First, this is an outlet and people are trying to get the best stuff before you do. Other than that, staff are friendly and try to make it as fair as possible. They have furniture around the sides and everything else is in big blue bins you have to dig through. Bins are shallow, but have everything from glass to electronics, clothing, shoes and accessories, so preferably bring gloves. Prices on almost everything but furniture is by the pound with clothing, linens and shoes the higher price.
Ridiculous. The people here act like animals and will push/shove you. I had a desktop computer that I was going to purchase and the woman at the counter said that they couldnt sell it. Why even put it in the bins if its not for sale? The other goodwill outlet stores are not like this at all.
Best time to Go is right when they OPEN and during the week!! NO LINES!! Walked right in bought $50 off shorts & tops, 1 Cashier however, very friendly, and quick..then kindly reminded me that Sunday I earned 50% off ...Last review Sunday was full, lines, ect..overall this experience I give a 5 star rating
No one was at Donation center to receive donations when I arrived along with someone else. Looked around trying to get someones attention but they were shoppers. Waited a few min then looked in back.. one of the workers up front finally saw me and came up with this nasty attitude.. will go to different site next time. Rude worker. Unprofessional. Making donations to help others during this time. Cant stand rudeness.
I was NOT thrilled with the service I had recieved. A few minutes before closing an employee yelled at customers saying if they didnt hurry up he will not check out their items. Another customer was putting things back because the prices are OUTRAGEOUS..AND the same employee rolled his eyes at the customer, seeming as though he was annoyed. Basically, the employees are disrespectful and impatient. Rushing customers and threatening to not check them out is very much unprofessional. You need to train them better or get better staff who are more professional and kind.
This is an outlet store, so don’t expect organization, expect people crowding over you and expect good deals. I absolutely love this store because I find amazing things for super cheap and the workers are really nice. They even are strict with shoppers. No one is allowed to touch the new bins that come out UNTIL they give everyone the ok. I like that because some people can be pushy. I love this store and their staff! 10 out of 10 for me!
Excellent place to shop when you like odds and ends. Store Managers name is January and he is a super cool dude that runs his shift like a well oiled machine! BUT getting a shopping cart is like finding a needle in a haystack. ATTENTION CORPORATE can y’all do something, you’ve closed several stores. Why not distribute those carts to the outlet stores - people are purchasing massive amounts and it they had more carts who know how much more they’d buy! I’m a supporter of the Goodwill mission so please help the outlets stay successful!
The workers here are very helpful by keeping the customers honest (mostly). Its kind of wild in here, but its mostly peaceful. People just want the good dealzzz.Price per lb of CLOTHES is $2.19 (under 50 lbs) at the time of this review (June 2020). If you get over 50 lbs of clothes, its $1.79 per lb. The TIE point is about 42 lbs. If youre that close to 51, you might as well fill up your cart with the extra 9 lbs - its basically free. The math: $2.19 x 42 = $91.98 vs $1.79 x 51 = $91.29That just means paying for 42 lbs of clothes is almost the same as paying for 51 lbs of clothes.Good luck!
Got some great items...however, I feel like we were way overcharged....The Cashier this morning (Sun 5/23/21), a young man with a bun on his head) was very pushy, not helpful at all & seemed to rush us.....This was our first time visiting a Goodwill outlet/bins store ever... Please talk to that employee about being courteous to customers because in this day & age that goes a long way.
First time being there bad experience the African American guy with braids was wearing blac Jordan’s with purple has a very bad customer service rolling his eyes at us the whole time I end up NOT BUYING ANYTHING I’m not getting nothing for FREE that’s why I’m paying to get good service!!! Btw it’s not cheap
I really detest what they did to this Goodwill. Whoevers idea was it to turn it into an outlet store, should be fired. A shell of what it used to be. I used to find great stuff here when it was a regular select store, but now, everything is just thrown into big plastic bins, which people dig through to find what little good items are left. Every other items seems broken or dirty & gross. Definitely even more unsanitary than a usual store, especially in these covid-19 times. Turn it back into a select store and put the COMPUTER WORKS section back in. Make this Goodwill good again!
You should have your employees trained with some kind of human decency and the sheriff stilling on his buttons doing nothing but being rude to everyone he encounters needs to be fired from his side job and as a sheriff he cant approach people in the thrift store imagine him at his real job
Great selection and prices. Shirts are 5.99, pants 6.99 newly worn and name brands (if you are one that cares about that). They have deals for teachers M-F 30% off and deals off specific colored tags.Update: 12/23/2019 :This is now a Goodwill Outlet and they sell by the pound now. Everything is categorized by clothing, quilts, and other accessories. They no longer have racks of clothing; everything is now in big bins in aisles. For me, its way too cluttered. There is no separation of mens, womens, and children clothing. Please pack your patience when goin here now. Ill probably have to find another Goodwill clothing store now.
Female employee wouldnt even speak to me had a bad attitude at check out and when as far as taking a 2×2 picture frame out instead of telling me something was still in my shopping cart after I had placed clothes then empty her scale to place house items from the same shopping cart I was so mad I just left without the picture frame I wouldnt recommend this place

2022-03-16Love this spot! Amazing deals under $10 and they have great discounts for specific groups and based on colors per day. Definitely follow their discounts each day and definitely stop biweekly if you’re an avid drifter!!!

2022-07-13This location keeps their store very dirty on the outside. I cant even imagine how unsanitary they are on the inside. I do not recommend this place unless you wear a mask and gloves.

2022-07-18I visited the store for the first time today I was able to find some shirts in good condition but let me tell you the people act like its the end of the world. They will push you, can’t even say excuse me or sorry. All for used items! The elders are the worst they act like kids running for candy. It’s ridiculous. If you have zero patience I do not recommend coming here

2021-05-08Can find some great things in this outlet store where most things can be purchased by the pound. They rotate new bins about every 30 minutes or so. Pricing can’t be beat.

2021-08-28Great idea horribly executed. People run the experience by acting like animals shoving and overfilling their carts. As others have did no basket because a family of 4 will each grab one or one person will take multiple. Some deals can be found but not worth the headache of the animals of people who ruin it

2021-12-27This is a Goodwill Outlet Store. Its the end of the line for merrchandise that doesnt sell at Goodwill Select Stores.I visited the store at 3:00 on a Monday afternoon. The place was a madhouse. Clothing is dumped into long bins and 100 people are picking through it at the same time. If you have a large family, are on a limited budget and have patience this is a great place to pick up bargains.

2022-05-02The lady that was checking me and my friend out wouldn’t let us sign our signature she did it for us which is again the law and it was highly unorganized the bins were everywhere and not even in lines this place is awful

2019-09-171 star for terrible shopping experience. 5 star service from Cashier Gabrielle. Her smile and explanation of pricing made up for the previous 8 minutes of shopping nightmare. This store is a madhouse: Prime destination for professional pickers and deal-obsessed housewives. When a New cart rolls onto thé sales floor, they descend on it like vultures on a carcass. Zero organization, ALL items are mixed together. Zero customer service until checkout. I spent $4 on luggage, bike helmet, and 2 tees. Enter if you dare!!
