I noticed from their photos that they sold music/guitar themed items that would make great gifts for avid guitarists. The owner was very nice and helpful, and I think the music themed jewelry will make a great gift! They also had guitar shaped clocks, guitar coat hanger hooks, bracelets, and more. Of course, this is on top of the regular services of selling/fixing guitars. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

I am so glad that I brought my guitar to Roger. You can tell that he cares. He is the nicest guy and he is a very skilled luthier.I had taken my guitar to The Guitar Sanctuary in McKinney, it wasn’t a good experience. 3 weeks wait, I couldn’t leave it there because I didn’t bring the case, couldn’t get on a waiting list, etc. And they were a lot more money and they made me feel like I was a nuisance for stopping in.The Guitar Doctor was the opposite. They fixed me up. This guitar needed a lot of work. It was my old BC Rich from high school that had been played into the ground, and then just left in the case because the frets buzzed and other stuff broke, anyway, now it’s all good again. I will not be going anywhere else again for any guitar work period.

I would definitely take a guitar to Rogers shop again! He worked on 3 guitars I had picked up second-hand and taught me a lot about each of them in the process. He was very reasonably priced, and the repairs were done quickly and professionally, meaning he explained them to me and asked which ones I wanted to do before he charged me for them. I really appreciate that! I felt like I could ask any question, and he took the time to answer it. All of my guitars are in good working order now. Thanks Roger!

Great little neighborhood repair shop. I stopped in to check it out and met the owner. Great guy with a ton of knowledge.He can handle just about any issue you have with your guitar. He sells a few also.Check him out!
