Did an okay job for $34. I could tell where they cleaned and where they didnt so much. This place is better than the drive thru car wash, but not a real detailing place. I had to spend about 30mins wiping everything down again, once I got home.
Tha inside of my car was great, but the outside was just ok. There was still bugs on the front of my car.
I always come here for car wash and oil changes. These guys go above and beyond for customer service. Came back a second time and Chris did an amazing job with helping me out with a little issue with my car.
I had an interior detailing and shampooing done here. it rained that same night. I had to close the windows so that it would not rain in the car. The day after my car smelled because it didn’t have time to air out.I went back to Grand Slam shortly after to see if there was anything they can do. The attendant completely understood and shampooed it again! I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed:)Keep up the good work Grand Slam! Way to put the customer first! 😃

I love this place they always do a good job on the car. Yes on Saturday & Sunday they will be busy. I usually stop by on the way home from work and can be in and out in no time. They have always done a very good job on my car.
I paid 35.00 for a month of cleaning, vacuuming not included but wash , dry and tire shine was. 1st wash, fine, 2nd barely dried it and no tire shine. Once again, I had to see cashier and make them understand what I paid for.
Great outcomes but the slowest car wash in Houston. The vacuum area is constantly backed up. It usually takes 45 mins to do a single. Over an hour for any additional services
They did a great job of cleaning my vehicle. But they scratched my windowI was not the only one that day that they scratched the vehicle. The manager was not helpful he said there was no way we can prove the employees did it. I am very disappointed at this location. Inventory your vehicle before you get it done document take pictures after if they did anything wrong
Ive used this Car Wash for two years while staying at my Daughter Kym Millers home in Kemah, Tx.Theyre always kind and polite and determined to make each person their #1 priority.. I paid almost $30 for a vacuum, wash, wax, tire treatment and wipe down. My little Civic did shine on the outside but that was spoiled by the heavy coating of white wax spray covering the interior wheel wells and even outside them. The interior wipe down was no better. It was late on a Sunday, I was one of the last vehicles, and they seemed to be in a hurry to leave, but for the $$, I expected more attention to detail ☹️
They are super professional and friendly. Mr. Eddie Goodsman was so kind to me when I went to get services done to my vehicle. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to my friends and family!
Got my car washed and detailed for $60, the wash is decent. But they took a $75 sun visor out of my car and somehow misplaced it. They cant find it anywhere and the owner states that he cant do anything about it other than offer me a free car wash....my wash was cheaper than my sun visor. Very poor customer service.
GRAND SLAM CAR WASH & LUBE. Israel the service writer was very patient and took the time to explain the service to me in detail and even made suggestions that saved me a few dollars too. Turn around time was fast and my truck was ready in no time. The interior looked like a new vehicle. The cashier was very polite and answered the additional questions I had. Very happy overall. Dirty car emerged sparkling clean with no effort on my part except to drive through! I think it is great value for money, especially with the final toweling off to dry the car!
Stick to the car wash portion not the car service. Because of the car wash service i always come here it is amazing and service is awesome. As far as maintenance i have brought 2 cars here and both times i have been disappointed. 1 they checked alignment and made my car worse so i had to take it to nissan to get it fixed. I told myself i was not coming back for maintenance. Well i Decided to give you guys 1 more shot on maintenance for my inspection sticker. Well 2nd disappointment You couldnt run it through the car wash You couldnt put air in my tires 0 extra going the mile. I never complain i have actually posted good reviews for you guys but you need to know the quality of service in your maintenance station. I will be more than happy to go to jiffy lube on the corner where i have always went before you guys opened. No doubt they take much better care of maintenance there. As almost a weekly customer And referral partner I will not be back.
I recently moved from another state and when passing by this location I read on their signage that they do vehicle inspections. When I arrived I was greeted by a nice woman (I believe shes the manager) and she told me theyd be able to assist me. They got my inspection done, without any issues. Once I got my plates a few days later my husband tried to put the one in the front and couldnt. He went to another shop and they couldnt. I called this Grand Slam and asked if they could put my front plate on and the gentleman I spoke to said they could. When I asked how much theyd charge he said I wouldnt owe anything. I pulled in a while later and watched as he and another employee worked hard to get my plate on. Sure enough, they got the job done. I plan on continuing to use their services, as I will need oil changes & car washes in the future.
They were fast and did a great job on my husbands car
I decided to get my car washed on a Saturday morning. I purchased the Manager’s Special. After talking to two employees, they told me they weren’t too busy and it wouldn’t take too long. There were four cars in front of me. After an hour and a half of waiting and seeing over a dozen cars driving in after myself and having the cars returned to their owners, I approached the cashier and asked what the status was. She went and checked and said they haven’t even gotten to it! They refunded me my managers special; however, they charged me for the normal car wash. After I drove off, as soon as I accelerated, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I drive a brand new 4Runner. This is the second time I’ve tried this particular wash. The first time, my car was not clean. I will never again return. Thank you for letting me enjoy my day off between your car wash followed by the service department at my car dealership.
To begin with the manager there is professional and displays a standard of excellence that keeps our family coming back again and again. Today Hosea and Enrique were absolutely amazing and professional, they went above and beyond. On I45 today the construction workers had poured a type of white plaster/ash on the road and it splattered all over my car and the undercarriage and wheels as well. Grand Slam mCar wash on East Main in League City did a phenomenal job cleaning all of that off my car! Thank you so much! Job well done
I must say that as a business owner myself, I’m always very pleased with the service provided at this particular car wash. I drive a $70 thousand dollar lifted SUV and I’m very picky when it comes to what kind of job they do on hand washing my vehicle as well as cleaning the inside. The price is very affordable. I’ve been a customer every Sunday for about 6 years. I love that they’re open sundays too, because it’s my only day off. They even deliver my vehicle to my home from time to time. They remember exactly what I like and don’t like to the point I pull up and they already have a ticket ready for me, yet still make conversation. Always friendly and respectful. Jose Melgares has been doing the detail on my vehicle for a few years now and I always request him. Helen has become a personal friend of mine and I think she does an awesome job keeping everyone like a family at work. This place is very personable and I highly recommend them.
I came in for an inspection and detail of the inside of my car. I am leaving very disappointed in the quality of service I received. The reason I am giving two stars is solely because of the kindness of the ladies inside. The two of them listened to my concerns and did their best to correct mistakes, in a polite and professional manner. I am upset because the detail I paid for had to be done 3 times- each time with me going to the car to point out things that had not been done previously (cleaning the inside of the cup holders/inside doors/sticky dash board/grime still on radio dash)Even worse, a sentimental item was destroyed. For nearly a year, a rose that I kept from a wedding was sitting on my dashboard. When I went out to the car, the rose appeared to have been carelessly thrown into the passenger seat-all petals missing and on the floor and seat. And it wasn’t even because they had to clean the dash.. because it was still filthy. I will take some responsibility for leaving an item that meant something to me in the vehicle, but you don’t expect people not to be careful with your belongings at places like this.I do not recommend using Grand Slam for car wash or detailing. They were sufficient for an inspection.
Recently, I needed several things done to my car. Jose (manager) & Jason are very respectful & professional. They took the extra step to make sure things were done to my satisfaction & got me in & out in an expedient manner. I highly recommend this company with this exceptional staff!!
Was very disappointed i asked for an oil change & filter change was supposed to be no more than 150 but ended up getting charged 360! They took it into there hands to add & work on a bunch of other stuff I didnt ask for. My husband has had his Matts lost or stolen from there. They mess up alot & dont take responsibility for it.
There a very good car wash buy the machines are harsh dented body panels from hood to roof and trunk just beware of this when taking your vehicle there plus theyll try to wiggle out starting their not responsible for damages guess what you are gscw you are!
Be aware this location closes 15 to 20 minutes early before The time they state they stay open until! I went to the free vacuum, vacuumed my car waiting for them to let me through the car wash being at 20 minutes before they’re supposed to close. I have to walk inside because I have been waiting for about five minutes for somebody to come out and the guy tells me they’re already closed! You need to change your hours on your website or be there when you say you were going to be there looks like to me they just wanted to make sure everything was cleaned up so they can get out on time at 6pm when you have a business that is open until 6pm you stay open until 6pm and then you close up! Very unprofessional!
I cannot rate this place low enough!The lowest that the app will accept is a single star.I waited for one car wash and a second car wash and inspection for over two hours. After well over an hour, we asked an associate what our status was and she went to check. Her face told it all.... she spoke with a manger and they rushed to get our cars started in the car wash. We had been set aside and forgotten. When they were finished, we left. The problems weren’t over, though.My car key could not be removed from the ignition when I got home.I went back and several employees tried to solve this newly created problem.They got a mechanic and he tried. No success. I watched and he tried the gear shift and steering wheel and ignition. Next, I saw him take out his phone and Google or u-tube for solutions. He did succeed and I went home after four total hours.The problem has occurred since and I am going back to them to resolve it.As I said, this never happened before they did something.
Be warned, the lube shop WILL try to upsell you on unnecessary services. The mechanic tried to tell me I should replace my air filter, which I had just replaced less than 10k miles ago. He also recommended I have the fuel injectors flushed, which is only needed every 50k miles or so on average. My car is barely halfway there.On the plus side, the oil change was quick, with no wait, and the complementary wash was decent.Still, I wont be a returning customer here.
Took my car here for a state inspection. Simple, easy, painless, and QUICK! I knew my car (2010 Chevy Cobalt with 127,000 miles) would pass so not sure how easy they are to work with if your car doesnt but we were in and out in under 30 minutes.
We spent over an hour waiting for our car to get done, and watched several vehicles that went through the wash after us get completed and drive away. This is the service we received after we signed up for their car wash club. We will not be returning after the months membership is expired.
I am so not going back to this car wash. They push for you to get the $40 wash. I am so glad I didn’t I did get the $27 wash and wish I hadn’t . They were supposed to armor all the inside you couldn’t tell if they did or not I had a pillow in the backseat they never moved all kinds have stuff under it barely vacuumed it out still a lot of stuff in the floorboard very very disappointed new owners are taking care of this I will never go back I can get a better wash from the six dollar car wash
Typical car wash. No one went above or beyond on anything. I got what I paid for... nothing more, nothing less. One difference I did notice is that when I picked the fragrance for my car, they handed it to me to put in my car myself. This place use to do that for you and I think most other car washes still do.Also, due to traffic, this place is sometimes hard to get into and out of.
There was a little wait time but that’s expected at a car wash. Had no issues with the employees and nothing was missing from my car. 4 stars because the wait area was a bit too cold for me so I sat outside. I will be back and will take a jacket the next time around.
This place is the only place I trust with my car. They check it out for free. You pay after everything is done. I came in with my car and needed an alignment and spark plugs/wiring. I haven’t driven it in 6 months until then. Got myself a car wash that still looks good on my car. With a car wash you get two free scents. Anthony is the man. He deserves to get paid a billion dollars. Great business.
Ive been using this wash for a little over a year. Great package deals for unlimited washes. Sometimes the porters who dry the cars rush and dont pay attention to what theyre doing. My sideview mirror always flips up during the wash and Ive had to push it back several times because the porter dried it and left it up. The location is convenient so you can get in and out fairly well.

Not a very good place to get your car washed. My windshield is always streaky when I leave from there. You cant not see the streaks until its nighttime. I pay less at Oceans Car Wash on 96 and get better service

I am up in this area visiting so first time here. I pulled up in the morning told the guy I wanted a total detail of my minivan. He told me the best one was $170. I was going to trade in my car to buy a new one so I said sure lets do it. I then asked him how long would it take he told me 2 hours because there wasnt many other customers. Not a problem. I had someone come pick me up came back 2 hours later. My van still wasnt done. I waited 30 min thinking they were finishing up. NOPE! I asked the cashier again how much long. He went to check came back and said an hour and a half. That would mean 4 hours total. When I asked what was taking so long they said they got busy. That shouldnt matter if I was there before everyone else. When my van was finally done I did do a look over before I drove off. The cup holders were still dirty, my seats were so wet they had plastic over them, my gas cap area was still dirty and my side pockets on the door were still dirty and had trash in them. I did tip the poor guy that had to work on my van alone. But damn they need to put more people on cars to get them done when they say it will be done. When I drove off my van was making a weird thud thud thud noise like a flat time. I pulled over to find 2 towles on the top of my van. I will never go back and I have told the people I was staying with to not go to this place.

Place has had much better service than nearby competitor. Offer a good price to change my fuel filters. FYI I did bring them. But they allowed me to do that . Most places wont. Honest, fast, and very reasonable prices.
Ruby was very nice and offered a free air freshener, I use this place often and they always keep my car up to date and let me know what needs to be done

Great carwash, leagues better (pun intended) than the other competitors in the area. At Grand slam they give you an all-star experience and treat each customer like the MVP. I would recommend them everytime; its such a convenience as well, they have/do everything from lube, maintenance, washing, detailing and they even have someone there fixing windshield damage (which I got done as well and it turned out beautifully). Why take your business anywhere, when you could bring it to Grand Slam and get it all done in one spot.
I would’ve given 1 star but luckily their customer service was good. The car wash on the other hand, was not. It took forever for the car to come out after being told it would be finished quickly. And on top of that, the woman who wiped my car down afterwards used the same wet rag to wipe the inside of my car down. Because of that the entire inside of my windshield was extremely streaky to the point where I could barely see out of it at night. Like why would that be a good idea ahaha.
Very helpful and friendly staff. I have dogs so I love, love, love the Tornado Gun. They were fast and well-priced for my state inspection too. Im new to the area so Im grateful I found a terrific local resource for most of my car needs.
The car wash isn’t worth it. The dryers at the end don’t work so they have people physically towel dry your car and all it does is leave streaks all over the car. I can’t even see properly out of my windows because when light hits them it blurs everything.I felt guilty that someone was towel drying my car so I gave him a tip and those hard workers that dry your car are the only reason I gave 2 stars. This car wash was horrible. All it did was get the surface dirt off and leave water spots on my car.
The company that owned it before took better care of their patrons and also charged lower prices and did much better job otherwise my car is okay clean I guess
They took care of my oil change, my state inspection and washed the car for free. I will definitely be using them again!!
Ruby was very nice to me she worked at the cashier she was very kind and very professional and I bought a will and she made me buy some mats I couldn’t help it when she picked was gorgeous and I wind up spending $88 but I will definitely come back things to Ruby
The first time I went here it was great service. Early in the morning so every one was in a good mood. The second time however, not great. The guy at the counter I told Mobil1 synthetic not valvoline. And I upgraded $15 for the armor all tires and rainx wax. It sat in the bay FOREVER I don’t know if it was waiting on oil or what. Then when it went through the wash I watched it “skip” on the track!!! It pushed the car back twice freaking me out. It came out and I went to pay while the guy was drying it... discovered they put the wrong oil in it based on the receipt. Should be 5-w40 they marked 5-w30. I asked the receptionist and she got the guy I talked to- he said they didn’t have mobil1 5-40 so he put valvoline 5-w40 (what I didn’t want used!) I expressed I was not satisfied with his decision and he should have told me to begin with! Outside got the car rushing to leave the sticker has valvoline 5-w30 on it 🤦♂️ Now to top it off my rear passenger wheel is damaged!!! It’s gouged probably when the car skipped on the track! They denied everything!!!! It’s a 2017 and I still have paper plates on it! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. #hugemistake

Terrible customer service. One of the guys who worked there was so disrespectful, he took a picture of my license plate without permission. I got a simple car wash and there was a lot of new scratches on my car that werent there before. During the car wash, it smells so bad that it almost make me vomit. Wish there was a zero star rating because this place doesnt deserve a single one
I paid for a Royal Purple oil change and they put a different type of oil in my car. The car was still dirty after they cleaned it, and Im pretty sure they siphoned my gas (had just filled the tank before I went there, and 60 miles later my tank was on empty).
Paid for the grand slam and ended up getting 3 outs. 1. The undercarriage was still dirty. 2. Seats were not vacuumed as good as I thought they would be. 3. Mud still on the floor, the door, & the door jam. I know my truck was muddy and that’s why I brought it there. I didn’t know y’all were in the business of only washing clean vehicles. Don’t worry I didn’t say anything because I won’t be going back.
Cleanest my car has ever been. I do prefer this location over the other one simply for the quick service and polite staff. Really great place for a car wash. No BS to deal with.

Good enough car wash but the wait is a load of bull. I was the first in line then they let 5 cars cut in front of me. This place is nothing special I recommend going somewhere else’s the appreciates costumers.

Slow service, water spots and dirt on clean cars. Waited 90 minutes for a managers special ($61) and they had not touched the inside of the car, not even vacuumed, just pulled floor mats out and left it. Manager charged me $14 for a tunnel wash that left my truck covered in water spots, dirty windows. No apology. No explanation.

One of the worst car washes I have ever received. Very halfass job. They cleaned the divers side better than the passengers side and barely cleaned the inside.

I went to get a car wash today and usually I pay inside but today there was a Hispanic girl working at the front desk and has told me that there was NEVER the option to pay inside even though thats how I always pay. So, I left and went to pay at the ticket booth and the gentlemen at the booth has told me to pay inside so I guess theres no option to pay unless certain people are behind the register. This is my last time using them. Its worth the 3 minute drive elsewhere.
My whole family comes here for all of our state inspection needs and whenever we would like to treat our cars to a nice car wash. They never fail to provide great service!

Way over priced inspection just because of windshield wipers. Communication was unclear and if I knew it would have cost 55 dollars for wipers I would have gone somewhere else.

Paid for hand wash and car was not even vacuumed and I personally left a spot at back of my car which I always do to see if they really hand wash it and they have failed. Never coming back and it was not worth arguing with them either
Service sucks the guys didnt wipe all of the dash off and didnt clean the back seats still had dust on them and water still on the mats! Its a work truck with vinyl seats nothing fancy, but come on pay attention to detail!
Way to expensive and try to sell you stuff you dont need especially when you express what you want. I could have went down the street and saved 80 bucks. Then the manager was running around all unprofessional! I will never do business with them again!! Waste of money and time!.

I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED THIS PLACE UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN MY UMBRELLA CAME UP MISSING OUT OF THE CAB OF THE TRUCK. WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEM THAT I WOULD BE BACK TO GRAB IT THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE IT... WHICH I KNOW IS A LIE. ONLY COST $20 BUT IT IS THE PRINCIPLE.
My favorite place to get my Jeep washed, they always do an excellent job and pay attention to detail.
I would not even give them a one star. They do illegal stuff with cars and steals company money and customers money. There service is awful and the boss needs to wipe them all out and get new workers.

2021-08-22Terrible. I paid $70 for a managers special wash for inside and outside and I dropped off my car since it was gonna be 2 hour wait. I come back and my car is still dirty on the outside with wax all over the place. Rain spots everywhere, handprints on my windows, smugges everywhere. You would think you pay that much and it’s gonna be awesome. My inside had conditioner all over the place and not worked into the leather and dirt still on floor. I even got a oil change and he was the best part of the experience. He was very nice and got it done quick no problem, but as far as the washing process.. never again.. front desk was super nice. Would not recommend coming here. This is only some of photos

2022-07-12Took company van in to get a good detail. I havent had a detail done to any of my cars so I was pretty surprised at how expensive it was but I guess it wasnt that expensive according to other people. They did a really good job. There were 2 Ladies that really cleaned the inside. Shampooed the carpets, the seats. They did a great job. Id go back just for them, They were really proud of their work. They have different detail packages. Just gotta check it out.

2022-05-26I decided to go with the monthly unlimited car wash and sadly every single time I have gone they missed several spots when drying it and left a bunch of water marks. I have gone 5 times and it’s usually the same lady “drying” my car. There hasn’t been one time I left feeling happy with my car wash. I also paid for the most expensive monthly exterior package they offered and it looks worse than a $9 carwash at a gas station. They rush through it even when the car wash isn’t super busy and they don’t do the job properly. My car is black and any missed spots are very noticeable. I am only 3 weeks into having this membership and I will not be renewing it.

2022-06-06Overall disappointed. This was my 2nd time trying this place. I do not feel when I pay for a service (any price) I should have to have it re done twice to get the requested result. Was told my truck was finished only to find the front and headlights still plastered with the bugs I had paid the extra to have removed. They went over it and I had to point out AGAIN the bugs still on there. After a 3rd re washing it was finally finished. Just wish people would take the time to do job right the 1st time. Getting the bugs off was my main concern. It wasnt until after I left that I realized my windows were all streaked as well. I did that myself at home. Guess if you want it done right you just have to do it yourself.

2022-06-29We are from Denmark and are in Houston on a family trip. We came in with a rental car that was leaking oil very badly. I could see that it was coming from the oil filter so I expected that it could be fixed by tightening the filter. Would take 2 min for me at home with the right tools. The guy at the shop was very friendly and helped us out. I was a bit hesitant at first, as I have heard horror stories about lube shops. But we were in need of help…He changed the filter as he suspected the seal to be bad and topped up the oil for us. I was afraid that he would charge us excessively for his service, but he was very very reasonable. Thank you for the help! We can now continue our vacation! 😊

2022-04-28Spent about $18 on a car wash and after all was done there still were cat prints on the top of my hood. Clearly they could have done a better job. Maybe the equipment is getting old but the fellow that scrubbed away everything beforehand should have gotten it.

2020-08-02I recently bought a truck and was looking for a good place to wash it. After trying a few other places I came here and was more than pleased. The guy met me as I pulled up and discussed the different options I had to choose from. He then told the people that would be doing the washing to take special care of the issues I had with other car wash places. Once the truck was done, I looked it over and it looked brand new. Great job on the cleaning inside and out. The price was fair also and they have a new customer in me.

2022-02-07Brought wifes car in for oil change, car wash and state inspection. Over an hour later and still not finished with oil change and state inspection. Every time I look the car was setting unattended. The inspector is also performing oil changes. The wash team was spot on and jumped right on it like a house on fire. Please note I love this place. They just need another mechanic or two.
