Customer service is normally exceptional at this location and it’s usually two gentlemen who are very courteous, kind, and professional. However, my experience today was the exact opposite. The two ladies acted like I was disturbing them, and weren’t helpful at all. And the one lady named Carmen was super rude and disrespectful for no reason. They need to get back to the previous staff, because this new staff is very very rude. I’m giving two stars because it’s Goodwill, but with the experience today it should’ve been a one star.

Please place people who have a basic grasp of the English language in the positions of receiving donations. When I asked questions about my donations and for the tax deduction information she kept saying, “who?” So I asked for a supervisor and got the same response. I realize that being in the United States, as a nation built of and on immigrants, that I will be in a situation with someone who may not understand me or I them. I also know that there may be jobs better suited for this woman until she becomes more fluent in our national language. Thanks.

The guy working there was really nice. Taking our donations, he mentioned that the froyo place next door (& other place next door) gives a discount when you show them your donation slip. Perfect treat while I was out running errands!

I have dropped off donations several times this year and it has always been a pleasant experience. I always need help and the staff has always been friendly and efficient.

Very Good besides the old man hes very lazy and looks at you crazy if you ask for help whats the point of your job if you dont do it I think his name is Tony not a good person very mean and hope corporate fire him for being unprofessional at Goodwill DC

These people are fast and pleasant. As soon as you drive up, they are already wheeling out the cart to help unload :) Ill keep donating here
