I always shop at this location especially on sundays well this past Sunday I was greeted by Miss.Michelle the Keyholder (shown on badge) who was nice to greet me and help me out. As I checked out with Miss.Liliana the assistant manager (shown on badge) she was so kind to ask me if I found everything alright who was so patient with me while I was having problems with my card. I wanna thank the both of the young ladies for all they do for goodwill.
I saw all the good reviews and I must say they are indeed true. Goodwill is lucky and blessed to have a team member like Brian, with the black hair on their team. I had to write this review before even driving off. I hope he gets promoted to the highest level. Thank you for great customer service. My first time here and will not be my last!
Always find great items. Sometimes things are overpriced, I wont hesitate to leave something behind because it was priced wrong. No need to argue with anyone about it, i will probably find something the same or similar next time. I go often because their stock rotates quickly. Staff is usually friendly & I do really enjoy this location.
HORRIBLE UNBELIEVABLE...Been donating here for the Past 25 years.Went today to drop off some furniture and the two workers outside ran inside.Me and my wife try to donate as much as we can to help the people.We are both elderly and I asked for help unloading the donated goods. We were told to unload it ourselves, I was totally shocked. I asked for The manager and a lady named Laurie came and said they did not have to Help. After seeing we were struggling to unload our Donated goods I find this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Me and my wife have been Donating here to help people for the past 25 years but I can assure you we will not be BACK.
This was one of the most organized and cleanest Goodwills I’ve ever been to. It actually smelled good in the store. I’ve never been in a thrift store that smells good. Ever. I will definitely be back to this location. Friendly workers too.
I popped in here briefly to help someone pick up a piece of furniture. I was unimpressed by the complete lack of assistance the guy offered us. He said it wouldnt fit. Period. He said wed have to return the next day but had a risk of item being returned to the floor w out a refund if we couldnt get back in time. I returned the following day in the same vehicle and had no issue w the item fitting. The first day it was close to closing and I took the last few minutes to look around. Nice size and selection. Good housewares/ furniture section. Thats where I met employee #2...a young guy that seemed bothered by my last minute browsing. He watched as I tried to drag a large item to the register in addition to several small items. Not only did he not help me, he said I could come back the next day to get the larger item (Small kitchen chair not really a LARGE item. ) mentioning again that they were about to close. I said Id like to just get it now, just have my hands full, hoping hed lend me a hand the rest of the way to the cashier. (I was literally dragging the chair) Instead he said I should just come back tom because If I couldnt get my purchases out the door in one trip on my own, I would not be allowed back inside to get what I couldnt carry. I had the kitchen chair, an ashtray, a glass, a picture frame and a small single shelf. (Not a cart full of misc) I couldnt believe he was watching me struggle to the cashier w out helping but even more surprised at his if you cant get it out all at once... my sis was outside in the car so while paying I called her and asked her to meet me at the door to give me a hand. As I walked out & my sis met me the guy immediately scolded her as she took my bag from me at the door saying she couldnt come any further. I have to say it was so rude & over the top dramatic that by this point my sis and I were both trying not to laugh. She quickly realised he was the one who took her call earlier & was not helpful or friendly then either. The worst part was we assumed he was the mgr/ in charge. Now, there was employee #3 I didnt mention yet..And she was AMAZING. Left the register to help me w my items. She was so friendly, so helpful & made it easy to forget about the previous 2 employees. She carefully wrapped my fragile items & insisted on again helping me get to the door. ( where emp #2 stood w the keys, still not helping... not even holding the door for us) I guess it was the combo of a few great finds & the super sweet & helpful cashier that still made this visit a win/ win despite the two prior interactions. I look forward to returning w more time to really get a look around. I truly appreciate the girl & her great attitude despite the closing time, etc. (Cute girl, small, blondish hair)👏👏👏

The store is pretty well organized and most of the clothed are in pretty good shape. My only issue is several of the employees are certainly less than friendly. They seem annoyed anytime you ask them a question.
The cashier was extremely rude. She didnt even acknowledge me other than tell me the cost of my items. All I received when I walked up to the counter was a rude, dirty look. The only other thing she said, other than my price, was to complain to the person behind me that she was hot because people were opening the door to the entrance the store. I guess she did not realize that those people are why she has a job. The store itself did not have much to chose from as far as baby and mens cloths, I did not look at the womens. The Goodwill in Saginaw is by far a better store, I will not go to the Lake Worth location again.
Been working there 6.5 years. I had to quit due to the mgr. Love my job! Only if the corporate would see this. 2 other people quit the same day i did. I think it was a personal thing . never ever been treated by a mgr like she treated me. Never!!!
Store is clean, staff is friendly but prices are not always reasonable. Some of their kitchen stuff was more expensive than new price at the store.
The only problem I had is that I went today( 8-2-2019). I didnt realize till I got back home to springtown that they had charged me 4.99 for a scrub shirt that they had for 1.99. It was with a group of scrubs by the front window instead of with the used scrubs at the back of the store. I even looked at the price that was still on the scrub i bought.1.99. I am only using it in a skit that last about 5 minutes. I will definitely watch them way more closely next time i go there. Check your receipts. This is the first time I didnt check mine and I was overcharged. It wont happen again.

This store has good suits and a ok bathroom it smell clean .and most of the time it is the worker are a little rude and mostly the women but at closer examination I realized they are special .The store is well organized and kept clean nad they keep good Goods I .Enjoy shopping her. They close before seven they close a total of like 5 to 6 minutes before seven and lock the doors people connected but you can’t enter.

I was trying to buy one mirror with a credit cupon from Camp Bowie Store and they dont accepted my credit and I asked for call to the store manager in Camp Bowie and the manager told me We cant do that you used your credit in another store and final answer We have different system.... Bad experience😦

We had a hour until the posted time of closing, we were not allowed to try on clothing. This is the second time Ive had less than great cuisine service at this location.
Our flight was delay due to bad weather, so we decided to stop by Goodwill to pick up a couple items before heading back to our Hotel. I’m not sure if it’s protocol to stand next to someone’s fitting room while they trying on clothes? It felt extremely weird to have the opposite gender sit outside of my fitting room.
They have lots of items but seemed a bit over priced on things for used goods
Overpriced, Ceos makes hundreds of thousands if not millions a year and they pay there handicapped employees as low as .50 cents an hour. No law on what to pay handicap employees. Seems disgusting to me.
Updated. Since the workers fixed some previous issues its gotten way better.
Every 50% off sale the system in the store doesnt update. The manager refuses to use a different code, so they make all customers wait! Do not choose this store as your first store on a sale day. 😕 Halloween sale, same story.

This one usually doesnt have my size Jeans (33-30) the mens denim section doesnt have much time choose from regardless of size though. All kinds of shirts though.

This store in Lakeworth used to be one of the best Goodwill stores I the entire Metroplex but employees and mgmt changed and the whole environment change and is a disaster in there.I used to enjoy going to this store
They are higher priced than most second hand stores. Also always short staffed. Prepare to wait if you need help and long lines at checkout.
This place always had fair prices but the past couple of months some of their items they are charging almost retail prices. Just a reminder to goodwill these items are used.

2019-09-27This location is a typical Goodwill except it is way cleaner and the most organized one Ive ever been too. They keep like items together on the shelves. There are always associates cleaning and stocking. Also they have plenty of employees to help customers as needed. They offer military discounts always and senior discounts on Tuesdays. The signage for clothes does need to be improved. I enjoy shopping here necause it has plenty of floor space and you dont feel crowded.

2021-09-02I shop at this store a lot and it seems like the employees are always changing. I remember when I would be greeted by happy faces and got to know the employees more personally. Now it just seems that they cant keep employees and the ones that have stayed dont always look happy. They are never mean but I feel like they are not appreciated and seem stressed out. I know there is a lot going on but if the employees are not treated well and overworked I dont think Ill be seeing familiar faces ever there at the store and that makes me sad. I like getting to know employees and there is only a hand full of employees there that have been working there a long time.

2021-08-18Aaron the cashier was very friendly and informative. There were two other employees who treated me bad though. I found some nerf blaster toys to buy for my son and I and wanted to test them out. I found a hallway near the bathroom where I wouldnt be in anyones way or risk hitting any merchandise. I fired a few foam darts and two employees jumped out from a door and barked at me. One nearly shouted it sounds like a nail gun and the other said you cant be here. No signs indicating such that I could see. I explained Im testing this used toy before I buy but they didnt care. Very rude in my opinion. The 3 stars are for the lucky selection we found and the one (out of 3) nice employee I encountered.

2021-02-22Overall the store is clean and the staff are very nice. Unfortunately, the ladies bathroom was out of service and there was very little stock on the shelves. This was probably due to the recent hard weather. Id give them a week or two before going back.

2021-09-22This goes to all of the area goodwills , but just shoppped at this one . Prices are out of control . My posts are usually long winded , but I’llStop here shortly .. sorely disappointed in this store specifically . You want 14.99 for a hideous lularoe top😂😂. And all the chipped glassware at 6.99 and up . I guess the big wigs up top don’t have big enough salaries so they crack the whip and tell you to price even higher . I used to spend 500 a year in good Wills . Today I made my last purchase …. Ever ..

2021-02-05I bought a couch, and the guys who helped me load it were funny and extremely helpful in getting the couch situated. One of the employees at checkout always makes really corny (yet appreciated) jokes. I always enjoy coming to this location
