Someone let my children eat soft serve ice cream in my car (could have been me). My car was disgustingly dirty. Brought my car down yesterday and came out with my car looking BRAND NEW. Mr. Maxwell deep cleaned EVERYTHING and took the time to explain what he’d done and what to expect in the next few days.The only advice I’d give is that if you’re doing a FULL SERVICE, arrange to drop your car off. It did take a bit of time (obviously, it was A LOT OF WORK).We are regular customers here and will continue to be! Thanks, Mr Maxwell!!
I brought my vehicle here on 4/1/21 for an oil change and car wash. Conventional oil change and car wash for a sedan was about $50. Kind of pricey, but not terrible. After leaving, I opened the glove compartment to store my oil change receipt and noticed that my belongings had been gone through. Nothing was missing other than some replacement fuses I had in there (probably because there was nothing of value) but everything had basically been taken out and put back in upside down. I called the store and spoke with the manager (Joe). He did not even apologize - he just said he would look at the video and talk to whoever did it. When I got home, I looked at my front bumper and noticed they didn’t even do a good job cleaning my vehicle. There were still bugs on it. I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY VEHICLE BACK HERE EVER.
Guy pressure washing before tunnel hit my hood with nozzle. Go through tunnel come and came out to a about a dozen cars waiting to be serviced, nobody directing me and 2 people wiping cars down. Majority of the vehicles were already dry and still dirty. After getting out and seeing my truck was also still dirty and dry i left because i knew that they would just wipe the dust and dirt off and scratch my paint. I used to get my truck handwashed by kendal there weekly for about 5 years. When he quit i stopped going. This was my first time back since and the place has really gone down hill.Hardly no staff on a saturday.Quality of washes was poor from what i observed as well.Sad to say but after giving it another try and basically giving my money away for nothing i wont be back.
They were extremely slow. Most customers vehicles were sun dried by the time they came to dry vehicles including mine. Very unprofessional customer service. It was so slow the cashier had to wait on incoming customers then come to the entrance of washing station to rinse vehicles before they entered including mine. I know I wasnt getting a full detail, but I thought it was a quick wash and go, which it wasnt. I watched 3 vehicles get wiped down and Armour oiled and I was still waiting. Then the same cashier had to come move vehicles from behind me and ask the workers to come start drying vehicles off that were already sun-dried like mine. All overall, I will never go back again. I wasnt in a hurry, but the customer service was horrible with a capital H.
There is no zero star so I submitted 1. They charged $20 today. They did not touch back inside , they did not remove car seat to clean the beach sand. Literally they did nothing. Just cleaned outside and front inside. Terrible experience.. I did not want to argue with anyone they I left. Go hell men!
Horrible service was told car would take 1hour and it wasnt busy at all like 3 other cars were here. Slow Service!!!!Unfortunately I didnt get car finished til closing. I dropped off my car at 11am. Like come on people 60$ and still not fully clean then they said it would be 20 extra to redo it. No thanks
I have been doing business here for 5 years and today was the WORST EVER. WAITED over 1 1/2 hours for a DOUBLE and finally had to talk to a manager that was too busy CHATTING with the female staff to bother getting the card out. I came in second in line and waited for 6 other vehicles that was taken before mine.
I got the home run today and the job was very poor. I dropped my car off for almost 2 hours and was told they only needed 40 minutes. I was told for the conditioned leather seats was 14 extra dollars and agreed. When I returned for my car after 2 hours it still wasn’t ready and when finally “finished”, the inside looked exactly the same and even found my sons cereal on the seat. There were smudges all over the outside and for almost 52 dollars I was pretty unhappy with the job that was done.
Did excellent job cleaning car but Greeter was in car upon arrival resulting in trouble figuring how to get process started, poor instructions provided on what i should do resulting in waiting around a lot and having to ask questions that should have already been answered. Signs would help this.
I came for an oil change & was told they don’t have my cars type of oil filter. I was asked to buy the filter at o’reillys. I bought the filter, my car was taken back & a coworker came in to ask me where my key was. I told him it was in my car & he claimed he couldn’t find it. After retrieving the key from my car door, another coworker came in to inform me my air filters needed to be replaced. I asked if they had the type of air filters & was told yes. 5 minutes later the same coworker comes back to tell me they don’t & to buy it from O’reillys. It’s a shame because I’ve had my oil changed at Grand Slam numerous times with no issues & I’ve always liked how clean my car would be. In addition to this, I don’t appreciate being spoken down to or called “baby.” I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Car still had spots on the outside of my car and the inside was missing spots for wipe down. They didnt put the car mats back where they go either. When I asked about the spots still on my car, I was told that I had to pay extra for that. I paid for the package that the lady told me would get what I said I needed. I will never will I go there again.
Used to be a decent car wash, but since changing the name and owners I assume its been pretty lousy. On the day I came they have 3 lanes for you to pull up to but were only using one of them. They didnt have anything blocking the others to let you know they werent being used. The guy pointed in the opposite direction and said to get back in line. By then 2 other cars had pulled up and there wasnt enough room for my truck so I just left. Sucks to lose a once good full service car wash, we need more in Beaumont.
I stopped coming here a few years ago due to the decline in service. I decided today, I would see if anything had changed...it did, it’s now worse!Customer service from drop off to pay was horrible!All I wanted was an oil change and to get my car detailed, mainly detailed! I tried to explain this to the gentleman I left my car with as well as the young lady taking my money. She “kindly” explained to me, the gentleman I dropped my car off with for the oil change only wrote a basic wash and that’s what I am getting. So I guess I now have to see if I can find somewhere to get my car detailed
Used to come here regularly and had okay service and decent washes. Now? Forget it.I ended up waiting over 2 hours for a car wash here about a month ago after they guaranteed me a one hour time allotment to get it done. I had to leave mid wash because they still werent done going on 3 hours for which they gave me a voucher for another one.I used the voucher today after asking once more if I could be in and out in around an hour... And told them why I left last time and why I had the voucher. They said absolutely that would not happen again. Well, here I am... Still waiting and Ive been here for over 2 and a half hours... About to leave again mid wash. Dont waste your time with this place.
They were nice and even say hi to the mascot cat every single time the cat passed.I know this has nothing to do with this review atm, but this tell you who are the people in this car wash who are taking care of your car.They did a great job and really cared about my car.One of my car’s window would not go up and I could not get it washed that day but offered to save me the car wash for 72 hours. They also asked if they could try and fix it the next day.I was able to fix my car window and came in the next day for my excellent car wash.
Had my vehicle washed and was guided into the dry area. It took 4 cars behind me to get dry, and leave, while mine air dry still dirty. When it was brought to the managers attention, I suggested that it be re washed. The manager said that it would cost to much money. So they wiped the truck, and it was still filthy. Poor customer service, with no resolve from the manager.
Not coming here again. We came for a simple drive-thru exterior wash and have been sitting in line for 20 minutes, when there was only about 5 cars in line. Employees have been taking cars from the interior clean and cutting in front of us in the line for the exterior wash. We’ve let 2 cars in front of us and a 3rd one just tried. I am courteous but 3 cars in a row cutting in front of the same car is excessive. There’s no reason for us to have to wait on people getting an interior clean when we came just for an exterior wash. That defeats the purpose of how they have this set up. Employees seem to be nice and friendly, but I don’t agree with cutting in front of paying customers. This has taken too long for a drive-thru and I won’t be back.
This place used to be superb, that is no longer the case. Most employees were super friendly, but there were a few faces that seemed perturbed and frustrated. Through the windows you can view the wash, there is trash all through the tunnel, and a couple of cars lost tracking on the rails inside wash. Very upset Lady walked in, it appeared her vehicle was one that was damaged.I will say that the young man at the counter, young lady sweeping, and one of the gentlemen drying vehicles were doing a great job pleasing customers.
Went in for a simple wash inside and out today. When they told me my truck was ready I gave them a nice tip and got in to back out. That’s when I noticed the windows hadn’t even been cleaned! Covered in water spots and the inside wasn’t touched!The trash can hadn’t even been emptied.I called one of the guys over and asked him to look at the windows. He said “are you talked about spots” and was put out that even questioned the cleaning. He begrudgingly got his spray bottle and rags and wiped the windshield inside and out. And I mean “wiped” not cleaned! I asked about the rest of the windows and he said they are good enough!!!!!Will never use this place again!
Gets really busy. Workers are disorganized. Not a professional business setting. Employees fight over what cars to clean. My car was not cleaned as promised. Wont be visiting this place again. Ask for new car air freshner however the attendant sprayed something horrible that smelled very bad. Bugs still in the front and interior not wiped as promised.
My wife brought her car here to be cleaned. I havent seen the car to critique their work but what I can do is explain just how poor of an excuse for a business this is. My wife opted to get everything done to her car. Interior cleaned and the best package available. When I checked the bank account yesterday afternoon I found that she had been charged $177.97!!! I called her immediately to find out that this place had indeed overcharged her by $77. When she asked why she was charged so much they told her she opted for and additional wash. We have four children which were with her and they completely took advantage of the situation while she was distracted with the kids. Who knows if it truly was for another carwash but to me it seems as if this could be the employee padding her own pockets from the register. I called to speak with manager supervisor today and they will not speak to me over the phone. I would be there in person but I am a firefighter and Ive been on duty for the past three days so I will have to wait to make my visit. Horrible customer service after the sale. I even mentioned that I would be writing a negative review here on google and Elizabeth ok as if she could care less if this company had a negative review. The fact that her supervisor failed to make time to speak to me is also a major failure on their part to provide customer service. If you want to get over charged, taken advantage of and plain out disregarded as a paying customer then chose this place. Otherwise dont give them the time or your money to even begin to try to earn your business. Verry disappointed with this transaction is a understatement.
It was good but i got forgotten about my car went to the front and was not touched for hours. I did get a pass for another free wash and vacuum. So planning on trying tomorrow so we will see if they honor itMore to come. This has never happened to me before always great service.
Grand Slam staff at drive up, clerks at the counter, and car washers are all polite and professional. The waiting room is comfortable and place to sit outside as well.My daily driver (midsize SUV) can go thru the tunnel quickly. My second car will not fit thru the tunnel, so I have them hand wash. The hand wash takes a long time. Sometimes I wish I could get out faster. But they still deserve five stars for the end result.Mark M
I went to get my truck washed and detailed Saturday. I left very unhappy after an employee by the name Rico did pretty much nothing to my truck and made a mess on the inside. I spoke with Kevin Smith about the problem and he told me to come in the following day. I went back the next day and Kevin did an awesome job to my truck. Kevin and the manager made sure that I was satisfied. Other than that one particular employee, the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful/ concerned about making the customers happy. I will ask for Kevin my next visit.
This was my first time going to Station car wash and lube in Beaumont, and Keith Hayes knocked it out of the park. My truck looked flawless after he was done with it. Better than the day I bought it. Will return next time it needs tidying up, and highly recommend you do the same.
Went there for an oil change. Was in and out. Great people. But I drive my car 25 miles to the shop to get my stater and shifter cable replaced and they went to do something and checked the engine and noticed there was no oil in the car. How do you forget to put oil in the car? I get told that the cameras show him out oil in the car put in sorry 5 1/2 gallons does not leak that fast. Dont get your oil changed here.
Been waiting over an hour for an oil change and detail. Service is terrible and the quality of the was is just as bad. They obviously spent a lot of money refurbishing this place. Should have put that money into a better staff in my opinion. Wont be back.Update!!! Just came outside and found them finnaly cleaning my car, with it running and the radio playing!?!
After hauling my big white dog during the flood water evacuation, my back seat was covered in dog hair. Went in Friday, Keith H. did an AMAZING job of getting all the dog hair up as well as getting the rest of the interior to look like new!! Wonderful courteous staff!! I will be back as well as highly recommending this carwash!
I came in to get a full service wash. Besides the mediocre job, they have a serious issue with sexual harassment. The workers were way too comfortable with calling me “baby girl” and making “hissing “ noises to cat-call me. I noticed how touchy and flirty they were to their female coworker as well. I did not like the vibe and have zero tolerance for sexual harassment. While I went on to confront them about this issue, I was threatened and called a “bitch” several times by a guy who “supposedly” did not work there but was affiliated with the coworkers. He followed me outside and as I was walking to my car, he continued to harass and call me “bitch” several times. This was after I politely told him to stop and tried to diffuse the situation. I am really disappointed and disgusted with the service I received and I will never be back. Also, I would like for this issue to be resolved. It is NOT okay!
Been here almost 2 hours when I pulled up to get a complete car wash the unlimited car wash there wasn’t that many car in line then they started getting busy and seemed like other car was going first anyway I waited and then seen my truck go by then set in front and no one was working on it but they started on truck behind me and to the side of me. So with mine in front u think they would have done my as it came out so I would not be blocking anyone o well never agan ( WILL I COME HERE AGAIN) so if you go there it’s ur own Fault. Thanks .... Overall we werent super happy with the quality, price, and atmosphere. It was very expensive ($200+ for oil change and wash), we had to walk the attendant around the vehicle to clean a number of spots. The staff was loud, unprofessional, and made statements Im sure ownership wouldnt appreciate.
Worst place to get oil changed! My car sat there for 1hr 30 min while workers texted on their phones. Then when my car was finished it took 15 min for them to give it to me. I told them I didn’t want the car wash because it took forever and they still charged me 83$ and told me if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else.
Wife could see bugs still on front from 20 feet away. Interior was OK, but was littered with spray spots. Also chrome outside runners still had dirt on it. They were obviously not wiped down. Not sure what I expected for 54$, but wasnt impressed. Whats sad is car is only about a month old, so it wasnt really that dirty to start with.
Joseph W. was my finisher/detailer. I was absolutely impressed with his work. He was polite, professional and nice. He did not rush, he detailed my car as if it were his own. My family just moved to this area and I needed my car washed. I am so glad I picked Station. My family will be using this car wash. Thank you Mr. Joseph W.
They locked my keys in my truck causing them to have to break in with wedges and a rigid piece of wire... scr up the paint on my door, my window tint and the wood grain switch panel on my door. Too slow, too expensive and careless. Unprofessional.... I would not recommend!
Beware female drivers!!!! Went to get my oil changed. I was in a hurry so I took a raincheck on the free carwash. The guy pops my hood and comes to show me a card of oil change options and proceeds to tell me I have no choice but to get the most expensive oil change on the card. (I drive a 2016 Suburban. Bought it used so this was my first time to get an oil change). Me being a not-so-savvy car person, I reluctantly say OK. Well, $113.00 later, my husband said they lied. I couldve gotten a regular old oil change ($50 something value) as I got in my other Suburban. Will NOT go back! Not even for my free carwash!
Don’t get anything done here on College at Grand Slam Car Wash and Lube! They did an oil change and messed my car up. I have to pay $285 to fix my car. The manager’s name is Amir and trust me he manages nothing. Classic Chevrolet looked at my vehicle and saw where Grand Slam damaged it on Saturday and they are denying it. Classic even took photos and they denied it. What would Classic get out of lying...nothing. However, Amir of Grand Slam would get out of paying by LYING! So beware if you choose to go there for business!
Google says that they do inspections...they even have a freaking sign on their building that says State Inspections. Yet, they told me they dont offer inspections. Either way they need a complete overhaul on their advertising, or their staff is just too lazy to do their jobs! So unprofessional!
I went here to get Oil change & Car Wash this morning at aprocimately 9:45. About an hour later I ask the clerk where was my car. She said she didnt know..I looked out the front door and saw a car that I thought was mine but wasnt sure so I sat down again. Thirty minutes later I went to the front door and saw the same car, I went outside to see if it was my car...It was.. with the finished ticket stuck to the back passenger side window...I got my car and startd home when I saw the oil on my door...It is on the inside by the door handle also on the key and around the key area.. The car is very clean otherwise. They are new owners .. but I guss no one is in charge...
Keith Hayes worked a MIRACLE on my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan! It looks almost like new! Thanks for changing my space from lived in to liveable! I can actually let somebody ride and not be embarrassed. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Thanks for the total experience! God bless!
I myself with over ten years of customer service experience!!!! was VERY DISAPPOINTED. Sad part was what i asked for and wanted cost less then, $5! I gave the manager and employee who assisted me both a $5 dollar tip. An not one of them said THANK YOU 🤦🤔 .... The woman inside on register NO KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!! AND I THINK SHE CANT COUNT THAT GOOD, IM NOT THAT SURE 🤷 IT APPEARED THAT WAY .... ((-NO THANK YOU, COME AGAIN ... -NO HAVE A NICE DAY ... -YOUR WELCOME .... Smh.
Went Sunday to get my oil changed and it was raining so they gave me a rain check on my free car wash it rained for the next 3 days so I went Friday to get my car wash they told me it had expired and I would have to pay. An oil change here is $25 more than anywhere else so the wash is not free why does it expire? They just lost along time customer this place has gone down since the new owners took over
An absolute waste of time and money. They did a horrible job on my truck basically ran my truck through the automated car wash and let it drip dry even though I paid for the whole nine yards, towel dry etc. Aside from vacuuming out the truck there wasnt even an attempt to wipe down the dashboard. I wont be back

2022-03-12I paid for the home run wash which was $40. A guy name Lee service my vehicle and didnt clean the interior correctly. I drove off with my car looking like this (photos attached) because I had another appointment to go too. I immediately call Travis the manager and he told me to come back so Lee can clean it correctly. Lee refused to clean my car correctly (walked off angry) so another guy by the name of Christopher cleaned my vehicle and left it spotless. No complaints!!! Thank God for people like him who knows how to do the job correctly. Lee kept mean mugging me and circling behind me which made me feel very uncomfortable. Lee if you are unhappy with your job, you shouldnt be working there. I wouldnt recommend Lee to work on anybody vehicle. It would be a waste of time. His attitude aint nothing nice. I hope he treat other customers right. All I can do is hope😔

2022-01-26Paid for the $18.00 for the exterior wash. Got back to work only to find streaks and dirt. I have a black truck and it pops on how poorly this was washed and wiped down. Seems to be understaffed and equipment is old and doesn’t spray soap on all sides of the truck

2022-02-27Went to get my son’s oil changed on Monday, Saturday it was smoking and showing up as if he didn’t have oil. I told my son to bring it back because I was out of town. My son barely drives his truck because he brings his work truck home. He’s really on top of every oil change and tune up. They told him that he was a half quart low but how? I’m like he just checked it no oil showed up on the stick, then they check it all of a sudden he has oil! They proceeded to tell him you need an engine flush your oil is clumpy. Ok they didn’t see that Monday when my husband and I bring it, and how did it start if that was the case. They then charged him for an engine flush. When he didn’t need one.

2022-05-15I went to Grand Slam after driving 5 hours from Dallas and my car looked like it had been used as a weapon of mass destruction against the entire insect population of east Texas. I got the $18 wash and afterwards there was not a single speck of bug guts to be seen! My car has not been this clean since I purchased it! 10/10 would recommend!

2022-04-20These people are scam artist. I asked for the monthly club service and the girl on the lane charging people gave me a $50 one time only car wash. Who in their right mind pays that for one wash These days with the economy as horrible as it is? Dont use them they dont even get the car clean. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and These people target seniors over charging them and ripping them off while someone unsuspecting thinks they are getting the monthly pass deal. They are liars and scam artists.

2022-05-28Horrible after 2 hours for the regular grand slam they still was not complete. I had to leave. I cleaned out my own car. I asked for my money back and Travis the manager refused to give me my money back. Getting in touch with the better business bureau

2017-08-16Paid for the full service wash and hand wax ($70). They got my truck in right away and were quick with it, maybe too quick! All the chrome pieces on my truck were still dirty, including the wheels. There were still bug remenants on the grill. There were wax streaks all over the truck. Friendly service but I think that the detailers are not properly trained.

2019-12-26I gave four stars because truly the before and after of my car is almost astonishing, my only complaint is they used WD40 to get melted crayon out of my seats and now my car reeks of WD40, lol. But hey thats a price Im willing to pay for a super clean car!

2022-01-13This place does the best job for the price! I have used other car washes in Beaumont and none of them compare to Grand Slam! They are way too expensive and dont do near the work these guys do! Ill always bring my vehicle here!

2022-01-08Poor service. Paid for a wash that included outside and inside of vehicle. They didn’t wipe the inside or vacuum. Highly disappointed. I do not recommend this place for a full service. I will drive across town to the other full service car wash
