Noe was great! Helped me get my car fixed while getting me a good deal. I will definitely be back. Wonderful service, such friendly staff as well.
Not even qualify for a star! Went in for a tire leak which loose 9 psi pressure every 3 weeks. All they did is spray water on it and find no pin hole. I ask what else they can do and got answer of nothing they can do. No intention to solve clients issue at all. The store manager does not think any wrong doing as well. His attitude is it is not my problem.Luckily I ask them redo balance and hopefully it is cause by bad installation of balance piece. I like good-years tires but i will not go to any good years store any more. This store is pretty good 15 years ago.
Staff is really helpful. Manager named Noe i believe let us know what additional services were recommended in addition to what repairs were being done to car. Honest folks from what I could tell.
Went there about 6 months ago for an oil change. They quoted me an hour and 45 minutes. I was out of there in about 30 with fresh oil. The showroom was spotless, the people were not overly friendly but certainly not rude either. Enjoyed a wonderful experience. Highest recommendation.
Been to this location a few times with personal and company vehicles. They have always been quick to diagnose with same day repair at a reasonable cost. Friendly and courteous staff. Location is within walking distance of my home , a nice bonus.
I came in late Saturday evening just before closing with a big bolt in a tire. They are kind, professional and efficient. Fixed my tire quickly. I will be there when I need my tires replaced. Thanks to those on duty.
I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. Goodyear is supposed to be a good company overall, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! They are all crooks who hire other crooks to do the service. They somehow broke the driver side door handle of the car and then tried to come in through the passenger side and then broke that handle too. The employee at first apologized and pleaded not to report it otherwise he would lose his job, but then later changed his story when confronted by his manager. Now they say it was our fault because our vehicle is too old. IF THEY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS (WHICH THEY SHOULD BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE AN AUTO SHOP), THEN THEY WOULD KNOW THEIR EXCUSE IS BULLSHIT.
I just recently moved to Corpus Christi from Florida for flight training. I came here because the Goodyear crew in Milton, FL (Pensacola area) were awesome. Here...not so much. My wife called them to let them know what needed to be done to the vehicle. She took it over there and they already forgot what needed to be done. So she had to reexplain everything (not a big deal) but then as she talks to one of the employees, the manager rudely interrupts here and says Can I help you? Obviously someone is already talking to her so why ask? She ignores him and continues to talk with the guy she already was in a conversation with and he asks again. Seriously? Thank God Im only in Corpus for 5 more months. I am very loyal to a good mechanic but if they treat us like crap, Ill take my money else where.
Called for pricing to replace an alternator. I was told $100 for labor which is fine but to bring in an alternator that I could buy for $133, they said they would not install. They get the same alternator from Advance for less than $133 and want to charge me $230 for the alternator plus the labor charge. Talk about price gouging.
This place is a joke. The manager is rude and never does what he says he will. He smiles when people get mad. I had my car serviced and the way he treated people while I was there may me sick. I would think twice before using this Goodyear. I have always been very happy with the Goodyear places I have traded but this one is an exception.
I really dont recommend going to this Goodyear company. especially for tires. my advice, if you like overpriced Goodyear tires is to visit Discount Tires!! they are quick, professional and far cheaper, even selling Goodyear products. The Everhart store is poorly managed with unskilled, un-certified overworked labor. I also wouldnt advise getting any other work done there! (oil change, brake job, tune up... etc.) Drive by some time! take a good look! there is a reason the shop is EMPTY
No reason to ever return to this particular service station! Been there twice and received the crappiest customer service. You get treated like you are inconveniencing them by taking your business there. I gave them a second chance but nope same great (sarcastically) service!

Had a screw stuck in back tire. Went there on a Saturday morning. No charge to fix flats. Friendly, quick, and professional. We have used them several times and have yet to be disappointed. Good guys.
I switched to good year because of tapping lifters. I used the full synthetic pennzoil and now my engine is quiet with no noise r tapping. Good oil
This location doesnt seem to want to help the customer. I have made several attempts to get a vehicle inspection, the hours for this service are not compatible to someone who works an 8-5. Most of the time they say that their machine is not working. Very disappointing. I will find somewhere else to spend my money.

I understand you don’t want to do inspections, but just make that clear instead of saying “the computer is down” every time.
The team there is always helpful and friendly. They found an oil leak on my classic car and made sure I knew where it was even though the car wasnt there for that problem and the werent getting paid to fix it.
They require a HARD COPY of insurance. Other than that, it was a very quick visit and was only $7 to get my van inspected 😊 will go to again

They did great work on my car, very honest the only complication was the took all day to fix my car but they have complementary car service so they took me where I needed to go.

2018-04-18Forgot that I had been here before, was immediately reminded when I tried to have my vehicle inspected; a CANT do attitude. It was 7:40AM, cant do it until 8:00AM, ok ring me up, sure need your insurance, NOPE not on a website we need a print out, everyone needs a print out!! Funny, the city, nueces county and plenty other business do not!! SEE YA!! Fitestone takes the E-copy!!

2022-01-04New Years Day early morning I needed a fix for flat tire that had a giant screw puncture.Went to Goodyear initially, on my way to another tire place.Service Manager, RJ was immediately helpful with fair pricing, information and options.Thinking I needed a replacement, I decided to still go to the other place for price comparison ((CLOSED FOR HOLIDAY) so, returned to Goodyear since they were all so courteous and helpful.RJ again with the prompt service and immediate assistance was truly appreciated.Once services were speedily rendered, RJ surprised me with a much less painful cost than a new tire, balancing, etc. A lifetime guarantee plug patch was used, saving me time and money.Totally impressed with The Service & Quick fix. 2021-07-04Arrived at 8 am. Needed oil change, air in tires & right front headlight checked. Did I need bulb only or whole headlight fixture? I was told there would be a $64.00 check charge or whatever its called. Fine, but I was curious as to what is the price of the whole headlight? The manager snapped at me & told me, he couldnt give me an answer because they didnt know what it could be, wiring, the bulb, etc. I realize that but I was just wanting to know the price of a headlight. I know thats not the bottom price.I understood him but he didnt get what I was asking. Three times I told him I get what youre saying but all I want to know is the price of a headlight. It was like he was talking to me thru clenched teeth. Rude. I guess I made his day 1st thing in the a.m.

RJ and Caitlan both did an excellent job advising me on my cars maintenance issue and provided amazing customer service. 2021-03-10Today I had my oil changed at the Good Year Store on Everhart in Corpus Christi, Texas. The gentleman that helped me was Noe. He was so friendly and helpful! The service was quick and he also found that I needed a new cabin filter. Bravo to Noe! Awesome customer service!

2021-04-23Absolutely the best, not only in price, but in service! It took about 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation/balance/alignment, and new battery install. It would have been an all day service at the dealership!!

2020-08-19I absolutely love the customer service at this location. The staff is always so friendly and personal, always remembering me and my needs. I actually dropped my wallet in the parking garage on a visit and they called me back right away and returned it to me. They are honest about how long things will take and almost always exceed those expectations by finishing the job even quicker than I expected. By far the only place in town I trust to work on my car.

2018-06-26Its basically a situation to where you have to get your vehicle inspected. Thats about $60. They let u know whats wrong with your vehicle and if u decide to let them work on your problem, they waive that inspection fee. In my case it was dual CV joint repair. They quoted the price (which was lower than anywhere else), and in 3 hours i got my vehicle back. My wife is pleased to drive her vehicle without that embarrassing clicking noise you get from worn CV Joints. Its not about friendly service. Its about a hard working staff that gets to the point and is more than qualified to get the job done and move on to the next customer. Thats business. Good hard working business.
