Great place for finding collectables and otherwise hard to find items. Staff is friendly and store is always clean. The only thing to keep in mind is some of the items are marked up in price but Id say its evenly offset by the fact that some of the other items are half the price theyd be online.

Very helpful staff. Moderately priced records. Good place to pick up gifts for teenagers and young adults. Found a stress ball that I had been looking at purchasing.
Love this store. They closed a location close to my home. I can spend my entire paycheck here.
They got new stuff in but unfortunately my birthday week discount had ended. :( Therefore couldnt use it for the new awesome stuff they got in.
Was looking for a fee things didnt have they found on line and ordered for me.
Store was crowded and had multiple shoppers who didnt have a mask as the sign to enter the shopping center clearly states all persons enter are required to wear a mask even those who are fully vaccinated. No one in this shop was enforcing that or was anyone else in the shopping center.
Very knowledgeable people with all the products there. They have a wide variety of products for anyone who likes music, anime, or even nostalgic things as far back as Bob Ross.
They always have what I love..bit for this fathers day..I was looking for Slayer vinyls and they only had one..I will go back to shop there..this is a new comeback..so..I know they will grow with vinyl.
I like that they have loungefly gear and typically keep all their themes separated, such as horror, pusheen, lilo and stitch and avatar the last airbender merchandise. Also, they carry record players and anime. Also funko pops of course. Only thing that sucks is people absolutely destroy the funko display constantly. Always a fun visit.
I don’t come here often to shop. I only come here when nobody offers me good money for my movies I want to sell. The lowball you, so don’t bother coming here to sell your movies. They charge too much for used movies and the quality is horrible. They are scratched and the employees don’t want to refund you. I had barely found out about Media Exchange, and they’re a lot better let me tell you. They offer good money for your movies. Their used movies are even cheaper, and some aren’t even scratched. Media exchange is a lot better than FYE.

Store was fine. Stock seemed a little low. Not sure if it is a seasonal issue as summer approaches. Staff was friendly behind registers vit there was no one on the floor for assistance
The store has a nice flow for people to walk around. Staff is friendly. The store is clean. The products range from novelty t-shirts to music to Asian food products. Covid-19 procedures are in place.
The items I go there to look for are over priced and are used items. I think Ill purchase from Amazon.

I prefer this FYE over Sunland for sure. the employee are cool, good selection of stuff: pops, cds, movies, clothes, candy, etc. they got a lot, if they dont got what you want, you prolly asking for too much for FYE lol

Usually I like shopping here. But lately they havent had that good sales or deals and they always have employees following everyone, making it uncomfortable to shop there.

Love this store, well stocked with huge selection of both comic and anime products. Sales staff are knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful. Good selection of Manga books that are hard to find anywhere else. Military discount is great everyday.

Really cool music store. The coolest thing in it is the digital jukebox that you can use to burn a custom mix CD with the latest music, hits, artists, by year of hits, genre, omg it goes on and on. And there are also the rest of the stuff that in my opinion the blue tooth speakers are great and the music selection that is sometimes on sale.
First and foremost, let me say this; the store is a clusterf*ck! It appears very unorganized and unprofessional. I try and look for a favorite album of my on vinyl at least once a week, and last week I decided to check this stores selection. All of the albums are NOT in the order of display, and the selection is small. I was really set on a specific album, so I decided to order it and have it shipped to this store. The young lady who helped me stated it would take up to a week to ship, and todays been a week. Now that part is NOT what upset me. What upset me was I was in the area and decided to drop by to get an ETA, and the SAME GIRL who helped me told me itd take another week and that the two weeks is the usual time frame. Why would she tell me a week then change her answer?? If it doesnt get here before my birthday, which is in a little over a week, not only will I raise hell at the store I will never shop there again. Do not recommend this place as there are way more trustworthy places that take customer service and experience seriously.

What a cool place to find all kinds of zany stuff. For real! DBZ stuff sitting next to VINYL records, blurays, anime, Japanese candies, etc. My daughter and I could literally spend 2 hours in there. Love it! Plus, every employee I interacted with was helpful and knowledgeable. Great place!
Had put a deposit on a baby Yoda POP back in March of this year but with pandemic they shut down for months. Forgot about it and they called recently to ask if we still wanted the item. Thank you!
Its been a while since Ive been to this place. These guys have seriously made changes to keep their business alive by bringing in more merchandise to substitute their CD sales. Cool gifts here if youre looking for one.
Found a present at a great price!!! The people there are so friendly and they let me bring my dog in. They are pet friendly. If your dog does not bite.
Great customer service! Always greeted upon walking in. They usually have things organized and theyre always willing to help you out if you need it. Was able to get my got series for great pricing!
Great place to go....... if one likes occultic-looking artwork and loud non-melodic music. Totally geared towards the younger set. Probably appealing to them, not so much for the over 35 crowd (but with the $)
Collectables, clothes, CDs, vinyls, movies, and even snacks and drinks! I absolutely love FYE and this one is no exception! Great collection on all items listed above, courteous employees, and military discounts. This is a store you NEED to at least browse.
This place is still a hidden gem for media and things that most of the young folks never knew about. Lots of collectibles and unique shirts and sweaters.

This store had honestly changed through the time Ive been in el Paso. I used to love coming here for the seasons of shows I couldnt find anywhere else. But now it seems like they merged with hot topic or an anime store when thats not what I remember and I get it you know the company needs to survive but I kinda miss the old one ya know?
Had big bins of DVDs and the bins were marked $1. Fine print smaller than the print of a newspaper underneath said something different. Deliberately misleading. Pissed me off pretty good. $12 of DVDs turned into $40. Liars.
I understand that they have to make a profit out of the products we buy. But they over price things e.g a small tube of Pringles $5.99 USD, and they are the small tubes too. But 4 stars because they have stuff that most stores dont have.
FYE really improved themselves since Ive last gone there. Tons of current and old school pop culture gifts. International snacks and clothing. And a HUGE selection of Funko pops. Well done FYE.
Its not the same. Ok mean who needs CDs anymore. They used to have more cool action figures and other collectibles, now the store focus on the vinyl pop things. Blah
🙁every kpop album I get is 2x the price of the regular cost and the albums are always broken and the CDs are always bent
Sad to say the customer service here has declined throughout the years. Even management appears to be have gone down they are rude and provide no assistance when asked. They dont even seem interested in helping anymore

Mr. Jim walks around the entire store to make sure everyone has been greeted and helped. Sometimes all by himself in the store but never forgetting his GREAT customer service.

Started the vip backstage pass and was advised by the cashier that I would not be charged for it the first month. This was a lie, he clearly meant I would be charged $11.99 but upon cancellation would be refunded that same amount. Upon cancellation (over the phone with their call center), I was advised that everything initiated by the backstage pass (magazine subscriptions) would be cancelled as well. No...another fye employee lied and should have told me to contact the subscription provider to cancel with them as well. Due to being a packaged deal I was later charged $24, $19.50, and $14, by this company. Frauds..

Best place to get movies at great prices. You can get used or new as well as order just about anything and it arrives with in a week.
Had to return an item I had bought and the process was smooth and j got my refund to my card within about 2-3 days.
Store is usually messy and disorganized. Dont sign up for their membership program as they will not cancel when you request it and then wont refund the money. Total rip off.

2022-07-15Fye has alot of great merchandise, and the customer service is wonderful. As for the elephant in the room which is their only and biggest problem... would be their prices. The prices on alot of their merchandise is quite extreme, I am aware that times are a bit rough for alot of business. But when you can find these items elsewhere for up to 25% cheaper thats saying something. Besides that its a great store as long as you can look past the high prices.

2022-02-25It is a very cool store down at Bassett Place. You can find from music to different topics, t-shirts, funkopops, electronics and even candy. My daughter loves it. She works at Chichos at Bassett and every time she gets out of work goes there, she has very good friends there too. The employees are so nice helping you. Thank you!
