Grimaldis Pizzeria in other cities:
Called to order a pizza for pick up on my way home from work. I called at 2:30 for pick up at 3:30. Trying to give enough notice because they take a long time sometimes. Im told that they can not accommodate this because they are cleaning their ovens until 4:15. This place is so ridiculous. I have problems with something every time I try to eat here. They are either rude or take forever or the pizza is bland. Its always something. Im just going to stop trying to come here, hoping they will improve because it seems they will not. There is plenty of other good pizza around with less hassle. PS, lady that works the bar needs to fix her resting face and learn to smile.
Ive only visited a couple of times over the years. Recently my wife and I came to this location and got a Marguerita pizza and it was perhaps the best pizza I have ever had. Hard to put my finger on the exact reason but everything was fresh, flavorful, crust was thin but not overcooked, herbs were flavorful. All in all was a pretty remarkable find.
Came in tonight with my family and was seated. You can tell it was busy but not crazy. We ordered right away which I appreciate. The waiter was nice but here the problem. We got our salad pretty fast. While eating we notice it was taking long so asked for the pizza to be to go. This was our first time here btw. It took over an hour for our pizza. From the moment we asked for our pizza to be put in a to go box I seen them just drop the pizza took another 15 minutes to box the pizza. This overall experience was horrible. No matter how good your food may be, if your customer service is bad it doesn’t help the experience.
Ordered at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon for pickup. Wait time of 1.5 hours. Got here in time and she told me just making it now so another 20 minutes...Restaurant is less than 1/3 full with waitstaff standing around. Love their pizza but service going downhill quick. Time to go elsewhere.
First time at this location, been to Grapevine & Highland Village spots. Was told there was an hour wait for a table (there were open tables but I believe the wait was due to staff shortages). This store was a lot busier than the other 2. Decided to do a takeout instead which was ready in about 20 mins or so. The pizza tasted good, but there was a lack of toppings/ingredients. Not as much cheese compared to the other locations, mushrooms were scarce. The pizza was lukewarm, couldve been hotter. Its definitely worth visiting if youre in the area.
Seating arrangement at guest services was not good at all. 40 minute wait with several available tables at different sizes. However, server was great- Jack. Didnt enjoy second pizza. Told management, she didnt seem to happy that I wasnt satisfied with it, but she replaced it with the pizza of our choice (the first pizza). The food was amazing! Loved the Ceasar salad and The Don pizza.
Love the pizza and environment, but absolutely HATE that they don’t take reservations for large parties. The wait at this place is horrendous even just for a party of four, unless you go on a Monday at 11! But to bring in a larger party, especially on a weekend, expect to wait 1 to 2 hours. One hour is being optimistic! Ugh, I always dread going here. 😩
Food was excellent. Best pizza in town. Service was half ok. It was a busy day. Waited fifteen min for a table, then another ten min to anyone to aknloedge that I was there, finally ten more min to get my food. Had to ask for silverware and parmesan cheese. But the waitress was very nice and professional. Hostess just trowed me inside and she was done. So felt like they had to deal with me instead of being welcome. Maybe if Ill go on a slower day?
New review...Although they still have to clean the ovens during the day, the pizza is worth the waitOriginal review.....First of all, GREAT pizza...but... there have been several times Ive come in for lunch, but they couldnt make any pizzas because they were cleaning the ovens???? How strange is that?
We were having a tough day and Caroline turned it around! She was great company while we sat at the little outside bar. Tuesday’s are half price wine so I enjoyed that with our white pizza with added ricotta, basil, and sausage. We’ll definitely swing back by for drinks again.
We always love coming here. We have never sat outside at this location and it was such a nice evening we opted to try it out. Plus there was no wait. The one thing I dislike about sitting outside at various restaurants is generally the wait staff tend to forget about you. The staff at Grimaldis was not like that at all. The only (small) issue we ran into is the wait to get more salad dressing (as there was barely any as you can see on the pic) on our salad. One again the pizza came out hot and fresh. It was happy hour so we got a half priced bottle of excellent wine. Best part is since we did not come close to finishing it, we got to take it home with us to enjoy with the left over pizza the next day.Again location is my favorite one and will continue to be. Can’t wait till summer rolls around for the BBQ Chicken pizza as it is one of my favorite ones they make!!
I had this pizza for the first time about a week ago and I tell you I loved it and finally realized why people love pizza soooooo! It’s got to be the right pizza establishment though not just any pizza. I’m going back again when I want pizza. It’s just so far from me but I’ll drive the extra miles for Grimaldi’s Pizza😋😋😋😋😋😋
First time at this location. Their brick Oven pizza is so light and delicious and the sauce and ingredients tasted so fresh! I love that the crust is not too thick and heavy. The atmosphere is very live a cool place to come for date night or in my case to celebrate a wedding anniversary but whatever the occasion Grimaldi’s is a great place for pizza and good vibes
This place does not take reservations. We had to wait for an hour to get our table. Then we immediately ordered our pizzas that did not show up for another hour. The kids with us were beyond famished. The salad ordered took its time.We asked our server about the delay and she responded that she didnt know instead of inquiring about the wait time. The manager came to inquire and asked about our concerns. She really apologized and went in to make sure our order was brought out. She went one step further and offered complimentary dessert. The pizzas were decent and pizza with garlic was flavorful. Overall the experience was made up by how the manager handled us at the end. She also stated that it is under new management.TO THE NEW MANAGEMENTPlease allow for reservations and pre ordering to expedite the process and better experience.
My family had a delicious meal here today. We hadnt taken our boys out for dinner in 12 months, this spot was perfect to break confinement lol.We havent had NY style pizza this thin and perfectly baked since we moved from NYC year and change ago.We did have to wait 35 min, but we walked and shopped around the area with the kids. We were served rather swiftly for the large quantity of patrons.Pizza was excellent, our waiter was very sweet and patient, beer was very cold. Accepts credit/debit/amex/cash.
Debbie was great! It was our first time here and she was very kind and helpful. The food was as great as the service all around good time. I really like how we were able to have four options of bruschetta and you get to choose three of them you can have at once. The pesto pizza was great. Im use to pesto pizzas being really oily and messy, but not this one. The crust was also on point Im use to thin crust being really floppy and hard to manage, but this crust was firm and not super crunchy just right for my taste. The dessert was amazing as well. They have an option for you to choose any three of their desserts and let you try them! What a great idea at a reasonable price as well! All in all great job Grimaldis we cant wait to be back.
For what it is, I thought it was WAY too expensive. Salad came out after pizza, they comped it for us and our bill for two small pizzas and two teas was still near $50. The salad didn’t fit in the bowl either, it was crammed in and impossible to stir up without it spilling all over the table.
Best pizza I’ve ever had, I’m so very serious! We’re originally from Virginia and had many New York style pizzarias around us.. we struggled for awhile to find somewhere like that here in North Texas until we found Grimaldis!I strongly recommend getting there early putting your name on the wait list and then do any shopping you have.. each time we’ve gone it’s been an hour plus wait.. seriously it’s worth the wait! You will not be disappointed! I highly recommend the Brooklyn Bridge pizza
Don’t do it! Been waiting for an hour and a half to pick up pizzas got to the window and they said they hadn’t even cooked them yet don’t waste your time.Update: after venturing inside and speaking with a manager-not the nicest conversation-she “found” the pizzas which were ready, yet, one was in a warmer, one was in a Togo bag, and the other who knows. The time on the ticket stated it was ready at 7:30-yet we did not get them until after demanding our money back at 8:15pm. The management needs a new plan! They have lost some customers!
One of the best places for Lacto vegetarians looking to eat thin crust pizza’s. My family just loved the quality of the pizza. Kids love to see how the pizza is made if you are sitting inside. With the waiting here always I can confidently say that this is one of the best places in DFW for Pizza. This branch is situated in waters creek which has a good play area for kids along with shopping.
I ordered a spicy chicken sausage pizza online. When I received my order I noticed it looked quite different than usual. It wasn’t until I ate the meat on the pizza that realized it’s actually Italian sausage (pork) instead of spicy chicken sausage. I went back to the location and mentioned my order was wrong and the waiter said sorry , they are out of spicy chicken sausage and that they made an Italian sausage pizza instead. The waiter also proceeded to say they tried calling me to let me know. Which is a flat out lie, no missed calls and they aren’t answering their phones at the location. Hence the reason I ordered online.I was also told that corporate offices isn’t able to update the website to disable the spicy chicken sausage option topping for pizza. Not only was this a huge inconvenience and lack of communication, there is now a significant loss of trust in the ability for them to provide adequate customer service particularly this location. The mere fact that they thought it was OK to add Italian sausage to a pizza intentionally without notification shows the lack of value to customers.I’d rather drive 30-40 miles to any other location for better service or forego Grimaldis pizzeria altogether. False advertising.
Visited on a Monday early evening. Seated immediately - server was very friendly and helpful with great suggestions on what to try. Fun atmosphere with pizza dough being tossed in the background. Shared a 16 Don between two. DELICIOUS! Crust and toppings were perfect. Will definitely be visiting again.
I have been to Grimaldis in different states so when I found out they have a location in Allen I had to give it a try, and boy was I disappointedOur server was friendly but he was extremely slow and the place wasnt that busy and the other came and apologize , like it doesnt take you over 10 minutes to get my glass a beer from the barFor the margarita pizza like I mentioned Ive been to Grimaldis in different states and locations and a big time customer ,That did not taste like what I know it tasted different it was extremely cold I dont know if that was for someone else and reheated it and served it to me but it didnt taste fresh and I did mention that to the server he said this is brick oven pizza , I said sir Ive been a customer of this franchise I know what youre pizza taste like and brick oven and sadly that did not... They could have good pizza but whoever made it that day clearly did not know what they were doing, so I wont be driving an hour next time to try it out
This was me and my friends first time eating at Grimaldis and let me tell you, it was amazing!!! Not that your typical chain pizza places like Dominos or Papa Johns arent good, but Grimaldis definitely took the 1st place in the best pizzas in town. It did take a while for it to come out but it was so worth the wait when it came out, and it was all cheesy! It didnt have to much sauce which is the part I liked the best and it didnt taste like other pizzas. And the fact that they make it in the fire oven made it taste even better. It was a little pricy so I would recommend going out to here as a once in a month kind of thing, but its going to be a little hard to. Let me add that the service here was also over the top. Our waiter, Jason, was super cool and patient with us even though he had a large party outside. As as waitress myself, I completely understand how stressful that can be, so good job Jason! Overall 10/10 experience 😀👍
This review is based on the service not the pizza. We order frequently from here because my husband enjoys the food. I have always ordered through doordash, parked in front, and picked up through the pick up window from outside. Sometimes I have my toddler in the car, in plain sight. Its not ideal for me to carry the toddler and 2 large 18 pizza boxes . For some reason the window was closed today. So I went inside, and asked the hostess if I could receive the pizza in the front. Not only did she not accommodate my request, but rolled her eyes. (Young Blonde girl). Does it take half a brain to give decent customer service? Other restaurants are happy to offer no contact service and bring your food to your car for you, but instead you have Hooter type girls rolling their eyes at your paying customers? Not a happy customer here and not likely to come back. She had one job and it was to be a hostess, which requires the appearance of atleast being nice. And she FAILED.
Not a bad little place for brick oven pizza. Whenever you come here to eat you will want to make sure and sit out on the back patio. There is a great view of a grassy area with a little pond and some ducks. I hear that sometimes you can catch a band playing out there. We had the white garlic pizza. We were able to choose our own toppings. From about ten to twenty different items. The pizza was good yet the service was blah.
I called around 5pm for two to-go pizzas. When I arrived and was signing the check about 30 minutes later, I realized they mixed up our sausage and pepperoni pizza with a meatball and pepperoni pizza. I was very angered by this because I made them verify our order with us and I didnt want to wait around another 30 minutes for them to remake it. Instead, I asked if we could get sausage on top of the messed up pizza, and they did at no additional charge. Everything turned out fine, but I was really hangry when this all went down.Pizza was delicious as usual! Very fresh and light crust. I would give this 5 stars normally, but deducted one for the mess up in the order. Weve never had this problem before, so I suggest calling in before so you dont have to wait super long.
Second time there oven’s down, come on man! Update: still consistently poor customer service. Full of aggressive, young women who don’t greet/goodbye and slam cheese/peppers on your pizza box when you ask for them. Not one or twice but every time. Feel very unwelcomed
Food was great. Atmosphere was nice. Customer service was lacking. It wasnt necessarily bad, but he was not very attentive. Basically saw him two times: once to take our order, and the second to bring our food. This was my first visit here, so hopefully, it was an anamoly. I would recommend this place if you are looking for great pizza.
In my opinion hands down the best Pizza in Texas.. was so happy to see this location as I would go to the one by NorthPark mall. Every one was super friendly very helpful as my father has to use a scooter they let me park it inside as he sat at the table, very accommodating. The Pizza was delicious as always and we will defiantly be back. If you like Brooklyn style pizza you have to try this place you wont be disappointed. They also have great salads and great starters. great environment to take a date or to bring the family. again everyone we encountered were super friendly and very helpful with my elderly father who loves pizza. sometimes when restaurants open new locations it isnt the same as the original but their was no difference in the great quality ingredients they use at the other locations to the great employees they have so that was great to see. keep up the great work see you all again soon for more of that tasty pizza.
My wife got a birthday coupon from Grimaldis so we used it today. I dont know... Have I ever had real pizza before today? We were seated as soon as we walked in the door . Our server was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back!😎 the food is delicious and worth every penny!
I am trying to understand why anyone would ever sit down at this restaurant (or at least a second time). While the pizza tastes good the service is the worst I think I have ever experienced. Will not return to this location. Drive to the Dallas location…it’s worth the extra drive time to have service that isn’t so terrible.
I have been a customer of the Allen location for many years. The last four times I had dinner at Grimaldi’s Allen I had a different customer services issue. The pizza is delicious but it takes too long to cook plus the personal never knows what’s going on. We waited 20 min for the table of two. The only available sitting was outside. It was very hot and the waiter took 25 minutes to show up at our table so we decided to take the pizza home. The waiter asked us to wait for the pizza at the front of the store were we learned it was a 2 hour wait because we are taking it home !! I asked for the manager. I explained her that the waiter placed the order while we were sitting down and obviously we were already at the restaurant, we did not call in! The Manager explained that is the norm and she was going to try to get our pizza ready in about 45 minutes . It did take 50 minutes. The whole thing was ridiculous:(
Very inconsistent. Thats why I dont go there as much as I want to.Last night, I ordered extra cheese and the pizza still didnt have enough cheese, spots where there were no cheese or sauce made the pizza very dry. And there were about 3 inches worth of crust. We were very disappointed. Didnt realize how bad the pizza was until we started eating it. Next time will make them make another one. Im getting tired of this place not knowing how to make a pizza.
My family and I have been wanting to try Grimaldis for a while. It has a dine area and outdoor seating overlooking the play ground at Watters Creek. The food was great, they have appetizers (mostly salads) and pizza. A good selection of adult beverages. That being said, we went with a 6 yr old and a 4 month old. For the location, I was surprised they didnt have a childrens menu. So if you are bringing small picky children, you either make half your pizza plain, or order 2. The tables are relatively small so I would not recommend ordering 2 at once, maybe one brought out after the other. Which is not very family friendly. However, the pizza is delicious and you can watch it being made.
Pizza is good, but you better be willing to wait. They always have an excuse. Service is horrible. 30 minutes turns into hours. The last 2 times I’ve called my order in. It was scheduled an hour for pick up once I placed it. Got there and had to wait an additional 30mn. Pizza good everything else blows.
Ive ordered by phone and was told wait for 60 minutes. I arrived after that time, then I had to wait for additional 15 minutes, after that the waiter told me that she was checking my order, then a pregnant woman told me that she was the manager and apologize for the waiting time, but my order was cancelled by phone. So the girl who took my order did cancel or she never released my order. Who knows. Very weird that they took my payment first.Very poor and inefficient to-go system making me wait for additional 30 minutes and by the end did not take pizza. I dont recommend this place. Lack of professionalism and very pricing. I was very upset. I had to hold all my words because the lady was pregnant but she does not have any idea being a manager.
Finally, what real Pizza is suppose to be!! We came from New England and have been here almost 2 years. Until now, we have not been able to find GOOD pizza . Drove to Allen for an app and I was NOT leaving until we ordered takeout. Had your pizza in Highland Village many years ago( while visiting) and it still comes highly recommended. You did not disappoint!!!
Horrible experience! Seated on patio, server took drink order and pizza order at the same time. Ordered 2 salads as well. Only 1 salad came out. Never saw our server again. Asked to have heater turned on. It never was. Asked to speak to manager. We were told that they have no propane, so no heat !!!! (Yet they seat people out there!) Oh, and our pizzas would be another 45 minutes, after already waiting 50! Meanwhile, people seated inside after us were halfway through with their pizzas. We were completely forgotten. Others on the patio were being ignored, freezing, and speaking to the manager as well. She gave excuse after excuse. Unacceptable. We left. Typically, the pizza is the best, in our opinion....but tonight NOTHING went right!
Joining the reward points is a lie, I bought 3 pizzas and they sent me an email with a code for a free starter for joining their rewards plan, I made my purchase online 3 pizzas and a salad which was free for the code that They gave me, everything was fine I paid for it online and when my husband went to pick up the pizzas and the salad Brittney the cashier told him that he had to pay for the salad because that was a system error that they didnt have to give me anything for free, So she means that the online system does not work? or does the reward plan work? I have proof of the email and the online receipt and the other payment that my husband had to make again, this was at allens restaurant on water creek, We will not buy from this place again if they do not respect their prices.
The service was amazing and friendly. The bartender was helpful and answered the many questions we had. They were very knowledgeable and skilled. The pizza came out fast. The reason it got 3 stars was the quality vs the price. A few months ago they would have received 5 stars but this time the pizza was very substandard. The dough was under cooked and the cheese was barely there and had the texture of plastic. The flavor was bland and the only thing that made it ok were the toppings. For the price I expect better and for the franchise it was a rare low. I can only hope this was an off day because in the past they were the best pizza around.
You always know what you are going to get at Grimaldis... classic high quality new york pizza. I came in for lunch with a colleague and we ordered a classic pepperoni. The crust was not soggy despite the classic thin-ness and the crust was perfectly crispy. It was perfect to fold and enjoy. They give you pepper and Parmegiano and you can ask for oregano. I would definitely recommend this place.
Usually its a great experience but today was horrible. We had to wait 45 minutes for a table. They said the patio had heating many times but we got there and they said it stopped working. The waiter only came three times and we never got any refills. They gave us one salad and thats it (even though we ordered two). After another 40 minutes they said the pizzas would take another 30 minutes. We talked to the manager and she used excuse after excuse.
We have eaten here before and agreed that the pizza was excellent. My family quarantined for two weeks so that we could all gather for combined birthdays and anniversaries. We thought of getting pizza right away. We ordered a to-go combo of a cheese pizza and a cheese with pepperoni. They said that it would take 1 1/2 hours!! This was on Halloween at about 4:30pm.1 1/2 hours later we pick up two cold pizzas with barely any cheese, and I mean BARELY. The pizza was so cold that it had to have sat there for an hour. As for the cheese, even the cheese pizza had mostly sauce maybe a 3/4 cup of cheese for an 18 inch pizza and it was terrible. I was so embarrassed that we’d provided such a terrible meal for my family.I don’t know why they went downhill so far but if you think that sparing the cheese on a pizza, a CHEESE pizza, is going to help in these times, well, that’s not the way to go.
My daughter likes this place so we came for the first time last night. Its good pizza but nothing great. I dont really care for the blobs of cheese instead of shredded because its very uneven. One bite is nothing but cheese, another is only sauce.I think the toppings are a bit skimpy, too. One pizza was Italian sausage, which was good, and onions, but my wife, who loves sausage pizza, could barely taste it there was so little on her slice. We also got a pepperoni, there seemed to be more on this pizza, but I like it when the pepperoni is a bit crispy, and these werent even close. The atmosphere is nice, and Watters Creek is always a cool place to hang out. But I bet the high rent here is the main reason they charge so much for their pizza. Like I said, its good pizza but not worth the premium, I wont be back.
Cold pizza! Yep, that’s what I received after waiting almost an hour in line for my pizza (to-go). I checked in at the to-go window and after waiting for almost an hour I called and they told me my order had been ready and I needed to check in at the window. I did, I had!! Lots of people were outside waiting for their orders. Very frustrating. I get it, they were busy but there has to be a way to check on people’s pizzas that have been sitting there for quite some time. Not sure what the solution is but there definitely is a problem!!! Won’t be going back. Only went because I received a gift card.
The restaurant overlooks the park in the middle of the town square and when it is dark, all of the trees are lighted. This adds to the cozy atmosphere of the place. The food is quite good. The pizza has plenty of red sauce and a wonderful flavor. We also enjoy the caprese salad as well. Great destination for a date night or family outing!
Their free birthday pizza was like a piece of cardboard with toppings. And be prepared to spend $2-3 per topping, $2 to upgrade to large and of course pay for your drinks. We got four sodas, 3 toppings (comes with no toppings) and another pizza (same as first) and it was $50. Just saying to be prepared if you are thinking free birthday pizza! They should not have charged for one topping in my opinion, but now I know.
The don pizza is probably the best pizza I have ever had. Wine collection is great. The patio is awesome as you can watch your kids play in the play area. Only downside is the long wait for the table and the food, which Is somewhat understandable due to their traffic
There pizza is awesome... But there pickup service needs a huge push.. There not really prepared or organized.. Their customer service upon pickup also needs improvement. They have the customers no questions ask.. But seems to me their could use a bump on technology like monitors to help customer and their team show progress. Outside there nobody directing customers. Customers have to help each other direct traffic.. I have order many times and is same... It still the same.. I feel bad leaving my feedback but if is the only way to communicate to staff and owners.. They will understand..
Grimaldis is my favorite pizza joint and has been since I initially discovered it years ago. The pizza is simply phenomenal. The crust is the biggest signature taste for me as it gives any pizza choice an amazing after taste. Its not too thin or overly hardy to take away from the toppings flavors. Those toppings are all very flavorful and theyre liberal with the portions of whatever you add. There is a traditional red sauce option or if you want to switch it up theres a pizza that has no sauce and is a garlic/herb cheesy blend that is also really tasty and not at all dry.The scenery is also a bonus as there is a great patio, the decor has a NY vibe and its almost always lively. Pick up is convenient if you dont want the atmosphere. For cons, toppings are expensive and add up quickly if you want a few. The restaurant is not large so wait times can grow. Just picking up is not convenient because there arent dedicated parking spots.
Worst experience. Long wait and they would not compensate. On top of it all the pizza was overcooked and they did not even bother to cut the pizza into slices. An absolute disgracefully run Girmaldies. I ordered my pizza a day before called 2 times to make sure it would be ready at 7pm. We left at 8pm for a order that was promised to be ready at 7. This Pizza organization is amazing but the way this one is run... an absolute joke the manager needs to be fired and whoever owns this location needs to be evaluated. Furthermore I have been to other locations and the quality and service makes this location fell like a Taco Bell. Let me add in Allen there are a lot of selections and for this location to be run so poorly it’s just sad.
Given Covid protocols, I was amazed that table after table the serevrs and or bus persons did not change the tablecloths but turned them over, masks of the servers and host/hostess were up and down and silverware was not clean. Regardless of the wonderful Caprese appetizer and satisfying pizza, I will not be returning any time soon. Thanks to Angela our server who was fantastic.
This locatuon is not as good as it used to be.We ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese and meatball topping on the side (so my wife could add them only to her slice as she wishes). They seemed to have forgot the extra cheese (or just really skimped, and the meatballs came quite a it after the pizza (apparently i was told wasnt entered correctly). The pizza also arrived only warm, no longer hot.i had asked them to show me the pizza before cutting so i cold verify it was cooked the way we wanted it, but there was somehow a long gap between me giving them the thumbs up and a waiter returning with the cut pizza.I think our waitress was just too busy, and finally another waitress saw it waiting and brought it.the manager, who was overall friendly amd helpful, comped the $4 meatball topping that arrived late, as well as the questionable extra $2 for extra cheese that had appeared forgotten. We were fine with that, though i think management if the past would have offered more, since for example, i really wanted a pizza with extra cheese.we were starving and just eat most of it right away, b3fore it got colder, but i think the past management would have offered another smaller comp pizza with extra cheese. mayne this manager would if we explicitly asked, but we didnt.we then placed a togo order.i was a bit disappointed to learn that they dont use the plain pizza sauce in the calzones. you must get the spruced up calzone sauce. there is an extra charge to swap that for planr pizza sauce.we ordered 2 large $20 calzones to go. the manager was willing to comp us just 1 pizza sauce, but said they would get i trouble if they swapped out all the calzone sauces for pizza sauce.i dont understand this policy, or why managers arent given a little more freedom to make simple reasonable decisions like that.BTW, the deserts - tiramisu and cheesecakes were excellent.ironically, much better than the pizza on this given visit.
Ordered online at 5om for a 6:30 pickup. Got there at 6:30 and was told I had to wait in with other patrona who were there to eat at the restaurant or start their order. This is our process. Standing in line with Dashers and Grubhub drivers, all who want to pick up food.Total lack of management and customer response for a $25 pizza.Skip this place and go elsewhere, the food isnt worth the hassle.
This used to be the best pizza restaurant ever! My last meal would be pizza from Grimaldi’s . Not any more. They wouldn’t honor a free pizza on my birthday ( due to the Covid ??? so they said) And my sister ordered 2 pizzas tonight that they said was horrible. The crust tasted like it was old & reheated. Only a few little pepperonis and tiny mushrooms, tiny chopped up peppers scattered on top. They had to THROW AWAY the order because they couldn’t eat it! Grimaldi’s, are you under new management? New cooks? You have failed us miserably, and lost a BUNCH of customers, including 4 of us families who use to love your pizza!
We used to eat here frequently sitting on the patio as it was quite loud inside prior to Covid19 and the requirement to provide for social distancing. Although, over time the service has gotten worse, to the point that 6 months ago we said we were not going to eat there again. However, we got a coupon for a free pizza so we decided to give Grimaldis another chance.Well we arrived early and there were plenty of empty tables but we decided to sit on the patio anyway. The service was extremely slow, we had to flag down other servers as ours seemed to have forgotten us. When we did see our server we got surly attitude along with poor service, we will not be returning. There are plenty of other wood fired pizzerias to enjoy.
My sister-in-law and I didnt know what we wanted to eat, so we dropped by Grimaldis and they did not disappoint! The Cesar salad was a bit large, for a small, the Margherita pizza was spectacular and scrumptious, paired with the glass of 19 CRIMES, ugh I was in love. Will be back with my hubby 💕
I placed a to-go order and was amazed at the inefficiency of the process at the Allen location. They had one bartender working the bar and the to-go orders. It was clear that he was overwhelmed with all the orders and the customers were getting frustrated. Obviously, everything was belated and by the time I got home the pizza was cold. However, the taste was as good as always, but they need a lot of work on takeout orders.
Ok, so its a drive for me to get here. And yes there is a wait to be seated. And yes there is a wait for your food. But... once that pie is placed on the table... you remember that its totally worth it. The pizza is amazing as are the cocktails. The waitstaff are incredibly nice & friendly too.
If you place an order and show up when they say it will be ready for pickup, you will wait 15 minutes in a line while your pizza that wasn’t cooked all the way through gets cold(er). When you get it home, you will have to cut your cold floppy mess of a pizza yourself before hearing it in your own oven because, this place can’t get that right either. Seriously, cooking and cutting the pizza should be the fundamentals.
Love the pizza here but wish management would get better at moving people through the restaurant. There are literally people who have finished eating and are drinking water and hanging out taking up tables while patrons who are hungry are waiting. It will make me think twice about giving them my business if there is a wait. We were told it would be about 30 minutes for patio seating but when the people already seated decided to camp out in the patio section we ended up waiting over an hour. We would have left but kept thinking our name was going to be called. Bad decision.
Tasty New York style pizza from coal fired ovens. Excellent ingredients and preparation harken back to the offerings that can be enjoyed at the venerable Brooklyn location. Wait times can be long, especially during coronavirus restrictions, but you will be rewarded for your patience.
An hour wait for a carry out pizza on a Sunday night? Seriously? Pathetic.Edit:I feel like this post seems knee-jerk, so I should add context. We’ve gone to this place probably twenty times or more over the years, both dine in and carry out. When dining in, I’d have to say that the reviewers here are correct. The service is, at best, forgettable. I can’t honestly recall a visit where I didn’t feel like we were really putting them out by asking for service. As such, carry out really is the best option. The price is stupid. For a small pizza and a caprese salad, we’re accustomed to parting ways with about forty bucks. Whatever. They charge it, I’ve paid it. That’s on me.All this to say... Tonight, I was already on my way over and asked my wife to call in an order. If it took twenty minutes, maybe I’d have a beer while I waited. No big deal. She was told that it would be at least an hour for a carry out order.I get that restraints get busy. But is there any chance that it’s so busy that one small pizza can’t be slipped in somehow inside an hour?Anyway, we called the place we usually order from and it was ready in ten minutes. Oh, and their dining room was busy too.
Came to pick up a delivery and the hostess was very rude and told me she was gonna get help and just stood there laughing and talking about me after I stood there for about 20 min before anyone would help me. Horrible workers with horrible attitudes. It was the hostess that was working on 11/28/21 at 8:00 pm. I will be coming back in to speak to a manager about this and have already contacted your corporate office that’s how bad the experience was.
Server was good. Pizza was bland. Even sent back. No seasoning. It was like can of tomato sauce poured on it. Extremely disappointed. Wife and I each had 1 pieceand didnt take home. Waitress didnt ask why nor did we even get a visit from manager. Wont be returning. Better pizza places out there, especually for what they charge.
Nothing special about the pizzas. Service was terrible, server disappeared after bringing pizzas, drinks were not refilled even once. Not going back again. It is a zero star operation. $107 were charged to my credit card for two 18 pizza and one drink. This was corrected to $57 when pointed out and I was assured that overcharge will be reversed immediately. This reversal has yet to happen.
The pizza is pretty good but I cant say the same thing about the service. We called to order a large pizza and decided to eat in the restaurant. When we got there we asked for a table and the restaurant was nearly empty but they said they didnt have a table for us. Which is pretty normal for restaurants for us with 3 kids but the girl at the front desk was so kind that she offered us to eat standing in the corner of the bar and when we declined she then come back saying that there was a table outside for us. Nobody was eating outside since its chilly outside. Horrible fist time experience.
This place was Great before the COVID19. The customer has gone completely down hill! We waited an hour & a 1/2 for a small pizza,,while there were others far behind us in line & they were leaving with their large pizzas before us. Also, they over charged us so we had to wait for the manger & she was rude. My friend had to call them several times to get their money back. Needless, to say we WILL NOT be back!!
Top level pizza 🍕 thick pepperoni mozzarella slices and just phenomenal sauce, crust is perfect 👌 everything about it is the best! I was having trouble on my navigation an was very well guided there, not sure who was working there but who ever was giving directions give them a raise!Highly recommend going there at least once11/3/18
The pizza here is great! If you like thin crisp crust, this is a must try place. We got there early, before the dinner crowd on a Sunday afternoon. There was a little bit of a wait on the pizza, because they were stoking the coal fired oven. We enjoyed a plate of caprese and some sliced Italian bread while we waited for our pizza.
Basically, tonight was terrible. Looks like the average age of the staff was 19. No manager in sight. Our drinks were terrible and had to be sent back. The pizza was absolutely gross... soggy in the center and tougher as you got to the crust. There was black sediment from the oven mixed in with the grease, so my plate was black when I picked up my slice. The worst pizza Ive ever had. They stuck 9 of us with children in a corner. Horrible. Id come back if my next visit is free but other than that this place doesnt exist to me anymore.
Had a pick up order and when I arrived I was told I need to go outside to a window to get my order. So I go out to this window in the cold and rain and stand there for 5-10 minutes while no one goes to the window. I walk back in and ask Can I just get my order please? and the order I had seen sitting on the table earlier was my order. Not sure why I needed to go wait by a window in the rain to get my order and for the amount Im paying I would think the process would be a lot better.
Waited 45 minutes for a pizza that was served cold and tasted barely acceptable. Grossly overpriced pizzas and grossly overpriced toppings for the amount you get. Nicest thing I can say is that the sauce and cheese were very fresh, but the crust was mediocre at best. Get the same/better quality pizza for half the price at Blaze or Newks. Grimaldis is one of those fundamentally flawed franchised chains that cannot be fixed. All the people rating this pizza as good have apparently never eaten any other pizza.
Best pizza in Allen, by far!!!Dont order pick-up because the pizza is sooooo much better in the restaurant. After 50+ visits, we ordered pick-up once and by the time we got home, the pizza did not even taste like it came from Grimaldis. We keep our pies TRADITIONAL. Either cheese or Margherita w/extra basil on the side. I have tried a few others, but being Italian, I prefer the traditional pizza.
Been here at least 15 times with out a doubt my favorite pizza. Been here enough to know like anywhere especially during busy times service can be hit or miss but management is always willing when needed. ALL of a large group of family and friends love going here. We know if we have to go during dinner hours th-sun to plan for the wait. We like to go between 2-4 before they stoke. I do agree with other reviews on pick up if you order it i would even call again before you go pick it up to make sure its gone through and souble check it when you get there.
My family and I enjoy Grimaldis pizza and have frequented the Watters Creek (Allen, TX) location for years. On July 2, 2020 we received poor service during a visit. July is my husbands birthday month so we annually receive a birthday coupon for a free pizza. On this day, we went to redeem the birthday coupon at the to-go window, but was not allowed to do so because of a stated policy requiring dine-in only. This is after I had placed the order over the phone, drove to the restaurant, and waited another period of time to be helped with two small hungry children in tow. I am aware of the policy as it states the requirement on the coupon. However, I do not feel comfortable during this time of COVID-19 to dine-in at any restaurant. With the pandemic in consideration, I do not understand why your restaurant would require anyone to dine-in during this time to redeem a birthday coupon. Furthermore, we have only dine OUT with the coupon once in 8 years. Yes, that is correct. We have only dined in using the coupon once.If this rigid policy is reflective of their appreciation toward frequent customers, then we will no longer patronize Grimaldis. Additionally, the manager on duty at the time, Cooper, was not very sympathetic or accommodating. I feel that the inconvenience caused to our family was far greater than the inconvenience to the restaurant.I hope they rectify this inconvenience by modifying the dine-in requirement until the state of things with Covid improves.
I met up with some friends here on their recommendation and ended up disappointed. Our waitress was a little rude and seemed hurried. We got our salad and pizza pretty quick but the pizza was another disappointment. It was over cooked and the crust was blackened and hard. My friends had told me that it was normally better than that so Ill chalk it up to an off night.
My wife and I have eaten in the restaurant once and have had take out twice. The pizza was delicious each time. The crust is thin and piled with toppings, but not to the point of becoming limp. When we dined in our server was right on with menu suggestions and prompt with beverage refills. Prices are a bit higher than our previous go to pizza spot, but this is gourmets piazza and worth the splurge every once in awhile. We keep going back and look forward to warmer days to enjoy their patio.
My husband and I came here for the first time for our date. The environment was good, but the quality of Pizza was not good. Plus the food was way over priced. One thing we dont mine is eating great food and getting out money worth. This place just didnt fit it. Wont be back.
Been going here for years, paws down the best pizza in the area. Almost everything Ive had in the menu is just stellar, huge fan of the strawberry salad and pizza is great but for me the calzone is the way to go. No other one comes even close now. Could have more options for toppings but over all its wonderful. The tiramisu was a bit disappointing though last time, texture wise it was perfect, but rather lite on the coffee flavor. Still 5 stars for sure.
Pizza is great.. but.. watched one server (male) longer blonde hair run hands through his hair numerous times and then touch food, deliver drinks with hands on rims. Kinda gross. But worse watched girl (waitress) pull something from guys (waiter) hair and flick it on table they had just cleaned. Hygiene doesn’t seem to be a priority. But pizza is great!
Service is great. Its a wee bit crowded table wise, but all around cozy atmosphere. The pizza and calzone were great. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to improve the caesar salad. Having a less than great salad can bring what should be a 5 star rating to 4, sorry.
Thanks Grimaldis. I have a free Birthday pizza coupon for them that I went to reedeem .This was the worst experience, ever with the restaurant. We are still in a Pandemic, and still , they wanted me to come in to order . Now this was the problem, you gave me a free pizza , yet I have to dine in. This is unexceptionable , cooperate should change there policy.Unfortunately I will not be going back you have lost me as a customer.... Two thumbs down..
We waited half an hour to get in (no big deal), but after 40 minutes of waiting for pizza to arrive were told it would be another 30 minutes. Would have missed our movie, so we missed our dinner as a result. This was the most disappointing dining experience I’ve had in years. They comped us a salad, but still charged $20 for a beer wine and tea. Will not be coming back.
We are through going here. We waited about 45 minutes to get a cold pizza that they told us couldnt be heated up because of cross contamination issues. They did offer to make another pizza we could take home, but we didnt have another hour to wait. Service was bad - had to ask for water refill and finally got it 15 minutes later. We ordered a pizza without mushrooms but were charged for them anyway. The couple we were with ordered a pizza with chicken sausage per the menu, but received a pizza with sausage AND chicken and were almost charged for the extra ingredient. Overpriced as well. Were done.
Best pizza in allen, whenever we go Im allergic to tomato so we typically end up always trying weird combinations because I like pizza but I cant eat them sometimes. Our favorite pizza is we get the house special pizza The Don and we add bacon, ricotta to it, their don pizza is essentially their meat lover pizza, and they specify you cant ask for their specials without certain toppings but you can always add stuff too it.100% best pizza Ive found in Allen, we go at least twice a month.
Ordered pizza to be delivered and it’s missing ingredients. It happened before, but I was able to catch it since I always picked it up myself. Manager on the phone was rude and suggested to solve the issue with the DoorDash. Well, DoorDash did their job perfectly and Grimaldi’s failed as they do pretty often. I think my business will go to a different pizza place
The waitstaff and bartenders excellent service from them but the kitchen staff and the way management runs things from the time I got there and got out ordering one pizza and yall feed me a bunch of free beers that I did not want took me 3 hours and then when Im trying to give you all a bad Google review there on the spot nothing works there in your restaurant. All for one pizza 3 hours
Well, if you have 50 bucks to waste on water and flour, you might as well do it here. Wildly overpriced and incredibly overrated food. The pizza is OK, but lets be honest, pizza is something that is hard to mess up. The toppings are (like everything else) expensive and surprisingly chintzy, especially considering the price, and every time I go here I am literally looking for the sun dried tomatoes, the garlic, the mushrooms - oh, theres one! I literally couldnt even find sauce - yes, sauce - on my pizza the last time I was forced into visiting this place.I give the decor a poor rating because the tables are crammed way too close in some areas of the restaurant - during this last visit, I had to keep getting up to allow another guest on an adjacent table to go to the restroom and there was zero privacy for conversation.Service is OK...occasionally the servers have a mildly snooty feel, but it depends on the person. Certainly a little too much attitude for a pizza place, (no matter what the price.) Oh, and dont get me started on the wait times, I often see an hour plus wait (and there is nowhere convenient to wait - they do provide pagers with a 10 yard range though so feel free to sit outside on their comfortable sidewalk.)In short, dont drink the kool-aid, take your hard earned money somewhere else.
I love their pizza. The toppings are great, and the plain cheese and sauce are amazing. My familys favorite is the Margherita -- just cheese, tomato sauce, and basil. While the meat and other toppings are also delicious, they tend to hide the flavor of the sauce and cheese so thats why we prefer the simpler pizza. Its a fun place for a special meal or to take visitors. On the few times of the year when the weather is nice, its fun tobsit out on the patio -- its a serene view and you would never guess youre so close to busy shopping and the freeway. My only complaints are the price, which is pretty high, and the pizza always leaves your hands black from the charcoal-cooked crust. I just eat it with a knife and fork 😉
Jenetha Simmons is a liar and her entire party stayed an entire hour past close. Not to mention there was no cash left on table, so that was also a blatant lie. Her story is a cry for wanting to be oppressed and she was never profiled. Additionally, taking pictures of employees without their knowledge is so beyond disrespectful and invasive. I hope she never comes back. Grimaldis is awesome
We are regular customers of Grimaldis in Allen, Texas. Never really had any problems with our dine in experience. However, it’s the carry out experience that irks me. We called yesterday to place an order for a medium pizza. They said the wait would be 2.5 hours for carry out. 2.5 hours!?!?! Whatever, maybe they were busy because it was Saturday. So i didn’t place the order. Then, I called today to place the order for the same. Was initially Told it would take 1.5 hours for the order. I was ok with that today as we had called early enough expecting the wait. I placed the order and asked them what the process would be. Would they call me to let me know the pizza was ready? Immediately I was told it would take 30 mins. How did it go from 1.5 hours to 30 mins in a 3 min conversation? What changed so drastically??? So unprofessional. What’s the need to lie? Aren’t we giving you business like everyone else?
I was looking for a good place that serve coal fired pies in Dallas, and this is it. The crust was thin, light and enough crunchy. Pizza dough seems to be made with long proofing. Pizza sauce was perfect to my taste. I had 2 different types of pizzas and bruchetta and all items were good. Before this restaurant, I tried couple of other places that say they serve coal fired pizza but they did not rise to my expectations so I am glad I found this place. Food was great. Ambiance is nice. This restaurant surely provides another reason to visit Watters Creek at Montgomary Farm.
If I could give a rating for different Services I would. Its so unfortunate that the food rocks, I love the wine here and the atmosphere, but the absolute poor customer service throws this place out the window. My boyfriend and I used to frequent here often, but the last time we both went the service was completely stupid & ridiculously rude. Take us a while to come back and we already made a pact that if we got there and had the same server wed ask to move. We didnt ask to move, but same type of service and I swore I was over it. I took a chance and brought my godmother who came in town from Florida, along with my mom and we had the absolute worst service I have had anywhere. I used to love this place but its so unfortunate I will never order here again just because there is no service in this place and you pay good money for Pizza and wine... You expect good service at least.
Dallas location is 100 times better. The manager says the pizza is the same product, but it is not. The pizza we ordered could not even be swallowed. The texture was gross, it was raw, and had no flavor. The manager offered to by us a dessert, but still charged us the salad after refusing thw dessert offer. Dallas Grimaldi is the spot.
Horrible service...I have visited Grimaldi’s twice within the past month & horrible experience. The first time we were sitting at our table for an hour before we were told our pizza would take another 40 minutes to hour bc they only had one person making pizzas. Our waitress was so apologetic and comped our salad and gave us $5 coupon. We visited again tonight. We had our salad and waters. 30 minutes passed and no pizza we waited another 15 minutes and grabbed another waitress attention. She told us she grab our waitress for us. Our waitress had not checked on us at all or offer to refill our water. We asked about our pizza & she said the oven was too hot & would probably take another hour. I explained to her what happened on our last visit and we were very disappointed instead of offering customer service she tells me “it’s not her fault”. I said I understand and if I could please speak to a manager, her response was “ they don’t have a manager right now.” She then left and came back and said that not even the assistant could come over bc he was busy making pizzas. She was not apologetic at all and kept saying it’s not my fault. She then pointed to the couple next to us and said “they don’t have there pizza either.” The couple next to us also looked upset and uncomfortable as she kept pointing them out. Trying to use another customer to get her point across. She could have simply offer to comp our meal or let our experience be known to a manager. I told her Grimaldi will have to comp our salad and water. She said okay you are free to go. Horrible service, poor attitude, we weren’t even checked on once while we were there. We went down the street to Roman Cucina where we had no wait for two handmade pizzas and way better service.I will not be visiting this location again such poor customer experience and bad service. I will be calling corporate.
Pizza is delicious, but the wait can be very long if you go at peak times, both to get a table or to get the pizza delivered. We try to go early in the afternoon just after they fire up the ovens for the afternoon shift. They have give out birthday coupons for a free pizza as well.If we take home any leftovers will be gone by lunchtime the next day!
Poor service towards dashers and grubhub drivers. Only restaurant to make us wait 20 mins in line and an additional 30 mins for the order. Not worth picking up orders from here, takes an hour of time atleast for poor pay and results in negative customer reviews towards us for the delay.
Upscale pizza and pasta hot spot in a chic neighborhood and shopping plaza. Very popular with large families and groups on weekends, so can get pretty busy. Service was friendly, food tasted great and wine was well paired. Prices were fairly reasonable, and restaurant was relatively clean considering how busy it was. Not really a good place for kids or small children, its just not that kind of place. But you will see plenty of suburban folks in here with them trying to make it work which makes for great entertainment. Casual environment with good atmosphere.
Ordered my pizza from here through DoorDash at 5:16pm. I was quoted that the order would be done in 55 minutes. When I arrived at Grimaldi’s at 6:06pm they told me that I just placed the order and it would be ready in 2 hours. I showed them the email that says I ordered it at 5:16pm. So the waiter talk to the manager and said she could not move my order up so I could receive it sooner. So I asked to cancel my order. They told me that they canceled the order. Then I left to pick up some different dinner and to my surprise my order was not canceled. I called Grimaldi’s and spoke with the manager. She said that she could not cancel my order, and that I would have to contact DoorDash to get it fixed. This is pure negligence of Grimaldi’s staff. First they did acknowledge my order. They lied to their customer, and did not offer anything but a half heart apology and blamed it on the “system”.I am a loyal customer to Grimaldi’s, and I will not be returning to this Grimaldi’s.

2021-12-06Service was good, wait time is to be expected when ordering freshly made pizza. Food was good. 2 complaints is that the pizza was not cut well and we struggled to serve it, and even though we added onions and chicken to only a quarter of the pizza we got charged the same as if it was all covered! So the 1 pizza came out to be about $30!

2022-03-14The signs in the front are a red flag! The pizza is good, but not worth the price. On another note, the wait staff were super friendly and the dough they give your kids is a great way to entertain them.

2021-08-21Decided to have a nice lunch outing with my daughter, so I had in mine to frequent a place weve dine before. Today was the first time Ive ever had a pizza that was undercooked. The dough was not cooked all the way. It seemed as if they took it out too early. We only had two slices before I told the waitress that it was undercooked. The waitress was nice enough to have another pie made for us to ensure it was cooked all the way. This was much appreciated. Being from NY, I know pizza. So, this was not to bash Grimaldis, just to share my experience today.

2022-05-11Our family enjoys this place so much! This is one of my favorite pizzerias in the area! They have a beef meatball pizza, oh so yummy! And their margarita pizza is one of my favorites; but then the pesto chicken!I want some now! Youve gotta check them out! They also give the kids pizza dough to play with, which I think is such a neat and thoughtful little bonus! My kids love it!

2022-02-13My husband and I came and were extremely happy. We’ve lived in the area for 4 years and have yet to find a really good pizza place. This one will be our go to from now on. We sat at the bar and abbey and Haley were great! They were very attentive and checked on us often. We will continue to come back.

2022-06-12Hello, I visited here Saturday at 8:30 pickup time, as shown in the photos I am not happy about the product. I have emailed corporate for my money back. The managers should inspect every pizza that is being made for customers BEFORE being served.

2021-06-27This was a small gathering of 10-12 family members for a birthday celebration for my nephew after loosing my sister, his grandmother to covid the previous day. The food was delicious but after paying for our bills that included a generous tip for each separate receipt. We had actually walked outside the establishment in no hurry and were saying our goodbyes to each other before we went our separate ways to return to different states that we live in and the server came outside to tell us that one of you did not pay. We already knew each of us paid, and wondered why she was accusing us of dine and dash! At first she said someone did not pay, I do not have my receipt for it & I know there were more. My niece looked at all the receipts and explained that they in fact were all there, which the server did agree. One of our members had to leave early because she had small children there and it was already late into the evening, which she was being accused, we all knew that she had paid her bill in full prior to departing along with a tip. We explained that there must be some misunderstanding on the servers part as we all are not thieves! The server stood there fumbling through all her receipts as she was appearing very worried. We reassured her again that we all had paid most with credit cards. Again she said no you didnt because I didnt get a tip from one of you. At this point is when we realized that she was basically demanding a tip from each receipt, not that a receipt & payment had been missing as she first stated. There was no gratuity required listed on the menu. However, there was a cash tips left on the table as well as generous tips included in the payments, but somehow this was overlooked. When the server realized that she had in fact received all payments plus the tips she never utter one single word of apologies for her accusatory actions & tones towards any of us. I was further insulted by the person (assuming it was the MOD) whom I spoke directly with. I returned inside to get some information to contact this company. And was asked did I need something we are closed.. I explained what had just happened with the server and told her that when the server found that she was in fact in error she shouldve apologized. The MOD pretty much blew it off as though it was there normal customary mode of treating customers with disrespect & disregard. My first impression was this is a nice quaint pizzeria. But I think it suffices to say that my lasting impression is I would not recommend anyone to go to this establishment because I believe we were profiled and which was very disheartening.

2022-07-04This used to be my favorite local pizza. It had some resemblance to back home pizza. But the past year or so the quality and attention to detail has gone down hill. This applies to the food and service. This weekend, I placed an order for a pizza with 2 toppings and a salad with tomatoes on the side. The final result: A pizza with only 1 topping, a salad with diced tomatoes (slices are easy to remove), and a side of dressing that amounted to a couple milliliters. The crust was overcooked making the pizza dry and the texture like cardboard. This was a to-go order so my bad for not checking before I left. Minus 2 stars for me. I will be looking for a new go-to pizza joint in the near future.

2021-12-24My husband and I de use give it a try since we got a Gift card from there. Everything was perfect the server and the pizza. My husband and I loved it, best pizza ever!
