I would not recommend these apartments. They have had an ongoing ant issue since before we moved our things into the apartments 9 months ago. We have let them have their pest control come out over 15 times and still have ants. The ants get in our baby formula, and are every where. If you come out and walk the complex I am sure you will see the ants around the trees etc. They will not let us out of our lease even though they know there is no solution to the ant issue at these apartments. They insist on us letting them send pest control out again. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

I came in earlier last week and Christine the property manager was nothing but kind and very helpful!😊 Thank you Christine so much for helping ,I’m so happy to be moving somewhere with such amazing management that not only is sufficient with their response but also makes me confident in giving my money to people who care about their residents well being ! 🤩 Thank you!

We are going on our 3rd year living here. This is our first apartment living experience, due to a company transfer. We absolutely LOVE living here. It feels like living in a house. We have a large attached 2-car garage w/storage room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large walk-in storage room with lots of shelves, a storage room on our patio, all current model stainless steel appliances, a large walk-in laundry room w/front loading W/D, all new granite countertops, new white cabinets everywhere, hardwood floors & new carpet in all bedrooms. Right outside our back door is a nice grassy area, a large sitting area w/ a fire pit, covered BBQ Area & the beautiful pool & spa. The office staff (Tracey & Andrew) & maintenance crew (Carlos & Fernando) are the BEST EVER!! Always friendly and willing to help. The large clubhouse/office/gym are beautiful decorated, smells great & is ALWAYS CLEAN & SPOTLESS. The grounds are beautifully landscaped w/mature trees, colorful blooming plants & flowers. It’s very quiet, SAFE & the residents are friendly!!!Our 15 year old son’s friends who live in large beautiful homes with game rooms & pools, would rather stay at our apartment than their own houses.So, if you are looking for a great place to move, check it out for yourselves and it’s dog-friendly too. Havent moved in officially yet, but the process has been very smooth. The office staff are very warm, kind and inviting. I was super impressed with the clean beautiful grounds. The apartment we ended up taking is gorgeous. We did a drive by late at night to make sure this would be the place for our son. Its quiet and very well maintained. After viewing other apartment complexes nothing can compare to Grand Estates. Location is great since its close to our favorite grocery store and restaurants. So glad we decided on this place.Update..11/21/19..we officially finished our 1st years lease and just renewed for a second year. The apartment staff have been great. Extremely helpful and get request done in a timely manner. To those who have complained that the assistant manager is rude are way off. Jonathan has been extremely helpful and courteous to both me and my son at all times. We have never had an issue with staff being rude. Love leasing here and hope to stay for more years to come!

This is a really nice place to live, very convenient. The 2 bedroom I have is spacious and updated, really clean. Maintainance is prompt and the office staff are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for every type of store within 5 mins drive (you could even walk to Kroger). There is a walking trail right by the complex. It feels more like a condo than apartments.

We stayed in this apartment complex for 2 years and the service was top notch. The neighborhood is very peaceful with a lot of parks and best part is the convenience of going to Kroger which is couple of blocks away from this apartment complex. We really liked the service from the management and we did not hear any crime during our two years stay. I would highly recommend this place.

I lived there for a year. Here is my experience. Moved in to super unclean apartment. After lots of complain they did some cleaning and some I had to clean. Staff has one smiley face Steven, always nice and polite. But besides him nothing much helpful. They never had any clue whatsoever. After I moved out they charged me my deposit. Serval attempt to call them no one answer. Still wondering..!Good luck.

We lived there from July 2008 to May 2010 with NO complaints! Wonderful office staff, roadways were always clear and trash area was kept tidy. Very prompt maintenance. Appearance of the place was great and we NEVER heard a neighbor even though we saw them frequently. Never any issues with our vehicles, and once when my work ID was lost in a freak snowstorm it was returned to the front office and they called me about it. (AWESOME!) We ONLY moved because we were leaving the country. I still miss living there and they had very reasonable rates.

Have lived there for a year. When we first moved in it was a really nice complex, well maintained. Now it is a ghetto, with trash everywhere, dirty diapers on the balconies, cardboard boxes on balconies. When we complained we were told by the office girl that the manager did not want a bad relationship with the tenants so he would not do anything about it. Also the cars are constantly broken into. If you want a safe place to live - dont choose this place.
