About 4 years ago this was the location me and my friend always came to. So when we were in the area the other day we were so excited. But the place I remember was so well organized and clean. This place is not, the bathrooms had no soap in them even though they sell soap here. The ceiling in the restroom was open and parts of in on the ground. There is no key to the dressing rooms, the hand written sign said they lost it (small paper sign is behind a rack of clothes). My friend was also upset when he was walking around with my children and employee started show my 2 year old a toy and telling my friend he should get it which made a huge tantrum from my 2 year old who was confused because he thought he was given a toy. This is not a car lot.
This is a fairly recently opened Goodwill location near the H-E-B shopping center. Compared to other Goodwill stores, this one is very small but it has some nice things, depending on what you are looking for. Most noticeably taking up most of the space are books, manga, religious books, books about pets, and self-help and how-tos. By the front display window is a small bin of childrens toys (like from McDonalds) that is three for a dollar, and a couple shelves of plush stuffed toys. Lining the tops of some shelves and near the back are glass cups, bowls, and plates, usually even a full set or two... And of course, there are rows and rows of CDs and RECORDS, probably the gem of this store!
This is our second favorite store to shop at. We always look here first for Halloween costumes, musical instruments, electronics, CDs, DVDs, books, and even certain clothes. Great selection and the employees do a great job of keeping the items organized and easy to find.
I was buying a nerf blaster, which had a price tag of 2 bucks on it. I went to check out, and the guy ripped off the tag, and told me that I had placed a false tag on there, and stated that it should have been 7 dollars! I was outraged! If that guy is reading this, he can go to hell. He was a bald man with an accent similar to John c reily.

2021-06-28The place is okay. It is really small for a Goodwill but it appears to focus heavily on books and Childrens toys. It is the one of the cleanest Goodwills I have ever been in (the other being a Goodwill showroom).
