If you want a great furniture experience then this is the place. Several years ago we bought a bedroom suite that is as beautiful today and a rare set that gets the ohh where did you get that remarks. Recently we purchased a TV console to hold the router etc. Beautiful and the price was much under the cost of several other furniture stores. Staff is great, work quickly and super nice to deal with. If you want to see or purchase stones of all kinds colors and sizes, you will not find a better place. You will be shocked at the huge array and low prices. Any rock hound would be thrilled. Hope this place stays put for my next round of purchases, it cannot be replaced....I shopped several others and Im picky!
I could browse here all day! Thier products are unique, great quality and excellent value. The folks are super nice and you can get your furniture the same day if you have a truck.

Do not do business here ! Have waited for our purchased furniture for almost 1 yr , after damaging the furniture during the delivery, at the end (9 months later ) they said the furniture has been discontinued. I have expected a better communication from Heather , but I had to follow up with them frequently, and at the end Nothing.
Extremely frustrating experience, though the Assistant Manager, Heather, was helpful, the rest of the staff seemed as though they would prefer to never actually speak to customers on the phone. Ordered a coffee table in September, with the promise of a 3 week turnaround. I received the table two days ago, in the beginning of December. When delivery day finally came, the wrong coffee table was delivered, though this was thankfully rectified within two hours.After multiple, almost weekly, promises that my $650 purchase would be delivered by the end of the week for almost three months, I have little faith in their ability to actually deliver on any of their promises unless the item is in stock, in the store, and you pick it up the same day you purchase it.Edit: 1/2/21- As evidenced by their boilerplate response to every complaint, they also dont really care that they consistently fail to deliver decent service. And no, I wont be giving this business another chance in the future.
They have a HUGE selection of beautiful rustic furniture, and a smaller selection for other decor, such as lamps and chandeliers. The only reason I had to deduct a star though was because the employees couldnt seem to be bothered to show me pieces or try to help me find anything, which was a shame considering how big the store is. You honestly have to hunt down a sales rep in order to have your questions answered or let someone know youre ready to make a purchase. For example, the sofa building takes up an entire third of the lot, but there wasnt a single employee working in there.
CROOKS! I purchased online a leather couch and loveseat online. They do not tell you it is out of stock. They have everything listed as available. Once I purchased the items of course I received a receipt via email. Then I get a call saying one couch will be ready in one week and the loveseat would be ready in June. I was upset considering I ordered April 19th and my husband and I were moving May 1st. Heather did offer a refund and for me to pick something else out. Well of course I didnt want to pick anything else out and face the same problem since they dont tell you if its in stock or not on the website. Who has one couch ready and the other loveseat not available when it comes in a set??? Well I went ahead and agreed thinking 30 days was not too bad. Well May 3rd my husband and I found something better and we could take home same day. So I called asking for a refund. The manager said sure we can have a refund but would be charged a 25 percent restocking fee!!! Not wanting to lose out on the 25 percent I went ahead and went to go pick up the one couch that was ready. When I arrived they showed up to the pick up dock with a small box on a dolly!!! I couldnt believe how a full size couch could be in that small box. So not only do they have availability on their website but they dont tell you it is self assembly!!! I went to their location asking them to be ethical and to put themselves in my shoes. To refund my money. He said he doesnt have to disclose availability not does he have to disclose the fact that it is self assembly! I could not believe that he had no sense of customer satisfaction or customer service. No empathy nothing. He just didnt care. He said we have to pay a restocking fee on a couch that was in a box when the loveseat would not be ready until June. Then he said it wasnt June it was July!! I could not believe it. I would never agree to anything in July. I ate the restocking fee of 117 bucks and took my business elsewhere. Sharks, crooks, deceptive. I always try to shop local to support the community and these people do not care about the very customers that help their business grow.
Simply wow! What can I say about this place, they are amazing. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2006. Trish is a fantastic woman who has gone out of her way to help me with a custom order. I live in a one bedroom apt, and all their rustic dining room tables are way to big for my place. So looking a big coffee table, it was a perfect size for a dining room table. Trish was able to special order the coffee table with taller legs so I could use it a dining room table.Today I bought 4 more pieces of the rustic furniture. Greg helped me, and once again I was able to modify two pieces of furniture to my needs. I can’t wait for them to came in.What I love about the rustic knotty pine furniture is that I’m able to customize the furniture to my needs. Thank you Greg for getting me what I needed and stay in my budget range. That was truly nice of you. I guess we can call it a loyal customer discount. 😉 I’d say it was the worth every penny of my $853.01 Don’t worry, I still need a few more pieces of furniture to complete my home. I’m a very happy owner of 11 pieces of the rustic knotty pine furniture, all bought at Furniture Market.
My mother and I went there on Thursday April 22nd..no one came and approach us through out the store. We were interested on side chair for the dining table and it didnt have a price on it so i went to ask a salesperson( he was eating) so he was hesitant on helping us; also I ask the ladu(i think Heather was her name) whats the height and length..she was being rude and replied with its the same height as all dining chairs(not really..they are different heights) and she gave me the measuring tape to measure it myself(WTH)!!!
Can not express the gratitude I have for Furniture Market and their staff! Heather was a Godsend. Due to the virus, I had to buy a new couch sight unseen. Different employees spent loads of time with me over the phone going into and over details of the couch. I have critically ill, trauma induced neuropathy which makes everything hurt. Furniture Market made me feel confident in my choice. Couch and loveseat came in faster than expected and blew past my expectations. Heather helped me after it was delivered to make sure I knew how to take care of my new leather properly. Furniture Market....I can not thank you enough!!! May God bless you all forever!
We found this store on their web site and went to check it out because we were looking for a rustic dining table. We were amazed at the selection of great quality furniture products and at the fantastic customer service at the store. We not only found the perfect dining table, we ended up buying new furniture for our study, breakfast room, master bedroom, and an upstairs bedroom. We had to wait six weeks for delivery, but everything arrived as promised and it was all in perfect condition. There were a couple of minor issues and a specialist visited our home promptly to correct them to our total satisfaction. This furniture looks awesome in our home and our neighbors have all commented on what great furniture we picked out. Ask for Noe to assist you at the store. He is young, but very knowledgeable and will work extra hard to make sure youre totally satisfied.
I had a pleasant experience in buying my bedroom set. The manufactures gave them issues but the manager and I had a civilized conversation and he was very accommodating. The bedroom set was well priced in comparison to where I originally found it in another store. Id shop again!!!! And the biggest plus was no haggle browsing! Furniture salespersons can be so annoying but they were perfect!
We just love that place and anytime we are there always find really great reasonably priced items for our new house. Our house took 18 months to build and this company was nice enough to keep our things on hold until it was done and we could have it delivered. Tricia, the Assistant manager is always there and goes above and beyond to help you and is very knowledgeable!!!!The delivery guys were very good too they were super careful with our new furniture and took their time to put things where the needed to go and not cause any damage to our new home or furniture. We have bought furniture from MANY competitors but for now on this is where we will come.
Amazing place. Love our new bedroom set. Our salesman Greg was super helpful and got us in and out. The 2 young men that delivered and set up were very respectful and did a great job (sorry didnt catch their names) Will be back to purchase living room set soon. A+++++
Great experience here! I knew what I was looking for and they helped me find, purchase, and set up shipping within 20min. They know what theyre talking about, and they want to help you find whats right for you, my couch and kitchen table were shipped to me the next day, and they even put my table together as the pieces came in a box.Will be going back, highly recommended.
I have had a wonderful experience with this store. I needed temporary furniture for an apartment while I was in transition and Sean and the store owners helped me find something beautiful and affordable quickly to get me and my daughters situated. When I was ready to buy a house and needed a bed frame, they were able to get that for me the same day. I know I am just getting started here and I have several other pieces to replace (I need a couch and eventually some nice things for my new place) and I will go back to Furniture Market. Everyone has been kind and delivery was on time and set up was terrific. The set up guys even showed me HOW to set up the beds (they had a trick) so that when we needed to move them to the new place, I was able to show the movers with no problem.
Furniture Market is our primary store for purchasing good quality furniture at great prices. Tricia has been our go-to person for the past 10 years, and does a great job finding exactly what we want. You would be hard-pressed to find a better selection of furniture elsewhere, and at these prices.
Over the last ten years, we have purchased furniture from Furniture Market for three of our houses. We continue to shop with them because of their excellent customer service and good product at a reasonable price. We will not only continue doing business with them for these reasons, but will also continue recommending them to our friends.
Honestly very easy to talk to the employees. Didnt feel rushed to buy anything and thankfully they werent the type to follow us around. We went about our business in getting a bed frame and ending up just getting what we wanted and even helped us with delivery and a hefty discount. 10/10 would come back again for more furniture.
Furniture Market was a very pleasant surprise. Wed been looking for some living room furniture off and on over the past 2 years, looking at most of the regular places and even used on Craigslist but everything was either over priced or just plain uncomfortable. Finally, one morning, I checked online, expanded my search and found Furniture Market. We found the perfect set at a discounted price and finally pulled the trigger on the deal. Looking forward to many good years of comfort with this set.
I wanted a flex steel sectional and went here to find one. I was pleased with the sectional however I was not pleased with their delivery or tracking of my order. I had to continuously call for updates. If you need something custom made and delivered, be prepared to have to do all of the leg work yourself and allow plenty of padding in your time frame as each item I ordered was always late.
This place is awesome!Ordered a bedroom set over the phone back in June from Trish while I was still making the move back to Texas. I found some furniture I was interested in on their website and Facebook page. She took detailed pictures of the items I was interested in and texted them to me. She told me they just got a shipment of said items in and that I could pick them up the same day or have them delivered to me in a couple of days when they made the trip up my way, which is 70 miles away. She also sent me detailed pictures and dimensions of the items to confirm everything would fit where I wanted to put it in my living room.Fast forward a few days later and Im relaxing in beautiful powered leather living room furniture.Awesome customer service, delivery and beautiful quality furniture at an amazing price!!!!Thanks again Trish!!!!This is THE place to go for your furniture needs.
Ive bought a lot from this place over the years. Trish is super helpful. They have tons of sofas and other living room and bedroom furniture. Not so much on the kitchen end and nothing you need to mount to a wall. It leans toward a Texas Lonestar look with lots of leather and dark wood, though everything Ive bought there was on the cleaner more modern end of traditional. Still doing business with them after 5 or 6 years.

We recently relocated to Texas from the East Coast and went to Furniture Market to decorate the new house. They have an extensive collection of quality Southwest furniture at terrific prices. More importantly, our sales representative Yesy was incredible! She was extremely helpful with ideas, very patient when we changed our minds and wonderfully pleasant to work with. This has become our first choice for Furniture.
I don’t like to give a bad review but this place lied to me and took my money saying I forfeited my lay away deposit when I had been told different. I was told from the beginning they could not refund my deposits but that I could have store credit for the amount I had put down and that i could make deposits until I found something I liked. No one ever said anything about me loosing my money until now . The so called manager Shawn Shaw was very rude and dry at saying that I had to buy something for 1400.00 so they could give me credit for the money they had already taken from me. I had never been told that in the multiple times I have come in to see if I would find something I liked. This is robbery and that manager has extremely poor customer service and not willing to hear what I had been told .
My husband and I purchased a dresser from here. The store has a huge variety of furniture at reasonable prices. We really enjoyed looking at everything and were pleased to find the piece we did. The employees were kind and not pushy.
Austin Furniture Market is fantastic! I went all over Austin looking for a bedroom set for my daughters room. They all had long delivery dates and I wasnt thrilled with what I saw at those show rooms. Until I happened onAustin Furniture Market they had the perfect set at a great price and two day delivery and set up. The range of selection is incredible. The woman who helped me was wonderful and recommended some accent pieces for the room as well. I will be back for sure!
Love the selection of real wood furniture and unique pieces--definitely not what you see at a typical furniture place and items are reasonably priced, too. They also carry lots of interesting accessories and hundreds of cowhide rugs. If you visit, ask for Tricia--shes so helpful and knowledgeable.
Im not sure what the bad reviews are all about. I went in and was interested in a quote for one of their rustic dining tables in a custom length and design, along with some chairs. The sales man came back with the price and it was much less than I expected and went with it. He was up front and said that it would be about 4 weeks for it to come in and I would have to put half down and pay the remainder when I picked it up. Almost exactly 4 weeks later I received a call saying the table/chairs was ready for pick up. Once I got it home I noticed that one of the legs had an issue with the bolt used to attach it to the table wouldnt thread into the leg. I went back to the warehouse with the leg and bolt and showed them the issue and exchanged the leg no questions asked. This is a great store with great prices for rustic furniture.
They are thieves stole my deposit and lied to me the manager so called Shawn Shaw is absolutely rude not helpful and could care less that he looses clients . I feel sorry for the owner of this company. They need to find better management. If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would have. My family and friends will no longer be coming to do business here.
Great selection of furniture, from modern to rustic, with many selections that could be considered, industrial. Very good prices. We have bought several pieces from here and are happy with all of it.
We really like the selection of furniture and the two couches we bought are very comfortable. The follow-up customer service though is not good - if you have any issues arise, expect to have to hound them for follow-up.

I wish I could give them 0 star. They are trying to make money only. I shopping around 10k. The delivery that I had was bedroom set brought wrong and not clear that is special order because they want the money. Second, the other bedroom set was broken and third when I tried to exchange the product they told me they have to charge restocking fee which I was ok but the manger want it to charge me 2 restocking feeDon’t shop from them they just want your money and they won’t help your work with you
I bought a kitchen table with 6 chairs for my wifes birthday. She loved it! It was a great price, and had it in stock, this is the first time Ive ever bought furnature and got it the same day. Awesome!!
Dear Consumers, this place is just a headache to buy your furniture. I ordered a couch on July 28th 2018 and was told that I would be delivered the product in 7-14 business days. I follow up with the sales person on 15th day to hear that they need to check with manufacturer and would probably arrive in next 2-3 days. Now I wait for a week and again follow up with sales person to hear that they didn’t get in touch with manufacturer and they have no idea where the couch is. It has been almost a month now and they yet do not know where the couch is nor they give me any update about the delivery date. I wanted to go local and not order on amazon and this store proved me wrong. I would never buy anything from here again. Purely and utterly disappointed with the service. I still wonder why they have no clue where the couch is and they blame carrier for that.BTW I am yet to get my couch and God knows when and in what condition it is going to be.
We purchased a Shelving Cabinet for our home office. We did look all over Austin and just ran into either of the two problems.....Over Priced or purely Particle Board construction. So glad we took the chance to pull in. We love our new piece of furniture and how solid its built.....Will surely return for more !!! Super Nice Folks to help you too !
All the furniture is exactly what I have been looking for in my new home and the prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of the furniture. I have furniture shopped at almost every store in Austin and ultimately came back and got everything here.Also, Shaun was a great help throughout the process.Highly recommend this place!

I went in hoping to browse and buy furniture pieces. I saw one associate speaking with another customer, but couldn’t find anyone else to ask for help. Nobody greeted or approached me and I was there for at least 25 minutes. I ended up leaving. I saw another family leave as well for what seemed like lack of help/customer service.

Not only is Tricia Barth a very professional sales person, she is one fabulous woman! She has helped me to furnish three houses and one shop. I purchased a bed there a couple of years ago and was wanting to purchase the dresser and TV stand to match. They are beautiful and I love the furniture - its not fake, its real wood.

Bot a 4-piece Entertainment Center and it was delivered on time. After we looked it over we noticed that one of the pieces wood color did not match up with the other pieces of the Entertainment Center. We called Furniture Market and explained, and within a few days they delivered another piece that matched up. We are very happy with our purchase and the price.
Do not do business here. Bought and ordered son’s bunk bed. Waited close to three weeks for arrival. Called multiple times with promises on updates that never happened only to finally told by manager that the bed was discontinued.
Loved coming here. Heather is awesome! They don’t get new furniture often so I wasted a couple trips coming here, thinking they’ll have new inventory😩

Love the furniture and styles. Business is run horribly. Have had numerous pieces on order for 6 weeks and still no firm ETA. Every week I call and I get the same story - we are expecting it in one week. How do you run a business when you have no idea about status of your inventory. Incompetent or untruthful?

I am very disappointed with this furniture store. I purchased some leather furniture that was not cheap, it has now started to fade in less than year and a half. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from this furniture store, nor will I ever recommend anyone.

2022-05-21Excellent experience from beginning to end. We could not have asked for anything to have gone better. Went in to purchase a bookshelf and ended up with a bookshelf a pantry and two porch rockers. Prices were better than expected and the quality is amazing. The sales lady was extremely helpful and Shaun Shaw closed us out and helped load everything in the truck. We will definitely buy here again!

2022-05-10Excellent customer service! The 2 managers I dealt with were very patient, and genuinely interested in making sure the items I purchased were right for me. Huge selection, as well as beautiful show rooms. I visited lots of furniture stores while shopping and Furniture Market was definitely my favorite!

2021-08-02I got my couch super fast for the perfect price in my budget and the delivery guys took extra care with getting my old couch out and the new one in. Once it was all put together, they placed it perfectly for me. The staff was great all around from order to delivery and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

2022-05-20I just walked in to look for a console. No less than 4 sales persons were sitting arround like slugs either on their phones or just looking bored. One of them forced herself to offer me a half hearted Hi while the rest just looked on. No one offered to assist or asked me what I was looking for.

2021-12-04Unfriendly vibe toward hijab wearing customer: My wife came here, was not greeted or acknowledged in anyway. The rep behind the desk continued watching her walk further into the store. They made eye contact twice, but he still didn’t greet. So my wife stepped back and said hi herself after which he greeted her back. It would have been a nice shop to consider, but unfortunately won’t be coming back here because of an unwelcoming and unfriendly vibe.

2020-12-19We filled our recently built cabin entirely with a mix of custom made pieces and the beautiful pieces that were in the store. Greg was our assistant throughout the build and wonderful with suggestions and meeting tight deadlines, delivers and especially helping design the custom furniture pieces that I had in my head, and making them come to reality. They are all just stunning! All without breaking the bank! I would highly recommend Greg and this business and know, there was never a high pressure to buy more or buy up, it is a very relaxed atmosphere. Great group of people that really care. I hope this helps some one else looking for a beautiful home too! Also, the beds are amazing (and I have a bad back, we bought three!).
