The crane operator kept using his cell phone while operating, and the rigger refused to wear proper PPE on the site even though he was directed to multiple times and provided with it for free. I guess that he his sun glasses were just too cute to take off? Very unprofessional!

Agreed to a 1 hour minimum. Wound up charging me for 4 hours on a 20 minute lift after the fact. Horrible.
