bike accessory and they answer ALL mechanical questions regarding the bikes. Love it!!
I came into the store just to get some oil for my Polaris Rzr and ended up talking to Shane about some Yamaha ATV’s. Ended up taking a new Yamaha Raptor home. He was extremely knowledgeable and wasnt pushy at all which was a huge factor in my purchase. No BS pricing and we had a deal within a few minutes. Kyle the Sales Manager worked with Shane to make sure everything was smooth all the way through. Finance was a breeze. All the way around one of the better experiences ive had purchasing a toy.
After researching different dealerships in and out of Texas, I have found that Freedom PowerSports Hurst was the most helpful and price competitive place to go. Chase Vance was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Personally I have not have had anyone try harder to make my buying experience more enjoyable. From trading in my prior motorcycle, to the best interest rate, and willingness to give me the motorcycle that I have always wanted. The Freedom True Dual Exhaust that Matt Huerta had installed looks and sounds amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. Try them out and you will not be disappointed.
Ive had my eye on a new bike for some time now and after being told Suzuki was offering 0% financing on the GSXR I wanted, I decided to go ahead and get it. The financing was quick and easy and the the staff there answered all my questions and offered some great tips and information. I was in and out with my new bike in less than 3 hours. Thanks to Adam, Heather and the rest of the staff for making this buying experience a great one.
Very experienced staff, they know their stuff, and they are all willing to go out of their way to get you the best deal possible. This is exactly why I am a second time returning customer about to make my third purchase. The few people that stand out the most to me so far is Daniel and Dylan, the two salesmen I have worked with, and also Jeff, the parts guy who knows just about everything you need to know or want to know about your bike or the bike you are going to buy. Definitely recommend them over any other dealership around the DFW area for their dedication to their customers.
Very helpful! Sales, service, finance, all of them. Very patient. I live 7 hours away and Ill make that drive to buy more bikes in the future. Nick and Dillan were awesome. Very rarely do you have two different salesmen from two different stores working together to get you going. they both Stayed in communication and made sure I was taken care of.
Everybody at the dealership was polite and helpful. I had a bike to trade in that they gave me a very good trade in price for [ better than any other dealership by far] and I got a good deal on the new Victory Cross Country Ball I bought from them. Best bike buying experience I have had yet.
I have been a customer for over 4 years. Service department has been consistently outstanding. Purchased a 2010 BMW two years ago. Good price, professional and trouble free transaction. Parts department, the same. Knowledgeable and fast on parts orders. All around excellent dealership.
I was on a road trip from Houston on my Vegas, and thanks to the wonderful post-apocalyptic condition of I-35, I found a rather large gap in the road that put a HUGE bubble in the front tire. Unfortunately for me, it happened at 5:45 in the afternoon on a Friday. When I finally found a gas station, I immediately searched for local Victory dealers. Freedom was the closest to where I was. Called at 5 min to close and someone answered the phone. Clayton in service was very helpful, so was the parts guy. I was stuck overnight in Ft Worth since it was so close to closing time, but Clayton assured me they could get it done Saturday morning. I got there at around 9:15...Clayton took all my info and took the bike to the back. It wasnt back there a half an hour and here it comes rolling back up front with a new shoe! I was pleasantly shocked by the turn around time since I had no appointment (just really wanted to get back to Houston). My uncle shops here all the time and trust me, if Im every in the DFW area again, hopefully I can stop by on better terms and want to be there instead of had to be there. 5 start customer service from everyone I talked to. Thanks again
Freedom Powersports, Hurst is a great place to buy a BMW motorcycle. My sales agent, Shane Stricklin, was honest, courteous, knowledgeable and did his best to make the buying experience enjoyable. My new bike was delivered as promised with the accessories I requested. I cant recommend this dealership and Shane highly enough.
Shane is the best! After receiving less than stellar service from our local dealer, we engaged Shane to help us find the Slingshot weve been looking for. Hes super-fast to respond and intuitive to his clients needs. I encourage you to contact him for your cycle needs!
Really nice guys, super helpful right up until they run your credit. Beware that if you let them run your credit they will open a credit card with their Yamaha financing group whether you take a loan offer from them or not. I expressly declined their credit offers and they still opened a card on my behalf without even informing me they had done so. I didnt find out until almost a month later when Credit Karma listed a new account.
I would like to share my experience with the awesome team at Freedom Power Sports. Chase Vance, Darius, Matt, Nick, Caleb, Adam, Patrick, the entire team, hope that I didnt forget any of my brothers, at Freedom has been exceptional. They have been accommodating in meeting my every need. I have had some work done on my new victory vision tour, cam kit, timing gear, tuner and air intake, some paint done on some scratches. Some of the work done required us to be at the shop until 11pm on occasion to finish. The team did not hesitate to be there to see that the job was done, and I might and with a smile. Chase has gone out of his way to get painting done and borrowed parts when needed. I could go on and on. These guys are fantastic. I often find myself answering questions when out and about re: the new bike and would absolutely, recommend to anyone considering a new or used motorcycle, to give these guys a chance to impress.
I was looking for THE 2016 Burgman 650 and found it at Freedom PowerSports. While I usually buy scooters used, I wanted one new, me-only, and with a warranty. This one had 0.4 on the Trip Meter. Nice!Danny was my salesperson who worked with me via phone first on my pricing points and we landed on an offer that was a good fit for me. The bike came with a crate issue that Danny assured me would be taken care of. Heather was very professional in working through the Financing as I came in pre-approved and scored 0% financing.Got to meet Jordan and Mark in Parts/Service and they covered maintenance and answered all my questions.Robert walked us through the paperwork and it was a painless experience...even price matching the Suzuki Extended plan and saved me alot more $$$.Danny thanked us for choosing Freedom and we were as glad to be there as he was for us being there. So, I rode off.....and then...One of the left side panels came off as I turned the corner out of the parking lot. So, back to service I go. Mark was real great to snap pics and add it to the other crate issue so it will get replaced as well. I dont fault Freedom for these two things...I do give them kudos for not even blinking an eye to make it right.Experience was great, staff were friendly and courteous, and the store is well stocked and clean. Cant go wrong if you have the same experience I had.
Just bought a new Suzuki and I couldnt be happier with the bike and people. Bobby was my sales guy and stuck with me for a month while I changed my mind a few times and ultimately found a the right one for me. Heather is the sales manager and worked to source the hard to find bike I was looking for. Service and parts guys are nice and professional. Financing was quick and easy to work with. Theyll be my first stop next time a buy a new bike and I would recommend anyone else to do the same.
First things first. I am a female and a new rider so my anxiety about purchasing a bike has been a tad bit high. I am also in a sales profession and very much dislike sales people. The moment I feel like Im being sold, I shut down. With that being said, I had stopped by several dealerships in the area and did not feel comfortable not only with the staff but also the bikes in inventory and at the price point they were being sold at. I had been looking at bikes for about two months now with zero luck but finally found the perfect bike.I met Darrell Seitz at the Hurst dealership and he was amazing to work with right off the bat. Darrell is very knowledgeable about bikes and his non-pushy, consultative manners made me feel comfortable. I did not buy a bike that day BUT I did come back. His true passion for the industry and having his own dealership one day truly shows.I also had the pleasure of working with Nick Barrow, the the closer. Usually, I dread these people in the auto industry. He was extremely nice and informative. He was very pleasant and had a sense of urgency to answer any of my questions or handle any of my concerns.I would highly recommend Freedom Powersports in Hurst to any of my friends and family. Great job guys! I will be a returning customer.
We went in to see if they had any can am spyders, well they only had one, it looked used. They had a nice selection of bikes and that good stuff. We was greated by a salesman, he was nice. The place was clean and also had a nice selection of slingshots. If they had more spyders we may make a purchase in the future
I received top notch service from Alan at the Hurst Location. He had suggested many different bikes, We test drove a few. I have had Harleys, Hondas, Suzukis, Kawasakis and really did not know exactly what I was looking for next. I ended up on a BMW R1200RT Sport Touring Bike and love it. The dealership has tons of choices and they do a good job of assisting you with your search. Go see Alan if you are looking for a new Motorcycle. You will not regret it.....
If youre looking to make a new or used purchase, THIS IS THE PLACE! Jordan Helm provided exceptional customer service and uniquely demonstrated thorough knowledge of his inventory! Jordans bike recommendation was spot on. He even made sure I rang the victory bell on the way out the door lol. Outstanding service and he has earned himself a repeat customer!
FYI I wouldnt recommend this location spent half a day there to purchase a motorcycle. The manger there handling my loan process didnt know what hes doing. Due to when I ask about any incentives since I was purchasing a bike and he tells me that they dont have any incentives for used bikes. I was purchasing a new bike and he reaction said it all. He didnt even know what I was getting a loan for a new bike. So I told him you just wasted my time, I didnt purchase a bike with them. Very bad business and customer service.
Shane Strickland gave me excellent service. He was very kind and was there too lean on. Loosing one of my legs has made it extremely hard to ride motorcycles again. But it is nice to roll into a place and be treated the same as a two legged customer. Would recommend Shane any day! Referred to me from Sam Reid
My wife and I walked in to the Hurst store and were greeted by Daniel Z -very friendly and professional. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable about the BMW motorcycle we are interested in purchasing. We were just there to try one on for comfort, but Daniel really educated us on the GTL models. Not in a pushy used car salesman way, but very personable. Were hoping to go back in December and take a test ride and complete the purchase. Thanks Daniel!
Do note if you buy a used bike check the basics when you get home. My spark plugs and air cleaner were both filthy. Not hard nor expensive but they dont check them.I got a bike on Thursday 20151120. Bobby was the salesman. Bobby was fantastic really down to earth and didnt pressure me at all. I ended up getting an 05 Yamaha FJR1300. Its 10 years old so it wasnt perfect. The battery ended up giving up the day I bought it and I had to push it and keep trying to start it. Needless to say I brought it back that Saturday and they replaced it free of charge. Fantastic group of individuals. I will say when its time for a new bike I know exactly where I am going. If I could give 10 stars I would. Everyone there deserves a raise no questions asked!
My first visit here was today. I spoke with Mark about BMW service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, even when it was obvious I was not going to be buying anything today. The rest of the dealership was nicely organized and open enough to display a wide variety of the motorcycles they carry. I took a test ride on the Victory Empulse (Impulse?) electric motorcycle which was truly impressive.
Im an owner of a 2018 r6 and just recently my bike was backed into while I was at work, sent it back to the dealership to get quoted for the insurance. A big shout to David and Kevin in service!! They were a big help in answering all my questions and helping me return my bike to brand new!! Also thank you Daniel in sales for doing everything he could to get me on this beauty!!
As an excited new rider who just got his license Friday, I was anxious to test ride a Suzuki Burgman 400. Dylan was more than helpful to set me up with that request. Being pleased with it, I was wanting to buy a new one. But being that time of year where a new one was not available (in between year models), I purchased the used one that I test rode. Still as ecstatic as ever to take it home, I was as heart broken as ever to not have it start the next morning. Fearing the worst with it being several years old and being bought as is, I called Freedom Hurst when they opened. Dylan was not available, so I asked for customer service. Having explained what happened, the representative said hell call me back within 15 minutes, which he did. I was overwhelmed with joy when he told me he was going to send a technician out to my house to install a new battery, at no cost to me! Im so happy with the service I received. They turned a situation that started awful, into an experience that was wonderful! And my Burgman has been running fine since. I will definitely be coming back to Freedom Hurst when Im ready to trade up on my ride!
I left my bike for diagnostic and I camback to get it and it looks like they dont do nothing just by take it a part and they just tell me if they dont do the job they just left all apart and its missing a bolt and they just justify that it was missing orady I wont trust these people to put a hand on my bike I glad that I dont leave my bike for the repair
Short version:I will never give business to Freedom Powersports Hurst or buy a BMW again.Long Version:After some time searching and being a day late on a couple motorcycles I saw Freedom Powersports in Hurst had a BMW G650GS. It was a couple years old, lightly used, really low miles and a reasonable price, exactly what I was looking for. I test rode a couple bikes and eventually bought the G650GS on 5/26/2017. My initial experience at the Hurst dealership was pleasant and the purchase was easy even though they had people walk me around the store and attempt to sell me everything else they had. I didnt enjoy that part at all. Before I bought the bike I saw it in the shop disassembled. I asked the salesman, service manager and mechanic working on it why the previous owner sold it and if there were any mechanical problems. I was told it was sold because the previous owner wanted a side by side and it was in the shop for a little fuel system cleanup after sitting for a while. That all seemed reasonable enough, but it was a lie.Fast forward to 8/22/2017 the last day of the factory warranty. After nearly 200 miles of happy riding (600 miles total) I get on the bike hit the starter button and it turns over but doesnt run. After checking fuses, adding fuel and charging the battery it still wont run. Thats when I noticed the fuel pump was not priming the system, time to call Freedom. I was only on the phone with them long enough for them to tell me there was nothing they were willing to do and I should call BMW. It took BMW a couple days (one of which I was waiting for a truck all day, it never came) to arrange transportation back to Freedom where they would eventually complete a repair under warranty by replacing the fuel pump. It went in to the shop 8/26/2017 and was not finished until 9/22/2017.Then I learned that Freedom had taken advantage of me. While at the service counter I asked for a copy of the service history on the motorcycle, ALWAYS DO THIS ON A USED BIKE BEFORE YOU BUY. It turns out that this particular problem had happened three times before. In 600 miles this bike had had 4 fuel pump failures. The third replacement had happened while it was in the shop before I bought it, it lasted about three months and less than 200 miles. I had bought a lemon after three people who had access to the service history told me it was good to go and nothing was wrong with it. Since I was not the original owner and the warranty was now expired no one Freedom or BMW was willing to stand behind their product and do anything fix the problem. They just wanted to keep throwing fuel pumps at it every couple hundred miles. Thats not a good solution for a product that is advertised to be reliable and tough enough to go explore remote areas of the world. After talking with the store manager I decided to sell the bike back to freedom at a loss because it was not reliable enough to use it as I intended to. The store manager gave me an OK offer on the bike but I wanted to talk with someone who had enough authority to actually correct the situation and right their wrong. It took over a week before I was able to talk with the regional manager. It turns out that it was not worth the wait. The only thing he was able to do was say something like “theres nothing we can do because you are not the original owner, even though it failed under warranty.” Luckily I had asked the store manager to put his offer in writing and extend the offer until after I had talked to the regional manager. If there is a black BMW G650GS with a VIM ending in 5410 do not buy it, if you already did sorry.
I was interested in the victory octane for a while but wasnt financially able to afford one. After working hard and getting my credit score where it needed to be, I happened to get a call from Bill, the Business Manager, at Freedom Powersports of Hurst. He was eager to get me into the show room to look at the motorcycle I wanted and was understanding of my schedule and wasnt pushy about it. The next day, I walked in and met Kevin, the Conner McGregor look alike. He was professional, courteous, informative, and the best part was, if he didnt know, he told me he would go find out, instead of giving me a BS answer. I wasnt planning on buying that day, but felt that this dealership goes above and beyond, not only in sales but with parts and services as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone out there looking to buy a bike, get service, or parts.
Dillon was my sales person and he made sure to call me back every time I had a question. Mark in services was thorough when going over my Suzuki LTZ 400 and gave me a lot of maintenance recommendations. Everyone at the store was friendly and greeted me, which helped put me at ease a bit. Good experience.
Let me say Freedom knows how to employ people and develop a great team. My sales man was Brad B-Rad and this young man knew his stuff! From the moment he introduced himself to the moment he loaded the quad in my truck he was a straight shooter. He called the next day to see if everything was going well and to see if I had any questions, and even stopped by the house to give me some gear after finding out I was local. I would highly recommend asking for him Brad by name if you are looking to buy or even if you just want some info. All around a great showroom and very clean store. Thank you Brad and the whole Freedom team for a pleasurable experience!
I was recently in the market to purchase 3 motorcycles. I was promptly greeted by Cyrus on my 1st trip to the store. I can in about a used bike they had. I was on the fence about the bike, but they had one for her son. I told him we were a couple months away froma purchase and he didnt seem to mind. Well the time had passed and we had gone in a couple more times to look at other new options. He was always courteous, helpful, non-pressuring and had a genuine concern that we get the right bikes for us, even if it meant a brand that he didnt carry. This was huge for us. I told my fiance that we needed to figure out a way to get all 3 bikes from him, based solely on his professionalism and his desire for us to make the best choice for ourselves, not the best choice for him. As of today, they delivered all 3 bikes to my home!! Their customer service and professionalism as a dealership is fostered by their leadership in both Nick, and Matt!!! I have a Freedom Powersports dealership about 10 minutes away from me in Weatherford, who sells Yamaha, as well. Yet, I chose to do business with the dealership 40 miles away from, based on the team. I visited the dealerb10 minutes away, 4 different times. Twice I spent almost an hour in there, and not a single person could be bothered to even say hello to us!!! What a joke. The Hurst location is TOP NOTCH!!!!!
These people hit home runs on all cylinders: Sales, parts, and service. Just when I thought all dealerships were the same, I found Freedom in Hurst. Sales found a way for me to get my new Yamaha, and the parts department is staffed by genuine experts who are very patient and exceptionally helpful. Got my 600-mile service done and the crew explained everything I needed to know, and then some things I should have known. I have purchased maybe 20 motorcycles in my lifetime (Im old!) and no dealership has ever been as well-rounded and helpful. Call it and art or a science - this entire dealership has it down to a T.
I would highly recommend using Freedom Powersports Hurst, my salesmen Robert Moses went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth as possible. They shipped my bike to me in Pennsylvania and I received it without a scratch, they worth my business and yours.
First, I will say that they were professional in the service department. I signed their it could possibly cost 2.0 hours or $260 form but said if we dont take that long, it could be less. I dropped off my dirt bike because I believed there might be something electrical wrong with it as I had checked all of the obvious things like plug, fuel, connectors, etc.. and didnt want to waste my time checking the top end if it was electrical. I get a call stating that they had done a diagnostic and determined that there was nothing electrical wrong with it and that the top end needed a rebuild. Do you want to guess how much that cost me...Still dont know what is wrong with it but will do the mechanical work myself. Yeah, $260. Wow, Thanks
Had my driveshaft worked on here did great. Took it home and assembled it on my 700xx and had an issue with a wheel not spinning brought it in first thing Saturday morning and they took care of me straight away with no issues. Supper happy and satisfied with service. Very understanding and patient with me .
Outstanding customer service from the folks at this location. Shane worked diligently with me to close out the purchase of the Burgman scooter I wanted at an amazing price. (Yes, I said scooter) LOL. I also worked with Jo in service and Joey in finance. Great group of folks and it felt good to ring the bell after the sale. :-)
Thank you so much to the sales guy Shane and Nick who helped with my purchases. They were super knowledgeable And super nice. Never have I met a more relaxed sales team not down your throat to buy something. I didn’t feel pressured at all! I will never go anywhere else but to these guys! If I could I would rate them 10 stars!! Thanks again Nick and Shane!
They have some serious issues going on in the service department..staff changes..staff not knowing whats going on..no call backs letting you know anything! My sons bike was in there for over 5 months for repairs and it was a run around the entire time..Still had to make those payments while he waited patiently..they play the blame game very well! This was an overall bad experience dealing with this location! You just lost out on our future business and i hope this review helps others know that what looks like an awesome place up front..is lacking supervision in the back!
This place went downhill under its new management. What used to be a friendly family-oriented facility now feels like a dictatorship closely resembling the automotive industry. Parts and service were dialed in with regular faces until recent changes. The old advisor whose been there a good while (david) was the longest lasting and knowledgable employee in service and was a well managed department. Luckily Joe and Daniel seem to be consistent in parts too and have extensive knowledge in their departmentsas well. All of these guys have superb and customer skills but the leadership and people management is no longer what it used to be. Whatever happened in the last month or two completely changed the store for the worst. On a sub note, the fact a toy store remains open during a pandemic shows how much freedom cares for its employees. Ill continue to support industries who truly take care and show concern of their workers.
I bought a textron stampede in June 2018, the side by side was supposed to be brand new, Daniel the salesman knew very little information on the unit. I was not given a maintenance book on the vehicle, once I got home 250 miles away, I noticed the vehicle already had 16 hours on it. The unit already needed the first service.i called Daniel who never returned my call, I finally spoke with bill, he told me to have it serviced. The problem was the closest place was 200miles away weatherford Texas.they serviced it , but it took all day, even though I had appointment , was out about $100.00 in fuel. Daniel still hasnt called me,.they sold me a used vehicle, that was supposed to be brand new, no manual, , I noticed when I got home the unit was sun faded on seat belts& part of the plastic sides. Very disappointedSince posting this review Craig with Freedom powersports reached out to me. He is working to get me a owners manual and he is going to pay for my next service. When I took my Stampede to Freedom powersports in Weatherford for the oil change the first time they did a good job, Aaron took the time to show me features on the Stampede. All the service guys were helpful. When the second service is due I will take the Stampede back to Weatherford without hesitation. I still think the Hurst store dropped the ball, but Freedom powersports customer service responded quickly and professionally. I normally dont complain and I know mistakes happen at times.I will be waiting for my service Manuel. Thanks again for your quick response.
I recently visited this dealership for a small parts concern. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome. The parts team was quick and expedient but my best experience was that of service. Mark B really went above and beyond the call of duty - personable friendly and really made sure I was leaving with all the information i needed to move forward with a project. It is never a requirement to go this above and beyond but it is experiences like this, and a continued momentum of empowering employees to deliver these experiences that will bring myself , as well as others to seek you out for their business - I am not in the market now, but soon will be - and it is because of the way i was treated there that you will have first shot at my future business. Kudos to Mark!
This was a 1 star review and I upgraded to a 3 star (see at bottom for explanation). The first bike I purchased here the paperwork got all sorts of jacked up. Luckily after about a year of back and forth it finally got fixed. All because of filing errors. Today I came back cause they had a big selection online of used super sports. They didnt... they said they just sold a bunch but they havent been open since last week so Im confused. Alicia had no clue what I was wanting when I asked for a zx14r after concluding there wasnt anything in the used section i wanted. I told her i had a quote from another place and she said we will match it. I said I can just go there for the same price, then she said oh well we can beat it as we walked through the Suzukis. Lolololol. I finally said its a kawasaki and she said thats why we dont sell new Kawasakis. Lololol. Oh but I also told her I wanted a super sport (rocket) and then she tried to get me to look at a sport touring bike. I said again I want a race ready. I dont think she understood. I said there is nothing for me here after that. I will take my business elsewhere. Not sorry for this review. I understand selling merchandise to people but know your audience and the product at least.(*** update)The GM called me promptly and asked to talk about the review. I informed him of what happened and he was very nice and offered to fix the situation. He understood what ones I was looking for and why I gave the initial review. He also apologized repeatedly and showed really good tact in dealing with the situation. Very down to earth and very polite. Due to the previous events I couldnt raise it any higher then a 3 star review. But because of his efforts I could raise it a little. Thanks for the call and showing interest.
I purchased an ATV from this location.when we walked in not a single sales person greeted us or asked us if we needed any help they just stood there. About15 minutes later I then asked for help. After that it was an ok process the only thing I didn’t like was that they added a platinum maintenance service charge which I was not very happy with and i wish they would have went into more detail on it in financing since the original price that we had agreed on did not have that platinum service charge on there.Lesson learned, I will read every paper now even after we agree on a price since I feel big places like this always try to scam young people like me. I am only 19. This was a big purchase for me but I am never going to buy anything from a place like this ever again!Other than that I am very happy with my ATV itself
We own two sport bikes and a wave runner and all three items have been taken here to get serviced. The staff has been always very friendly, helpful and got us taken care of with no problems. I have had very bad experience with another dealer in Holtom City where I originally bought my Honda Repsol and went as far as Dallas to get it serviced instead of taking it back to them. I was thrilled when we met the crew at Freedom PowerSports Hurst when we bought our Wave runner and since then we have brought in all our toys to get serviced. I just wanted to give thumbs up for Amanda in the Service Department. She is awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable and got us in and out on Saturday when I brought in my Honda Repsol for an oil change and to check the fairing. We will definitely come back here for our needs.
Jordan spent a lot of time with me, keeping me posted on new and used inventory he thought matched what I was looking for, and never pressuring me while I considered this major purchase. He’s patient and knowledgeable and was fun to work with. Everyone I dealt with at Freedom PowerSports in Hurst was fun to work with and made me feel top boss apple sauce.
I bought a new bike from them mid 2015 and it was a decent experience. Now they have a whole new management team and philosophy it seems. Thats the price, take it or leave it. I stop in here once a month and its an entirely new crop of sales people every time with only one guy Ive seen there for a while. Turnover is extreme. The salesman a kid about 19, didnt know a thing about any model I asked about. He he kept running to his manager and coming back to me. He didnt know how much his products were. I asked the price a two year old leftover new V-Strom currently which I saw discounted on their web site and he reads me the price off the tag. FULL MSRP. I told him Im sure he was mistaken but he insisted that was the price... plus an outrageous $900+ for dealer freight and prep. Ripoff! ... I told him that bike is cheaper online and he said if it was then the price tag would say so. I insisted he talk to his manager again which he did. After ten minutes of the two of them staring at a computer, he came back and told me that I was right, it was discounted about $1500 but with the outrageous dealer fees it was still not a good deal. I showed him an advertisement from another dealer with the EXACT bike, color and year, selling for much less and asked if they could match that. He went back to his manager, came back and flat out said no. I asked if they could meet halfway between their price and the other dealer because it was far away and I didnt and paying a few extra bucks for convenience. Nope. The manager then called the kid away from me and told him to go do something else I assume because he walked to the back of the store. I was then left standing there completely ignored and assumed that was a hint for me to get lost... which I happily did... I went to the other dealership the next day and bought the V-Strom for $1200 cheaper out the door than Freedom quoted me.EDIT to OWNERS response:No, the other bike I was looking at and eventually purchased was NOT USED. It was a BRAND NEW leftover with ZERO miles on the odometer. Youre dealership is overpriced and most places will gladly waive the outrageous dealer fees ($900 to take a bike out of a crate) to make a sale and earn a customer for life.... Not at Freedom PS though. Shop elsewhere.
I hate to say it but I received terrible service from these guys. Maybe because I was only dealing with them for a mfg recall and not actually buying anything, but they gave me the total run around and lied to me on both occasions when speaking to the service department. Will never be dealing with them again. Lady first tells me that she has to contact the parts department to check if the parts are in stock and then immediately after states that now she knows for a fact the parts are not there when she didn’t even know the make or model of my motorcycle let alone the actual parts needed. They didn’t care to even try and make it right. Maybe next time they will treat there customers a like they are buying something every time.
Freedom has a very knowledgable sales staff. If you are looking to buy a bike I think it would be wise to go to their Hurst location. The trade in of my old R1 and purchase of the new one went really smooth. I am not easily impressed but I was extremely impressed with this group. Hurst Freedom will definitely get all of my future business.Thank you Freedom! See you all soon.Chad
Process gouging co-artisrs. More price hikes. $149/hr??? I get my truck serviced at a dealer for a fraction of that. $150+ for just an oil change is insane. Routine maintenance quoted over $450. Not to mention the $3,000 quote for their maintenance plan. Take your money elsewhere.
I had a very interesting experience at freedom. The work was done adequately and from what I can tell solid. However I took my 2005 GSX-R in for some recall work. It had a pretty big one regarding the frame and the front brake master cyclinder. While I knew this was going to be a long process I figured this would be a great time to see if they can quote me on replacing the tires since its already going to be in the shop. We agreed on a price on tires and was told Id get a break on the mounting and balancing since theyd have to take the tires off anyway for the recall work.Fast Forward two weeks I call myself to check on the status of my bike. They tell me should be ready to go by tomorrow I believe then Tuesday for Wednesday . I said great I will make arrangements to pick it up Saturday(Today) and was told perfect! I get a call the next day telling me that bike is ready but now I need to have my Brake lever replaced to work with the new master cyclinder and brake switch is defective and not functioning properly.I got quotes from them regarding what itd cost to have it replaced (while researching the cost myself if I were to so it myself). It was going to be around 150$ or probably 60$ for me to do it myself. They said their technician had a spare used lever that would work and thatd be 40$ cash and at least get the bike ridable again so I went with that option and that would get my bike out of the shop and was told it would be put on and be ready to go for when I picked it up.Today I went in to pick up my bike, brake lever wasnt put on yet. I had to pay full price for the mounting and balancing of my tires because, They didnt end up having to take my tires off for normal recall work. Finally I ride my bike back home to see the brake switch and how its defective and possibly order it and everything is working fine.I know everyone has bills to pay, and dealerships arent the cheapest around but I feel for the work done I should be getting premium service. I work hard for my money and I feel that the lack of proper communication between Techs and the service department/me and the service department wouldve really left a better taste in my mouth. I cant say anything bad about the work done and I am not disputing the charges it would be redundant the work is already done. I feel nickle and dimed and I cant recommend this to anyone
I think, it is a good deal place for motorcycle. But I had a sale guy, was very unprofessional, very bad customer service. But I think it was only him. Other sale guys are very helpful, give lot information even they were not my sale representative. This type of employee need to be evaluated and terminated asap.
Been riding HD for 25 years. Decide to try something different. Walk into Freedom PS Hurst. Greet by Daniel Z, very professional, polite, and not pushing to make a sales at all. The following week came back and purchase a BMW K1600B. Everyone (Parts Dept., Services Dept., and Financing Dept) was very professional and very knowledgeable about the products. Best of all Freedom PS have the best prices in town. Looking forward to purchase another bike from FPS....thank you
I would never do business with this place. My uncle just purchased a bike from here yesterday. He took me along for help because I am good with numbers and negotiating. He bought a brand new FZ-07 with a Akrapovic exhaust and power commander already installed on it.Bike is 6990 MSRP and exhaust/tune was $1800 (but the same things can be bought for $1100 online).Out the door they wanted him to pay $10537 which was ridiculous. He asked for my help and we eventually negotiated $9500 OTD, still too much IMO but he was happy with it.After all of this they made us stand around for 2 HOURS waiting on financing. It was the end of the day and only the finance manger was left so I would have had a small understanding if things had gone smooth from there. This is where it gets really bad.As usual in financing they try to really get you go buy a bunch of extra crap. My uncle wanted me in there to help him.The finance manager initially tried to get him to buy warranty and maintenance plan that added $90/month to his 3 year finance plan. My uncle was not interested in it but he was interested in the maintenance plan.So the finance manager comes at him with a payment that added $65/month for maintenance!!!It was $2500 for maintenance for a $7000 bike, 1/3 cost of total bike.My uncle looks at me and asks what I think and tell him that as little as he rides he would only be doing 1 oil change a year which would cost about $50 to do ourselves. The finance manager gets pissed off at me and tells me I am ruining his sale, this bike is my uncles not mine, and if I keep talking he is going to make me leave the office. My uncle wanted me there, asked my opinion, and needed my help. If I had been buying the bike I would have walked out of that dealer right then and there. What makes it so bad is this was the manager and he is trying to completely screw his customer and when you question his prices you get told to leave his office. No wonder we waited 2 hours for him to get 1 sale complete in front of us, no telling what he was suckering those people into buying.Finance manager immediately lowered the price to $43/month which my uncle agreed to.I understand dealerships need to make money but to try and sell someone a $7k bike for $14k (if he took their offer and plans without me negotiating down the prices) is unethical and taking advantage of people. Then for the finance manager to threaten to kick you out of his office when you question his prices is just over the top.
Young sales guy by the name of Eddie took his time and was very patient with me even though I told him i was not buying today. He asked the right questions and after some time he found the perfect bike for me and never pressured me to buy. Rest assured I will be back this month to take home a new victory motorcycle! Kudos to you sir!
I have done a lot of business with Shane Strickland the last few years. He has always taken care of me, and always given me the best deals. I wouldnt recommend anyone else to buy from, that i can think of at the moment. You will know which one he is when you walk through the door, he looks like ZZ Top.
Fantastic service from PJ, Foster, and Joey! I have a great new visor for my helmet on my way thanks to Foster. I could not have had better experience purchasing a bike than with PJ and Joey. Very informative, answers to all of my questions, and personable! Great job and I expect to be back!
If youre into Slingshots and side by sides, then this is the place for you. They seem to be steering away from bikes and Yamaha too. If you want to know about a bike. Youre better off asking the manager. Dont ask them about the new Vmax. Most of the floor reps dont know much about the product. For the 4th time its been disappointing. No more! SO go to Maxim Powersports. I bought my 3 bikes from them that same day.
So much for freedom. What kind of company makes there workers work on July 4th. I just spoke to the most kind hearted employee at this company. Dropped off my husbands bike. Went through the whole process. Finally got the bike in and they had such great customer service, we got to taking. These poor employees don’t even have the 4th off. Memorial Day. Christmas Eve.How sad to have to such caring employees be so sad that they are not appericitated for the work they put in every day. I run my Owen businesses and pray these sweet souls get a break.Thank you to the young man that helped me fix my my husbands bike. And I am sorry you put in so much labor with so little appreciation.
Went into the hurst location earlier today around 1:30 after months of research I had finally made up my mind on what I wanted. Walked in ready to buy the 2018 R1 all that was left to hash out was numbers. From the moment I walked in to the time I left never spoke to a single salesman. I even stood right by the bike I wanted and looked around in an attempt to get someone’s attention for couple of minutes. They weren’t even busy and even if they were some type of greeting or acknowledgment from the staff would have been great but not a single one acknowledged my presence. Definitely not a place that I want to give my hard earned money to and will be making sure any friends or strangers I hear mention buying a bike steer clear of this place. If you don’t love dealing with people then get out of sales.👎🏾👎🏾
Do not give them any information at all . I went by there last year to buy a couple bikes . they didnt have the colors i wanted so i went elsewhere. I even gave them a chance to have them shipped in from another state they took so long that i bought 2 bikes elsewhere. I have received a call once or twice a week for several months also emails upon emails.
Approached Freedom to get a low payment loan to rebuild credit. During the process of working with salesperson Daniel Zettina, I was lied to about the loan I was being approved for and the terms. The sale was escalated by the GM and I was set to work directly with the financeperson Matt Huerta. I was told on several occasions the extremely awful terms of the lease would pay out in the end because the installment on time payments would improve my credit and the payments would be reported to all bureaus. I entered into the lease knowing the terms were not great but would be worth it to build my credit. I tracked down a couple weeks later their lease company and find out that my lease is not reporting, THE LEASE COMPANY DOES NOT REPORT ANY TERMS TO THE REPORTING AGENCY. I was lied to so they could make a sale! Not one person that I dealt with was ignorant to the fact I was only making a purchase to build credit and they lied to get me into a lease that does not report and will not build my credit.
Things have changed. Since my last post, Freedom Powersports Hurst has increased their service fees and started to bill items twice on their invoices. I took in a tire to have it installed and was charged Freight and a shop fee twice on the installation of a tire where I bought and brought in the replacement tire. Total for a tire change was $89.48.........for one tire change. CAN YOU SAY RIPOFF!!!! I wouldnt recommend going there for services anymore.
What a lack of communication and customer service skills, I purchased a BMW c650 and I never got the spare key from them, they were only interested in getting the money once they had it nobody was able to help me, specially a manger or whatever she is heather was justtrying to get me out of her way without any help. I tried to have them order a new spare key until now nobody returned my calls or taken my order. The worst place to shop a bike at is freedom power sport hurst, Texas.Daniel called today, took care of my problem and I was very glad about it because he just gave me a reason to recommend them to some of my friends, but I believe they should look into their people so that they wont be doing the same bad customer services to their customers because customer is very important and shouldnt be Less helped. He said he will send me my spare key in few days, am very exited about that news so the scooter can star running again. Cheers to u Daniel u the best 😊😊
I purchased 2 Suzuki Quads from the Hurst store on 11/10/15 and Daniel Zettina was my salesman. This is the first time I have ever purchased something from a dealership and did not feel like I had a coating of sales slime on me with a side of half truths. Daniel was extremely knolwegable about the mechanics of these machines and answered every question I had. After talking to him awhile it was obvouis that he is not just a salesmen, the guy is an enthusist and his passion for riding is clear. His experience was very helpful in selecting the correct vehicle for my needs. The guy even came out after the sale to help me strap them down on the trailer and provided some great advice on how they should be transported. I have not had the opportunity to work with thier Service department yet but the overview I received from the Service Manger seemed to be on point. I will add comments based on how they perform in a later post. So far they are batting 1000 with sales and product performance.
Freedom Powersports was quite the experience! Daniel Z. was very helpful with all the questions my fiance and i had, and helped us learn more about what we wanted in our next future bike! Overall it was great! And when im ready to get my bike i will defiantly be going to Daniel Z. to get it!
We really enjoyed our visit to the new location. Ive been buying BMWs from this dealer for more than a decade. Sales rep Derek took great care of us from start to finish. I knew that I wanted a BMW S1000 R when I came in the door and he worked with that and didnt try to force any upsale, though he did introduce some options for both my wife an I that were interesting and appropriate. The buying process was largely seamless, with a fair price offered and no add-on horseplay. However, its the little things that added up to a less-than-stellar experience. There was a lot of standing round while seemingly simple things, like getting a price quote, took a long time. The lounge is no fun to be in; we sat with the bikes mostly. The BMW section is an odd island of floor space with no distinction or exclusivity (where $30k bikes are sold). Waiting for Finance took a long time on a Friday afternoon when only a few other customers were visible.More importantly, the bike was delivered with half a tank of gas, some light scuffing on the plastic (that, of course, I spotted only after riding it home), clutch lever/mirror over rotated, etc. State inspection wasnt done when I arrived the next morning to take delivery; more waiting. No decent parking!Overall Im pleased to offer a four-of-five star rating for a dealer Ive frequented thru many generations of ownership and location. Ill be back again when its time for another bike. However, if you guys really want to learn how customers are to be handled thru the buying and delivery process, go hang with the Mercedes Benz guys for a day... this should be that good.
A few months ago I bought an atv and the deal did not go over well on the finance end. I was not happy with the atv. After a recent Facebook post from the owner, I was in contact with him via phone shortly after. He had his general manager, Chase, contact me. He asked me what he could do to make it right and what kind of atv I was looking for. After Chase spent two days working numbers, he was able to work me a deal that I was very happy with. He transferred the atv from another location to the Hurst store and I just picked it up this morning. After how professional Kevin and Chase were, they have definitely earned my business back and I will be recommending them from now on!
Have never been here but I called for recall work and they told me the bike must be present in order to order the part I need. Im guessing that my bike is going to set there for weeks while I wait for the part. Not sure what the theory is on this but its not going to happen. I will just purchase the part myself and do the work. Thanks for nothing.
Wonderful experience. I find myself hanging out longer than it takes to buy or service. Jordan Hines and Jeff long in parts are absolute experts. Derek is the most friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Overall I would rate it a 6 if I could. Ill be coming back for years to come
Okay, bought a new bike yesterday from them. FZ 07. This was after looking at several dealers websites, even for different brands because even though an FZ 07 was always my 1st choice, its still good to see what other people have. Read a lot of the reviews, good ones and bad, of Freedom Hurst, Arlington Power Sports, and Lonestar Yamaha. Ended getting it from Freedom, and Im happy with it.I first approached Lonestar several months prior mainly because it would be a little easier to get the bike, based on location, if I did buy one from them. So that was really in their favor. Was also considering buying used models. Had contacted Lonestar thru email initially, and she responded back with the price for a new model and also a used one they had with a little over 1,000 miles on it. More recently, Arlington had a used FZ 07, also with about 1,000 miles on it, discounted $500 off msrp that quickly sold. Sent text to Lonestar as she said I could, if shed be willing to lower msrp $500 on another used FZ 07 with about 1,000 that she only had $225 off. Never got a response back, which is perfectly fine. Whether she forgot, or just didnt like the offer, hey, thats how it goes sometimes.Went to Freedom, the price they offered on a new FZ, without asking for anything, was lower than what Lonestar was offering. Looked around the showroom while waiting to get stuff ready, saw that many of the prices are good. Anybody looking for GSX750-S, go check them out.Based on my trip their, yes, what you read about Danny (good stuff that is :) ) is accurate . There might be people somewhere who are getting bikes at a better price than I got, but all I can say is I felt he gave me a good deal on mine because I got it for better than I expected based on other local dealerships. Im not worried about anybody else, Im good with what I got. Also, Richard Cremo, give him a nod for good service also. I think he sensed I was getting concerned with what time I got out of there by how fast he was talking :) when finalizing everything. Which I was, because I had to go to work afterwards and it did take longer than I expected. But all is good. Told about all the extra plans and warranties they had, but didnt try to convince me about anything. Told me what they had, what they would do, and didnt push things that I didnt want.I thought about the negative reviews theyve had, most seen to be regarding the service dept or people coming across as not caring about helping you. Cant say anything about the service dept obviously, and I realize that everybodys happy when youre buying a bike compared to buying other stuff. (Although after seeing how much Yamalube cost, they might get happy as if youre buying a bike. Good thing a bike only takes a few quarts.) But anyway, the place has a casual atmosphere. Did I get greeted as soon as I walked in the door, no. But as soon as you walk in, theres nothing but bikes there. All the desks are in the middle or to the sides. And theres people talking to other people or doing whatever they do. But I did get greeted as soon as I approached somebody at one of the desks. Told them I was there to see Danny, they pointed him out. Easy and simple. Some people do want a more employee hand book greet the customer as soon as they walk in. But those places also tend to keep asking if you need anything if youre just looking at stuff. Makes people feel like theyre being watched or the store is getting tired of you looking at stuff and not buying anything. There, I looked around at other bikes, helmets, etc... I was asked if I needed help. But once I said I was just looking around, it was just let me know if I needed anything. Youre free to roam. Take as long as you want.About the apparel. I did notice that regarding sizes, they do seem to have more XL, XXL than more common M and L. Whether that means theyre good at selling a lot of jackets or theyre slow at getting more sizes in, I cant tell you. Just something I noticed. In conclusion, if youre going to buy one of the brands they carry, go check them out.
Was here to get an urgently needed spare part I needed after 40k Miles around the world. They welcomed me and did look what they can sell as Yamaha standard spare obviously not fitting into an XT1200Z I bought in Europe. Finally they rejected to let me talk to a specialist in their workshop to find a solution. Thats the worst service I experienced in 30 countries I crossed since 10month...still hoping I will not strand soon after that ...
Got a fantastic low-pressure deal from Nick on an 05 Harley FXD. We did enough over email that it took less than an hour from the time I arrived to the time I was out on the road. Best and hassle free buying experience I have ever had with a vehicle. I highly recommend them.
Came in today to trade in my cruiser for the new R6. J-Rod hooked me up!! Couldn’t be more happy for the welcoming feeling I got right walking in. J-Rod and Matt took me around and made sure I met the full staff for my future visits to keep up with service. Super awesome experience!! Thank you to everyone on staff!!
My sales lady was Elea Dockery. On 7/4/19 I picked up my new MT10. Elea Dockery and the Sales Manager Matt Trammel went out of their way to make sure that I was a happy customer. Every visit I have had to Freedom PowerSports you are greeted at the door. Everyone is friendly. They make you feel welcome.
Bought a Motorcycle in 2012 from the previous business House of motorcycles and have been trying to get my Gap Insurance refund for more than 2 weeks. I have been told they will take a message and have this finance manager get back with me. Still havent heard anything back and have been told the same thing over and over again. Three messages later still waiting. If your a customer that has been grandfathered into the new business you may have issues getting what is owed to you back. Havent stepped foot in the new store but dont plan on it for my next vehicle purchase.
Wish I knew the name of the employee who assisted me. I walked in needing a replacement face shield and he took it upon himself to diagnose the reason the old one failed, replaced the broken plastic screws and then replaced the shield. I learned from him and really appreciated his friendly assistance. I have been a customer for years and this is typical. I have always received excellent service.

2022-08-20I bought my first bike from Cameron & it was such a wonderful experience & he answered every question I had even after my purchase I sent him photos of something on my bike that I wasn’t familiar with (I’m very new to motorcycles y’all) & he went out of his way to explain & made me feel comfortable enough to reach out again if I ever had any more questions. The entire process between departments was so smooth & everyone is very knowledgeable & helpful given that I’m a new rider. I went back today to pick up my license plate & literally every employee I encountered remembered me by name & the bike I bought & went on to ask how I was doing & ask about my practice. I’ve had a rough few days & today that made a big impact on me because I felt seen & valued. Thank you guys so much, it’s the little things💕👏🏽 I’m advocating for a raise for everyone in the building lol

2022-07-10Carlos and the entire staff did a great job. I couldn’t be any happier with my new 2015 Victory Vision.I came to look at this particular machine I saw on Cycle Trader. She was in the service bay on the lift being made ready, and I actually got to see the care they take to present a quality vehicle. Thanks again folks!

2021-10-18Traded in my older bike for a newer one. The first bike I test rode was nice but was leaking oil when I got back, discouraging. Left came back a couple of days later and made a deal on a better one. They sure tried to sell their warranty and maintenance package. Actually included the warranty without me knowing it, but I caught it. Overall it was a painless experience.

2022-06-03Bought a used 2013 wr250r that I am very happy with for a decent deal. Preston is an outstanding, straight shooting and very friendly salesman. He does not play games and I very much appreciate that. He was very straight forward, transparent, and he let me know financing terms, numbers, and the otd price right off the bat through text, which was great. Highly recommend this dealership. I went to freedom power sports Fort Worth off of 820 and had a completely different and negative experience there. Night and day difference between the sales department there and the salesman at Hurst. Prices are decent considering how crazy the market is right now. I went the financing route and the financing terms were very reasonable for me. The selection of bikes was also very good, they seem to have something for everyone. Only 2 very minor complaints I have are that the finance guy is nice enough but he will try to push the dealership warranty pretty hard, and the service department could have done a better job cleaning the bike up before hand off. Would highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a bike. Ask for Preston, he is a good dude.

2022-06-17Cameron Fields was a great salesman. We went in there for a specific item, and he helped us right away. Kept in contact with me regarding financial part until the day we signed the paperwork. We will definitely go back and definitely recommend. Cameron call me when you have a Slingshot available. 😊

2022-05-31They have the best selection when it comes to looking for bikes. Andrew is awesome and will help you figure out what you need. The parts department will listen and advise you on anything you need for the ride. I had an amazing experience picking up my bike. Thank yall for helping me find my next bike

2022-08-11Overall good experience everyone was super nice and kind. The warranty stuff was thrown in without a lot of explanation. People need time to go over paperwork more. It can create a negative experience for some. Look forward to riding again I would purchase another bike from them.
