Wasted $2 on the air pump that was broken. Told cashier it was broken. Even showed a picture of the broken part. She replied oh I know. 😳😡 why isnt there a sign on it then asked. I need refund. Apparently its not their problem. So now I have to figure out how to get air in my very low tire with no money.

I always stop here to stretch my legs, get a snack, and use the restroom. For the amount of people that stop here, it has always been clean! Although the gas station is next to the highway, I’m always surprised at the prices of items. My mother and I bought a few things and we were shocked that it was all under $5! And when traveling alone, I feel safe stopping here. Customer service on the gas station side could be better but it’s never a negative interaction.

I’ve been going to this gas station for about 4 years now and it’s a great place, the restrooms are ran by the Whataburger that is connected so they’re really nice and usually always clean.

Polite employee who wore a mask. Restrooms are nice, clean, and even have a foot pull for the door. Gas prices are comparable to others.

Stopped there today at 11:30 AM. Pump accepted rewards card and credit card. Immediately cut off once grade was selected. Repeated action twice with same results. Talked with attendant and was told that it was fault of my rewards card.Try the credit card without reward card and it will work. They assured me that there were NO CHARGES against my card.Told them that I would try that and if it didnt work I was going to the EXXON across the road. It did NOT WORK so I went to EXXON.Before I got to Dallas, there was a $65.00 charge against my Card!Buy gas there at your own risk! I wont buy gas there ever again!

Faulty Fuel Pumps!!!!Visited 6/11/2017Fuel pumps dont stop when your tank is full!!!While I did leave my pump unattended, in 25 years of pumping gas I have never seen a pump not shut off. Employee inside the station gave me attitude, saying there a little note saying not to leave unattended. Another employee verified that the pumps have all been doing it for some time.11 gallons of gasoline spilled from my pump and around my car.No one did anything to prevent the situation. These pumps should be shut down immediately!!!

Been using this station for years and for the last month or so it takes over 30 min to fill my tank because pumps run soooooo slow! Please fix this!

The staff alone has the best service and do truely help there customers out. Just like today shell staff helped me with my credit card issue and resolved my problem they did not have to care but they truely did .

The coffee taste burned and it fomes up Nasty ,,,,,,,,this has happened alot
