Miesha was so welcoming from my very first inquiry call. The process was easy and I’m happy to be able to call this place my home later this month. Having been in the vicinity over the last year the area is clean and quiet and the apartments are large (at least in my eyes). If you are looking for an apartment that is quiet, clean and gated…..look no further!

I have been searching for dog friendly apartments for some time now and stumbled upon the west chase. I must say I was very impressed and pleased with the customer service I received from Nancy. She was so sweet and welcoming. Made me feel right at home. And she was so knowledgeable and professional. If your are looking for a place to live that is pet friendly I highly recommend the west chase!
My experience was great. The atmosphere was awesome and I liked how the manager treated her staff with respect and everyone like to participate in the holiday spirit. The staff relationship seem so honest and great. Looks like a great place to work. That is one of the main reasons that convinced me to lease an apartment at this location. The 2nd reason was the lady that gave me the tour was so nice as well and really explained and gave me options pros and cons of the second and bottom floor plans. The tour was fun. I seen other places that give you a bit of spook on the tours. This location was just great.Clean, peaceful and beautiful. I felt like I could live there. Thank you for the great experience.
It’s crazy how they got they Leasing Agency lying to people I been here 2 years I have never stayed nowhere they do nothing about the roaches no extermination I mean it’s almost 5 days no hot water they don’t nothing but feed us lies if you looking here PLEASE DONT DO IT U WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED
I have one issue. That I didn’t move in sooner. The area is great. Besides the construction on the road but besides that the apartments are neat. Quite. Peaceful. Great neighbors. No complaints. Staff is great. Very helpful in exposing things. I’ve been in 4 different apartments in my life and this complex exceeds them all. 5 stars! They deserve it !
Ive been here for a about 2 months and I just want to thank all the staff for the great work. I always see maintenance picking up trash keeping the grounds clean. It feels good coming home to a clean property. I have noticed they are making repairs to the cosmetic side in my opinion thats great. Good job management for caring about my home and keeping us up to date.

Great way to start the new year! The ladies are very welcoming. From the manager, staff and my Floorplan everything met my expectations. The floor plan i got is 2 bedroom 2 bath and have plenty of room for a family of 4. Highly recommended.

Lisa was very cooperative with me when it came to answering all of my questions and concerns. She was able to help me through the application process and with the comparison of the different floor plans that they have to offer! Hands down the best representative at the leasing office.
I am very pleased with the management! Jess the manager is very kind and always ready to help in any way. She has always been so willing to work with you in what ever situation. I commend her for her hard work and her great attitude! I normally do not leave reviews, but in this case I am very pleased to do so.

Visted Grand at westchase apartment today had a very awesome experience. Miesha was very kind and helpful tour guide very friendlytook time answering my every question. After visiting several apartment the service was truly refreshing come on by you want be disappointed.,
I have been at these apartments less than a month and I am already having issues.I had a friend spend the night and in the morning her car was towed, I was surprised because when I arrived they told me covered parking was for residents and anything else was for visitors. I’ve had multiple friends spend the night before and park in the same area and they were never towed, so the towing policy is inconsistent. I went to the office to inform them of what happened and they just said they couldn’t help me even though I was misinformed. They also gave me wrong information again saying visitor parking is located all in the outskirts, but there is only 5 spaces and they are all covered parking.
The women in the office Marcie and Shakira were very professional and helped me get an apartment tour and price range very quickly. Love my apartment and wouldn’t chose to live anywhere else!
I moved to The Grand 5 months ago and my process was smooth and easy. My apartment was nice and clean. Josselyn was my agent and all the girls there have great costumer service i recommend everyone to this property.
Went to get a quote on the apartments. Didn’t move in for personal reasons but the staff were very nice. So understanding and patient with me. Lovely young ladies. Bless their souls. I’ve will refer many people to come check Westchase Grand to become their future homes!

The apartments are very clean and the customer service from the staff is great Specially Nancy ask for her if you are planning moving in. i recommend because shes really professional she was really nice and patient with me!! She made easy the moving in process!
Ive lived here for 1 year now and I can say I am content. The staff are friendly and attentive. I see there are a lot of bad reviews but I believe that most are residents who storm into the office with an attitude so it could set someone off. Even if their job is to provide great service, we are all human and have our buttons and boiling points, but even then they handle themselves well. I renewed for another year considering we got a new property manager, Veronica, whom I will say has made a HUGE difference with the property since arriving, including hiring a great lead maintenance, Will, who Ive seen is ontop of things. I can see the property coming up and thriving!
My sibling and I have been looking for a new apartment so we stopped by a week ago and I have to say that customer service was great. The manager along with the other young ladies were very helpful and answered all of our questions.

I’ve been thinking about moving into these apartments for awhile and I have been speaking to one of the employee member there Named Lisa Menjivar & she is the absolute best! She’s so sweet and is Very professional.She Let’s me know what I need and very respectful. I wouldn’t be moving in with out her! Will recommend this place for sure!
I’m writing a honest review I use to live here. This place was infested with roaches. No matter how many times pest control spray or how clean you are roaches still will come. Too many people had bed bugs here. Furniture and trash is always sitting around the dumpsters. If you order anything make sure you are home because if not your package will get stolen off your porch and the leasing office doesn’t allow any packages to be delivered to the office. The apartments are outdated and need updates badly. My rent was $699 for a studio and my only utility was electric and my renters insurance, and the fact I worked in the Galleria area it was close to my job area that’s the only reason I moved in these apartments because of the cost of living, however when I seen how my experience was for 5 months I couldn’t take it. Management is horrible! the property manager is always busy on a conference call and the staff are no better. It’s suppose to be under new management and it’s still horrible. They’ll put papers on your doors claiming what they’re going to improve in for better living to us residents and haven’t did one thing! The pool is never open I only seen it open one time out the year. Mailbox area usually always have trash around it because the trashcan next to it is never dumped. You car must have a parking sticker and your guest have to have a visitors pass or else your car will be towed unless he or she parks outside the gate by the office which is usually always full. If you don’t have a car alarm I advise you to keep watch on your car. People do drugs it’s always strong smell of it and people trying to sell around the complex. People will break into cars in the area. maintenance mostly speak Spanish it’s hard to understand them at times, and they’ll fix stuff when they’re able to get around to it so you’ll have to wait. The area is not all that great, but it’s decent for quick shopping and bus routes. Other than that you get what you pay for and the roaches etc.
Moving from out of town is stressful but Miesha made the application and leasing process as simple as possible. I can’t wait to move in and call Westchase Grand my new home!
HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I wrote another review months ago and the issues have still not been addressed. The only thing done was a new paint job! Dont let that fool you into thinking this is a good place to live. The buildings are controlled by pests! No matter how much you spray or clean, they wont leave. Management does not care. Maintenance does not care. Pets and stray cats dominate the grounds. Feces everywhere you walk. Nonexistent security. Building condition is dismal. Save your money. Ill be leaving asap.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! It is not worth the money or the headache. There are more pests and cats here than tenants! The buildings are falling apart and management could careless. Ive been dealing with problems since March with no help. Save yourself the trouble! I cant wait to leave as soon as my lease up and if they dont do anything about the pests, it will be sooner than that!
The ladies who run the front office are extremely rude and inconsiderate. They get disrespectful and mean anytime you bring up issues with the apartment. They dont communicate with maintenance at all. For four days our sink stopped working and we couldnt use the dishwasher because it caused water to come up through the sink. Mold began growing and my dad and I called and called and called the office and maintenance number for four days before anyone came out to fix it. My bathroom sink still currently does not work or have running water and it has yet to even be looked at. As far as physical appearance goes, these are nice looking apartments. But unless you have a maintenance man moving in with you Id look else where. The ladies who run the front office make this place an extremely unpleasant place to live. And throughout the year, roach infestation becomes a big problem no matter how much you clean and they refuse to do anything about it. Mold grows randomly from time to time and its up to the tenants to fix these problems themselves. If they would just get better office staff and maintenance men then this place would be amazing.
The roaches are bad. Feral cats everywhere keeping me up at night. The gym equipment is not kept up with. The staff is terrible, I was literally lied to about a cheaper deal to renew my lease and then they charged me extra instead. Complained to corporate and they did nothing but show attitude.
I wrote a review a few months ago giving them 3 stars. Something happened since then so, if i could give them 0 stars, i would!My brilliant neighbor left the water running for hours which caused several units to get filled with water, mines especially. When I brought it up to maintenance they told me he made a call and they told him the property owner/management will not take care of this so, I should take it out myself. Because I didnt want my belongings to get ruined I removed all the water which took me 2 hours. Water also got in the room which has carpet. My MAIN concern was the carpet, I didnt want mold growing which is a health concern to both adults and children ( I have a 4 month old baby). I spoke to the apartment manager and she said the carpet will not be removed despite it being wet and not cleaned for over 24hrs. She said the carpet was still good even though no one came to look at it.I could get over the apartment being filled with water and me having to take it all out even though I wasnt responsible for any of it. What I cant get over is the lack of empathy and understanding the manager showed. When I spoke to her over the phone to tell her what happened, she responded, we will have your carpet shampooed. Not once, did she sound concerned or apologetic. She simply said, I wasnt the one who told you to take the water out** I have a video off all the water in the apartment but was unable to post**
Parking is great never had an issue, i love the location west-chase area . I walk my dog in the back of the apartments very nice ! The apartments take care of their property. Staff are very nice Rose is very sweet and helpful . The maintenance are hardworking i see them every morning maintaining a clean parking lot . Residents and visitors there dispose their trash on the floor unfortunately they dont care to live in a nice apartment complex .But maintenance do their best to keep the area nice and clean. I live on the bottom floor and unfortunately i can hear the loud neighbors upstairs so i recommend moving upstairs .Great price and very spacious .

I was amazed by the specials and the location. The leasing staff was helpful throughout the leasing process. It is a great choice if you are looking for a great rate without having to pay those high westchase district prices.
If I could pick no stars I would . I absolutely hate this place this is my 4th apartment and I haven’t ever had a problem with any other place like this one. They are so unorganized and the people who works there are unprofessional and and don’t do their job.The day I was supposed to move in they didn’t have the apartment ready but was aware I was moving in. Then there was a issue with my security deposit that went missing and I was called a lair and a fraud by the manager. After I provided her proof and she seat down and look through things she found my deposit but didn’t apologize. The next month come and I am trying to pay rent and I was told I had a past due how when I just moved in. They stated that I didn’t turn in my security deposit what since does that make. If that was the case I wouldn’t be able to move in. For months I had a past due balance on my account because of something the manager didn’t do the first day. Letters and evictions was put up on my door and after me talking to them multiple time and them saying they was gone fix it. That made me so upset because literally I pay my rent ahead of time and because of y’all mistake y’all trying to put me out. I got so upset I went to the office and recorded talking to the manager and they finally fixed the issue. They make you pay a mandatory $25 trash fee for valet trash from Sunday through Thursday and my trash does not get picked up and I told them about this multiple times. One night I heard the man picking up my neighbor trash and I looked outside and he didn’t get mine so I asked him why not he stated I needed s trash can. As many times as I informed them about the trash issue you would think they will try and figure out why. I went to office told them what the man said and the manger says oh I’ll get you one and I have been here for at least months now. No one thought to ask me if I had one or was I putting my trash in it or anything. Now we just start getting our bills on the 15th of each month stating how much next month rent will be which I have already paid for today I get a email stating that my rent will be more. How are you giving me one price and the turning around and it’s a total different and more. They are literally charging us anything they want. Something really fishy is going on here I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. Cooperate need to get involved because I have had it with this place.

Terrible place to live. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Anytime there is a significant amount of rain, it floods in the parking lot. When my family member first moved in, there was a huge roach issue. The apartment smelled like it hadnt been occupied in a while. Maintenance is very slow to respond to service requests. To top it all off the apartment was recently burglarized, and of course no one saw anything. Someone with a key entered the apartment and stole all of my family members shoes and clothes, even old t-shirts from the drawer. The rent may be affordable, but I wouldnt rent here and am glad my family member is moving as soon as the lease is up.

This is a horrible apartment complex!!!!! Please DO NOT move here!!! They DO NOT want to fix anything. They will simply ignore your maintenance request until it is time to pay rent because they want you to pay. I waited almost a month to have my heater fixed. Meanwhile, they are remodeling vacant apartments so they can charge more rent for apartments they dont want to fix 100%.

Rose is the nicest lady ever and super helpful ! She is really professional. This is my first apartment and its been nothing but great. Its a quiet area except for a few neighbors who play music a little loud but it personally doesnt bother me everyone should feel comfortable in their own homes just like I do so Im not one to complain ! Ive been here for a year now only reason Im moving when my lease ends is because I would like my own washer and dryer connections! Minor roaches when I moved in but with roach medicine and clean upkeep they are no where to be seen for a whole year so I dont understand the people talking about infestations they probably are dirty people and the roaches are leaving other clean apartments to go to theirs lol!!! Oh one other issue my a/c went out twice but maintenance had it fixed within a day and ordered us a temporary a/c unit so we wouldnt cook! Amazing first apartment experience dont let bad reviews change your mind! My rent hasnt changed and the water bill is controlled by the whole apartment unit so yes its more during the summer because obviously people are hot and want to take more cold showers ?? Not scammers whatsoever.. I pay every month on time and have 0 issues ! Btw I live closer to the front so I can only speak on my experience no robberies around me, quiet place, great staff and no infestations
I have very bad experience with these apartments, treatment of workers are terrible, cleaning is a disaster, they gave me an apartment with very bad odor and when I vacuumed the carpet I realized how much hair and dust was in this apartment. The entrance door extremely dirty, the air conditioner was broken; the same day I moved I had to report it. They give me an inventory to report some problems that I will find, to which have not provided the less attention, after 15 days living in, I went to talk to the manager and she said the carpet was cleaned by professionals and that I have a contract signed. I do not recommend this apartments to anyone.
Ive live in these apartments since 2016. Before Valcap took over my utilities were normal and I had no complaints. Valcap made my life a living hell since theyve been in office. My water and sewer bill surpass my light bill. This company adds all type of charges to my bill in which they cant even explain. Before the manager Dina left, she was in the process of removing more than $1150.00 of unexplained charges from my bill. She took most of them off, but she left a balance for the new manager Veronica that thinks she knows everything and has no knowledge of whats going on. The assistant manager was removing the remaining unexplained charges before she resigned 3 weeks ago. Before she left, she was recorded stating the amount I owe $56.03 for utilities. My rent is currently $984 for a 2/2 in which I pay faithfully for this slum village. I recently received an email stating I owe, $1553.00 for November rent and unpaid utlities. I tried to explain to the new manager Vernonica my situation but all she says is, You dont pay your utilities. I renewed my lease in August, so why would u renew someones lease that has a balance? Also, I was supposed to get $200 off my rent in August for renewing my lease. This company put it towards the overcharged utilities that were being taken off.(Fraud) These are the most unprofessional people Ive ever seen in my life. There is a crew working outside these apartments to fix water leaks thats affecting everyones water and sewer bill. On 10/18/19 I received an email stating I need to pay my utilities by Monday or I will be sent to eviction. The fact that Valcaps Lawyer tried to negotiate an amount, lets me know they are fraudulent. Mind you, I pay my rent faithfully. They want to evict me for overcharged utilites. Who pays $60 to $100 for gas, sewer and water with only one occupant. Thats more than my electricity bill and I use electricity all day. Its sad what they do to the Indigenous people of North America. This isnt even their land. Dont believe any good review below. Its probably the company and/or their affilates. PLEASE stay away from these apartments. They dont mean their tenants any good. All they want is the money and extra money or you will be sent to eviction. I think they are running a cartel that extort money from tenants. Not to mention, the mold in these apartments, pools are always closed, pot holes in the street, bug infested, gunshots during the night, gates are never working which allow anyone to come in these apartments. (WHAT a BREACH) And yes, the ice cream truck comes in at 8pm in which he isnt supposed to. If the gates were working, he wouldnt have access. If I want ice cream that time of night, I would go to the store. My car was towed unlawfully, but I was able to get it back without paying a dime. My car was broken into on two separate occasions. If u look out your window at 3am u will see strange ppl looking for a car to target. This isnt living. This is living in poverty. Im posting the videos of the previous mangers stating my balance. Also, u pay for trash pick up, but once a week my trash isnt touched. When you submit a maintenance request, they make sure your car is not parked so they can come in when youre not there and search. Once I submitted a request for my second bathroom. They fixed it when I left, but I saw huge footprints in my room carpert to let me know they were in my room searching. They fixed the potholes since I posted it in this review two weeks ago. Dont be fooled by the way these apartments look in the WINTER TIME. U wont be able to swim in those pools filled with algae come SUMMER. We cannot let these people get away with treating us like this. My lawyer told me to contact ICE because nine times out of ten, the staff are illegal. If it wasnt for us tenants they wouldnt have a job or be making fiat money. DEVILS!!!👹
Ever since I walked in the management and staff has handled us with the utmost care. Treating us with class and dignity when some other places looked down upon us because we are a young couple. They have helped us every step of the way and any questions we have or issues gets handled right away and the condition of the apartment is absolutely immaculate. We owe them our deepest gratitude.
***Edit yesterday I came home from work and my carpet and bathroom floors were soaked. Called the emergency line and maintenance came over an hour later. He took off my bathroom mirror that came with the apartment and there was a ton of mold behind it. he cut away the wall and there was water pouring in from the vacant apartment above me. 45 minutes later he finds the key for the apartment. 1 hour later the water finally stopped. I was told that they would come take care of the water and everything today at 930. 1015 roles around no one is here. I call the office and they said they have to get a carpet contractor to come out here. Couldnt give me a time estimate. Was told they have to put in a bid for sheetrock to fix the bathroom wall. They said it will be fixed today. I highly doubt that considering its already 12p. Went into the office to show them pictures, they didnt care at all. In fact they had the nerve to say they will put a work order in, even though I have a number of orders that are still sitting there incomplete since August 2018!!When I moved in, I came to learn that in my remodeled apartment... the countertops look granite but are just spray painted, same with the bathroom. The floor is very uneven. And the cabinets are just spray painted as well. Which was fine I knew that after looking at them. There were a few issues that I listed on my move in sheet that I was told would be fixed right away. Then Rico the person who moved me in completely messed up my paperwork and I had to battle multiple phone calls (10+) which didnt get me anywhere and over 5 of five visits to the office to finally get the issue fixed. 6 months later my issues that i listed in August on my move in sheet have yet been fixed. I have these orders added in their online portal and they have been closed multiple times, 4 to be exact, without the issues being fixed. Everytime I go into the office to say something Im told it will be fixed the next day and it isnt done. Not to mention after being here a couple of months I can see mold growing where it was clearly painted over. Specifically in the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom fan doesnt work so the humidity gets trapped in my tiny apartment. Not to mention the ROACHES! I keep a very tidy apartment with me living by myself. I laid out a sticky pad on my kitchen counter this week, and Ive already caught 6 roaches! Just on that pad. Not to mention the 7 other sticky pads I have around my apartment. None of the maintenance speaks English so I cant even directly ask them to help with my issues. The parking lots are horrible with potholes everywhere and the main gate breaks every couple of weeks, staying open for anyone to just drive in. The gate door by my apartment also doesnt close so again any of the MANY homeless people walking the sidewalk right outside my window can just walk right in. that is on my maintenance request as well. Currently there are 4 grocery carts sitting right outside my apartment for no apparent reason . Also to note, I have been here for 6 months and there has already been 3 changes in managers. They also dont check voicemails, get back to you about anything, and turn their office phone off during lunch. If you call and someone answers and says well take care of it, just know nothing will be done and they just wanted to get off the phone. The only good thing i can say is the mailboxes are finally fixed after 8 weeks of having to drive to the post office to get our mail. And when they moved them back, there was no email sent to tell us not to drive to the post office or to tell us we have new mailbox keys. Perks, they do allow pets even though the majority of the residents are absolutely terrified of the dogs. Last thing, if your apartment is near the wilcrest street like mine, you also get to deal with all the kids yelling right outside your window waiting for the bus every morning.
The worst apartments and worst staff i had ever delt with.... I lived here for a few years the apartments were old ... they had bed bugs and fleas .They had water leaks almost every weekAnd even after I left for a few years the staff are being so careless they cant provide the correct email to my new location for rental verification !!!! I am really frustrated with them

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years,3435 walnut bend ln but when this new company THE VAL CAP GROUP began managing, everything became a nightmare,any management request that was told to them took months to fix,my patience while at first calm has reached its limit, after this months rent amount was made to be $1,222 dlls for an apartment that’s 2x2 it’s ridiculous.They said base rent would stay the same but the UTILITIES cost are apparently separate from the rent , $944 rent plus $ 136 sewer , $93 water $25 trash $24 gas charge.That’s a lot of money for Family of 4 , ,months ago everything looked decent but this month it looked like garbage, the front desk for the leasing office gave me a lot of different numbers to call the city of Houston to ask for answers for problems that they believe isn’t theirs to deal with.Its their company!!! The only good thing here is my leasing contract ends soon , and I can move out of here,just take this advice don’t lease here please !!! Save your money and find a better place to live.Also mail boxes were vandalized in October 2018,it took until today and its still not completely fixed,you need to go everyday to a local post office to pick up your mail. It’s so bad yesterday there was a attempted shootout all because they haven’t fixed the gate in a year! Again please don’t lease here you’ll waste your money and time.
Reading a few reviews at first I was skeptical to move here, but honestly I am very impressed with how professional everyone is. I have to be at work by 6:30AM every morning. One morning I woke up to my freezer not working. I was freaking out because I have to be at work on time, but I had just gone grocery shopping the day before. I called the office and left a message on the emergency line and just hoped for the best. Well, soon after they opened I was informed the issue was going to be resolved on that day. Pheeww, what a relief, but I still worried. What if they really dont go and by the time I get off all my food is wasted?! Not long after that I received a phone call to tell me the issue was taken care of! OMG, how quick they were to resolve my issue was awesome.The neighborhood is also nice and quiet. My kids and I love our apartment complex. The only reason I did not give a rating of 5 stars is because the visitor parking is limited, but thats not as important as everything else I have grown to love about living here. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have needed maintenance (4) times at which they came (2) due to calling the emergency line. This is inhumane to live in waste from the toilet which is overflowing again because the building does not drain properly. I dont fault the leasing agent but I do feel we were forced into a improper lease because A. We asked for a smaller unit. (We. Were leased a large unit) B. We requested the older model (We were planning on laced in the newer model) for more rent with the inconveniences of the bathroom overflowing and the UNUSED dishwasher overflowing from dish water as well. This is NOT the welcome we were hoping for moving to Texas. Furthermore the gates NEVER close. Why give us gate codes for open property. Safety is Aliso a issue for this property. Were exposed to the danger of anyone coming on site. We really should have pursued other options.
So far, not so good. I’ve lived here not even 2 weeks and the air has gone out. I’ve put in two work orders, at first high priority on 7/9 and then the next emergency on 7/10. I called and spoke with someone who said the maintenance man would be there at 10:00AM. I didn’t hear anything by 2:00PM, so I called back to get an update. The lady who answered had no idea my units air was out and was naming off different apartment units.Before I left my apartment the temperature was 80 degrees. If they don’t fix my air today, it will be the second day I’m unable to stay in my apartment. I recently moved here from Dallas with a one year old child and this is not safe for neither myself but ESPECIALLY HER. So not only am I spending money on a room, I’m also not getting ANY ANSWERS ON WHATS GOING ON.Update;When I called back Ashley O. Who has very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE gets on the phone and tells me she’s about to print out the work order and give it to maintenance!! At 2 PM!! When I told her well I spoke with someone at 10 this morning and they said they were gonna do the same thing she says “ well I’m just now barely talking to you now and that’s all I can do for you” with such a messed up attitude. If that was the manager she needs to be demoted! Bc if I was manager I’d ask who I spoke with this morning and apologize! That’s all. She made matters worse by her rude attitude. I advised her and I will advise anyone else if my air isn’t fixed today, then I’m taking yesterday and today’s worth of rent off for August. I would loveeee to speak to higher up. Would love to!
This apartment complex is absolutely disgusting. I dont think Ive ever lived in a place that I have this many complaints about. My dad and I moved here back in February and they actually just let us move in knowing that the place had a HUGE problem with roaches, a problem that they have still neglected to do anything about. They dont take proper care of the pools here, and keep them so dirty that Im almost certain that the complexs insurance for them is not covering them. The complex also has what i would consider the worst maintenance that i have ever seen. When my dad and i first moved in, the air conditioner was broken and the first few times that maintenance would come in, they would either not fix the problem or make it even worse. At the beginning of last month, maintenance came in saying that they had to fix a broken pipe connected to my dads bathroom. They went in and butchered the walls of my dads shower and under his sink (which made the roach problem even WORSE) and then sealed them back up with duct tape. Now its almost December, almost 2 months after they first came in to fix the pipes and they STILL havent completely fixed my dads walls. Im sure 2 months was more than enough time for them to fix everything. About 2 weeks ago, I paid a visit to the leasing office telling the people that worked in there about the roaches and my dads bathroom, and i havent heard so much as a whisper from maintenance. That same week, they had the audacity to leave a note on our door about renewing the lease (at night time, which kinda sketched me out). My dad and I have made the decision to NOT renew the lease, and we will be moving out when our lease is up.This complex is not worth the rent money. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
Perhaps this star rating can improve if issues are dealt with. This may be the only forum in which they MIGHT take notice. I have lived here for two months and have paid my rent on time. Rent, I should say, includes a $25 fee for trash service for which you must use their provided trash can. So $50 into this agreement and I STILL do not have a trash can. Four contacts with the office (one by phone, two in person, and one over email) have resulted in no action. Well, maybe I shouldnt say no action because I have now been given TWO notices on my door regarding a balance owed. The first shows a balance of, wait for it...$50 owed!!! How convenient. Note that the notice does not state what the money is owed for, just that it is owed. Fast forward a week and an unreturned phone call and email later, I receive a second notice stating I owe $809?!?!?!?! It is the middle of the month. I paid rent with a cashiers check so I KNOW that isnt the issue. Again...nothing to reference what the money is owed for! It is funny that these notices seem to show up overnight. It almost seems that they do not WANT to discuss the matter since they covertly drop these on my door step in the middle of the night. But God forbid they answer the phone at 8:30 am. I sincerely hope someone sees this review at their office and that it makes them jump into action to actually have a dialogue with me about these issues. I could honestly go on for hours about how truly terrible this experience has been for me since day one. All I want is a damn trash can, since I have to pay for the service, and for the billing to get straightened out.
Horrible customer service!!! As I walk in Veronica yells out in a rudely matter ”Can you wait Or come back later because we are going on lunch” I said I’ll wait, and I waited to see, thinking maybe I was judging to quickly but again I was wrong I started to see how unorganized she was I hope she is not the one managing the property because she was so unprofessional she again tends to yell out to a Rebecca who is busy on her cell phone giggling to herself to get ready and to close up and if she decided on what they are having for lunch. i only got to know their names from when they kept answering the phone and leaving people on hold for nearly 10- 15 minutes!! I do not recommend this place to anyone!
I guess you have to give a star to type. the staff does not deserve that or the owner for hiring these people. i went in on june 6 looking for a 2-2 with WD connections i was shown a unit without the connections upstairs. I said that was fine. Jenny told me she had an available unit for my move in. June 18th after calling several times i was told my app was approved,however we dont have anything you asked for. So what was done was pressure me wait till the end of the month till i have no choice. Jenny, Jocylan and Jess are treacherous

I moved in early December 2017 to Westchase Grand Apartments; My partner and I were looking to stay close to where our parents live and wanted something affordable for our first apartment since we are expecting our first child. We were aware that this apartment complex wasnt the newest and nicest so, for that reason we didnt have high expectations.I read the reviews before moving in; roaches was something current or previous tenants wrote about; this is TRUE. We didnt have an infestation but I was killing 1-2 roaches a day when we first moved in. Mind you, we had not even cooked yet. However, we bought all the necessary pesticides and maintained a clean apartment to get rid of this problem which somewhat worked but because these apartments are old roaches still managed to get through all the nooks and crannies. For example, even though the front door is shut properly there is a gap/space where bugs can get in through.To add on to how old and not well kept these apartments are; we noticed when we showered that drops of water were coming out of this hole in the ceiling thats positioned directly on top of the tub. Naturally, we called the office for maintenance to come, they came the same day, which was great. The terrible and quite shocking part is he opened up that hole, which is purposely placed there, and dirty brown water came gushing out. It stained my shower curtains and just made the tub extremely dirty. The maintenance man advised us to call every three-four months to release this dirty brown water since it accumulates regularly . I dont know about anyone else, but thinking about dirty brown water accumulating in the ceiling as I shower makes me feel the opposite of clean.There are two more annoyances that I experience from living here which Ive observed from walking my dog. One, dog poop everywhere. I dont think its that hard to pick up your dogs poop. But I digress. The second would be the weed smoking. I have nothing against weed smokers but, personally I feel uncomfortable passing by as someone is getting high in their porch.Ive only been living here 3-4 months and I already know I wont be renewing my lease. Especially after this month when I was told my water bill was $80.00 which is more than my electric bill. I live in a one bedroom apartment with my partner, we both work full-time, and there is NO WAY we used up that much water. When we called the office for proof of the water bill they said we will start receiving a bill next month. Ultimately, they were unable to prove to us we used up that much water.All in all, not the best apartments but Im fortunate enough to have a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in which many people dont have.

Apartments are run down, they take forever to come and fix major maintenance issues such as heating and air conditioning. Units are not in good condition upon move in. Parking is terrible. Drug activity. They charge tenants money that they dont owe. Office personal is rude. This property is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
Stay far away from this place! Lousy front office personnel (who change every 3 mos), constant dog-barking neighbors, police visits every week, and a steady rent increase yet a quality decrease. They only good thing was covered parking if you can get one. Goodbye!
The leasing team does a GREAT JOB! Any time Ive ever needed any maintinence or information Ashley, Dina, Bonnie, and Tisha are always able to get you the help you need very quickly. I would highly recommend renting here.
These are old apartments. Despite the renovations to some of the units, they still have a lot of work to do. I’ve been here for 2 years and stayed only because of the school district for my kids. Otherwise, I would not have lasted as long and frankly, I’m OUT as soon as my lease is up for the following reasons:1. Bugs! This place is infested and pest control is MIA. Even if you request it, you get brushed away from the office like “ok, yeah, your on the list” but they never show up. So learn to google up on some DIY pest control-you will need it.2. Management. You never really know who is in charge and staff turnover is frequent so therefore much inconsistency in how issues are handled.3. Maintenance. Who needs it anyway right? I mean, yeah you get put on a list and “they will eventually be there” because “they are gone for the day” and after a while you’ll forget about it or learn to live with little water pressure in the sinks or a non working AC unit, or even no hot water. You do however get an email confirmation up to 3 weeks after you report an issue saying it has been taken care of (screen shots of emails & photos of lingering issues upon request).4. No hot water. This is the 4th time in 3 months that I do not have hot water in my apartment for a grand total of 8 days without hot water. They do provide a stove though so you can boil some hot water in a pot and add it to a halfway filled tub to at least bathe in some decent water. Just be careful not to trip on the way. Burns are bad.Reasons to stay:1. School district for kids in elementary. Outley elementary has an 8/10 rating. Edumacation is good.
Roach infested. they have changed management three times since ive been here. they have bad attitudes over here. there are possums running around on the porches eating the garbage. its not worth living over here. I have months left on my lease and I can not wait to leave.
I agreed with everyone saying that this is the worst apt ever, start from the office staff they don’t know what they are doing, whenever you call they don’t have answer their main concern to get you off the phone, calling about the same issues over and over I have mold in my kids bedroom cause by any rain outside the water comes inside, beside of course the roaches coming from the AC vents every where even in the bedrooms.Seriously save your money, because if you think that cheap place no is not but you still paying money and you get nothing.
Worst property i have ever stayed in. Only bsen here 3 months and have lost a bed, couches and multiple towels due to water leakage. Not just leakes, but crackes in the foundation that has caused mold to grow and make myself and my family very sick. Management does not care at this property. We still have carpet pulled up in our master bedroom, walking on the bare concrete.
I love Luisa! i can tell she loves her job! Thats the girl you should go see! The community is beautiful and very well maintained! Parking doesnt seem to be an issue, its gated in which is a huge plus. Theres covered parking too. You wont have to worry about being towed!! The community is clean and maintained well.I love this place!!!!! Very happy to call WestChase Grand my first home in Houston!
The pool has been closed for nearly 2 months after being opened back up earlier this year. I believe since Late April. It really sucks because it’s too hot!!! I called and asked why the pool was closed they told me it was because they failed the inspection!!! Ridiculous! People get in themselves by jumping the fence when the office is closed and I don’t blame them! It’s too damn hot for the pool to be closed in the summer! C’mon now! Westchase grand open the pool already.. it’s too hot!
I dont know what everyone is talking about, I love my place, and rose is a great manager she listens and gets to my issues pretty quick I live on the street instead inside the complex so its pretty quiet here my neighbors are all nice quiet people. Only complaint is thst there are no washer and dryer connections if I had that Id give 5 stars dont let others bad experience tell you otherwise sometimes the maintenance is slow but tbink about it they have hundreds of people everyday to come and repair their things, but they work pretty quick anyway give them a chance and if you do speak with rose shes a very nice person and does what she can for you and here to help.
From the time that I moved to basically the time moving out myself an my guest have been victimized of vandalism cause damage to not only my vehicle an my guest vehicles. But other residents also.. when I moved in last year in June I had only been here a total of two days an on June 20th woke up to all four of my wheels an tires stolen off my vehicle. Cause me stress on how when why an what. Also causing me to miss work an try to figure out how to deal with this issues.. which ended up causing me lost wages from work an emotional an mentally an also physical stress.. well the previous office manager mona which is no longer here helped out a little on offering $250 off my rent for the damages because I was ready to move immediately after just moving in.. so move forward past that well around November or any beginning of December after my welcome in but not so welcoming gift. I had a friend over an stay over night as she woke up to her window being busted out an things taken out of her vehicle.. was told to make a report. But nothing was done after that. Office just stated not responsible.. which I believe is very wrong considering this is supposed to be a gated community. Well moving up to this year. Well had a visitor from out of town come an was parked in front where vehicle can be checked on because after my first two run ins I am no longer ok with my guest not being able to see there vehicles.. well on July 1st I had a guest from out of town. Well woke up to go to work an found the their vehicle had damage as someone had attempted to break into the vehicle but got stopped. Causing damage to passenger side of window an damage to windshield. Causing them having to miss work an having to pay for damages that should not have been down! Because yet again this is supposed to be a gated community!. Well office manager at that time luisa. Stated that she was told by property owner that they was going to take care of the damages had me to get a separate police report an all information needed for the damages. So all of this informs was provided. And after 1 week or so of the run around she tells me that they are not going to do anything. Well that really upset me even more because she just lied an gave me the run around.. well.. about two weeks later!! Break-ins happen again!! On 08-22-18 not only my guest vehicle which has left an came back up here. Well this time they hit the driver window of guest vehicle an driver side of my brand new vehicle. An several other vehicles. At this point I am totally embarrassed because this is the 2nd time. Well again the office has nothing to say but we need to just file on our Insurance an that there is nothing they are going to pay for.. well on Oct 31st there was another break-in. Causing more damage an another day of work missed. More stress added. These apts have been nothing but problems since I moved in to the time Im trying to move out. These apartments have caused me emotional physical an mental stress lost wages having to deal with my vehicle..
Price too high, foundation of apartment has terrible roach problem that simply wont go away!The only thing theyre remotely good at is towing cars out vistor or otherwise.Save yourself the nightmare skip this trash apartments!
Although the apartments are spacious . I would highly recommend you stay away from this apartment complex . The ladies in the office are all rude,ignorant and abusive . They won’t hear you out in any of your problems and will just ignore them . Now the guys running maintance are also pathetic , they get drunk on the job and just lock them self up in the tools shop. All are just such lazy guys and is why they put a bad notion on us latino man. There is just this one good guy that did his job well and god bless him he was really polite and understanding with my family and helped with any troubles .
Bad customer service. I tried to avoid the actual tenants reviews but Im glad I didnt waste my time. Remember, tenants are the reason you have a job and good customer service attracts prospective tenants. Trust the reviews people and spend your green dollars elsewhere! Good day :)
An advisor to this place she was very rude to us. She was giving us bad information to my partner and when we asked about values or prices she got angry and insulted us, she wanted to get us out of the place. She said: you get out of here ... people like that cant work in such a place, giving bad service and bad information to people....

Well , it is very unsafe place to live stolen wheels from cars , broken gate in the back building all the time , drug dealers living in like it is ok or normal and the office knew about it what else left , it is super super ghetto with each meaning of the word , pool is closed All Sumer so far , gym all equipment are broke, gate always open ...if there is something less than one star I am all for it , the mail is been held at the office since the end of October , because someone broke into the mail !!!!! When you go to the office to get your mail they give whatever means mail got lost , on top of which they instructed the post office to hold the mail for the resident once they realized it is huge liability on them , they said it is going to take 2 weeks to fix the problem since last week and it is not been fixed !!!! Run way don’t rent here , any one give this place more than 1 star it is going to be office staff friends or never been in a real apartmentAgain I am writing on 04/28/19 , finally I decided to move to put my 2 months and half off notice to move out after things are going backwards even more , the mail box got compromised for the second time in 2 months period and the mail is been blocked at the post office without a single notice from the apartment !!!!! These are probably the worst apartment I wouldnt recomend them to my worst enemy for the amount that is being charged we pay a little over 900 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath there is a ridiculous roach problem and I cannot express that enough literally everywhere and we were not told this before we moved in that the previous resident had a roach infestation and just when you think things cant get worse we saw a mouse yesterday so roaches and mice the area where we are doesnt drain which is in the back area which is probably why they dont care in fixing it. It is almost impossible to get anywhere without getting soaked and muddy pretty ridiculous we didnt get to experience that till it rained pretty hard and it stays for a couple days it looks like you have a lake right outside your window. There is dog poop everywhere and it stinks. Also as far as safety goes which is the most important thing since weve been there there have been more than a couple times weve heard gun shots and I even saw the spark of the gun while standing on my patio at 11pm. Thankfully our lease is up and well be moving out pretty soon. Good luck apartment hunting.
New company came to make everything worst!!! All they care about is money. They make you think that the rent is ship but isn’t. They said the rent for 2/1 its $859 but the utilities goes by $300 so you will pay $1200/ month for getting upset every month. Its a big waste of money.

Charging all types of rent water bill triple times what you should pay in a 1 bedroom I have seen the charges for my self and its sad how people mistreat you taking money they dont have. Been there little over a year now and I really don’t have any complaints. The office staff is nice and helpful and the maintenance guys were quick when I needed my front door frame replaced which is great.
The Maintanence team makes sure the work is done completely.
Water sucks hot cold hot cold one shower u go from hell fire to ice with iut touching anything, roaches, outside of apartment reeks of feaces. Stray cats everywhere and even follow you in to your apartment if you dont chase them away. Loud music all the time. Neighbors yell at each other all day and night. This place is worse than anywhere i have ever been and i have lived in pretty bad places before. Management does nothing and even told us to move away at end of lease since i obviously had an issue living here. Thank god we move soon. Just hope dont take to many of these roaches, gnats, spiders, and cenipedes with us.

I went there put in my application etc. They showed me a very nice up to date apartment. THEN when it was time for me to move in they said they rented the one I was supposed to have and that they would have to move me in the back. BEER bottles and grown men staring at my 7 year old child making sexual comments at my child, hanging out on cars everywhere, MEN smoking WEED right in front of management, kids running with no shoes on, trash and loud music. I said I know Im black but I aint this type of back person. THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I still have not been refunded each time I call it is a different time when they are going to give my money back. Today is 11/7/2016. DO NOT GO THERE PLEASE. I had to call the police as well as an attorney. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. BBB will be contacted as well as some other fraud agencies and I am reporting them to the housing authority as I type this

Okay , the apartments wasn’t bad but I was pregnant when my husband and I moved in , good so far until I had my baby and when started to hear gun shots for about 2 weeks then it stop , then there was never any parking at night , always construction going on , then the hot water always going off , bugs come here and there it’s wasn’t a problem in my apartment .

Lazy management, apartment are disgusting. They increase the rent every time they remodel something that does not affect our living. For example they increase the rent because they redesigned the gym.

Im very disappointed in this property I was interested in moving into a 3bdr here and the apartment that they showed me was suppose to be a upgraded one it was horrible and smelled like dogs the lady that showed me the apartment let me know that Im leasing one without the upgrades. I submitted application with the fees and I decided not to go forward with leasing the apartment I called and asked for my deposit back because I was no longer interested and that said no monies could be returned to me because I canceled the apartment Ive never heard of such foolery in my life I only spoke to the lady in the leasing office about the approval of the apartment I never agreed nor signed a lease and Im really upset that they have stolen my money a lawyer has been contacted about this matter because this is definitely robbery.UPDATE: I went to the apartments to check on my deposit refund that I was told that I will be getting back on August 6 and I was told that I will have it by no later than August 31 I was told that by the person that works in the front name Rose when I got to the property yesterday I spoke with the office manager name Alma she said that she did not submit for my refund until before the flood which was August 27th so here it is September 7 still no refund these apartments and the office staff has so much inconsistency and they never told the truth if youre interested in renting from these guys please run run for your life because all they will do is dupe you for your money and take it and run I have contacted my lawyer in regards to all the messages and the conversations that me and the office staff has spoke about because they were being recorded because I have not been told the truth the whole time and I just want my refund check.

I love this place it’s very spacious, a young lady Jassenia very helpful and answered all questions Explaining all details in a respectful manner I totally recommend this place to live at it’s also convenient to get places especially to work.
These people are the worst!!Very Unprofessional and you put in maintenance request they dont ever come and fix it!!I have been there multiple times.The trash that you pay every month for never gets picked up.The management has changed multiple and my rent is 619 but by the time Im done paying utilities im at $730!These people are only after money and not looking to provide hospitality!Please look elsewhere!!
The upgraded units are really nice if you have a problem with any maintenance they make sure is done that same day and what I like about the office they have coffee 😁
Ok Im going to change this its a decent Conveint place to live however management act as if you are inconvenicing them when you call for a maintenance request they maintenance dont show up when you put in a request they leave early on several occasions among other things my lease is up next yr 4yr resident no more renewals

I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN WESTCHASE FOR 6 MONTHS NOW. WHEN I FIRST MOVE IN WE HAD A REALLY BAD ROACH PROBLEM. I TOLD THE FRONT OFFICE ABOUT IT THEY SENT THE EXTERMINATOR BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. NOT TO MENTION THE WATER BILL IS HARDLY EVER CONSISTENT AND MY RENT FLUCTUATES ALSO. I HAD TO WAIT A MONTH TO GET MY SINK FIXED AND SOMEONE TOOK ALL FOUR OF MY TIRES OFF MY VEHICLE. I HAVE TWO JOBS THAT I WORK I HAD TO MISS MONEY. THERE BE TEEN SMOKING MARIJUANA AND HAVING SEX IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. ALTHOUGH THE APARTMENTS ARE TRASH STEPHANIE IS REALLY NICE.

I DIDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS APARTMENT UNTIL I MOVED OUT, THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTION BECAUSE WHEN WE MOVED HERE WE WERE OFFER FREE SEWER AND WATER. THEY NEVER ADVISE US THAT WE WERE GETTING FREE WATER AND SEWER BECAUSE I BEEN PAYING WATER AND SEWER SINCE I MOVED THERE. WE MOVED OUT 05/31/2019..THEY SENT US TO COLLECTION WITH IN A MONTH THEY SENT US TO COLLECTION, NO PHONE CALLS , NO NOTIFICATION..THEY DIDNT EVEN LET US KNOW WHEN I PERSONALLY BROUGHT THE KEYS TO THEM AND ON THE COPY THAT THEY MADE FOR THE KEYS I PUT MY FORWARDING ADDRESS AND NUMBER ON THE COPY..THEY HAD ALL MY INFORMATION AND IT WASNT UNTIL THE COLLECTION AGENCY CALLED THAT WE WERE AWARE THAT WE WERE IN COLLECTION.. THEY MESSED UP OUR CREDIT JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE TO SORRY AND DIDNT DO THERE JOB BY JUST GIVING US A CALL AND GIVING US THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IT OUT BEFORE IT WAS SENT..PLUS WE WE ONLY BEEN OUT OF THE APARTMENT 2 MONTHS..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MOVING HERE BECAUSE EVEN IF YOU DO WHAT YOUR SUPPOSE TO DO THESE APARTMENTS WILL FIND A WAY HOW TO TAKE EXTRA MONEY..I WILL BE TAKING THIS AS FAR AS I CAN, I WILL NOT LET THIS GO..THESE APARTMENTS ARE FRAUDULENT

If you move here, you will regret it soon, the office team is very rude and they make excuses to all problems, add excessive and exaggerated charges without reasonable explanation, maintenance takes weeks to fix something, it is a bad experience and worst of all, It is that you are forced to stay for a contract and that they take advantage of it.The gate is never closed, the mail does not work so you must go to the post office to ask for your correspondence ...

I have been living here in this condo for more than 3 years, the previous administration was a disaster but since the owner changed everything is better, if you have a problem all the girls in the office including marlie I am very kind they help you with everything and no they let you leave without an answer, the truth is that this has changed a lot for the better, I recommend it to everyone

2022-02-09I am a resident with Grand at Westchase and I have had a wonderful experience living on this property. The office staff is very professional, courteous, detailed and whatever problems that may arise, they are on top of it. The office manager Marlise keeps tenants informed of what is going on in advance. Myeisha the Leasing Agent , is very professional and she will assist the tenant at anytime I recommend Grand at Westchase because they are Amazing when it comes to assisting the tenants. I have had nothing but the best care front them.

2022-06-24Do not rent here. The manager is rude, unhelpful. I have had problem after problem here since Ive moved in. Ive gotten towed twice despite LIVING here WITH TAGS. Impossible to reach corporate, Ive called for 5 months left infinite voicemails and emails from several accounts and phone numbers. the manager refuses to call her boss and when you call her out in it shell kick you out of the offcie and refuse to help tenants solve problems. Ive went without ac multiple times with children under 5. the neighbors are horrible people too. at least in my building. The maintenance will close requests without showing up. Ive gone without hot water 16 times in 6 months and counting. management refuses to release video footage for wrecks caught in camera too. Management promised a rent credit 7 months ago for inconveniences and towing since they admitted fault, but hasnt provided that either and went back on their word. management accused me of stealing my parking tag from the office because they failed at paperwork. When I moved in I had no ac for 4 days and not even any flooring in my apartment despite waits two weeks for it to be ready after I paid. They moved my date back several times. And for my reserved spot they are charging me monthly and allowing another unit to pay for THE SAME SPACE.

2022-03-11This is the worse apartment complex ever. They charge you for pest control and dont even come out to spray. They also charge for trash pick up and the trash sits out there for days and the animals get to it. I have yet to receive a trash can and Ive been here for 6 months now. For one reason or another the water is alway off or cold. I wouldnt dare use the machines in the laundry room. They are filthy and always out of service. I have been to the office several times to speak with them in reference to the neighbors banging on the floor as well as a child running day in and out. Nothing is being done about this and it goes on every single day. If you can, go somewhere else, and thank me now. I will definitely be moving out when my lease is up. By the way they tell is to leave positive feedback here. I refuse to lie for them.The only positive here is Myeisha she is awesome. Wish she worked for a better company. That one star is for her.

2022-01-25I havent moved in as of yet , I just wanted to shout out Markesha( so sorry if I spelled it wrong). I found myself in a dire apartment hunt and I was approved within 72 hours from touring. Having Rhino insurance assists with everything needed for move in. I do love the personal feel when it comes to touring and assisting with the steps after touring. Markesha you the bomb guurrrll. Cant wait to move in.

2021-12-19PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place doesn’t even deserve a single star. Where shall I begin. When we signed the lease for our mother it didn’t include uninvited guests (ROACHES). If you work a full time job, rest like a normal individual & don’t mind your neighbors fighting & playing carnival music at 12am this is DEFINITELY the place for you. Let’s not forget about maintenance. They don’t even live in the same apartment complex so your chances of getting anything fixed is slim to none. Don’t let the welcome balloons entice you. The office is the only clean & decent interior you’ll see!!! I’ve been calling to speak with management about an issue my mother is currently experiencing and haven’t been able to get through to anyone. This is RIDICULOUS!!!

2021-09-01Honestly, This place is pretty good in terms of apartments. Aside from roach problems, the place has be overall wonderful regarding staff, upkeep of apartments, and communication, however I am forced to give this a 2 star rating due to the current safety issue. Break ins, gunshots, broken gates, and government warnings informing of an armed and dangerous gunman in my own apartment complex, have lead me to no longer feel safe in this apartment complex. I do hope this issue will be resolved soon because it is a wonderful apartment complex other wise.
