Gerard has managed our rental property for 11 years and they have done a great job with it. Mike and his team are responsive, courteous and professional. They have arranged for maintenance and repairs as needed and got these items taken care of quickly and well, for reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Kellie at Gerard Realty is excellent! Her documentation on owner statements, cash flows, and monthly property management is top notch. Their team makes rental property ownership so much easier because they take care of your property, your renters, and the documentation! What more can you ask for? Well worth the property management fees!

They were fair. I loved all the ladies at the office (except 1). Always friendly and wanting to help. Justin in maintenance is next level. Guy seems genuinely concerned about your issues. Was able to work magic even though the property owner was cheap. Probably the best management company I have dealt with as a tenent.

We have been with this company for 2 yrs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. We had issues with credit and they gave us a chance and we are still with them happily. Currently working on another release.

The team at Gerard was very helpful in finding my family a place to live after a flooding disaster took place in our home. They were very informative, thoughtful, kind and professional through out the process. I will definitely recommend renting from them to any of my friends in need of housing.

Have used them to manage our property there and they were wonderful. Always eager to go above and beyond to help us since we are out of town. Most people dont realize that rental properties do need upkeep and updating and they are always trying to help us save money
