Gogo were easy to work with and had nice buses. Bus had WiFi and also an entertainment tv to watch. We loved the experience using them and would highly recommend giving them a try. Ask for Don as he was helpful
Gogo was quick to respond and helped book my charter bus easily. I would definitely recommend them if you want to book a bus in Dallas. I know they also can book cool party buses.

This is by far the worst company to deal with. I wish i can give them 0 stars but it wont let me. I called for a quote and the agent sent it pretty quick. However, when I asked a question about how old their bus were, she replied 2009 and up. Then she hung up on me. I decided to call elsewhere to give my business to someone else. It was called The Dallas Charter Bus Company and after ten rings, a lady answers and said that she already sent me the quote. Not knowing that these were the same company, I asked if they were? Without answering, she hangs up on me again.Now Im pissed as hell. Called back and spoke with Jennifer to see if there is a corporate number? She gave me a number that looped me back to her. She hangs up on me again when I told her that I was going to write a review about my experience. I will never used them, there are plenty of businesses that do the same thing but with better customer service. If they think that they have enough money and they can pick and choose who they want to treat good or bad, I will take my business elsewhere. To someone that appreciates my money.
Gogo in Dallas was very professional. They gave us the best quote in town and the bus delivered was in excellent condition! Will book again
Workin with GOGO Charters was absolutely fantastic. Their vehicle was great and very luxurious. The WiFi was strong which made the trip go by very quickl.

2022-07-04WARNING! Know that using their website or phone doesnt actually get you connected to anyone at GoGo. Both those are for a separate company (CharterUp) who does their bookings. Even when I noticed this was a different company I thought I still was good as during the process I still selected GoGo from a list of options (even paid more for them as reviews looked good). We were never were driven by their company, and on top of that, it was by far the worst charter experience Ive ever had in my 20 years of doing this. Horrible experience!!!Maybe it would be a good trip if GoGo actually drives but there is no way to make sure you get what you pay for when trying to book them so be extremely cautious if you want to find a quality company as you wont know what you get through this site or phone call.

2017-10-22I rented 1 bus and 2 minibuses for my wedding day from their website Gogo Charter Bus in Dallas. They responded quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. Before I called Gogo Charter, I was really upset and frustrated because the company I rented from before cancelled my reservation at last minute. Gogo Charter Bus saved my wedding day. Everything went so smooth with a friendly and professional driver. My friends and family were happy and safe. I will call every time only Gogo Charter Bus.

2014-04-29I love travelling and exploring places! Thanks to Gogo Charter, I was able to travel around the cities of Dallas to my heart’s content. I had a comfortable, smooth sailing trip with a friendly and entertaining driver to boot! I especially appreciate the great service that I was able to avail at a reasonable price!I will definitely contact them for my company’s upcoming field trip within Texas! Getting a quote will be a breeze since their representatives reply to every inquiry as soon as they have read the message. In my case, they replied within 24 hours! 2017-07-02Great bus rental company recommend themI rented for a family reunion to get everyone to Houston for the long weekend. GOGO Charter Bus picked us up at our house in Dallas and even made a couple stops along the way to Houston. The driver Jamie was so helpful and didnt make one wrong turn there. He even waited and counted every as they got on and off the bus each time on the way. Very professional service thank you!

2013-08-01A great website all around. It clearly lists the starting prices of charter buses but they also have prices of party buses in Dallas and many other cities across texas. The Get A Quote is an amazing feature. If you fill it out there will be a reply within a few minutes of different quotes in your inbox. The email communication is available 24/7. There is no bus company in Dallas or in the US for that matter that does that.
