First visit, great relaxing environment. Office visit was great also. When I called for an appointment I was thinking it would be weeks, well only a few days. They were prompt and very professional with everything ❤️❤️
Been a patient since 2013 and have never had any issues! I went in today and met with one of the Pa’s she was super sweet and funny and made me feel very comfortable.
DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING WITH HER!!! Only reason she has good reviews is bcs the staff tells the mommas if they leave a good review they receive maternity shoot or a bear with babies heart beat in it!!!
Dr. Frey was professional, courteous, patient and very informative and took the time to answer all my questions about my gynecological health.

Do not go off them short good reviews. They were probably left by the women who want a free stuffed animal with their babys heart beat. Which after you leave that good review they want you to leave they start treating you as if your some dumb patient who they would rather not deal with. When your concerned about the weight your gaining knowing your pregnant but knowing its a lot they just laugh at you and get upset with you when turns out you have excess fluid around the baby and once you take the steps to change it its funny then how the weight comes down. Then they cant even tell you themselves that because you have a primary insurance that the hospital doesnt take even with pregnant womens medicaid as secondary the hospital is still going to bill you instead which is way more then you can afford saying really you cant have your baby here and the kicker is that you think the doctor youve been seeing is going to be your doctor but she got dropped from the program they use or has chosen no longer to use it and cant perform surgery or any procedures at the hospital to begin with hence the reason they could care less and tell you go to labor and delivery because youll be someone elses problem. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone pregnant .
I love coming to this OB. All the doctors and nurses are very helpful and very nice. Would recommend it very much. The atmosphere is very nice, clean restrooms,and the views are super nice.My appointments have been good despite having scares, they listen to your doubts and take care of them if possible.
My visit was great and the nurse Brittany was very nice. By far the best OB I have had. Dr. Frey is very supportive and does whatever she can to make sure her patients are taken care of. She even checks on her patients a few times before discharge after delivery. I definitely recommend Dr.Frey for anyones OB needs, and she doesnt just do OB stuff either.
I started going here as soon as I found out I was pregnant at about 4 weeks.I left every single appointment unhappy and frustrated. They don’t listen to your questions or concerns at all. I really felt like I was just one of many. I had a hard time getting prescriptions sent, my calls were almost never answered and I’d leave multiple voicemails and never get a call back. One time while asking the nurse some questions about a concern I had she cut me off mid sentence and said “ya you should be fine” Extremely rude. At my last appointment my blood pressure was high, I was worried since I also had some bad swelling. The DR acted unconcerned and scheduled me to come back in 4 weeks. That was my last straw. They even marked me as high risk on my chart so why are you not seeing me for a whole month? I switched to new doctor and it was the best decision I made. Also patients are told if they leave a 5 star review they get a free stuffed animal for the recorded heartbeat of the baby. I am changing my 5 star review to a 1 star because this is my honest review!
First time visiting this establishment and I can say Dr Patricia Frey and staff was absolutely wonderful I recommend her to anyone
Ive had great experiences so far, with amazingly kind staff and lots of services to offer to expecting mothers. The wait times arent bad at all and the place offers ultrasounds, labs, the whole 9 in one spot which is really convenient. There is also yoga and water aerobics!Only downside is sometimes the calls arent answered.
I was charged for their failed IUD insertion and for a consultation I did not receive if you read my photos below which this practice somehow took down you will see I had to inform them about my medical history because no consultation took place. They were literally prepared to insert a new IUD inside me without even confirming that currently had one or not. The nurse practitioner also asked me after her 3rd failed attempt if I ever had a baby bc no consultation took place she had no idea who I was or my medical history. Apparently, it is unreasonable to expect your provider to check your chart before entering your body. DO NOT GO HERE. They make excuses for their behavior and I am planning on writing a letter to the medical board.
Dr. Frey is amazing, personable,caring ,and well read. Every concern or question that has came up always went the extra mile to make sure me and my baby were fine. Highly recommend. Definitely found forever obgyn!
Have been seeing Dr.Frey since my mid teens and recently she delivered my baby via C-section and did a wonderful job! The staff in her office are very kind and welcoming. Only downside is that the wait times can be pretty brutal...however, if you go in the early morning then you can get in and out pretty quickly
Ive only visited once but was honestly blown away. Everyone there was so nice and helpful and they offer a lot of services that Ive never seen at other obgyns. I honestly wasnt expecting to stay here, I just wanted to get in somewhere quickly but now I cant imagine leaving.
I am beyond astonished at the fact one this doctor wouldnt have even been able to be my doctor performing my c section here in Baytown and didnt bother to tell me. Or the fact that the hospital still doesnt take my insurance and I would have had to pay 35,000 out of pocket not including the c section surgery. That pretty much I would have been what the hospital considers a drop in and would have gotten a completely different doctor though her staff said so long as I had the pregnant womens medicaid that I applied for that the hospital would take me . That doesnt go to say how they treat you at this doctors office either. I will be making a complaint with the Texas medical board because Im 34 weeks and had to find this all out from another provider all together. Thank you so much for being a waste of my time maybe yall should stick to being a spa and not an obgyn office because apparently yall arent to great at it.
I love this center. They have everything to offer and very affordable. They adjust to what your going through and are available all the time. The staff is super friendly and they actually care for all their patients and even the individuals that are with the patients they treat them with care. They even have extra things like free exercising classes, photos, and facials are also available. I mean they have everything.
They never answer the phone. They informed me that I was miscarrying via email. I DIDN’T EVEN GET A PHONE CALL! I had to call them for an explanation, because I had no idea what was going on or what my next step should be. I also had to know that I was miscarrying for two weeks before they scheduled my dnc. When I started bleeding before my scheduled dnc, one of her nurses told me to go to the emergency room. When I did, the hospital reached out to the doctor and she said as long as I wasn’t dying, I just needed to ride it out until my scheduled surgery. Which wasn’t for another week. It was the most scarring emotional experience of my life. I do not recommend this office to any expecting mothers.
I have absolutely loved my experience at Grace Women’s Center! I started going here when I found out I was pregnant and am so thankful I did. The staff has all been very friendly and we chat with all staff every checkup visit. I am very comfortable with both Jennifer and Dr. Frey!

Very nice facility. Doctor & associates are very patient. Reason I’m giving 4 stars is that it’s extremely frustrating when trying to get in contact with someone over the phone. Sometimes the wait time can exceed over 30min (that’s if they answer). I could call all day & still no answer. They want you to reschedule appointment ahead of time but how can I if no one answers the phone. Other than that, the facility is very clean & welcoming. Any questions you may have, they will be answered. Dr. Frey is very sweet & understanding.
Such a beautiful place! They care so much about new moms and offer so many accommodations and benefits for you!! A beautiful location with livestock and different types of birds, it’s much more relaxing than going to the hospital. Dr. Frey is a great doctor, She is sweet and to the point.Also very helpful staff.

Im not even going to go into detail on this place happy to know I can take my review back because I had left a 5 star review because they asked me to leave one for a free teddy bear with a heart beat. No wonder yall were so nice in the beginning yall just wanted that good review because it looks to me like all the bad 1 star reviews are adding up and Ive been told that multiple people have been changing doctors because of issues here. No wonderi dont blame them and wish I would have found out this information before I was 34 weeks because here I am having to build a bond with a new doctor and going to have to go to a completely different hospital due to the negligence of this facility.

Do not go here if you value your pregnancy and you childs health. i went to this doctor during my entire pregnancy and had 3 ultrasounds through them, the last one being on june 15th. i went to the hospital on june 17th and was told that i had severe preeclampsia, my daughter was measuring 4 weeks smaller than she was supposed to, my umbilical cord had barely and blood flow, and that her amniotic fluid had leaked out of her sack and was floating around my abdomen. this doctor failed to mention ALL OF THESE THINGS!!!! i was told at the hospital that i had to have an emergency c section because my daughters life and my life were at risk. this office told me my daughter had gastroschisis and that they could no longer see me i would have to go to a specialist, this was a LIE!!!! every doctor i spoke to at the hospital was shocked that my obgyn never mentioned any of the problems i had because the hospital staff found all of them during my first ultrasound with them. the only reason this office has so many 5 star reviews is because they tell their patients if you leave a 5 star review you will get a free heartbeat bear. my daughter was born at 29 weeks weighing 1 pound 2 ounces because of the negligence of these so called doctors. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Incompetent staff! No one knows who is doing what. All with a high risk pregnancyCant find blood work they did. Taking over a week to send a referral.Takes hours and hours to be seen and no one answers the phone.And you never see the doctor only the PA

The doctor Jennifer Thorpe is a good doctor very helpful and informational also speaks great Spanish as that’s my first language . The nurses are also very attentive and helpful just wish there would be more Spanish speaking personnel here. The only thing is sometimes the receptionist leaves me on hold very long when I call to change an appointment or to ask questions.

I called to get a self paid price since I dont have health insurance. The person who answered said she was new and she didnt know the price for first time doctor visit but someone in management would call me later on to provide me with that information. Its been one week and they havent called back. Maybe by them not calling back was the right choice to not select her as my OBGYN. The only reason I called to be honest was because it was near my residence. But after not caring to call back and they not knowing their prices right up front, tells me this facility is not professional and after reading some reviews I understand why.
Love Dr. Frey. She has been my Dr for all three of my pregnancies. My first pregnancy was scary and new and she was able to calm me and make me feel at ease with her knowledge. Wouldn’t have another dr to deliver my babies.

I went to Grace Womens Center today for the first time. Everyone was very nice, especially the nurse (not sure of her name, maybe Jackie) and the phlebotomist, Neeta. The reason I gave four stars is because I had an appointment at 1:00 pm and did not see Dr. Frey until 3 pm. I do not know if it is always that way or she was extremely busy today.. Also, on a side note, I wanted to purchase a dozen eggs from the hens they have onsite. Since you can only buy the eggs with cash, it would seem that they would have a petty cash box at the desk, but no, they had to go in the back and find someone that had change. Beautiful and well maintained place.

I have been going to Dr.Frey since I was in middle school and I’m currently a senior in college. She’s really good at what she does and has always treated any issues that I’ve had. She safely delivered my little boy through a C-Section. It was pretty quick. The C-Section lasted 13 minutes. I always recommend her to family members and friends. Would not switch her for another gynecologist!

I’m here for an OB. I went from your standard office visits to this almost like resort. It’s a very comforting place and the staff is absolutely and genuinely nice.
When I became pregnant a second time, I knew Grace Woman’s Center & Medical Aesthetics was my choice for care again. A girl like me appreciates order, cleanliness, courtesy, and working with people who knows what they’re about and have knowledge of what they do. Heck, even if you don’t know at the moment, at least remain professional enough until you do. I’ve observed very excellent professionalism from the staff at Grace Women’s Center; to the front desk personnel, techs, nurses, the APRN, I give applause and high praises. It is also important to me that medical staff are personable and relatable, because at this point, I’m convinced gynecological procedures will never cease to traumatize me...lol...so being respectful, relaxed, and engaging during said procedures are of value to me. Grace Woman’s Center possess all these characteristics and I am able to mention them, because it has been my experience with them. Anything that may concern me (my increased wait time) I can count as negligible when compared to everything else.Additionally, they provide access to an online, patient portal that keeps me abreast of my care, billing and appointments. After every visit, it is promptly updated with details about my health and what was discussed during my visit. Dr. Frey is straight to the point and doesnt sugar coat nothing . I really look forward to my full pregnancy and delivery with her and her staff.
They have great doctors and nurses. They answer any questions I have. They make me feel right at home.

After having a ectopic I was worried at the beginning of my pregnancy and had a negative urine result but her medical knowledge we did blood work and it was positive. Yay!!! This pregnancy has been nothing but healthy and being in her care I’ll do it all over again.
Office is super clean and sanitary. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was easy to make and reschedule appointments. The online portal makes it easy to view results and upcoming appointments.
If I could write a 0 I would. The experience was horrible. The office had roaches on the floor in the waiting area. The nurse that took my patient history and assessment was not wearing a mask. The provider Dr. Frey was very rude and told me I had the biggest breast she’s ever seen. I will not be coming back and requested that my patient care be transferred. I DO NOT recommend this facility.
I have been a patient of Dr. Freys for a couple years and have always experienced long wait times in the waiting room and in exam rooms. Last year, I made an appointment for my annual exam at her new practice on Sjolander. I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time, then waited longer in the exam room. I gave the practice the benefit of the doubt thinking it was Covid-related and I was the last appointment of the day. I got an email last week from her practice that I had an appointment at 1 p.m. the following week (today, actually)...I didnt schedule it so I called and the lady in scheduling (very nice) said that it was automatically scheduled. I kept the appointment - was about 15 minutes early - and again waited over an hour until I was called back to an exam room. Then waited an additional 30 minutes in the exam room before I gave up and left. I did get a call from the office about 25 minutes later - Im assuming they discovered I wasnt there. If I had stayed it wouldve been over 2 hours wait time. It reflects poorly on the management of this practice and shows a complete lack of respect for its patients time. But they DO have a gift shop! If youre into that sort of thing.
I had my son in 2018 with Grace and loved my experience , everyone was so attentive with my pregnancy there was no other place I would of chose with now my second pregnancy !
Dr. Frey is very nice and patient. This is my 3rd time seeing her. Love her new office very welcoming. Will always come back.

I WISH I COULD RATE LESS THAN 1STAR.... I will never understand a OB office that doesn’t except market place insurance! Also my physician left the office(she was fired or quit maybe relocated) and I was NEVER notified!!! Being a pregnant women that’s a HUGE RED FLAG! Also my iron was SEVERELY LOW and they never caught it. My new doctor even looked dwn on the way I was treated or should I say LACK of treatment from this office. My pregnancy was high risk the entire time I was being seen at this office and if I had stayed I can confidently say my delivery would have ended in a death or permanent disability for either me or my child.
Great place! The staff are quick and efficient. So far my wait time has been no more than 10 minutes each time. Dr. Flores is my doctor. She is very nice, answers all of my questions and makes me feel comfortable.

I have been going to Dr. Frey for 13 years and she is fantastic! I LOVE her new offices and all of the new services she offers. My favorite are the BIOTE pellets. I didn’t realize how crazy my hormones were until I got them corrected. I look forward to the procedure! Dr.Frey is so forward thinking too, last time I had my pellet, she was trying out a new technique for numbing that didn’t hurt as much ( because she said she knows it’s not as pleasant when she gets hers and she wants the process to be easier for her patients ). She is so caring and her staff is amazing! I’m really looking forward to my laser hair removal appointment coming up with her aesthetics clinic! She came in and examined me. Said a few words and left. Didnt really explain what I have very well. She gave me medications for it. I was told she didnt need to see me again. I thought she would schedule a follow-up but no. I still have the problem. I wont be back. Looking for a new Doctor. And it is hard to get them on the phone.

I saw all of the good reviews so i wanted to try this place since my insurance changed and i need to find a new ob and the lady i spoke to was actually rude that it changed my mind instantly. I was only asking if i could have my old doctor fax instead of hand delivering my records because of the distance between the two and she had such an attitude and raised her voice. I’m not ignorant by any means and do not wish to be spoken to like that by anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Frey since 2015 when she performed a very important surgery on me, thus potentially saving my life!In 2020 she delivered my baby boy at San Jacinto Methodist hospital. Nurses were trying hard to help me push and Dr. Frey literally walked into the room and in less than 5 minutes my baby was born with no issues!She has always been very professional and I’ve always been very satisfied with every visit. Her office stays busy all the time so that let’s you know her work is good!Definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.

So disappointed with them. I had a good exam the Dr was nice and the exam was quick. My problem is their staff is SO rude, I had an issue of them not sending the correct prescription and no matter how many times I told them to fix it they never sent the correct one. The way they spoke to me on the phone was so disrespectful and nasty. Under no circumstance should anybody be spoken to with that tone and attitude. Im a firm believer in manners and speaking to everyone with respect but clearly their staff does NOT care about that. The wait time is absurd, I was in the room waiting for the Dr for 40mins, I agree with the other review saying it seems they dont really care about the patients. I spoke to other doctors at different clinics about this place and they all said they have heard its run pretty poorly. Very disappointed with this place.

I go to Frey for my annual checkups. Shes very nice and Ive never had a problem with her before. The nurses are nice with the exception of one. But other than that i highly recommend her.

2022-06-07I have been Dr. Frey’s patient for years. The new office location is a serene retreat from the city. It’s nice to enjoy the beauty of nature before an appointment. The staff is attentive and friendly. Dr. Frey answers my questions and addresses my concerns in a professional manner. This demonstrates that she truly cares about the well being of each individual. I’m very pleased with Dr. Frey and her staff.

2022-05-20This place is amazing, the doctors and staff are genuinely caring people. I gave 4 stars because to give 5 would leave no room for improvement, always room for that. My one gripe, as with all medical facilities, the wait is too long. They have TV ads of their products and procedures, nice, but when waiting an hour or more, some other form of entertainment would help immensely to forget the time.The place is a little pricey, but worth every bit of it!

2022-05-03I truly cant give enough praise to Dr. Frey. I suddenly suffered a miscarriage last year and called everywhere for someone to see me ASAP. No one called back except Dr. Frey. She told me to come see her first thing in the morning and shed be there for me. I cant say that she just saw me as another patient because she CARED for me. She sat next to me as I cried to her and made sure I was always comfortable and safe. After going to her office over 10 times in one month, her nurses and staff always greeted me with smiles and love. Here I am, a year later trying to have a baby again and she has been by my side with so much advice and recommendation. She talks to me during every appointment and doesnt make procedures seem like just her job. She is a world class doctor who I would whole-heartedly recommend to anyone. From her nurses to front desk staff, they all have my respect and appreciation. Give them a chance before you judge based on what you hear or see.

2022-07-11I think this was the best ob/gyn experience I’ve had with staff. They were friendly and very helpful. I didn’t have my cards on me but I sent them my insurance and used Apple Pay. The NP was very personable and kind. She was also very thorough, when I kept bringing up symptoms she made sure and did her checks before letting me walk out. I am definitely making this office my home for obgyn needs. 10/10 will recommend.

2022-06-05This so called dr shouldn’t be practicing. I wouldn’t even give her 1 star. She has terrible bedside manner. She doesn’t give two licks about her patients. Every time I went in I was there for dang near the whole day even when I had to do blood work. They told me that blood work and certain tests were covered in full by insurance and I got a bill for well over $500 for just one test. My water broke at 25 weeks she didn’t seem to care too much and I said forget her and because my daughter was so early they life flighted me to a bigger and better hospital. The office had the nerve to call me the next day and to see if I was coming in for my appointment, my fiancé had words with them and they didn’t even ask Cuppa cuppa cuppa cuppa if we were alright. DO NOT USE HER AS YOUR DOCTOR.

My experiences have always been good and I always leave with a smile on my face. The place is always imaculant and clean.
