Never buy or take your vehicle to be seviced by the liars nd crooks....Service dept manager and the gm who runs this dump is a liar and does not know how to manage talk to custowmr or properly train his employees.... save your self the headache and take your purchases and service needs down the road and avoid this place by all mean
Wonderful sales team. So friendly and helpful. We got in a wreck and totalled our car. Went in to look and ask question, left same day in a brand new vehicle and nothing owed until insurance paid out. Kevin Manzano exceeded customer service and satisfaction and we definitely recommend Gulf Coast and will be purchasing next vehicle through them.
We stopped by to look at a used car that was online. We called in first to make sure the car was available and we were put through to Tilman. He confirmed the car was there, and when we showed up the front desk secretary was friendly and knew who we were there to see.Things didnt work out on the car we initially wanted to see (strictly our preference changing and not the dealerships fault). Tilman let us see some other things on the lot but we wanted to continue to shop around.Just wanted to leave a review that I was genuinely impressed and appreciated how helpful he was. Low key, no pressure, seemed to want to help.So if anyone is looking at a car on the lot, Id recommend giving Tilman a shout.
They used to care about customer service here but it has definitely gone way downhill. The prices are absolutely enormously ridiculous. Even for a car dealership. I asked him to call me as soon as they know something and then I have to call them and they dont tell me the truth whenever I call. This is happened more than once. Find a different mechanic
I will never come back here for service. Only came here because of my mom when I came to visit her. Came to have my a/c checked and was told it had a leak in my compressor and it needed to be replaced for about $1600. They told me they filled my car with Freon and it would be cold for a while but there was a leak. Paid them cash for their service and left. There was absolutely no difference in the air coming out of my car. I called and spoke to ** again and he said they actually DID NOT put Freon in my car and I could come back and they would put the Freon in my car this time. Well I live about 90 miles North with gas and tolls so its not that easy for me just to stop by. Made another appt for another day to come back down for the Freon. Come back, get the freon and get in my car and again absolutely no difference in the coolness of the air. I call ** again and tell him about the air and he tells me that the Freon must have leaked out within the 1 minute that it took me to get in the car and start it and turn the a/c on. Well my first visit you put Freon and no difference then actually Freon wasnt put in the car. Came back a second time and Freon was put in my car but still no difference. Waste of money and time. Should have just gone to the Nissan dealership near me as I normally do. At least they dont have me waiting 4 hours with a scheduled appointment and they they actually do what they say they do.
This was the last place I wanted to go to find the part for my 2000 Toyota Camry CE, but I had to on account of there being NO junkyard around here. The part? A latch (on my armrest). They had it, but I had to wait, after paying, overnight. Guess how much? $22! That aint bad. A little bit high, but fair. But getting it put on, theres where they get you. $22 for the part and $65 labor for installing said part. (Thats half price labor fer real!!)
I am giving this place a 5 star so that everyone will read this review. It looks like Gulf Coast Auto Park sent out 1:45000 prizes and you could possibly a winner! This is called Money Carlo Match to Win and it is a typically scam to steal your information and sell it to everyone, which means you will be constantly receiving random calls. If you notice, your Match and Win Pop out doesnt include the $ sign. It might say 2500 2500 and not $2500 $2500. Need more proof? They sent out 44,991 smartwatches, which can range from $25 to $100+ per watch. Lets say they cost $10 a pop, thats $449,910 without taxes + another ~$35,000 for the rest of the prizes. That comes out to $485,000 for this auto park whos net revenue is less than a million. Please do not fall for this scam and educate yourself on privacy protection.

2022-06-10Jannice Bonner was a great sales rep who was committed for a month long process to helping us seal a deal. She was up front and honest the entire time. She was patient and made sure to get a good deal for my family. She really went above and beyond to get us the deal we needed. - Willa Matthews

2022-06-22I needed extra keys for my 1996 Pathfinder that has 239,000 miles on it and runs like a top. They did the keys for free. I am taking the Pathfinder back to them for Service.

2018-03-02Had issues with this dealer in the past, however, they seem to have turned things around. Great sales staff with zero pressure. Did not try to put me in a car I didnt want! Love the 2018 Nissan Rogue! Will be back.

2018-03-09I brought my sons jeep to get his oil changed. (Only because we bought it here and the first one is free.) Three stars because I would not come back for another oil change. It took an hour and a half to even take the Jeep back to the shop, once back it was about 20 mins so almost two hours. There are oil change shops that I trust where you can get in and out within 15-20 mins. The only reason for the three stars instead of one or two is because the waiting area is nice, with comfortable chairs, tv, and free water (see pic.) Also the price for the oil change, the lady that checks you out told me that it would have been $33. Thats a fair price, but the wait is not worth it. Id rather pay a little more to get out quicker.

2020-11-19My experience in the past with many salesman are that many are pushy, they dont listen, and they dont keep their word, and just say anything to get you to buy now.. Not this time for me at Gulf Coast Auto Park. This was by far the best experience Ive ever had so far buying a vehicle and many thanks to my salesman Irving. I appreciated that the deal we initially made for trade in and the new Toyota was honored as well as the final payment of where I needed to be. Communication was awesome, and my wife and I have no complaints or negative feedback.Thank you Irving, you are fantastic.

2020-09-01Love this place. Love the staff. They greet you at the door, they dont try and push a vehicle on you, they listen to what youre looking for, and whatever you decide on they give the best deals around. I have bought in 8 years seven to eight vehicles not because there was anything wrong with them but because I couldnt decide what I wanted so I had to try them out LOL. Want a good deal? Looking for good prices? Looking for excellent service? Gulf Coast is the place to go. Just tell them I sent you.

2020-07-30I have purchased 5 different vehicles from here and every time has been a positive experience. Service center is amazing. Everyone is very professional. On the whole they dont play the typical, sleazy used car salesmans tricks. They are up front and honest which is why I keep coming back.
