It was refreshing to find a dealership where you were treated like family. No pressure on the initial call and no pressure during our purchase. Everyone was very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our salesman Beau was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We could tell that he enjoys helping people. Extremely pleased with my purchase from Eckert. I had set down a deposit about a month ago for a GV70, and was able to get it a week early from the estimated arrival date. Beau from sales is extremely efficient, my dad and I enjoyed his enthusiasm and would love to work with him in the future. He knew we were flying in from South Texas and had the paperwork ready. Charlie from finance was so kind and helpful, he patiently explained everything in detail.The paperwork was done in less than an hour, as promised there were no hidden fees and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you for making my first vehicle purchase stress free, please keep doing what you do!

Ive been a proud Genesis owner until I had the worst ever customer service with the genesis roadside assistance, insurance company (AAA) and this dealership. The cars are solid and they must care for the buyers. Not owners. The car was broken when unloading from the tow vehicle. They were not supporting the document that was needed for filing a claim with the insurance company. The case is now sitting with the problem unsolved more than 3 months. Very unhappy with overall genesis care service. BE AWARE. Extremely frustrated with how they treat the owners and not being responsible!

Throughout my life I have purchased many cars. One of the things I dislike most is going to car dealerships and navigating the mandatory dance steps to purchase/lease a car. I have now purchased one and leased 1 car from Eckert Genesis/Hyundai, and have to say without a doubt, it was one of the best auto experiences Ive had. Last week I was helped by Gabriel Rich and he made the process seamless. Everything he had promised was delivered without question and I was in the dealership less than two hours. He had all of the paperwork ready to go, finance was expecting me, and it was simply a breeze. I highly recommend going to Eckert for purchase/lease option on your vehicle. I have been to other Genesis dealerships in the Dallas area and the experience was not even close.If you want to go to a dealership, be spoken to honestly, receive what you are promised and leave feeling very content, Eckert is the only place to go.

Might be a decent Hyundai dealership, but not a good Genesis dealer. Dont expect Lexus or BMW service. Bought Genesis G80 slightly over a month ago and my experience went from could possibly recommend to probably wont recommend and heres why:1. The car had 110 miles on it even though Ive reached about it before it arrived AND after it arrived it was said to have transportation damage and went for the repairs (for about 3 weeks).2. The car was in the service as it was said to have damage on the fender light during the transportation. Having a closer look at the car latter on, Ive found that the side that was repaired wasnt put back properly -- the washer tank cap was displaced and missing a bolt thats supposed to hold it, AND the mudguard on that side was missing as well. They just phoned it in, forgetting to put back the mudguard and when I contacted dealer on this -- I was told that its been too long after the purchase and that the sales manager will get back to me, which, of course, he didnt.This is ridiculous -- they are implying that I want to cheap them out on a single mudguard after buying a car for almost 60k? Even though, they know themselves that their service did a cheap job on that side and agreed to send over the bolt (will see if it comes with tags) -- they would refuse to send in a mudguard!3. The car (Genesis G80) wasnt detailed properly and had to be sent for their detailing again. The engine bay wasnt cleaned at all. The story was that they had a single worker in detailing service and he was packed up, so he skipped on some stuf initially...4. Over all, I and my wife had to spend 4.5 hours to just buy a car, which was agreed in advance -- dealer was aware of us driving from Austin (+ having to drive back) and buying cash, yet all the paperwork and process took so long that arriving at agreed 2 p.m. we stayed well after 6, which was the closing time.The representative was handling other 2-3 other groups of customers and, of course, there was also only 1 financial guy on that day, so all of the customers went through him alone. We had to wait 1-1.5 hours just to do 15 minutes of the paperwork.5. THE ONLY good moment, preventing me from giving 1 star, was or rep -- Ian Bohmfalk. I enjoyed working with him all the way until the day of purchase, and even then I cant blame him for being forced to run around with different customers. Its rather indicative of how the process is organized there overall. He also provided a decent support after the purchase, yet couldnt address the mudguard (despite acknowledging bad services repairs) and, again, I still didnt get a call back from his manager or from him. Might be stuck in all that running, but thats a tired excuse.The financial guy (didnt remember the name) was good as well.Long story short - they shouldnt be selling the luxury vehicles with technical service that is close to a used-car-sales dealer. Ian was a bright spot but thats about it. Experience/process - below average, service (repairs) - horrible.U P D A T E: got contacted back on mudguard, Ian said they cant get a specific one but would provide a full set for replacement. Thats definitely a good move and it solves the end problem. Still, as described above, the experience is far from Lexus/BMW level or simply not the vehicles price level.Would up from 2 stars to 3, but thats with a bit of credit.

Just had the best experience at Eckert Hyundai. Put down a deposit over a month ago on the veryyyy sought after Genesis GV70 that Beau Otto was able to help me secure after months of searching. Beau is the most personable and excellent sales man I have come across at a dealership. Very pleased!

One of the easiest buying/leasing experiences youll find. Was able to get in and out quickly without hassle. I did some research before going in and was able to get the deal I expected. No hidden fees or addons that I didnt personally request. Lindsey, Jeff, and Ryan made the process quick and painless. I look forward to continuing business with them throughout my GV80s included maintenance plan and hopefully once my lease is up theres a performance model available :)
